not
pretty
much
allow
the
septic
tanks,
so

being
in
illegally,
I'm
going
to
give
30
days
then,
instead
of
five
days,
therefore,
removal
of
this
tank
and

planning

so
an
on-site
waste
treatment
facility,
which
is

septic
tank
is,
are
not
only
regulated
by
the
city
but
also
the
state,
and
they
have
adequate
available
super
service
there.
So
an
on-site
septic
tank
wouldn't

allowed
regardless
of
city
regulations
as
well,
and
it
did
work
for
the
state
and
wastewater
treatment.

on
top
of
that
the
city
regulates
the
sewer
system
and
we
don't
permit
septic
tanks
where
they're
sewer
available.
I'm
not
aware
that
we
permit
septic
tanks
anywhere
in
the
city,
but
if
there
were
a
spot
where
they
were,
there
wasn't
sewer
service
available.
Then
that
would
be
potentially
an
option,
but
the
house
itself
is
currently
serviced
by
sewer.
So
there
is
no
reason
or
expectation
that
a
sewer,
an
on-site
sewer
treatment
system
like
septic
tank,
would
be
permitted
by
the
building
department.

Obviously
such
a
tank
has
health
code
related
issues
with
on-site
treatment
and
discharge,
so
the
permitting
process
for
that
is
barely
involved,
as
well
with
things
like
drain
fields
and
the
size
of
the
tank
for
the
use
and
those
types
of
things.
So
since
none
of
that
was
ever
examined,
even
if
it
were
allowed
to
remain,
it
would
still
have
to
go
through
that
process.
But
I'm
not
aware
of
a
mechanism
that
would
allow
it
to
remain.

time
came

sending
me
this
notice,
but
I've
already
disconnected
it
and
that's
when
we
determined
that
we
were
in
fact
in
compliance
with
that
part
and
then
the
new
violation
popped
up,

one
as
well,
and
it
was
stated
that
nothing
had
happened
since
the
last
meeting.

that's
not
true.

plan

made
was
that
we

good

the
second

and
then
he
sent
me

violation,

the
things

photos

never
received

don't

magistrate

saying
that

have

been
dragging
my
feet.

got
us

First
of
all,
I
tried
to
act
in
good
faith.
I
asked
the
city.
What

I
need
to

before
I
install
this?

have
the
evidence
to
prove
that
there
was
no
work
from
the
city
of
my
second
variance
application
submitted
and
it
took
me
finding
a
lawyer
hiring
an
attorney
to
get
them

finally
be
responsive
so
that
my
variance
application
could
be
submitted.

be
reviewed,

could
be

submission
and
this
past
I
believe
it
was
october.

5th
I
was
approved
for
55
coverage
on
my
various
application.

following

I've
been
trying
to
get

property
resurveyed,

company

does

survey,
which
is

same
company

did
the
original
survey
of
my
property.

relationship
with
them,
so

believe

are
the
best
company
to

survey

touch
with
them.

got

variance
and

city
is

is

been

to
operate
in
good
faith,
trying
to
do
whatever

needed

can

done
with
this
get
the
appropriate
permits.
I've
now
submitted
my
application
for
a
building
permit.
I
also
submitted
a
document
that
it
was
it
was
deemed.

they
could
correct
me
if
I'm
wrong
here,
but
it
was
deemed
sufficient
to
be

be
used
as
a
survey,
because
I
couldn't
get
my
property
re-surveyed
in
time.

turned

site
plan
was
provided

addressed

concerns
and
he
was
scheduled
for
the
next
available
hearing
date.

delay
in
between
was
really
the
fault
of
the
applicant
for
not
following
the
explicit
instructions
that
he
was
given
and
the
attorney,
and
I
were
very
quickly
able
to
figure
out
what
was
missing
and
then
it
was
provided.

there
was
a
large
delay
there
that
I
do
feel
was
not
the
result
of
the
city's
inaction
but
the
applicants
he
has
since
been
granted
the
variance
by
the
board
of
adjustment
for
55
lot
coverage
at
the
time
of
his
application,
which
was
based
on
what
was
currently
installed.
He
was
at
57
block
coverage,
so
he
is
required
to
provide
an
as-built
survey
that
shows
that
he
has
reduced
the
lot
coverage
by
two
percentage
points
for
the
order
from
the
board
of
adjustment.

second
submittal
of

never
told
that
it
was
still
insufficient.

to
give
a
sufficient

august
is
when

was
bedridden.

not
left

bed

august
1st
until
the

time
to
deal
with

survey
company,
and
so
I
resorted
back
to
their
request
that
had
nothing
to
do
with

simon
seal
survey.

I
got
out
of
the
hospital
and
I
submitted
a
perfectly
adequate
survey
that
shows
that
I'm
only
at
49.3
coverage
with
the
additional
papers
and
walkways
they
haven't
processed,
that
I
understand
that,
but
that's
in
there
showing
that
I'm
only
at
49.

variance
that
we
have
discussed
so
far,
but
the
only
variance
that
I'm
now
applying
for
because
I'm
at
49
is
for
the
1.25
foot
setback
rather

a
five
foot.
