From YouTube: Animal Care Services Advisory Committee Meeting 082521
Description
Animal Care Services Advisory Committee Meeting 082521
A
I'll
go
ahead
and
call
this
meeting
to
order.
This
is
the
animal
care
services
advisory
committee
today
is
wednesday
august
25th
2021,
and
it's
approximately
12
38,
and
so
here
at
1955-12,
thomas
avenue,
and
we
do
have
it
appears
we
do
have
a
quorum
want
to
do
with
the
sledge.
First,
let's
go
ahead.
I
know
we
don't
have
it.
Let's
do
the
pitch
this
way
to
the
of
the
united.
B
E
D
I
don't
think
that
I
don't
think
they
have
any
contact
with
city
council
they're
the
ones
that,
under
the
ordinance
they're
the
ones
the
appointment
needs
to
come
from
them.
So
as
far
as
I'm
concerned,
nobody
has
been
placed
in
the
agenda
for
appointments.
I
think
santa's
release
would
be
good.
I
think
mike.
F
F
A
Yeah,
maybe
maybe
we
can
ask,
I
guess
I
can
mention
that
to
councilmember,
and
maybe
he
can
yes,
that
we
do
that,
so
that
we
can
have
some
additional
representations.
A
All
right,
I
don't
believe
we
have
anyone
here
in
the
citizens,
commons.
A
Okay,
we're
going
to
go
ahead
and
table
the
approval
of
the
minutes
for
july
2021.
A
we'll
table
that
for
our
next
meeting,
and
our
next
item
is
discussion
and
possible
action
regarding
the
formation
and
appointment
to
the
following
subcommittees
and
any
matters
incident
there
too,
and
the
first
one
is
the
plant
neuter
returns
subcommittee
and
I
know
I
think
we
had
some
discussion
at
our
last
meeting,
but
today
we're
going
to
formalize
it
and
put
it
on
here.
Yeah.
D
All
we're
doing
under
this
item
is
actually
getting
volunteers
to
to
be
listed
under
each
subcommittee.
B
I
can
do
to
you
know
at
the
last
meeting
cindy
can.
D
Mean
like
I
noted
before,
that
everything
is
a
priority,
but
right
now
tnr
citizens
have
expressed
concerns
to
city
council.
We
need
to
develop
a
model.
Then
if
you
have
any
other
concerns,
they
cannot
be
addressed.
Yes,.
C
G
D
F
G
F
Plan
is-
and
we've
already
talked
about-
I
think
you
know
about
this-
improving
and
making
a
little
bit
bigger,
spay
neuter
clinic
yeah.
I
used
to.
Unfortunately
I
don't
know
right
now.
I
have
to
I'd,
have
to
reach
out,
I'm
just
not
ready
to
do
it.
We
don't
we're
not
ready
to
do
it.
We'd
have
to
have
the
facilities
and
we
don't
have
the
facilities,
because
a
m
requires
a
minimum
facility
to
bring
the
students
down,
but.
G
F
Of
directors,
if
you
didn't
know
for
texas
veterinary
medical
association,
I'm
in
the
process
of
getting
appointed
god
willing,
judy
is
afraid,
doesn't
throw
any
roadblocks
for
appointee.
For
the
governor's
committee
for
the
texas
state
board
of
veterinary
medical
examiners,
that
will
be
starting
here.
Pretty
quick.
F
I'm
going
to
try
to
get
kids
from
both
a
m
and
texas
tech,
but
we
have
to
have
they
require
to
be
able
to
handle
enough
animals.
You
have
to
have
like
six
or
seven
tables
or
five
or
six
tables.
I
I
know
what
it
used
to
be.
I
haven't
checked
lately,
but
you
have
to
have
a
place
to
stay
which
that's.
I
don't
think
that
would
be
a
problem,
but
get
these
kids
down
where
they
can
practice
and
we
can
get
the
numbers
going,
but
it's
going
to
take
time.
F
You
know
it's
going
to
take
time,
but
that's
kind
of
what
in
my
thoughts
and
what
my
plans
are,
if
it
will
work
with
the
city.
That's
what
my
plans
are
to
do
that
when,
of
course
we
need
to
do
some
more
low-cost
vaccination
and
more
low-cost
spay
neuter.
But
that's
it's
on
the
in
the
works.
Okay,
I.
F
So
I've
been
volunteering
with
laps
for
over
20
years
and
I'm
actually
started
back
again
with
kathy
kasen
and
I
kind
of
butted
heads
a
little
bit
and
it
was
some
I
backed
off
of
laughs
for
a
while,
I'm
the
only
one
in
this
town.
I
don't
know
why
keeps
up
my
license
to
be
able
to
write
health
certificates.
F
You
cannot
rescue
dogs
without
health
certificates,
so
I
don't
know
why.
The
other
vets
don't
do
it.
It
does
take
a
little
more
time,
a
little
more
classes
and
stuff,
but
I
intend
to
keep
that
up
as
well.
So
just
so
you
know,
and
I'm
not
leaving
critter
care.
It's
just
selling
and
I'll
be
more
of
an
employee.
A
We're
happy
for
you
doctor.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Congratulations.
Thank
you.
We're
fortunate
to
have
you
here
and
and
just
related
to
this
item.
You
know
because
it
is
neutering
and
just
so
that
you
know
historically
cutting
out
way
back
when
carlos
was
here
he
brought
was
able
to
bring.
A
I
think
we
got
one,
only
one
student
for
a
little
while
for
a
couple
of
weeks
and
we
did
house
them,
we
worked
it
out
at
a
local
hotel
and
we
provided
a
stipend
too,
and
they
got
a
breakfast
so
right
now,
when
doctor
is
referring
to
that
it
has
been
done
before
in
case.
You
know
we
go
there.
We've
it's
been
done.
F
G
F
A
A
A
A
G
A
D
I
think
mentioned
she
wanted
to
participate.
F
A
A
So
it's
a
good
one:
mom
dad
you
use
pain,
nude
or
fluffy.
That's
right!
You
gotta!
Do
it
mom,
okay
and
then,
of
course,
finance
and
grass
grants
subcommittee
I'll
be
on
that
one.
A
C
A
Yeah,
we'll
we'll
let
them
know,
but
even
maybe
when
we
do,
you
know
we
can
set
an
email
that
we
did
meet
and
we
discuss
that
and
if
anybody
else
is
interested,
that.
A
Okay,
so
we'll
go
ahead
and
move
on
to
the
next
item,
discussion
and
possible
action
regarding
possible
amendment
to
monthly
meeting
schedules
in
any
matters
incident
there
too.
In
this
particular
item,
remember
we
had
gone
from
meeting
monthly
to
meeting
then
quarterly.
When
method
was
here
then
I
know
we
just
had
some
discussion
whether
we
should
go
back
to
a
monthly
meeting,
and
I
like
quarterly
personally
but
then
it's
my.
A
And
and
I
guess
I'm
gonna-
I'm
gonna
defer
to
garina,
because
it's
what
you
need
and
and
what
you
know
now.
We
have
some
topics
here.
You
know
some
especially
the
the
tnr
and
we
can
always,
if
you
feel,
let's
just
say,
we
decided
quarterly.
If
you
need
to
have
a
meeting,
you
just
call
and
we'll
schedule
a
special
meeting
just
for
that
item.
G
D
Honestly,
thank
you.
I
know
what
we
had
discussed.
It
previously
was
the
fact
that
we
hadn't
met
for
a
year.
Nonetheless,
I
do
understand
that
we're
everybody's
busy
and
you
all
do
have
other
things
to
do.
If
we,
if
you
that
committee
decides
to
go
on
a
quarterly
basis,
I
think
what
the
practice
has
been
in
the
past,
like,
for
example,
with
the
tnr.
They
will
meet
step
outside
this
board
and
then
they'll
report
status
to
the
committee.
A
G
C
A
D
A
The
meeting
I
asked
karina
because
since
and
I
guess
that
depends
on
which
way
we
go
it's
it's
always
easier.
We
can
kind
of
establish
like
she
said
you
know
either
the
first
thursday
or
whatever
day
she'd
come
out
with,
but
that
it's
a
set
time.
You
know
and
this
item
I
just
told
you
we're
not
sure
what's
gonna
happen,
go
ahead
and
establish
put
a
date
here,
so
that
we
could
know
what
we're
gonna
end
up.
But
where,
but
again
I
don't
know
what
you
all
prefer.
A
I
think
it's
easier
if
we
know
already
ahead
of
time
that
every
third
or
second
or
fourth
or
whatever
you
know
we
can
do
that
wednesday
or
thursday
works
for
me,
then
yeah.
A
C
A
A
Yeah,
I
think
evenings
are
a
little.
I
serve
on
another
committee
two
and
it's
in
the
evening
too,
two
of
them.
So
if
we
can
kind
of,
let's
try
it
like
that,
and
I
guess
you
all
tell
me
what,
on
the.
G
D
F
A
Second,
all
those
in
favor
aye,
all
those
against
motion,
passes.
Okay,
that's
good
we're
moving
here.
Okay
and
I
had
asked
karina
if
she
would
just.
I
saw
her
her
presentation
at
council
and
feel
it
went
pretty
well
and
considering
you
know
all
the.
G
D
D
The
doctor-
and
I
requested
many
many
things
right
and
council
had
like
a
wish
list,
so
every
department
got
the
opportunity
to
address
the
needs
of
their
department
and
and
what
we
wanted
and
we
requested
obviously
additional
staff.
We
requested
additional
funds
for
spay
and
neuter.
We
requested
equipment
for
the
clinic
and
given
the
fact
that
we
have
approximately
half
a
million
dollars
already
in
our
pockets
for
all
the
construction
and
all
the
different
projects
that
we're
working
on
so
those
have
been
budgeted
already
and
they're
taking
place
as
we
speak.
D
G
D
F
G
F
And
so
that
was
a
lot
of
this
is
what
helped,
what
caused
the
shelter
to
implode
parting.
Apart
from
having
some
very
bad
employees
that
had
just
been
passed
along,
then,
when
she
started
writing
them
up
and
they
started
getting
in
trouble,
they
took
pictures
of
their
own
lack
of
work.
If
you
will,
all
those
pictures
that
came
out
were
what
they
were
doing,
what
they
weren't
doing,
they
weren't
cleaning
these
all
these
animals
had
diarrhea
because
they
weren't
using
foot
baths.
The
previous
administration
had
stopped.
F
F
A
F
And
I
think
we
that
we
got
that
we're
trying
to
get.
I
don't
know
I
don't
know
I
haven't,
had
a
chance
to
talk
towards
field.
Are
we
getting
another
we're
getting.
F
It's
like
a
building,
yes
yeah,
and
I
also
wanted
to
get,
and
I
don't
know
if
he's
I
have
to
talk
to
him,
we
have
candles
for
the
smaller
dogs,
so
they're,
not
in
the
cages.
Do
you
know
if
that's
coming
up
or
not.
D
Right
now,
what
we
are
working
on
is
the
expansion
of
the
animal
cruelty.
Unfortunately,
our
pictures
is
a
thousand
words
and
most
of
our
animal
cruelty.
Num.
E
She
lost
five,
but
six
survived
and
they're
doing
very
well,
very
well,
fed
and
looking
forward
to
their
departure,
and
I
mean
I've
gotten
used
to
them,
but
I
mean
two
german
shepherds,
plus
six
more
growing.
It's
gonna
be
it's.
E
E
B
Actually,
they're
very
healthy,
very
helpful.
You
know
if
luba
litzky
ever
came
by,
but
she
she
gathered
a
bunch
of
stuff
that
would
help
someone.
I
said
she
wanted
me
to
recommend-
and
I
said
here
but
there's
also
fosters
and
transporters
and
all
that
so
I
have
to
go
and
look
at
what
inventory
she
has
and
then
decide.
D
Solid,
you
know
yeah,
so
we
are
working
on
construction
and,
like
the
doctor
mentioned,
we
have
two
major
construction
projects,
besides
the
one
that
we
mentioned
right
now,
which
is
the
adoption
center
that
the
doctor
had
requested
and
the
extension
of
the
clinic,
where
aiming
from
two
beds
to
eight
wow.
So
that's
going
to
rapidly
the
beds
yeah,
yes,.
F
F
And
then
I
donated
a
oxygen
generator
machine,
but
we're
gonna
have
to
get
another
one
for
eight
beds,
because
this
one
did
just
you
just
you
don't
have
to
buy.
We
don't
have
to
pay
for
oxygen
tanks
anymore.
You
know.
F
Oh,
you,
don't
you
just
flip
the
switch
and
it
the
motor
comes
on
and
it
manufactures
oxygen
from
the
air
you
breathe.
You
know
you've
seen
them
on
tv
like
for
the
people
that
you
know,
but
this
is
on
a
bigger
scale.
I'm
sure
all
the
big
hospitals
use
them.
You
know
we
use
them
at
the
clinic.
You
know
because
having
those
tanks,
they're
dangerous.
G
E
B
D
Well,
luckily,
the
doctor
gave
us
that
donation,
it
was
approved
by
everybody.
It
was
installed
so
we're
great.
Yes,
thank
you.
F
That
has
a
respiratory
at
the
clinic,
we
have
incubators,
but
we
can
make
make
a
makeshift
out
at
the
shelter
too.
But
you
know
you
you
can't:
how
do
you
leave
the
tank
running
all
night
long
and
hope
it
doesn't
run
out
yeah,
even
the
big
ones,
and
then
you
have
to
regulate
it.
Is
it
too
high
too
yeah?
This
one
is
already
has
it's
manufactured
for
this?
You
just
flip
the
switch
and
it
just
runs
all
night.
It
may
cost
a
little
bit
of
electricity,
but
it
looks
like
us.
E
E
F
D
D
So
we
were
able
to
get
additional
employees
and
we
got
additional
funding
for
rabies.
I
know
the
doctor
had
expressed
a
concern
and
sauce
administration
unable
to
fund
overtime
for
this
extracurricular,
not
an
extra
but
the
other
vaccination
truck
yeah.
So
now
we
we
got
that
approved
and-
and
we
also
got
approved
fifty
thousand
dollars
for
spay
and
neuter.
G
D
Not
only
two
kennel
workers
were
given
to
us
two
additional
candle
worker
positions
and
I
had
requested
for
more
veterinarian
technicians
and
they
were
not
approved
at
this
time.
So
how
many
camel.
D
We
currently
have
nine
and
we're
gonna
have
two
more.
Is
there.
D
E
In
the
text,
the
vet
takes
the
ones
that
do
the
the
vetting.
How
many
does
the
shelter
have
three.
F
D
B
Much
about
they're
estimating
about
10.,
okay,.
G
D
F
Is
it's
everywhere
and
just
fyi,
because
I
know
if
you
want
not,
including
space
and
neuters,
that
I
have
done
at
the
shelter
not
including
visits,
because
that's
part
of
my
salary
at
the
shelter
at
my
clinic
I
have
already
at
my
cost,
put
in
192
000
as
of
july
31st,
so
that
beyond
pays
for
my
salary.
So
you
know
because
a
lot
of
people
bring
that
up
that
the
city
is
paying
me
too
much,
but
I
have
put
in
out
of
my
own.
F
C
D
The
doctor
does
neuropsy,
she
does
the
medical
evaluations
when
we
have
animal
cruelty
cases,
regardless
of
the
time
like
she
there.
We
have
a
lot
of
valuable
input
from
her
as
a
veterinarian
that
we
wouldn't
that
we
wouldn't
have
and.
G
E
And
damn,
if
you
do
dumb,
if
you
don't
because
us
as
a
rescue
organization,
people
question,
you
know
the
donations
you're
getting,
what
are
you
doing
with
them?
You're
you're,
enriching
yourself,
yeah,
really
look
at
the
year
of
my
vehicle.
Look
at
my
home,
which
I
still
owe
and
and
we
have
to
get
the
word.
E
We
are
pressured
to
post
on
our
facebook
page.
Today
we
went
to
the
vet
and
this
is
with
a
picture
of
the
animal
and-
and
this
is
the
bill
that
was
paid
in
there.
We
posted
the
bill
and
and
today
we're
taking
all
these
homeless
whatever
and
people
then
question
why
you're
always
posting
yourself
doing
this
and
doing
that
bragging?
It's
like
okay,
so
you
want
accountability
or
or
not.
It's
like
exactly
we're
in
the
middle
and
we're
forced
to
show
what
we
do
so
that
people
can
understand.
E
F
F
G
A
F
D
D
Maybe
for
next
meeting
we
could
have
like
a
proposed
topic
list
for
each
committee,
so
we
can
have
like
the
the
topics
of
discussion
that
you
all
want
to
work
on,
like,
for
example,
for
the
policy
in
order
an
ordinance
subcommittee
list,
the
ordinances
that
we
that
you
all
want
to
review.
So
we
can
present
to
council
or
for
the
public
awareness
like
that,
the
the
areas
that
you
all
want
to
cover,
because
all
of
this
is
very
broad.
F
Yeah,
t
and
r's
are
really
easy.
I'm
going
to
tell
you
tnr's,
okay,
tnr
is
easy.
It's
called
get
the
money
or
just
rank
them.
Take
coupons
out
yeah,
you
give
them
to
people,
but
you
have
to,
and
I
wouldn't
give
them
to
the
people,
because
you
know
what
there's
a
xerox
and
people
can
do
all
kinds
of
stuff
and
make
this
is
what
laps
had.
F
They
were
changing
the
numbers
and
stuff
and
it
was
there
was
like
you
had
x
amount
of
money
in
the
in
the
account
and
only
half
the
certificates
came
in
and
it
was
all
gone.
You
know
people
yeah
just
like
they
do
the
passports
and
just
say
they.
F
Cousins,
dogs
and
everything
too,
with
this
one
certificate,
but
because
that
way
they
can
go
to
any
vet.
Here's
the
money,
the
vet
knows
are
getting
their
money
because
they
can
go
to
santos.
They
can
go
to
dr
martin
and
they
can
come
to
me
or
they
can
go
to
dr
alexander.
They
can
go
to
becky.
Dr
rodriguez
and
you've
got
all
these
vets
and
these
resources
where
they
can
get
it
done
all
the
only
reason
people
don't
do
it
is
because
they
don't
want
to.
You
know:
oh
it's
not
my
cat.
F
You
know
well,
if
you
had
a
coupon
where
they
could
come
and
they
could
all
they
had
to
do
is
do
the
manpower,
the
legwork
to
take
the
cat
to
the
clinic
and
get
it
spayed,
take
it
home
and
they
can
continue
feeding
it,
but
then
there's
no
more
litters
of
kidneys.
You
know
that
that's
easy,
but
it's
where
you're
gonna
get
this.
This
is
the
money
one
time
I.
B
Think
that
50k
that
floated
around
is
which
is
now
100k
there.
There
was
a
thought
about
making
those
those
coupons,
but
we
talked
about
that.
D
E
Make
sense
to
have
each
council
member
do
it
taking
turns
doing
it
at
in
their
designated
area
yeah,
so
that
we
make
sure
that
all
of
laredo
gets
a
chance
to
have
the
opportunity
to
spay
and
neuter
the
animals
and
not
con
and
not
you
know,
people
will
take
advantage
and
some
file
find
a
way
to
get
coupons,
and
most
of
the
people
in
one
area
will
benefit
where
if
it,
if
the
council
people
take
responsibility
and
to
ensure
that
it's
okay,
now
it's
my
turn.
E
My
community,
I'm
gonna
make
sure
that
I
take
care
of
the
animals
in
my
area.
You
know
to
make
sure
that
all
districts
are
covered.
Yeah.
A
E
Because
we
also
ensuring
that
it's
not
someone
that
doesn't
have
the
need
right
because
that's
it
happens,
I
mean
vanessa
posted.
She
was
passing
out
backpacks
and
this
woman
went
to
took.
I
don't
know
how
many
she
posted
she
was
very
upset.
She
put
it
on
facebook,
this
woman
picked
up
like
10
backpacks
and
then
she
was
selling
them
unclassified.
E
B
I
want
to
kind
of
get
whoever
thinking
like
on
the
pr
thing
ruben
via
van
has.
A
B
B
And
people
hone
in
you
know
they
text
each
other,
hey,
listen
to
this
watch!
What's
going
on
so
when
you
get
whatever
topic,
is
the
hottest?
And
most
you
know
that
you
want
out
there
case
the
person
did
it.
B
B
A
D
Maybe
we
can
do
it
like
with
the
vaccinations
with
the
health
department
that
you
have
to
register.
Yes,.
G
G
F
And
the
thing
too,
labs
has
worked
out.
A
lot
of
the
bugs
lapse
has
been
has
had
done
this
for
years
and
years
and
years
and
they
were
taken
advantage
of,
and
now
they
have
a
very
good
system
that
works,
and
I
think
we
should
use
our
system
because
we
know
it
works.
They
know
how
to
keep
from
getting
right,
so
they
require
microchip
okay,
they
require
rabies
vaccine
and
then
they
require
you
to
have
proof
that
you
made
the
appointment
at
the
vet
clinic
of
your.
F
Yeah
so,
and
there's
nothing
wrong
with
that,
so
I
have
fluffy
came
up.
She's
had
two
litters,
I'm
tired
of
it.
You
know
you
know
with
being
it
with
the
city
we
can
throw
in
the
microchips
or
charging
five
bucks
or
whatever
you
want
to
do.
I
mean
I
know
what
we
did
when
microtubes
first
came
out,
the
city
was
doing
them
for
free.
You
know
when
we
would
do
those
rabies
drives
that
people
could
come
up
and
they
could
get
a
free
microchip.
F
E
And,
and
is
there
anything
planning,
is
there
any
planning
to
work
with
strays
like
like
cats,
I
mean:
what
do
you
mean.
D
E
F
E
F
Coupon
get
the
coupon
and
what
one
things
and
I-
and
we
talked
about
this-
I
think
maybe
the
meeting
before
last-
I
don't
remember
what
I
want
to
do.
We
got
to
get
the
shelter
up
and
running
again
yeah
and
I
need
my
other
vet.
She
lost
her
friggin
divorce
case,
so
she
wasn't
able
to
come
so
she's
appealing
it.
The
judge,
wouldn't
let
her
relocate
to
laredo,
it's
a
big
mess,
but
anyway
she's.
I
just
got
off
the
phone
she's
hoping
to
get
that
resolved.
F
Been
able
to
seem
to
recoup
from
that,
but
what
I
want
to
do
is
take
a
saturday
and
it's
gonna.
You
have
to
start
with
nail
cats
first,
because
you
gotta,
you
know
it's
a
trial
and
error.
It's
gonna
be
a
first
time
thing,
so
you
gotta
see
how
it's
gonna
go
smoothly
right
or
not,
but
with
male
cats.
They
literally
takes
about
30
seconds
to
neuter
a
male
cat,
yeah.
Okay,.
F
So
what
we
could
do
is,
if
k
so
like,
I
do
the
rabies
vaccine
drives.
We
do
them
when
you're
in
the
car,
it's
if
you're
in
the
car
you
drive,
we
get
in
line,
you
know
how
it
works
right
and
then
my
staff
will
get
out
grab
the
animal
we
bring
it
to
the
table,
vaccinate
it
do
whatever
it
is.
They
want
done.
They
pick
the
package,
they
want,
take
it
back
to
the
car
and
then
they
drive,
and
that
line
goes
really
fast.
We
did
really
good.
F
So
what
I'd
like
to
do
is
try
to
do
it
like
that
with
male
cats.
Why
okay,
car
one
has
a
male
cat
in
the
carrier,
so
we
do
car
one
two,
three
four
put
them
in
the
in
the
parking
lot.
Take
those
four
carriers
in
I'm
neutering,
those
four
cats
which
you
know.
Basically,
what
takes
is
anesthesia
yeah.
It
takes.
G
F
F
G
F
F
G
F
E
A
F
F
D
One
thing
that
I
saw
in
previous
administrations,
I
think
for
the
rabies.
I
think
we
should
do
like
a
pre-registration,
because
we
have
no
control
how
many
people
are
coming.
D
B
E
E
F
F
B
G
B
You
know
rudy
and
I
were
working
on
it
and
then
doctor
and
now
now
the
name
fails
me
because
I
want
to
block
it,
but
she
took
that
dog.
The
dog
was
like
really
inflamed
and
they
assumed
it
was
pregnant
and
so
cut
open
and
know
all
the
intestines
everywhere
stuff
them
back.
In
I
didn't
know.
I
went
to
visit
the
people
and
the
dog
was
in
the
back.
He
dyed
all
everything
out.
G
F
B
G
B
F
But
people
want
something
for
nothing
and
they
want
cheap
and
unfortunately
the
other
thing
you
got
to
think
about.
Okay.
So
if
each
and
every
one
of
you
bring
your
dog
to
my
clinic
to
get
spayed
or
neutered
or
whatever
you
know,
of
course
they
go
in
the
back
and
stuff.
So
if
one
person
brings
an
animal
in
full
of
fleas
and
ticks
yeah,
then
everybody.
F
B
A
F
A
A
G
A
So
our
next
meeting
will
be
in
october,
the
21st
and
12
30.,
and
in
the
meantime
I
would
just
ask
you
if
you
can
just
get
something
to
the
other
members
for
them
to
know
who's
on
which
committee
and
knowing
that
we're
flexible.
If
they,
I
don't
want
them
to
feel
that.
Well,
I
wanted
that
one,
not
a
problem.
You
know
the
more
the
merrier
and
again
whatever
we
can
do
to
help
one
another
and.
G
A
E
As
far
as
the
public
awareness
committee
subcommittee,
our
team,
which
is
the
rescue
team
that
I
work
with
all
of
us,
have
already
created
posters
that
every
time
we
have
an
event
we
display
them.
That
include
the
need
for
the
vaccinations,
the
need
for
spay
and
neuter,
and
every
time
every
chance
we
have.
We
educate
the
people
around
us
and
we
were
a
possum
board,
was
already
invited
once
to
participate
in
a
school
or
their.
What
was
it
that
thing
that
happens
once
a
year?
The
career.
C
E
And
we
went
and
we
did
talk
to
all
the
children
about
taking
care
of
their
pets
and
spaying
and
ordering
it
was
really
really
interesting.
So
I
guess
we
can
expand
on
that.
Yes,.
G
B
A
D
Okay-
okay,
I
just
since-
and
this
is
just
like
a
last
comment-
I
know
I
was
brought
to
my
attention
last
time-
the
possibility
of
allowing
non
appointees
to
join
a
subcommittee.
Remember
that
you
had
to
ask
me:
can
this
I.
D
G
D
Ordinance,
council
members
are
required
to
appoint
only
one
individual.
They
can
come
within
public
comments.
They
can
give
us
our
their
comments
and
things
like
that.
That's
because.
B
There's
open
to
the
public,
yeah
and
and
cinderella
also
told
me
to
wait
until
you
got
finished
with
your
meeting,
but
there's
someone
out
there
that's
already
doing
dnr
and
I
talked
to
pet
lovers.
Paradise
is
now
friendly
with
paws
on
board.
E
D
B
E
B
E
C
We
technically
speaking
once
dr
lyondecker.
