G
G
That
sense,
some
of
the
things
that
we're
already
ahead
as
some
of
the
items,
the
revenue
you'll,
see
just
dis
to
explain
a
little
bit
of
our
report,
we're
not
a
revenue
department.
We
don't
get
a
lot
of
money
coming
in.
We
do
some
promotional
sales
sponsorships,
but
for
the
most
part
we
don't
get
a
lot
of
revenue.
So
if
you
see
that
the
revenues
are
kind
of
low,
not
to
worry
it's
not,
we
don't
have
high
revenue
forecasts
for.
G
So
that's
that's
additional
I
think
that
what
I
mean
is,
at
any
revenues
additional
to
our
hotel
occupancy
tax.
All
of
our
our
whole
budget
comes
from
hotel
occupancy
tax,
not
afar,
but
it
comes
from
general
fund,
so
anything
that
we
do
has
to
be
under
the
rules
of
regulations
of
the
hotel
occupancy
tax,
so
we're
a
little
bit
different
than
other
departments.
In
that
sense,
yeah,
do
you
get.
B
G
A
G
F
G
The
next
week,
just
kind
of
looking
report
from
the
page
five,
what
you'll
see
is
the
collections
of
the
hotel
architects
and
what
you
see
it's
under
food
off.
So
if
you
see
October,
that's
a
collection
for
September
and
so
on
and
the
previous
month
to
the
month
that
were
right.
Now,
if
you
see
February,
that's
not
the
final
number,
that's
just
a
number
and
then
we
have
up
to
date,
usually
at
the
month
after
we
get
the
updated
information
for
that
button.
So,
as
you
can
see,
we
had
a
very
good
December,
even.
G
It's
a
good,
it's
actually
a
dual
property.
That's
going
to
be
constructed
near
the
loop
and
gentlemen.
So
it's
it's
a
dual
property.
We
get
two
books,
everyone!
Really
it's
a
it's
a
very
nice
concept.
It's
unique
to
Loretta.
We
don't
have
any
other
hotel,
something
similar.
Just
to
give
you
an
idea
of
what
you
see
is
in
Austin,
there's
a!
Is
it
a
corner?
G
H
J
E
G
E
G
But
it's
it's
a
property
owner,
but
yeah
you
get
an
extended
stay
and
service
hotel
together.
C
A
The
junior,
though,
whatever
that
my
age
to
where
it
was
it,
was
spring
break
so
long.
It
was
yeah.
G
A
F
G
G
G
Group
from
the
public
sector
from
the
private
sector-
it
was
a
larger
group,
so
we
have
probably-
and
this
is
compared
to
a
couple
of
years
before-
but
we
have
around
20
people
plenty
for
people
from
the
sea.
That
includes
CBB
for
coordinating
the
logistics
and
reception,
senior
manager,
council
and
mayor,
and
we
had.
G
Good
number
from
the
private
sector
we
got
up
around
35
people,
I
want
to
see
the
private
sector.
So
we
had.
We
had
a
good
for
presentation
from
different
different
organizations
in
that
community.
So
it
was,
it
was
a
good
trip.
It
was
a
good
event.
I've,
never
been
a
great
job,
coordinating
the
reception
renovate
and
so
how.
G
C
G
G
C
E
G
E
G
G
Gonna
be
a
tough
sell
and
March
is
going
to
be
March
and
April.
We've
had
our
Supervisors
meeting
yesterday,
March
and
April
are
going
to
be
quite
BC,
so
this
is
going
to
be
lit.
So
we
have
a
couple
of
weeks
to
breathe
in
between
Washington
and
this
conference,
and
then
the
rest
of
April
is
just
back-to-back
events
and
conferences
in
sports
tournaments.
Okay,
the
20v
is
coming
there
only
yes,
but
we
also
in
April.
We
have
boxing.
G
F
K
C
G
K
Baseball
tournament,
so
we
we
were
sold
out
pretty
much
on
the
rail
we
had
people
that
were
coming.
You
know,
teams
I
know
someone
tells
some
teams
did
mistakes
on
the
reservations,
so
we
were
able
to
get
them.
You
know
one
or
two
rooms,
but
really
they
were
already
sending
people
to
put
booth
out
to
sell
Papa,
because
Laredo
was
just
set
out
for
that
weekend
so
and
for
the
baseball
team
for
the
baseball
tournament,
we
had
48
teams,
so
it
was
for
three
days,
so
it
was.
K
The
experience
was
great,
all
the
coaches
that
I
and
then
I
worked
with
during
the
tournament
that
field
that
was.
It
was
just
really
happy
with
the
hospitality
cure
everything
in
the
service,
the
fields,
the
quality
of
the
field
school.
So
that's
why
they
always
come
back,
but
obviously
we
had
soft,
but
we
have
tennis.
The
tennis
girls
were
there
at
because
I
was
at
the
United
High
School
baseball
field,
so
it
was
just
crazy.
So
that
was
one
of
the
things
that
you
know
pushing
it
and
try
to
do
better
at
trying
to
grow.
K
G
K
K
K
What's
like
any
mentioned,
as
the
step
of
the
boxing
this
year,
we're
gonna
host
the
regional
tournament
in
April
the
last
weekend
of
April
plus,
we
actually
were
awarded
to
host
the
state
so
so
from
state
they
go
to
national,
so
we're
gonna
have
the
best
boxers
throughout
the
whole
state
of
Texas,
come
in
and
in
May
and
June
the
first
weekend
of
June.
So
so
we're
very
excited
for
that.
G
A
K
K
K
K
A
K
E
K
K
K
I
C
K
K
C
H
C
F
D
D
D
Yeah
so
but
yes,
we
believe
you
have
two
hundred-plus
coming
in
and
obviously
we
would
have
to
get
our
two
piece
for
the
pipe
and
drape
which,
where
I,
have
already
got
those
and
and
we're
interesting.
You
know
this.
It's
a
lot
of
logistics
going
in
and
would
stop
everybody.
We
all
have.
You
know
God
touch
this
event
so
marketing,
but
that
it's
a
lot
and
of
course,
art.
It
was
very
heavy
on
services.
I
didn't
put
all
of
Uncas
I
was
in
my
computer,
but
he
did
I
have
a.
H
E
J
H
They
love
that
they
make
friends,
you
know
what
the
interpreters
that
were
there
so
they're
like
we've,
made
new
connections.
You
know
they're
like
making
plans
to
go
to
other
Burnie
festivals.
Now,
together,
it's
a
ruse
and
she
set
off
the
dates
for
2020,
which
will
be
February
5th
through
the
8th.
They
do
mention
that
they
kind
of
don't
want
to
grow
their
festival
because
they
love
that
it's
a
boutique
festival
well,.
I
C
C
H
I
A
J
G
C
E
L
C
D
I
D
G
G
K
G
H
And
in
the
cottage,
and
just
to
to
go
back
to
the
burning
festival,
Tricia
and
the
murders
had
a
concern
that
this
is
an
activity
that
is
kind
of
aging
out.
You
know
they're
those
that
have
this
hobby
or
in
a
little
older
and
vomited
a
little
bit
more
difficult
for
them
to
be
attending.
So
what
they're
doing
is
reaching
out
to
the
local,
high
schools
and
local
middle
schools
and
trying
to
get
those
kids
involved
and
showing
them
like
well.
C
H
H
C
H
C
C
H
They
might
spread
the
word
yeah.
They
haven't
told
about
a
tent
that
attended
the
festival.
I
saw
it,
they
were
just
you
know,
learning
new
things
and
I'm
getting
you
know
something
else.
If
they
hadn't
realize
like
what
Laurie
Gohan's
didn't
offer
that
I
go,
we
didn't
nobody
existed
and
they're
just
trying
to
come
out
of
it
once
they
unplug
from
microphones
and.
A
A
A
We
also
know
we've
got
a
part
exhibit
you
know.
I
guess
I
know
that
my
jar,
our
teacher,
that
that
is,
and
they
make
it
they
get
involved,
her
classes
get
involved,
and
then
they
all
come.
You
know
to
you
know
to
that
Center
for
New
York's,
you
not
to
see
the
exhibit
embarrass
their
paintings,
and
it's
very,
very
nice
that
you
didn't
I
know
my
daughter,
love
the
peanuts
gotten
involved
in
that
restaurant
and
make
the
kids
come
with
her
I
mean.
H
H
A
G
Of
the
appreciative
of
the
burning
festival
by
art
at
the
accident,
a
lot
of
them
every
year
and
I
was
kind
of
like
that
fighting.
But
we
were
looking
at
the
same
painting
with
a
couple
that
was
coming
from
that
were
important.
You
know,
but
they
were
they
were
and
they
at
the
end
they
bought
a
painting
and
they
were
so.
C
A
H
Report
is
include,
you
know
coming
like
that.
We
host
monthly
the
burning
reception.
The
days
of
attempt,
like
I,
already
touched
on
the
rebranding
that
we're
doing
for
the
u.s.
campaign
and
just
something
that's
coming
up
as
the
CVB
is-
has
joined
in
with
mind,
ecology,
which
it's
not
here
on
your
report,
but
it's
something
that
we're
doing,
along
with
our
hotel
ears,
we're
inviting
our
hotel
eaters
to
participate
in
this
session.
H
H
G
Of
the
things
that
we
wanted
to
do
forward
is
to
get
more
data.
We
want
to
do
more
research
so
that
we
can
get
a
good
idea,
because
we
always
have
the
question
of
how
do
you
know
who
comes
to
the
river?
How
do
you
know
who
the
visitor
is?
How
do
you
know
why
invest
in
Mexico
or
white
invest
in
Texas
or
why
investing
in
a
national
publication?
G
G
C
M
M
M
B
G
That
way,
I
mentioned
the
press
conference.
We
have
twice
a
year.
We
have
a
press
conference
in
won't
that
way,
one
before
seminar,
some
that
are
the
other
one
before
Black,
Friday
and
Christmas
shopping
time
and
we're
going
April,
2nd
and
third,
we
usually
take
partners
for
those
hotel
year's
attractions.
G
C
G
Away
and
what
we
do
there
is
we
serve
is
one
of
our
key
markets,
one
of
our
feeder
markets,
as
you
know,
and
for
us
having
our
presentation
in
that
location
is
key,
because
we
keep
our
finger
on
the
pulse
of
our
main
main
source
of
visitors,
these
from
the
Mexican
side
and
also
makes
it
a
lot
easier.
When
there's
activities
and
Mexico
they
can
travel
with
the
different
groups.
So
the
office
of
the
doctor,
there
Mexico
promotion
person,
happens
to
be
a
former
CVD
employee,
disick
Alexander,
and
it
doesn't
discount.
I
C
G
G
G
But
this
one
we
were
very
focused
and
in
that
corner
and
they
were
able
to
meet
with
tour
operators
with
travel
agents
with
media
in
the
different
locations,
and
so
that
gives
us
the
opportunity
to
let
people
know,
because
we
know,
even
though
northern
part
of
Mexico
of
the
right,
what
we
got
it's
our
main
market
during
most
of
the
year.
We
know
because
of
the
service
that
we
conduct
that,
during
the
longer
periods
of
vacation,
like
seven
Assunta,
we.
I
G
G
G
Me
even
the
first
one
at
the
whole
group
and
with
the
second
one,
is
Estella
the
wrong
table
of
the
the
different
of
travel
agents.
And
then
we
also
have
a
sales
rep
in
both
the
right,
someone
Jimenez
and
he
joined
us
last
meeting.
And
he
does
South
sales
visits
with
travel
agents
during
the
month.
And
this
is
amidst
of
the
travel
agents
and
he
visited
during
the
bigger.
G
D
Which
is
enough,
it
didn't
make
the
second
time
with
this
report
of
our
top
10
countries
for
retirees
which
are
from
reader
response
on
their
publications
that
we
have
ads
in
as
well
as
our
daily
cause
that
Daily
Mail
app.
So
this
calls
emails
or
social
media
or
website.
So
these
are
the
top
10
countries,
the
top
ten
states
for
the
month
of
February.
G
G
We
could
not
only
this
when
you
can
track
everything
better,
so
work
for
transition
and
we'll
still
transitioning
sales
is
completely
transition
services,
it's
in
the
process
of
transitioning
as
well
as
marketing,
but
we're
really
happy
with
the
new
software
and
then
allows
it
to
to
report
on
a
more
detailed
basis.
Everything
that
we
have
when.
G
C
E
G
G
G
G
Most
of
the
staff
has
a
good
grasp
of
the
destination
of
what
we
do
Atlas.
We
would
like
to
invite
you.
Whenever
you
have
a
chance,
we
have
a
program
called
the
10
agent
training
and
so
what
we
do
and
it's
organized
Mensa
services,
it's
basically
a
quick
tour
of
Laredo,
quick
being
from
8:00
in
the
morning
to
3
p.m.
this
date,
or
it's
a
quicker.
B
C
G
G
We
could
not
for
everything.
I
know
that
Pio
is
working
with
Lena,
does
a
good
job
of
tracking
everything
in
social
media.
So
any
hashtag
any
comment
all
that
very
nice
example
of
that,
in
terms
of
the
general
and
in
the
news
I
know,
Pio
has
been
working
on
pending
a
system
that
there's
one
called
meltwater
that
can
alert
us
when
there
is
anything
created,
but
in
terms
of
social
media
I
know
that's
an
inner
each
other.
Here's.
M
G
C
M
G
Which
is
the
idea
of
the
hashtag
that
it
becomes
known
only
for
the
visitor,
but
that
community,
because
that
helps
us
get
the
message
through
when
you're
visiting
a
destination?
You
want
to
see
what
the
locals
wanted
and
you
want
to
see
what
are
the
local
favorites
and
to
having
the
hashtag,
although
that
allows
us
for
one.
