A
A
Let
us
good
and
gracious
heavenly
father
when
we
think
of
you.
We
think
you
have
nine
words
that
are
so
important.
It
is
written,
it
is
finished
and
he
has
risen
lord.
We
thank
you
for
the
blessings
that
you
give
us
each
and
every
day.
Let
me
just
ask
you
to
look
out
upon
our
first
responders
as
they
go
through
their
day-to-day
duties
and
keep
them
safe.
Lord,
we
just
ask
you
to
look
up
our
military
as
well,
or
we
just
honor
you
and
we
love
you
for
loving
us.
B
B
A
A
C
C
Also
don't
know
if
I'm
taking
this
from
license
or
nicholls,
but
just
want
to
let
everyone
know
dogs
are
allowed
on
the
beach
24
7
now,
so
that
please
remember
to
keep
them
on
leash
and
to
pick
up
after
your
dogs
and
then
last
but
not
least,
beaches
watch
is
having
their
monthly
meeting
this
wednesday
october
6th
at
7
pm.
It's
a
virtual
meeting
and
the
meeting
will
be
providing
an
update
on
the
mayfair
village
redevelopment
and
the
guest
speakers
will
be
representatives
from
the
mayfork
village,
waterfront
partnership
and
jacksonville
councilman
rory
dymond.
C
If
you
want
to
watch
the
meeting,
you
can
attend
by
clicking
the
link
at
www.beacheswatch.com
and
it
should
be
a
really
good
meeting.
Thank
you.
D
Yeah,
I
just
I'm
excited
to
wish
a
happy
first
birthday
to
my
son,
this
thursday.
He
is
the
first
stokes
member
born
in
jacksonville
beach,
which
is
real
exciting.
Although
I
was
raised
here
in
ponte
vedra,
I
was
born
in
fernandina
beach.
I
think
it
was
I
was
adopted,
so
I'm
not
100
sure,
but
that's
what
I'm
pretty
sure
on.
So
I'm.
D
That
my
son
gets
to
be
born
here
and
raised
in
jack's
beach,
and
it's
a
big
reason
of
why
I'm
up
here
today.
So
I
hope
that
one
day
he
looks
back
and
sees
this
and
sees
all
that
we
did
up
here
on
the
dice
with
this
great
group
of
council
members
and
mayor
and
city
staff
and
sees
a
better
jack
speech
for
it.
So
thank
you.
A
E
I
know
a
couple
weeks
ago,
our
neighboring
county
suffered
a
tremendous
loss
with
one
of
the
deputies.
I
know
jackson,
beach,
police
department,
assisted
with
the
manhunt.
I
don't
know
how
many,
but
I'm
very
thankful
that
we
did
assist
them.
I
know
they
were
going
through
a
lot,
so
my
hearts
and
prayers
are
with
nasa
county,
the
sheriff
department
and
joshua's
worst
family
and,
of
course,
grateful
for
police
department
and
assistant
in
the
manor.
Thank
you.
A
F
You
always
said
my
name:
paula
conroy,
at
1737
oak
freeze,
lane
jacksonville
beach
from
the
south
area,
and
my
son,
niece
and
two
granddaughters
were
born
here
good
evening,
mayor
and
city
council.
I'm
talking
about
adventure
landing
infuses
more
than
one
million
dollars
since
the
illegal
economy
and
employs
nearly
300
people.
Thousands
of
residents
and
tourists
are
stunned
at
losing
this
local
treasure
duechuko
and
it's
due
to
covet,
and
we
all
hope
that
venture
landing
organization
and
the
development
group
can
come
to
some
kind
of
an
acceptable
agreement.
F
F
We
are
opposed
to
the
plan
to
unit
development
changes
and
resulting
of
the
property
to
accommodate
424
apartments
and,
of
course,
four-story
garage.
The
action
this
action
will
hyper-expand
population
growth
on
our
city's
8
square
miles,
250
apartments,
250
or
what
the
citizens
are
saying
would
be
a
more
acceptable,
more
reasonable
amount.
Feasibility
studies
on
three
critical
issues
need
to
be
conducted
before
moving
forward
increased
traffic,
congestion,
overcrowding,
schools
and
infrastructure
issues.
F
The
developers
map
labels
the
property
as
parcels,
however
jacksonville
beach,
comprehensive
gland
lu121
defines
low
medium
and
high
density
as
acreage
and
acreage
so
that
that
needs
to
be
clarified
if
we're
going
to
go
to
parcels
or
we're
going
to
talk
about
acres,
which
makes
a
difference
in
the
comprehensive
plan.
The
city
of
jacksonville
beach,
comprehensive,
comprehensive
plan,
also
projects
population
in
2030
to
be
nearly
24
000
24
000
won
now.
F
F
I
ensure
integrity,
so
I'm
sorry
about
that.
F
A
G
G
G
It
is
my
understanding
that,
except
for
the
large
animals
and
the
water
pumps,
the
course
is
going
to
be
left
intact
when
the
people
leave.
The
community
really
needs
a
place
like
this.
My
daughter
pointed
out
to
me
that
she
does
not
know
of
any
each
town
in
the
entire
united
states.
That
does
not
have
a
mini
golf
course,
so
we
would
be
the
first,
but
this
proposed
development
is
not
in
a
vacuum.
G
There
are
apartments
or
townhouses
proposed
for
the
marina
across
the
street,
the
old
movie
theater
over
the
bridge.
As
I
understand
it,
is
now
going
to
be
developed
into
apartments
which
is
also
going
to
impact
our
traffic.
The
traffic
along
beach,
a1a
9th
street,
is
already
heavy,
especially
around
lunch
hour,
and
when
people
get
off
work,
these
streets
have
been
worked
on
within
the
last
10
years.
G
I
doubt
any
of
them
can
handle
another
500
to
1000
cars
a
day,
and
I
really
hate
to
imagine
what
they
would
look
like
widened
again
or
more
turning
lanes
put
in
a1a
is
already
one
of
the
most
unattractive
main
streets.
I
have
ever
driven
on
since
moving
here.
I've
heard
and
read
a
lot
of
talk
by
city
officials
about
improving
and
maintaining
a
family
friendly
and
a
beach
friendly
quality
of
life
for
residents,
and
I
don't
see
how
any
of
these
develop.
G
These
proposed
develops
do
anything
for
the
life
of
the
residents
for
the
most
most
of
the
people
who
work
here.
These
apartments
are
going
to
be
unaffordable,
which
means
that
the
workers
are
going
to
have
to
live
over
the
bridge,
which
means
they're
going
to
have
to
drive
to
work,
putting
more
traffic
on
the
streets
and
fighting
for
more
parking
spots
at
least
a
year
or
more
ago
I
attended,
I
believe
you
called
it
a
stakeholders
meeting
where
a
new
vision
for
jack's
speech
was
being
developed.
G
A
You
miss
hour
next
up,
linda
fisher.
H
H
I
think
mr
washburn
deserves
actually
city
accommodation
for
all
the
years
of
family
family,
fun
that
we're
all
in
support
of
for
what
he
has
provided,
and
that
might
be
an
idea
somebody
up
here
could
sponsor
and
anyway,
but
that's
the
free
enterprise
system
that
we
live
under
and
all
for
free
enterprise.
H
What
I'm
adamantly
opposed
to
is
upfront
granting
any
kind
any
kind
of
resigning
or
a
blood
a
plug
lets
them
have
their
own
little
fiefdom,
and
then
I
don't
think
you
can
tell
much
of
what
happens
some
of
it,
but
not
all
of
it.
Granting
a
reasoning
just
says:
if
you're
big
enough
and
rich
enough,
you
don't
have
to
play
on
a
level
playing
field
and
I'm
afraid
that
just
takes
a
comprehensive
plan
and
you
might
as
well
wrap
it
up
and
start
with
trash.
H
H
So
you
know
if
you're
gonna
have
some
local
design
build
corporation,
which
has
been
done.
That's
why
all
this
is
here.
It
was
a
local
design,
build
corporation.
That
might
be
one
thing,
but
I
just
think
you
need
to
be
very,
very,
very
wary
of
this.
This
sort
of
thing,
because
they'll
give
you
all
these
fancy
words,
and
I
can
tell
you
one
of
them
right
off
we're
just
looking
for
the
highest
and
best
use
of
this
property.
H
Oh
that's
a
big
red
flag
and
there
are
a
few
more
and,
of
course,
the
lawyers
who
do
this
for
a
live
and
they're
they're
polished
on
this
anyway.
Thank
you
for
your
time.
I
really
care
about
this
community.
You
know
everybody
says
they
were
born
here.
Well,
I
chose
to
come
here,
so
I
think
that
counts
for
something
thank.
A
E
Jason
is
parked
in
recreation,
so
at
a
recent
council
briefing,
we
proposed
to
cancel
the
renaming
of
juvenile
park
and
at
that
briefing
we
didn't
come
to
any
consensus
and
council
asked
us
to
put
it
into
the
future
to
come
back
to
that.
But
we
did
feel
that
we
had
agreement
to
change
the
tennis
facility
today,
jax
beach,
tennis
club,
which
is
consistent
with
the
golf
course
and
this
item
is
just
asking
council
to
affirm
that,
since
the
authority
rests
with
you,.
B
Is
it
jacksonville
sorry,
let
me
rephrase
that
approve
the
application
to
rename
the
tennis
center
at
hugo
park
to
jacks
beach,
tennis
club
second.
C
C
So
my
preference
with
the
jacksonville
beach
tennis
club,
just
I
I
just
feel
that
that's
the
name
of
our
city
and
it
should
be
jacksonville
beach,
tennis
club
and
I'd
appreciate
hearing
what
my
fellow
counselors
think
mr
nichols.
E
Club
or
what
is
the
car?
What
is
the
golf
course?
I
don't
believe
that
we
have
an
official
name.
I
think
miss
scolding
is
correct,
that
we
do
use
we
interchange
with
both.
If
you
go
to
the
website,
you'll
see
it's
jacksonville
beach,
golf
club
and
then
on
our
logo.
It's
jack's
beach,
golf
club,
so
we.
E
A
D
D
I
I
like
jacksonville
beach,
tennis
club
and
then
you
know
owned
and
operated
by
the
city
of
jacksonville
beach.
Jacks
beach
dennis
club
has
been
a
state
more
on
the
golf
sorry
tennis
world
of
beach
life.
That's
my
suggestion.
Sorry
jack
symbol,
beach,
tennis
club
is
my
suggestion
and
then
jax
beach,
tennis
club
is
the
nickname.
Just
like
I'm
chester.
My
name
is.
C
E
I
I
would
go
as
mr
nichols:
let's
not,
let's
go
with
the
let's
be
consistent
with
our
inconsistencies
and
and
just
have
jack
speech
and
all
the
stuff
and
the
official
we
don't.
We
do
not
have
an
official
name
if
we
don't
have
an
official
name
to
the
golf
club.
There's
no
need
why
we
have
to
have
an
official
name
for
the
tennis
club.
I
C
This
building,
no
I'd
like
to
point
out
another
inconsistency.
If
you
look
on
our
slide
up
there,
it
says
the
logo
says
jacksonville
beach,
but
then
we
also
have
the
other
one
that
says
jax
beach.
So
again,
I
still.
I
believe
that
it
needs
to
be
named
after
our
city.
I
think
that's
appropriate.
So
that's
what
I'm
going.
B
E
I
Just
for
clarity,
what
would
you
be
using
this
for
so
again
in
right
now,
if
the
even
part
in
the
problem
is
the
other
one
in
jacksonville,
so
if
the
official
name,
what's
the
google
name
for
the
golf
club,
because
that's
usually
what
people
do
they'll
google,
something
to
figure
out
where
it
is?
Is
it
jaspy.
A
Other
comments
on
the
amendment:
please:
no
okay,
great,
I'm
adam
clerk,
okay!
So
we're
going
to
vote
on
the
amendment
which
would
be
to
make
it
officially
jacksonville
beach,
golf
tennis
club,
but
we
just
called
it
jack
speech,
tennis
club.
So
if
you
vote
yes,
you're
changing
the
original
motion
to
support
jacksonville
beach,
tennis
club,
matt
clark
goal
call.
B
J
B
A
A
Incidentally,
I
did
actually
have
the
opportunity
to
speak
with
some
members
of
the
huguenot
society
and
they
have
absolutely
no
heartache
in
terms
of
changing
that
name.
So
I
don't
think
that
when
we
do
go
to
change
the
actual
parking
that
will
have
any
any
heartburn
there,
they
will
not
protest.
They
will
not
never.
K
Mr
barron
dennis
barron
director
of
public
works
d.
I
am
the
first
item
I
have
for.
You
is
awarding
rfq06-2021.
K
E
C
You
have
the
wrong
motion,
sir:
we're
on
the
cameron
road
subject
to
sewer.
B
Mr
nichols,
you
know,
I
personally
deal
with
a
lot
of
contracts
like
this,
and
do
you
have
any
heartburn
would
go
ahead
and
and
would
you
have
a
heartburn
going
ahead
and
awarding
the
continuing
services
contract
to
all
of
the
engineering
firms
that
actually
submitted
a
proposal
and
the
reason
I
say
that
is
because
we
always
get
into
specialty
areas
and
stuff
and
there's
no
guarantee
of
work
from
the
city
for
these
proposals
and
I've
always
found
the
deeper
the
pool
of
engineering
resources.
B
K
E
K
E
K
The
number
the
group
went
in
with
to
to
actually
evaluate
these,
so
after
we
had
done
our
scoring,
we
found
a
division
between
nine
and
ten,
which
is
why
we
drew
the
line
there,
knowing
that
the
rfq
advertisement
was,
or
up
to
ten,
that
can
be
given
to
all
20
it
can
be
given
to
any
number
up
to
there.
The
only
thing
that
would
really
change
for
us
is
managing
additional
prospective
engineering
firms,
and
I.
K
With
it,
there
was
personally,
there
were
several
that
I
had
ranked
higher.
That
fell
off
the
list
when,
when
we
stopped
at
nine,
so
it
all
depends
on
how
each
person
individually
picked
it
out
and
everybody
had
a
little
different
slate.
So
we
would
be
anecdotal
to
that.
If
that's
the
direction
of
the
council.
B
A
K
K
But
I
I
mean
that's
just
it's
their
opportunity
to
come
in
front
of
us,
introduce
us
to
their
team
and
tell
us
what
they
can
do
for
us
to
just
make
us
more
clear
and
then
what
we
actually
do.
Is
we
manage
that
in-house
between
myself,
the
project
engineer,
kale
moore
our
vacant
city,
engineer
position
and
we
pay
to
make
the
decision
based
on
what
those
projects
are
as
to
who
might
be
the
best
fit
to
be
able
to
steer
that
too.
K
And
then
we
can
enter
into
a
scope
and
fee
discussion
and
agreement
and
then
and
then,
like
I
said,
then
we
move
forward
with
there.
So.
K
To
be
able
to
look
at
all
20
firms
and
say
this
one
over
here
is
really
good
at
this.
This
one
over
here
is
really
good
at
that,
and
we
can
kind
of
pick
what
we
which
direction
we
want
to
use
those
internal
internal
processes
for
to
be
able
to
get
the
best
product
at
the
end
of
the
day.
All
right.
Thank
you.
I
Mr
mom,
thank
you,
I'm
agreeing
with
this
because
of
the
it's
good
to
be
able
to
have
choices,
but
mainly
because
if
you
look
at
these
scoring
scores,
there's
a
large
variance
between
these
different
scores.
For
instance,
one
of
one
section
got
perfect
tense
and
got
low
scores
by
another
one.
So
until
we,
I
think
that
what
that
indicates
to
me
is
there
needs
to
be
some
kind
of
warming
when
it
comes
to
scoring
rfqs.
I
A
A
I
K
For
you
tonight
is
actually
the
acceptance
of
grant
funding
for
the
pendulum
road
septic
to
sewer
project
project,
engineer
kale
moore
submitted
just
through
the
st
john's
river
water
management
district,
and
then
this
is
kind
of
the
preliminary
piece
of
us.
You
accepting
this
as
the
agreement
piece
and
then
we
file
the
paperwork
and
then,
as
the
project
moves
forward,
which
it
will,
because
it's
funded
for
fy
22,
then
we're
in
stage
to
get
a
refund
back
on
some
of
that
work.
So.
B
J
A
B
M
Bayern
has
me
laughing
on
that
kind
of
monday
good
evening,
mayor
council,
before
I
start
happy
first
birthday
to
baby.
M
Born
in
jack's
beach,
so
yeah,
if,
if
you
guys
don't
object,
I'd
like
to
just
kind
of
summarize
all
three
of
these
items-
d,
e
and
f,
which
are
all
final
plots
briefly
and
then
answer
any
questions
that
you
guys
might
have
so.
The
first
final
plot
item
d
is
on
2nd
avenue
south
between
9th
and
10th
streets.
It
is
a
proposed
three
three
unit,
e-symbol
townhouse
project.
M
It
received
concept
plan
for
plat
approval
and
development
plan
approval.
The
second
one
item
e
is
a
six
unit,
townhouse
development
project
on
the
south
side
of
third
avenue
south
also
between
ninth
and
tenth
streets.
They
also
receive
concept
plan
for
plant
approval
and
development
plan.
Approval
from
the
department
and
the
final
one
is
a
nine-unit
fee,
simple
townhouse
in
three
separate
buildings
on
first
avenue
north,
which
is
around
about
a
half
a
block
east
of
pendleton
road.
M
This
was
originally
proposed
as
two
separate
projects
that
received
approvals
for
concept,
platinum
development
plan
at
separate
times
of
the
developers
choosing
to
subdivide
these
properties
all
together
since
they're
on
adjacent
properties,
so
happy
to
answer
any
questions
that
you
might
have.
Thank.
B
E
M
Right
now
we
only
have
one
more
final
flat,
I'm
not
sure
how
many
units
it
is.
I
haven't
seen
it
yet,
but
we
only
have
one
in
the
queue
to
be
approved.
It's
currently
in
staff
review
right
now
on
all
of
the
ones
that
you
guys
have
seen
lately
went
through
concept
plan
for
plat
and
development
plan
approval
in
the
last
year.
It
is
unusual.
This
is
definitely
the
busiest
year
we've
had
for
townhouse
developments.
They
all
just
kind
of
seem
to
be
coming
all
at
once
this
year,
in
particular,.
I
Steven,
thank
you,
I'm
going
to
repeat
what
I've
been
saying
just
because
it
needs
to
be
said.
This
follows
the
three
criteria.
It's
consistent
with
the
comp
plan,
which
I
have
a
little
bit
of
an
issue,
which
is
why
I
voted
to
get
some
some
of
the
other
ones.
When
I
was
on
planning
commission,
it's
compatible
with
the
surrounding
area
and
they
all
are
now,
and
the
design
and
layout
is
also
compatible
with
this
surrounding
area.
Those
are
the
three
things
that
you
can
vote
against
this
kind
of
a
application.
I
So
I
want
to
go
back
to
the
consistent
with
the
comp
plan
when
the
comp
plan
was
written,
how
he
lived
was
different
and
how
jack's
speech
was
very
different.
So
when
you
rented
out
a
house,
it
was
not
usually
rented
out
to
a
bunch
of
young
people
who
each
are
have
a
own
vehicle
with
their.
So
a
four
bedroom
house
now
has
four
people
instead
of
a
two
family
with
some
kids,
and
so
that
really
has
changed,
and
we
have
seen
since
2015.
I
I
I
voted
for
it
then,
and
I
would
vote
for
it
and
I'll
go
for
it
again
now
because
it
does
fit
with
the
surrounding
community.
However,
I
am
very
concerned
about
when
we
look
at
the
comp
plan.
We
say
that
it
agrees
with
the
comp
plan.
The
complex
the
the
community
was
very
different
when
the
comp
plan
was
thought
through
when
we
had
multi-unit
housing.
You
were
not
thinking
all
of
these
individuals
squeezing
into
these
little
tiny
units
and
so
that's
problematic.
I
For
this
reason,
the
duplexes
and
the
anything
that
would
end
up
stopped
to
subdivide
the
land
for
free,
simple
purposes,
and
it
was
shot
down
by
this
council
and
I'm
just
going
to
reiterate
now.
I
still
think
that
we
should
have
a
discussion
about
putting
a
moratorium,
or
maybe
we
should
just
call
it
a
pause
on
multi
on
multi-housing
developments
like
townhouses
and
duplexes
until
we
finish
up
with
the
strategic
plan,
the
comp
plan
and
the
land
development
code.
I
D
Yeah
I
just
wanted
to
thank
ms
ireland.
She
gave
me
a
lot
of
information
and
councilmember
meza
brought
up
the
point
that
I
was
going
to
point.
D
We
only
have
one
in
review
right
now
and
I
just
want
to
point
out
like
some
of
the
facts
from
my
fellow
council
members.
If
you'll
oblige
me
one
minute
that
you
gave
me,
and
so
I
asked
for
one
year
and
miss
ireland-
was
gracious
and
gave
me
the
last
10
years,
which
points
a
much
bigger
picture
of
that.
In
the
last
10
years
there
were
23
total
projects.
D
We
there
were
seven
approved
in
2020,
so
almost
a
third
of
them
came
in
the
last
year,
and
that
comes,
I
believe,
that
comes
with
the
rising
property
values.
You
know
trying
to
get
a
good
a
good.
You
know
recoup
of
the
investment
and
obviously
profit,
and
then
another
one
to
point
out
is
that
where
were
they
sorry
I'm
reading
this
here?
D
So
we
got
one
in
review
currently
in
that
all
of
them
are
in
multiple
family
zoning
districts
or
commercial
zoning
districts
with
conditional
use
approval
for
multi-family,
so
they're
all
following
the
current
ldc
and
it
does
in
by
miss
ireland's
county-
represents
one
percent
of
the
12
789
total
housing
units
by
the
2020
census.
D
So
I
just
think
that's
important
information
to
share
with
the
council
in
that
on
the
september
13th
briefing
we
agreed
to
get
our
new
city
attorney
working
on
this
when
she's
here
and
she'll
be
here
what
this
week
or
next
week.
So
I'm
expecting
some
good
work
out
of
our
new
city
attorney,
which
we've
been
sorely
needing
for
the
past
several
months.
So
thanks
for
watching
your
time,
thank.
C
C
M
K
M
Need
the
requirement
whether
they
have
two
bedrooms
or
four
bedrooms,
same
thing
with
single
family
single
family
with.
M
C
I
Thank
you,
mr
monk.
Thank
you.
That
was
the
point
that
all
of
these
only
need
the
two
spots.
Any
any
housing
unit
only
needs
two
spots
and
how
many
of
us
actually
park
in
our
garages,
especially
when
you
only
have
a
one-car
garage.
B
Yeah
I
mean
just
personally
for
me:
I
really
have
not
observed
a
lot
of
the
parking
challenges
with
people
parking
on
the
side
of
the
road
in
these,
because
the
people
that
I
know
that
have
purchased
the
season
in
the
past,
because
they're
not
cheap,
I
mean
I
mean
you're,
talking
500
000
plus
at
this
point
in
time,
and
you
end
up
with
a
lot
of
single
professionals
living
in
them,
and
I
mean
I
don't
see
like
you
know,
even
in
the
four
bedrooms
I
know
there's
either
one
or
two
people
living
in
them.
B
I
don't
see
them.
I
have
not
personally
seen
you
know
all
the
rooms
full
of
college
students
and
and
stuff
in
these
new
ones.
But
that's
my
that's
my
perspective
on
it
at
this
point
in
time,
but
I
do
understand
the
issue
and
I
understand
I'm
not
I'm
very
leery
of
continuing
to
break
these
up
and
I
wish
it
would
have
been
addressed
earlier
before.
C
We've
had
27
over
the
last
10
years,
just
a
quick
follow-up.
In
response
to
mr
nichols
comment.
The
ones
that
that
have
been
problematic
have
been
town
homes
that
are
not
sold
but
they're
rented.
It's
a
you
know,
it's
the
it's
that
model
investor
model
or
investment
model,
and
we
have
several
of
those
and
those
are
the
ones
that
are
impacting
the
neighborhoods.
J
A
Yes,
motion
carries
item.
B
2021-09
ocean
terrace
drainage
improvements
was
that
the
wrong
one.
C
B
I
got
the
wrong.
My
cheat
sheet
was
wrong,
so
I
knew
that
we
approved
the
final
plot
for
third
avenue
south
replay
of
the
west
half
of
lot
two
and
olive
lot,
three
block
forty
pablo
beach.
Second,.
H
B
E
I
I
I
I
B
Mr
nipples,
I'm
in
agreement
with
the
tree
more
trees,
better
big
trees
were
good,
but
even
if
they
did
take
them
down,
I
think
they'd
have
to
do.
They'd
have
to
mitigate
and
and
work
on
that,
but
I
would
prefer
them
to
leave.
M
E
Since
the
medical
trend
is
12
and
pharmacy
is
13,
this
is
a
really
good
win
for
us
adventurous.
Our
broker
was
able
to
work
with
florida
blue
to
keep
that
price
down
the
increase
and
also
to
lower
three
of
our
co-pays.
So
we're
pretty
excited
about
that
and
that's
the
only
change
in
any
of
our
plans.
So
I'm
here
to
request
the
approval
to
move
forward
with
the
renewals.
B
Thank
you,
ms
bennett.
I'm
here
that
we
approve
renewals,
effective
january
1st
2022,
with
florida
blue
for
medical
insurance
met
life
for
dental
insurance,
superior
vision
for
voluntary
vision,
insurance,
standard
for
life
insurance
and
ad
and
goya
for
voluntary
critical
illness
gap
and
accident
insurance.
A
A
Yes,
motion
carries
thank
you
all
for
your
hard
work
on
keeping
those
costs
down
and
lowering
some
additional
costs
as
well,
for
our
employees
really
appreciate
that
effort.
Okay,
next
up
resolutions,
do
we
have
a
staff
presentation
on
pay
classification.
E
Oh
just
I
actually
wasn't
going
to
do
a
presentation,
but
I
can
talk
about
each
of
the
changes.
I'm
here
to
ask
you
to
adopt
the
resolution.
2092
2021
amending
the
managerial
professional,
administrative,
physician
classification
and
paid
plan.
I
read
lines
the
six
different
changes
that
we
have
in
there.
So
if
there's
any
specific
questions
on
any
of
those
changes
and
we
weren't
happy
to
answer
them.
J
B
J
A
A
This
ordinance
to
amend
the
pud
zoning
regulations
of
our
property
is
before
the
council
for
a
public
hearing
and
consideration
on
its
first
reading.
Under
the
laws
of
the
state
of
florida,
an
application
to
amend
the
zoning
regulations
governing
and
property
is
handled
as
a
quasi-judicial
proceeding.
A
procedure.
Judicial
proceeding
means
that
a
governing
body
is
now
functioning
in
a
manner
similar
to
a
court
with
the
mayor
and
council
sitting
as
impartial
decision
makers,
hearing
testimony
and
questioning
presenters,
who
are
to
provide
substantial
and
competent
evidence
to
support
their
side
of
the
issue.
A
It
is
the
duty
of
the
council
to
arrive
at
sound
decisions
regarding
the
use
of
the
property
within
the
city.
This
includes
receiving
citizen
input
regarding
the
proposed
use
on
the
neighborhood,
especially
where
the
input
is
fact
based
and
not
a
simple
expression
of
opinion.
It
is
the
applicant's
burden
to
demonstrate
that
their
application
is
consistent
with
the
land
development
code
and
the
comprehensive
plan.
If
the
applicant
is
successful
in
showing
consistency,
then
it
is
up
to
local
government
to
produce
competent,
substantial.
A
Record
that
the
application
should
be
denied
the
council's
decision
on
the
zoning
amendment.
Application
is
based
on
the
criteria
set
forth
in
section
34-211
of
the
land
development
code.
Each
member
of
the
council
has
been
provided
a
copy
of
the
criteria.
In
addition,
the
council
has
received
a
copy
of
the
application
and
the
staff
planning
commission,
the
staff
and
planning
commission
reports
on
this
pud
sony
amendment
request.
I
will
now
open
the
public
hearing
on
ordinance
number
2021-8167.
A
So
first
is
to
ask
the
applicant
or
a
spokesperson
for
the
applicant
as
president
and
recognize
them
and
make
a
presentation
of
their
proposal.
I
do
have
a
speaker
card
from
mr
divanelle.
If
you'd
like
to
approach
the
podium
and
provide
a
report.
L
L
After
it
became
apparent
that
home
depot
was
going
to
drag
a
little
bit
behind,
we
decided
to
go
ahead
and
move
forward
in
order
to
accommodate
two
restaurants
and
some
additional
outdoor
display
of
goods,
and
so
we've
obviously
been
through
the
process.
We
have
a
recommendation
of
approval
from
the
planning
commission.
We've
got.
B
K
L
That
is
this
favorable.
Obviously,
we've
file
an
application.
All
of
those
items
meet
the
criteria
that
you
read
in
your
first
paragraph
about
competent,
substantial
evidence,
the
support
of
our
application
at
the
appropriate
time.
We
have
two
requests,
two
very
small
changes
that
we'd
like
to
make
to
the
text
and
if
I
could,
if
it
would
be
okay.
L
But
when
home
depot
dropped
off,
it
was
clear
at
planning
commission
that
there
was
not
going
to
be
permanent
or
overnight
out
outdoor
display
of
items
and
as
a
result,
we
don't
think
that
we
need
to
sprinkle
or
we
shouldn't
have
to
sprinkle
the
areas
where
there's
just
daily
display
of
items.
So
what
we
would
ask
is
that
that
last
sentence
in
section
5
that
just
the
phrase
areas
used
for
outdoor
retail
display
and
sales
areas
and
outdoor
that
phrase
be
deleted,
so
that
the
new
sentence
would
read.
L
All
restaurant
areas
shall
be
fire
sprinkled
if
under
canopy
or
as
otherwise
required
by
the
office
of
the
fire
marshal.
So
it's
just
to
make
clear
that
the
sprinkling
requirement
is
for
permanent
displays,
like
they
have
at
home
depot
or
for
restaurants,
where
people
are
dying
for
anything,
that's
daily
display
where
it
goes
out
in
the
morning,
perhaps
and
comes
back
in
the
afternoon,
that
those
areas
would
not
be
sprinkled.
That's
the
intent
of
our
request
to
amend
section
five
and
then
in
condition.
L
L
Dice,
whether
the
standard
was
48
or
56
or
66,
so
we
told
the
planning
commission
that
we
would
research
it
and
look
it
up,
but
we
would
definitely
agree
the
barriers
we've
determined
since
our
meeting
with
the
planning
commission
that
publix
the
standard
for
publix
is
that
dollars
are
barriers,
not
bothers.
Barriers
are
established
with
every
66
inches,
so
we
would
request
that
instead
of
the
48
inch
standard
being
in
condition,
number
three
that
that
be
added
would
be
replaced
rather
than
the
66
inch
condition
rather
than
48.
L
66
inches
is
five
and
a
half
feet
wide.
Most
cars
are
seven
feet
wide
and
so
the
66
inch
standard,
which
is
sufficient
for
publix.
We
think,
is
sufficient
at
this
location
as
well,
but
other
than
those
two
small
changes.
We
are
in
support
of
all
the
other
conditions
and
all
the
other
discussion
that
came
up
in
the
planning
commission
regarding
hours,
operation,
location
of
speakers,
all
the
other
things
that
are
captured
in
the
staffs
report.
Thank
you.
A
H
Mixed
up
with
that,
the
listing
the
identification
agenda-
okay,
yeah-
I
just
wanted
to
bring
to
your
attention-
something
I
think
should
be
considered
sort
of
a
cautionary
note
about
that,
because
I
was
very
active
in
the
jacksonville
beach
political
action
committee
when
that
shopping
center
was
built,
and
I
see
a
potential
for
great
danger
actually
and
what
I
want
to
ask
you
to
consider
if
you've
ever
been
down
to
chick-fil-a
at
rush
hour,
the
traffic
backs
up
a
very
dangerous
manner
out
onto
marsh
landing
parkway,
and
it
was
just
brought
to
my
attention
recently
that
the
south
beach
regional
centers
has
a
chicken
restaurant
with
a
drive-through,
and
I
see
the
same
disaster
happening
there,
except
this
time
the
traffic's
going
to
be
backed
up
onto
jacksonville
drive.
H
A
Thank
you,
miss
bishop.
I
don't
have
any
other
speaker
cards.
Is
there
anyone
else
who
would
like
to
speak
in
favor
or
in
opposition
to
the
ordinance
all
right
next,
director
planning
development?
Do
you
wish
to
respond
any
of
the
comments
by
the
applicant
or
the
public.
M
Yes,
ma'am.
Thank
you.
I'd
be
happy
to
go
over
staff's,
proposed
conditions
or
just
answer
any
questions
about
them
that
you
have.
They
were
amended
by
the
planning
commission.
So
what
I?
What
I
did
was
show
where
the
planning
commission
added
language
in
in
red
and
underlined.
So
you
could
see
the
difference.
M
M
However,
sep
did
speak
with
the
fire
marshal
today
and
he
did
indicate
that
even
with
temporary
outside
display
and
sale
of
merchandise
that
if
the
building
was
sprinklered
but
that
outside
area
would
likely
have
to
be
sprinkled
as
well,
so
I'm
not
comfortable
taking
that
out
the
way
we
drafted
it
in
the
ordinance
under
section
number,
five.
The
way
I
interpret
it
is
that
if
fire
marshal
doesn't
require
sprinklers,
then
then
we
wouldn't
require
sprinklers,
but
we
certainly
don't
want
to
leave
that
out.
A
Thank
you
we'll
go
ahead
and
get
through
the
rest
of
the
procedural
items
and
then
we'll
go
to
questions
an
applicant.
Do
you,
mr
duvanelle,
do
you
wish
to
respond
any
of
the
comments
by
staff.
L
Well,
I
really
appreciate
what
heather
said
in
that
accommodation
on
the
on
the
fire
sprinkling,
and
I
guess
if
we
have
to
work
with
the
fire
marshal
on
it,
we
certainly
will
we're
just
trying
to
make
it
clear
that
again
for
the
temporary
storage
or
sales
items
that
are
out
there
all
the
time
that
we
weren't
going
to
sprinkle
that
area.
It
was
just
a
carryover
from
the
from
the
original
application
and
it
was
my
fault
in
the
drafting.
L
The
drive-through
the
drive-thru
exists,
it's
permitted
it's
vested
and
this
isn't
a
drive-through
like
chick-fil-a.
This
is
for
people
that
order
online
and
they
just
drive
through
and
pick
it
up.
So
it's
not
where
you
order
and
then
you
wait
for
your
order
to
be
made,
and
then
you
kind
of
move
up
in
the
line.
It's
a
completely
different
operation.
So
we
don't
expect
in
addition
to
the
fact
that
the
drive-thru
is
already
permitted
and
already
used.
A
Thank
you
for
that
clarification,
seeing
no
one
else
who
would
like
to
speak
on
this
issue,
I'll
close
the
public
hearing
before
requesting
a
motion
on
this
ordinance,
beginning
with
myself.
Each
of
the
members
is
requested
to
indicate
for
the
record
both
the
names
of
the
persons
and
the
substance
of
any
ex
parte
communications.
Regarding
this
application,
an
ex-parte
communication
refers
to
any
meeting
or
discussion
with
a
person
or
citizen
who
might
have
an
interest
in
this
decision
which
occurred
outside
of
the
public
hearing
process.
I
have
had
none.
D
Yeah
I
had
a
conversation
with
mr
diva
now
a
while
back,
but
it
was
in
regards
to
the
home
depot
and
the
home
depot.
I
guess
is
not
in
this,
but
I
also
did
have
a
meeting
with
mr
patrick
mckinley
who's
present
on
last
friday,
and
we
discussed
several
of
the
sections
on
here
and
I
will
bring
those
up
when
we
have
our
forum
opportunity.
C
I
had
a
discussion
with
mr
divanelle,
probably
a
couple
of
months
ago.
We
met
and
talked
about
eventually,
but
he
also
brought
this
up
as
well
to
say
that
this
would
be
coming
before
us,
with
a
request
for
outside
dining
and
then
also
a
very
short
chat
conversation
with
miss
fisher.
Just
just
saying
that
she
had
concerns
about
the
parking
and
on
the
sidewalks.
A
B
A
Leave
a
motion
in
a
second
before
opening
the
floor
for
discussion
or
questions
by
the
council.
Please
be
reminded
that
our
decision
will
be
based
on
the
criteria
set
forth
in
the
land
development
code
and
the
council
is
required
to
approve
a
clear
statement
of
specific
findings
of
fact
stating
the
basis
upon
which
such
facts
were
determined
and
the
decision
was
made.
A
E
M
Have
I'm
just
curious,
I'm
not
going
to
pretend
to
know
the
answer
to
that.
That's
fire
code
but,
like
I
said,
staff
did
talk
to
the
fire
marshal
today
to
ask
him
if
there
was,
even
just
during
the
day
outside
display
of
merchandise,
he
said
if
the
building
is
sprinkled
sprinkler,
then
that
area
would
have
to
be
sprinklered
as
well.
If
there
are
combustible
materials
outside
so
again,
I
think
it
would
be
tenant
specific.
M
If
you
will,
we
have
to
look
at
each
area
individually
when,
when
we
see
a
tenant
has
stuff
out
there
has
merchandise
outside
to
determine
whether
they
need
to
have
sprinklers
or
not.
Okay.
Thank
you.
Yes,
sir.
I
Thank
you.
This
is
regarding
the
sprinklers,
when
I
guess
about
five
or
six
years
ago,
when
home
depot
was
in
front
of
the
planning
commission
requesting
permission
to
have
outdoor
display.
I
It
was
then
that
it
is
part
of
the
fire
code
that
they
have
to
have
the
outdoor
sprinklers.
If
you're
going
to
be
having
anything
outside
the
on
the
walkway.
I
will
note
I've
been
very
disappointed
in
this.
That
home
depot
has
the
approval,
but
the
rest
of
them
don't
and
the
rest
of
them
still
do
put
their
stuff
out
there.
I
I
am
not
in
support
of
removing
the
sprinkler
provision
in
this
and
and
I'm
okay
with
the
with
the
the
barrier
change
I'm
slightly
weary
of
having
it
permitted
use
instead
of
a
conditional
use,
the
outdoor
seating
for
this
whole
lot,
and
that's
because
it
has
the
potential
to
decrease
property
value
if
it's
permitted
use
throughout
the
whole
plaza
right
now,
they're
looking
at
two
possible
restaurants.
But
what
happens
if
they
end
up
having
four
or
five
or
six
restaurants?
I
All
with
that
outdoor
seating
with
low
amplified
sound
that
can
impact
the
quality
of
life
for
the
homes
that
are
now
all
around
that
plaza
the
first
generation
when
it
was
when
they
were
first
looking
at
that
plaza.
They,
I
think
it
was
an
applebee's
david
dowell,
will
more
than
happily
tell
you
about
the
what
he
had
to
go
through
with
the
applebee's
sound
and
how
it
traveled.
I
don't
think
it
would
hit
his
house
anymore,
because
now
there's
another
neighborhood
in
between
that
plaza
in
his
house,
probably
at
the
neighborhood
and
a
half.
I
D
Yes,
so
a
couple
things
that
I
discussed
with
mr
mckinley,
which
I
want
to
go
back
to
the
top
page
for
some
clarification
with
miss
ireland
on
the
outdoor
restaurant
services
on
friday
and
saturday
with
it
going
to
10
p.m.
I
believe
section
18
says
that
the
amplified
noise
only
is
available.
D
Sorry,
it
goes
to
11
pm
service,
but
the
amplified
noise-
I'm
not
mistaken
in
section
18,
says
that
that
was
ceased
at
10
pm.
Is
that
correct?
I
believe
so.
So
is
there
anything
in
here
that
says
the
amplified,
though
you
know
it's,
I
I
read
the
low
volume
outdoor
amplified
and
acoustic
sound
low
volume
like
background
noise,
basically-
and
I
understand
that
it's
not
going
to
be
a
rock
band
out
there
with
four
on
speakers,
but
is
there
anything
in
the
pud
that
says
that
that
volume
will
cease
at.
M
D
I
just
you
know
I
I
saw
in
there
that
if
there's
it's
like
a
three
strike
rule,
so
I
just
you
know
to
the
developers
since
they're
here
you
know
make
sure
that
your
operators
know
the
rules,
because
I
hate
for
you
to
lose
the
privilege,
because
a
manager
doesn't
know
the
rules
on
friday
and
saturday,
another
I'm
fine
with
the
bollards
or
whatever
they're
called
barriers
being
the
standard
at
publix.
I
don't
see
that
as
being
a
big
issue.
D
The
one
I
am
curious
about
is
the
restaurant
going
to
60.
I
had
a
conversation,
mr
kimberly,
about
that
being
50
to
match
our
proposal
for
outdoor
seating
requirements
is.
Is
this
a
a
min
amendable
is
everywhere
a
mendable
thing
where
we
could
amend,
make
a
motion
to
amend
the
60
to
50
to
be
in
line
with
are
proposed
because
they
will
be
current
but
they're,
not
as
some
of
the
conversations
shared
by
mr
staples
points
out.
D
It's
not,
and
you
said
it's
not
codified
yet,
but
it's
in
the
pipeline.
So
if
that
is
a
mindable
motion,
I
would
like
to
make
that
motion.
Just
wanna
make
sure
we
can
do
it.
M
Yeah
steph
wouldn't
object.
I
would
have
to
consult
with
the
city
attorney
to
see
how
we
would
do
that
that
60
is
proposed
in
their
project
narrative,
so
not
sure
if
we
can
do
that
through
the
ordinance
or,
if
they're
going
to
need
to
give
us
some
new
information.
But
I
will
check
with
her
if
that's
something
you
guys
are
all
interested
in
I'll
check
with
your
first
thing
on
tomorrow,
throughout
the
tomorrow
tuesday,.
D
Yeah,
I'm
interested
in
that
and,
like
I
said,
with
the
conversation
with
mr
kimberly,
it
was
they
were
amenable
to
it.
So
I
think
that
would
be
you
know
they
always
get
us
keep
keep
our
pud
in
line
with
what
we're
trying
to
do
city
wide,
and
I
think
I'm
done
so.
If
I
think
of
something
else
I'll
talked
about
mr
nichols,
I'm
fine.
B
With
the
baller
spacing
that
makes
sense
to
me
after
the
sprinkler
in
the
section
5
20,
it
says
I
guess
what
what
I
understand.
They're
asking
is
just
to
remove
the
one
section
about
outdoor
restaurant
areas
shall
be
sprinkled
if
under
candy
or
as
otherwise
required
by
the
office
of
the
fire
marshal,
and
I
think
the
argument
that
you're
making
is
that,
if,
if
fire
code
requires
it
to
have
it,
the
fire
marshal
will
enforce
them
to
do
it.
B
M
Right
and
there,
the
applicant's
concern
was
not
about
the
restaurants,
but
the
retail
display
areas
and
again,
according
to
the
fire
marshal,
those
would
likely
have
to
be
sprinklered
as
well.
M
B
M
Right
and
this
under
section
5,
the
language
we
put
in
here
is
basically
a
copy
and
paste
from
their
application,
which
is
why
no.
B
B
So
I'm
fine
with
both
of
their
suggestions,
but
this
this
document
I
was
just
noticing
I
mean
it
says
outside
the
kmart
parcel.
I
was
just
wondering
I
didn't
realize
it
was
the
k-mart
at
some
point
in
time.
B
M
B
B
C
I
would
support
that
just
I
would
want
to
make
sure,
though
my
whole
thing
is
clarity
and
making
sure
that
we,
that
everything
is
really
clear
in
here
and
I'm
fine
with
the
barrier
distance
that
they
requested.
But
I
do
have
some
things
that
I
think
require
some
clarity.
You
know,
I
believe
that
you,
I
sent
you
a
list
of
questions,
and
I
really
appreciate
you
getting
your
answers
back
to
me
so
quickly,
the
60
or
whatever
the
outside
dining
percentage.
C
We
we
approve,
I
really
like
to
see
that
put
in
to
the
ordinance
itself
instead
of
just
referencing
their
narrative,
because
personally
I
think
it
it's
important
to
have
that
kind
of
detail
in
the
actual
ordinance.
Another
thing
that
I
that
I
think
is
needed
for
clarification,
and
it
was
one
of
the
questions
I
asked
you
miss
ireland
was
having
to
do
with.
C
D
in
the
ordinance
was
worded
about,
shall
we
limited
to
low
volume,
outdoor
amplified
and
acoustic
sound,
as
defined
in
section
18-7,
but
to
me
that
wasn't
clear
as
to
whether
they
would
be
required
to
get
a
permit
or
not
a
low-lying
outdoor
amplified
sound
permit.
So
I
would
also
like
to
see
some
clarification
there
that
just
and
I
I
have
wording
if
we
want
to
go
that
direction,
but
just
want
to
put.
E
C
Making
sure
that
they're
in
compliance
with
the
sound
with
our
sound
requirements,
it's
it
mentions
the
property
line,
but
we
know
that
this
is
not
like
other
places,
because
the
property
line
is,
I
mean
this
is
a
pud
right.
So
I
really
you
answered.
You
answered
my
question,
but
I
still
don't
you
say
you
would
interpret
this
to
mean
the
boundaries
of
each
establishment,
but
still
what
are
the
boundaries
of
each
establishment
when
it
comes
to
the
outside
dining
areas?
And
if
somebody's
complaining
about
the
noise,
where,
where
is
our
police?
C
M
Right
well,
I
would
answer
that
with
again
it
would
be
the
boundaries
of
that
tenant
space.
So
we.
E
M
They've
identified
areas
where
they
would
want
to
put
outdoor
seating,
they
may
be
smaller
than
that.
So
that's
what
we
would
be
looking
at
is
you
know
this
is
the
fenced-in
area
of
their
apple
receiving
since
you're
right
there
are
no
actual
property
boundaries,
it
would
just
be
the
boundaries
of
that
actual
establishment.
I
can't
think
of
any
other
way
to
do
it
than
that.
C
Okay,
so,
and
one
other
question
I
had
this,
do
you
want
and
follow
up
to
something
that
mr
law
asked
in
this
pud?
Are
we
approving
just
four
locations
for
outside
dining,
or
is
this
saying
that
outside
dining
could
be
anywhere
in
this
pod.
M
The
retail
display
of
merchandise
area,
though,
would
be
plaza
wide
if
you
will,
but
only
if
the
condition
that
we've
suggested,
if
you
guys
go
with
this
one,
is
that
it's
only
for
retail
establishments
so
which
not
every
not
every
tenant
in
there
is
a
retail
tenant.
There's
a
lot
of
other
doctor's
offices
and
such
so.
C
M
C
Thank
you.
I
will
I'll
make
a
motion
when
we're
done
with
our
discussion.
A
L
To
some
of
the
things
that
were
brought
up
so
folks
would
know,
because
in
a
pod
it's
a
contract
zoning,
and
so
I
think
that
you
would
want
to
know
the
applicant's
position
on
these
items.
So
let
me
just
go
down.
I'm
really
glad
that
heather
just
had
the
conversation
about
the
restaurants,
they're
not
permitted
generally
throughout
the
pewdie
they're
only
permitted
at
four
locations
as
far
as
the
percentage
well,
the
section
18.7
about
the
sound
permit,
we're
fine
applying
for
a
sound
permit.
That's
not
a
problem
at
all.
L
L
I
think
mr
nichols
made
a
great
point,
and
so,
however,
it
changes
is
fine
and
we'll
come
back
in
two
weeks
with
clarity
with
the
fire
marshal
on
the
on
the
the
percentages
that
I
think
that
that
the
councilman
stokes
that
you
brought
up
regarding
the
percentages
going
to
50
instead
of
60,
I
mean
what
we're
trying
to
do
is
we're
trying
to
enable
small
tenants,
small
mom
and
pop
restaurants
to
be
able
to
have
outdoor
dining,
because
it's
something
that's
so
much
in
demand
by
folks
that
go
outside
that
go
out
to
eat
now.
L
So
if
it's
50
and
that's
where
we
end
up
instead
of
60,
I
mean
that
that's
fine,
but
again
don't
lose
sight
of
the
fact
what
we're
trying
to
accomplish
so
we're
open
to
the
50
but
and
then
the
very
last
one,
the
first
line
versus
the
property
line.
I
would
just
say,
look
look,
I
understand
the
concern,
we're
not
doing
outdoor
concerts
or
outdoor
entertainment
or
live
anything
the
code
kind
of
is
what
it
is.
It
says
the
property
line,
whatever
the
standard
is,
however,
it's
measured.
L
If
there
is
an
issue,
you
know
we'll
comply
with
it.
The
great
thing
about
this
particular
location
is
it's
owned
by
a
local
company,
patrick
who
I
should
have
introduced
earlier
mckinley
and
chris
ruin,
who
were
both
with
regency
center.
They
both
live.
You
know
within
30
minutes
of
this
property.
Again,
it's
a
great
thing
about
doing
a
pud
that
you
can
customize
and
address
all
these
issues
with
a
local
developer,
so
we're
we're
willing
to
meet
again.
L
C
I
have,
I
guess
I
have
several.
I
don't
know
if
I
should
try
to
lump
them
all
together
since
their
clarifications,
but
we'll
see
how
it
goes
yeah.
So
I
let
me
go
back
to.
A
D
I
know
that
we've
talked
about
you
know,
50
being
the
starting
point
and
that
either
future
wide
future
city-wide
we
may
go
to
60
or
75,
but
we
wanted
to
start
at
50.
Is
there
a
way
to
amend
the
motion
that
it
fall?
I
mean
I
know
a
putt
is
is
separate,
but
I'm
just
trying
to
get
some
consistency
with
what
we're
trying
to
do
citywide
in
this
pub
and
not
disparage
the
mom
and
pops,
but
also
have
consistency
with
our
goals
and
objectives
in
the
city.
D
B
In
the
office
tonight,
however,
if
you
wanted
to
propose
50
percent
or
required.

A
C
Okay,
one
other
amendment:
I
knew
that
we
amend
section
5,
20
d
to
add-
shall
be
required
to
obtain
a
low-lying
outdoor
amplified
sound
permit
to
that
section.
Second,.
