B
B
B
They
are
a
little
bit
different
aesthetically
than
the
followers
we
chose
as
far
as
the
shape
and
all
you
know,
they're
pretty
sleek
and
similar.
They
do
not
have
to
be
this
yellow.
You
can
do
a
silver
gray
white,
but
we
just
wanted
to
kind
of
show
you
guys
these,
and
it
could
sense
us
that
we
would
be
okay
with
using
these
at
the
emergency
access.
C
C
They
do
also
have
basically
breakaway
collars
as
well.
So
in
a
true
emergency,
the
truck
could
go
up
and
just
bump
them
with
their
bumper
and
push
them
over,
and
that
would
break
that.
You
know
that
insert
in
the
bottom
would
allow
somebody
else
to
do
it.
The
design
is
such
that
there's
two
different
ways
for
people
to
get
past
in
an
emergency.
Obviously
they
can
get
out.
C
They
have
several
different
inserts
available
and
some
of
that
insert
comes
back
to
determining
how
hard
how
much
pressure
you
have
to
put
to
get
to
do
those
they
have
aluminum
inserts
branded
bronze
inserts,
and
then
it
goes
all
the
way
up
to
a
steel
insert
and
the
steel
insert
won't
break
no
matter
what
it's
going
to.
You
know
bend
the
whole
bollard
over
to,
instead
of
instead
of
allowing
it
to
collapse.
C
It's
just
a
bushing
inside
the
pin
to
break
so
that
you
can
actually
push
it
over.
So
it's
designed
obviously
for
the
emergency
vehicle
to
be
able
to
pump
it
if
they
have
to
be
an
emergency,
but
a
lot
of
times
the
first
responder
whoever
gets
there
first
would
could
have
the
ball
lowered.
Before
I
mean
if
it
was
a
police
department,
they
could
have
the
ball
lowered
before
a
fire
truck
or
an
ambulance
gets
there
potentially
to
allow
people
to
have
access.
How
much
force
are
we
talking
about.
I
mean.
C
Okay,
I
can't
remember
if
they
tell
you
on
the
online
what
it
was
for,
what
it
takes
to
be
able
to
get
them
to
break
away,
but.
C
And
we're
to
do
this
in
the
emergency
area
right
and
the
reason
why
we
kind
of
wanted
to
interject
with
these
was
because,
as
the
urban
trail
plan
comes
forward,
we're
going
to
have
to
come
up
with
a
there's,
the
bushing
at
the
top,
and
it
talks
about
the
breakaway
system,
but
we're
going
to
have
to
have
a
baller
that
gets
put
at
the
intersection.
When
you
have
a
10
foot
urban
trail
coming
up
to
an
intersection,
that's
going
to
keep
the
low
speed
vehicles
off
of
it
as
well
as
the
car.
Just
to
think.
C
C
They
have
some
other
things
that
were
in
your
flyer,
which
talked
about
removables
and
things
and
the
issues
we've
had
tons
of
issues
with
sand.
The
sand
blows
it
fills
down
inside
that
and
the
posts
won't
go
down.
They
won't
seat
right.
You
can't
get
them
to
pull
up
right,
they're,
just
not
gonna
function
like
they're
designed
to
do
so.
We
feel
this
is
a
better
function
for
something
to
be
able
to
be
laid
down.
C
C
C
Those
are
parks
and
rec,
that's
kind
of
the
division
we've
made.
This
is
we've
got
to
do
a
transportation
because
we
have
an
on-call
group.
So,
in
the
event,
if
we
have
an
emergency
scenario
and
followers
broken,
they
would
be
able
to
call
somebody.
Public
works
is
going
to
come
out
change
that
bushing
and
get
that
dollar
put
back
up.
Parks
and
rep
doesn't
necessarily
have
an
emergency,
24-hour
response
to
be
able
to
come
out
and
put
those
get
those
set
back
in
place
and
whatnot.
C
We
would
be
maintaining
and
we
would
be
the
ones
that
would
be
replacing
standing
up
changing
the
bushings
out
if
they,
if
they
do
get
broke
in
a
breakaway
scenario,
alexa
the
best
scenario
would
be
turn
the
bolt
drop
it
over.
Everybody
drives
over
does
what
they
need.
Last
person
standing
stands
it
back
up
and
it's
all
good
to
go
real
world
scenario.
I
don't
want
to
project
what
our
first
responders
and
police
and
fire
do
in
the
event
of
an
emergency.
B
C
So
they
know
which
ones
they're
going
to
be
able
to
drive
through
a
dark,
but
obviously
that's
just
a
choice
of
whether
white
is
approvable
to
the
aesthetics
as
opposed
to
they
have
several
colors
of
black,
which
are
going
to
get
hot,
obviously
because
of
being
in
florida
they
had
silver
and
gray
and
many
other
colors,
I
think,
available
as
far
as
special
orders,
but
because
they
have
all
kinds
of
finishes
and
different
things
and
something
different.
But
trying
to
think
of
you
know
what
are
they
designed
for
it
again?
C
C
I
don't
know
if
they
do
or
don't,
but
they
can
do
something
as
small
as
a
key
on
these,
which
is
just
literally
something
that
can
be
hanging
on
a
key
ring
even
to
be
able
to
turn
them.
It's
the
five-sided
thing
that
puts
it
on
the
only
other
thing
that
really
grabs
a
hold
of
these
is
a
piper
and
the
standard.
Pipe
wrench
will
turn
a
fire
hydrant
on.
C
If
you
know
how
to
use
it,
but
otherwise
all
fire
department
vehicles
have
them
most
of
the
public
works
vehicles
already
have
them
if
at
least
it
doesn't.
It
would
be
a
scenario
where
they'd
be
looking
at
a
key
or
a
small
wrench
to
be
able
to
turn
lower
down
and
be
something
we'd
work
with
them
to
be
able
to
make
sure
they
could
go
anywhere
from
real
long
to
real
short.
I
don't
think
it
takes
much
to
do
it.
It's
just
you
know
to
turn
it.
C
C
B
E
So
we've
been
trying
to
talk
about
lighting
for
a
while.
We
really
do
appreciate
you
guys
have
a
patience
with
us,
as
we've
had
to
digest
the
lighting
plan
and
we've
had
several
discussions
with
peach's
energy.
I
want
to
point
out
our
friend
matt
seeley
over
here
in
the
blue
from
beach's
energy
taylor,
and
I
have
been
having
a
lot
of
discussions
with
matt
on
the
plane.
It's
out
there
now
what
the
plan
calls
for
just
how
to
move
forward.
E
There's
a
lot
of
different
pieces
to
this
just
want
to
kind
of
summarize
the
lighting
for
downtown
real
quickly
and
then
I'll
talk
to
you
guys
a
little
bit
about
kind
of
the
direction
that
you
think
you
might
want
to
go
again.
There's
a
lot
of
moving
parts
so
to
refresh.
E
Memory
on
the
downtown
lighting
update
the
master
plan
identified
several
issues
being
lack
of
consistency,
fighting
coverage,
some
conflicts
on
streetscapes.
Obviously
we
have
any
sea
turtle
ordinance
that
we
have
to
comply
with
safety
along
the
boardwalk
and
then,
as
you
know,
we
have
several
public
parking
lots.
E
To
the
existing
conditions-
and
this
covers
all
of
the
entire
district-
this
isn't
just
in
the
poor
downtown
area.
There
are
35
mongooses.
This
is
what's
in
the
plan:
35
mongoose,
97,
greenville,
there's
34
lights
on
the
boardwalk
and
then
there's
several
high
pressure,
sodium
lights
on
the
avenue
sides,
the
recommendations
in
the
lighting
planet.
E
If
some
of
this
is
already
moving
forward
as
public
works,
redoes,
first
and
second
streets
and
the
avenues
in
between
are
they're,
replacing
several
of
the
old
home
news
lights
and
the
old
high
pressure
sodium
lights,
which
are
a
lot
lower.
I
think
dennis
mentioned
that
a
previous
workshop
that
the
plan
calls
for
some
of
those
lights
to
be
moved
across
the
street
they're
only
being
moved
across
the
street,
where
it
makes
sense,
in
other
cases,
they're
staying
right.
A
E
Sodium
lights,
which
are
most
of
them,
are
all
like
white,
like
kind
of
a
white
bracket
on
a
wooden
pole,
they're
very
data
canvassable,
some
things
that
we're
considering
as
we
go
through
this
plan
and
look
towards
implementation.
E
Peach's
energy
is
looking
to
replace
some
of
the
lights
at
the
street
and
so
that
they
ensure
compliance
with
the
sea
turtle
ordinance
and
I've
got
a
picture
of
the
new
lights
that
are
going
in
and
matt's
here
to
answer
any
questions
or
fill
in
any
any
holes.
In
this
questions,
you
guys
have
light.
Bulbs
are
being
replaced
again
as
needed
on
the
lights
that
are
on
first
and
second
street.
Those
are
the
tall
mongoose
lights.
E
Obviously,
we're
going
to
look
at
the
pier
parking
lot
and
other
public
parking
lots
as
we
get
to
each
one
of
those
projects,
but
they
really
are
alone
and
they'll
be
part
of
that
overall
enhancement
to
the
peer
parking
lot.
For
example,
the
lighting
plan
did
not
cover
the
boardwalk
nights
and
we
need
to
kind
of
have
another
conversation
internally
on
how
to
handle
those.
They
are
currently
all
working
as
of
now,
and
they
are
sea
turtle
friendly
with
boardwalk
lights.
E
These
are
what
we
call
granville
or
acorn
lights
kind
of
interchangeably,
and
these
are
primarily
in
lincoln
plaza,
but
they
do
extend
a
first
street
in
a
couple
different
locations,
they're
on
second
avenue
north
and,
I
believe,
to
the
sixth
avenue
north
as
well,
and
then
these
are
the
lights
that
are
on
the
boardwalk.
E
You
know
more
geared
towards
lighting
safety
as
opposed
to
traffic
safety.
So
what
we
have
out
there
now
really
is
a
more
historic
aesthetic
with
the
bollards
and
the
acorn
lights
that
are
out
there
in
lincoln,
plaza
and
as
cameron
are
looking
at
the
bloggers
and
the
trash
cans
that
we're
looking
to
purchase.
And
you
know
we're
kind
of
like
I
don't
really
literally
go
over
the
apron
lights.
E
So
we
kind
of
wanted
you
guys
to
see
that
visually
and
maybe
have
that
conversation
with
shifting
beers
a
little
bit
when
we
get
to
lakeland
plaza
again,
those
lights
are
we're
going
to
be
working
really
soon.
Hopefully
we
have
to
start
having
those
conversations
about
lincoln,
plaza
and
kind
of
wanted
to
be
able
to
give
them
a
little
directional
awareness
to
aesthetics
and
selections
that
you
guys
have
already
made
and
moving
forward,
stylistically
and
kind
of
where
we
want
to
go
with
that.
E
D
E
E
F
F
So
basically,
what
we
want
to
do
is
try
to
get
a
light
that
we
like
and
then
we'll
find
a
hole
to
kind
of
match
and
go
around
work
well
and
so
we're
kind
of
a
blank
slate
which
is
good
for
this,
and
the
other
thing
is
we're
in
the
midst
of
really
starting
to
evaluate
led
conversion
across
the
board,
and
so
the
nice
thing
is
they're
the
consistent
light.
F
We
settle
on
2000
for
the
temperature
and
we
have
that
opportunity,
depending
on
the
amount
of
money
that
this
development
is
just
to
go
ahead
and
maybe
replace
them
all,
because
now
you're
talking
about
mixed
matching
anyway,.
F
F
F
D
It
has
the
requirements
needed
for
situations
as
well
as
the
police
officers
for
lighting
and
safety,
and
those
are
two
big
things
for
me:
yeah,
okay,
so
the
dick
skype
plan
is
the
last
thing
we've
seen
we
haven't
seen
anything
but
the
exciting
plan
which,
as
you
said,
was
old
and
basically
didn't
work
according
to
what
you
guys
determined
it
didn't
work,
so
there's
a
plan
out
there,
but
we
haven't
seen
it.
You
know,
I
don't
know
if
you
have
anything
like
this.
D
You
know
you're
walking
along,
you
can't
even
see
the
person
across
the
street,
and
so
we
were
anxious
that
whatever
was
done
in
the
lighting
covered
that
and
provides
that
optional
increased
level
of
lighting
in
the
pedestrian
areas.
I
don't
know
whether
that's
part
of
what
you
guys
are
working
with.
F
So
the
next
step
for
us,
like
I
said
where
I'm
at
because
we're
going
to
do
this
on
a
wholesale
from
there.
I'm
just
going
to
show
you
if
you
can't
sign,
but
this
is
basically
like
a
series
of
families,
that's
similar
to
the
one
that's
up
there
from
the
season
and
it
comes.
F
So
what
I'm
kind
of
looking
for
is
direction,
because
we
need
to
get
some
of
these
lights
in
and
evaluate
and
make
sure
they're
going
to
do
exactly
what
you
say,
get
them
out
there.
What
it's
like
these
light
patterns,
this
is
all
up
for.
We
can
specify
how
we
want
this
to
go.
Is
a
residential
industry.
You
know
what
type
of
light
distribution
do
you
want?
F
A
A
C
Comprehensive
plan
of
the
new
type
of
lights
throughout
the
downtown
area,
with
the
lighting
study
in
the
proposed
locations,
incorporate
boardwalk
in
it,
because
this
sounds
like
the
temporary
fix.
Well
no
step.
One
is
to
select
lightning
step,
two
to
figure
out
what
was
the
three
things
with
moving
granbills
here,
and
that
was
the
inside
proposal
based
on
what
we've
had
at
the
time.
C
C
Now
we're
kind
of
trying
to
piecemeal
that
whole
project
back
together
because
we
couldn't
get
anybody
to
bid
on
all
which
is
probably
why
the
wall
is
not
really
lost.
But
it's
kind
of
not
included
in
any
particular
plan,
because
it
was
part
of
the
hard
escape
plan.
But
now
we're
dissecting
the
hardscape
plan
to
get
it
built.
F
F
D
This
last
thing
with
where
the
responsibility
lies
is
somehow
that
got
screwed
up.
You
got
separated
into
different
departments
when
lightning
should
be
all
one
department,
so
you
need
to.
C
Trying
to
get
to
is
the
lighting
they
deal
with
is
not
the
same
kind
of
lighting
that
we're
talking
about
dealing
with
this.
It's
literally
dealing
and
the
reason
it's
so
convoluted
is,
if
you
go
to
building
maintenance
now,
they'll
tell
you
they
have
nothing
to
do
with
that.
They
deal
with
the
buildings
and
not
anything
around
the
buildings
which
is
kind
of
where
the
bollards
kind
of
all
fell
apart.
The
same
thing
happened,
which
is
so
we
got
parks
and
rec.
Now
that's
agreeing
to
take
ownership
of
all
of
these
kind
of
items.
C
B
The
issue
you
may
see
there
is,
I
completely
understand
that
and
wanting
it
to
all
be
under
one
roof.
It
makes
everyone's
life
easier.
I
think,
though,
it's
a
bigger
conversation
than
for
just
this
room,
because
you're
going
to
have
to
get
the
director
of
each
energy
involved,
the
city
manager
potentially
counsel,
because
you're
talking
about.
E
D
Or
why
not
just
do
it
in
parallel,
because
you
know
just
because
we
couldn't
get
a
bid
once
doesn't
mean
we
have
to
give.
C
We
have
to
do
it
separate,
but
let's
do
it
separate
and
let's
not
wait
and
I
think
that's
what
parks
and
rec
is
planning
on
doing
the
bike.
Racks
was
just
something
that
was
there
with
their
piggly
back
vendor.
They
had
somebody
to
be
able
to
purchase
the
bike,
racks
and
move
that
ahead,
so
that
that
piece
was
carved
out
of
that
other
project
and
said:
look
we
can
move
ahead
with
this
same
thing
goes
with
the
bollards,
like
you
say,
you're
talking
about
here
with
the
different
ballers.
C
We've
got
dollars
in
other
places
that
need
exactly
the
same
thing
so
again
we're
trying
to
get
the
standard
so
that
parks
and
rec
can
own
all
of
those
non-transportation
related
followers,
and
that's
how
jason
and
I
work
together
to
say
if
they're
pretty
ballers,
they
belong
to
the
park.
If
they're
traffic
dollars
they
belong
to
public
works
because
we're
going
to
be
the
ones
that
can
respond
so
we're
trying
to
help
get
these
definitive
answers
for
that
you're
requesting.
I
understand
your
frustration,
especially
when
it
comes
to
the
wall.
C
C
When
they
attack
the
next
pieces,
whether
it's
the
benches
or
whether
it's
that
wall,
the
lighting
or
whether
it's
whatever
those
next
pieces
of
that
heartscape
plan,
that
goes
to
jason,
I
would
think
he
should
be
able
to
exactly
do
what
you're
doing
pieces
and
parts
to
get
that
put
together,
whether
that's
a
another,
subsequent
bit
or
a
smaller
bit
for
each
each
individual
piece.
The
parking
lot
lights
and
all.
B
And
just
before
we
get
off
of
this,
I
do
want
to
add
one
thing.
I
don't
think
we
were
clear
enough.
We
keep
talking
about
the
new
planning
planning
plan,
the
plan
itself.
The
reason
a
dick
type
plan
is
kind
of
air
force.
Obsolete
is
not
necessarily
the
placement
of
the
light,
it's
the
style
lights
used
and
the
style
that's
used
in
that
plan
and
then,
as
the
photometrics
are
drawn
out
around
those
like.
That's
the.
B
The
actual
plan
itself
is
not
obviously
the
locations
where
lights
are,
what
we're
replacing
that
all
remains
relatively
consistent.
With
the
exception
of
a
few
minutes
ago,
I
think,
dennis
and
said:
look
at
the
lights
on
this
side
of
the
road
and
it
calls
for
it
to
be
moved
and
completely
disrupted,
but
we're
with
the
exception
of
little
things
like
that.
The
plan
itself
is
the
plan
that
we
are
working
on
moving
forward.
The
only
thing
that
could
change
will
be
when
matt
and
beach
energy
do.
B
The
photometric
study
of
whatever
new
lights
are
selected,
which
is
why
you
know
I
don't
want
it
to
feel
like
we're,
trying
to
jump
the
gun,
but
that's
why
it's
important
to
figure
out
if
we're
going
to
go
forward
with
a
more
modern
look,
a
traditional
look,
something
in
the
middle,
so
that
way,
matt
can
get
that
in
and
compare
that
to
the
plan.
The
existing
plan,
those
locations
which
remain
the
same
and
then
be
able
to
look
at
the
new
photometrics.
A
Springfield
suites
the
two
restaurants
under
more
modern
buildings,
so
with
that
it
needs
to
be
a
little
bit
more
modern
feel
with
the
accessories
that
we
put
in
whether
they
be
collards
or
street
lights
and
so
forth.
I
think
that
that
character
and
that
language
would
filter
very
nicely
through
the
whole
downtown
area,
with
what's
being
developed.
A
You
because,
if
it's
not
easily
maintained,
my
experience
has
been
the
whole
thing
just
starts
to
fall
apart
very
quickly,
so
you've
got
to
be
able
to
maintain
and
be
able
to
get
the
parts
and
pieces.
The
only
thing
I
would
ask
is
that
we
make
sure
that
the
length
kelvin
temperature
is
consistent
throughout
the
downtown
area.
That.
F
F
A
C
Is
long
lead
time,
so
the
issue
was:
is
the
basically
the
controls.
C
C
I
saw
the
original
quote,
but
I
don't
remember
offhand
what
they
were.
I
can
look
it
up
and
I'll
offer
spawn
back
I'll
either
throw
it
in
my
next
monthly.
C
To
taylor
she
could
share
it.
I'll
look
back,
but
I
was
thinking
it
was.
One
of
them
was
a
24
or
26
week
lead
time
type
of
scenario.
I
mean
that's
just
the
way,
we're
seeing
everything
I
something
the
other
day
was
a
72
week
lead
time.
Unless
you
want
to
pay
three
times
as
much
and
then
you
could
have
it.
E
Okay,
new.
B
We've
got
council
at
its
meeting
on
the
sixth.
They
signed
a
resolution
in
support
of
a
bill,
and
what
this
bill
is
going
to
do
is
essentially
creates
a
special
within
the
downtown
business
district
and
in
this
zone
it
lowers
the
requirements
to
have
an
establishment
qualify
for
the
four
cops
festival
special
restaurant
alcohol
license.
B
B
E
Restaurants,
to
have
a
full
bar,
as
opposed
to
just
beer
and
just
in
the
central
business
district,
which
this
resolution
has
yeah.
There's
a
map
in
your
agenda
packet,
calling
it
the
downtown
incentive
zone,
but
it's
the
same
categories
as
the
central
business
district.
So
it
wouldn't
be
the
whole
downtown
cra
district.
It
would
just
be
from
600
north
second
avenue,
south
ocean
and
third
street.
E
There's
two
different
types
of
four
cops:
there's
bar
only
so
like
lynches,
for
example,
even
though
they
serve
food
they're
one
of
our
licenses,
they
serve
beer,
wine
and
liquor,
and
for
copd
I
think
it's
called
sfx.
Is
that
right
they
can
change
the
name.
That's
especially
restaurant
license,
so
you
have
to
check
certain
boxes,
which
is
850
seats,
2500
square
feet
and
51
sale
of
food
and
non-alcoholic
beverages.
So.
A
E
A
four-cmp
special
restaurant,
for
example,
so
what
this
bill
would
allow
if
it
is
approved
by
the
state
as
an
exemption
from
those
rules
like
taylor,
said
so
that
a
smaller
restaurant
could
serve
more
than
just
beer
and
wine
and
that's
really
the
whole
goal.
You
know
we
hope
we're
going
to
have
some
new
construction
downtown
soon
it
might
have
smaller
tenant
spaces.
E
F
E
A
B
That
are
more
successful
and
they're
having
a
lot
of
success.
Going
from
a
food
truck
establishment
to
a
2500
square
foot,
business
with
150
shares
a
really
big
film,
but
you
know
the
hope
would
be
to
see
maybe
some
of
those
establishments
that
are
ready
to
take
that
next
step
and
as
we
get
some
of
these
more
quaint
spaces
being
able
to
kind
of
fill
some
of
those
and
see
some
of
our
local
older
operators
being
able
to
take
that
next
step
in
their
business
venture.
And
this
would
help
that
endeavor.
E
E
So
again,
this
has
been
council's,
been
talking
about
this
for
a
couple
of
months
to
try
to
you
know,
encourage
some
new
opportunities
downtown
for
businesses
that
might
not
otherwise
open
like
taylor
was
detailing
yeah,
but
today
our
council
is
looking
for
support
for
the
cra
on
this
and
again.
I
think
this
doesn't
go
over
to
tallahassee
until
the
beginning
of
the
year.
E
A
B
B
We're
going
to
have
a
bunch
of
chain,
restaurants,
and
we
just
don't
have
the
space
for
it,
but
we
do
want
to
you
know.
We
hear
the
residents
and
visitors
talk
about
wanting
to
have
more
places
to
go
and
eat
different
dining
options,
and
we
think
this
would
help
encourage
yeah.
E
And
add
to
that
as
well,
and
jacksonville
has
done
this
with
a
couple
there
of
their
districts
where
they
created
the
district
and
they
decided
they
wanted
to
expand
it
slightly
to
include
some
other
areas.
So
you
know
it
certainly
isn't
the
end
all
be
all
if
this
starts
this
gets
approved
by
the
state
and
then
projects
each
decides.
Oh
we
maybe
we
do
want
to
include
fourth
avenue
south
or
dolphin
equal
or
go
out
this
way
or
that
way
that
is
certainly
an
option
down
the
road.
D
A
E
One
of
the
things
that
the
council
was
pretty
insistent
on
that
these
establishments
that
would
fall
into
a
smaller
category
would
not
be
eligible
for
that
hours
extension,
so
they
wouldn't
be
able
to
be
able
to
be
open
past
midnight,
as
the
code
calls
for
so
the
better.
E
And
officers
do
enforce
the
hours
of
operation,
so
they
know
the
police
department
knows
who
has
those
extension
of
hours
permits
and
who
doesn't
as
far
as
the
51
sale
of
food
and
non-alcoholic
beverages,
that's
the
state,
so
we
do
have
to
rely
on
them
to
ensure
that
these
establishments
are
complying,
but
we
do
have
in
our
code
when
a
new
establishment
opens.
They
have
to
give
a
seating
plan
to
the
city
that
is
held
by
the
police
department.
So
they
know
if
they
go
into
that
establishment.
E
D
B
We're
going
to
present
the
facade
program
to
city
council
in
october,
because
this
is
a
program
that
you
have
to
improve
before
we
can
begin
recording
these
grants.
Basically,
what
you
guys
have
today
is
a
one
pager
dentist
will.
B
This
kind
of
goes
over
the
purpose.
Description
of
the
grand
amount
is
a
very
quick
snapshot
of
what
this
program
is
going
to
cover.
I
did
want
to
add
a
couple
of
things
with
the
purpose
and
the
maximum
random
amount.
It
is
a
two
to
one
ratio,
and
so,
for
example,
you
know
if
we're
reporting
our
maximum
amount,
which
is
a
hundred
thousand,
then
the
business
is
putting
in
fifty
costs
of
fifty
contractual
document.
It
will
be
broken
out
by
our
aids
costs
business
possible
grant.
So
it's
not
necessarily
the
internal
project.
B
B
B
B
This
is
actually
we've
got
a
lot
of
really
good
feedback.
Apparently,
obviously,
labels
will
review
every
contract.
Everything
that
an
applicant
submits
will
go
through
legal
and
finance
and
I'm
really
excited.
We
actually
seem
to
have
some
interest
already.
