Description
Building and Standards Committee Meeting 111021
A
It
is
wednesday
november
10
2021,
it
is
604
p.m,
and
going
I
guess
we
did.
The
play,
played
the
release.
A
Comments
citizens
are
interested
in
providing
comments
or
particular
issue
comment.
Also,
when
can
comment
also,
when
board
members
are
discussed
in
case
comments
are
limited
in
three
minutes
for
speaker,
no
more
than
three
persons
who
will
not
speak
on
any
side
of
an
issue
should
be
more
than
three
people
wishing
to
speak
on
a
particular
issue.
They
needed
to
select
not
more
than
three
representatives
for
them
and
the
resilient
monitor
may
limit
the
of
the
comments
further
in
the
internship
and
ordering
meeting
speakers
may
not
pass
or
mention
any
other
speaker.
A
Comments
should
be
relevant
to
city
business.
If
you
deserve
a
professional
matter
of
knowledge
or
your
children
we'll
go
ahead,
and
as
far
as
citizen
comments,
I
guess
we'll
go
ahead
and
address
those.
A
Take
care
of
these
folks
first,
okay,
consider
next
time
considering
to
consider
approval
of
the
minutes
of
the
regular
meeting
of
september
8
2021.
B
A
A
Already
we
were
watching
the
rebound
and
they
were
retaining
everything
else
right
now,
we're
just
having
a
problem.
A
Let's
they
really
complain
with
the
oil
problem
so
out
of
those
five,
so
we
have
superior
funding
because,
yes,
right
now.
A
A
To
available
next
item
is
public
hearing
and
discussion
of
possible
action
regarding
the
demolition
of
structures
that
require
substantial
dangerous
buildings
and
we'll
go
ahead
and
address
item
number
c,
which
is
consideration:
the
possible
action
on
the
property
of
manish,
whose
legal
description
is
north,
north
korea
of
132
and
north,
a
third
of
west
half
of
three
block
500
western
division.
A
A
3
16.5521-2223823d
h,
I
2
3
2
r
and
2
3
2.
U
staff
recommended
demolition
of
this
entire
structure.
We
have
some
folks
that
are
wishing
to
speak
on
behalf
of
this
property.
Yes,
I
guess
just
I'd
like
to
make
a
motion
to
open.
C
C
I'm
not
sure
if
you
guys
are
very
familiar
with
the
tax
law,
but
the
people
that
when
you
lose
a
property
to
the
tax
auction,
they
have
a
right
of
redemption
which
lasts
six
months
at
a
minimum
if
it's
non-homestead,
if
it's
homestead
it's
two
years,
so
we
are
on
the
verge
of
just
this
six
months,
passing
that
the
people
who
lost
this
property
have
the
right
to
purchase
it
back.
C
Like
I
said,
I
bought
this
property
and
trust
for
my
clients,
which
I've
transferred
over
the
property
to
my
clients.
So
I
have
the
paperwork
showing
that
I
am
not
the
owner
of
at
this
time,
but
I
am
here
speaking
on
behalf
of
the
of
my
clients
that
I
transfer
their
property
to.
They
are
in
the
process
of
getting
quotes
to
demolish
the
structure.
It's
a
group
of
three
individuals
that
take
abandoned
distressed
vacant,
foreclosed
properties.
They
fix
them
up
and
they
sell
them.
C
That's
the
business
they're
in
so
I'm
here
just
to
ask
for
more
time,
especially
because
barely
the
six
months
is
just
expiring.
I
have
the
share
of
state
showing
that
we
purchased
this
property
in
april
late
april
of
this
year,
so
that's
we're
right
at
the
at
the
six
month
window
for
for
the
people
who
lost
their
property
to
redeem
it
back
with
that.
C
That's
all,
I
have
to
say
we're
all
we're
here
is
asking
for
more
time
and
we
are
trying
to
demolish
and
improve
the
structure,
either
remove
the
structure
completely
or
make
it
satisfactory
to
building
code
so
that
they'll
be
able
to
sell
it
and
all
their
properties.
They
sell
through
title
companies
through
building
inspectors
and
going
through
the
whole
nine
yards
of
it.
So
this
will
be
another
property
that
if
they
do
fix
up
and
sell
it
would
have
to
go
through
inspectors
and
the
title
company
and
title
policy
and
all
that
together.
C
I
would
likely
like
to
ask
for
at
least
three
months
after
the
holidays.
I
think
it's
going
to
be
kind
of
hard.
I'm
sure
you
guys
are
a
little
bit
aware
of
it's
pretty
difficult
to
get
contractors
or
you
know,
find
workers
today's
market.
So
I
would
say-
and
if
you
could
give
us
until,
like
march
or
april
of
2022,.
A
A
A
Here
it
says
like
2017
august
2017,
but
over
here-
and
this
is
I'm
only
basing
myself
on
what
their
officer
david
anders
wrote
down.
It
hasn't
that
of
8
12
8
20
21
we're
not
there
yet.
So
I
know
that's
a
typo,
because
over
here
the
possession
happened.
A
C
C
Webcast
takes
about
like
six
months
to
update
their
records
three
to
six
months,
but
I
have
their
recorded
deed
with
I
brought
you
both
copy,
so
here's
the
I
only
have
one
copy,
though
this
is
the
sheriff's
deed
that
where
I
got
title
under
my
name
back
in
april,
and
then
this
is
the
d
where
I
transfer
the
property
to
the
the
three
clients
I
represent
in
september.
C
I've
gone
and
visited
the
property,
probably
three
times
to
cut
they'll,
get
the
lawn
cuts
and
stuff
from
my
understanding.
It's
chain
linked
locked
fence,
so
anybody
that
does
want
to
access
this
property
has
to
jump
the
wall
or
fence
to
the
campus
walk
in.
There
was
nobody.
If
you've
seen
the
pictures
of
the
house,
there
was
nobody
living
there.
It's
not
in
a
habitable
condition
like
they
said.
The
roof
has
been
caved
in.
A
C
Six
months
just
expired,
so
they
almost
couldn't
do
any
action
on
the
property
until
the
six
months
expired
because
of
the
right
of
redemption
moving
over,
so
that
so
just
to
ask
for
you
know
for
fairness-
and
you
know
do
what's
just
for
give
us
an
adequate,
reasonable
amount
of
time
to
demolish
the
structure,
because
it's
like
I'm
saying
the
six
months,
just
expired.
If
not
a
few
weeks
ago,
you
know
for
in
a
couple
weeks
it
looks
fine.
A
B
A
E
B
C
B
B
That
we
proceed
with
the
demolition
order,
but
get
the
owners.
Well
I'm
going
to
say
until
the
end
of
february,
so
so
at
the
end
of
february
to
demolish
the
house.
I
would
also
ask
that
the
owners.
A
A
A
Much
okay
next
item
we'll
go
to
item
a
which
is
consideration
of
possible
action
on
the
property
of
bezel
g
ramos,
deceased
and
white
material.
A
Two
three
two
gp2r
staff
recommends
a
demolition
of
this
entire
structure.
Do
we
have
anybody
wishing
to
speak
on
behalf
of
this
property.
A
B
A
E
B
A
E
F
E
E
A
Okay,
does
anyone
else
have
any
questions
for
no
I'd
like
to
make
a
motion
to
close
the
publication
for
a
second
all
in
favor
all
right.
A
B
D
A
The
board
didn't
approve
a
demolition
order,
we'll
give
you
a
phone
call
on
friday.
F
A
What's
gonna
happen
is
that
we're
gonna
we're
gonna,
put
a
notice
on
the
newspaper
and
the
website
inviting
inviting
contractors
to
to
bid
on
the
demolition
of
your
project
and
we'll
go
with
the
lowest
bid,
we'll
demolish
the
structure
and
then
we'll
put
a
line
in
the
property
to
to
recover
the
cost
of
the
motion.
Work.
E
E
E
D
A
A
F
Okay,
the
the
reason
that
that
location
is
under
abel
is
that
she
was
a
client
of
my
sister-in-law.
F
Has
been
dead
for
about
20
years,
however,
my
husband
atolfo
de
la
casa
paid
for
taxes
and
just
about
maybe
two
months
ago
we
received
the
title
to
this
property.
F
Well,
apparently,
we
we
accepted,
we
just
got
past
those
properties,
not
more
than.
A
F
Months
ago,
and
apparently
he's
going
to
because
there's
more
than
that
one
involved
and
apparently
he
will
be
selling
at
a
proper
time,
but
that
I
understand
that
house
is
very,
very
communicating.
A
D
A
Then
the
neighbors
have
been
complaining
because
this
is
close
to
downtown,
so
those
trucks
don't
have
like
a
distance.
Don't
have
setbacks
right
so
pretty
much.
The
wall
is.
D
A
The
commission
approval
demolition
order.
We
understand
that
you
wanna,
sell
the
house
the
structure
in
two
years,
but
the
house
is
in
in
dangerous
conditions
and
okay,
the
board
did
it
for
demolition,
so
we
should
be.
We
should
be
placing
debates
on
this
and
this
property
to
demolish
it
within
30
60
days.
F
Okay,
you
know
we
have
never
been
inside
that
house,
so
I
don't
even
know
how
it
looks
like
I
don't
know
how
big
it
is
I
have
just
driven
by.
We
do
have
a
gardener
that
goes
and
mows
every
three
to
four
weeks,
depending
on
the
on
the
grass
and
but
now
there
was
some
talk
that
the
neighbor
next
door
wanted
to
buy,
but
this
was
about
maybe
two
years
ago
he
told
the
gardener
that
he
wanted
to
buy.
F
B
Yes
from
the
photos,
what
we're
seeing
here,
it
doesn't
have
a
rules,
so
there's
nothing
really
holding
the
walls
up.
F
F
For
it
to
cause
any
injuries
to
the
person
or
to
any
material
thing,
so
then
you
will
be
getting
bitters.
A
F
Okay,
muy
bien,
and
do
you
have
any
idea
more
or
less
how
much
it
will
cost
to
have
it
demolished
for
curiosity
purposes.
D
F
So
you
will
be
contacting
us
whenever
you
get
a
bidder.
A
232
h,
I
2
3,
2
r
and
2
3
2
staff
recommends
demolition
of
the
entire
structure.
Do
we
have
anybody
wishing
or
able
to
come
back
to
this
property?
A
D
We
sent
it
by
certified
now
enough.
Nobody
has
contacted
us
too.
We
received
a
call
back
in
when
we
tagged
the
property.
It
was
the
register
of
the
this
is
the
owner,
but
she
never.
D
Move
it
from
always
forward-
and
I
think,
like
months
ago,
was
forced
me
by
scoring
points
again.
D
B
E
A
D
Yeah
still
in
there
think
that
by
44
minority,
that's
like
gonna
be
gonna.
