Mr.
Alera,
through
the
Lions
Club,
was
able
to
arrange
for
a
movie
to
be
provided
to
I.
Guess
the
residents
as
well
as
for
us,
for
our
benefit
and
I'm
sure
that
Allah
had
indicated
in
the
past
how
individuals,
with
a
visual
impairment,
are
able
to
experience
a
film
or
a
movie.
And
so
what
he
had
indicated
to
us
is
that
there
are
special
devices
that
are
used
to
that.

subtitle,
but
they
have
they
they're
able
to
to
read
that
because
I
want
that.
Captions
are
not
coming
out
on
the
screen,
but
that
you
can
request
it.
But
it's
you
see
it.
It's
probably
a
little
bit
bigger
than
an
iPhone
and
the
I've
had
several
of
my
customers
come
in
to
the
movies
and
I
was
surprised,
the
first
time
I
saw
it,
but
it
they
do
have.
They
have
to
say
the
compliance
well.
A
D
We
have
the
content
that
was
provided
by
PAC.
We
do
need
to
follow
up.
As
you
may
know,
we
did
have
some
technical
issues
with
the
city,
so
we
had
limited
access
to
files
and
some
email,
so
that
did
caused
a
little
bit
of
a
delay,
but
we
do
have
a
content
available
through
a
CD
and
it's
a
matter
of
reviewing
to
formulate
the
last
spots
that
the
committee
was
requesting.
But
we
do
have
that
one
that's
completed
that
30-second
spot
and
it's
just
a
matter
of
updating
the
information
provided
by
mr.
C
D
J
E
E
J
E
J
Information
technology
staff
quickly
acted
to
restore
communication.
It
was
stopped
initially
to
safeguard
information
and
data
systems
that
weren't
affected.
It
was
just
us,
it
was
30
other
cities
throughout
the
US,
but
we
since
have
been
connected
and
really
the
department's
never
lost
communication
with
each
other
and
the
outsiders.
Every
department
does
have
one
person
with
email
and
they
know
everything,
but
quickly
they
update
it
and
all
of
us
have
temporary
emails
and
internet
it
was.
It
was
really
just
a
couple
of
days
then
act.
It
was
two
days
that
we
had.
B
J
A
D
Communication
is
restored.
We
did
have
some
contact
with
pop
to
follow
up
and
we
did
request
template
of
a
script
so
that
it'll
facilitate
the
rest
of
the
projects
that
we
we
have
pending
in
terms
of
the
30-second
spot,
with
the
with
a
school
and
with
the
business
owners
so
that
it
we
expedite
that
process.
So
we
have,
we
do
have
a
template
of
the
script
available
and
it's
just
a
matter
of
putting
together
reviewing
the
content
and
and
producing
those
really.
A
A
E
C
A
C
J
Mr.
chair,
we
do
have
in
the
next
in
the
next
two
city
council
needs
to
put
an
agenda
item,
but
HR
and
legal
ins.
The
manager's
office
already
looking
and
make
this
possible
I'm
glad
workforces
out
here,
because
one
of
the
things
that
have
stalled
is
that
when
the
Commissioner
was
here,
the
mayor
asked
him
about
doing
this
and
the
Commissioner
actually
saying
this.
In
writing.
J
But
the
issue
is
we
clarified?
It's,
it's
not
a
guarantee,
John,
it's
a
guarantee
in
Turkey,
and
so
with
that
said,
that's
exactly
what
we're
doing
with
a
letter
and
so
I
need
to
meet
with
the
city
managers.
One
more
time
to
put
it
on
the
agenda,
but
I
can
tell
you
already
then
H
R,
&
R
is
is
working
already
working
for
placements.
It's
not
easy
there.
J
The
city
has,
you
know,
wants
to
also
make
sure
that
that
everyone
is
protected.
I
personally,
don't
see
an
issue,
but
you
know
that
the
city
has
to
do
is
to
diligence,
so
I
still
didn't
break
room.
You
cook,
for
the
first
time,
through
this
committee's
efforts,
through
the
workforce
through
the
contractors
this
city's
beginning
to
understand
that
it's
okay
to
to
interview
and
hire
people
with
disabilities
and
they're
hard
workers
and
good
workers
that
qualified
the
sensitivity
you
think
is
also
are
made
it
difficult
to
do
more
with
mr.
J
Castillo
negative
is
under
some
amendments
with
the
city
managers.
There
was
something
levels
first,
then
we
need
to
be
more
to
the
directors
to
the
city's,
a
charm
or
to
the
city's
risk.
So
they
understand.
If
there
is
no
race,
there
is
momentum.
There
is
no
more
risk
for
liability
than
any
other
employee.
G
J
J
This
is
a
this
is
a
priority
of
the
mayor,
the
city
manager,
certainly
urban
committee
of
us
in
the
Health
Department
as
well,
and
so
we're
going
to
be
continuing
to
educate,
I.
Think
if
we
continue
to
sensitivity,
it's
gonna
make
a
difference
and
then
certainly
sitting
down
with
our
HR
to
continue
to
work
with
the
different
programs
that
have
been
initiated
at
the
Health
Department
one
at
city,
wife,
and
so
the
wheels
may
not
turn
as
fast
as
we
would
like.
G
D
I
think
that
we're
it's
a
matter
of
it's
very
frustrating
to
see
kind
of
you
know
this
what
we
might
see
a
slow
progress,
but
in
thinking
and
in
in
hearing
doctor
one
silas
and
everything
that
has
occurred
even
in
the
last
couple
of
months,
I
mean
there
is
a
lot
of
moving
forward,
and
perhaps
you
know
we,
we
were
starting
to
get
that
job
going
and
we
have
to
slow
down
our
pace
a
little
bit.
But
the
awareness
is
there.
D
D
We
are
open
and
ready
to
tell
them
about
the
successes
at
the
health
department,
the
different
programs
that
we've
been
involved
in
and
really
how
we
can
implement
citywide
and
how
things
that
they
have
questions
on
what
we're
able
to
answer,
because
it's
already
been
done
in
our
department.
So
a
major.
J
E
G
H
D
The
informations
out
there
and
we
continue
to
push
that
message.
We
continue
to
build
on
that,
not
due
to
momentum
and
really
following
through
with
HR
of
business,
with
people
with
all
the
departments
that
that
need
to
be
available,
and
you
know
having
it
be
that
charge
from
the
mayor
I
mean
he
was
very
vocal
about
it.
At
the
narrator
disability,
Alliance
symposium,
he
has
been
for
the
past
two
years
and
we.
I
D
That
message
to
heart
and
with
the
Health
Department
we
try
to
do
as
much
as
we
can
to
not
new
supplement.
Sometimes
you
know,
but
we
do
need
to
make
sure
that
the
parameters
are
said.
Everything's
done
right,
everything
is
covered
so
that
we're
not
lying
cited
by
something
that
wasn't
thought
of
so
I
think
it's
also
a
testament
to
to
the
city
wanting
to
do
it
right,
the
first
time
and
and
not
have
something
that'll
catch
us
off
guard.
So
yes,.
H
Because
I
think
you
know
it's
like
anything
else
like
break
a
business.
If
you
have
you
know
the
stats
say
that
if
the
business
provides
good
service,
you'll
tell
what
three
people
if
they
provide
bad
service
or
celebrate
that
there's
some
bad
experience.
They'll
tell
a
dozen
people,
maybe
it'll,
be
on
the
social
media.
So
for
us
to
be
walking,
it
was
very
delicate
past.
The
last
thing
we
need
is
a
tree
stump
on
the
road
that
it's
gonna
turn.
B
J
Chair
so
as
soon
as
the
item
is
under
the
City
Council
agenda,
it
will
be
for
the
next
or
the
following.
I
will
let
the
Blue
Ribbon
committee
know
because
I
think
it
can
be
important
for
you
to
be
there
and
then
some
of
the
agreements
that
the
summer
and
learn
agreement
has
already
been
signed
and
is
in
effect,
but
there's
a
second
attendant
that
mr.
Davis
is
involved
with,
and
that's
going
to
be
presented
to
Council
as
part
of
the
education
to
make
make
sure
people
understand
that
it
is.
Oh,
it's.
H
The
paid
work
experience
that
is
pending
right
now,
what
it's
pending
is
there.
The
workforce
lowered
has
to
submit
the
salary
for
this
service
in
a
formal
form
back
to
the
bureaucracy
that
has
to
be
sent
up
to
our
standards.
I
sent
them
the
info,
but
they're
like
no.
We
need
the
info
from
the
workforce
board,
so
that's
pending.
G
And
hers
that
that
portion
is
pending,
but
then
we
have
another
portion
of
it
because
that
is
H
has
h
guidelines.
The
other
portion
that
we're
pending
on
is
the
one
that
is
passed,
those
H
guidelines
from
25
and
above
and
that's
where
providers
such
as
I
come
into
play
because
we
provide
those
extras
those
supports,
but
then
for
non
work,
paid
experiences,
so
they're
trying
to
figure
out
exactly
what
to
do.
G
It
might
take
a
little
bit
of
time,
but
you
know
I
think
at
the
end,
it's
a
win-win
because
we
do
need
a
provider.
I
can
tell
you
that
one
of
the
hardest
areas
for
us
to
work
with
is
the
office
settings.
We
can't
find
on
the
settings
in
the
city.
So
if
we
have
a
someone
it
comes
in
and
they're
55,
54,
60
and
they're
requesting
services
and
I
need
another
25
or
25.
For
that
matter,
we
can't
play.
G
H
G
C
D
H
C
Without
you,
we
wouldn't
have
moved
as
far
as
we
have
I
know
that
the
mayor
has
been
very
committed
to
individuals
with
disabilities
in
what
the
city
can
do.
I
do
believe
that
things
take
time
and
without
a
doubt,
because
of
what
our
location
and
where
we
are
I
know
that
sometimes
the
radar
is
a
little
bit
behind
other
larger.
C
Your
communities
have
moved
forward,
but
I
do
with
you
all
I
think
it's
an
opportunity
for
us
to
it's
an
opportunity
that
that
they
understand
that
is
there
and
and
to
provide
positions
of
jobs
for
our
residents,
regardless
of
their
capabilities
and
and
they
have
something
to
contribute
and
I,
understand
the
city,
concern
about
the
risk
management
issues
and
concerns.
But
you
know
all
other
cities
go
through
that
trial
and
and
and
eventually
figure
out
what
needs
to
get
done.
C
E
D
And
we
do
want
to
thank
the
committee
for
for
that,
quick
thinking
and
correlating
everything
with
the
date
of
the
event
being
part
of
your
regular
session.
And
you
know,
thanks
to
the
Lions
Club
to
mr.
Delgado,
to
Park
City
secretary,
that
all
brought
it
together
and
we
were
able
to
facilitate
the
meeting
here
so
that
you
can
conduct
official
business
as
the
committee,
but
then
also
proceeded
to
support
a
great
event
that
will
give
us
a
you
know.
Just
that
additional
experience
of
what
it
is
to
the
resources
that
are
available
in.
