02-20-19 Citizens Environmental Advisory Committee Meeting

A
So
I
hadn't
week,
certainly
this
doesn't
speak
to
anything
outside
of
the
city,
but
I
did
have
a
fleet
director
to
run
a
report.
I
know
the
committee
talked
about
this
mr.
Gilman
and
talked
about
the
new
Soviet
vehicles
that
use
diesel
emissions
fluid
and
then
they
found
that
there
was
actually
a
decrease
and
fuel.
C
A
B
C
Sir
I
just
want
to
say
that
I
I
did
some
research
about
so
people.
You
can
retake
the
only
reason
and
and
get
just
more
information
about
where
how
CDs
are
dealing
with
this
and
what
grants
are
out
there
and
where
CDs
are
concentrating
as
far
as
their
their
vehicles
what's
happening
in
Europe.
Also.
C
C
There's
talk
also
about
about
the
efficiency
it
could
want,
improve
the
efficiency
of
the
engine
heat
up.
The
production
of
the
nitrous
oxides
increases
the
pressure.
Air
pressure
ratio
is
affected,
but
basically
I
read
that
there's
out
there.
Some
are
already
the
equipment
in
trying
to
they're
in
bypass
system
to.
B
And
I
think
mr.
Porter
touched
on
something
at
our
last
meeting
concerning
testing
and
certain
you
know,
locations
that
were
maybe
sensitive
to
you,
know
environmental
insensitive
or
were
used
by
people
enjoying
the
outdoors
things
of
that
nature.
I
don't
know
if
you
have
any
any
other
thoughts
on
that.
Mr.
Porter,
because
you
know,
obviously
there
are
city
has
more
trucks
than
the
average
city,
and
this
is
a
serious
concern
to
all
of
us
and
I.
B
Think
monitoring
would
be
something
that
would
certainly
be
in
order
and
certainly
something
that
we
would
look
to
modifying
in
the
future.
Is
we
have
more
and
more
trucks?
It
just
has
to
be
where
the
city
right
yeah,
because
it's
more
than
just
the
bridges.
You
know
we
did
the
mind,
throw
the
clutter,
the
trucks.
You
know,
350
989
yeah,
exactly
exactly
and
their
residential
areas,
all
of
these
classes
and
so
I
thought.
B
A
A
B
C
A
B
B
Our
next
meeting,
I
guess
with
that
I'll,
make
a
motion
to
adjourn
the
me
all
those
in
bigger.
