Description
Convention and Visitors Bureau Advisory Committee Meeting 100622
A
Advisory
committee
meeting
today
is
Thursday
October,
the
6th
at
approximately
8
40.
In
the
morning
we
begin
with
our
Pledge
of
Allegiance.
A
A
A
Motion
carries
who
was
the
district
six.
B
H
Sure
we,
our
financial
payments,
it's
page.
C
H
And
then
page
six
and
then
page
seven.
So
as
as
what
you
have
requested,
we
added
the
the
page
number
six.
That
was
a
report
that
we
get
from
our
finance
department.
H
As
you
can
see
we're
doing
good,
we
collected,
we
actually
had
a
kind
of
surplus
so
so
which
is
good
for
the
for
the
city
and
we're
about
to
start.
We
just
started
a
new
fiscal
year.
October.
H
So
we're
hoping
that
this
year
will
be
a
good
year
for
us
as
well,
and
we're
excited
for
some
new
projects.
So
I'm
not
sure
if
you
guys
have
any
questions
regarding
the
the
financial
statements.
F
H
We
yeah
we,
we
were
conservative,
so
the
the
industry
Consolidated
until
we
were
very
cautious
of
what
how
to
use
our
funds
and
everything
yeah.
So
we
definitely
collected
more
than
what
that
we
had
budgeted,
but
we
were
still
able
to
do
all
our
projects
that
we
have
for
this
for
this
past
fiscal
year,
and
so
we
we
have
some
projects
that
I
have
like
the
way
finding
decisions
and
we're
going
to
be
working
with
it.
H
Firstly,
for
the
first
and
we're
working
on
a
welcome
Monument
sites
that
that's
going
to
be
part
of
this
unit
fiscal
year.
Most
people
try
to
see
where
we're
going
to
Advocate
that
money,
that's
going
to
come
from
hotel,
motel
funds
or
that's
going
to
be
from
general
fund
or
from
the
Arts
Parts
as
well.
H
So
so
there's
also
a
bigger
friction
projects
that
we
kind
of
didn't
have
that
we're
working
on,
but
at
least
the
way
finding
sites
that
I
know
that
one's
more
it's
gonna
happen
sooner
than
than
the
other
one,
and
so
I
know
those
are
big
projects
that
we're
working
on
and
then
obviously
getting
ready
for
doing.
A
big
push
for
the
sports
complex
that
you
know
we're
excited
for
that.
H
So
so
we're
focusing
on
that
as
well
and
working
with
a
management
company
that
just
recently
got
hired
so
I
I,
don't
know
if
they
already
finalize
their
contract,
but
I
know
we're
going
to
work
on
that.
F
I
I
would
actually
noticed
that
now
they're
trying
to
improve
the
at
least
the
traffic
flow.
You
know
to
that
area
because
I
mean
it's
going
to
add
on
a
lot.
H
C
H
H
Do
a
you
would
have
to
do
a
turn
around
on
Sierra
Vista,
yeah.
F
G
E
G
G
H
The
Surplus
hadn't
already
goes
to
the
podcast,
so
it
stays
to
our.
We
have
a
balance
with
the
hot
text,
so
it
just
stays
there
and
and
if
there's
projects
or
if
we
ever
and
we
get
directed
either
by
the
mayor,
counselor
management
for
certain
projects,
then
if
we
didn't
have
it
in
our
budget,
then
they
basically
allocate
that
money
they'll.
Do
it
yeah
yeah,
but
it
has
to
come
from
Council.
Council
has
to
approve
that
to
be
to
draw
that
money
from
it.
H
C
H
H
Centers,
we
have
two
positions
that
part
of
the
video.
So
what's
going
to
be
a
sales
position,
okay
and
the
second
position,
it's
going
to
be
a
marketing
assistant,
slash
coordinator,
it's
like
they're
going
to
be
helping.
Yes,.
E
H
Yeah,
the
other
position
is
going
to
do
like
different
hatswood.
It's
going
to
do
some
events,
some
marketing,
so
we
we're
going
to
have
those
positions.
C
H
Already
it's
basically
just
being
finalized
by
our
HR
department,
HR
Director,
so
we
should
have
a
blessing
pretty
soon
and.
I
H
Can
have
those
positions
already
something
like
yeah,
but
we'll
have
to
help
a
lot.
C
H
A
sales,
a
sales
staff
completely
100
dedicated
to
sales
and
then
the
other
one
will
be
doing
a
little
bit
of
everything,
marketing
event
coordination.
H
We
sometimes
get
interns
through
the
city
and
work
directly
with
the
school
district.
The
school
districts
like
UIC,
has
has
brought
a
lot
like
so
they're,
bringing
some
some
students
and
they'll
be
here
contemporary,
but
it's
seasonal
and
it's
it's
very
small
window.
But
sometimes
we
get
students
going
to
help
us
out
on
certain
projects,
and
so
they
get
to
see
what
we
do
and.
C
E
Here
to
promote
it
and
how
wonderful
Laredo
is
because
they
don't
know
if
you're
here,
but
you
overlook
some
of
the
good
things
we
have
I
read
Texas
monthly.
This
weekend
we
had
McAllen
all
over
and
and
roma
and
I,
don't
know
what
other
city
in
the
oh
in
real
life
they
say
and
it
was
like
they
were
picking
out
things
that
were
ordinary.
If
you
lived
there
but
special.
If
you
were
a
tourist.
F
It's
like
everything,
I
mean
you
go
by,
you
see
a
sign
and
when
it's
new,
it's
like,
oh,
you
pay
attention
to
it,
but
once
you've
lived
there,
you
know
you
don't
yeah,
it's
really
obvious
I
mean
it
happens
to
them.
Everybody.
You.
E
C
F
F
J
I
You
know
promoting
group
tours
coming
to
Laredo
and
just
you
know,
a
mock-up
of
an
agenda
where
you
start
out
with
your
breakfast
Mariachis.
You
go,
you
know
and
do
a
history
tour
downtown
with
the
underneath
and
her
staff
start.
You
know
from
there
go
on
to
do
indoor
shopping
at
on
San,
Fernando
and,
and
you
know
either
at
the
water
Museum
or
you
know,
but
you
know
that's
what
we
promote
outside
of
Norway.
You
know
when
to
you
know
the
Meeting
Planners.
It's.
B
H
Thing
that
we've
done
here
is
like
Raymond
has
helped
us
a
lot
for
certain
conferences,
we'll
set
up
like
shops,
still
having
a
pop-up
shop
and-
and
they
do
really
good.
So
we
we
get
different
either
the
farmer's
market
vendor
sometimes
as
well,
depending
on
what
the
organizer
wants,
but
Raymond
has
always
participated
other
than,
and
it's
really
good,
because
people,
if
they
don't
have
a
chance
to
go
to
the
stores.
Okay,
come
back
later,
yeah
yeah.
E
C
D
I
I
want
to
say
for
a
while
I
I
think
it
was
Main
Street.
You
know
when
they
would
have
it
at
Jarvis
Plaza.
That
I
think
they
would
have
to
not
do
one
of
the
summer
months
because
it
was
too
hard,
yeah
yeah,
but
right
now
you
know
they
are
currently
here
at
the
outlets
and
we
speak
that
there's
lots
of
activity.
C
F
F
Well,
we
haven't
noticed,
especially
this
year.
It's
been
a
long
time,
a
lot
of
groups
of
women
or
groups
of
friends
coming
down
to
the
right
of
the
weekend,
because
we
haven't
had
that
for
a.
E
C
E
B
C
E
J
I
J
I
I
J
H
J
H
A
H
Manager,
as
you
know,
that
we've
changed
and
we're
going
to
new
phases
and
that's
on
page
eight
that
this
our
strategic
plan
and
our
key
objectives
and.
H
Texas
Association
of
convention
and
visitors
bureau,
we
got
second
place
on
the
Leisure
tourism
marketing
and
on
the
community,
local
engagement.
So
congratulations.
Thank
you.
So
much.
We
are
really
excited.
Marketing
team
did
a
wonderful
job
with
Selena
and
Reina.
H
Threes
and
the
whole
staff
that
takes
part
of
this
and
Reina
and
Eileen
were
the
ones
that
attended
the
conference
of
kasalina
had
other.
She
wasn't
able
to
attend.
We're
really
excited
to
get
those
recognitions
for
the
state,
especially
with
our
association.
So
that
shows
a
lot
for
Laredo,
and
you
know
for
years
we
hadn't
been,
you
know
we
participated,
but
we
never
had
been
recognized
and
now
we're
getting
those
recognitions.
So
that's
really
good
for
us
and.
C
H
Job
I
agree
yeah,
so
I
wanted
to
college
leader,
marketing
team
and
so
I
wanted
to
highlight
that
one
and
then
the
other
one
is
coming
next
month
and
that's
in
page
12,
which
is
the
Holiday
Market
talking
about
events
and
talking
about
things
at
the
outlets
and
and
with
Farmers
Market.
If
you
go
to
page
12
and
13
has
the
actual
save
the
day,
it
will
be
November,
18
and
19
from
11
to
8
P.M
on
Friday
and
Saturday,
and
then
on
Sundays
from
11
to
7
pm.
H
So
we
have
a
little
bit
of
our
sending
booths
already
confirmed.
We
might
have
close
to
80.
and
so
more
more
than
last
year
than
the
first
year
that
we
had.
So
we
are
really
excited
for
this
year's
Holiday
Market.
We're
gonna
have
pop-up
shop
that
the
auto
shops
is
doing
and
our
farmers
market.
So
on
Saturday
it's
going
to
be
like
three
events
in
one.
C
So
so
really
excited
for
that.
H
I
think
the
audits
are
really
excited.
You
know,
because
it's
it's
what.
H
And
they,
it
just
brings
more
traffic
to
to
the
allowance
into
downtown
area,
so
we're
really
excited
for
this
event.
The
exposure,
yes,
people.
H
We
do
God
bless
you
with
Laredo
Center
for
the
Arts.
They
do
they
partner
with
a
Mexican
consulate
and
they
don't
even
know
wheat
co-sponsor.
We
do.
We
participate
with
Alex
as.
C
J
Be
honest
with
you
or
a
big
problem
right
now.
Is
that
because
that's
around
the
board
because
we're
having
issues
with
our
contract,
you
know
they're
an
opportunity
contract
that
we
would
want
it
they're
asking
for
a
lot
this
time
around
and
getting
less
so
I,
don't
know,
what's
going
to
happen
with
the.
F
G
J
So
that
was
lots
of
temper.
You
know
it's
been
a
year,
so
that's
been
with
blooming.
There's
a
cloud
moving
over
this
old
photographer
I'm
sure
that
they're
gonna
have
something
and
I
think
it's
going
to
be
together
with
them.
So
we'll
see
you
know,
it'll,
probably
be
something
where
the
cultural
art
history
too,
and
all
that
area
and
I
believe
we'll
be
back,
is
also
buying
a
building
downtown
to
make
it
an
art
center.
At
one
point,
that's
still
we're
talking
about
it.
Councilwoman
talk
about
that
further.
J
J
The
Contour
to
launched
the
whole
building
and
basically
asked
me
what
kind
of
Heritage
to
move
somewhere
else
as
the
idea
was
to
make
that
space
and
generate
Revenue,
because
the
city
now
comes
back
and
tells
us
well,
you
can
have
a
building.
You
have
to
pay
30
000
a
month,
but
we
will
not
pay
repairs
under
twenty
thousand
dollars.
So
anything
that
happens
under
twenty
thousand
twenty
thousand
dollar
less.
We
will
not
pay
for
it.
Well.
What
kind
of
a
landlord
is
that
you
know?
Of
course,
it's
a
130
year
old
building,
yeah.
F
C
F
G
G
F
C
B
G
J
I
shouldn't
beard
off
the
topic
here
because
we're
talking
about
this,
but
that's
just
another
deal
but
I
mean
optic,
is
probably
going
to
happen
and
then
Cultural
Arts
District,
it's
gonna.
They
they're
playing
something
they
probably
just
haven't,
announced
it,
but
I
think
they
would
have
a
day
of
the
day.
J
J
I
C
C
E
A
G
Is
now
with
a
Carol
Summers
Aquatic
Center,
they
did
name
it,
but
those
crazy
people,
the
qisd,
by
the
time
they
sent
out
their
PR
people,
their
public
relations
it'll,
be
next
year
yeah,
but
it's
official,
it's
official.
They
they
called
it.
The
Carol
Summers
Aquatic
Center,
but
it
hasn't
been
officially
in
the
paper,
except
for
a
little
line
that
yeah
we
put
in
there.
J
It
takes
a
village
and
it
takes
all
of
us
coming
together
and
promoting,
but
it
takes
also
the
business.
The
media
too
has
to
do
their
show.
They
already
know
they
don't
get
up
to
go
and
do
anything
everyone's
still
in
lockdown
and
they're.
You
know
they're
the
homes
working
from
home,
not
from
being
in
you
know
when
all
the
world
is
going,
you
know
all
over
the
place
and.
C
F
J
D
All
these
all
these
entities
have.
A
C
A
E
G
C
G
E
F
G
G
I
You
know
this
year
and
we
want
to
go
ahead
and
just
you
know,
keep
on
with
our
Niche
audiences,
whether
it's
Sports
tourism
meetings,
literature,
golf
Outdoors,
import
shops,
everything
right
now,
I
can
say
that
they
have
been
doing
a
really
great
job
of
driving
awareness
to
our
destination
and
keeping
the
rate
on
top
of
mind
and
you're
going
to
see.
You
know
the
they
do
have
six
key
strategies
that
you
know.
We
both
go
ahead
and
follow
for
this
coming
year
and
they
did
a
breakdown.
I
And
if
you
go
ahead-
and
you
know
you
think
you
all
receive
this
as
a
digital
file
as
well
as
right
now
printed,
you
will
see
you
know
the
collapse
that
we've
done
in
you
know
print
marketing,
digital
outdoor
Outlets
as
well,
and
to
we
just
want
to.
Let
you
all
know
that
we
are
continuing
these
efforts
that
we
have
had
really
great
numbers
coming
in
in
regards
to
our
website.
C
I
If
you
all
have
any
questions
in
regards
to
any
of
the
efforts
you
know,
our
agency
is
always
available.
You.
I
Up
a
one-on-one,
you
know
we'll
go
ahead,
talk
to
your
committee
and,
of
course,
my
doors
always
open,
and
you
know
I
love.
You
know
meeting
with
you
all.
You
know
once
a
month
in
person,
but
you
know
if
y'all
want
to
chit
chat
and
have
some
coffee
talk,
then
you
know
I'm
definitely
open
to
that
as
well.
I
What
we
did
is
we,
we
did
a
little
decrease
in
the
plant
side
and
we
went
more
digital
because,
like
maybe
you
know
just
mentioned
right
now
that
digital
presence
is,
you
know
the
I
guess
better
exposure
that
you'll
get
and,
of
course
we
don't.
We
will
not.
You
know,
100
leave
print
because
you
know
exactly
you
know.
Print
will
always
be
a
part
of
the
community
of
I
plans,
but
we.
I
If
there's
any
placements
or
anything,
goes
out,
there's
an
error
somewhere
and
you
know
a
name
gets
left
out.
We
can
go
ahead
and
change
that
out.
You
know
in
that
moment
so
that
that
helps
us
out
a
lot
and
we
are
adding
more
shows
such
as
one
of
the
ones
that
they
mentioned
as
villo
Texas,
where
you
know
the
teams
will
come
in
for
production
and
do
little
bits
of
you
know
what's
going
on
in
Laredo,
where
can
we
eat?
Where
can
we
stay?
I
Where
can
we
play
work
and
we
have
fun
and
then
those
are
syndicated
throughout
the
state,
and
you
know
influencer
marketing
is
going
to
continue.
So
that's
also
been
a
really
plus
you
know.
For
you
know,
we
see
the
the
success
rate
that
we've
had
on
the
Mexico
market
and
we're
hoping
that
you
know
that
does
cross
over
to
the
U.S
market.
J
I
didn't
realize
until
this
past
weekend
we
were,
we
were
titled
sponsors
of
a
golf
tournament
at
the
club
yeah,
and
you
know,
we've
done
it
for
like
five
years,
but
during
Kobe
it
kind
of
stopped
and
we
tried
it
again
long
story
short.
There
were
350
players
signed
up,
but
I
did
realize
because
we
did
our
own
QR
code,
we
had
a
rifle
and
we
we
asked
them
to
sign
up
for
the
rifle
and
the
raffle
that
we
had.
J
J
It
was
four
days
and
each
day
they
were
at
all
the
different
Rolex
watch
wow,
and
then
you
could
take
it
for
other
experiments.
Whatever
you
want,
and
then
the
truck
was
the
very
last
thing
out
of
the
pool
that
the
truck
was
having,
but
he
was
dealed.
We
did
a
QR
code
to
do
a
raffle
just
to
get
our
own
data.
Well.
J
First
of
all
we
saw
that
half
of
the
group
was
not
our
customer,
hello
and
so
that
very
carefully,
and
then
the
irony
was
that
20
of
them
were
from
out
of
town
yeah.
So
these
people
apparently
did
stay
at
hotels
or
they
stayed
with
family
or
whatever
they
were.
You
know
what
they
what
their
deal
was,
but
there
was
Mexico.
J
There
was
Macaulay,
there
was
San
Antonio
for
sure
Austin
Dallas
Monday
was
this,
was
at
the
Country,
Club,
yes
and
and-
and
my
point
is
that
it
may
behoove
us
to
kind
of
probably
talk
to
them
next
time
around
I,
don't
know
what
we
could
do
with
them
to
be
kind
of
like
work.
Our
way
in
there
and
kind
of
you
know
keep
that
promotion
going
because
when
you
talk
golf,
that's
a
whole
other.
J
E
J
Like
they
can't
believe
that
okay
and
I'm
hearing
also
that
the
you
see
I,
don't
know
I'm,
not
a
golfer,
so
I
don't
know
the
standards
of
how
the
play
should
be,
but
I
understand
that
people
have
also
complimented
the
the
casa
blackout
called
the
words
that
they're
doing
that
they're.
B
J
J
I
They
get
the
recognition
there
and
you
know
we're
coming
in
for
a
while.
We
would
have
a
on
our
website,
but
what
I
guess
is
a
good
problem
for
the
ranch
owners
is
that
they
have
their
leases
already
secured.
You
know
this
two
years
three
years
in
advance,
so
some
would
reach
back
out
to
us.
You're,
like
you
know
what
please.
A
I
C
I
But
we
also
had
at
one
point
a
rack
card
for
the
hunting.
Yes,
we
attended
hunting
trade
shows,
but
we
found
out
that
once
once
the
interest
would
come
back,
they'd
be
deflected
because,
oh
no
I'm,
sorry,
you
know
I
I
can't
accommodate
to
you.
Oh
no
I'm!
Sorry!
You
know
so
we
there
was
a
fine
line
on
okay.
Well,
we
can
promote.
You,
know
things
hunting
in
South
Texas
from
Laredo,
but
we
couldn't
promote
the
individual
properties.
J
I
C
D
C
J
J
What
I
recommend
that
it
worked
was
that
we
had,
we
didn't,
do
banners,
because
it's
just
so
much
so
what
we
did
now
is
that
we
we
have
our
own
screens
now
our
own
TV
screen
on
stand.
Yeah.
Let
me
tell
you
what
we
found
out.
This
is
an
interesting
marketing
kind
of
exercise
that
we
did.
We
had
our
empty
Anderson
campaign
and
it
was
on
the
screen
behind
the
tailors.
J
What
we
found
out
was
that
people
were
not
getting
money.
Then
we
had
a
box
right
there
in
front.
You
know
it
said
some
picture
and
everything.
So
we
changed
it.
We
got
us,
we
got
a
screen
and
we
put
it
on
the
stand
and
you
know
how
people
are
standing
in
line
and
we
put
it
right
by
the
line
and
right
under
the
screen.
We
had
a
table
with
a
box.
Every
week
we
were
collecting
200
to
300
dollars,
wow.
B
B
J
Here
you
know
because
you're
in
line
over
here
you're
talking
to
somebody
on
the
phone,
but
somehow
when
you're,
when
it's
right
here
in
front
of
you,
that
that
Ambassador
that
girl's
telling
you
right
there
that
she
had
cancer
this
year
she
survived,
and
then
you
see
the
box
right
next
to
her.
It's
almost
like
the
person's
like
sitting
right
there
and
talking
to
you
so
yeah
and
I'm
not
kidding
you
and
there
was
I.
Remember
we
did
we
moved
it.
Then
we
said
maybe
it's
just
this
brand.
J
We
moved
into
Commerce
and
there
we
had
hundred
dollar
bills
wow
in
the
box.
That's
awesome
yeah
but
see.
But
do
you
see
that
you
have
contest
things
outside
yeah
and
let
me
tell
you
this
is
not
governance
Branch!
This
is
a
kid
who
started
with
us
about
six
months
ago
and
he
said
well,
you
know
God
I
really
thought
I'd
put
it
out.
I
mean
he
said
that
and
said
well,
no,
we
I.
J
B
C
F
G
Perfect,
absolutely
you
were
talking
about
golfers
golfers
are
a
different
breed
and
don't
go
anywhere
to
play
and
I
got
a
call.
We
got
a
call
last
week
from
Laredo
Country,
Club
Mike
main
hall.
He
says
Where
should
bring
in
our
40th
Standard
Version,
oh
our
40th
anniversary
I,
said
wow
and
he
said,
but
it's
next
year,
but
we're
starting
early
to.
C
F
C
A
C
H
If
you're,
just
that's
what
we're
going
to
be
attending
and
so
you'll
see
we're
gonna
be
a
little
bit
busy
this
month
of
October
and
next
month,
as
well
with
some
nutritionals
that
would
be
attending
some
port
events
that
we'll
be
attending
as
well
and
some
meetings
that
Selena
will
be
attending.
So
we'll.
B
C
H
Not
up
here
but
at
the
Port,
yes,
it's
actually
huge,
and
so
the
this
conference,
someone
in
Orlando
it
emerges
to
the
PMA.
Now
it's
a
global
floral
show
so
they
merged
with
another
Association.
C
C
C
H
C
C
H
Right,
so
for
that
that
you
that
Expo
it's
it's
Economic,
Development
Bridge,
the
airport,
CBB
and
then
we're
going
to
have
one
of
our
city
managers
they'll
be
going.
So
it's
going
to
be
a
good
group
and
we're
going
to
try
to
reach
out
to
the
Mexico
to
the
floor.
Sections
and
yeah.
H
Black
Friday,
it's
it's!
The
12th.
J
B
C
H
Let
me
see
I
I,
it
might
be
the
12th
like
so
I'm
telling
that
I
mean.
I
H
H
And
this
year
we're
doing
a
a
tree
lighting
we're
working
with
our
our
sister,
our
state
city,
because
it
says
they
represent
that's
from
the
governor's
office
from
the
state
of
Ohio
and
so
we're
partnering
with
them.
Since
we
have
the
we
house
them
here
in
radel
in
our
office
here.
So
we
doing
a
Christmas.
H
With
a
whole
facilities-
and
so
many
interviews-
I've
done
it
before
and
it's
it's
tiring,
but
it's
awesome
because
you
you
go
literally
hit
all
media
and
it's
a
lot
of
exposure.
So
we're
really
excited
for
for
this
upcoming
year
and
working
with
the
governor's
office
from
Millennial,
they
were
able
to
get
us
one
of
their
main
parts
in
Monterrey
very
well
attended
and
they
provided
a
tree
so
we're
doing
a
few
things
for
there.
So
we're
really
excited
for
that.
So.
H
H
Yes,
so
the
actually
RGB,
it's
probably
the
capital
of.
C
H
B
H
Yeah
and
now
for
everybody,
so
we
partner
with
risk,
which
is
the
regret
study
since
they're
the
ones
that
Emily
mucho
they're
the
ones
that
run
our
burning
Festival,
so
we'll
both
go
over
there
and
we
only
move
for
the
the
duration
of
the
of
the
burning
festival
and
RGB
and
Harlingen.
So
we
we
work
with
them
and
it's
a
really
good
event
where
we
promote
our
our
burning
Festival.
G
H
Before
that,
we're
going
to
go
to
that
one
and
we're
going
to
go
to
connection
Fair,
which
is,
although
welcome
home,
all
the
the
people
that
winter
Texans
that
come
in
from
on
over
Canada
all
over
the
U.S,
where
I
will
go
into
that
one
and
we're
going
to
be
meeting
with
a
tournament
of
the
he
meant,
the
RV
director's
management
directors.
So
we'll
be
giving
out
information
of
wbca
import
stores.
H
C
Then
we
get
more
information,
so
so
we're
really
excited
because.
E
It's
huge
yes,
yeah.
When
we
started
the
birding
Festival,
we
didn't
have
a
place
to
go
and
everybody
was
going.
Why
so
I
asked
my
husband?
Can
we
use
your
branch.
E
E
H
H
D
We
have
house
some
people
for
many
years
and.
C
I
B
H
H
H
B
H
C
G
E
H
Visitor
guides
promo
and
we
were
gonna
go,
but
because
we
were
closing
our
budget,
we
just
didn't
so.
H
B
F
I
just
want
to
share
an
idea
that
I'm
sure
it's
too
late
this
year,
but
maybe
for
next
year
next
year,
we're
passing
on
to
a
club.
I
have
a
new
client
at
my
store
and
she
had
about
a
lot
of
stuff
to
decorate
the
Christmas
trees
to
make
a
Mexican
and
knew
that,
where
she's
from
they
have
this
big
Festival.
That
brings
in
all
these
tourists
and
I'm
sure
it's
something
like
the
center
of
ours
or
something
where
the
AFB
and
they
bring
their
own
tree
and
decorate
it
and.
I
Have
a
festival
around
it
and
then
the
trees
are
I,
guess
judged
for
second
third
and
everybody.
They
give
opportunity
in
a
little
space
in
your
sockets
and
you
come
and
decorate,
and
you
pick
your
theme,
nautical
Mexican
tree,
traditional
yeah,
yeah,
males
whatever,
and
then
it
brings
in
all
these
tourists.
All
these
people
for.
H
E
B
G
B
B
G
And
now
they
have
a
roller
club
for
every
day
of
the
week,
they're
having
a
golf
tournament
international
call
through
if
they're
getting
offered
from
et
cetera
Etc
and
that's
pretty
cool
like
we
suggested
this
to
you
guys,
get
up,
get
a
basket
from
the
convention
visitors
bureau
and
give
it
to
somebody
over
there,
a
raffle
type
or
you
know:
hey
you'll
won
this.
That's
a
good
publicity.
E
E
Other
thing
I
wanted
to
say
before
we
go
because
our
gas
taxes.
E
E
J
For
this
tenure
this
year,
as
chamber,
chair,
I'm,
going
to
start
a
podcast
and
basically
it's
promoting
small
business.
Oh.
J
Just
small
business,
so
that's
the
whole
idea
to
start
it,
and
my
focus
first
is
going
to
be
on
downtown
right.
So
I
was
trying
to
put
something
together
and
started
I'm
trying
to
launch
this
before
the
holidays,
especially
go
the
retail
route
first,
because
I
think
that's
kind
of
important
yeah,
so
anything
that
you
all
might
have
I'm
trying
to
stick
with
chamber.
Members
First,
because
I
think
that
you
know
they're,
loyal
and
they've
been
around,
especially
that
have
been
with
us
for
a
long
time.
J
These
are
some
of
that
I
found
out
I've
been
there
with
20
years
25
years,
and
you
know
some
of
the
newbies.
Unfortunately,
no
because
of
circumstances
and
covet
and
everything
else
they
started
and
they
they
fall
off
the
you
know
the
track,
but
the
idea
is
to
give
something
back
to
them.
I
mean
I.
Think
they've
been
it's
great,
so
I'm
hoping
I'm
hoping
to
push
that
and
at
some
point,
I
cannot
tell
them
about
your
deal.
J
Several
appointments
that
I'm,
given
as
a
chair
and
I,
asked
Hoy
to
participate
as
a
board
member
this
year
kind
of
a
liaison
for
the
CBD,
so
he
accepted
him
I
think
it
got
approved.
Yeah.
J
Dave
has
gone
through
his
some
challenges,
so
therefore
we're
going
to
work
with
him
and
then
the
other
people
that
I've
got
the
small
business
center
from
tamiu
I
included
them
as
well,
and
they
come
with
it.
Well
I'm
going
to
be
speaking
with
them
and
they're
going
to
be
giving
courses
on
how
to
maintain
your
business.
J
C
J
E
You
know
that
man
you're
sending
those
emails
about
where
to
eat,
and
things
like
that.
F
J
J
Day
but
let's
go
back
to
the
core
of
that
organization
and
that
that
business
they
went
through
h-e-l-l
to
open
because
of
all
the
rules
because
of
permits
all
things
you
know
what
it's
just
stuff:
that's
not
documented
properly
had
someone
said
you're
open
to
go
business
downtown.
You
need
to
refill
this
yeah
because
it's
a
different
animal
than
opening
up
in
North
Korea.
H
C
F
B
F
E
Has
the
little
kitchen
right
next
to
it's
the
hotel
and
then
the
parking
lot
remember
the
bagel
shop.
It's.
E
E
E
G
Good
reminder:
United
Way
has
its
campaign
going
on
1.1
million
dollars,
it
helps
23,
non-profit
chairs
and
I
know
their
collections
are
down,
etc,
etc,
and
sometimes
we
retired
people,
because
we
don't
work
at
a
company.
We
forget
and
we
don't
no.
K
K
It
would
be
too
soon
to
start
with
the
shell
or
whatever
in
November,
because
that's
when
the
Christmas
season
begins
right
well
and
then
a
supplement
in
the
newspaper
where
Outlets
do
this
a
list
of
their
stores
and
what
they
sell,
what
their
specialty
item
or
whatever
they
sell
the
streets
on
some
enamel
I
have
a
friend
has
one
that
sells:
Chimes
Chimes
chimes,
maybe
unless
some
people
say
well,
I
want
some
Chimes
or
I
want
Mexican
blouses.
Where
do
I
go
I
know
your
place.
K
K
C
H
We're
at
the
Mexican
consulate
used
to
be
they
moved
to
another
another
building,
and
so
it's
right
here
in
the
next
two
Old
Navy
brain
from
the
living
room,
yeah.
