A
A
All
right
looks
like
we
have
a
quorum
first
thing.
C
All
right
here
we
go,
I'm
going
to
punch
the
commander
later,
so
it's
been
incredibly
good
to
be
here
today,
so
I'm
filling
it
in
for
him,
and
basically
he
just
asked
me
to
let
you
know
that
downtown
cape
has
a
shortage.
One
of
the
officers
is
short,
then
there's
another
one
that
is
additionally
coming.
So
there
is
one
shortage
and
there's
an
officer.
Also
thompson
is
just
waiting
to
come
based
on
some
shortages
and
control.
C
We
they
thought,
I
don't
have
numbers
for
you,
but
we
we've
taken
a
lot
of
guns
off
the
street
along
with
patrol,
but
in
the
downtown
area,
whether
it's
you
know,
the
traffic
stops
that
they're
doing
and
the
active
enforcement
you
know
on
the
weekends
they'll
sit
there
and
they'll
pull
people
over
and
just
we're
proactive
instead
of
reactive
and
that's
where
all
this
is
coming
from
the
camera
systems.
C
That
was
mentioned
earlier.
The
camera
systems
are
an
ongoing
improvement.
It
is,
there
are
being
updated,
they're
being
lowered
for
better
resolution,
but
there's
also
some
equipment
pieces
that
are
being
looked
out.
There's
a
it
department,
along
with
a
couple
officers
from
the
agency
from
the
police
department,
are
looking
at
doing
additional
improvements
and
getting
other
information
to
to
take
care
of
that
that
system,
and
it's
all
it's
it's
honestly.
It's
been
an
ongoing
system
with
cameras
for
a
while
now
so.
C
Sure
that
those-
so
that's
that's
one
of
the
one,
that's
one
of
the
issues
is
that,
based
on
whether
it's
wi-fi
or
representativity
or
and
there's,
there's
some
spots
that
are
there
that
are
causing
problems.
But
for
the
most
part,
a
lot
of
those
are
being
addressed,
and
that's
one
of
the
things
that
we're
trying
to
improve
on
is
you
know,
there's
there's
a
booklet,
canvas
down
there
and
we're
still
adding
some
more
cameras.
So
the
answer.
C
Some
but
it's
being
worked
out.
E
I
also
want
to
make
sure
that
it's
not
forgotten
or
at
least
being
coordinated
with
our
lighting
plan,
because
back
when
I
spoke
to
your
department
as
well
as
our
I.t
department,
as
well
as
look
at
the
videos,
they
were
having
issues
with
some
of
the
lighting.
We
have
for
us
hot
spots,
and
I
know
we're
trying
to
do
our
lighting
plan
to
make
sure
that
sea
turtles
or
not
are
protected
and
the
current
laws.
E
A
C
I
know
that
it's,
I
don't
have
anything
specifically,
but
I
know
that
there's
we
have
not
planned
already
and
it's
it's
already
in
place.
As
far
as
the
police
department
is
working,
the
entire
police
department,
the.
C
A
E
Not
just
on
the
air
on
the
air
show,
I
want
to
make
sure
that
you
guys
are
also
looking.
You
said
you
were
looking
at
wi-fi
versus
direct
connection
with
the
fire
optics
for
downtown
area
as
well.
C
Yes,
it's
looking
at
that
trying
to
to
ensure
that
we
don't
have
any
any
loss
or
connectivity
issues
culmination
of
the
two,
because
in
the.
E
C
As
I'm
listening
to
guys
that
they're
talking
about
there's,
there's
all
kinds
of
issues,
one
is
you
know:
there's
there's
just
a
full
people
of
jacksonville
beach
on
the
weekends
and,
and
you
know
the
the
towers
and
all
that
are
to
be
fine.
Arms
are
overloaded
and
everybody
has
cell
phones,
and
I
know
that
has
a
lot
to
play
and
so
we're
trying
to
manage
with
fiber
optics
and
some
others.
A
Okay,
courtesy
of
florida
visitors,
I
have
two
cards
here:
darling
boy.
G
Hi,
my
name
is
byrd,
and
I
am
here
because
I
attended
an
open
house
recently
that
was
presented
to
us
on
this
page
three
projects,
four
and
five
for
the
downtown
redevelopment,
and
they
presented
an
aerial
map
with
the
diagrams
of
what
they
were
proposing
for
this
new
infrastructure
project,
and
I
feel
that
that
lies
in
the
face
of
what
our
community
stands
for.
We've
always
placed
a
value
on
being
a
small
community.
G
G
I
feel
like
the
heat,
the
water
pollution
and
the
stress
on
our
already
stressed
infrastructure
and
listening
to
that
speak.
Clearly,
law
enforcement
plays
a
role
in.
That
is
something
that
should
be
considered
before
I
go
any
further.
I
do
understand
that
this
is
technically
city
property.
That
was
made
abundantly
clear.
G
G
There
are,
according
to
the
design
that
I
saw
33
parking
spaces
posed
on
sixth
avenue
south.
That
is
literally
one
third
of
what
I
saw
on
that
entire
design.
On
my
little
street
sixth
avenue
south
already
dead
ends
into
the
park
parking
lot.
There
are
over
at
close
to
100
free
public
parking
spaces
there.
We
already
have
a
pretty
significant
traffic
burden
on
that
street.
With
speeding
trash
noise,
you
name
it.
We.
B
G
G
In
addition,
the
engineer
that
was
there,
the
contracted
engineer,
admitted
to
the
residents
that
he
was
handed
an
aerial
map
and
he
was
told
to
fill
in
the
space
with
whatever
would
fit,
and
we
noted
that
that
map
is
old
if
there'd
be
six
plus
years
old.
There
are
a
lot
of
structures
that
are
different
from
what
was
pictured
there
and
it
didn't
seem
to
take
into
account
some
of
the
multi-family
residences
that
are
already
on
these
streets
and
or
have
been
constructed.
G
We
also
asked
why,
with
this
number
of
parking
spaces,
we
asked
there
was
a
goal
or
a
target
that
we
were
trying
to
reach
and
we
were
told
no,
there
was
no
goal,
there
was
no
target,
so
my
question
then
goes
back
to.
Why
are
we
opposing
this?
So
many
of
them
in
this
little
small
stretch
of
the
beach?
G
H
G
G
Pushing
back-
and
why
was
that,
given
any
credence
over
our
desires
and
needs
so,
additionally,
there's
some
of
the
diagrams
showing
the
sidewalks
jutting
out,
where
they
intersected
with
people's
driveways
and
some
streets,
don't
show
that
it
shows
it
going
right
up
next
to
people's
homes.
So
just
a
few
little
things
that
I
would
like
to
have
the
opportunity
to
have
addressed,
I
feel
like.
Maybe
this
has
been
done
in
a
vacuum
and
the
residents
haven't
been
given
adequate
notice.
G
A
G
I
Hey
everybody,
I
took
off
work
and
I'm
I'm
my
name
is
chris
setz.
I've
lived
on
6th
avenue
style,
I'm
a
lifelong
beach
resident
55
years
old.
I
lived
on
6th
avenue
south
for
roughly
35
years,
grew
up
serving
the
fear
and
everything.
That's
my
life
actually
she's
way
more
articulate
than
I
am
so
I
apologize.
I'm
super
passionate
about
this.
So
if
I
get
a
little
animated,
I'm
not
trying
to
be
rude
or
anything.
So
we
went
to
the
workshop
and
then
one
guy
told
us
hey.
I
We
gave
out
400
fires,
but
half
I
mean
and
that
fifth
avenue
south
to
10th
avenue
south.
You
know
some
of
those
people
live
in
those
condos.
I
would
never
saw
it
she
caught
it.
I
didn't
catch
it.
I
have
a
long
business.
I've
had
here
30
years
and
that's
what
I
do
for
a
living.
So
I
bought
my
place
in
the
mid
90s
when
it
was
cheap,
but
long
story
short.
I
I
was
talking.
I
know
I'm
skipping
around,
I'm
not
going
to
like
talk
she's
going
to
see
what
I'm
talking
about,
but
I
was
asking
the
engineers
I'm
like
hey.
Have
you
you're
putting
parking
places,
this
aerial
drawing
is
old.
I
said
you're
putting
parking
places
like
20
feet
from
people's
front
doors
that
are
nicely
landscaped
with
landscape
lighting
and
all
this
stuff
he's
like.
Well,
it's
city
property.
I'm
like
I
realize
it's
city
property,
but
you
know
do
you
own
city
property
too?
I
I
mean
I
mean
you
have
a
city
right
away
in
your
front
yard.
Would
you
want
somebody
parking
20
feet
from
your
front
door?
It's
not
I'm
not
trying
to
be
selfish,
I'm
all
about
improving
the
beach
like.
I
said
I've
been
here,
including
a
little
kid,
I'm
all
about
improving
the
beach,
but
there's
so
much
traffic
on
6th
avenue.
South
I've
lived.
I've
lived
on
that
street
almost
35
years.
So
the
thing
what
I'm
asking
is:
why
do
we
have
a
third
of
the
proposed
parking?
This
is
what
we're
trying
to
do.
I
I
We
already
have
six
free
parking
places.
We
have
room
for
maybe
six
more
on
the
southwest
corner
of
sixth
and
second,
but
they're,
proposing
like
the
drawing
is
like
weird
our
next
door.
Neighbor
is
a
duplex
and
they
put
parking
places
where
he
already
has
parking
places
in
a
little
single
driveway.
But-
and
I
was
telling
the
guy
to
engineer
that
he's
like
I
said
you
ever
been
down
here
and
actually
walk
around,
he
goes
no.
I
haven't.
I
was
like
I
said.
Well,
I
don't
understand
he
goes.
I
The
city
told
me
that
I
just
need
to
put
parking
wherever
I
could
fit
it
in.
I'm
like
that,
doesn't
seem
fair
because
when
you
feel
like,
if
you're
gonna
do
some
type
of
major
construction
like
that
you're
going
to
walk
around
and
see
where
it's
feasible,
I
mean
there's
been
multi-family.
Homes
built
homes,
rehabbed
on
that
street,
all
kinds
of
stuff-
and
I
mean-
and
that's
it
I
wish
I
could
get
my
point
across-
I'm
not
good
like
she
just,
but
I
just
don't.
I
I
don't
see
why
we're
getting
33
when
we
only
have
we
already
have
100
on
the
end
of
our
street.
You
cannot
handle
the
traffic.
I
call
the
city
not
playing
speed
bumps
and
you
can't
go
speed
bumps
I
mean
it
gets
a
little
tricky
out
there
on
the
weekends.
You
know
trying
to
pull
out
of
your
driveway
and
stuff
like
that,
and
I
still
don't
understand
I
wish
I
could
get
my
pointer
drops.
I
I
apologize,
but
I
just
don't
think
it's
fair
for
us
with
a
hundred
parking
places
on
the
end
of
our
street,
where
I
grew
up
surfing
to
have
a
third
of
the
allotted
the
proposed
parking.
It
makes
zero
sense.
It
just
doesn't
make
sense
to
me
and-
and
I
feel
like
we
should
be
spread
out
some
more
like
75
new
south,
I
don't
think
has
any
if
it
might
have
two
or
three
well.
Why
don't
they
have?
I
You
know
each
of
these
beach
accesses
have
between
maybe
20
to
40
parking
places,
spread
down
the
beach,
and
I
still
don't
understand
it
makes
no
sense.
I
don't
know
about
being
a
dead
or
not
apologize,
but
33
parking
places
on
6th
avenue
south
with
a
narrow
street
like
that,
it's
just
overwhelmingly
it's
going
to
lower
lower
our
property
value.
It's
going
to
it's
just
going
to
be,
as
he
was
saying,
a
lot
of
boatload
of
people,
and
this
only
happens
a
few
months
out
of
the
year.
I
I
would
say
late
in
the
spring:
it's
around
july
4th
then
it
starts
tapering
off
and
mostly
all
on
the
weekends.
But
it's
like
it
gets
a
little
crazy.
I
mean
anybody
that
lives
out.
Here
knows
this,
and
I
just
don't
think
it's
fair
that
we
have
that
many
parking
places
on
our
street.
I
I
could
see
spreading
out
some.
I
think
12
is
plenty
I
looked
at
the
other
ones
and
and
they
had
six
to
seven
on
some
of
them
at
eight,
but
look
we
could
easily
put
twelve
like.
I
I
said
we
already
have
six
and
the
whole
thing
about
the
unh
thing
that
is,
a
tourist
destination.
There's
parking
there
they're
allowed
to
push
back,
we
were
told,
but
we
can't
push
that
and
I'm
very
surprised.
Nobody
else
is
here:
there's
40,
plus
there's
easily
40
people
that
were
not
happy
at
that.
I
At
that
workshop
I
mean
some
guy
was
irate,
took
one
of
the
aerial
drawings
and
pulled
it
up
and
ran
out,
and
all
these
people
complaining
a
lady
had
a
lawyer
and
luckily
she's
good
at
navigating,
because
she's,
a
I.t
woman
and
she's
the
one
that
found
out
about
this,
like
I'm,
very
surprised,
nobody
else
is
here,
but
I
was
also
told
by
the
city
engineer:
hey
curtis,
we're
going
to
switch
things
around
a
little
bit,
give
us
a
couple
of
weeks.
I
said:
okay,
I'm
not
looking
for
any
special
privilege.
I
I'll
just
learn
that
again,
but
he
goes
yeah.
We
can
move
this
over
blah
blah
blah.
Give
me
a
couple
weeks,
so
I
called
a
couple
weeks
later.
We
emailed
him.
We
got
no
call
back,
we
got
no
email
back
and
then,
while
we
saw
this
email
that
corey
nichols
had
sent
back
and
said,
oh
there
was
hardly
anybody
at
the
meeting
there's
a
lot
of
people
in
here
at
least
40
people
there.
She
was
there
actually
and-
and
it
said
that
it's
it's
said
to
work.
I
It
seems
like
they're
expediting
this
without
giving
us
the
chance
to
come
in
front
of
you
guys
or
whoever
we
need
to
so
we
don't
know
the
correct
route
to
take.
So
this
is
the
first
time
we
tried
to
take
this
route
other
than
other
than
emailing.
She
wrote
a
nice
email
to
the
correct
city
council
members,
but
I
know
like
I
said
I
know
I
can't
talk.
Well,
I'm
just
a
beach
guy,
I'm
just
I'm
just
like
look
it
there's
it
just
makes
absolutely
zero
sense.
I
know
I'm
being
a
dead
workshop.
I
I
have
33
parking
places
on
that
one
street
and
we
have
over
100
on
the
anniversary,
not
only
100,
but
100
free
parking
places
that
little
street
cannot
handle
that
much
traffic
and
that
much
people,
it's
just
impossible,
the
aerial
photograph.
Once
again
at
least
six
years
old
things
have
changed.
Everybody
knows
here.
I
The
beach
has
changed
tremendously
in
the
last
six
years,
especially
when
the
economy
kind
of
came
back
around
everybody's
building
and
prices
are
out
of
control,
and
I
just
think-
and
I
was
promised-
hey
we'll
walk
around
with
you
chris,
I
said:
let's
put
some
boots
on
the
ground,
talk
to
the
city
that
engineered
the
city,
a
cop
kale
more.
I
think
it's
his
name
and
I
talked
and
that's
what
I
returned.
My
call,
I'm
very
nice-
and
I
say,
let's
go
walk
around
and
say:
okay
cool.
We
have
some
of
these.
I
I
guess
they're
civil
engineers
at
the
city
higher
the
guys
that
had
been
having
walk
around
actually
physically
saw
any
of
this
stuff
and
I'm
like
let's
walk
around
and
let's
look
and
then
you
put
the
part
in
the
place
where
your
partner
is
where
you
think
you
should,
but
right
now
that
that
plan
is
just
not
even
correct
as
far
as
the
aerial
overlay
of
what
they're
doing,
and
so
we
keep
looking
on
the
website.
They
said
they
were
going
to
change
it,
but
it
hasn't
changed.
I
So
I
know
this
stuff
seems
like
it's
getting
expedited,
but
we're
kind
of
coming
here
to
to
beg
to
hey,
let's
be
a
little
more
proactive
if
we're
going
to
put
parking
places,
let's
put
them
in
better
places,
strategic
places
to
where
they
make
more
sense
than
just
randomly
putting
inside
people's
driveways
by
their
front
door
and
not
even
going
and
looking
in
the
area.
I
hope
I
got
my
message
across
I
apologize
if
I
ran
for
too
much
okay.
A
You
did
and
I'm
glad
you
guys
came
down
here.
This
is
definitely
one
place
to
go.
I'm
sure
some
of
those
other
people
that
you're
talking
about
right.
They
may
be
at
the
next
city
council
meeting
yeah
and
I
don't
know
when
that
is,
but
that's
probably
another
place
that
you
can
go
and
reach
out
gary.
J
Subject
matter
up
a
little
bit
further
in
the
agenda,
because
I
was
at
that
meeting
and
sat
there
and
listened
to
all
the
residents
during
the
presentation,
the
so-called
presentation
and
I
was
going
to
recommend
that
we
take
a
little
bit
of
a
pause
in
reference
to
the
plan
that
was
presented
and
we
really
go
back
and
take
a
look
at
what
needs
to
be
done
down
in
that
area.
J
There
was
a
lot
of
emotion
in
that
meeting
and
it
took
a
while
to
sort
out
exactly
what
the
issue
was,
because
some
people
were
saying
we
don't
want
anything
done
in
this
area.
We
want
nothing
done
at
all.
We
want
it
to
stay
like
it
is
well
after
a
lot
of
conversation
with
a
number
of
people.
What
I
really
came
to
understand
is
not
the
stuff
below
the
surface,
the
store,
the
storm,
the
water
that
needs
to
be
replaced.
J
J
J
But
we
need
to
sit
down
and
we
need
to
take
a
closer
look
at
it,
because
the
plan
that
was
there
was
one
that
just
didn't
hit
the
mark.
And
I
don't
think
it
was
very
well
thought
through
and
I'm
willing
personally
to
take
the
time
and
work
with
everybody
to
come
up
with
something.
That's
a
win-win
situation.
D
Okay,
I've
been
asking
and
double
checking
for
over
a
year
because
I
have
people.
I
know
who
live
in
that
area,
that
when
are
people
going
to
get
a
chance
to
comment
on
the
proposed
plans
and
raise
issues
as
it
relates
to
their
own
property
and
perhaps
get
things
looked
at
and
changed,
and
we've
been
assured
that
there's
going
to
be
plenty
of
opportunity
for
the
public
to
come
in
and
comment
and
that
the
implication
clearly
was
that
they
take
that
input
and
make
changes
where
appropriate.
D
So
I'm
hoping
that's
still
a
plan
that
this
was
preliminary
as
a
chance
for
people
to
comment
on
how
it
relates
to
their
street
and
their
property
and
then
that
the
engineer
or
design
people
will
incorporate
all
that
and
come
back
with
what
a
plan
based
on
that
input.
I
I
F
I
It's
like
so
I
don't
have
time
to
go
to
all
these
people's
houses
and
beat
on
their
door.
So
I
don't
know,
do
you
send
out
more
pamphlets
or
how
do
we
know?
Do
you
send
out
emails
or
that's
what
I
don't
understand
because,
yes,
we
want.
That
would
be
awesome
if
you
would
do
that
and
I'm
not
against
the
parking.
I
This
weird
only
weird
on
the
drawing
that
wasn't
accurate.
You
know
I'm
not
against
it,
I'm
I
guess
33
on
the
street.
I've
lived
on
for
about
35
years,
but
I
know
there's
gonna
have
to
be
some
and
that's
fine.
I'd,
say
33's
a
crazy
amount
for
100
free
on
the
end
of
the
road.
That's
all!
Thank
you
so
much.
Yes,
sir
all
right.
Well,
thank
you
for
everything.
Thank
you.
You
guys
have
a
good
day.
E
I
just
want
to
make
a
comment
for
the
record
as
well.
In
regards
to
this,
we
have
to
remember
where
this
is
at.
We
are
preliminary
not
really
proposed,
not
even
presented.
E
F
E
E
That
happened,
who's
doing
the
work
for
us,
but
that
was
just
a
presentation
to
get
a
feeling
of
where
the
community
stood
on
something
they
wanted
to
present
for
us
to
start
doing,
design
and
whatnot.
I
know
that
there's
been
some
polymerase.
What
have
you
and
we
don't
have
a
discussion
but
we're
not
at
the
stage
right
yet
to
approve
anything
because
there's
multiple
stages
of.
E
E
It
and
what
have
you
there
are
flyers
people
go
door
to
door,
they're
mailed,
there's
a
public
notice
in
the
newspaper
family
right
for
this.
You
have
to
do
a
public
notice
of
the
newspaper
for
it
we
have
our.
E
E
So
if
you
even
just
like
share
or
like
like
our
facebook
page
it'll,
be
so
much
information
out
there
when
it
comes
to
that
time-
and
I
do
think
me
as
a
board
would
do
a
lot
of
due
diligence
and
I
do
100
appreciate
it
since
I
didn't
know,
because
I
didn't
get
to
go
to
that
meeting.
So
I
do.
I
do
appreciate
this,
but
I
do
want
to
say
that
we're
not
it's
still
preliminary
trying
to
get
feelings
for
people.
J
Yeah
francis,
I
would
just
tell
you
that
you
may
think
it's
pulmonary,
but
when
it's
conveyed
to
the
residents
that
60
construction
documents
it's
much
further
along
in
the
process
than
being
preliminary
and
the
residents
have
not
had
a
chance,
they
haven't
had
they
had
one
meeting
prior
to
this.
And
then
they
were
given
the
second
meeting
and
that's
really
where
most
of
them
showed
up
for
the
first
time
was
at
the
second
meeting,
and
so
they
need
to
have
an
opportunity
to
really
give
some
constructive
input.
D
Yeah,
but
that's
precisely
what
was
conveyed
to
us
that
when
it
was
60,
the
public
could
get
an
opportunity
to
comment
and
make
changes,
and
and
that
so
we
were
told
that
when
they
were
at
that
stage,
that
would
be
the
time
for
residents
to
look
at
it
and
make
their
observations.
Comments
and
ask
for
changes
is
appropriate.
B
J
Chairman,
what
are
you
going
to
try
to
accomplish?
I
mean
if
we
could
push
it
to
another
another
meeting
which
is
a
month
from
now
what
happens
in
the
month
with
the
engineers
and
what
they're
working
on
I
mean.
I.
I
want
to
make
sure
that
we're
getting
something
done
that
gives
the
residents
a
chance
to
provide
some
input.
I
think
giving
direction
to
public
works,
to
set
up
meetings
with
the
engineers,
and
the
residents
is
probably
the
most
appropriate
thing
to
do
at
this
point.
A
I
don't
know
about
you,
but
I
can't
speak
until
enough
about
what
it
is
that
public
work
has
and
with
the
president
saw
and
what
we
wanted
him
to
do.
So,
I'm
looking
for
taylor
or
for
heather
to
bring
this
up
before
us
at
a
workshop.
So
we
can
look
at
it
here
at
the
board
and
look
at
the
determination
and
see
if
there's
some
issues
and
then
we
can
either
direct
other
works.
J
D
Okay,
well,
we've
had
that
diagram
for
well
over
a
month
and
it's
linked
on
the
website.
I
looked
at
it.
I
checked
out
a
couple
of
properties
of
people.
I
know
who
were
concerned
and
unfortunately
they
were
in
a
good
place,
but
we've
had
this
for
a
while.
So
I'm
with
gary
that,
let's
not
let
this
design
get
too
far
down
the
road
before
either
we
or
more
resident
input
is
obtained.
E
Does
not
rush
in
I'm
extremely
happy.
You
guys
are
passionate
about
that.
That
is
a
good
thing.
So
when
I
got
sick
does
not
mean
anything
but
to
rush
in
to
say
stop
what
you're
doing
right
now
when
we're
in
the
process
of
this,
I
don't
think
that's
wise.
I
think
it's
a
matter
of.
Let
them
do
the
steps
which
they
have
to
present
us
with
the
findings.
E
First
and
then
we
discuss
as
a
group
and
we
do
our
own
research
and
then
we
direct
we
have
two
weeks
now
we
haven't
ever
lived
heads
up
how
that
meeting
really
went.
We
can
do
our
own
research,
so
every
shop
instead
of
us
getting
homework,
then
you
can
come
with
our
homework
done.
That's
all
I'm
saying
so
just
give
it
two
weeks
discuss
the
workshop
request
to
have
some
kind
of
findings
and
what
they're
going
to
do
for
next
steps
for
the
design
and
let's
go
from
there.
B
Thank
you
just
to
kind
of
loop,
all
of
us
together
in
the
denison's
updates
on
the
staff
report
as
well.
He
references
that
they're.
Taking
the
comments
made
at
that
meeting
and
they're
going
to
go
back
to.
B
Jones
evans,
I
think-
and
thank
you
thank
you
there's
so
many
of
them
thank
you
to
work
towards
the
90,
the
of
the
design
concept
with
project
405,
and
then
he
had
the
intention
to
bring
that
I
believe
before
the
cra
perkins
staff
report
once
they
incorporated
the
additional
comments.
B
It
is
not
in
this
staff
report,
but
I
had
a
conversation
with
dennis
one
on
one
after
that
and
there's
a
lot
of
intention
on
his
part
to
I
think
from
that
meeting
he
was
maybe
caught
off
guard
by
the
level
of
you
know.
Just
I
mean
obviously
the
team's
not
happy,
so
something
has
to
give
we've
got
to
circle
back
and
dennis
knows
that
and
again
I
know
he's
planning
to
do
that.
B
This
will
obviously
be
the
top
of
our
items
internally
to
talk
about
tomorrow
and
then
what
I
can
do
is
kind
of
get
dennis's
plan
together,
more
refined
and
email
that
to
you
guys
so
you're
in
the
loop
and
then
whatever
that
plan
looks
like
we
can
start
working
with
public
works
to
make
sure
that
we
do
our
due
diligence
in
communicating
that
I
know
in
the
past
I
mean
jeff
before
has
literally
helped
me
hand
out
postcards
like
in
the
downtown,
so
whatever
we
have
to
do
to
get
the
message
out,
we'll
work
with
dennis
and
then
I'll
talk
to
you
guys
and
we'll
go
from
there
and
we'll
make
sure
that
we're
including
him
but
yeah.
D
Okay-
and
I
concur-
you
know-
we
don't
want
to
delay
things
here,
but
I
would
request
you
know
in
this
two-week
period
at
least
whether
or
not
it
occurred
this
way,
but
that
we're
using
current
maps
because
there
has
been
a
lot
of
building
there
and
people
putting
in
driveways
are
taking
out
stuff.
We
shouldn't
be
using
an
old
aerial
photo,
and
I
noticed
a
little
bit
of
that
when
I
was
looking
on
specific
properties
and
then
I
guess.
D
The
addressing
some
of
the
comments
that
were
made
by
the
residents
and
the
cities
or
the
public
works
or
engineers
responses
to
those
concerns.
You
know
I
know,
there's
comments
that
it's
the
city's
right-of-way
and
it's
a
revocable
right-of-way
and
we're
revoking,
but
as
far
as
any
improvements
and
stuff.
But
I
think
this
is
important
for
a
lot
of
the
reasons
listed
and
I
you
know
would
like
to
hear
the
response
of
the
engineering
public
works
to
some
of
the
concerns
that
were
raised
by
the
residents
and
two
weeks
is
fine.
J
What
I
wanted
to
say
in
those
two
weeks,
I'd
like
to
see
a
little
bit
more
refinement
done
to
the
plans,
as
jeff
just
stated,
as
well
as
the
engineers
really
walking
the
site
and
taking
a
look
at
it
and
making
sure
that
they
understand
what's
existing
and
what
isn't
existing
because,
as
I
said
before,
I,
when
I
went
through
that
area,
there's
a
lot
of
existing
sidewalk
areas
already
in
place.
J
Some
of
them
don't
lead
anywhere,
they
go
half
the
block
and
they
just
kind
of
stop
but
it'd
be
interesting
to
see
a
map
to
show.
What's
existing,
what's
going
to
be
new
and
then
to
be
working
off
of
a
you
know,
most
accurate
map.
If
we
can
do
that
in
the
next
two
weeks,
I
can
see
that
being
advantageous
for
us
to
really
sit
down
and
take
a
look
at.
B
A
F
J
I'd
like
to
make
a
motion
that
we
receive
an
updated
summary
cash
flow
projections.
These
were
documents
that
were
provided
to
us.
I
received
it
back
on
january
25th
21
for
both
the
downtown,
as
well
as
the
south
end
districts.
J
J
So
you
would
like
to
see
that
in
the
next
two
weeks,
next
two
weeks
would
be
fantastic,
we're
getting
close
to
the
end
of
our
budget
cycle
here,
and
you
know,
you
know,
when
we
vote
on
our
budgets
for
the
next
year
would
be
very
helpful
to
have
this
information
in
front
of
us.
Is
there
a
second.
A
A
F
A
B
All
right,
so
this
one
has
a
little
more
stuff
than
we
usually
do.
The
first
thing
is:
we
were
kind
of
looking
back
at
our
notes
last
year,
back
in
the
summer
11
months
ago,
basically,
we
sat
down
with
council
and
kind
of
talked
about
some
objectives
and
how
those
were
going
to
tie
to
the
strategic
plan.
B
The
first
document
you
have
is
really
just
kind
of
lying
out
what
we
talked
about,
what
has
been
done
what's
in
the
process
and
just
kind
of
where
things
stand
at
the
bottom,
where
you
see,
counsel
the
all
the
letters
and
numbers.
What
that
is
is
when
you
reference
our
strategic
plan.
B
There's
priority
goals
objectives
so
each
one
of
those
references,
the
like
p3
g101,
is
you
know
that
specific
priority
that
specific
goal
and
that
objective,
and
so
rather
than
you
know,
going
again
line
by
line
on
this,
I
guess
on
the
first
one:
does
anyone
have
any
questions
on
our
objectives
and
just
kind
of
where
we're
at
and
then
obviously
we
will
incorporate
a
lot
of
these
comments
into
our
quarterly
report
that
we
do
for
council.
B
All
right
and
then
moving
into
our
regular
staff
report,
you'll
see
in
the
parks
and
rec
section.
We've
got
some
exciting
news.
B
Finally,
trackable-
and
it
is
going
to
be
here
the
week
of
july,
5th
they're
going
to
be
installing
it
and
then
once
that
is
installed
they're
coming
back
the
week
of
the
11th
to
install
the
color
differential.
You
know
the
kind
of
marker
hey
if
you
walk
here,
you're
going
to
get
whacked
by
a
swing
set
for
lack
of
better
terms,
and
we
also
submitted
everything
in
for
mre
awards.
B
B
And
get
them
back
to
dennis
and
you'll
also
notice.
There
is
a
section
attached
to
the
back
of
this.
That
is
the
bid
in
a
worksheet
summary
for
public
works
for
project
3c
dennis
had
me
at
that
on
his
behalf
and
then
the
only.
F
B
I
really
have
on
information
that
has
come
in
since
we
made
this
report
is
dick
mondell.
They
were
approved
with
their
development
plan
as
of
this
morning,
so
they
should
be
able
to
submit
their
building
permits
anytime
now,
so
that
is
exciting.
Charlotte's
cheesesteaks
we
actually
went
and
met
with
them.
Last
week
we've
got
a
meeting
with
them.
I
think,
set
up
for
next
week
and
we're
trying
to
work
with
them
on
what
they
can
do.
That's
going
to
be
best
for
the
needs
of
the
business.
B
The
downtown,
so
staff
is
actively
working
with
bees
other
than
that,
oh
and
then
sorry,
important
in
sunshine.
That
auction
is
live
as
far
as
the
hormone
court
lot
before
I
came
into
this
meeting.
No
one
had
bid
yet
which
we
anticipated,
because
it
has
to
be
open
for
30
days.
So
we
really
don't
see
any
kind
of
hard
hitters
coming
in
until
that
very
last
day
or
two,
but
we
were
already
at
almost
a
thousand
views
on
court
along.
B
So
we
are
getting
a
lot
of
popularity
on
these
lots
and
people
that
had
expressed
an
interest
whether
it
was
via
phone
or
email.
We
did
call
we
love
voicemails,
we
sent
emails,
the
ones
we
got
emails,
just
folks
that
expressed
interest
prior.
We
would
notify
them
today
before
the
auction
went
live
just
so
they
had
the
heads
up
and
then
other
than
that.
At
this
point
I
guess:
does
anyone
have
questions.
B
A
B
B
So
it
was
literally
like
the
hour
leading
up
to
it.
We
had
some
people
have.
Unfortunately,
some
unforeseen
circumstances
arise,
so
we
had
three
folks
that
were
there.
Obviously,
that
did
not
constitute
a
forum,
so
we
were
able
to
introduce
them
to
each
other.
Carrie
was
there.
I
introduced
gary
as
one
of
the
theory
board
members
and
jim
and
taylor.
We
chatted
briefly
for
maybe
10
minutes,
and
that
is
where
that
ended.
As
far
as
homework,
we
gave
them
several
documents
that
they
needed
to
review
between
now
and
their
july
meeting.
B
B
They
had
prior
arranged
issues
that
were
work
obligations
and
then,
to
the
day,
I've
had
things
that
came
up.
I
said
one
was
literally
less
than
an
hour
before
the
meeting
started.
Unfortunately,.
A
D
Okay,
can
you
up
or
on
that
my
pet
peeve,
with
the
babies
in
the
condition
of
their
property?
They
should
have
had
two
citations
for
code
violations
by
now.
Did
that
come
up
in
the
meeting
at
all
how
they
were
addressing
the
unchanged.
B
I
don't
want
to
speak
to
that
too
much
since
I'm
not
enforcement,
so
I
don't
want
to
speak
as
far
as
our
building
official.
He
was
at
that
meeting
who
was
over
enforcement?
So,
yes,
there
were
things
discussed,
but
again
when
they
were
cited
prior
to
having
an
active
permit.
B
The
rules
change
once
you
have
an
active
permit
and
things
that
would
have
been
a
violation,
are
now
considered
an
active
construction
site.
So
that
does
change
the
rules.
D
J
J
This
is
the
first
time
that
I
really
felt,
like
things
were
starting
to
head
in
the
right
direction,
and
I
was
starting
to
get
comfortable
that
we're
accomplishing
the
objectives
and
the
priorities
of
city
council
and
I'm
hoping
that
maybe
we'll
take
some
time
as
a
board
or
as
an
agency
and
take
a
look
at
what
we
want
to
do
for
fiscal
23.
I
know
some
of
it
is
already
covered
in
the
cip
programs
that
are
put
forth.
J
But
what
truly
are
our
priorities
and
objectives
for
fiscal
23
and
how
we
can
push
those
forward
personally.
For
me,
one
of
them
would
be
the
economic
side
of
things
and
trying
to
push
forward,
particularly
the
redevelopment
of
the
lot
south
of
lakeman
plaza,
and
you
know-
and
I
would
hope
that
we
could
as
a
board
and
have
a
discussion
about
that,
because
I'm
sure
there
are
others
on
this
board
who
have
other
ideas
and
thoughts
that
need
to
be
considered.
J
And
hopefully
we
can
put
those
in
a
priority
list
and
really
focus
on
getting
those
done
as
part
of
fiscal
23.
As
you
know,
our
challenge,
what
do
we
want
to
get
done
and
make
sure
that
we're
comfortable
at
the
end
of
fiscal
23
that
we
truly
accomplished
something
so
again.
Thank
you
because
I
felt
encouraged
after
reading
through
the
the
first
comments
as
to
how
we're
addressing
things
that
were
brought
forth
by
city
council
to
your
staff
report
and
all
of
the
things
that
we've
gotten
accomplished
so
far.
J
But
I
challenge
us
to
to
look
forward
to
the
next
year.
A
Any
other
questions
of
taylor,
our
staff
about
the
staff
report.
B
A
To
approve
the
minutes
of
march
28th
april,
25th
may
11th
and
may
the
23rd.
B
All
right
so,
first
on
our
list
of
old
business
is
going
to
be
the
maintenance
plan
early.
What
we're
looking
at
and
how
we're
going
to
continue
improving
this
plan
moving
forward
trevor
and
I
have
been-
and
I
say
trevor
and
I
loosely
trevor-
is
on
the
ground.
Obviously,
every
day
more
than
me,
I've
been
monitoring
just
sort
of
what
we
see
in
the
downtown.
B
The
introduction
page
obviously
just
introduces
the
purpose
and
what
we're
doing,
and
the
intent
with
this
document
is
to
create
something
that
every
fiscal
year
we
kind
of
roll
this
into
when
we're
working
in
budget
and
we're
anticipating
dollar
amounts
the
following
year
and
what
we
want
to
see
change
that
this
document
sort
of
becomes
a
working
document
that
we
are
looking
to
edit
and
change
and
update
as
needed
and
the
summary
we
kind
of
identified,
obviously
what
we're
doing
some
strengths,
but
we
did
acknowledge.
B
Those
are
some
things
that
we
need
to
look
at
a
little
bit
deeper
and
things
that
we
need
to
take
a
deeper
dive
on
and
there's
even
some
stuff
internally.
We
have
found
just
in
the
way
of
kind
of
how
we're
going
through
the
budget
where
things
are
being
charged.
B
What
we're
doing
and
there's
definitely
some
things
that
internally,
we
are
still
working
to
improve
the
plan
overview,
just
kind
of
highlights
the
downtown
district
and
then,
when
you
get
to
page
six
of
the
document
which
are
the
specifics,
it
goes
into
cleaning
the
papers,
tree,
maintenance
planting.
B
You
know
pretty
much
everything
that
we're
doing
and
then
on
back
to
page
10,
we
have
a
spreadsheet
that
kind
of
references,
the
frequencies
of
what
we're
doing
and
again.
This
is
a
working
document,
so
every
year
quarterly
or
whatever
we
do
necessary,
we
can
kind
of
review
and
make
changes
as
needed,
but
yeah
so
rather
than
again
go
through
line
by
line
yeah.
Any
questions
comments.
A
B
Let
me
do
some
digging
at
least
legal
and
find
out
if
anything,
what
can
be
done
and
I'll
make
it
just
kind
of
a
side
note
either
a
workshop
or
next
staff
report
just
to
kind
of
figure
out
what
we
can
do,
because
I
can
imagine
that
most
of
those
places
have.
E
B
I
had
biannually
originally
and
when
I
sat
down
with
parks,
it
was
requested
that
we
change
it
to
as
needed,
just
to
give
us
a
little
more
freedom,
because
apparently
there
have
been
some
years
where
we
needed
to
do
it
more
than
that.
I
E
F
E
B
F
Okay,
I
was
just
gonna,
make
a
comment
on
what
you
were
saying.
Is
that
that's
what
money
excuse
me?
Engagement
of
the
incentive
program
is
hey.
We're
gonna,
throw
you
a
little
bit
of
money,
but
you
have
to
make
sure
your
sidewalks
clean
all
this
up,
and
then
we
have
them
on
the
hook,
because
they
would
have
to
then
place
the
money
back
if
they
don't
eat
theirs.
So
I
I
thought
that
was
the
mechanism
for
the
enzyme
plants.
A
F
D
D
It's
first
three
he's
probably
needed
just
an
oversight,
but
I
would
think
first
street
from
beach
to
six
would
be
one
of
the
the
most
important
areas.
D
D
Again,
I
guess
in
the
point
that
david
raised,
both
with
respect
to
the
particular
lining
lining
up
issue,
but
we
need
the
cooperation
of
adjacent
landowners
all
over
the
central
business
district
to
make
sure
their
properties
are
properly
properly
kept
up.
I'll
give
an
example
at
our
gateway.
D
C
Just
I'm
sorry,
I
just
wanted
to
address
one
thing
that
you
brought
up
about
it,
whether
the
the
officers
downtown
or
addressing
the
the
crowds
they
get
on
them.
C
But
yeah,
so
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
that
that
that
you
knew
because
you
said
I
don't
know
if
they're
still
doing
that
or
not
the
answer
is
yes,
that's
being
done.
D
C
Night
also
they're
working
off
duty
at
the
bars
address
that,
whether
it's
a
tavern
or
a
ship
sham,
we
redirect
them
get
off
the
street,
because
obviously
it's
a
public
safety
issue
and
we
tell
them
to
get
under
their
easement
or
you
know,
stay
on
on
their
property,
basically
and
form
those
lines.
So
we
do
it.
We
do
address
that
when
it
when
it's
seen.
I
want
you
to
think
that
it's
not
well,
I'm
usually
not
all
decorated.
D
D
Well,
there
was
another
one
where
talked
about
time
of
year,
but
any
of
that
there
was
a
gap
on
one
of
on
maintenance,
wheat
weed
maintenance
and
whatnot,
where
there
wasn't.
D
Be
anything
done
between
october
and
spring
cleanup
in
april,
and
we
live
in
florida
and
granted.
It's
the
growing
season
slows
down
a
lot,
but
that's
five
months
of
no
attention
to
weeds
growing
in
the
planters
and
in
the
cracks
in
the
sidewalk
and
things
like
that,
and
I
think
there
at
least
ought
to
be
a
midwinter
double
checker,
quick
cleanup
of
what.
J
J
Taylor,
I
was
just
happy
to
have
maybe
a
couple
of
things.
I
think
one
of
them
shows
up
in
your
staff
report,
but
the
kingling
fence
a
long
way
from
blossom
really
needs
to
get
redone
and
somehow,
if
we
could
put
that
as
part
of
this
landscape
maintenance
program,
looking
really
great,
it's
just
torn
up
and
damaged
badly
in
a
couple
of
several
locations
and
just
doesn't
look
good.
J
The
other
thing
I
would
ask-
and
I
don't
know
exactly
whose
responsibility
this
falls
into,
but
it's
very
frustrating
when
you
go
up
and
down
the
streets,
and
you
see
all
these
utility
boxes
that
are
knocked
off
the
you
know,
fire
sticking
out
of
them
and
things.
To
that
extent,
prime
example
is
on
first
street
lakeland,
plaza
on
the
east
side
of
first
street
right
between
the
port
point,
sheridan
and
michael
plaza.
There's
two
boxes
sitting
there,
as
the
tops
of
them
are
laying
off
to
the
side.
J
J
B
Absolutely
yeah,
that's
a
great
idea,
we'll
I'll
add
something
to
the
spreadsheet
or
just
something
kind
of
a
note,
but
yeah.
That's
a
great
great
idea.
E
I
was
just
going
to
comment
on
the
thing
you
said
like
10
minutes
ago.
It
had
to
do
with
the
rents
hello
forward
lines.
Why
not?
How
do
we
know
if
they're
still
taking
their
lines
behind
in
their
own
parking
lot
side
of
the
street
less
than.
A
A
E
About
italian
business
owners
work
with
their
their
people
or
their
patrons
is
some
places
like
the
surfer.
They
don't
have
land
like
they
do
where
people
can
park,
which
might
be
part
of
our
ascendant
platform.
I.
E
F
E
F
E
The
group
about
last
year,
sorry,
we
just
called
southern
group
southern
group
now
about
how
that's
in
a
plan
could
be
used
if
it
can
be
used
for
our
property
that
they
have
to
have
their
people
on.
I
don't
know
how
that
would
work,
so
that
might
be
something
you
need
to
discuss
when
they're.
E
Give
them,
but
they
would
have
to
have
some
place
to
put
their
patrons
like
I'm
just
trying
to
say
like
with
the
brits.
It
worked
out.
Okay,
but
the
reason
worked
out
okay
and
they
were
willing
to
assist
and
just
did
what
I
was
really
talking
to
them,
because
they
have
a
whole
parking
lot
in
the
back
with
like
the
surfer
and
some
of
the
other
fashions,
they
have
no
excess
land.
They
don't
have
their
parking
lot
so,
where
they're
forced
to
use
public
land.
E
F
E
Weird
wrap
around
so
we
wouldn't
be
able
to
do
that
anyway.
That's
something
I'd
like
to
discuss
and
explore
with
the
southern
group
later
on,
not
today.
A
A
B
Now
I'm
going
to
incorporate
these
changes
and,
like
I
said
I
mean
this-
is
just
kind
of
our
goal
at
least
was
to
make
this
sort
of
a
working
document
that
we
reviewed
regularly,
and
you
know
the
maintenance
evolves,
as
things
are
going
to
change
the
downtown.
This
plan
is
going
to
have
to
evolve
with
those
and
so
we'll
just
continue
to
work
at
it
continue
to
strive
for
weddings
day
our
disney
world
standard.
There
you
go
we'll
keep
striving
for
that.
B
One
did
we
get
it
on
the
document.
There
was
an
internal
issue
on
if
we
could
fund
or
how
we
could
replace
events.
I
believe
literally
wednesday,
I
think,
as
of
last
wednesday,
we
finally
pushed
and
pushed
and
got
the
answer
and.
B
D
B
Yes,
absolutely,
but
we
have
to
have
something
there
to
barricade
for
special
events
due
to
alcohol.
The
bushes
don't
suffice
as
a
fenced
off
parameter
for
these
special
events,
and
so
we're
gonna
have
to
be
creative.
With
that
solution
and
in
most
of
the
areas
the
bushes
are
also
going
to
probably
be
damaged
the
point
of
they're
going
to
have
to
come
out
in
order
to
get
that
fence
out
because
it
is
so
old
and
so
damaged.
It's
like
grown
through
bushes,
it
literally
weaves
in
and
out
bushes.
F
F
A
B
I'm
gonna
turn
this
one
over
to
mr
gilmore
group
and
thank
them
for
helping
us
on
this
plan
and
really
pushing
this
forward
for
us.
Honestly,
though,
the
biggest
change
is
just
going
to
be
you'll
see
we
pretty
much
incorporated
the
verbiage
directly
from.
H
B
H
Is
that
we
have
inserted
language
in
here
that
allows
us,
you
remember
the
argument
or
the
discussion
we
had
several
months
or
years
go
back
about
the
capacity
to
change
the
type
of
of
a
people
for
a
water
treatment
facility,
or
something
like
that.
So
we've
changed
and
put
language
in
here,
so
that
the
latest
and
best
highest
techniques
in
terms
of
repair
and
maintenance
could
be
used
on
any
of
our
facilities.
That's
in
there.
H
This
does
track
the
existing
cip,
which
is
what
the
previous
exhibit
did,
but
it
gives
us
flexibility
in
terms
of
funding
and
so
forth
to
make
it
work.
We've
included
in
there
for
recreation,
passive
park
included
in
there,
everything
related
to
urban
trails
and,
most
importantly,
not
most
importantly,
but
equally
important.
We
also
discussed
and
put
in
there
based
upon
the
police
department's
recommendation,
the
inclusion
in
there
to
provide
security
services,
security
cameras
and
what
we
need
to
do
to
keep
up
back
down
there
as
well.
H
We
have
put
the
flexibility
in
that
we
did
not
have
in
that
very
precise
and
specific
engineering
report
from
before.
Beyond
that,
the
projects
are
the
same
that
we've
been
discussing
and
have
been
discussing
for
some
time.
At
this
point,
the
funding
is
in
there
because
you
have
to
have
a
budget,
but
that's
simply
what's
required
when
it
gets
to
what
it
really
is.
H
You
have
the
flexibility
that
you
will
go
through
some
of
some
other
notes
on
on
the
cip
that
you
will
come
up
with
the
necessary
money
to
fund
them
at
that
point
in
time
in
terms
of
the
process.
This
will
be
reviewed
for
your
comments
today
in
terms
of
the
state
statute
to
approve
it.
The
law
requires
that
you
recommend
it
to
the
city
council.
H
There
is
no
approval
required
for
this
plan
amendment
by
the
taxing
authorities,
in
this
case
the
city
of
jacksonville
city
jacksonville.
Beach
is
going
to
approve
it
because
it's
their
plan
amendment,
but
that's
a
very
important
point
as
well.
It's
simply
a
notification
to
the
city
of
jacksonville,
but
that's
what
we're
doing
that,
in
essence,
are
the
key
elements
of
this
we
have
included
in
the
packet.
H
The
farm
detection
got
the
notice
to
the
faction
authorities,
we've
included
four,
you
review
the
modification
community
plans
from
it,
and
then
we
have
put
the
timetable
together
to
get
us
to
appoint
a
final
document
on
august
15th,
which
is
important
because
at
that
same
time,
that
will
be
prior
to
the
passage
of
the
final
budget
by
the
city
council.
Moving
and
talking
about.
J
J
H
Think
we've
got
flexibility
in
there
and
identifying
repair
and
maintenance
items
in
terms
of
additional
public
works
projects,
which
is
what
you
might
be
thinking
about.
They
can
be
added
at
any
other
time,
but
right
now,
you're,
looking
at
the
cip
for
adoption
for
the
next
five
years.
That
discussion
is
real.
Is
that
cip
is
the
context
of
this
additional
public
improvements?
H
Public
works
improvements?
I
can't
give
you
an
answer
to
that.
Mr
payton,
simply
though
we
put
in
there
what
we
have
the
flexibility
to
fund
them
and
to
at
the
proper
point,
add
additional
ones,
but
we
operated
in
five
years
in
the
last
one.
But
there's
not
any
general
category
we
can
put
in
with
our
state
statute
requires
us
to
identify
the
exact
projects
and
that's
that's
where
they
catch
us.
H
We
can't
say
well
we're
going
to
build
I'm
being
facetious,
but
any
type
of
public
response
we
do,
but
we
have
built
in
flexibility
and
repair
and
maintenance
use
the
latest
and
best
techniques
we
have
listed
as
a
line
item
security
issues
and
other
things
that
you
would
request.
This
example
as
well.
A
B
Just
wanted
to
add
to
jim's
point
as
far
as
the
five-year
thing
goes,
you
know
fra.
You
know
the
state
recommends
that
we
update
these
plans
over
three
to
five
years
anyway.
So
as
the
time
comes,
and
we
start
kind
of
getting
through
these
projects,
I'm
sure
we're
going
to
get
to
a
place
where
we
update
again
and
then
we'll
circle
back
and
re-evaluate.
H
Point
this
out
too.
We
it
took
a
lot
of
time
for
us
to
fight
2017
family
months
months.
You
may
recall
that
the
cfo
referenced
it
at
one
of
our
meetings,
but
then
we
couldn't
find
it
the
good
news
about
that
2017
plan
amendment,
which
is
also
referenced
in
this
new
plan,
and
it
authorizes
repair
and
maintenance
of
facilities
by
the
that's
been
done
by
the
south
beach
in
the
south
beach
tax
increment
district
by
toxic.
J
B
H
B
The
logo?
Yes,
so
this
is
a
pretty
self-explanatory.
This
is
the
logo
that
we
have
selected.
I
personally
like
it.
D
F
B
B
J
Just
a
quick
question:
out
of
curiosity:
that's
a
general
cra
vocal.
What
about
do?
We
distinguish
the
difference
between
downtown
and
the
southland.
B
B
Definitely
and
one
of
the
things
our
communications
manager
hope
you're,
not
listening.
One.
B
F
B
B
A
Awesome
all
right
any
new
business
here,
mr
chairman,
I
have
a
request
of
public
works.
J
That
it's
been
probably
10
days
ago
now
that
there
was
a
an
accident
down
at
the
intersection
of
riptide
and
south
beach
parkway,
and
it
took
out
one
of
the
pedestrian
crossing
lights
that
sits
in
the
middle
medium
at
that
location.
J
Unfortunately,
when
it
took
out
that
center
flashing
light,
it
knocked
out
the
surface
to
all
of
the
other
whites
also.
So
when
you
hit
the
button,
none
of
the
lights
come
on
and
you
can't
tell
that
when
you're
hitting
the
button
because
of
where
the
lights
are
located,
you
can't
see
it.
I
think
it
would
be
good
if
we
put
a
out
of
order
sign
on
there
to
pretend
so
the
residents
know
that
when
they're
hitting
that
button-
and
they
start
across
that
street-
that
you
know
there's
no
protection
there
for
them.
J
There's
no
warning
to
the
vehicles,
there's
a
pedestrian
in
the
in
the
crosswalk,
which
is
what
those
lights
basically
do.
It's
just
a
very
dangerous
situation
right
now
I
got
caught
up
in
it
myself
and
it's
not
pleasant.
When
you
get
halfway
out
there
and
deals
cars
keeps
coming
at
you
and
nobody's
stopped.
J
E
Mine,
I
don't
even
think
we
have
jurisdiction
on
or
what
have
you,
but
maybe
you
guys
can
direct
the
question
to
whatever
authority.
There
is
it's
in
our
district,
it's
on
second,
south
and
third
street,
the
traffic
light
that
you
can
do
a
left
towards
the
ocean.
So
if
you're
going
south
on
third
street-
and
you
want
to
take
a
left
onto
second
at
that
light-
you
never
get
an
arrow
before
it's
always
a
flashing
yellow
and
it's
so
congested
there
I
go
there.
E
I
stopped
using
that
intersection
because
I
never
get
an
arrow.
It's
actually
better
for
me
to
take
it
right
and
do
a
big
square
to
get
to
the
light
on
seconds
to
go
across
third
street,
because
I
can
never
get
an
arrow
to
go
left
and
it's
so
congested
in
that
intersection,
but
no
one
will
ever
shoot
through
and
they
block
you.
E
B
Sdot
yeah
yeah,
we'll
we'll
make
our.
E
F
Thank
you,
yeah
yeah
david.
This
is
decided
this
for
this
question,
so
we
took
a
family
vacation
this
past
week
and
I
stayed
at
helen
george
and
if
you're
not
familiar
with
it,
it's
a
beautiful.
H
F
B
A
More,
like
rule-wise
best
easiest
way
of
doing
this
you're
saying
before,
but
incentive
dollars.
A
E
B
B
B
F
B
If
you
guys
will
shoot
me,
those
of
you
that
love
them
and
I
think
producer
brad
did
shoot
me
over
your
size
dating
them
just
so.
I
have.
