Description
10-04-18 Convention and Visitors Bureau Advisory Committee
A
A
A
C
So
I
know
I've
presented
before
a
couple
of
times,
but
I
think
there's
folks
in
the
room
who
maybe
haven't
seen
your
presentation
as
well,
more
or
less
from
the
top.
So
the
project
is
a
public-private
partnership
between
the
city
and
Vascular
Palafox,
which
is,
which
is
the
company
that
owns
the
hotel.
The
purpose
of
this
project
is
obviously
it's
doable.
It's
largely
tourism
is
to
grow
our
tourism
market
with
stop
I.
C
Think
all
of
you
know
what's
been
happening
downtown
over
the
last
few
decades
is
pretty
deteriorated,
so
this
project
is,
is
intended
to
be
a
piece
that
helps
that
revival
that
revitalization
there's
other
segments
that
that
play
an
important
part
in
redeveloping
and
revitalizing
downtown.
But
this
particular
project
seeks
to
be
an
important
piece,
and
that
makes
so
the
proposal
when
you
have
the
area
before
you
and
your
back
chic.
In
fact,
she
actually
is
a
lot
more
question
and
answers
that
we
had
over
last
year.
C
B
C
Around
pets,
southeast
and
the
907
carpeting
then
comes
back
around
the
parking
lot
at
907
the
facility,
the
project
still
in
feasibility.
We
are
still
very
much
engaged
now
with
the
the
financing
that's
going
to
be
procured,
hopefully
with
proposition
B
we're
right
in
the
middle
of
that.
So
this
November
we'll
we
will
learn,
hopefully
favorably,
that
that
will
fall
in
place
the
center
in
terms
of
functional
spaces
about
it's.
C
C
Not
quite
but
almost
one-to-one
in
function
space,
then
pre
function
and
support
and
service
base.
So
what
that
means
is
that
if
you
have
50,000
square
feet
of
functions
based
meeting
room,
you're,
probably
gonna
have
another.
Fifty
thousand
square
feet
of
service
service
corridors,
mechanical
rooms
for
lawyers,
Lobby
areas,
admin
space,
earning
on
it
as
a
bit
of
information
and
lecithin.
Those
as
I
was
pushing
back
with
the
architect
about
the
quantity.
C
C
C
How
we
get
to
the
30
cent
million
that
will
cost
to
build
a
new
center
right
and
it's
simple
math.
So
if
I
give
you
do
50
thousand
in
function
space
at
another
50
multiply
that
times
300
you
have
10
million
dollars.
It's
faith.
It's
essentially
a
formula
that
it's
a
simple
math,
so
it
looks
at
bringing
obviously
a
a
mix
of
modern
within
in
the
midst
of
those
two
historical
homes,
ghusl
decent
907.
C
C
C
Essentially,
what
you
see
in
the
yellow
line
is
what
we
consider
a
project
area
within
the
other
line,
and
then
there's
we've
been
talking
to
GSA
about
this
property
now,
for
a
very
long
time,
a
year
and
a
half
we're
finally
getting
to
a
point
where
they're
indicating
us
what
they
would
like
to
see
for
what's
preferred
to
them,
there's
various
options
that
they
will
come
back
to,
but
ultimately
we
will.
We
will
end
up
its
parking
on
the
riverfront.
Okay,
so
for
clarity,
all
the
new
spaces
isn't
in
reddish
pinkish.
C
That's
located
is
parking,
and
maybe
a
dock
that's
proposed
downstairs
for
at
the
riverfront
level,
to
maybe
one
built
for
service
purposes.
So
in
its
finality
we
think
there
will
be
some
version
right
now.
The
proposal
is
is
to
come
down
the
down
ramp.
We've
have
a
new
proposed
ramp,
bring
you
right
down
this
elevation
still
the
same,
there's
actually
a
parking
there,
and
this
will
take
you
in
this
would
bring
your
out.
Then
you
would
go
off
the
same
way
we
have
began.
C
Looking
at
traffic
patterns
will
continue
to
serve
a
more
comprehensive
traffic
study
once
we
get
to
full
schematic
design
in
terms
of
flows,
but
essentially
our
our
main
arrival
is
going
to
be
dumb
down.
The
ramp
is
the
way
we
have
it
right
now
there,
with
working
with
the
government.
There
could
be
other
options
that
they'll
bill
they
might
prefer
and
we
might
have
to
negotiate
and
agree
to,
but
essentially.
B
C
Need
riverfront
parking
for
this.
We
Department
for
this
to
work,
so
just
just
for
clarity's
I
know,
there's
folks
out
there
that
perhaps
are
saying
well
some
of
its
in
the
it's,
not
the.
So,
if
you're
on
the
side,
I
will
say:
you're
gonna
walk
right
into
the
facility,
the
different
facilities,
different
buildings.
This.
E
B
E
C
C
C
C
B
C
Essentially,
your
foyer
areas,
there's
restrooms
here
restrooms
here.
This
is
kind
of
like
a
an
entryway
that
comes
from
the
top
of
the
net
from
the
bottom,
with
an
escalator
and
it's
kind
of
visible
to
the
whole
space
right
here
and,
of
course,
the
homes
and
I'm
going
through
the
whole
presentation,
Russel
and
everybody
else.
It
I
know
some
of
you've
heard
it
before,
but
I
want
everybody
to
have
the
benefit
of
of
that.
So
how
many
of
you
have
been
have
not
been
Takei,
so
please
everybody
has
been
so
there's
really
only
one
one.
E
C
That
I've
seen
that
could
be
that
could
take
traffic
and
that's
the
carriage
house,
which
really
are
just
storage,
and
that
has
a
concrete
floor
via
N
and
maybe
the
classroom
right
though
that's
right
next
to
them,
but
everything
else
is
special
event
space.
It's
not
high
traffic
and
continue,
probably
in
that
shape
and
form
the
systems
they're
all
outdated.
In
fact,
so
mechanical
will
get
updated,
electrical
will
get
updated.
C
C
C
Much
better
shape
it
has
an
awesome.
What
I
think
could
be
a
nice
board
room
upstairs
it
has
a
decent,
open,
high
ceiling
first
floor,
there's
about
3,700
square
feet
in
that
house,
so
the
architect,
the
art
of
the
way,
the
architects
kind
of
designed
it
is
kind
of
like
creating
by
honest
between
an
existing
historical
building
and
a
new
building
with,
like
that's
that's
his
vision
for
for
that
any
questions
of
Peter.
C
E
C
B
C
The
more
recent
information
which
is
how
is
this
being
financed,
so
it's
it's,
it's
multi-faceted
so
part
of
it-
is
the
city's
anticipated
commitment,
which
is
somewhere
between
31
and
33
million.
That
includes
12
million
in
proceeds
from
Mozilla,
the
Civic
Center
4
million
and
recently
allocated
Capital
Improvement
funds
and
then
about
we
think
proposition
B.
The
passage
of
it
could
potentially
raise
the
financing
that
will
result
from
that
will
raise
12
to
18
million.
C
Costs
are
paid
by
FAFSA,
that's
under
the
proposed,
the
MOU
for
the
future
project
development
agreement,
so
I
need
any
studies.
All
the
studies
in
any
costs
related
to
marketing
and
to
this
point
anything
that
that
soft
is
being
borne
by
by
Palafox
by
fasiqun.
Today,
I
think,
we've
and
I
think
there's
a
slight
war
over
a
million
dollars
just
in
in
fees
and
costs
of.
C
Part
of
that,
so
the
split
3374
now
one
of
the
requests
that
the
city
made
was
that
the
hotel
become
part
of
the
network,
either
Marriott
or
Hilton.
In
doing
so,
the
hotel
needs
some
some
retrofitting
and
some
upgrades,
that's
probably
gonna
cost
or
not.
Probably
we
have
an
estimate
of
it's
going
to
cost
about
7.1
million.
So
that's
part
of
the
17,
the
home,
the
two
properties,
this
one
I
was
the
ballroom
property
and
the
907
are
right
under
three
million.
That's
about
two
point:
nine
three.
We
think
in
value.
C
Contextual
fees,
project
management-
all
of
that
that
would
be
involved
with
the
project
questions
here.
Did
this
change?
I
can
change
depends
on
how
much
is
raised
in
terms
of
of
the
the
financing,
the
12
to
18
million
so
but
the
facility
kind
of
giving
you
work
where
the
scope
comes
from
right
in
terms
of
sites
the
ballroom
is
everything
needs
to
be.
What
we've
learned
is
to
keep
their
some
of
you.
C
F
C
They're,
at
least
from
from
our
side,
you
know
there
are
Plan
B,
B's
and
C's.
I
would
think
that
from
the
city
side
they
certainly
would
have
that
those
conversations,
the
money
that's
being
raised-
is
still
a
lot
of
money,
but
it's
not
like
I
said
before:
it's
not
fifty
million-
it's
not
thirty
million.
It's
twelve
to
eighteen
million
to
make
this
project
whole
and
that's
helpful,
because
the
city
already
has
some
of
the
money
in
the
bank.
So
to
speak.
To
make
this
to
start
this
project
there's
facing
that
could
occur.
C
B
C
Some
renovation
in
the
area
they're
already
doing
utility
work,
so
some
of
the
some
of
the
work
is
already
happening
like
when
we
talked
about
it,
bringing
infrastructure
to
the
site.
Some
of
the
work
is
mostly
done:
I
can't
on
sewer
and
drainage.
Most
of
that
is
right.
Next
to
our
site.
It
was
just
completed
about
a
year
too
they're
doing
water
upgrades
right
on
cider
Wilson.
So
those
are
those
are
things
that
there
probably
don't
have
to
be
in
this
budget.
B
C
C
You're
still
need
meeting
rooms,
so
you
need
another
half
that
needs
to
be
meeting
rooms.
The
added
benefit
is
that
you
have
two
homes
that
have
about
9,000
square
feet
of
flexible
special
event
space.
You
don't
have
to
build
it
into
the
site.
You
already
have
those
that
the
counties
pledge
castle
decent
907
would
be
donated.
So.
B
B
C
C
C
Is
part
of
that
we
spent
more
than
a
million
bucks
for
up-to-date
on
feasibility
and
pre
development.
This
is,
and
there
is
a
study
it's
being
loaded
up
today
on
the
website,
so
we
have
the
HBS,
our
Hospital
hospitality
and
leisure
consultant
tests
provided-
and
he
was
before
this
committee
before
has
done
an
update
on
what
he
thinks
is
going
to
be
the
potential
economic
impact.
So
that's
the
that's.
C
It's
on
a
PowerPoint
type
I
can
send
it
to
you
all
or
you
could
pull
it
off
the
radar,
our
presenter
website,
so
with
with
the
the
financial
leveraging
that's
happening
with
through
proposition
B
I've
kind
of
already
talked
about
this,
but
the
increases
are
2%
to
the
hotel,
occupancy
tax
and
5%
to
the
car
rental
tax.
And
that's
that's
kind
of
what
we
we
think,
and
most
of
this
is
coming
through
the
city
in
terms
of
prospects
for
the
amount
to
be
raised.
But
that's
that's
the
amount.
B
C
Our
consultant,
the
host
hotel,
doesn't
keep
all
the
rooms
right.
So
there's
folks,
particularly
when
you're,
when
you're
doing
regional
events
folks
stay
at
other
hotels,
so
there's
a
sharing.
Obviously
the
majority
will
stay
at
local
side
of
it.
They'll
be
a
sharing
with
other
hotels,
between
25
to
30
percent.
C
Over
20,
very
20
to
30%
are
shared
in
other
nearby
calamity
or
where,
if
there's
a
preference,
so
I
think
our
goal
is
to
become
if,
if
things
improve
in
Mexico
and
other
things
align,
though
there'll
be
a
obviously
a
growth
that
we
will
take
care
of
any
concern,
we
would
have
right,
but
not
having
that
we're
gonna
have
to
work
hard
at
drumming
up
these
conferences
that
maybe
perhaps
didn't
look
at
it's,
because
we
didn't
have
a
site.
We
didn't
have
a
host
hotel
and
get
into
that
circuit.
C
C
Important
when
you
visit
with
folks
and
for
Eagle
to
is
the
conference,
editor
is
going
to
be
tax,
payable,
no
funding
that
that
all
taxpayer
funds
are
being
used
in
the
conference
center
nothing's
being
used
in
the
hotel
site
is-
and
that's
that's
important-
sometimes
in
here
and
different
people
talking
about,
but
that
distinction
needs
to
be
players.
Taxpayer
money
is
not
being
used
on
Kandra
private,
it's
the
other
way
around.
The
private
sector
is
actually
contributing
land
and
funding
for
the
project.
That's.
F
C
C
By
corridor
to
the
hotel
right
makes
your
quarterly.
The
conference
center
is
a
public
space,
so
any
hotel
could
connect
whether
they
have
small
meetings
or
conferences.
They
can
actually
connect
a
lot
of
them
and
he
was
at
the
percentage
of
the
chamber
week
ago.
We
can
have
to
go.
They
had
the
gentleman
who's
coming
in
from
cold
storage,
building
a
new
facility,
and
so
he's
saying
I'm
looking
for
a
venue
to
have
60
to
70
people
he's
still
looking
like
that
baby
was
still
looking.
He
was
looking
for
a
place.
C
In
other
hotels,
that's
I
think
if
next
day,
that's
respectfully,
if
you're
in
another
hotel
to
work
another
hotel,
you
should
look
at
this
facility
as
just
an
added
amenity
and
extension
to
what
you
could
offer,
or
you
already
offering
your
your
client
base
here.
Your
consumer
I
know
I
used
to
do
energy
work
and
our
guy
he's
always
stayed
at
the
Embassy
Suites,
that's
what
they
did
in
all
our
we
had
21
companies
under
our
Association
and
now
is
the
arrangement.
So
there
was
loyalty.
There
was
reasons
for
that
right
royalty.
C
C
C
We
have
to
finalize
her
agreement
with
the
city
we
currently
are
still
in
an
MoU
status
without
a
development
agreement,
so
you'll
see
as
we
move
forward
that
obviously
we're
hoping
for
the
passage
of
proposition
B
and
they
can
get
on
after
this
get
on
to
schematics,
more
detail
in
terms
of
art
of
art,
our
plans
and
then
I
change
this
this
morning,
I
think
my
last
presentation
still
has
spring,
but
the
reality
set
on
me.
The
architect
needs
about
six
to
eight
months
to
fully
design
this.
So
now
we're
up
started.
I
You
know
the
church,
the
museum's
blossom
and
you
know,
concern
about
how
the
historic
buildings
are
going
to
be
programmed
and
used
and
then
also
strategies
for
construction
so
that
they
don't
impact
negatively
like
we've
had
construction
outside
Russell
Street
that
has
severely
damaged
that
we're
building
doesn't
rely
on
the
museum
it
it
has.
You
know
cracked
roof
almost
fell
in.
It
was
just
really
sad.
There's
a
lot
of
buildings
that
are
affected
by
movement,
especially
those
yes,.
B
I
C
The
from
the
fasiqun
site,
we've
proposed
to
oversee
the
construction
as
part
of
the
development
team,
and
then
we
are
obviously
the
city
will
have
a
team
that
will
that
will
work
jointly
with
us,
and
you
know
we're
seeing
that
I
think
I
think
the
model
that
was
used,
that
the
outlet
Shoppes
was
very
effective.
I
know
some
of
the
team
members
air
and
it
was
a
continuous,
weekly
weekly
process.
C
So,
very
specifically,
if
you
know
Bill
Steve
he's
the
project
lead
for
Raskin
I've
got
a
construction
background
as
well,
so
I'll
be
involved
and
Frank
rough
muskies,
specifically
working
with
us
on
the
historical
home,
so
you'll
be
part
of
that.
So
there'll
be
there'll,
be
a
good
set
of
eyes.
We've
talked
about
with
blessings
of
maybe
setting
up
a
working
committee.
That
kind
of
meets
we're
like
right.
Now
we
have
a
working
committee
with
less
youth.
C
Oh
there's
three
of
us
that
we
every
we
have
a
call,
and
so
maybe
keeping
that
going
through
construction
so
that
nothing
surprises
us
I
personally
have
work
that
on
downtown
at
different
countries
through
Bethany
house
tons
of
surprises
from
cisterns
that
you
find
to
humidity
coming
from
the
soil,
because
you're
so
close
to
the
river
there's
veins
there.
So
we
expect
that
there
behind
the
castle
of
these,
and
actually
when
you're,
going
down
to
park
in
the
garage
level
saga.
C
B
C
We
have
off-site
work
to
do,
sidewalks
that
you
know
that
have
poles
in
and
we're
hoping
that
we
can
get
that
underground,
its
goodness.
That's,
not
cheap,
but
I.
Think
if
we
can
clean
up
from
some
folks
who
go
all
the
way
as
far
as
far
into
the
close
to
convent
as
we
can
I
think
that
would
be
helpful.
So
those
conversations
have
already
started
and
we
haven't
cost
them
out
yet,
but
I
think.
C
I
was
surprised
and
happily
surprised
to
see
that
some
of
the
sewer
infrastructure
is
very,
is
a
block
away
from
us
like
on
right
next
to
la
posada
on
the
south
side,
both
drains.
So
to
connect
to
that
that's
a
brand
new
line.
I
mean
we
have
that's
acute
savings.
The
fact
that
utilities
is
already
replacing
sewer
on
the
on
the
side
also
site
and
then
soon
to
come,
water,
that's
as
well
an
advantage.
C
We
also
learned
the
other
day
through
the
terse
a
terse
meeting
here
in
this
room
that
eight-piece
pretty
much
done
with
their
upgrades.
They
spent
fifty
million
dollars
in
it
downtown
upgrades
to
their
network,
so
that
there's
capacity
there
and
they
basically
have
told
us-
you
just
have
to
give
us
a
space
to
put
your
your
transformer
in
your
property.
C
C
We're
gonna
in
this
case
son
I,
was
the
ballroom
will
come
down,
it's
not
historical,
but
that's
a
big
structure
and-
and
we
have
we're
gonna-
have
to
shore
up
old
castle
piece
and
9:07,
as
we
do
that
so
it'll
probably
have
to
be
done
about
hand.
A
large
part
of
that
will
have
to
be
done
by
any
other
questions.
C
G
C
That
is
amazing
to
me.
It
hasn't
been
determined.
Some
folks
think
it's
too
modern.
It's
there's
too
much
metal.
The
metal
is
expensive,
so
it
also
comes
back
to
numb
to
numbers.
It's
you
know.
Obviously
we
don't
want
to
replicate
a
1872
home
I
mean
that
would
look
I,
don't
think
most
people
would
put
enjoy.
Seeing
you
know
a
replica
necessarily,
but
I
think
there
needs
to
be
the
right
blend
couple.
G
C
Think
a
lot
of
modern
that
way
in
our
tours
there's
all
kinds
like
Macallan
has
a
real
nice.
What
seems
to
me,
like
Spanish
with
wood,
makes
San
Marcos
is
more
your
traditional
hotel,
because
it
was
kind
of
an
extension
of
the
hotel
corpus
has
a
lot
of
glass
in
metal,
whereas
corpus
is
entirely
differently,
but.
B
C
And
New
Braunfels
is
an
old
night
student
table,
but
it's
an
it
was
a
prior
community
center
that
got
expanded.
So
there's
all
kinds
of
variations,
this
art
of
the
architect,
Rankin
architects-
is
likes
the
metal.
You
know
the
metal
theme
and
look
it'll
have
to
blend.
I
know
that
the
city
manager
has
at
least
impressed
on
me
that
better
there
has
to
be
an
extended
discussion
about
how
we
blend
particularly
on
side.
K
C
So
we
talked
about
having
two
front
doors.
The
side
I
will
send
in
the
south
side
how
much
it
depends
on
also
how
much
land
the
government
grants
to
us
on
the
south
side
how
we,
but
for
sure
the
hotel
needs
to
the
south
side
seldom
does
it
get
a
drive-up?
You
know
you
never
get
a
drive
up
the
coast,
south
side,
that's
gonna
change!
So
if.
C
C
For
the
potential
of
parking
down
here
where
people
are
parking,
there's
actually
spaces
design,
but
the
government
owns
north,
oh
the
down
map,
and
then
these
lighter
gray
there
there's
their
parking
lots
that
at
one
point
in
this
process,
they
asked
us
to
build
out
for
them.
Actually,
this
one's
already
built
out
were
just
accommodating
the
gate
and
then.
C
Extending
the
current
the
current
lining
fence
line
down
there,
which
is
like
a
bluff,
is
probably
right
here,
so
we're
extending
that
with
a
retaining
wall
and
then
bring
it
all
the
way
over.
I
can
tell
you
right
now:
it's
going
to
look
different
based
on
what
we're
hearing
from
them.
So
it
may
be
more
condensed.
We
may
end
up
on
this
side,
but
essentially
we
know
that
la
posada
has
about
300
parking
spaces.
C
We
probably
should
be
some
500
plus
parking
spaces
now
parking
is
is,
is
important,
but
you
have
a
one
block
from
here.
You
have
800
parking.
Space
scores
are
leased
to
the
other
trucks,
but
you
have
another
800
or
so
spaces.
So
you
really
have
108
hundred
cars
coming.
You
have
in
the
riverfront
you
the
parking
so.
C
G
C
C
C
B
C
C
G
C
In
this
process,
I
mean
that
we
started
off
as
a
conference
team,
but
when
we're
doing
all
kinds
of
work
so
redevelopment
you
know,
meeting
with
our
bar
owners
and
making
sure
you
know
stuff
is-
is
responsive
on
both
sites,
public
and
private.
So
it's
it's
a
I.
Think
it's
a
good
time
for
downtown.
You
know
this
is
this?
Isn't
gonna
fix
downtown
on
its
own?
Like
it's
gonna
take
us
to
entertainment.
You
know
beautification
people
working
together,
both
private
and
intersection,
yeah
for
structure.
You
know
it's.
I
L
This
is
the
combination
of
folks
that
city
managers
depends
depends
on
what
comes
in
your
door
and
which
one
of
us
gets
it
from
one
and
I
have
been
meeting
with
Jose
and
Loretta
Lane
streets
and
the
downtown
bar
Alliance
recently,
so
it
just
the
city.
Managers
got
several
of
us
working
on
different
aspects
and
obviously
the
convention
stars.
My
project
was
one
so.
B
L
K
B
C
We
started
a
round
table
and
I
think
from
there.
You'll
seal
I
think
it'll
graduate
to
something
more
formal,
but
at
least
we
want
it.
Everybody
kind
of
talking
and
synergizing
is
there's
a
lot
of
energy
I
mean
when
you're.
When
you
open
up
a
business,
I've
done
I
know
you,
you
get
real
excited,
you
know
and
I
know,
there's
other
people
like
and
that
just
excited
you
mean
you're
real,
committed
finance
company.
It's
got
to
work,
so
the
bar
associations,
the
bar
associations,
kind
of
tiny
and
now
you're
gonna,
see
monthly.
C
C
That's
a
lot,
that's
a
lot
of
courses,
and
most
of
that
are
part
of
the
bar
scene,
but
I
need
to
start.
You
know
you
can't
have
a
restaurant,
you
don't
have
people
down
so
the
residential
piece
outside
of
this.
For
me,
as
I
wear,
other
paths
is
to
bring
it
start,
bringing
residential
back
and
not
so
much
low-income
housing,
but
market
houses
that
folks
can
can
live
down
here
and
sustained
I've.
F
Always
I
mean
people
are
asking,
you
know
with
regard
what's
going
on
downtown
well,
who
do
you
talk
to?
How
do
you
get
to
know
what's
available
or
not
available,
and
those
are
all
questions
that
need
to
be
answered
and
how
who's
in
charge
of
that
but
you're
right
I
mean
it.
There's
gotta
be
a
assume.
L
That
was
sitting
as
a
request
then
come
to
us
not
just
through
this
committee,
but
also
through
the
private
sector,
about
having
someone
that
can
be
focused
on
and
address
specific,
very
specific
things,
but
also
just
in
a
global
manner.
So
I
know
that
something
that
what
else
has
been
thinking
about,
but
he
really
hasn't
come
forward
with
with
anything
to
us
in
terms
of
staff.
Yet
you.
F
M
L
I
well,
he
left
the
city
for
a
little
while
he
went
to
a
little
LDF
at
the
time.
He
also
did
another
military
tour
of
duty,
and
then
he
came
back
to
us
and
then
I,
don't
I,
don't
know
if
that
position
ever
if
that
was
about
reading
in
that
department,
but
I
know
that
that
position
isn't
particularly
exist.
L
C
F
C
You
just
just
call
me
and
say:
hey,
you
know:
we've
got
a
group
we'd
like
to
bring
over
I
think
it
also
helps
to
kind
of
get
a
sense
of
the
space
there
right
where
you
are
so
that
the
words
went
up
this
weekend,
but
because
of
humidity
the
way
they
they
assemble
them,
they
didn't
stick
so
they're,
actually
putting
them
back
up
today.
So
we
should
be
ready
to
start
having
folks
visit,
though-
and
this
is
not
just
for
the
camp-
this
will
stay
until
we
see
this
through.
C
F
C
C
B
F
H
C
We're
gonna
figure
out
if
I
we
keep,
keep
it
open
for
a
certain
time
or
certain
days,
and
then
the
rest
can
be
just
on
the
schedule,
but
just
how
many
these
exhibits,
where
you
can?
Okay,
where
because
they're
just
Worthing
in
a
park,
there's
no
parking
well,
the
fact
this
is
there
is
a
plan
to
address
parking
and
by
the
way
it
will
be
free
at
least
the
way
it's
proposed.
So
it's.
N
B
N
F
N
A
page
seven
and
we
are
working
on
different
events.
We
have,
we
have
a
DC
fault,
so
most
of
the
preparation
happened
in
September
and
I
also
attended,
as
I
mentioned,
affirming
the
PTI,
a
stomach
which
is
a
Texas
Travel,
Industry
Association
stomach.
They
gave
me
a
opportunity
to
see
what's
coming
for
the
industry,
seeing
where
we're
at
in
terms
of
only
other
cities,
both
attractions
and
what,
how
we
are
in
terms
of
legislation
not
only
for
Texas
but
the
relation
with
level,
and
so
the
rest
of
my
report.
I'll
go.
N
Added
the
upcoming
you
medics
parked
over
a
member
and
just
the
assembly,
the
follow-up
to
the
report
that
I
showed
last
time.
This
is
a
month
of
office,
so
I
gave
you
that
time
from
January
to
July.
This
is
the
month
of
August
and
we
have
two
peaks
one
in
the
first
weekend
and
the
other
one
in
the
second
weekend.
These
again,
the
events
that
I
showed
here
are
events
that
might
have
affected
weekend,
not
for
sure,
but
we
added
all
the
events
that
happen
in
those
weekends
that
might
have
affected
the
occupancy.
For
that.
E
E
It
was
that
the
maximum,
so
we
had
about
little
worth
between
6070
golfers,
for
the
tournament
so
would
give
up
$1,500
to
1/2
students
being
on
a
male,
so
I'm,
almost
the
female
list
from
United
South,
High,
School
and
us
from
learning
high
school.
So
it
was
a
good
event.
We're
trying
to
make
it
bigger,
make
it
better
and
then
the
other
things
that
I
think
the
whole
department
is
working
us
on.
The
Black
Friday
makes
it
to
Mexico
media
and
in
travel
agents
pack.
E
J
My
present
face
10
I'm,
not
highlight
in
my
my
apoyo
I
stopped
him
and
we
hosted
that
convention,
which
is
a
combined
law
enforcement
Association
of
Texas.
They
were
here.
They
brought
about
300
attendees
for
the
conference.
They
had
about
150
rooms,
a
la
posada
hotel,
so
it
was
a
great
conference.
They
hosted
at
the
derailleur
Center
for
the
Arts.
Everybody
was
very
happy,
they
left
very
happy
and
wanting
to
come
back
to
the
radio.
So
if
you
have
any
other
questions
on
my
replay
does.
E
B
N
See
we're
seeing
conferences-
and
this
is
not
the
first
time
I
mention
teams
had
already
been
here.
They
came
back
and
now
they
came
back
again
and
we
see
this
repeat
business
once
we
get
the
conference
here,
they
love
it
and
they
want
to
come
back.
We
already
got
calls
for
conference
that
we
hosted
five
years
ago
were
backing
that
rotation
and
they're
already
calling
us
and
asking
us
if
we
we
want
a
bit
and
help
them
benefit.
So
we
see
that
repeat
business
with
with
some
of
our
counseling
work.
Yes,.
J
And
then,
of
course,
I
wanted
to
write
everybody
to
our
coming
out
there
and
we're
partnering
up
with
the
web
Coney
heritage
movies
on
the
patio.
This
Friday,
of
course,
we're
going
to
continue
to
support
the
two
of
different
events
for
the
moving
on
the
patio.
We
would
not
have
coming
out
there
on
those
dates,
but
this
Friday
we
invite
everybody
to
come.
It's
gonna
be
a
lot
of
fun.
Coming
up,
then
we'll
start
from
6:00
to
8:00.
J
We're
gonna
have
activities
for
the
kids,
we'll
have
fear,
which
is
a
haunted
house
or
to
have
some
characters.
They
are
dressed
up
characters
and
then
we'll
go
on
to
the
movie
movies
on
the
patio
which
we'll
be
promoting.
What
we
start
at
yesterday
to
promote
under
a
I
and
I.
So,
though,
we'll
be
doing
that
today,
as
we.
J
D
Contracts
are
proposals
amongst
have
been
sent
over
this
city
home
for
placement
on
the
City
Council
agenda
for
October
15.
So
hopefully
that
will
get
a
straight
way
that
a
nice
been
coming
to
this
live
here
and,
aside
from
that
I'm
working
with
staff
and
specifically
I
nobody
not,
and
we
have
these
little
marketing
team
to
put
together
an
itinerary
for
the
Mexican
media.
That's
coming
in
for
our
modernization
tour.
We
will
be
splitting
up
the
groups
between
the
travel
agents
and
our
media
partners
to
show
the
media.
N
To
give
you
an
idea,
this
event-
we've
usually
done
it
in
month
of
it
so
we've
had.
We
travel
the
group
of
us
traveled
to
motivate
to
have
a
press
conference,
and
we've
done
that
for
several
years
he
hears
already
and
this
time
we
wanted
to
like
change
it.
A
little
bit.
We've
had
a
great
success
in
month
away,
but
we
want
to
keep
everybody
excited
about
the
event
and
so
we're
bringing
a
group
of
travel
agents
and
a
group
of
media
to
have
the
for
the
event
here.
N
I
N
We
have
so
we
have
a
limited
because
of
the
bus,
so
there's
going
to
be
none
more
than
50
people
and
usually
they
travel
in
pairs.
So
travel
agents-
yes,
Charlie's
its
immediate
traveling
pairs
media
because
they
have,
they
usually
have
the
Botox
and
the
reporter
and
the
travel
adjust.
That's
just
how
they
work,
and
so
we
calculate
that
we're
gonna
have
probably
10
10
media
outlets
and
the
rest
of
those
elements.
B
N
We
have
were
aiming
for
the
key
media
in
a
month
alight
and
then
the
travel
agents.
We
are
working
well,
someone
else
in
and
are
working
on
figuring
out
what
the
best
group
is
really
looking
at,
except
finding
the
group
so
that
we
make
sure
there
are
potential
travel
agents
that
can
bring
groups
to
the
rhythm.
I
N
So
would
bring
them
on
Monday
really
early
and
we
have
my
mehta
nari
already
drafted
and
we're
taking
them
several
places.
We
know
that
we
can't
take
them
to
every
single
hotel,
unfortunately
or
every
single
attraction.
So
what
we're
gonna
do
is
we're
going
to
have
a
mini
trade
show
for
them,
so
they
can
meet
with
all
the
attractions
and
meet
with
most
of
the
hotels
and
have
that
opportunity
to
negotiate,
because
that's
especially
and
that's
that
portion
of
the
event
is
for
the
travel
agents.
N
F
N
N
Offer
their
information
and
that
way
they
have
an
opportunity
to
speak
to
every
hotel
that
might
be
interested
instead
of
just
doing
one
or
two
hotels
and
then
the
rest
don't
have
the
option.
So
that
is
for
the
travel
agents
and
then
the
rest
of
the
time
is
a
tort.
It's
from
basically
they're
gonna
start
Monday
reading
reading
when
they
need
one
thermite
and
they're
gonna
in
here
in
Laredo
Tuesday
about
three
and
they
go
back
to
two.
N
N
And
they
usually
would
be
like.
Ok,
we
have
time,
but
this
time
we
know
so
we're
scheduling
ourselves.
We're
scheduling
that
Walmart
after
10
run,
so
that
they
can
go
and
shop
and
have
some
time
and
so
we're
adding
that
for
everybody
and
then
the
media
is
going
to
have
a
different,
a
different
tour.
So
they
can
see
some
of
the
new
things
that
we
have.
N
So
we're
really
excited
he's
done
it
before
number,
the
two
groups,
but
we've
dumped
tourists
with
with
media
which
don't
count
towards
metropolis.
F
N
N
The
of
it
so
we
are
featuring
word
working
with
the
outlet,
the
of
the
descent
of
your
location
for
the
tradeshow
and
then
that's
then
we're
going
to
have
like
a
small
press
event
at
the
water
museum
and
we're
also
going
to
happen.
The
final
luncheon
is
going
to
be
at
the
mall,
so
we're
kind
of
like.
M
Of
that
website
like
this
and
we're
working
in
the
pom
jokes
for
the
media,
with
deathly,
silence,
adina-in
Jacob
I,
would
understand.
We
have
a
getaway
and
a
giveaway
for
the
Black
Friday,
so
it's
not
to
promote
NBC
path
or
farther
hotels.
Restaurants,
structures
to
make
this
plan
for
this
for
the
next
I
know
we're
working
with
another
I
believe
around
the
new
today,
a
little
mecha
Sione's
for
Mexico
and
the
ITT
from
the
u.s.
to
a
star
than
your
than
the
name
is
secure.
So
we
need
to
start
the
new
plan
for
the.
A
N
Reporters
and
basic
and
they
participate
in
the
master
room,
drill
tournament,
and
this
is
to
promote,
even
though
we're
not
organized
ourselves,
but
there
they
will
be
a
big
fat
barbecue
event
this
year,
organized
by
the
nonprofit.
So
we
saw
it
as
a
good
opportunity
to
invite
the
Mexican
grillers
to
this
events
and
we
participated
dizzy.
This
was
a
co-op
with
travel
in
Texas
and
the
office
of
the
governor,
the
the
tourism
office
of
the
office
of
the
governor.
So
we
participated
with
them.
N
N
This
is
a
meeting
penetration
where
we
have
been
participating
for
several
years
now
and
it
has
been
successful
because
we
we've
got
good
contacts
that
have
we
gone
to
to
customary
law
and
then
come
to
to
our
city
or
logistic
centers,
especially,
and
so
it's
become
a
good
source
of
contact
sport
for
that,
the
through
some
marketing
and
sales
regional
come
a
congress
where
they
have
the
opportunity
to
lead
with
tour
operators
and
tourism
students.
So
we
can
get
them
interested.
F
N
A
N
N
This
month
we
are
actually
we're
actually
just
moved
to
a
new
system,
so
our
reports
might
change
a
little
bit
in
terms
of
the
increase.
We
kick
up.
The
use
of
our
new
system,
which
is
I,
did
this.
It's
we're
really
excited
because
it
allows
us
to
more
data
report
and
more
of
the
data
that
we
have,
and
so
it's
it's.
We
started
using
it
and
that's.
