And
I
can't
tell
you
that,
prior
to
me,
taking
over
at
the
command
level
for
downtown
cake,
sergeant,
Smith
I
believe
went
to
a
couple
of
the
conferences
they're
fairly
there
mountain.
We
pretend
a
long
they're,
usually
three
four
days
do
you
know
that
we've
had
some
prior
circular
set,
have
attended
training
with
that
organization.
E
F
That
stands
is
pretty
much
as
you
typify
we're
making
sure
we
have
space
to
put
that
person,
because
I
just
hired
my
last
open
available
staff
right
now
in
my
office
is
full
right
now.
We're
undergoing
a
utilization
study
for
these
I
figured
I
would
cover
the
Records
building,
but
I
think
Jacksonville's
recipes
for
what
units
across
the
street
across
the
Avenue
from
fire
station
number.
One
and
they've
got
they're
doing
it's
cost
about.
If
that
is
viable,
the
fire
marshal.
C
F
Kilis
3
in
2007
and
2008
they
paid
$1,800
a
month
for
roughly
30,000
for
32
thousand
square
feet.
Excuse
me,
and
that
was
for
the
7th
Avenue
North
Street
and
let
me
go
through
the
specific
projects.
I've
got
one
in
2003.
2004
is
$1,500
a
month
for
an
18
month.
Time
period,
that
was
the
11th
Avenue
North
Street
end
Margaritaville
is
currently
paying
$2,000
a
month
for
dears
is
a
quantified
as
34
spaces.
I
was
trying
to
do
apples
of
arms.
This
comparison.
F
F
They're
taking
roughly
to
Thursday,
there
are
several
product
there
are.
Several
public
space
is
still
available
in
that
Street
and
there's
also
the
access
to
achilles
tree
to
the
door
that
had
to
be
maintained
and
there's
also
a
pedestrian
walkway.
This
maintained
to
the
beach
I,
don't
know
the
exact
story.
A
A
F
When
the
first,
several
weeks
afternoon,
the
city
manager
was
hired,
he
and
I
discussed
the
concept
of
east-west
connectivity
in
the
city
overall
and
how
to
help
people
living
in
the
western
portions
of
the
city
get
to
the
beach
into
commercial
areas
along
third
Street.
In
the
south
end,
the
major
opportunity
to
enhance
a
connectivity
for
both
cyclists
and
pedestrians
is
the
Jacksonville
Drive
corridor.
F
The
other
section
of
Jacksonville
drive
between
South
Beach
Parkway
and
State
Road
a1,
a
that
should
say
the
other
section
within
the
South.
End
district
currently
has
a
sidewalk
on
its
more
side
and
there
appears
to
be
adequate
room
within
that
section
of
the
right
way
to
widen
it
to
act
more
as
a
multi-purpose
trail.
F
This
would
be
a
separate
project
and
one
of
which
could
most
likely
be
designed
by
city
staff
once
pedestrians
and
cyclists,
if
east
of
a1
a
and
probably
Boulevard
the
opportunity
and
need
for
a
wider
path
diminishes
as
the
route
to
the
beach
at
that
point
is
through
a
low-speed
local
street
30
36th
Avenue
stop
and
they
saw
all
that
staff
recommends.
Approval
of
resolution.
2020
no
word.
G
Strollers
and
distortion
since
we're
already
doing
the
current
design
project
for
stormwater,
primarily
with
also
some
roadway
improvements
along
Jacksonville
Drive,
there's
a
good
opportunity,
we're
already
putting
a
small
sidewalk,
keeping
the
sidewalk
on
the
North,
putting
at
this
standard
sidewalk
on
the
south
as
we
can
fit
it
in.
So
this
was
a
great
opportunity
to
see
about
expanding
that
into
a
multi-use
path,
there's
a
difference
in
classification
and
obviously
the
functionality
of
an
official,
a
foot
wide
multi-use
path,
which
is
a
5
foot
or
even
a
6
foot
sidewalk.
G
G
If
we
could
get
that
path
on
the
north
side,
we
just
did
just
to
give
you
a
heads
up
most
likely
we're
looking
at
the
south
side,
wood
crossing
from
the
south
side
of
Jacksonville
drive
to
the
north
side
of
Jackson
drive
on
the
west
side
of
South
Beach.
There
is
a
traffic
light.
There
is
a
safe
crossing.
G
G
The
green
is
a
lot
of
drainage
on
the
south
side
of
one
of
the
big
issues.
Is
you
know
to
be
a
DA
requirements?
You
have
a
certain
side
to
side,
slope
and
a
certain
lateral
slope
on
sidewalks,
and
in
order
to
achieve
that
everywhere,
you
cross
the
driveway.
The
driveway
also
has
to
be
redone
at
that
small,
like
2
degree
or
less
slope,
and
we
have
some
elevations
ramping
up
from
the
road,
the
curb
back,
a
curve
elevation
to
where
the
houses.
G
So
when
you
start
to
get
a
house
by
house
by
house-
and
you
look
at
what
you
have
to
do-
to
accommodate
8
foot
wide
path
into
the
right-of-way
to
where
that
house,
we
would
be
redoing
all
of
those
driveways
and
potentially
cutting
into
what
is
right
of
way,
but
still
all
of
these
front
guards
and
some
areas
may
have
such
an
extreme
cut.
That
would
require
small
walls,
like
you
know,
retaining
walls.
It's
a
lot
more
engineering
issues
with
that.
So,
as
I
said,
we
will
I
have
asked
them
to
do.
G
Cosumnes
has
approved
super
lives
with
a
30%
deliverable,
which
is
usually
not
that
standard,
but
it's
more
of
a
conceptual
preliminary
in
the
design
and
as
they're
building
up
to
that
30%
we're
gonna
have
them
reevaluate
the
Northside
and
possibly
even
take
it
to
that
30%
design.
So
we
can
really
look
at
it,
see
how
feasible
or
infeasible
it
is.
G
We
just
our
expectation,
it
would
be
the
south.
We
can
come
back
to
you
at
that
time.
You
know,
depending
on
timing,
trying
to
have
to
extend
that
design.
The
process
of
writing
90
percent
on
the
overall
projects,
we're
kind
of
going
back,
but
it's
definitely
we
could
come
back
and
show
you
what
that
30
percent
of.
B
B
G
On
the
north
side,
where
it
involves
new
drainage
structures
in
the
grading,
so
I
can't
tell
you
how
much
that
impacts
the
existing
sidewalk.
It
might
not
touch
it
at
all
in
some
areas
and
it
might
completely
tear
it
up
for
a
half
a
block
in
another
I'd
like
to
tell
you
we're
not
touching
the
north
side
at
all.
But
did
you
find
out?
We
did.
A
A
G
I
agree,
I
know,
bills
talked
about
that
little
parking.
We
might
be
able
we're
hoping.
We
can
tie
that
in
in
the
planning
of
this-
and
this
is
the
my
knowledge
have
been
here.
Will
s
achieve
two
years,
but
to
my
knowledge,
this
is
the
first
time
we've
tried
to
incorporate
this
type
of
a
pedestrian
access
corridor
into
one
of
our
projects,
and
it
is
a
good
opportunity,
we're
excited
about
it.
Public
works
as
well,
because
it
allows
us
to
coordinate
something
like
this,
along
with
some
other
work
activities
and
then,
hopefully
not
come
back.
G
You
know,
after
we
do
a
project
and
tear
the
road
up
and
do
something
different
as
far
as
that
future
phase.
The
reason
we
will
almost
certainly
prefer
this
if
we
prefer
not
to
constructed
along
with
this,
is
because
again
we
anticipate
a
subsequent
phase
of
the
drainage
project
that
we
could
not
address.
With
the
first
phase.
A
G
Will
have
the
design
as
inclusive
as
we
design
engineers
consultants
feels
appropriate
at
this
stage
and
then
the
role
almost
almost
immediately,
once
we
lock
down
construction
phase,
one
shortly
thereafter,
hopefully
lock
down
the
design
efforts
or
the
subsequent
phase,
which
will
include
taking
that
to
full
100%
design
specifications
and
follow
up
with
construction
as
well.
On
the
other
section
of
Jacksonville
Drive
we've
talked
about
it.
G
G
This
section,
especially
that
we're
we're
look
at
that
that
can
something
that,
under
their
design,
make
sure
that
we're
addressing
all
the
safety
issues,
all
the
APA
compliant
issues,
all
the
utility
relocations
and
we're
also
going
to
be
coordinating
with
beaches.
Energy
in
house
on
this,
with
their
transmission
line.
So
long,
Jacksonville,
Drive
and
I
think
there's
an
opportunity
for
us
to
work
there
and.
E
So
it
would
be
carving
it
out
of
the
area
and
like
Memorial
Park
there
for
that
program,
they
have
are
favors
and
pass.
What
have
you
and
I
would
like
to
recommend
that
we,
as
this
share
a
board,
donate
our
lot
for
the
parking
to
support
that
Memorial
Park?
And
if
we
do
that,
and
you
see
that
that's
a
park
on
the
right-hand
side
of
the
north
side,
Jack's
will
garage-
and
you
know
parking
is
on
the
left-
it
would
be
more
liking
sense
to
have
it.
E
E
E
Picture
and
you
look
at
this
wall
space
they
bought
that
because
they
didn't
want
cars
back
and
driveways
on
that
on
that
Street
let
South
Beach,
so
they
bought
it.
So
there's
no
development
there,
so
just
wasted
non
utilized
space
and
our
part
is
so
small.
We
can't
even
do
tricycle
circle
there.
It's
like
it's
thanks,
so
my
opinion.
We
should
use
our
lots
to
support
a
bigger
visual
experience.
I.
F
Can
number
one
because
they
contingency
for
the
existing
project
due
to
the
need
for
additional
surveys
and
for
I
think
some
utility
conflicts
are
very
exhausting,
so
I
was
just
trying
to
make
sure.
We've
got
a
little
bit
more
room
on
this
project
because
I
definitely
don't
know.
We
need
to
do
an
additional
amount
of
survey.
Work.
B
B
H
Set
the
stage
here
for
introducing
another
person,
the
person
that
perhaps
has
is
part
of
their
responsibility,
event,
planning
and
possibly
economic
development,
and
the
reason
that
I'd
like
to
plant
that
seed
with
you
look
at
the
feasibility
of
that
is,
if
you
look
at
the
plaza
right
now
that
cause
it
is
empty.
That's
an
asset,
that's
sitting,
that's
not
making
any
money
for
the
city
and
if
you
look
at
it
outside
of
the
weekends
oftentimes,
that's
it's
empty.
H
So
how
can
we
use
that
asset
to
feed
the
businesses
that
are
all
going
to
be
part
of
the
vision
we
hope
to
have
at
the
end
of
the
year?
So
I
know
it
takes
time
to
get
a
person,
but
I
want
to
start
planting
the
seed
with
you
that
says.
Look,
we've
got
this
vision
plan
coming
down
the
pike
we
hope
at
the
end
of
the
year.
We've
got
a
wonderful
asset
in
our
downtown
and
we
can
use
that
asset
mr.
H
You
want
to
take
that
vision
and
say:
look
here's
what
we
are
going
to
become:
let's
call
it
20
40
and
you
sell
that
to
the
investor
that
says:
look
we
want.
We
want
you
to
be
part
of
our
community
and
as
if
you
become
part
of
our
community,
we're
going
to
help
you
become
successful,
perhaps
by
using
this
event
person
to
feed
them
with
people.
Okay,
so
again,
economic
development
and
event
planning.
H
If
you
have
a
brand
new
building
right
now,
the
city
vacant
across
from
the
pier
okay,
it's
been
sitting
vacant
for
four
or
five
months,
I
believe
obviously
we're
having
some
problems
getting
somebody
in
to
fill
that
spot.
That
should
be
unheard
of,
even
though
we
do
have
the
pier
reconstruction
happening.
H
The
oceanfront
place
that's
sitting
empty,
so
having
an
economic
development
person
available
to
start
filling
these
spots,
I
think
would
be
advantageous
to
the
city.
So
again
it
takes
time
for
this
to
happen.
It
took
time
it's
going
to
take
you
time
to
get
this
personnel
for
compliance.
It
certainly
will
take
you
time
to
get
another
personnel
that
I
again
want
to
plant
the
seed
so
that
perhaps
you
can
start
having
the
discussion
once
you
get
the
vision
plan
who's
going
to
push
it.
How
do
you
get
down
to
the
next
level?
H
E
Go
and
talk
to
I
found
out,
because
I
also
believe
that
our
shell
should
be
utilized
weekly
dudes
as
well.
When
it
comes
to
events
and
what-have-you,
we
have
Shakespeare
Shakespeare
apart
a
lot
of
these
different
city
to
daytime
or
each
weekday
stuff,
and
they
have
local
beers
and
we
have
their
local
schools
utilizing
their
bad
shell
and
happy
I
may
inquire
Menominee.
So
it
was
five
hundred
dollars
to
read.
I
wish
our
schools
aren't
going
to
be
five
nine
dollars.
E
Do
it
and
they're
actually
going
to
Gerald
Clark
incident,
which
I
think
it's
a
shame
considering
that
they
paid
taxes
in
their
City.
For
so
I
would
think
that
it
would
be
wise
for
us
to
say
you
know.
Yes,
it's
five
hundred
dollars
if
you
don't
live
in
the
city
to
rent
our
space.
But
if
you
live
in
the
city
and
you
bring
an
educational
type
of
environment
to
the
genital
area,
then
we
give
it
to
you
for
like
a
buck,
something
you
know
very,
very
small
or
even
free.
Do
they
do
pay
their
taxes?
E
F
E
B
E
E
E
F
Walkers
are
open
to
the
public
until
they
were
constructed
and
measured
in
the
field
for
fitting
the
ABA
required.
A
grass
play
all
sports.
If
you're
walking
on
the
boardwalk
they're
not
appeared
they're
down
on
lower
wheelchair
level.
Those
are
custom,
fabricated,
aluminum,
they're,
being
fabricated
right
now,
I
believe
that
assumes
are
fabricated.
They'll
be
installed.
