very
much
for
saying
yes

this
committee.
I
know
it's
one
that
is
gonna
be
visually
looked
at
and
what
we
are
all
wanting
is
transparency,
so
I.
Thank
you
all
very
much
for
being
part
of
this
committee.
We
have
a
couple
of
things
that
we
want
to

your
nomination
of
yours
truly
and,
of
course,
of
the
sir
that's
the
end.
I
was
a
sort
of
I
look
forward
to
serving
with
each
and
every
one
of
you
all
of
this
committee.
I
think
we
have.
We
have
the
selection
of
these
committee.
Members
is
a
good
representation
to
learn
community
and
I'm,
honored
and
pleasured.
You
know
with
you
all
look
forward
to
the
strong
role
and
the
mission
that
we
haven't
asked
a
selection
of
a
city
manager.
A
This
committee
will
be
actually
be
the
city
manager
search
ad
hoc
committee.
This
is
the
first
meeting
and
it's
being
held.
We
have
an
agenda
in
place
that
each
of
her
won't
even
have
before
you
with
the
number
of
items
and
I,
don't
know
what
perhaps
prior
to
going
into
any
committee.
Members
would
like
to
make
any
comments
at
this
time
regards
to
be
part
of
the
committee
or
any
thoughts
that
you
all
may
have
in
regards
to
the
world
to
eat
you
what
I
was
with
the
plate.
It's.

J
My
name

I
want
to
thank
Councilwoman
on
this
committee.
I'm
retired
I
was
Director
of
Sales
for
Union
Pacific
Railroad
I
spent
about
36
years
with
the
company
here
in
Ladera
in
st.
Louis
Missouri
in
Houston
today,
I'm
a
you
know,
part-time
consultant
and
loved
this
community
and
want
to
see
us
continue
to
prosper.
C
My
name
is
David
Casas
I'm,
a
family
physician
and
been
practicing
a
low-rated
for
25
years,
just
close
my
practice
to
work
from
gateway.
So
we
started
family
medicine,
residency
program
on
the
second
generation
Lorado
and
my
wife
was
a
knight.
So
she
out
up
classes
me
on
that
area.
So
and
I
want
to
thank
about
the

for
suggesting
my

L
My
name's
Trisha

this
I'm
executive
director
with
the
Rio
Grande,
the
International
Study
Center.
We
are
a
25
year
old,
environmental
nonprofit
and
our
mission
is
to
protect
and
preserve
our
only
source
of
drinking
water,
which
is
the
river
and
and
its
ecosystem,
and
I'm
grateful
that
councilman
al
guilt
has
given
me
this
opportunity
to
serve
with
everybody
here
on
this
board.
I
know:
we've
got
a
huge
task
ahead
of
us.
L
Laredo
is
growing
continues
to
grow
at
such
a
rapid
rate,
we
play
a
very
vital
role
in
trade,
not
just
for
Texas,
but
for
the
United,
States
and
I.
Think
I'm,
especially
interested
in
this
process.
I
think
many
Laredo
ones
are
too
because
of
the
sort
of
the
transition
and
upheaval
that
that's
happened
with
our
city
government
and
to
try
to
find
somebody
who
can
balance
the
incredible
demands
placed
on
a
city
manager.
L
Somebody
who's
can
manage
people
manage
politics
and
special
interests
and
can
be
approachable
and
deal
with
budgets
and
has
a
vision
for
the
city
and
and
come
up
with
sustainable.
This
is,
and
who
understands
the
border,
understands
our
culture
of
us
as
well.
I
think
this
is
going
to
be
a
very
a
very
great
exercise
for
all
of
us
to
try
to
choose
the
best
leader
possible
for
this
city
at
this
moment
in
time,.
I
First
I
want
to
thank
councilman
body
for
for
appointing
me,
I'm
humbled
that
you
all
gave
me.
The
have
faith
in
me
of
the
co-chair.
I
am
the
general
manager
la
posada
hotel
and
also
the
president
of
the
school
district
I've
served
on
the
City
Council
for
years,
a
bit
to
this
process
once
I've
been
through
process
of
replacing
the
superintendent
also
and
look
forward
to
working
with
everybody
in
our
community
to
get
somebody
in
place.
A
You
thank
you.
Everyone,
I'm
Jerry,
swivel
I'm,
the
executive
vice
president
with
international
bank
of
Commerce
and
was
severe
with
I'd,
be
seeing
a
quarter
here
for
ladle,
Texas
and
I.
Also
well.
Thank
the
mayor
for
trusting
could
be
serving
in
this
committee
and
I'm
want
to
thank
again
the
committee
for
it
trusted
me
to
be
your
chair
and
looking
forward
to,
or
you
will
each
and
every
one
of
you
all
at
this,
and
this
very
important
role
that
we
are
all
played
in
this
election
of
our
city
manager
of
all
times
of
all
times.
A
I
think
this.
This
is
this
is
very
critical
time
for
us
to
make
sure
that
we
all
make
the
best
choice
possible
for
our
community,
so
I
look
forward
to
working
with
each
of
their
and
one
of
you
all
and
with
anyone
who
wish
to
contribute
to
the
process
of
helping
us
make
the
right
best.
Selection
for
the
next
city
manager,
Laredo
Texas
I
mean.
D
Yes,
but
I'd
like
to
also
introduce
part
of
your
team
as
liaisons
with
me.
Next
to
me,
I
have
miss
Christy
Hale,
and
you
know
her
very
well
counsel,
also
selected
a
chart
to
be
part
of
your
committee
as
far
as
liaisons
and
so
I
have
miss
Rosie,
Salinas
and
character.
Ketel
One
raise
your
hand
also
part
of
that
team.
Is
our
internal
auditor
to
ensure
that
all
the
processes
go
accordingly
and
I
have
next
to
me
also
our
purchasing
agent
well.
A
Thank
you.
Miss
Kelly,
I
appreciate
the
staff
at
the
support
that
you
all
provided
us.
The
information
you'll
be
relying
us
of
their
divorces
of
the
weeks
to
come
and
as
we
go
through
this
whole,
this
role
review
process.
We
look
forward
to
working
with
you
all
as
well.
Thank
you.
We
may
continue.
We
now
have
under
item
3.
Would
you
look
at
reviewing
of
the
responsibilities
that
we've
been
interested
in
the
charge
that
we
have
I
think
is
in
the
back?
Yes,.
D
So
in
front
of
you,
you
have
a
packet
that
you'll
remain
here
internally
for
now,
and
so
it's
the
second
portion
of
it
look
after
the
agenda
and
it's
an
overview
of
the
committee.
There
is
a
full
closure
in
it,
but
I
wanted
to
make
sure
that
you
all
do
what
what
our
role
was,
and
so
basically,
information
on
our
charter
as
to
the
qualifications
of
our
city
manager
will
be
going
over
those
in
a
while.
Miss
miss
Hale
will
be
providing
those.
D
We
also
have
the
next
step
that
we
did
was
we
wanted
to
be
transparent
and
hire
a
recruitment
firm,
and
so
we
went
out
the
RFPs.
We
have
a
date
that
what
we
went
out
for
our
Peas
and
I'll
show
you
those
dates
later
and
your
role
is
to
select
initially
was
to
select
the
recruitment
company
that
would
be
looking
for
a
city
manager
and
the
normal
process
that
does
occur
in
most
cities.
D
There's
another
option
to
motor
directly
saying
this
is
a
recruiter
I
want,
but
in
order
to
be
transparent,
we
wanted
to
make
sure
that
you
all
have
the
options
to
do
that.
So
we
did
go
out
for
an
RFP
and
I'll,
give
you
the
results
of
that
in
a
bit
prior
to
that
I
wanted
to
tell
you
all
about
attendance.
You
have
three
either
excuse
or
unexcused
absences
that
after
that
then
you're
not
fish.
Your
position.
D
D
D
A
D
It's
following
our
technology
and
I
wanted
to
give
you
all
some
information.
If
you
allow
me
before,
I
continue
the
other
and
so
I
know
that
we've
we've
been
tasked
with
responsibility.
You
want
to
make
sure
that
we
do
everything
correctly.
So
the
first
thing
that
occurred
back
in
February.
The
first
I
also
made
a
motion
to
create
this
committee
and
to
be
able
to
select
each
one
of
you
so
that
they
called
upon
you
each
one.
If
it
came
to
city
secretaries,
the
last
person
that
was
actually
a
point
dip
was
back
in
March.
D
2018
was
the
last
person
in
between
that
we
went
out.
We
decide
to
go
out
for
our
piece
for
the
recruitment
company
we
advertise
in
the
newspaper,
March,
12th
and
March
19th
we
sent
out
over
160
invites
okay
and
we
haven't
an
internet
link
called
City
bids
for
people
to
be
able
to
apply
electronically,
so
138
internal
invites
were
done
personally
done,
mailed
out
20
external
specifically
in
a
chart,
and
then
we
did
two
additional
phone
requests
for
people
to
come
and
apply
for
this
particular
request
of
recruitment,
and
so
after
that
on
April.
D
L
D
D
I'm
a
suspect,
a
lot,
but
but
a
lot
of
the
questions.
A
lot
of
the
responses
to
us
were,
they
were
attending
to
other
needs
of
other
cities,
also
seeking
for
City
mantling
positions,
and
they
did
not
want
to
commit
since
then
I
requested
for
staff
to
go
ahead
and
call
them
personally
and
find
out
about
three
of
them
have
said.
F
D
A
D
A
Understand,
I
just
registered
charges.
What
my
question
was
were
directed
I
was
in
a
bid,
no
dialogue,
both
especially
those
that
have
dots
if
they've
not
wanted
to
submit.
We
don't
know
if
we
have
as
a
result
of
their
wanted,
to
submit
RFP
in
perhaps
within
the
qualification
that
something
they
may
feel.
That
may
or
may
not.
You
know
so.
D
Have
a
dialogue
with
about
five
or
six
of
them
after
the
request
was
closed,
we're
not
allowed
to
to
contact
them
prior
to
ordering
mm-hmm
ordering
I'm
sorry,
but
we
were
allowed
to
do
it
afterwards,
my
law,
so
we
did
Paul.
Then
they
speak
out
to
them
and
ask
them
for
their
for
the
responses
with
why
they
did
not
bid.
D
D
And
since
closed
and
we
were
able
to
open
up
our
bids,
the
following
day,
staff
has
contacted
about
seven
firms
of
being
the
top,
the
ones
in
the
red
that
we
know
there.
We
belong
to
a
Texas
city
managers
Association,
and
they
have
recommended
this
thing
for
us,
which
we
have
in
front
of
you.
Also
a
sheet.
D
D
K
M
I
D
D
A
Also
had
that
that
you
know
this
month
of
March
was
spring
break
a
lot
of
lot
of
folks,
religion,
you
know,
took
off
and
we're
shut
down,
so
I
think
it's
something
that
we
also
keep
in
mind,
and
my
question
would
also
be
if
we
gone
back,
that's
a
city
manager,
Association
and
ask
them:
is
this
norm?
Is
this
the
right
timing
or
is
it
a
proper
try
me
all
these
questions
about
the
process
of
you
know,
and
we
do.
D
We
have
new
stationery
different
they're,
very
eager
to
to
be
able
to
come
on
board,
that
is
their
livelihood,
and
so
normally
what
we
get
consultants
they
jump
on
the
issue
right
away.
The
issue
that
is
occurring
right
now
is
there
is
a
lot
of
need
for
city
managers,
statewide
and
nationwide
that
are
being
looked
at,
and
so
some
of
the
responses
that
you'll
see
there
is
that
they're
already
committed
to
other
entities
and
they
wanted
to
be
able
to
devote
their
time
to
nicotine,
and
so
they
did
realize
that
they
did
see
it.
D
It's
a
simple
application
for
them
to
us.
It's
not
a
lengthy
qualification,
they're
saying
yes,
they
do
this
all
the
time.
It's
not
something
that
they're
going
to
reinvent
the
wheel
on,
and
so
it's
a
very
quick
turnaround
for
them
today
and
information,
and
it
is
plenty
of
time
for
us
to
do
that,
but
we
do
have
some
recommendations
for
you
and
how
to
proceed.
Maybe
so
Council
requested
gave
us
the
authority.
City
managers
will
be
authority
to
be
able
to
contract
out,
provided
that
it's
under
fifty
thousand
dollars.
D
If
it's
over
fifty
thousand
dollars,
we
have
to
go
and
and
take
it
back
to
Council,
for
approval
prior
to
this
private
prior
to
us
wanting
to
go
through
this
whole
process.
Human
Resources
and
myself
sat
down
and
we
evaluated
allow
the
different
names
that
tml
have
provided.
We
have
shortlisted
it.
Those
are
in
red.
If
you
wish
to
look
at
those
and
only
those
we
can
go
it
and
start
looking
at
that
and
directly
try
to
higher
within
the
timeframe.
D
D
J
D
A
D
A
D
B
For
the
record
Carol
thurkettle
prior
to
the
actual
process,
starting
when
HR
was
advised
about
the
city
manager
retiring,
he
took
the
initiative
to
contacting
everyone
from
the
TCM
a
website
just
to
inquire
on
information
from
their
services.
Like
what
type
of
services
you
provide
an
estimated
time
frame
and
their
estimated
cost.
No
proposals
is
just
give
us
a
little
bit
of
background
so
that
we
can
prepare
to
bring
something
forward.
So
some
of
these
companies,
which
Anderson
was
before
them,
they
provided
this
sort
of
proposal
over
to
us.
B
D
A
For
the
purpose
of
the
committee
work,
you
know,
history
supports
better
as
we
review
all
of
these.
These
points
that
we
don't
leave
any
room
for
any
criticism
into
the
process,
because
you
know
it's
want
to
make
sure
that
we're
all
in
sync
that
there
has
to
be
a
process.
Everyone
needs
to
go
through,
so
we
there
won't
be
any
room
for
any
would
say
well
that
person
before
that
group
should
be
disqualified
because
they
did
not
fall
in
line
with
everybody
else's
procedures.
Doctor
I'm.
C
H
D
C
C
D
I
D
Second,
for
example,
Slevin
they
are
currently
working
on
the
corpus
city
manager,
recruitment.
So
that
is
why
they
initially
didn't
respond
now
they're
saying
now,
I'm,
not
sure
if
you
picked
up
with
corpus
but
they're,
maybe
looking
at
the
semi-finals
right
now
and
they're
in
the
top
four
or
five
applicants
so
another's
think
we
have
little
bit
more
time.
D
We
didn't
think
it
was
gonna
go
as
fast
as
we
could
and
now
we're
available
to
assist
you
now
also,
and
the
third
one
is
strategic
government
versus
resources
they
take
up
to
one
hundred
and
a
little
bit
over
a
hundred
days
to
be
able
to
find
you
appropriate
candidates
and
they're.
Also
odd
Keller
Texas
there's
been
good
recommendations
on
them
also,
so
not
none
of
them
that
you
would
try
to
select
unless
you
want
to
go
with
the
large
lists
and
start
all
over
again.
That's
totally
up
to
you.
It's.
L
A
For
my
personal
use,
definitely
we've
had
definitely
welcome
everyone's
own
personal
ideas
or
what
they
would
like
to
seek
within
the
city
manager
moving
beyond
the
basic
qualifications.
The
idea
is,
we
have
we've
got
the
experience.
Obviously,
we've
been
selected
tasks
because
some
experience
we've
had
you
know
in
our
own
in
our
own
lives,
but
I
think
it's
important
that,
yes,
we
do
get
get
everyone's
thoughts
about
this
and.
A
D
A
G
D
D
Think
that
you
should
call
based
on
qualifications
and
experience.
You
have
some
information
here
and,
if
you'd
like
to
take
some
time
to
look
at
it
here
now
and
and
review
it,
we've
nailed
it
down
for
three
for
you
already.
We
don't
feel
comfortable
with
our
recommendation.
Certainly
we
can
come
back
at
another
meeting
and
look
at
the
larger
bit.
Okay,.
A
A
To
you
know
the
interest
I
know
we're
all
helped.
You
know
there's
a
time
I
wasn't
here,
but
but
I
think
it's
important
that
we
make
the
right
choice
as
a
result
of
I
guess
of
a
period
of
time.
I
would
like
to
committee
to
consider
perhaps
extending
the
the
period
of
submission
of
these
art
piece
for
another
liter
to
see
we
get
any
other
input,
because
I
think
the
timeliness
of
having
said
that
out
may
have
you
know
he
may
have
or
may
not
have,
but
but
I
just
would
like
to
welcome
you.
A
I
I
understand
what
would
suppose
I
would
propose
a
a
motion
to
table
to
table
the
e3.
It
was
more
for
more
time
to
read:
do
some
research
and
it's
as
any
other
firms
to
get
that
prior
to
the
meeting.
So
when
we
actually
show
up
to
the
meeting,
we
have
a
concept
of
everybody
and
we've
got
some
research
on
our
own
to
see
where
everybody's
at
yeah
and
bring
it
back
into
effect.
You
want
to
do
anyway.
I
You
know
what,
besides
the
dominate,
what
recommending,
but
let
us
do
some
work
on
our
own
to
see
what
we
read
what
they
send
us,
so
we
have
a
better
understanding
on
what
we're
voting
on
didn't,
making
the
decision
right
away.
So
that's
my
motion
to
table
it
to
tweak
from
now.
I.
Give
you
enough
time
to
get
out
gets
more
if
we
have
get
that
information
to
us
prior
to
the
meeting.
So
it's
aware
well.
D
D
D
This
route,
we
should
do
this
form
and
if
not,
then
we
have
some
in
front
of
you,
because
if
we're
gonna
go
ahead
and
do
that
we're
not
gonna,
do
any
research
we're
gonna,
wait!
We're
gonna
wait
for
everything
that
come
in
have
hopefully
some
companies
submitting
information
and
then
thereafter
we
can
give
you
information
of
submitted
for
your
research.
I
D
I
D
A
A
L
So
one
recommendation
also
is
to
do
the
RFP
again
for
say
four
weeks
or
I,
don't
know
some
kind
of
time
period
so
that
it's
done
formally
and
see
if
we
get
different
results
right.
Yes,
that's
one
option
or
the
other
option,
as
mr.
Garcia
said,
is
just
to
just
make
follow-up
phone
calls
with
some
of
these
people
and
I
seek,
was
interested
right
and
then.
D
G
I
recommend
that
we
look
at
maybe
adding
two
more
to
this
list
based
on
them
informal
inquiry,
because,
if
not
we're
just
again
spinning
our
wheels
and
I
think
there
is
a
some
sense
of
urgency
to
start
looking
at
candidates.
Then
any
one
of
these
three
or
five
firms
might
be
able
to
provide
I'd
like
to.
D
M
M
I'm
an
just
two
for
consideration:
if
we
do
a
formal,
we
do
have
to
follow
state
statute.
Minimum
requirements
is
14
days
and
we
do
have
to
publicize
supplies
in
the
local
newspaper
before
we
take
any
type
of
action
from
there.
So,
on
the
fifteenth
day
we
can
open,
we
can
have
a
meeting
and
we
can
decide
after
that,
that's
a
formality
and
in
case
that's
what
we
did
a
minimum
of
22
days
in
this
case
to
not
only
meet
but
surpassed.
You
know
what
state
law
requires.
M
D
A
E
Comment
or
my
question,
miss
caballo
is
in
your
experience
all
for
the
years
you've
been
here
when
you
go
back
and
try
to
find
more
firms.
Do
you
usually
get
more
or
is
this
or
should
we
just
focus
on
the
three
that
you've
narrowed
down?
I
feel
the
sense
of
urgency
that
our
city
is
without
a
city
manager
and,
if
you're
experienced
through
all
these
years,
going
either
formally
informally.
Does
it
really,
you
know,
Hank
bring
back
any
other
results
of
more
candidates?
That
would
be
you.
D
Know
that
make
a
recommendation
to
you,
because
this
is
a
very
important
committee.
It's
a
very
important
committee.
Cole
is
seeking
transparency.
I
would
take
the
formal
route
to
ensure
that
there's
no
questions
asked
okay,
because
at
that
point
we'll
stop
recommending
at
three.
What's
in
it
for
them,
what's
in
it,
for
the
committee,
I
would
really
strongly
recommend
the
formal
process.
But
again
it's
up
to
you.
Well.
I
Added
that
we
look,
we
look
formally
out
again.
We
said
we're
not
back
in
two
or
three
weeks
anyway,
and
the
Lopez
said
you
know
we
wanted
to
come
back
with
at
least
least
would
be
more
but
get
the
information
prior
to
the
meeting.
So
we
we
have
that
we
have
the
information,
so
we
can
look
at
it
before
community.
I
A
E
A
M
D
Recommendations
once
let's
say
we
have
three
weeks
again
and
so
then
we
submit
we've
received
the
bids.
Let's
see
on
the
first,
we
don't
open
that
same
day.
We
open
on
the
second.
We
ensure
that
all
the
criteria
is
there
that
they
haven't
left
anything
blank,
because
if
not
there's
disqualifications
on
it,
that's
purchasing
duties
and
internal
audit,
we'll
review
that
they
do
the
right
thing
there
and
then
thereafter
we
can
set
a
meeting
anytime
thereafter
that
well.
L
D
D
J
I
just
like
to
comment
that
I
I
think
all
of
us
feel
a
sense
of
urgency,
but
the
city's
running
okay,
we've
got
two
folks
that
are
that
are
doing
a
good
job,
so
major
decisions
have
been
made
while
they've
been
in
office.
I
do
feel
that
we
need
to
hurry,
but
this
is
big.
This
is
a
big
big,
big
decision.
J
Our
city
has
a
lot
of
potential
and
that
potential
has
not
been
tapped
like
it
should.
In
the
past.
We
have
an
opportunity
here
to
bring
in
someone
that
can
show
us
or
help
us
tap
into
that
additional
potential
for
increased
prosperity.
This
is
a
big
if
it
takes
another
three
weeks,
another
30
days,
the
ship
is
sailing.
Okay
right
now,
I
think
we
need
to
be
very
careful
and
not
rush.
This
thing
for
a
reason
that
misko
brought
up
that
I
hadn't
even
thought
about
people
are
gonna
questioning.
What
were
the
motives?
J
Why
did
you
have
to
do
it?
So
quick
people
are
never
satisfied.
People
are
never
satisfied.
We
don't
need
to
give
them
reasons
to
suspect
anything.
You
know
we
charge
with
a
big
responsibility.
Let's,
let's
work
at
it
like,
we
realize
the
big
responsibility,
that
is,
you
know,
but
I
boy.
If
we
could
have
a
guy
who
Mauro
or
girl
tomorrow,
a
woman
man,
you
know
that's
great,
but
but
this
is
this
is
a
big
decision.
You
know
and
that's
just
my
30.
L
A
F
D
A
So
it
doesn't
in
fact
impact
them,
so
no
one's
a
bit
of
normal
are
ok.
Ok
that
clarifies
because
because
I
was
gonna
say
that
in
case
the
rfp's
have
been
submitted
within
that
period
of
time,
then
what
we
have
allowed
them
to
be
also
considered
for
the
second
round
of
RFPs,
which
is
have
not
submitted
in
the
art
piece
it
doesn't
apply
to
them.
Thank
you
clarifying
that.
Mr.
L
F
I
F
D
Just
as
a
point
of
information
will
receive
the
bids
that
day
thirty
days
thereafter,
we
will
open
the
bids
thereafter.
We
will
review
them,
I'm
sure
that
they
qualify
as
far
as
there's
nothing
blank
left
as
far
as
sitting
requirements
is
concerned.
Internal
audit
may
vary
fun
thereafter.
Then
we
set
a
meeting
if
you'd
like
to
set
it
now.
We
can
go
ahead
and
set
that
meeting
at
that
point
at.
A
E
A
I
I
A
A
H
Chair
the
article
3
of
the
Charter
provides
essentially
three
basic
minimum
requirements
and
that's
a
bachelor's
degree,
no
less
than
7
years
experience
in
municipal
government
and
five
years
of
supervisory
managerial
experience.
Also
a
minister
under
the
municipal
government.
Aside
from
those
it
would
be
up
to
this
to
this
committee,
to
decide
if
there's
a
preferred.
H
D
L
D
C
D
A
A
F
L
A
Work
that
the
next,
basically,
that
will
be
the
committee
work
that
we'll
be
doing
us
as
we
get
these.
We
know
the
basic
by
ordinance
requirements.
We
know
what's
submitted
here
in
this
job
description.
We
all
know
what
committee
members
would
like
to
see.
It
also
included
and
as
part
of
the
discussion
to
make
us
reach
the
best
decision
possible.
D
My
name
and
the
sections
and
then
provide
it
to
you
so
that
we
can
check
mark
it
and
then
put
it
into
a
final
document
instead
of
tracking
it
here
on
the
document,
which
may
be
a
little
bit
confusing,
because
some
of
you
might
want
to
do
something
different
I
like
to
put
it
under
each
committee
member
the
recommendations
that
are
right.
All
those
recommendations
to
you
very.
D
D
Depending
on
how
many
entities
bit
for
this,
we
have
a
rating
sheet
1
to
5
by
being
excellent
in
one
being
form,
and
we
came
up
with
some
criteria,
qualifications
and
experience,
the
management,
team,
recruitment
sources
and
approach
record
of
accomplishments,
their
rates
and
expenses
and
any
references
and
so
based
on
the
information
that
is
provided.
You
would
create
them
individually
and
score
them.
H
A
H
A
In
the
process
of
deciding
who
those
cabinets
are
going
to
be,
it's
important
that
we
also
you
know
you
get
to
determine
this
it'll
help
us
determine
the
top
candidates
or
all
candidates
meet
the
criteria,
but
you
may
find
yourself
in
a
situation
where
you
may
be,
you
will
get
you
know.
The
easier
ones
will
be
all
the
zeroes
right,
but
the
question
will
be
when
you
get
to
them
so
the
middle
to
the
borderline
issues
of
whether
we
should
consider
whether
over
the
other
I.
I
Would
say
that
you
know
when
we're
grading
the
firms
that
we
send
them
into
that
for
attorney
and
that
then
calculate
and
brings
out
a
recommendation.
This
is
everybody's
vote
and
not
share
it.
That
way.
There's
no!
The
comfort
of
interest
is
going
straight
to
them
and
that
that
information
for
the
first
time,
combined
as
a
team
out
here
actually
that
day
we'll
see
what
the
results
were.
Because
if
somebody
comes,
you
can
still
come
back
and
say
well,
I'd
still
like
the
second
one
better
than
the
first
one.
D
I
Prior
to
that,
you
don't
want
to
sit
here
and
read
five
to
application,
so
we've
done
in
the
past
and
on
the
left
hand
we
read
that
the
community
read
that
reset
at
their
own
time
and
make
the
recommendation
on
paper
and
submit
it
to
to
the
city
staff,
but
they
don't
have
to
do
it
here,
because
you're
gonna
tie
yourself
down
for
two
hours,
yeah
the
receptor
that
you
could
do
at
home
graded
at
home
and
submitted
to
a
minute
privately
to
you
all.
That's.
I
When
the
meeting
come
to
the
medium
runs
a
lot
better
because
yeah
quicker
it
could
we
already
have
just
the
total
on
whatever
you
don't
know,
you
don't
know
how
everybody
voted,
the
only
one
that
knows
that
that
we
do
get
in
a
total
or
recommendation.
I,
don't
I
know
we
did
that
with
the
superintendent.
So
he
was
a
combined.
C
C
I
Because,
in
my
opinion,
you
know,
you're
gonna
evaluate
somebody's
contract.
Everybody
has
their
own
opinion,
evaluate
me
that,
on
what
you
think,
that's
my
evaluates,
I
think
this
rent
better
than
this
firm,
that's
submitted
at
the
end.
It's
a
combination
of
everybody
on
your
thoughts
and
there's
a
score
this
going,
whoever
whoever
the
best
firm
is
it's
going
to
show
because
everybody
evaluated
it
on
their
own
right.
I
G
H
G
D
I
G
J
A
L
F
D
A
H
A
B
A
L
Had
a
question,
mr.
chairman,
so
in
terms
of
the
work
we're
gonna
be
doing
prior
to
even
reviewing
the
consulting
firms
and
I,
don't
know
if
our
schedule
might
change,
because
I
think
the
ball
is
gonna,
start
rolling
once
the
friends
come
in,
but
between
now
and
then
so.
Can
we
set
our
schedule
not
from
now
to
forever
on
a
fixed
day
every
week?
Can
we
do
it
between
now
and
the
time
that
the
firm
can
we.
A
Do
this
normally
scheduled
the
next
meeting
and
allow
us
time
to
consider
base
because
we're
going
to
be
getting
some
stuff
and
then
look
and
consider
that
and
at
the
process
of
the
formal
process
of
the
interviews-
and
we
schedule
periodic
meetings
at
that
time,
but
I
think
there
will
be
important
for
us
to
have
the
first
couple
of
meetings
of
extensive
discussion
and
I.
Think
that's
where
we
supplant
the
actual.
You
know
issues
that
we
want.
You
know
to
address
in
the
selection
process
and
then
from
once
we
once
we
determine
that.
A
E
Mr.
chair
I
just
wanted
to
express
that
I've
had
some
comments
from
some
of
the
public
that
they
feel
that
noon
is
not
accessible
to
them
and
so
I
don't
know
if
we
might
want
to
consider
a
time-
that's
a
little
bit
later
in
the
afternoon,
so
that
if
people
do
want
to
come
here
and
engage
in
the
process
that
they
have
ample
opportunity
to
do
so,
all.
A
E
H
D
They're
gonna
be
able
to
participate
in
the
process.
We
changed
because
we
also
heard
from
the
community
that
it
was
a
very
small
space
as
far
as
our
committee,
normally
community
meetings
aren't
healthier
other
than
pnz,
and
so
we
want
to
make
sure
that
the
public
was
invited
and
I
think
we
need
to
continue
having
them
here.
For
that
reason,.

To

me.
I
want
to
thank
everyone
for
this
first
meeting
and
I
think
we
definitely
have
a
task
at
hand
and
we
look
forward
to
working.
We
accept
the
challenge
to
the
citizens
and
the
City
Council
members,
City
Council
has
bestowed
upon
each
and
every
one
of
us
I
look
forward
to
it
to
a
very
effective
process
of
the
selection
of
the
next
city
manager.
Anyone
have
any
closing
remarks.
Yes,
mr.
C
E
Just
like
to
thank
all
of
Muscovy
Oh,
mrs.
helms
hill
and
all
staff,
or
thanks
to
the
preparation
of
all
these
documents,
we
we
just
we're
new
to
this,
so
we
just
needed
a
little
time
to
review
everything,
but
it's
very
apparent
all
the
hard
work
you
put
into
it,
and
so
thank
you
very
much
for
that.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
very
much.
I.
C
All
want
to
echo
those
comments
as
well,
and
you
know
I
like
the
way
this
is
being
done
very
transparent.
It's
very
well
thought
out
there,
962
cities
in
Texas
were
the
10th
largest
and
we've
got
a
lot
of
potential,
get
a
lot
of
history.
Well,
with
some
things
to
do
and
I
think
that
did
we
pick
the
right
person
we're
going
to
be
so
much
further
down
the
road
so.
