If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Good
evening,
everyone
thank
you
for
joining
us
in
this.
Nice
drag
council
chambers
this
evening
for
our
regular
city
council
meeting
we'll
begin
with
an
invocation
delivered
by
mr
jansen,
followed
by
sleep
supply.
B
Let
us
pray
dear
lord.
We
thank
you
for
your
grace,
which
is
light
and
glory.
We
thank
you
for
your
peace,
which
is
comforting
where
we
love
you,
because
you
first
loved
us
and
we
just
asked
you
to
look
on
our
first
responders
and
our
militaries.
They
helped
maintain
our
peace
and
moving
us
forward,
but
we
also
thank
you
for
your
son
jesus
for
us
in
his
name.
We
pray,
amen.
B
C
A
Some
very
exciting
announcements-
and
I'm
not
even
being
sarcastic
about
that,
so
I'm
gonna
go
first,
because
I'm
really
excited
to
announce
that,
after
months,
maybe
years,
our
new
website
is
finally
rolling
out
and
that
is
going
to
be
coming
out
on
wednesday.
A
Hopefully
everybody
please
say
a
little
prayer
for
jacob
board.
When
you
wake
up
on
wednesday
morning,
I've
seen
the
couples
need
peeks
and
it
looks
amazing,
so
I
think
our
citizens
are
going
to
find
it
very
user
friendly,
not
the
hodgepodge
kind
of
frankenstein
website
that
we've
been
working
with
for
the
past
few
years.
So
I
know
a
lot
of
you
in
this
room
probably
put
a
lot
of
time
and
effort
into
that.
So
thank
you.
It's
going
to
be
definitely
visually
appealing
easy
to
use
and
hopefully
integrate
into
our
operations
a
little
better.
A
A
It
was
very
well
run
and
and
jax
beach
needed
a
little
more
cowbell,
so
blue
oyster
cult
took
it
home
on
sunday,
night
and
right
before
the
rain,
so
they
had
a
lot
of
bad
weather
throughout
the
weekend,
but
I
think
everybody
who
went
up
there
had
a
nice
time
so
and
then
the
last
thing
that
I
had
was
that
some
breaking
news
this
afternoon
is
that
the
funds
have
been
raised
to
finalize
the
purchase
of
the
small
islands
and
that's
being
held
led
by
the
north
florida
land
trust,
and
I
think
the
last
big
donation
was
from
river
branch
and
they
are
a
local
philanthropic.
A
I
believe
they're
local
and
dropping
organizations,
so
that
will
hopefully
be
the
next
big
step
in
preserving
the
area
of
marshland
just
to
the
north
of
butler
boulevard,
on
the
eastern
edge
or
western
edge
of
our
island.
So.
C
Thank
you
just
now
to
remind
everyone
that
we've
got
some
charter
review
meetings
coming
up
on
this
thursday,
the
23rd
at
5
30,
and
these
will
be
via
zoom
at
the
city
council,
we'll
be
reviewing
sections
46-51,
pretty
exciting
stuff
about
taxation,
specific
powers,
including
regulation
of
liquor,
licenses
and
powers,
including
there
are
numerous
additional
powers
that
are
outlined
in
the
charter
and
then
monday
september,
22
7
at
5
30.
C
Another
virtual
meeting
to
review
charter
sections,
52
and
53
52
includes
the
35-foot
height
limit
and
53
is
rules
for
assessing
neighboring
properties
for
costs
of
improvements
made
by
the
city
all
very
important
step.
So
I
hope
everyone
will
tune
in
and
send
your
comments.
If
you
have
any.
A
C
A
C
C
Good
evening
everybody
hr
director,
I
am
here
seeking
approval
to
purchase
a
learning
management
system
and
onboarding
software
and
to
establish
yoga
as
our
sole
source
provider.
A
learning
management
system
would
give
us
the
ability
to
develop,
offer
track
and
organize
training
for
the
employees,
as
well
as
tracking
certifications.
C
C
A
C
C
C
For
you
know
I
would
assume
it
would
go
up
a
little
bit
every
year.
Okay
and
then
I
assume
they're
going
to
have
they're
going
to
have
some
do
some
training
or
whatever
to
like
train
you
on
how
to
use
the
training
yes,
and
we
will
definitely
do
that.
Yes,
okay,
thank
you.
D
A
E
Dennis
barron
public
works
director.
The
very
first
item
we
have
for
your
consideration
is
a
reinforced,
concrete,
medium
barrier
project.
E
This
began
with
some
questions
from
the
cra
board,
asking
us
to
take
a
look
at
the
the
barrier,
the
the
reflector
barriers
that
are
at
south
beach
parkway
and
try.
E
B
E
E
D
Thank
you.
I
know
a
lot
of
residents
would
be
very
happy
with
the
one
on
ocular.
My
only
question
is
the
38
inches
the
height.
E
E
It
is,
you
are
correct
and
it
could
be
lower.
The
concern
would
be
is
if
it
gets
too
much
lower,
it
could
also
be
missed
and
you
could
have
somebody
that's
coming
in
that
area.
That
decides
hey.
I
look,
oh
look,
I
can.
I
can
go
ahead
and
turn
and
then
they
turn
directly
into
the
wall
rather
than
not
seeing
that
it's
there,
so
it
doesn't
necessarily
have
to
be
38.
It's
just
38
was
what
the
original
specs
were
for
the
for
the
south
south
beach
parkway
project.
E
E
Of
different
ways,
but
I
think
the
the
plan
calls
for
them
to
be
cast
in
place
to
be
actually
set
below
the
pavement
grade
to
be
reinforced
into.
You
know
the
the
pavement
itself,
but
I
mean
we're
still
kind
of
looking
at
some
other
items
to
try
to
make
sure
that
what
we
get
is
what
we
want.
But
I
think
that's
like
I
said:
that's
what
we
moved
forward
with
as
far
as
our
best
guesses
to
what
would
be
the
best
wheel
to
do
it
for
visibility
purposes,
as
well
as
safety
purposes.
D
Yeah,
I'm
thinking
visibility
if
you're,
not
in,
if
you're,
in
a
small
car
like
a
mini
or
a
lot
of
golf
carts
in
the
area.
I
don't
know
if
you
see
over
them.
Actually
I
think
the
golf
carts
sit
higher
than
me
is
kind
of
like
on
the
ground,
just
something
to
think
about.
If
the
38
is
like
a
hard
set
thing
or
just
even
20
or
25
can
get
the
job
done,
the
car
is
not
trying
to
jump
the
20
20
20
25
inch
barrier.
C
I
just
have
a
question,
or
I
want
to
put
something
out
there.
Would
these
be
an
opportunity
for
us
to
introduce
some
artwork
into
the
you
know,
instead
of
just
plain
concrete
barriers,
you
know
just
want
to
put
that
out
there
and
is
that
something
that
like
if
we
wanted
people
to
put
murals
on
them
or
whatever,
would
that
be
doable.
E
By
all
means
it
could
be
doable.
You
know
we
are
looking
for
some
form
of
a
reflector
to
be
on
top
of
it,
just
simply
so
that
people
will
see
it
and
not
drive
into
it
in
the
dark,
but
yeah
by
all
means.
Public
works
has
no
objections
to
you,
know
to
it,
saying:
welcome
to
jacksonville
beach
or
whatever
else
it
needs
to
say
or
have
artwork.
C
B
C
A
Any
other
comments
I
would
say
that
those
out
having
been
on
the
council
when
this.
A
Passed
and
the
road
to
work
was
done
down
there.
The
paddles
were
intended
to
be
temporary,
and
all
you
had
to
do
was
look
at
them
to
see
that
that
was
the
intent.
Especially,
is
this
the
gate
station
which
two
of
them
are
missing,
so
people
are
routinely
cutting
through
and
especially
now
that
that
gate
station
has
expanded.
It
is
bananas
down
there
in
the
morning,
so
it's
exceptionally
dangerous
right
there.
So
I
think
a
nice
concrete
barrier
is
just
what
the
doctor
ordered
any
other
comments.
E
E
E
E
I
know
on
one
of
the
items
the
elevated
tank
maintenance
says
tbb,
and
that
was
to
try
to
avoid
some
of
the
situation
that
we've
had
where
we
were
looking
at
very
low
prices
put
into
the
budget
for
one
single
sway
bar
one
single
rod,
one
single
whatever
and
then
multiplying
it
up
exponentially
based
on
it,
so
that
will
still
be
handled
as
it
has.
D
D
E
Item
e,
okay:
this
is
the
biggest
item.
Of
course,
this
is
actually
to
approve
an
award,
a
construction
contract,
any
amount
of
5.254
million
dollars
total
involving
hanson
as
our
engineering
contractor,
as
well
as
callaway
contracting
incorporated
to
construct
the
jacksonville
drive
ocean,
terrace
drainage
improvement
program.
E
B
B
I
just
noted
in
the
callaways,
I
believe,
was
spelled
incorrectly
on
the
on
the
agenda.
C
Ms
golding,
yes
you're,
right
callie,
you
should
be
seeing
llk
you'll
really
want
to
write
of
things
I
wanted
to
bring
up
in
looking
at
the
revised
addendum
number
one
question
number
two:
there
was
the
comment.
C
I
just
wanted
to
point
this
out
from
callaway
that
they
mentioned
that
availability
of
skilled
workers
is
becoming
a
very
serious
problem
and
we
all
know
how
that's
impacted
us
with
regard
to
our
waste.
So
just
wanted
to
give
mr
baron
an
opportunity
to
talk
to
us
about
that
and
how
we're
going
to
how
we're
going
to
manage
that.
If
that
becomes
a
big
issue.
B
E
E
E
That
is,
since
we
know
it's
a
365
calendar
date
job.
We
start
tracking,
they'll
they'll,
ask
for
additional
days
based
on
rain
days
or
not
construction
days
or
when
they
get
into
utility
interferences
that
weren't
identified
previously
some
other
unidentified
and
unexplained
slowdowns,
or
shortages
that
come
in
so
most
of
the
time.
If
the
project
comes
over,
we
still
have
to
come
to
an
agreement
of
the
appropriate
number
of
days
to
be
able
to
complete
the
project.
So
overall
project
should
be
one
year
from
start
to
finish.
That
generally
will
run
over.
C
Okay,
another
question,
I
guess
or
a
comment,
maybe
with
a
question.
I
do
like
the
fact
that
we've
got
this
resident
observation
that
we
keep
seeing
come
up
in
in
the
construction,
manager's
scope
of
services,
which
is
great
because
we
know
we've
had
issues
with
citizens
residents.
You
know
getting
upset
about
construction
projects
and
the
impacts
that
they've
had
on
their
neighborhoods
and
stuff.
C
So
I'm
really
glad
to
see
that
that
is
continuing
to
come
up
in
our
projects,
and
I
just
wanted
to
ask
you
about
the
notifications:
how
how
are
the
residents
going
to
be
notified
and
and
how
far
in
advance
and
that
sort
of
thing.
E
And
that's
kind
of
a
hard
question
to
ask:
I
mean
we,
you
know
we'll
make
every
reasonable
attempt
to
make
sure
the
notifications
are
made
in
an
appropriate
and
really
an
appropriate
time
frame.
You
know,
sometimes,
if
you
add,
tell
people
you're
going
to
be
doing
construction
for
other
house
in
three
weeks.
They
forget
when
three
weeks
happens,
but
if
you
tell
them
hey
we're
doing
it
tomorrow,
that's
not
enough
notice!
E
So
we'll
try
to
find
that
happy
balance
between
too
much
notification
and
too
little
we
have
our
already
held
our
first
public
meeting
on
this
project.
So
early
august
august
4th
we
actually
had
a
public
open
house
to
invite
all
of
the
members
down
there
to
come
in
and
see
what
was
going
to
be
done
and
where
get
some
opportunity
to
talk
to
each
of
them
give
them
an
idea
of
when
this
was
coming
in
front
of
you
all
for
approval
as
well.
E
E
E
Well,
we're
hoping
to
that's
with
with
the
new
website
tomorrow,
where
you
know
our
day
after
tomorrow,
where
we're
hoping
that
we
can
kind
of
get
to
a
spot
where
we
can
start
updating
a
little
bit
more
so
on
projects.
A
good
thing
is.
E
Platform
before
so,
we
were
able
to
do
a
45
million
dollar
wastewater
treatment
plant
previously
and
keep
people
updated
as
to
how
that
project
was
going.
So
I
kind
of
have
a
good
idea.
What
to
do,
hopefully
we'll
be
able
to
do
it,
pull
off
some
pictures
and
get
some
things
rolling,
so
people
who
other
parts
of
town
might
be
able
to
see
what's
going
on
awesome,
thank
you.
D
Kind
of
I
just
I'm
gonna,
follow
up
the
back
end
of
that.
Will
there
be
like
a
sign
with
a
qr
code
if
people
have
any
questions,
while
it's
going
on
parks
and
rec
has
done
a
great
job
with
their
qr
codes.
So
just
like,
I
think
so.
If
somebody
has
an
issue,
they
can
just
click
that,
and
it
automatically
will
go
to
the
right
person
within
the
city
that
they
can
address
any
concerns.
E
E
D
E
Yeah
for
those
that
did
not
know
this
is
the
final
council
meeting
before
the
change
of
the
budget
year,
which
is
kind
of
why
I'm
here
with
all
these
items,
so
I
apologize
for
having
so
many
ones.
This
wasn't
what
was
planned,
but
this
is
kind
of
how
it
fell
out.
So
the
next
project
I
have
in
front
of
you
is
bid
number
2021-12,
which
is
our
normal
2021
water
maintenance,
improvement
project.
E
This
is,
is
the
routine
project
that
we
do
every
single
year,
where
we
pick
on
small
gains
and
additional
infrastructure
improvements
as
far
as
water
and
or
collection
sewer
lines
that
need
to
be
replaced
in
different
areas.
This
is
a
continuation
of
what's
been
in
the
cip
book
moving
forward
as
we
get
here,
we
did
add
three
alternates
as
part
of
this
project,
which
basically
added
a
few
extra
blocks
of
work
upon
discovery
and
providing
all
the
data
back.
E
We
discovered
that
our
original
intentions
weren't
the
best
and
we
needed
to
really
improve
those.
The
map-
that's
up
here
kind
of
shows
those
couple
of
them
that
are
down
near
21st
avenue,
south.
It's
an
extra
block
east
as
well
as
an
extra
block
south
as
part
of
that
one
and
then
installing
a
water
valve
at
second
and
19th
south,
which
is
just
a
single
valve
to
go
in
as
part
of
this
project
as
well.
So.
B
Can
we
get
a
question,
a
movie
award
number
2021-12
for
fiscal
year,
2021
water,
main
improvements
to
mars
homes,
llc
doing
business
as
mar
construction
and
construction
administration
services
at
jones
edmonds
and
the
total
amount
of
927
thousand
seven
hundred
fifty
three
dollars,
including
contingencies?
Second,.
A
D
This
is
basically
the
same
question.
I
asked
every
time
we
start
looking
at
sewer
lines
and
water
mains.
How
are
we
doing
with
being
more
proactive
than
reactive
last
week
or
the
week
before?
Another
one
collapsed
on
north
north
jacks
beach
in
these
areas,
I
don't
know,
do
you
have
do
you
have
it
in
gis,
the
age
of
the
pipes
and
which
ones
are
reaching
the
end
of
their
livelihood?
E
We
do,
and
we
have-
we
have
started
getting
a
lot
of
that
data
collected.
This
also
will
help
go
into
our
asset
management
too,
to
help
work
with
that
same
process.
But
what
I'm
trying
to
get
to
is
a
point
where
we're
instituting
more
programmatic
approaches
to
try
to
just
set
a
particular
dollar
figure
and
say
we're
going
to
spend
x
amount
of
dollars
doing
water
names
x,
amount
of
dollars
would
be
sewer,
lining
or
replacement,
and
then
try
to
just
routinely
do
that.
E
Unfortunately,
one
of
the
costs
of
becoming
a
debt-free
city
has
come
at
some
of
our
infrastructure
replacement
projects.
So
as
we
proceed
forward,
I'm
going
to
to
start
developing
a
little
bit
more
robust
program.
Of
course,
this
is
all
coming
in.
E
On
the
cuff
two
of
our
supermaster
plan,
our
water
master
plan
on
our
stormwater
master
plan,
which
also
helped
to
identify
those
problematic
areas
where
we
have
issues
and
problems
that
we
know
about,
as
well
as
being
able
to
identify
those
that
we
may
not
be
aware
of,
because
we
have
h
pipe
in
a
particular
area
that
we
just
are
aware
of
or
don't
have
problems
with.
But
we
will
slowly
begin
to
be
able
to
collect
that
data
so
that
we
have
continuations
of
projects.
E
D
And
I
just
have
a
odd
little
question:
how
did
36
avenues
south
between
ocean
and
s
and
first
get
identified?
It
just
kind
of
seems:
there's
nothing
else
around
there
and
yeah.
Those
pipes
would
be
the
same
as
the
pipes
on
the
street
north
of
it
south
of
it
and
west
of.
E
It
and
I
think,
because
of
it,
just
being
inserting
a
12-inch
valve
in
that
area,
I
think
it
was
probably
due
to
control
when
we
had
an
issue
somewhere
else.
We
we
found,
we
had
to
shut
a
larger
section
off
and
we
really
needed
a
valve
either
we
needed
a
valve
there.
That
was
never
installed
or
we
have
one
there
that
doesn't
work,
and
so
therefore-
and
it
makes
sense
as
part
of
that
project-
it's
the
same
kind
of
work
and
it's
in
line
with
everything
else
that
they're
going
to
be
doing.
D
C
Barry
looks
forward
to
that
this
building
and,
yes,
I
noticed
in
the
jones
edmonds
state
of
services
that
they
say
that
the
city
will
be
providing
the
full-time
resident
observation
for
the
project.
So
could
you
just
tell
us
what
exactly
the
city
will
be
doing
since
jones
edmonds
will
not
be
doing
that.
E
Sometimes
they
don't
necessarily
do
it
the
way
we
want
them
to
do
it
so
and
we're
trying
to
pick
and
choose
what
projects
make
sense
for
us
to
do
in-house
if
we
can
and
at
the
same
time
used
for
resident
services,
especially
when
they
get
to
be
a
really
large
project.
This
one,
the
largest
area,
will
be
in
the
sea
breeze
area
where
we're
doing
several
streets
in
that
area.
The
rest
of
it
will
kind
of
be
spotted
around.
So
to
assure
that,
we're
getting
that
communication
piece
done,
and
we
know
what
we're
actually
getting.
C
E
E
I
have
a
g,
my
final
item
for
the
evening.
This
was
the
next
set
of
dune
walkovers
to
be
constructed
in
jacksonville
beach.
We
had
to
pick
a
number
to
kind
of
get
an
idea
to
see
what
we
can
do:
budgetarily,
because
there's
two
different
pots
of
money
that
this
comes
from
as
far
as
construction
goes,
so
we
chose
the
number
eight
so
overall,
the
total
budget
was
700,
000
500
in
the
cra
200
outside
of
the
cra.
So
we
come
in
with
these.
E
E
To
be
able
to
get
through
all
of
them
and
get
back
to
the
beginning,
and
in
the
last
outlying
years
we
start
to
get
into
holy
city
on
dollars
as
opposed
to
crm,
because,
obviously
we'll
run
out
of
cra
before
we
run
out
of
city,
walk
overs
that'll
get
through
all
49
over
the
next
seven
years.
A
B
Kevin
brown
1833
kings
court.
I
want
to
compliment
you
on
the
the
agenda
here.
Obviously
I
spend
a
lot
of
time
out
there
and
looking
at
the
list
just
curious
that
16th
avenue
is
a
is
a
access.
I
don't
see
it.
I
can't
visualize
it,
but
putting
one
there,
that
is
a
city
access
for
a
lot
of
people,
especially
sea
turtle
patrol,
gets
down
on
the
beach.
The.
E
B
At
16th
is
the
one
we're
having
issues
with,
and
that
is
because
the
steps-
but
I
heard
mr
barron
mentioned
ada,
so
the
more
you
build
with
these
with
the
ramps,
the
less
people
want
to
bring
their
wagons
and
their
fishing
carts
and
whatever
16th
has
become
kind
of
a
nightmare
for
me,
but
I'm
I'm
winning
the
battle
they're
thin.
I
hope
that
y'all
think
about
the
width
of
it
and
the
height.
I
really
wanted
to
tell
you.
B
We
did
an
experiment
we
took
when
when
they
first
re-nursed
within
a
month
after
renourishment
we
took
pvc
pipes,
we
banged
them
in
the
middle
of
the
den,
and
we
marked
calibrated
four
feet:
our
bins
y'all.
B
We
can't
find
the
pvc
pipes,
so
they
have
grown
and
they're
probably
over
that.
So
when
we
do
this
so
because
we're
going
to
be
smarter
about
the
future,
I
would
think
that
wherever
you
get
the
elevation,
I
would
go
up
at
least
four
feet
and
that
way
you're
going
to
keep
the
sand
underneath
the
walk-over
we
have
been
lucky.
B
We
got
obviously
two
hurricanes
back
to
back
16
and
17,
but
but
when
we
when
y'all
choose
to
do
this,
these
were
some
things
that
I
thought
would
be
important
to
know.
I
don't
know
if
the
engineers
have
figured
that
out.
I
know
I'm
in
those
things
every
day,
while
I
got
the
chance
height
and
width,
because
that's
another
reason
why
what
I
see
people
don't
use
them
is
on
the
weekends
when
it
is
crowded,
nobody
wants
to
walk
through
two
by
two.
B
They
all
want
to
go
through
there,
one
by
one,
and
so
they
choose
to
walk
through
our
pipes,
which
you
all
provided
through
our
ropes
which
they
provided,
and
I
thank
you
again
for
supporting
that
project.
I
am
back
to
student
manpower
and
I
am
ready
to
finish
and
plant
more
seeds.
We
planted
a
thousand
sea
oats.
B
I
would
like
to
tell
you
that
we
are
to
the
stage
in
the
dunes
where
we
are
supplementing
before
we
were
putting
several
hundreds
out
there
now
we're
finding
plots
and
supplements
so
we're
right
there,
the
program's
doing
good.
This
is
a
great
idea,
take
the
width
and
the
height
and
the
ada
stuff
into
consideration.
Thank
you.
B
B
E
E
So
then
we
end
up
having
to
try
to
block
up
additional
wood
on,
what's
left
of
the
existing
stringers
to
be
able
to
get
a
step
in
there,
so
they
try
to
do
the
best
they
can
as
far
as
getting
them
level
and
even
but
I
can
have
them,
go
check
it
out
if
we
ever
get
any
that
are
out
of
the
ordinary.
Of
course
that's
all
this
is
just
you
know.
E
C
D
Thank
you
first
kevin.
Thank
you
very
much
for
everything
that
you're
doing
there.
So
this
next
part
is
kind
of
to
leave
a
little
bit
of
kevin's
concerns.
The
one
16th
is
wider
because
it's
ada,
but
I
also
noticed
there
is
sea
turtle
netting
or
mesh
there's
a
is
it
a
metal
mesh?
That's
going
to
be
so
they
can't
get
under
the.
D
E
Lost
underneath
yes,
ma'am
and
I
know
we've
made
some
changes
based
on
like
so
we
when
we
did
the
last
three
ada
we
kind
of
had
all
the
city
council.
E
That
that's
the
direction
we
wanted
to
go.
That
netting
is
something
different
and
new
that
that
the
eep
is
allowing
us
to
be
able
to
do
to
help
keep
the
sea
turtles
from
getting
underneath
and
getting
stuck
because
a
lot
of
times
like
I
said
we
can't
control
the
sand.
We
can't
control
household
flows.
We
can't
control
all
the
sand
moves,
so
we're
trying
to
do
better
at
figuring
out
how
to
manage
that.
E
The
two
of
these
that
have
ramps
we
actually
have
the
final
section
of
ramp,
as
well
as
the
final
flat,
is
of
a
different
material
than
we've
used
on
the
rest
of
them
to
actually
allow
sand
to
go
through.
So
we're
hoping
that
the
last
section
where
we
have
now
when
we
get
the
sand
built
up
right
after
they're
built
this
will
actually
let
the
sand
go
through
and
go
back
down
to
the
dune
itself
and
not
just
continue
to
build
up
on
those
ramps.
E
D
E
E
I
believe
the
intention
is
they're
going
to
build
it
and
give
it
to
us,
and
so
we
interjected
it
immediately.
That
says,
if
that's
what
you're
going
to
do,
it
needs
to
meet
all
the
rest
of
our
specifications,
so
I
provide
them
a
list
of
them
and
then
so
that
they
can
build
it
with
the
same
materials.
It'll
look
the
same
it'll
be
the
same.
E
That
way
when
they
ask
us
to
accept
it
or
be
a
little
bit
more
willing
to
accept
it.
If
they
choose
to
build
it
like
they
want
and
construct
it,
we'll
probably
will
be
asking
them
to
continue
maintenance
on
it
forever,
because
we
won't
want
to
take
over
the
maintenance
on
something
that
doesn't
match
everything
else.
D
And
finally,
16,
we
all
kind
of
claimed
the
walk-over
that
we
used
to
the
beach
that's
aligned
with
our
house
that
as
our
phone,
so
16
families
south
was
kind
of.
Like
my
walkway.
D
I
was
looking
at
the
height
elevations
and
that
is
going
to
be
very
different
than
what
people
are
used
to
seeing
right
now.
So
I
just
think
that,
maybe
I
don't
know
if
we
could,
you
know,
draw
a
nice
little
picture
or
something
because
the
highest
platform
is
what
seven
and
a
half
feet
above
the
gym.
No
good.
E
D
D
If
you
look
at
the
ramp
and
how
everything
will
be
moving
around
so
I'll
see
if
I
can
do
some
kind
of
a
pretty
picture
and
throw
it
out
in
a
newsletter
I'll
swing
it
by
you
first
and
make
sure
that
it
actually
might
look
like
that,
just
to
get
people
kind
of
in
the
right
mindset
as
to
what
that
might
look
like
in
34th
avenue,
I
don't
believe
it's
going
to
be
as
high
because
it's
not
ada
it's
just
a
ramp
and
a
ramp.
Well,.
E
It'll
stay
they're
still
going
to
be
built
to
that
height
so,
and
actually
these
are
going
to
be
slightly
higher
than
the
adas
we've
already
constructed,
because
dep
changed
the
height
elevation
of
the
dune.
So
therefore,
due
to
sea
level
rise,
we've
also
had
to
accommodate
that.
E
So
these
these
walkovers
are
liable
to
draw
some
heat
simply
because
they're
now
going
to
be
big
structures
up
and
over
the
tops
of
the
dunes
in
the
past
direction
from
council,
we
have
been
told
to
lower
those
for
different
reasons
and
that's
why
the
sand
overtakes
them
at
some
point
in
time
and
they
become
non-functional
ramps.
That's
why
everything
we're
building
has
to
meet
that
three
feet
above
the
dep
highest
level
of
the
dune
and
if
they
come
in
a
few.
D
C
C
At
near
my
wall,
brother,
and
we
had
a
walk
over
at
sixteen
thousand
north
that
doesn't
have
lamp
and
people
are
going
through
the
dunes
and
not
using
the
walk
over,
and
so
my
concern
is
this
that
I
see
a
lot
of
these
designs
that
are
not
ada
right,
they're,
adding
steps,
because
now
we've
got
to
raise
the
walkovers.
So
my
concern
is
this:
can
we
do
something
to
put
those
barriers
in
that?
C
Because
I
see
it
all
the
time-
and
I
know
mr
brown-
he
mentioned
it-
the
fishing
parts,
the
carts
with
all
the
stuff
that
they're
taking
to
the
beach
you
know,
and
they
most
of
the
time,
probably
can't
carry
them
up
the
steps
either
too.
And
so
I
that's
that's
a
big
concern
for
me.
I
think
we
need
to
look
at
what
can
we
do
to
communicate
to
people
where
the
ramped
walkovers
are
so
that
people
can
try
to
go
to
those
ramp
walkovers
instead
of
bypassing
the
the
ones
that
have
stairs?
C
Do
you
want
to
say
I
do.
I
am
so
glad
that
the
mesh
for
the
turtles
is
being
done
because
I
think,
just
recently
there
was
a
show
that
got
trapped.
I
think
it
was
in
neptune,
beach,
beach,
davis,
street
yeah
and
under
the
the
walk
over
there.
So
I'm
very
glad
that
you're
doing
that,
so
a
question
for
you
is
are
any
of
these
walk
overs
wider
than
the
ones
that
we
have
and
are
we
looking
at
that?
E
I
don't
know
that
we're
looking
at
any
wider.
I
think
these
will
still
be
constructed
at
the
a
similar
width
to
what
the
ada
walkovers
were
at,
so
they
may
be
wider
than
what's
there.
I
understand
exactly
what
he's
saying
he's
exactly
right
when
you're
walking
towards
somebody,
especially
if
they're
carrying
a
surfboard
or
a
cart
or
whatever
you
got
to
kind
of
share
the
ramps
and
and
wider
would
be
better.
I
think
wider
also
comes
at
a
cost
as
as
they
get
higher
and
then
they
get
wider.
E
They
start
to
take
up
a
larger
footprint,
as
well
as
a
larger
visual
footprint,
which
you
have
to
remember
as
well,
because
people
will
look
to
the
beach
and
they're
going
to
look
this
way
and
see
a
giant
wooden
structure
and
not
be
able
to
see
the
beach
because
of
now
they
have
a
walk
over.
There.
That's
been
buried
in
the
sand
for
years,
so
I
know
reviewing
the
springhill
suites
design
they
are
requesting
to
put
in
an
eight
foot
wide
walkover.
E
So
that's
a
very,
very
large
walk
over.
In
my
opinion,
I'm
a
lot
larger.
So
I'm
kind
of
looking
to
wait
to
see
what
they
construct
and
maybe
how
we
can
incorporate
that
and
that
be
worked
into
future
ones.
I.
B
E
Our
original
direction
from
public
works
was
replace
walkovers
as
much
as
we
can
with
like
material
and
material
meaning.
If
it's
got
steps
now,
it's
always
been
steps
just
put
steps
back
if
we
can
accommodate
a
ramp
accommodate
the
ramps.
Unfortunately,
like
I
said
as
we
go
higher,
you
know
three
foot
above
the
elevation.
E
We
definitely
don't
want
somebody
in
a
chair
with
a
card
with
a
buggy
with
a
stroller
head
down
a
ramp,
that's
at
twice
the
slope
of
an
ada
slope
and
end
up
having
an
incident
based
on
the
fact
that
it
appears
that
it's
an
ada
ramp
and
they
didn't
know
that
it
wasn't
and
it
wasn't
able
to
accommodate
so
we're
trying.
C
E
That
the
ranch
become
important.
I
had
a
beach
day
today,
just
like
everybody
else
does,
and
carrying
chairs
and
coolers
and
everything
else.
I
I
get
it.
I
watch
the
fisherman
leave
my
location
and
go
one
access
down
across
where
there
was
a
ramp.
So
obviously
he
knew
where
to
park
to
bring
his
cart
over.
He
didn't
come
to
where
I
was
at
where
there
was
stairs
so
I
get
it.
I
just
don't
know
exactly
how
to
accommodate.
E
E
C
Okay
and
like
I
said
just
for
the
benefit
of
my
colleagues
here,
I
think
we
need
to
consider
approving
mr
brown
being
able
to
put
more
barriers
up
in
some
of
these
around
some
of
these
crossovers
to
keep
people
out
of
the
dunes
once
these
new
walkovers
go
in
that
have
steps
that
didn't
have
steps
before
and
then
again.
C
I
know
you've
got
information
on
the
website
about
where
the
rap
walkers
are,
but
I
you
know
to
miss
dumont's
point
if
we
can
put
a
qr
code
somewhere,
that
tells
people
where
the
where
the
ramp
walkovers
are.
I
mean,
maybe
that's
something
to
think
about.
E
A
I
think
noting
the
ramp
walkovers
would
be
a
great
job
for
our
new
website.
Mr
mesa,
mr
dennis,
I
thank
you
for
addressing
the
spring
hill
suites
and
I
hope
they
could
embrace
or
reach
life
and
come
up
with
a
good
design
and
use
the
same
materials
we're
using
and
thank
you
for
stepping
up.
Thank
you
appreciate
it,
and
I
forgot
to
mention
that
my
beach
access
is
eighth
north
and
we
don't
have
a
ramp
or
a
walk
over.
You
can
just
drive
on.
I
mean
you
can't
we
believe
it.
D
This
is
for
ashley.
I
noticed
that
the
amount
budgeted
is
less
than
what
would
be
what
is
needed
for
both
the
ones
and
the
cra,
as
well
as
the
ones
coming
out
of
the
general
fund
to
move
out
of
the
general
fund.
It's
180
and
change
above
to
be
able
to
do
those
two
walk
overs.
So
in
the
future,
are
we
going
to
be
upping
how
much
we're
budgeting
per
year
to
be
able
to
cover
walk
over
replacements.
C
A
C
So
this
is
bid
number
21
2021-14
it's
for
plumbing
electrical
and
hdac
services
for
repairs,
improvements
at
our
city
facilities,
the
big
requests
would
be
hourly
rates
from
the
respondents
and
the
city
will
provide
the
materials
for
these
things.
The
last
bid
was
awarded
in
2015
and
can
no
longer
be
extended,
so
this
is
just
a
new
issuance.
C
B
B
Question
would
you
guys
put
out
the
email?
Was
this
the
department
of
commerce?
Did
you
guys
reach
out
to
any
other
local
companies
here,
or
is
this
just.
C
So
on
our
distribution
list,
we
had
three
performing
companies
on
that
list
and
then
it's
advertised
in
the
newspaper
and
then
posted
on
our
website
after
the
date
closed
and
the
con
assignments
period
ended.
We
did
reach
out
to
the
plumbing
company
to
kind
of
get
an
understanding
about
why
we
didn't
have
a
response,
and
so
it's
disappointing
that
we
didn't
get
a
response
and
likely
in
several
months
time,
we'll
probably
put
it
back
out
for
a
bit
okay.
Thank
you.
C
A
B
Good
evening
trevor
hughes,
superintendent
city
of
jacksonville
beach,
golf
course
we
are
seeking
to
approve
bid
number
2021-15,
acquiring
a
continuing
service
contract
for
construction-specific
items.
On
the
golf
course
items
that
we
have
budgeted
over
the
next
several
years
are,
of
course,
grouting
and
safety
concerns.
So,
as
you
guys
know,
the
golf
course
is
built
on
a
landfill.
B
D
You
guys
are
doing
a
great
job
on
the
golf
course.
I
was.
C
C
D
Golf
on
that
day,
so
you
guys
are
doing
a
great
job.
I
just
want
to
extend
my
gratitude
to
you
and
jason
and
the
whole
team
on
what
a
great
job
you
do
with
the
playground
information
session
this
past
weekend
and
how
that
information
is
still
out
there
for
the
rest
of
the
week.
So
people
have
questions
you
can
just
pop
into
the
parks
and
rec
department
and
people
will
be
happy
to
answer
your
questions,
but
you
guys
are
doing
a
fabulous
job.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
