From YouTube: Regular City Council Meeting (05/03/2021)
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Good
evening
it's
just
at
six
o'clock,
so
we'll
go
ahead
and
get
our
monday
may
3rd.
Regular
city
council
meeting
started
we'll
begin
with
our
invocation,
followed
by
salute
to
the
flag
invitation
led
by
mr
danson.
Please
rise
so,
let's
pray.
B
A
B
B
Thank
you
mayor.
I
just
wanted
to
mention
that
councilmember
damont
and
I
had
the
pleasure
of
attending
the
institute
for
elected
municipal
officials,
the
second
training
and
a
couple
of
weekends
ago.
It
was
a
really
really
great
training,
so
anyway
highly
recommend
it
for
any
of
you
once
you
get
through
the
first
one,
and
you
can
do
the
second
one,
but
it
was
a
really
great,
ever
really
great
training,
and
then
I
also
wanted
to
mention
that
this
wednesday
may
5th
at
7
o'clock.
B
Beach's
watch
is
having
their
monthly
meeting,
which
is
the
speaker,
is
our
wave
maker
recipient
beaches
go
green
as
well
as
republic
services
and
we're
going
to
be
talking
about
recycling
and
what's
happening
today
with
recycling.
What's
not
happening
happening,
that
sort
of
thing
people
have
a
lot
of
questions
about
recycling
and
what
we
can
and
can't
do
so.
It
should
be
a
really
good
meeting.
It
will
be
via
zoom.
You
can
go
to
beacheswatch.com
to
find
the
link
for
the
meeting.
A
I
think
he
was
building
any
other
announcements
from.
I
have
one.
I'm
really
pleased
to
have
learned
that
baptist
medical
center
beaches
received
an
a
in
the
spring
2021
leapfrog
hospital
safety
grades.
For
the
fifth
consecutive
time,
only
33
of
hospitals
in
the
nation
received
an
a
rating,
and
I
think
that's
just
one
more
feather
in
the
hat
for
a
really
great
institution
that
we
have
here
right
here
in
jacksonville
beach.
A
So
please
join
me
in
being
very
proud
of
baptist
medical
center
beaches
and,
if
you
know
any
of
the
staff
or
board
members
there,
please
pass
along
your
congratulations.
A
Moving
on
courtesy
of
the
floor,
we
have
one
card
for
presentation.
Unfortunately,
it
does
not
appear
that
they
are
here
yet
so
when
they
do
get
here,
we
may
kind
of
pause
in
the
meeting
agenda
and
let
them
go
ahead
and
make
that
presentation
and
then
now
we'll
move
on
to
our
regular
business.
The
first.
A
Coast
guard
auxiliary
flotilla.
We
have
dr
mark
victory
flotilla
community.
A
And
all
that
good
stuff,
I
think
if
we
can
all
agree
national
safe
building
week
is
important
here,
as
we
look
beach
life
out
here
in
jacksonville
beach,
we're
surrounded
by
water.
We
know
we
have
a
lot
of
boaters
here
on
our
island,
so
whereas
living
continues
to
be
a
popular
recreational
activity
and
people
are
taking
to
the
water
and
enjoying
time
together,
building
sailing,
paddling
and
fishing
and
whereas
safe
building
begins
with
prep
with
preparation.
F
What
I
would
like
to
do
is
propose
to
council
that
we
amend
the
motion
for
this
particular
item
to
authorize
the
following
elected
officials
to
attend
the
institute
for
elected
municipal
officials,
emo
3
training,
as
offered
by
the
florida
league
of
cities
within
the
next
12-month
window,
and
as
of
right
now
we
have
two
elected
officials
that
are
desiring
to
attend
that,
and
that
would
be
council
members.
E
A
We
have
a
motion
in
a
second
any
questions
from
council.
A
My
question
is,
since
it's
a
virtual
training
is,
is
it
something
you
can
do
after
the
fact
so
that
you
don't
have
to
miss
the
may
14th?
A
I'm
just
confirming
that,
so
you,
you
will
not
be
missing
the
strategic
planning
and
you
will
not
be
missing
the
strategic
thing
as
you
want,
I'm
sure.
Okay,
so
hopefully
the
strategic
planning
will
take
some
degree
of
priority
there.
Any
other
questions
from
council
matter
claire.
Can
we
get
a
roll
call.
F
F
There
are
both
primary
secondary
and
tertiary
rewards,
as
well
as
the
exclusion
of
some
of
the
work
specifically
section
two,
which
is
maintenance
of
the
l
m
facility
and
items
c
d
and
e,
which
are
tree
trimming
and
irrigation
repair
that
we're
planning
on
keeping
in-house.
Based
on
the
bids
received,
we
have
representatives
from
parking
parks
and
recreation
here.
If
you
have
any
questions
on
the
bid
documents
or
the
award.
E
A
D
F
F
F
G
Jordan
down
so
with
2017,
the
water
tower
was
inspected
and
the
inspection
determined
that
the
extreme
recording
was
in
fair
condition
where
multiple
areas
where
the
coating
had
failed,
2018
micro
repairs
were
done
now.
Moving
forward
last
year
was
approved.
C
I
I'm
confused
as
in,
if
they
inspected
the
last
year,
how
did
they
miss
that?
And
now
we're
at
this
point?
I
I
don't
know
that
they
they
did
inspect
last
year.
They
do.
We
do
a
breaching
inspection
on
that.
We
also
do
a
structural
inspection
on
the
painting,
and
then
we
have
the
coatings
and
stuff
re-inspected
so
where
this
came
from
is
partially
an
air
by
public
works.
When
we
got
the
original
quote,
the
original
quote
include
the
included
one
cross,
brace
and.
C
And
if
you
look
on
page
four
of
the
of
that
document,
you'll
see
that
that's
what
we
included
as
part
of
our
costs.
But
if
you
read
the
narrative,
it
tells
you
that
in
the
one
at
7
500
that
the
replacement
of
more
than
10
is
very
unlikely.
I
think
the
original
budget
should.
C
C
G
C
C
I
don't
know
that
I
have
an
answer
as
to
why
it
wasn't
caught
prior
to
that-
and
I
know,
like
I
said
the
painters
come
in
and
they
do
all
the
painting,
then
they
come
back
and
inspect
all
the
parts
to
verify
what
can
and
can't
be
affirmed
that
it's
actually
completed
so
there's
quite
a
few
of
the
parts
in
the
list
that
they
didn't
even
quote
prices
for
because
there
are
tabs
that
have
to
be
welded
onto
the
tank.
G
C
Well,
I
said
we
we
count
on
somebody
else.
We
don't
climb
the
towers
to
do
the
inspections.
We
count
on
the
contractor
that
was
bid
as
part
of
this
entire
project.
So
I
don't
think
it.
I
don't
know
that
it
was
missed
last
year
or
just
sometimes
these
things
will
compound,
especially
if
you
get
multiple
ones
that
are
having
issues
that's
going
to
put
more
flex
on
all
the
rest
of
them
as
well.
C
So
a
couple
of
failing
arms
can
then
attribute
to
a
couple
more
failing
arms
based
on
the
original
structure,
because
it
was
great.
G
And
then
it
was
sound
blasted.
I've
done
I'm
not
an
expert,
but
when
I
was
in
the
navy
we
had
to
do
a
lot
of
this
type
of
stuff.
On
our
on
our
on
the
deck
and
some
of
the
stuff
like
in
this
picture.
Here
we
were
told
to
not
paint
over
it
spray
it.
Let
the
contractors
now
replace
it.
I
mean
water
attack
was
what
naked
I
guess
exposed
to
the
air
and
everything
right.
C
Well,
it
would
have
been
it
would
have
been
painted
and
then
the
painters
come
in,
they
draped
it.
They
do
all
the
paint
work.
Then
the
structural
people
come
in
to
do
the
final
inspection
and
then
that's
when
they
come
back
with
a
report.
That
said
all
these
structural
alignments
need
to
be
addressed
before.
A
E
I
guess
you
have
answered
my
question
you
when
you
said
we
inspect
the
tower
we're
not
doing
that
in-house.
You
said
the
contractor:
does
it
correct
shouldn't?
We
have
a?
Can
we
have
a
third
party?
Can
we
consider
having
a
third
party
do
that
inspection,
because
if
the
con,
the
contractor
doing
an
inspection-
and
they
don't
want
to
do
the
work,
it's
kind
of
it
probably
opens
the
door
for
maybe
it
being
missed
or
they
making
a
determination
that
it's
not
not
in.
You
know
that
important
to
fix
it
at
that
time.
E
C
From
what
I'm
understanding
is
we
estimated
extremely
low
as
soon
as
council
had
approved
the
the
bid
to
paint
and
do
the
work?
We
come
back
immediately
right
away
to
come
back
and
say:
hey.
We
need
more
money.
We
found
more
structural
stuff
wrong
with
it,
so
some
of
it
is
due
to
the
the
corrosive
nature
of
being
here
at
the
beast
at
the
beach
itself.
You
know
and
obviously
for
our
end
of
it
we're
looking
at
you
know.
B
E
G
C
Exactly
what
you
were
asking,
I
asked
the
same
questions:
how
can
we
pass-
and
here
we
are
a
short
time
later,
even
if
it's
a
couple
years
later?
How
are
we
two
years
later
and
we
need
a
fairly
significant
amount
of
repairs.
I
don't
know
that
I
have
an
answer
for
that
other
than
they're
all
interrelated
and,
as
you
start
having
one
fail,
that'll
cause
everything
to
compound
so
because.
G
I
know
when
they
sandblast
steel.
They
have
a
measuring
tool
where
it
measures
how
thick
how
thin
the
steel
is.
Now,
if
it's
within
a
margin
where
it's
still
good,
you
move
on
forward,
but
when
it's
smaller
than
margin,
they,
usually.
I
don't
know
how
the
contractors
do
here,
but
I
know
it
was
in
the
navy.
They
measure
the
steel
like
all
right.
We
have
to
cut
this
piece,
it's
getting
corroded
too
much
and.
C
Yeah,
I
was
amazed
too,
when
I
first
got
this,
because
I
was
not
expecting
that
kind
of
a
piece,
and
I
know
we
had
conversations
immediately
with
with
the
city
manager
to
ask
those
questions
to
say
how
do
you
want
us
to
move
forward
and
how
do
we
get
this
stuff
going,
because
there's
a
30-day
lead
time
on
all
these
parts,
so
we're,
of
course,
up
against
the
wall
for
hurricane
season,
which
starts
in
four
weeks
and
that
30-day
lead
time
on
parts
where
we're
under
the
gun
as
to
whether
we're
going
to
get
this
completed.
C
You
know,
prior
to
that
june,
1st
deadline,
we're
hoping
by
june
30th
we'll
be
able
to
be
back
in
session.
Okay,
thank
you,
I'm
sure
it
doesn't
happen
again.
I
hope
so
too.
A
My
neighbors
appreciate
this
work.
The
tower
looks
great,
though
other
than
all
this
any
other
questions
or
comments
from
council.
Thank
you,
mr
barron
matthew.
Can
we
get
a
real
call.
A
Yes,
motion
carries
next
item
resolution.
2082-2021.
Do
we
have
report
from
staff
just
a
brief
report
on.
F
This
one
as
council
is
likely
where
the
fdot
is
in
the
process
of
planning
two
projects
for
pedestrian
crossings
on
a1a,
one
at
15th,
ave,
north
and
the
other.
At
second
avenue.
North
several
months
ago,
council
considered
and
agreed
to
a
resolution
that
granted
easements
on
either
side
of
the
street
for
the
crossing
at
15th
d.o.t
has
returned
to
the
city
and
asked
for
perpetual
easements.
That
would
support
the
second
avenue
north
crossing
at
this
point
in
time.
D
A
resolution
by
the
city
of
jacksonville
beach,
florida
approving
two
perpetual
easements
between
the
city
of
jacksonville
beach
and
the
state
of
florida
department
of
transportation
for
use
of
the
city
right-of-way
to
facilitate
an

safety
improvement
project
along
state
road
a1a
at
2nd
avenue,
north
providing
for
legislative
findings,
public
purposes,
delegation
of
authority
and
responsibility,
conflicts,
severability
and
ineffective
date.
Thank
you,
madam,
for
giving.
E
G
Quick
question
from
the
starting
process:
we
asked
the
state
forward
to
look
into
it.
How
long
did
it
take
for
us
to
get
from
point
a
to
point
b
right
now?
I
know
I
remember
talking
about
it
in
2012
and
2014,
and
I
remember,
being
at
the
council
meeting
with
former
city
manager
brought
it
up
that
they
were
looking
into
it.
I'm
just
curious
as
to.
F
A
B
D
A
Yes,
motion
carries
item
zero,
eight
four,
your
staff
report.
F
We
do
this
next
item.
This
resolution
is
to
amend
the
honorary
street
name
designation
policy.
This
was
an
item
that
was
recently
discussed
with
city
council
with
regard
to
making
some
changes,
and
we
have
a
representative
from
parks
and
recreation,
ms
molly
alger,
who
will
give
you
a
brief
summary
of
the
changes
contained
in
the
resolution.
H
H
Applications
we
did
get
some
specific
requests
to
amend
our
current
policy
with
that
the
signs
would
be
royal
blue
in
color
versus
brown.
To
waive
the
400
application
fee
at
the
applicant
provides
a
sign
to
waive
the
letter
of
consent
from
the
honorees
of
state
representative.
After
a
good
faith,
effort
to
locate
them
is
unsuccessful
and
remove
the
five-year
term
stipulation
after
our
briefing
last
week.
We
also
went
back
and
amended
waiting
if
we
waive
the
400
fee.

A
resolution
of
the
city
of
jacksonville
beach
florida
amending
its
honorary
street
designation
policy
to
include
specific
provisions
for
fallen
wartime
military
veterans,
providing
for
adoption
of
recitals
repeal
of
prior
inconsistent
resolutions
and
council
decisions.
Severability
and
an
can

date.
A
I
My
name
is
lenny,
I'm
239,
seminole
road
atlanta,
beach
florida
on
the
beach
in
veterans
memorial
park
historian,
I'm
also
a
21-year
navy,
veteran
retired
19-year
atlantic
beach,
police
sergeant
retired.
I
I
brought
this
street
sign
program
to
atlantic
beach
and
I
offered
to
the
other
cities.
I
believe
it
is
something
that
three
cities
can
join
together
and
honor.
The
people
that
may
be
able
to
sacrifice
for
our
country
and
our
communities
atlantic
beach
have
five
nepali

has
four

the

ii.
You
have
21
names,
plus
you
have
an
additional
about
12
between
vietnam
and
also
a
right
to
free
freedom
and
beyond.
I
We
have
heroes
that
are
out
there
that
nobody
knows
the
story.
This
is
a
history
lesson
that
when
somebody
looks
up
a
sign,
they
say
wow,
who
is
gunnery
sergeant
benjamin
chico,
who
wanted
to
be
placed
over
at
eight
pack
in
the
north
because
he
lived
with
his
family
before
he
went
off
to
vietnam
and
he
never
came
back
on
eighth
half
of
the
north.
He
also
served
dorm
korea.
I
We
have
one
also
here
from
jacksonville
beach,
who
is
first
lieutenant
john
w
dean
who
was
awarded
the
distinguished
service
cross,
which
is
right
under
the
middle
line
he
single
handle.
They
took
out
a
german
machine
gun
nest
because
his
troops
were
pinned
down.
He
went
for
the
second
one
and
unfortunately
he
lost
his
life
in
that
he
was
honored.
But
these
this
is
a
history,
lessons
for
our
young
for
our
old
for
everybody.
In
between
that,
we
we
look
up
there.
We
can
see
and
find
out
about
them.
I
I
I
coordinated
with
florida
transport
and
they
do
these
signs
for
me
for
cost,
which
I
pay
18.56
for
tax.
Okay,
they
do
because
it's
a
beverage
program
they've
been
super
with
it.
I
go
out
and
try
and
get
sponsorship
from
businesses
or
families.
So
this
way
we
have
community
volume.
So
it's
not
just
us
in
the
city
putting
it
up,
so
we
have
maybe
say
angie's
or
pete's
bar
who's,
sponsoring
the
sign,
neptune
beach,
it's
ownership,
it's
pride
and
that
we
want
to
put
it
up
there.
I
As
far
as
I
am
involved
in
a
program,
I
would
replace
the
sign
if
they
get
damaged.
I
made
a
suggestion
that
they
should
go
up,
not
on
top
stack
on
top
of
stop
signs,
because
you
start
getting
too
heavy
up
there.
It
means
in
atlanta
beach
we
did
a
single
post
with
the
streets
and
the
sign
below
looks
fabulous.
It
holds
up
real,
quick
by
stolen
valor
required
214,
where
I
go
through
the
archives,
and
I
prefer
with
johnny
woodhouse
who's
historian,
and
I
get
that
all
taken
care
of.
I
I
just
I'm
wholeheartedly
running
out
of
time.
I
wholeheartedly
support
this
program.
I
would
love
to
see
it.
I
brought
in
the
idea
I
worked
on
the
growing
pandemic.
I
brought
it
down.
I
covered
medicine,
new
jersey,
they
have
a
big
program
up
there.
I
thought
it
would
be
great
to
bring
it
down
here.
I
would
love
to
see
you
throughout
three
beaches
again
recognize
atlantic
beasts.
As
far
as
I
know,
it
is
the
first
city
in
the
state
of
florida
has
this
program
down
in
florida.
Also.
I
Next
we
meet
our
christian
jacksonville
bishop.
Hopefully
we
do
something
soon
and
we
all
support
it.
I've
done
countless
hours
of
research.
I
have
dug
up.
I've
talked
to
people,
I've
talked
to
others
box
who
got
killed
in
the
battle
of
iwo
jima.
I
He
was
a
football
star
for
collecting
stunning
number
football
team
in
1937
I
talked
to
his
high
school
sweetheart
she's
100
years
old,
and
she
has
her
wits
about
her
and
she's
excited
about
it.
She's
sponsoring
his
summit.
If
it
gets
approved,
the
1942
fletcher
valedictorian
ivan
wellington,
jr,
who
was
john
dean's
brother-in-law,
is
being
recognized
and
used.
How
did
I
come
up
with
the
first
seven?
The
first
seven
is
from
your
plaque
from
world
war
ii.
I
I
took
four
of
the
you
see
most
significant
world
war
ii
veterans,
and
then
I
went
to
three
significant
vietnam
veterans.
Two
howard
brothers,
which
is
stanley
and
roger
harrell.
Both
are
in
the
four
power
brothers.
All
served
over
the
vietnam,
there
are
five
brothers
boarding
servers
going
to
vietnam
era,
two
of
them
never
came
back
stanley
and
roger
died.
10
months
apart,
roger
escorted,
stanley's
body
back,
he
used
to
play
the
trumpet
before
fletcher
high
school
and
he
used
to
do
tax
for
many
of
the
veterans
cemetery
services
over
at
each.
A
B
I
And
thank
you
so
much
for
being
the
opportunity
mayor,
council
members,
city
manager,
holly,
I
mean
molly's
awesome
I'll,
tell
you
what
you
great
hire
there
and
jason
and
super.
Thank
you.
E
You
know
the
stuff
that
the
restaurants
now,
where
you
like,
hold
your
phones
with
the
camera
and
it
goes
just
it'd-
be
cool
to
have
one
of
those
on
until
we
go
to
a
website
about
that.
Individual.
I
I
was
going
to
do
that.
I
went
back
to
work,
though
at
the
time
that
I
had
when
I
was
retired
for
a
year,
but
we
had
discussing
me
in
the
company
florida
transform
that
was
maybe
down
the
road.
E
A
Mr
david,
thank
you
so
much
for
all
of
your
work.
Helping
us
remember
our
veterans,
especially
those
who
have
fallen
your
tireless
and
your
effort,
and
we
really
appreciate
that.
E
E
Molly
I
did
have
a
question
I
was
trying
to
figure
out.
You
said
the
signs
were
going
to
be
blue.
Is
that?
Are
we
switching
the
honorary
ones
too
because
or
the
honorary
one's
going
to
remain
brown.
H
E
Okay,
great,
I
think
it's
pretty
ironic,
my
my
uncle
that
was
94
passed
away
this
past
weekend
and
he
was
a
world
war
ii
hero
and
his
ship
got
hit
by
multiple
comic
housing
pilots.
He
almost
lost
his
life
numerous
times.
He
did
multiple.
G
No
questions
just
comments,
pretty
excited
about
voting
for
this
part
of
a
military
party
veteran
myself.
I
know
mayor
hoffman's,
dad
served
as
the
captain
in
the
navy
mayor
pretend
nichols
uncle.
We
have
a
former
marine
corps,
corporal
mitchell
soros
over
here,
so
I'm
very
proud
of
going
through
this,
and
I
think
it's
exciting
sergeant
line
of
b2b.
Thank
you
for
doing
this.
This
is
pretty
cool.
I
know
growing
up
my
dad.
G
We
were
walking
around
in
the
streets
in
l.a
and
there
was
homeless
vets
from
vietnam
and
they
were
not
respected
at
all,
and
I
think
this
is
something
good
to
show
for
and
pretty
proud
of
this.
Thank
you.
B
I
just
want
to
make
a
comment
as
well
my
husband's
dad
my
father-in-law
served
in
the
navy
for
in
world
war
ii
on
the
uss
saratoga
and
sadly,
he
shared
a
story
with
us
about
how
their
ship
was
struck
and
the
guys
that
were
in
the
lower
part
of
the
ship.
They
had
to
close
off
that
part
of
the
ship
and
those
guys
in
the
in
that
part
were
they
knew
they
were
going
to
die.
B
A
A
Yes,
mayor
hoffman,
yes,
motion
carries
moving
on
to
the
ordinances.
F
We
do
marion
council
disorders
number
two
zero
2021-81666
is
to
make
changes
to
ordinance
chapter
20
parks
and
recreation.
Article
4.
at
the
council
briefing
on
april
26th
park
and
recreation
staff
presented
to
you
a
plan
to
amend
the
operating
hours
at
the
huguenot
tennis
center
in
order
to
accommodate
more
play
at
that
facility.
F
So
based
on
conversations
coming
out
of
that
council
briefing
staff
has
developed
an
ordinance
whereby,
specifically,
in
section
two
being
in
section
three
c,
the
actual
hours
would
be
removed
from
codification
and
allow
for
a
little
bit
more
liberal
interpretation
for
the
council.
That
input
in
real
time
as
to
the
actual
operation
of
the
facilities
and
again
parks
and
recreation
staff
are
here.
If
you
have
any
questions
on
the
ordinance.
A
Thank
you.
This
ordinance
is
before
the
council
for
a
public
hearing
and
consideration
on
its
first
reading.
I
will
now
open
the
public
hearing
ordinance
number
2021-8166.
Would
anyone
like
to
speak
in
favor
of
the
ordinance?
Would
anyone
like
to
speak
in
opposition
to
the
ordinance?
Would
anyone
like
to
speak
on
the
ordinance
at
all
great
public
reading
is
closed?
Can.
E
E
B
B
Thank
you
I
would
like
to
when
I
took
it
to
our
parks
and
rec.
We
went
through
it
and
with
the
to
this
business
prior
to
the
tourists
won
the
juvenile
park.
Community
meetings
and
residents
wanted
to
know
why
it
was
locked
during
the
day
and
they
couldn't
use
it,
and
it's
not
locked
during
the
day
it
is
unlocked,
but
east
side
gates
are
unlocked
from
12
to
3,
where
you
don't
have
to
pay
to
be
able
to
use
the
tennis
courts.
B
So
I
would
like
to
amend
this
motion
to
include,
for
clarity's
sake,
to
include
the
courts
are
available
for
open
play
from
12
to
3
p.m,
daily
in
chapter
20,
article
4,
section
14.,
because
the
courts
are
supplemented
through
the
general
fund
and
everybody
should
have
an
ability
to
use
the
courts
regardless
of
ability.
Today,.
A
E
A
A
B
Motion
I'd
like
to
make
an
amendment
to
the
original
motion
to
for
clarity
that
the
courts
are
available
for
open
play
for
three
hours
per
week
day
to
chapter
chapter
20,
article
4,
section
14..
A
A
A
A
Yes,
motion
carries
that's
the
last
official
item
on
our
agenda.
Unfortunately,
the
people
who
were
coming
to
make
a
presentation
didn't
arrive
unless
I'm
just
not
seeing
them,
but
I
do
want
to.
A
The
opportunity
we
had
members
of
our
local
veteran
community
coming
to
recognize
miss
kathy
butler,
mr
jason
paties,
for
their
work
in
the
special
events
department
of
our
city
on
a
recent
event
that
they
held
at
the
beach.
That
was
a
big
success,
so
I'm
going
to
take
the
opportunity,
because
kathy
doesn't
come
to
very
many
of
our
meetings
to
publicly
express
appreciation
for
her
and
all
of
her
work,
she's
kind
of
the
unsung
hero
in
special
events,
format.
A
She
comes
to
most
of
our
special
events,
she's
just
really
little,
so
you
don't
see
her
around
as
much,
but
she
works
tirelessly
and
especially
in
this
past
year,
where
she
probably
spent
more
time
cancelling
and
rescheduling
events
than
she
did
actually
booking
them,
and
working
with
everything
from
music
festivals
to
904,
pop-up
guy
to
runs
and
locks
and
surfing
competitions
and
everything
in
between
and
compliments
to.
Jason.
You've
assembled
a
really
great
team
and
it
shows
in
in
the
product
that
we're
putting
out
in
our
parks
and
rec
department.
