A
A
B
Good
gracious,
heavenly
father
just
happened
for
your
blessings
each
and
every
day
to
watch
over
those
that
are
suffering
those
that
need
healing
lord.
We
just
ask
you
to
look
over
our
military
and
our
firefighters
and
their
first
responders,
as
they
go
through
their
day
to
day,
protecting
our
freedoms
and
keeping.
A
E
A
A
Make
us
sing
you're
welcome
everybody.
I
hope
you
have
a
wonderful
day
and
a
very
great
year
coming
up.
I
also
want
to
thank
everybody
who
was
involved
in
this
past
weekend's
orange
crush
event.
I
went
very
smoothly
for
the
city.
There
still
seems
to
be
a
lot
of
interest
in
it,
but
as
far
as
as
we're
concerned,
I'm
sure
we'll
be
doing
some
some
follow-up
and
recaps
to
kind
of
sum
everything
up
before
we
kind
of
close
the
book
on
that
and
for
the
council.
A
A
Between
the
cra,
the
council
and
the
staff,
along
that
conversation,
we
discussed
putting
the
council
together
to
discuss
what
we
want
to
see
the
cra
focus
on
in
the
coming
months
and
to
help
them
prioritize
their
activities
at
the
same
time
as
as
they
are
kind
of
going
back
to
basics.
In
terms
of
the
function
of
the
cra,
we
were
talking
about
not
putting
a
special
just
a
workshop
right
from
calling
it
into
july.
Does
anybody
have
any.
A
H
H
They
definitely
did
a
great
job,
and
I
really
appreciate
that-
and
I
think
our
community
appreciates
that
as
well,
just
want
to
make
sure
that
they
that
they
are
recognized
several
things
I
wanted
to
bring
up.
This
came
up
in
one
of
our
previous
meetings
when
denise
bunningworth
was
here
with
tpo.
I
asked
about
the
the
crosswalk
at
third
street
and
15th
avenue
north,
and
I
got
an
update
from
fdot
that
hawk
signal.
H
Pedestrian
crossing
construction
will
begin
this
fall
and
is
expected
to
be
completed
by
spring
of
2022,
provided
there
aren't
any
unforeseen
circumstances
and
fdot
is
going
to
host
an
open
house
public
meeting
for
anyone,
who's
interested
and
prior
to
the
start
of
construction.
So
once
I
hear
about
that,
I'm
sure
they'll,
let
I
hope
they'll
let
mike
know,
and
then
that
way
we
can
let
everybody
else
know
about
that.
I
also
want
to
let
everybody
know
that
fdot
installed
the
flashing
lights
and
signs
for
san
pablo
elementary
school.
H
So
all
those
signs
have
been
installed
and
they
look
great
they're
just
waiting
for
the
next
school
year
to
start
better
early
than
late
right,
and
I
want
to
let
everybody
know
that
beaches
watch
is
having
a
meeting
on
july
7th
at
7
pm.
It's
going
to
be
virtual
via
zoom,
but
it's
one
that
I
think
everybody
will
be
interested
in.
H
H
Anyone
who
wants
to
join
the
meeting
can
do
so
by
going
to
beacheswatch.com
and
there
will
be
a
zoom
link
there.
I
also
want
to
mention
talking
about
july
4th.
There
will
be
a
july
5th
beach
cleanup
from
7-9
am,
and
it
will
be
atlantic
boulevard,
seagate
avenue
and
beach
boulevard.
So
anyone
who
wants
to
help
with
that
beach,
cleanup
just
show
up
bags
and
gloves
will
be
provided.
It's
always
a
great
time,
lots
of
stuff
to
pick
up
and
I
even
found
a
dollar
one
year.
So
it
might
be.
H
You
know,
in
your
best
interest
financially
to
to
go
out
there
and
help
clean
the
beach,
and
I
also
want
to
mention
that
the
dune
barriers
that
kevin
brown
and
his
students
and
volunteers
installed
are
working
really
well.
I
go
out
to
the
beach
to
check
and
see
how
things
are
going
and
they're
keeping
people
out
of
the
dunes,
which
is
great
exactly
what
we
wanted
them
to
do.
H
And
then
last
but
not
least,
I
wanted
to
mention
that
the
florida
league
of
cities
announced
home
rule
heroes
for
the
2021
legislative
session
and
I'd
like
to
congratulate
mayor
hoffman
and
city
manager
mike
stapopoulos,
and
then
I'm
also
honored
to
have
been
selected
as
a
home
rule
hero
as
well.
So
thank
you
all
and
three
from
jack's
peaches,
I
think
really
good.
Maybe
next
year
we'll
have
eight
from
jack's
beach.
Thank
you.
C
Everyone
I
do
want
to
start
by
congratulating
our
police
department
and
every
agency
that
participated
this
weekend
with
the
so-called
orange
crush
event.
I
will
reserve
my
comments
and
strong
opinions
about
the
want
to
be
promoted
at
a
later
date,
but
I
am
happy
to
say
that
the
community
came
together
this
morning
with
over
20
restaurant
and
bars.
We
walked
the
beach
first
week
we
picked
up
a
lot
of
trash,
so
I'm
going
to
go
from
the
weekend
every
saturday
sunday,
I'm
very
happy
that
the
turnout
was
very
great.
The
morale
was
very
great.
C
This
regard,
even
though
this
weekend
wasn't
as
busy
as
we
were
anticipating.
So
I'm
really
happy
to
be
part
of
this
community.
I'm
happy
that
everyone
in
the
bar
industry
and
restaurant
industry
stepped
up
to
clean
the
community
and
we
hope
to
do
it
again,
and
hopefully
we
can
do
that.
The
fourth
of
july
and.
A
That's
it.
Thank
you,
mr
messer,
courtesy
of
the
floor
to
visitors
is
up
next
and
first
up.
We
have
kevin
brown,
come
on
up
state,
your
name
and
address,
and
you
will
have
three
minutes.
I
To
tell
you
about
the
barriers
we've
been
monitoring
them,
observing
them
on
a
daily
basis.
They
are
doing
exactly
what
we
felt
they
would
do.
We
are
still
waiting
on
signs
and
we
made
a
a
sign
that
we'll
say
it's.
The
dude
protection
program
stay
off
the
dunes
with
the
florida
statue
on
it
to
get
a
little
teeth.
The
reason
I'm
here
tonight
is
I'm.
I
Side,
I've
got
the
manpower
to
do
it.
I've
had
several
condominium
associations,
call
me
and
ask
if,
when
are
they
getting
beers?
And
so
there's
a
lot
of
interest
in
this
and
the
really
unique
thing
about
our
community
is
everywhere.
I've
done
this
people
have
come
out
and
helped,
and
the
community
has
been
there
to
strong
work
police
it.
But
let
people
know
what
that's
for
so
I
appreciate
you
guys
giving
us
the
opportunity
to
do
this
project.
I
I
hope
you
consider
us
spanning
it
as
far
as
the
condominiums
go.
I
realize
that
is
kind
of
a
unique
area,
but
that
every
place
that
I've
talked
to
they
are
willing
to
help
us
maintenance
and
keep
it
up,
which
I
think
lowers
the
cost
for
the
city.
As
far
as
manpower
goes,
I'm
out.
C
I
Every
day-
and
I
will
be
from
may
1st
to
october
31st-
and
I
have
I
have
yet
to
have
to
spend
much
time
on
that
maintenance-
those
pipes
are
two
and
a
half
feet
in
the
sand,
they're
put
in
with
a
pistol
that
you're
in
a
and
a
good
pounding
with
a
rubber
mallet
they're,
not
going
anywhere.
I
So
I'm
really
here
to
say
thank
you,
it
did
what
we
said.
It
would
do
it's.
It
survived
the
memorial
day,
it
survived
orange,
crush
and
I'm
sure
it's
going
to
survive
fourth
of
july
easily
done.
If
you
walk
on
the
beach
all
you
got
to
do
you
always
look
behind
the
rope,
no
footprints
and
and
that's
a
great
thing
and
we've
had
two
turtles
go
up
in
there
and
they
did
not
nest.
I
B
B
A
Thank
you,
mr
steve.
Even.
A
J
Thank
you
mayor,
my
name
drive
is
1200,
and
I
just
wanted
to
bring
something
to
your
attention
as
redevelopment
is
starting
to
occur
downtown.
I
think
there's
a
great
opportunity
to
clarify
one
portion
of
the
code
regarding
restaurants
right
now.
Your
code
and
I've
handed
out
the
relevant
section
and
some
drawings
to
illustrate
this.
J
But
right
now
your
code
really
distinguishes
between
three
places
in
every
restaurant,
an
outdoor
seating
area,
an
enclosed
area
and
an
unenclosed
area,
and
those
three
areas
are
important
because
of
how
they
impact
parking,
how
they
impact
where
food
can
be
served
and
then
also
what
types
of
liquor
licenses
are
available
for
restaurants,
and
so
what
I've
done
is
in
what
I
handed
to
you
is:
if
you
look
at
the
third
page
that
has
the
red
x,
the
yellow
question
mark
and
the
green
checkmark.
J
This
is
just
an
illustration
of
a
of
a
restaurant,
and
the
code
is
very
clear
about
the
area
that,
with
the
green
check,
mark
that
that
area,
for
example,
would
be
okay
for
there
to
be
that
space
would
count
towards
a
liquor
license.
The
red
x
would
not
count
towards
a
liquor
license
for
a
restaurant
and
then
the
area
with
the
yellow
question
mark
on
the
third
page.
That
would
be
an
area
that
right
now
into
your
code,
I
think
it's
clear
but
it,
but
it
may
not
be
clear
to
some.
J
So
what
I've
done
is
I've
drafted.
I
think
some
revisions
that
would
make
it
very
clear
and
those
are
the
first
two
pages
I
won't
go
through
it
in
great
detail.
I
wanted
to
let
you
know
that
I
had
sent
a
copy
of
this
to
the
city
manager
and
also
the
planning
director,
I'm
available
to
answer
questions
about
it
at
any
time,
but
I
would
hope
that
you
would
take
it
up
at
some
point
so
that
you
could
clarify
areas
where
the
seating
would
count
or
not
count.
J
I
don't
know
the
history
of
why
the
code
developed
this
way,
I'm
not
sure
how
we
got
here,
but
I
think
what
at
least
what
I
handed
out.
I
think
at
least
clarifies
between
the
three
different
areas
that
are
already
contemplated
in
your
code,
and
I
appreciate
the
opportunity
to
talk
with
you
about
it
tonight.
E
E
Okay
and
then
just
to
expand
on
this,
the
outdoor
seating
I'd
like
to
look
at
in
the
future
about
being
able
to
potentially
improve
some
of
that
in
the
in
the
account
and
also
potentially
reducing
the
count
like
they've,
been
in
avondale
and
downtown
jacksonville.
A
Thank
you.
We
have
no
more
general
courtesy
of
the
floor.
The
next
item
114
has
been
removed
from
the
agenda,
so
we
will
move
on
to
115..
I
guess.
First,
we
need
to
get
the
names
of
the
members
who
would
like
to
attend
the
florida
league
of
cities
conference
before
we
can
make
the
motion
miss
goldie.
A
H
Would
like
to
attend
as
a
member,
I
think,
all
of
the
policy
committee
members
probably
are
going
to
be
interested
in
attending,
but
because
there
is
going
to
be
a
policy
committee
meeting
at
that
annual
conference
in
august,
okay
and
then
I
believe,
are
we
talking
about
november
on
this
as
well?
The
legislative
conference
on.
A
A
You
can
flip
off
your
light
unless
you
have
a
question
still.
Unfortunately,
I'm
unable
to
make
this
event
due
to
a
conflict
mr
nichols,
if
you
could
go
ahead
and
make
the
motion
with
those
do
you
need
you
can
use
my
phone.
Thank
you.
E
E
A
Second,
is
there
any
discussion
regarding
the
attendance
at
the
florida
league
of
cities,
email
conference,
I'd
like
to
say,
I'm
thrilled
that
so
many
of
us
will
be
attending
this?
I
think
this
is
really
an
important
event
for
us
to
be
represented
at
seeing
a
discussion
manager
can
get
a
recall.
A
E
E
A
Yes,
the
motion
carries.
The
next
item
is
with
regards
to
the
florida
league
of
cities
legislative
conference.
Do
you
have
any
limitation
on
how
many
people
can
attend
that
one.
E
A
A
E
D
A
D
A
Next
step
is
to
decide
what
the
next
step
from
as
a
of
those
six
interviews,
we
need
to
discuss
and
decide
on
who
we
would
like
to
bring
in
for
in-person
interviews,
and
I
think,
and
let
me
know
if
you
guys
have
a
different
idea,
but
the
best
would
be
for
us
to
each
submit
our
top
two
or
three
and
consolidate
that
and
see
if
two
or
three
people
are
pretty
consistent
among
the
group
and
then
move
forward
with
a
motion
to
bring
those
people
in
for
an
in-person
interview.
B
A
H
You
have
a
comment
I
was
just.
Are
you
going
to
have
us
submit
in
in
writing
to
kimberly
maybe
or.
A
I
wasn't
going
to
have
you
go
ahead
and
do
that
right
now
we
can
put
it
in
writing.
You
do
need
to
put
your
name
on
the
piece
of
paper.
It
cannot
be
anonymous.
I
won't
I'm
not
going
to
read
those
out
at
this
meeting,
but
we
do
need
to
have
them
the
names
on
them.
Mr
nickel,
oh
sorry
are
you
turning
on
your
likeness?
A
A
Okay,
so
I
guess
I'll
just
go
ahead
and
start
taking
taking
lights
on
the
cue
mr
nichols.
L
A
A
And
nine
are
cockroft
pecans,
hey,
leconte
and
robinson
as
well,
so
by
tally.
We
have
three
for
denise.
May
one
two,
I'm
sorry
one,
two,
three,
four
four
cockroft
one,
two,
three,
four:
five:
six
for
la
conte,
one,
two,
three,
four:
five,
four
sandy,
so
our
top
three
are
jennifer
craft,
elizabeth
laconte
and
sandra
robinson.
Did
I
miss
count?
Anybody
checking
them
out
here.
A
Did
you
have
any
further
comment?
Okay,
corey
got
that.
E
Foundation,
yes
great,
I
think
we
approve
proceeding
with
the
final
interviews
for
city
attorney
with
the
following
candidates:
cockroft
lacante,.
H
She
lives.
So
close.
I
guess
my
thinking
is
that
are
you
making
an
amendment
to
the
mission
I
well
I'm
explaining
I'm
explaining
myself
first
and
and
I
and
as
sort
of
at
having
the
certification,
I
feel
that
she
is
still
a
very
qualified
candidate
and
I
would
like
to.
I
would
like
to
add
her
to
the
list.
The.
H
Candidates
that
we
brought
in
for
face-to-face,
so
I
would
like
to
amend
the
motion
to
add
denise
made
to
that
list.
B
A
I
F
A
B
B
B
D
A
K
We
go
on
to
the
next
item,
just
a
quick
show
of
nods
by
the
council
you're
all
comfortable
with
the
process
that
we
identified
within
the
agenda
memo,
which
would
be
that
you'd
each
have
time
with
the
candidates
one-on-one
and
then
each
have
time
with
the
candidates
in
mass
as
a
council
and
then
have
a
special
meeting
at
the
end
of
the
process.
To
have
your
conversations
and
decision
making.
You're
welcome
in
that
process,
as
it's
laid
out.
K
A
B
K
We
do
this
item
is
acceptance
of
a
re-platt
of
lots,
11
and
12
block
55,
pablo
beach,
which
is
making
way
for
a
five
townhouse
development
north
of
beach
boulevard.
The
planning
and
development
director
is
here.
If
you
have
any
questions,
occur,.
A
D
E
D
K
This
item,
similar
to
the
previous,
is
acceptance
of
a
replat
for
lots,
one
through
four
block
59
down
by
fifth
avenue
south,
and
this
is
development
that
is
accommodating
the
creation
of
15
fee,
simple
townhouses,
located
at
that
area
again
planning
development
director
is
here.
If
you
have
any.
F
I've
given
our
current
code
I'll
look
forward
just
because
it
follows
the
code
and
all
that,
but
I
do
think
we
strongly
need
to
look
at
the
long-term
implication
of
these
symbol.
Townhouses,
especially
when
we're
looking
at
15..
We
have
a
hurricane
and
we
have
eight
of
them.
Eight
owners
of
those
be
simple
townhouses
who
want
to
redo
the
roof
and
the
rest,
don't
you're
going
to
end
up
having
a
blighted
area
within
that
distinct
district.
Just
because
we
don't
have
any
overarching
governance
of
those.
F
Three
simple
townhouses
like
I
said,
because
our
code
currently
allows
for
it.
I
will
vote
in
favor
of
it,
but
this
is
a
very
serious
concern.
I've
mentioned
it
before
on
the
planning
commission,
and
I
see
the
the
simple
townhouses
continuing
to
proliferate
throughout
the
city.
As
you
said
long
term,
it's
not
going
to
be
good
for
the
city.
F
L
I
was
gonna
say
something
kind
of
similar,
but
in
keeping
it
different,
I
looked
at
the
locations
of
these
and
I'm
fine
with
the
locations,
but
I
think
that,
since
we
are
coming
up
with,
we
are
in
the
strategic
plan
process,
we're
in
the
charter
review
process
and
we've
got
the
lbc
review
process
coming
up.
L
That
now
is
a
is
a
good
time
in
our
some
time
in
our
next
strategic
planning
workshops
to
look
at
all
of
our
zoning
district
standards
on
this
kind
of
issue,
just
so
that
we
don't
start
really
losing
our
neighborhoods
and
losing
them
to
townhomes.
You
know
I
can
understand
this
one
marketing
right
on
nine,
the
other
one
being
a
block
and
a
half
two
blocks
off
the
third,
but
just
one
block
over.
L
It
gets
into
a
neighborhood
aspect
and
a
really
deep
neighborhood
single
family
homes
and
really
don't
want
to
lose
that
throughout
the
beaches
and
and
if
we
continue
to
allow
these
to
get
going
without
putting
any
sort
of
legislation
or
any
sort
of
amending
our
code
for
these,
it
could
be
to
where
we
lose
all
of
our.
C
C
I
don't
know
if
we
want
to
become
that
community,
where
we
have
to
be
a
millionaire
to
live
at
the
beach
so
far
right
now
it's
fairly
inexpensive
and
somewhat
affordable.
We
do
have
affordable
housing
here.
I
just
don't
want
to
lose
that
small
town
feel
that
we
have
right
now
and
just
protect
the
single
homes
that
we
have
right
now,
because
I've
seen
see
the
home
that
turns
into
a
duplex.
The
garage
is
so
small
and
you
could
barely
fit
czech,
stokes
instructor
or
even
my
car.
C
H
You
know
15
contiguous
townhomes,
like
that,
and
the
way
that
they've
been
being
developed
as
we've
had
citizens
mentioned
in
previous
meetings,
they're
often
four
bedroom,
town
hall
town
homes
and
then
the
parking
that's
provided
is
generally
not
sufficient
for
typically
who's
living
there,
which
often
is
four
cars
and
we've
had
a
lot
of
people
in
the
neighborhoods
who
have
been
impacted
by
this.
A
C
I'm
glad
you
brought
it
up
the
parking
issue.
I've
seen
some
of
the
town
homes
that
are
in
winters,
and
I'm
not
here
saying
that
I'm
against
the
developers
and
making
money
and
being
making
progress,
definitely
not
against
that.
I
just
feel
like
it's
being
taken
advantage
of
just
a
bit
with
the
parking
you
know
if
I
had
15
towns
in
front
of
my
house
and
there's
three
people
living
in
there
with
cars
that
they're
gonna
and
the
drivers
are
sort
of
thin
and
you
can't
really
fit
three.
C
A
C
C
K
We
do
I've
asked
recreation
and
parks
director
fatigues
to
come
up
with
this
item.
This
is
a
project.
That's
the
next
step
in
the
creation
of
an
urban
trails
master
plan
for
the
city.
G
If
we're
unsuccessful
in
the
scope
and
fee
in
those
negotiations,
we'd
like
to
then
go
back
to
the
next
two
rank
firms
they
were
tied,
we
would
further
interview
them
and
continue
the
process
until
we
were
able
to
come
up
with
a
successful
negotiation
and
fee.
At
that
point,
then
we
would
bring
it
back
to
council
for
approval.
G
G
If
we
negotiate,
if
negotiations
are
successful
and
we're
able
to
bring
council
a
clean
contract
by
the
july
meeting,
we'd
be
on
track
for
them
to
complete
the
master
plan
early
in
2022
and
from
that
would
keep
us
on
track
to
have
a
shuttle
on
the
ground
to
start
development
of
the
first
segment
before
the
end
of
2022
fiscal
year
2022,
and
so
we're
asking
for
approval
to
begin
those
negotiations.
A
Thank
you,
mr
petitis.
Go
ahead
and
get
a
motion.
E
D
A
A
Motion
carries
before
we
go
to
the
next
item.
Miss
mrs
rose.
I
got
a
speaker
card
from
bobby
rose
and
I'm
not
really
clear
what
it's
for
so
I'm
going
to
ask
miss
ireland
to
come
over
and
talk
to
you
guys
real,
quick
and
see
if
she
can
it.
G
A
Says
variance
on
it
heather,
so
I'm
not
sure
if
it's
tied
to
a
specific
agenda
item,
if
you
don't
mind
doing
that,
while
we
talk
about
this
next
item
item
one
two:
one:
do
we
have
an
update
from
staff.
K
M
Good
evening
trevor
hughes
parks
and
recreation
superintendent,
our
basketball
court
is
currently
20
years
old,
south
beach
park,
and
it's
several
settling
issues.
It's
frequently
used
it's
very
popular
on
weekends,
there's
always
people
out
there
wishing
approval
or
looking
for
approval
to
rebuild
the
court.
At
the
same
time,
in
our
recent
parks
assessment,
it's
come
to
our
attention
that
our
community
desires
more
access
to
pickleball
courts.
Pickleball
has
been
one
of
the
fastest
growing
sports
and
recreation
in
the
country.
M
When
we
were
looking
to
replace
the
the
basketball
court,
we
discovered
that
there
was
room
for
two
pickleball
courts
at
the
at
the
front
of
the
building.
What
we
would
do
is
we
would
ship
the
current
basketball
court
this
very
slightly
to
the
south.
We
would
then
place
the
pickleball
courts
right
on
the
end
of
it.
We
would
remove
the
landscape
between
what's
currently,
the
basketball
court
in
the
building
create
a
sidewalk
that
comes
in
there
and
actually
connects
to
the
sidewalk.
M
M
With
some
smaller
landscape
that
we
could
put
between
the
the
courts
in
the
building,
also,
we've
reached
out
to
the
technical
tree,
commission
and
they've
agreed
to
to
landscape
the
front
of
the
fence
down
between
southwest
parkway
and
the
street.
But
that's
really
all
I
have.
Is
there
any
questions.
E
A
L
I
will
not
back
down
at
the
coloring
entry
next,
but
I
think
this
is
a
great
project
that
basketball
court
is
highly
utilized,
which
is
why
I'm
just
asking
what
the
timeline
is
on
replacement
just
don't
want
it
to
be
a
long,
drawn-out
process
through
with
90
sports
construction
company,
because
it
is
highly
utilized
court
on
the
weekends
the
weekdays,
especially
now
in
the
summer
time,
there's
people
out
there.
Every
time
I
drive
by
which
quite
frequently
said.
M
H
Thank
you.
So
you
mentioned
the
shade.
Shelter
has
been
a
smoke
break
area.
What
I
I
could
I
could
sense
that
there
might
be
some
issues
if
we
continue
to
have
smoke
breaks
happening
there
or
is
there
going
to
be
something
done
today?
I.
M
That
area
sits
right
on
the
back
of
the
kind
of
the
division
area.
When
it's
used,
I
mean
I
I'm
assuming
that's
why
it
was
built
right
now,
it's
a
it's
an
area,
a
shape,
shelter
outside
that's
not
utilized.
It
gives
us
an
opportunity
to
put.
H
H
Okay
and
then
a
couple
of
comments,
real
quick
trevor,
I've
had
several
people
contact
me
or
talk
to
me
in
passing
and
say
how
great
the
golf
course
looks
in
particular
miss
tipton,
who
is
here
at
our
council
meeting
a
while
back
and
she's
now
playing
back
at
jack's
beach
golf
course
again
and
she's
very
grateful.
She
feels
that
it's
she
loves
the
senior
prizes
so
that
we
have
so
just
want
to
pass
that
along
to
you.
Thank
you
guys
for
all
that
you're
doing.
H
E
L
A
Means
absolutely
I
agree
with
that.
I
was
also
going
to
say
the
never
used
well,
the
penman
park.
Basketball
court
is
now
used
on
wednesdays
and
saturdays,
but
other
than
that
I've
never
seen
a
soul
on
it.
So
maybe
we
can
make
a
list
of
other
places
that
they
can
go
play.
Basketball.
Meantime,
I'm
very
excited
that
pickleball
is
finally
coming
to
jacksonville
beach.
So
thank
you
for
spearheading
that
mr
musa.
C
K
K
K
It's
we're
unsure
at
this
point
in
time
how
the
funds
would
ultimately
be
dispersed,
but
after
having
conversations
internally
along
with
representatives
from
the
city
of
jacksonville,
we
feel
it
is
in
the
best
interest
of
not
just
the
city
of
jacksonville
beach,
but
also
duval
county
and
the
state
of
florida
that
we
join
on
to
this
memorandum
of
understanding.
So
this
resolution
tonight
would
authorize
us
to
execute
that
mou
and
place
the
state
of
florida
into
its
best
financial
position.
It
can
be
with
regards
to
national
litigation.
K
A
You,
mr
staphopolis,
before
we
move
forward
with
the
reading
of
the
resolution,
I'm
mr
baxley
and
I'm
so
sorry
that
I
forgot
to
call
you
during
the
pickleball
item
it
passed
unanimously.
Do
you
would
you
still
like
to
address
the
council?
Let.
B
B
A
Item
and
I
was
like
what
does
that
mean
dean's
card
madame
sir,
can
you
read
the
resolution?
Please.
D
H
A
A
Hoffman,
yes,
motion
carries
that's
our
last
official
item,
mr
baxley.
If
you'd
like
to
come
up
to
the
council,
if
you
will
just
state
your
name
and
address
you'll
have
three
minutes.
B
Thank
you.
It's
william
baxley
147,
37th
avenue
south
of
jacksonville
beach.
I
wanted
to
thank
you
first
of
all
for
proving
what
I
was
hoping
that
you
would
do
so,
first
and
foremost
that,
secondly,
it's
typical
that
pickle
people
get
put
on
the
second
part
of
the
agenda
and
get
left
looked
over
again.
So
we're
used
to
that,
though
I
am
a
tennis
person,
then
pick
a
wall
first
as
well.
I
also
want
to
extend
my
congratulations
to
the
team
that
has
developed
the
golf
course
as
well.
B
I'm
a
17-year
member
of
tpc.
I
now
am
a
member
of
ponte
grand
club.
I
prefer
as
a
secondary
location,
to
play
when
I
can't
play
there
to
play
this
golf
course
and
thanks
to
the
team
that
you've
put
together
to
build
that.
So
I'd
also
congratulate
you
for
that.
But
thirdly,
I
wanted
to
make
a
point
about,
in
addition
to
the
two
courts
that
you
are
allowing
for
being
built
in
south
beach
park.
I
have
a
feeling
that
you're
going
to
find
that
it's.
G
B
Going
to
encourage
more
participants,
and
so
with
the
cra,
the
way
it
is
and
the
opportunity
for
you
to
continue
to
develop
the
area
and
continue
to
grow
this
exciting,
and
you
know
age,
inclusive
sport.
I
think
it
would
be
wise
for
you
to
consider
other
alternatives
as
well,
not
just
in
south
beach.
You
know
thinking
about
juvenile
park
as
well
as
the
other
parks.
I
know
you
thought
about
gonzales
as
well.
I
I
happen
to
live
on
the
south
end,
so
I
prefer
that
area.
B
So
I
just
encourage
you
to
include
that
as
part
of
your
overall
master
plan.
I
want
you
to
think
more
about
not
only
the
things
that
are
going
to
continue
to
develop
the
younger
folks
sports,
but
also
us
users
need
things
to
play
as
well.
So
that's
all
I
wanted
to
say.
Thank
you
for
the
time.
Thank.
E
We
have
pickleball
court
strikes
at
the
tennis
court
in
hugo.
M
I
was
thinking
at
south
beach
park,
we
do
have
a
single
tennis
court
and
it
is
painted
with
two
pickleball
courts
on
it
and
what
you
do
is
you
come
into
parts
you
reserve
it
you
put
in
your
temporary
deck,
you
take
it
out,
and
those
two
courts
are
on
the
permit,
like
it's
sold
out.
