the

into
their

so
that
they
can
utilize

floor.
Outdoor
dining
area
adjacent
uses
include
public
parking
lot
and
apartments
to
the
south.
The
pier
parking
lot
to
the
east
across
north
1st
street,
the
old
zenith
gallery
to
the
west
and
commercial
to
the
north.

seating
area
is
consistent
with
other
outdoor
seating
areas
in
the
downtown
area,
and
adjacent
properties
should
not
be
negatively
impacted
in
addition
to
the
standards
applicable

areas
are
subject
to
the
limitations
and
conditions.

built,

way

we
described
it

2018,
and
we
look
forward

restaurant

going
to
be
blown
away.
When
you
see
the
quality
of
operator
that
is
relocating
a
part
of
their
business
here
to
jacksonville
beach,
it's
going
to
be
fantastic.

immediately
adjacent

building

gallery
and
the
building
itself,
and
so
that's
how
we
achieve
our

parking
requirement
and
then
there's
also
parking
behind

gallery,

owner

owns
the
empty
lot
recently
owned
by
the
sea.
