If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
Let
us
pray
good
gracious,
heavenly
father,
we
love
you
because
you
first
loved
us,
or
we
just
ask
you
that
you
look
over
members
of
our
of
our
staff
and
members
of
our
employers
and
members
of
our
community
that
are
suffering
right
now
and
that
have
suffered
some
losses
recently
and
lord
just
put
your
grace
and
your
peace
upon
their
families
and
bless
them
lord.
We
just
ask
you
that
you
look
over
our
first
responders
and
you
look
over
our
military
personnel
as
they
move
to
preserve
our
peace.
D
E
A
E
A
A
Motion
passes:
let's
get
to
announcements.
E
E
There's
a
lot
of
inspiration
at
that
event,
and
I
just
want
to
mention
that
they're
mentioning
a
story
that
really
touched
me
there's
a
doctor
that
works
at
mayo
clinic
that
she
takes
care
of
breast
cancer
patients
and
she
had
a
heart
transplant
a
year
ago
and
she
ran
the
marathon,
which
was
amazing,
and
it
was
exactly
a
year
ago,
and
that
was
her
way
of
of
honoring
the
the
person
who
gave
her
heart,
but
also
honoring
her
breast
cancer
patients.
E
I
also
want
to
make
sure
that
the
public
knows
that
our
next
city
council
meeting
is
going
to
be
wednesday
february
23rd
at
6
pm,
not
monday,
because
monday's
president's
day
tuesday
is
election,
the
special
election
for
jacksonville.
So
we
will
be
meeting
on
wednesday,
the
23rd
instead
at
six
o'clock
here.
I
also
want
everybody
to
know
that
we
have
an
urban
trails,
master
plan,
stakeholders
meeting
on
february,
9th
at
10
a.m,
and
it's
a
zoo
meeting
and
it
will
be.
E
The
topics
will
be
on
the
pendant
road
corridor,
concepts
which
that's
an
important
corridor
for
us,
at
least
in
my
district,
also
connections
to
neptune
beach,
the
seagate
design,
concepts
and
a1a
crossings.
So
a
lot
of
good
information,
so
people
will
plan
to
join
because
there's
opportunities
for
the
community
to
provide
input
and
then
just
a
reminder
that
the
special
election
for
the
jacksonville
at
large
group,
3
city
council
seat,
is
going
to
be
happening
on
february
22nd
for
all
of
us
here
at
the
beach
we
still
vote
for
the
at-large
seats.
E
So
I
encourage
you
to
get
out
and
vote
early
voting
is
february
12th
through
the
20th
and
again
the
election
is
the
22nd
and
you
can
go
to
beacheswatch.com.
There
is
some
questionnaires
that
the
candidates
filled
out
on
questions
that
were
that
are
important
to
our
beaches,
citizens
and
learn
more
about
the
candidates
before
you
vote.
Thank
you.
B
Yeah,
so
as
if
that
wasn't
enough
meetings
as
a
as
a
pension
trustee,
we
do
have
a
pension
board
meeting
tomorrow
as
well,
and
that's
at
three
o'clock
we'll
add
that
to
the
list.
A
We're
going
to
move
on
to
cursed
state
before
the
visitor.
Do
you
have
a
special
guest,
mr
jerry
holland,
who
is
the
property
appraiser
for
city
of
jacksonville.
F
Thank
you,
council
members.
It's
a
pleasure
to
be
here.
One
has
in
front
of
your
should
be
the
annual
report
that
we
produced
it's
really
for
the
county,
but
then
also
we
pull
out
a
page
for
the
beaches
in
baldwin
on
page
15.
It
really
shows
some
of
the
fiscal
impacts
that
the
beaches
has
on
the
county
government
and
I
think
those
we've
been
doing
that
the
last
couple
of
years
to
show
importance
to
the
revenues
that
come
from
the
beaches.
F
So
again
we
welcome
you
know
if
you
ever
have
any
questions
to
give
me
a
call
anything
we
can
help
you
with.
I
know,
councilman
golden
calls
me,
and
I
appreciate
that,
especially
trying
to
really
find
the
answers
to
sometimes
to
these
homestead
exemption
people
that
think
they're
entitled
to
it
that
they're
not
sometimes
when
they're
renting
their
property.
F
So
anytime
we
can
be
assistants,
we're
there
we're
the
county
government.
Obviously
it's
called
city
of
jasmine,
but
we
represent
everyone,
and
we
appreciate
you
very
much.
Thank
you.
A
Thank
you
very
much.
We
have
one
speaker
card,
ms
karen
wood.
If
you
please
come
up
and
state
your
name
and
address
and
you'll
have
three
minutes.
G
G
It's
called
the
women's
wellness
fest,
and
this
is
our
inaugural
event
happening
this
year
and
as
I've
spoken
to
in
the
invocation,
there
are
a
lot
of
people
under
stress
right
now
from
covid
from
many
different
things,
and
my
co-sponsor
and
I
marybeth
perroni,
put
together
this
event
specifically
for
women,
because
we
women
are
wearing
more
hats
than
ever
today
and
taking
on
just
tremendous
burden,
and
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we're
able
to
bring
women
together
to
create
an
opportunity
for
us
to
support
one
another
and
lift
each
other
up.
G
So
it's
a
full
day
of
yoga
meditation,
pilates
a
sound
bath.
We
have
public
speakers,
I'm
shifting
your
mindset
on
living,
authentically
on
finding
your
own
inner
truth
and
living
into
that,
and
so
I
really
wanted
to
bring
that
forth
and
share
it
with
everyone
and
encourage
you
to
share
it
with
all
of
the
women
that
you
know.
Anyone
that
you
think
might
benefit
from
it
again
job
here
at
the
siwa
pavilion
it's
saturday
from
10
a.m,
until
3
p.m.
G
It
includes
lunch
and
a
swag
bag,
and
there's
just
going
to
be
a
lot
of
festivities.
We
have
vendors
coming,
we
have
music,
that
is
happening,
and
so
we
just
want
to
bring
our
community
together
and
help
each
other
as
much
as
we
can
and
help
to
try
and
relieve.
Some
of
that
stress
so
just
wanted
to
share
that
with
you
and
appreciate
you
sharing
that
with
everyone
that
you
can.
G
So
you
can
go
to
meet
the
team
yeah
and
we're
truly
truly
grateful
for
molly,
because
she's
been
tremendous
help
to
us
and
we've
learned
so
much
and
we're
just
so
excited
because
this
community
people
continue
to
come
to
us
on
a
daily
basis
wanting
to
be
a
part
of
it
wanting
to
support
it,
and
so
many
of
the
businesses
in
our
organization
in
our
community
have
said.
G
Yes,
we
won
in
20
of
our
proceeds,
go
to
a
local
non-profit
v
for
victory,
which
supports
local
families
battling
cancer,
and
it
was
started
by
the
v's
pizza
and
we
are
committed
to
that
organization
and
really
want
to
help
as
many
people
as
we
can
and
get
the
word
out
awesome.
Thank
you
very
much.
Thank
you.
A
I
Good
evening,
everyone
it's
like
city
manager,
so
we're
looking
through
a
couple
pictures
here,
we're
looking
to
donate
our
skywatch
here.
So
this
is
the
skywatch
platform
lift
system.
We
bought
this
in
the
0910
jag
cycle.
It's
a
trailer
towed,
it's
a
generator
operated
platform
that
goes
up
to
about
20
feet
and
we
usually
use
that
down
in
the
downtown
area
for
special
events
and
things
like
that
for
the
monitoring
of
corrals
simply
put
over
the
last
couple
years.
I
We
have
such
a
robust
camera
system
in
the
downtown
area
that
we
haven't
used
the
platform
that's
kind
of
sitting
at
the
cpr.
We
do
have
one
law
enforcement
partner
that
has
consistently
enjoyed
the
use
and
found
great
use
for
it.
That's
the
biblical
county
school
board,
especially
for
football
games
at
fletcher
as
well
apartment
right
here
in
the
end
zone.
They
can
see
the
whole
field.
E
C
C
Yes,
counselor
mesa
commentary
question,
so
obviously
this
is
great
and
it's
finally
going
to
be
good
to
use.
So
our
camera
system
is
very
good,
very
well
so
get
given
this
to
the
school
board.
It's
not
going
to
hinder
the
police
department
to
do
their
job
with
the
camera
system.
I
don't
think
so.
Okay,.
I
C
A
Yes,
moving
on
to
item
d.
H
This
next
item
is
a
continuation
from
our
last
council
meeting
with
regards
to
the
installation
of
a
proximity
card
access
control
system
for
three
primary
buildings
for
the
city.
H
Over
that
time
frame,
we
did
offer
up
our
cio
bill
riker,
who
is
here
today
in
the
event
that
council
members
had
any
questions
regarding
specifically
our
I.t
security
protocols.
With
that
being
said,
both
he
and
cfo
ashley
gossett
are
here.
If
you
have
any
further
questions
for
them
tonight,
as
we
seek
final
approval.
E
Take
a
question:
please:
I
knew
that
we
approved
the
purchase
and
installation
of
proximity
card
access,
control,
readers
at
three
city
facilities
by
siemens,
industry,
inc,
utilizing
source
oil
contract
number,
zero,
three
zero;
four,
two
one
dash
s,
I
e
in
the
amount
of
three
hundred
and
seven
thousand
seven
hundred
and
sixty-five
dollars.
Second,.
A
We
have
a
motion
in
a
second:
are
there
any
comments
or
questions
council
member
come
on.
J
Thank
you.
I
just
want
to
know
that
I
I
confirmed
that
I
was
the
person
who
pushed
this
off
to
this
meeting.
So
thank
you
all
for
your
indulgence
on
that.
I
did
have
an
opportunity
to
chat
with
our
cio
and
I
am
very
comfy,
but
it's
able
to
answer
a
lot
of
questions
that
you
don't
really
interest
you
so
I'm
uncomfortable
with
approving
this.
D
A
Nichols
yes,
motion
passes
moving.
K
On
to
iowa
c
mayor
pro
tem
council
item
c
is
a
public
works
item.
It
has
to
do
with
the
replacement
of
an
emergency
generator
at
lift
station
number.
Three
we've
had
some
serious
issues
with
this
generator
in
the
past
up
to
which
includes
right
now,
where
we
can't
seem
to
locate
a
throttle
body
to
continue
to
keep
it
operating.
So
this
is
pretty
much
ran
its
entire
course
of
life
and
it's
time
to
be
replaced.
So
what
I
have
before
you
is
an
estimate
of
93.
E
E
Dennis
I
just
wanted
to
bring
this
up.
I
was
looking
at
the
at
the
bib
and
it
says
the
shop.
The
seller
shall
not
be
responsible
for
any
failure
to
perform
or
delay
in
performance
of
its
obligations
resulting
from
the
coveted
19
pandemic
or
any
future
epidemic
and
buyers
shall
not
be
entitled
to
any
damages
resulting
thereby.
E
E
Perform
at
since
they
have
put
this
nice
big
disclaimer
in
their
quote,.
K
So
I
don't
think
that's
the
first
and
last
disclaimer
like
that,
we'll
see
what
I
will
say
is
on
this.
This
generator
itself
is
actually
sitting
in
stock
at
ring
power.
It
actually
has
a
big
name
tag
on.
K
Beach
as
long
as
you
approve
the
purchase
tonight,
so
it's.
K
Special
ordered
it's
not
anything
to
be
expected
to
be
a
long
lead
time
on
it.
I
think
that's
just
something
that
we're
starting
to
see
in
our
industry-wide
as
we
start
to
see,
quotes
and
bids
as
they're
starting
trying
to
cover
the
long
league
times
the
the
things
that
have
erupted
from
and
since
covid
as
well.
As
you
know,
the
additional
anything
from
the
chip
shortages
to
you
know
raw
materials
supply
issues,
supply
chain
issues,
we're
beginning
to
see
that
a
little
more
so
as
we're
doing
business.
B
A
B
Say
real,
quick,
thank
you
for
you're
working
in
this,
and
I
saw
where
it
was
pretty
pretty
well
dated
an
ancient
piece
of
material
and
I'm
really
happy
that
we're
not
having
to
buy
parts
from
ebay
anymore.
So.
K
Me
too,
because
we
don't
know
what
we're
gonna
get
or
whether
we're
even
gonna
get
what
we're
supposed
to
get.
So,
at
least
we
don't
have
to
do
that.
Good
job.
C
Madame
clerk,
can
we
get
a
roll
call?
Please.
A
H
The
former
mr
barringer,
is
just
the
light
council
now
in
light
of
what
mr
barron
just
spoke
about
the
question
from
this
golden
we're
trying
to
do
things
a
little
differently
to
anticipate
long,
lead
times
and
shortage
of
supplies,
chips,
etc.
H
So
one
of
the
things
we've
taken
a
look
at
is
what
is
traditionally
long
leak
times
to
begin
with
and
is
now
being
dragged
out
even
farther
heavy
pieces
of
equipment
that
we
buy
for
our
departments,
and
so
one
of
the
things
we
test,
mr
barron
with,
was
looking
at
what
is
traditionally
long
lead
times
and
trying
to
get
ahead
of
the
game.
So
to
speak,
so
he's
going
to
speak
to
you
tonight
is:
is
our
way
of
trying
to
anticipate
those
delays
and
work
around
them
to
the
best
we
can.
K
So
so
what
you
have
before
you
is
the
basically
the
pre-order
approval
for
five
vehicles
that
are
currently
in
the
22
to
27
22
to
26,
cip,
that
you
all
approved
prior
to
october
of
this
year.
So
these
are
all
vehicles
that
are
called
out
in
there
that
are
due
for
replacement
in
fiscal
year.
23.
K
most
of
these
vehicles
have
a
10
month,
lead
time.
So
if
we
wait
until
october
to
order
them
we'll
be
right,
bef
frank,
very
well
before
the
end
of
that
fiscal
year,
to
actually
get
these
in,
so
to
get.
K
We've
actually
got
the
suggestion
of
going
ahead
and
pre-ordering
all
five
of
these
vehicles,
they'll
they'll,
get
the
purchase,
orders
entered
we'll
actually
encumber
the
funding
now,
but
we
won't
have
any
delivery
of
the
vehicles
until
after
the
october
first
new
fiscal
year.
So
it's
getting.
J
K
You
in
the
next
couple
weeks
of
which
I
may
be
adding
some
regular
vehicle
pickup
truck
vehicles
on
because
now
with
the
newest
shortages
that
we're
seeing
in
there
we're
starting
to
see
those
vehicles
are
starting
to
get
to
10
month
or
longer
lead
time.
K
So,
while
these
are
all
major
equipment
and
major
vehicles,
I
may
be
tagging
on
when
they
come
back
to
present
with
a
few
more
pickup
trucks
just
to
get
them
going
to
get
some
of
our
older
vehicles
out
of
the
fleet,
I'm
prepared
to
answer
questions
on
any
one
of
these
five
vehicles.
All
five
of
these
are
included
in
the
current
budget
book
to
be
able
to
show
them
that
they
would
be
normally
be
replaced
in
fiscal
year.
23.
K
E
B
A
We
have
a
motion
in
a
second
member
jameson.
K
Contract,
I
know
I
don't
remember
offhand
some
of
them
weren't
and
some
of
them
were
through
source,
well
agreement,
which
are
both
very
similar
in
place.
Some
of
them
particularly
call
out
the
florida
sheriff's
association
agreement.
I
think
the
the
claw
truck
does
and
I
think
all
three
of
the
tractors
do.
K
B
H
It
be
heavy
equipment
or
vehicles
that
can
buy
for
the
police
department.
We
usually
piggyback
off
of
ideas
that
are
done
at
either
the
state
or
national
level,
and
that's
not
uncommon.
Only
because
if
we
do
it,
our
bid
would
be
for
five
pieces
of
equipment
whereby,
if
they
do
it
on
a
state
bid,
it's
covering
the
full
array
of
pieces
of
equipment
and
it's
anticipating
hundreds
of
pieces
being
ordered
through
the
year.
So
there's
usually
a
bulk
discount
associated
with
going
with
larger
contracts.
J
Thank
you.
This
question
is
for
it
deals
more
with
the
larger
question
of
the
financial
impact
of
having
to
front
load
all
of
the
future
vehicle
purchases
to
in
order
to
like
by
one
fiscal
year
at
control.
We
catch
up
eventually.
So,
if
you
could
just
walk
me
through
the
financial
implications
of
not
just
this,
but
all
the
other
ones.
M
Sure
cfo,
this
is
a
conversation
that
we've
been
having
for
the
last
couple
months,
how
to
account
for
the
longer
lead
times
you
know.
Typically,
when
we
put
something
in
the
budget,
we
expect
to
receive
it
the
same
year,
so
we
do
kind
of
a
cash
based
budgeting
and
we
expect
the
outflow
that
particular
year.
So
we've
had
to
kind
of
make
some
make
some
adjustments
so
the
things
that
are
going
to
be
approved
tonight.
We
have
an
expectation
that
the
cash
outflows
will
still
happen
in
fiscal
23..
M
So
we
are
trying
to
make
sure
we're
having
that
conversation
that
we're
not
just
accelerating
all
of
our
outflows
and
that
you
know
basically
we're
spending
more
on
our
vehicles
over
the
lifetime.
We
anticipate
that
there
will
be
a
smoothing
out
over
time
or
the
12-month
lead
time
might
be
the
new
normal.
So
that's
something
we
are
looking
at.
Okay.
Thank
you.
A
Madame

can
we
get
a

call?
Please.

Ours,

out

there's
another

A
Yes,
motion
carries
moving
on
to

N
Item
g
is
a
concert,
continuing
services
contract
for
plumbing
services.
Currently
our
contract
expired,
and
this
company
is
the
same
company
that
had
given
us
excellent
service
for
the
previous
five
years.
One
of
the
biggest
things
for
coming
is
all
of
our
public
restrooms,
so
this
company
responds
quickly
to
issues
and
they've
done
a
great
job
for
us.
A
A
From
the
council,
if
not,
can
we.
A
Second,
we
have
a
motion
in
a
second
back
to
your
reading
questions
from
our
comments.
Guess
what
matt
clark
can
get
a
roll
call.
Please.
N
Don't
h
is
a
continuing
continuing
service
contract
for
a
tree
service
for
our
golf
course
and
parks,
department
and
anywhere
else
in
the
city
that
needs
to
use
tree
service.
The
reason
we
put
out
a
very
specific
bid
is
we
wanted
to
make
sure
we
had
a
contractor
that
that
understood
golf
that
they
could
get
their
heavy
equipment
on
and
off.
The
golf
course
without
destroying
the
place,
and
so.
N
Bid
that
was
very
specific.
You
need
to
have
rotation
tires.
You
need
to
have
all
your
trucks
equipped
with
plywood,
and
you
need
to
provide
golf
references
to
ensure
that
we
had
a
contractor
that
wouldn't
destroy
our
golf
course.
You
know
the
golf
course
has
many
trees
that
was
planted
in
1984
beautiful
oak
trees
that
are
need
of
some
trimming
also
parks
that
that
will
be
utilized
right
away,
12th
avenue
beautiful
oak
trees
that
haven't
been
trimmed
in
many
years.
A
Second,
we
have
a
motion
in
a
second,
I
don't
see
any
likes
on
the
on
the
dash.
Madam
clerk,
can
we
get
a
roll
call?
Please.
C
C
A
O
Hi
molly
alligator
with
the
parks
and
rec
department,
I'm
here
tonight,
because
we
received
an
application
for
our
honorary
street
sign
program.
This
is
the
first
of
its
kind,
since
it's
not
part
of
our
fall
and
war
time
military
veteran
status.
However,
that
being
said,
our
honoree
was
a
13-year
naval
veteran,
what's
significant
about
his
service
is
that
it
was
it
spanned
three
wars,
world
war
ii,
the
korean
war
and
the
vietnam
war.
O
After
his
time
in
the
navy,
mr
holland
retired,
and
moved
to
jacksonville
beach
with
his
family,
they
lived
here
for
over
40
years.
His
children
are
here
tonight
and
his.
O
Still
resides
in
the
home
where
he
was
on
pinewood,
we're
here,
looking
for
approval
to
the
street
signing
location.
B
J
Thank
you.
He
was
a
very
impressive
man
and
he
did
a
lot
for
the
community
and
his
family
continues
to
do
a
lot
for
the
community,
so
he
has
a
wonderful
per
he
had.
He
obviously
had
a
wonderful
public
service
gene
that
he's
passed
along.
So
I
think
that
this
would
be
a
wonderful
first
with
this
category.
Thank
you.
A
E
E
If
I
could
I'd
give
her
the
highest
award,
a
navy
man
could
get-
and
you
know
that,
just
that
just
kind
of
encompasses
what
he
was
saying
to
me
and
how
much
he
loved
his
wife
and
and
my
father-in-law
was
in
the
navy,
and
I
know
how
much
the
family
sacrifices
right
when,
when
someone's
in
the
navy.
So
I
think
this
is,
as
mr
matt
said,
a
great
first
for
this
type
of
honoree.
Thank
you.
A
And
I
completely
concur
with
customer
development
and
council
member
golding,
just
a
unbelievable
life,
and
just
I
think
this
is
a
great
program
and
molly.
We
appreciate
you
working
on
this
matter.
Of
course,
can
we
get
a
roll
call.
A
Matacor,
can
you
read
the
ordinance
by
title
sorry.
A
Thank
you.
This
ordinance
is
for
the
amendment
of
the
land
development
code
as
before
the
council
for
a
public
hearing
and
consideration
on
its
second
reading
under
the
laws
of
the
state
of
florida,
an
ordinance
which
carries
the
actual
list
of
permit
conditional
or
prohibited
uses
within
a
zone
zone
category
or
with
otherwise
change.
The
text
of
the
land
development
code
is
a
quasi-legislative
proceeding.
Appointment,
legislative
proceeding
means
that
a
governing
body
is
acting
in
this
role-making
capacity.
A
It
is
the
duty
of
the
council
to
arrive
at
sound
decisions
regarding
the
use
of
property
within
the
city.
This
includes
receiving
citizens
input
regarding
the
proposed
use
within
the
zoning
category.
The
application
has
been
reviewed
by
staff
at
the
planning
commission
for
consistency
with
other
portions
of
the
land
development
code.
In
the
comprehensive
plan,
the
council
may
hear
from
all
interested
parties
in
the
legislative
determination
of
an
amendment
to
the
text
of
the
late
development
code.
A
O
Good
evening,
council
heather
ireland
planning
development
director.
This
is
the
second
reading.
So
if
you
guys
have
any
questions,
I'd
be
happy
to
answer
those.
A
Great,
this
is
the
opening
of
the
hearing
and
if
anybody
hears
and
would
like
to
speak
in
favor
of
the
of
the
ordinance,
anybody
oppose
the
ordinance
and,
lastly,
anybody
would
like
to
speak
in
favor
or
an
opposition
of
the
ordinance.
A
Before
requesting
a
motion
on
this
ordinance,
beginning
with
myself,
each
of
the
members
is
requested
to
indicate
for
the
record
both
the
names
of
persons
and
the
substance
of
any
x-party
communication.
Regarding
this
application,
an
x-party
communication
refers
to
beginning
meeting
or
discussion
with
a
person
or
citizen
who
may
have
interest
in
this
decision
which
occurred
outside
the
public
hearing
process.
I
have
none.
L
So
this
goes
back
and
I
missed
the
12
20
meeting,
so
apologies
if
this
isn't
covered,
but
in
the
original
time
when
we
were
talking
about
this
I
had
and
it
was
related
to
the
other
one.
I
guess
it
was
actually
more
related
to
the
pud,
but
I
had
talked
with
the
developers
of
the
south
jack
speech
pod.
So
I
guess
these
two
aren't
related.
J
I
was
contacted
by
david
smith
on
february
3rd
2022
by
email,
1,
23
pm,
and
he
has
concerns
about
some
of
the
outdoor
seating
with
regard
to
barriers
between
the
outdoor
seating
areas
and
residential
areas
serving
of
alcohol
in
the
outdoor
areas.
After
10
pm
sunday,
through
thursday
and
after
12
pm
friday,
friday
through
saturday,
also
concerned
about
volume
and
and
suggested
a
sound
level
alert
with
alarm
that
anybody
who
has
outdoor
seating
have
one
of
those
installed
and
take
care
of
it
before
having
to.
A
Thank
you.
Can
we
get
a
list.
E
A
We
have
a
motion
in
a
second
before
opening
the
four
for
discussion
or
requested
by
the
council.
Please
be
reminded
that
our
decision
will
be
based
on
a
criteria
set
forth
in
the
lay
development
code
staff
reports,
the
recommendation
of
the
planning
committee
commission
and
the
public
input
at
all
hearings
with
that.
I'd
like
to.
J
Thank
you.
I
forwarded
the
planning
director,
the
email
that
I
had
from
mr
smith
with
those
specific
comments,
I'm
not
sure
if
you
had
a
chance
to
okay,
I
know
I
didn't
give
to
you
until
this
afternoon.
I
apologize
the
so
with
some
of
his
concerns.
It's
the
the
wall
not
being
defined
when
it
says
a
six
foot
tall
fence
should
be
installed.
J
It
is
like
he
would
wonder
why
it's
not
an
okay
wall.
Yes,
says
that
you
can't
see
chamberlain,
but
I
think
he's
worried.
There
will
be
a
six
foot,
it's
not
called
a
ranch
fence
or
something
like
the
something
area
that
is
not
blocking
the
sound.
O
I
would
say
that
fence
would
be
opaque
if
we
need
to
clarify
that
in
this
I
wouldn't
have
any
heartburn.
Okay.
O
Well,
it's
covered
in
chapter
four
of
the
city
code
of
ordinances,
not
the
land
development
code,
that
any
establishment
that
serves
alcohol
can
be
open
until
12..
If
they
want
between
12
and
2,
they
have
to
get
approval
for
that
extension
of
hours.
So
I
would
have
concern
over
limiting
outdoor
to
10
pm
if
the
indoors.
J
Yeah
that
that
one's
not
a
doable
one,
so
I'd
like
to
make
a
amendment
to
section
e
with
buffering
and
say
anywhere
that
it
says
it's
fences
preceded
with
opaque.
Second.
A
We
have
a
motion
and
a
second
is
there
any
discussion
council,
member
jason.
O
C
Noise
dampening
or
something
I
mean,
I
think
it
should
be
very
difficult
to
come
up
with
come
up
with
a
verbage
here,
but
I'm
sorry.
O
H
I
would
think,
if
you
use
the
words
opaque
or
solid,
it
will
make
it
or
perhaps
opaque
oxford,
solid
fence
that
will
at
least
give
the
intention
that
it's
supposed
to
be
a
solid
material
that
you
cannot
see
through.
But
I
hate
to
get
into
that
nitpicky
of
you're
allowing
a
vinyl
fence,
but
the
vinyl
actually
conducts
the
sound
as
opposed
to
something
like
wood
that
maybe
dampens
it
more
and
then
we
get
into
a
whole
can
of
worms
about
what
is
the
appropriate
material.
C
O
J
I
want
to
make
another
motion
so
you're.
Another
motion
to
amend.
He
says
clean
that
we
amend
the
ordinance
that,
where
it
says,
fence
fence
is
proceeded
but
with
solid.
You
want
the
officer.
A
We
have
a
motion
and
a
second
are
there,
any
other
questions.
Council
member
mesa.
C
A
C
Was
going
to
add
something
to
the
fence
controversy?
I
went
somewhere
down
south
and
I
was
talking
to
the
mender
and
they
had
these.
They
had
these
wooden
planks
type
of
fans
you
could
see
through,
but
they
had
plexiglas,
and
he
said
it
was
a
noise
buffering
type
thing
that
the
city
had
asked
them
to
do
because
they
were
near
residential.
If
someone
wants
to
do
that
here,
is
that
going
to
be
a
problem
or.
A
D
A
D
A
With
apology
said
back
to
the
original,
the
original.
L
A
Are
there
any
questions
or
comments
related
to
that
council
member
mesa?
I
just.
C
Have
a
quick
comment:
this
is
just,
I
know
it's
very
aggravating
on
businesses,
and
I
know
it's
on
here.
Fortunately,
people
don't
seem
to
care
for
it,
but
I
know
with
that:
no
animals
except
service
dogs-
just
fortunate
many
people
take
advantage
of
it
and
want
to
get
a
big
permit
online.
Just
so
they
can
bring
their
dog
I'm
glad
to
attend
here
and
just
wish
it
was.
People
would
actually
respect
the
actual
service
dogs.
Thank
you.
C
L
I
just
want
to
say,
since
I
wasn't
here
on
the
original
reading,
that
I'm
glad
that
we're
taking
this
next
step,
our
on
this
part
of
the
lbc
and
making
our
city
a
little
more
friendly
to
outdoor
restaurants
and
hope
that
we
continue
to
take
positive
steps
in
this
direction.
E
Want
to
clarify
and
follow
up
to
mr
mesa's
comment.
Dogs
would
be
permitted
if
they
got
a
permit
for
dogs
and
outside
dining.
Is
that
correct,
correct.
O
Establishments
are
and
have
the
ability
to
apply
for
that
permit.
I
believe
it's
through
the
clerk's
office.
A
Seeing
no
other
lights,
madam
clerk,
can
we
get
a
roll
call?
Please.
B
A
A
Yes,
motion
carries.
Thank
you.
Moving
on
to
ordinance
b,
amanda
clerk.
Can
we
get
a?
Can
you
read
the
ordinance
by
title?
Please.
A
D
A
Yes,
motion
carries
seeing
that's
the
end
of
our
agenda.
Thank
you
for
being
with
me
this
evening
and
hope
you
all
a
wonderful
week.
Meetings
over.
