Description
11-01-18 Convention & Visitors Bureau Advisory Committee
B
D
F
C
G
Is
consulted
for
fasting
on
the
conference,
everybody
event
and
and
I
think
really.
Priscilla
probably
has
the
latest
from
the
barlines
Julian
was
trying
to
be
here,
but
he's
out
of
town
and
cap
she's
also
trying
to
be
here,
but
he
had
an
event
at
La
Posada
that
he's
gonna
be
at
all
day
today.
So
I
don't
know
if
you
I
think
you
all
discussed
this
meeting
with,
but
the
Alliance
right
yeah.
H
H
We
want
downtown
to
be
the
place
that
you
think
of
when
you
say
like
what
is
there
to
do
today,
let's
go
downtown
and
you
can
pluck
the
strip
moon
and
you
don't
have
to
you
part
once
and
you
don't
have
to
leave
again
because
there's
several
establishments
on
ether,
ministry
and
others
and
popping
up
around
the
area.
So
basically
I
guess
what
the
bar
Alliance
would
really
like
to
see
on
Main
Street
would
really
like
to
see
is
if
the
CV
we
could
somehow
assist
in
that
promotion
of.
H
Like
creating
I
can't
get
the
words
but
creating
like
a
marketing
plan
with
us
that
incorporates
downtown
businesses
so
that
it
starts
marketing
it
as
a
destination,
not
just
the
outlets,
because
downtime
is
not
just
the
outlet.
So
there's
there's
more
things
that
are
now
popping
up
and-
and
we
hope
that
we
can
start
working
with
you
all
to
kind
of
push
that
into
the
marketing
strategies
that
you
will
have
on
your
website
and
really
start
working
together
to
see
how
we
can
push
that
out
of
town
as
well.
You.
D
E
H
D
H
H
D
H
H
Yeah
it
was,
it
was
really
packed.
Everybody
was
really
quite
on
the
first
time
we
did
it.
We
had
nine
participating
bars
and
the
this
the
second
time
around
we
had
almost
well,
we
have
14
and
that
improv
is
almost
all
of
the
parts
that
know
each
other
and
there's
a
couple
that
are
going
to
be
opening
up
soon.
G
This
arts
and
entertainment
piece
or
the
entertainment
piece
a
destination.
So
there's
one
of
the
things
that
and
it's
not
a
criticism
on
anybody
but
bars
as
out
of
the
outlets
as
Louisville,
salad,
whoever
they
tend
to
create
their
own
marketing
effort
right
and
kind
of
capsule,
a
ting,
a
broader,
unnecessarily
a
brand.
But
a
strategy
where
the.
G
D
D
G
Be
I'm
speaking
externally
with
the
outlet
Shoppes
their
branding
now
has
been
broaden
and
be
they
think
they
see
that
value
and
the
more
we
showcase.
Our
entire
downtown
I
think
that
more
people
will
come
and
not
just
locals,
but
also
visitors
for
them
is
trying
to
get
the
locals
into
their
there.
Their
venue,
but
those.
G
D
G
Market
and
he
doesn't
steer
away
from
from
that.
What
we
need
is
to
brand
it
over
a
broader
I
think
it
brought
her
perspectives
from
so
that
so
that
encapsulates
really.
You
knows,
we
know
when
we
say
we're
going
we're
going
downtown
or
a
guest.
Is
that
level
silo
or
at
merio
or
wherever
or
embassy?
You
actually
have.
C
G
D
G
But
it's
an
effort
right
if
you're
gonna,
if
you're
deliverable,
is
a
small
brochure,
that's
available
at
every
hotel
to
move
to
increase
the
level
of
amenities
in
our
city
or
to
at
least
depict
them.
You
would
want
everybody
participating,
but
we
wouldn't
I,
don't
think
that'd
be
good
to
do
without
CBB
being
part
in
in
some
partner
leadership
there,
because.
D
G
G
Basket
and
trying
to
get
the
downtown
clean
and
the
low-hanging
fruit
and
all
of
that,
but
in
terms
of
just
tangible
deliverables,
whether
it
be
on
that
are
digital
on
a
website
or
at
hotels,
you'd
be
good
for
everybody
to
be
an
agreement
over
what
that
should
look
like
Dziedzic
lee
and
message
wise
so
that
it
resonates
outside
of
Laredo
and
brings
more
more
folks
down
here.
That's
my.
H
Opinion
right
there
and
the
bar
Lance
when
we
started
with
them,
it
was
really
for
them
organize
themselves
so
that
they
can
create
a
strategy
also
on
within
themselves.
I
think
it's
really
just
adding
all
of
these
components.
Mainstreet,
that's
also
a
strategy
for
us.
How
can
we
brand
downtown
as
a
destination?
So
I
think
it's
really
just
all
of
these
entities.
You
know
trying
to
really
explode
downtown
and
get
the
word
out
is
really
good.
Is.
H
G
The
role
of
Main
Street
is
important
because
it
keeps
there.
You
know,
there's
me
and
there's
a
signing
sheet
and
there's
things
of
what's
coming
up,
that's
gonna,
be
very
helpful,
is
as
much
as
it
might
seem
rudimentary.
It's
critical
because
folks
are
busy
they're,
usually
not
available
during
the
mornings.
You
know.
G
With
them
even
at
meetings
and
need
to
be
evening
to
me,
it's
it's
getting
to
do
some
sort
of
deliverable,
that's
with
an
accepted
strategy
that
everybody
thinks
okay,
this
works
so
that
it's
a
so
stuff
is
sellable
and
it
means
ruminates
to
two
hotels
in
and
visitors,
so
and
even
just
knowing
you
know
which
bar
belongs
to
which
age
group
so
to
speak.
You
know
because.
G
H
D
G
G
Segments
right,
but
but
the
established
ones
they
have
their
market
pretty
much
saturated
and
in
place
from
my
side
and
just
I
think
maybe
as
a
deliverable
for
this.
This,
for
this
exercise
this
morning,
is
to
maybe
have
a
joint
meeting
between
a
few
reps
come
up
with
what
would
be
a
look
and
feel
or
a
mint
of
strategy.
H
G
G
Does
have
to
show
where
you
can
park
right,
because
there's
got
to
be
at
least
30
spaces,
probably
more
over
there
and
I
was
the
only
one
there
and
then
when
I
left
there
was
three
other
cars.
But
it's
that's
a
block
away
from
the
pub
crawl,
yeah
and,
and
it
means
just
tremendous
traffic
going
to
be
there
drink,
drink
event
and.
G
H
Think
we're
really
relying
on
that
before
we
say.
There's
going
to
be
a
race
and
leaders
are
just
gonna.
Be
that
because
we
really
don't
know
and
if
they're
in
they
might
just
be
in
a
certain
section
for
a
certain
reason,
I
mean
there's
different
strategies
that
were
explained
to
in
the
day
of
the
workshop.
That
can
work
in
different
areas
for
different
different
situations
and.
H
G
H
G
G
B
I
think
just
the
way
it
works
best.
Oh
yeah,
cuz
I
mean
the
city
can't
take
on
all
of
that
responsibility.
No
at
the
private
sector,
there
they're
successful
businesses
and
maybe
with
the
Alliance
and
everything
you
know
they
could
come
up
with
their
strategic
plan,
and
maybe
at
that
time
you
know
bringing
complete
plan
and
see
how
it
all
works,
so
that.
G
A
I
was
going
to
mention
you
know,
since
the
Alliance
I
mean
those
are
the
business
owners
that
are
actually
there
downtown,
they
see
the
traffic
low,
they
understand
the
area.
So
if
you
all
plan
to
have
a
meeting
which
I
definitely
need
that'd
be
fantastic,
they
should
definitely
come
prepared.
You
know
bring
those
because
I
like
we're
saying
with
the
parking.
If
you
endorse
a
certain
area,
I
think
people
are
more
likely
to
go
use
it
because
then
they
feel
a
little
more
secure.
A
Knowing
like
oh
okay,
they're
saying
that
this
is
an
OK
space
like
that's,
usually
a
big
concern
right,
you
just
don't.
If
you
don't
come
downtown
frequently
enough,
you
don't
know
what
to
trust
where
snow
is
safe
for
you.
So
that's
definitely
an
idea.
They
should
come
to
the
meeting
with
you
know
some
proposed
areas
that
you're
interested
in
that
way.
They
can
cross-check
see
if
that's
even
possible
and
then
yeah
bring
you
know.
A
I
mean
devote
the
your
life
needs
to
sit
down
and
kind
of
come
up
with
a
little
Kent
nanak
full
flashed
campaign,
but
you
know
some
messaging
or
what
is
that
you
want
to
say
specifically
and
just
a
bare-bones
outline
of
you
know.
This
is
what
we
want
to
accomplish.
This
is
what
we're
kind
of
thinking
that
way.
A
You
know
you're
bringing
not
maybe
a
fully
finished
product,
but
something
that
the
Seabee
can
advise
on
with
their
experience
and
their
knowledge
of
you
know
what's
worked
and
what
hasn't
and
then
you
know
you
guys
could
be
other
results.
You
have
a
a
pretty
good
something
that
you
can
roll
out
pretty
quickly.
Just
so
long
as
so,
you
know
like
not
to
fully
rely
on
them
like
who's,
doing
what
I'd
say
come
with
as
much
as
possible.
Yeah.
D
H
D
H
K
Wants
to
have
the
nations
right
and
I'll
tell
you
right
now,
I'm
always
looking
for
content.
The
marketing
team
is
always
looking
for
content.
You
know
that
we
have
a
calendar
available,
that's
available
to
the
public.
If
you
know
at
these
six
seven
meetings
that
you
have
I
hope
that
you
all
have
informed
those
bars
that
anybody
can
log
on
create
their
account
for
free
upload,
the
information
upload,
a
flyer
they
can
do
that
at
their
leisure.
K
You
know
because
I'm
also
I
mean
we've
got
a
very
skinny
staff
as
well,
so
we're
trying
to
put
tools
out
there
so
that
anybody
can
go
ahead
and
go
on,
and
you
know
utilize
that
tool
I'd
love
to
be
at
the
table
when
you
all
have
this
meeting,
so
we
can
go
over.
You
know
this
schedule
that
we've
got
you
know
coming
up
for
you
know
2019.
K
D
K
Hotel
with
the
gift
card
from
businesses,
you
know
again
pushing
the
shop
local
support,
local.
You
know,
angle,
that
that
seems
very
popular,
not
just
with
the
locals
in
town,
but
those
that
are
coming
in
from
out
of
town.
You
know
that
was
a
highlight
that
that
we
touched
on
with
the
Mexican
media
that
came
in,
and
you
know
so
so
I
would
like
to
take
that
together,
but
you
know
make
sure
that
everyone
is
fully
informed
on.
What's
already
it's.
K
K
H
New,
it's
very
fresh
for
everybody,
so
we
do
basically
what
I
tell
the
wiring
alliances
like
Main
Street
use
us
as
your
tools.
We've
we've
done.
Several
events
will
get
you
the
resources
that
you
need.
If
you
need
to
you
know
somebody
from
the
sitting
here
for
mining
heard.
You
need
something
like
we'll
try
to
get
you
those
resources
so
that
they're
able
to
have
whatever
their
needs
are
right
to
get
their
voice
heard.
H
K
K

G
G
K
G
G
D
G
H
G
I
B
D
G
H
K
K
I
Everything
is
coming
good
and
there's
we
were
in
our
second
month,
so
we
kicking
up
like
Mike
said
you
know,
making
about
the
marketing
so
a
lot
of
stuff
that
we
are
doing
for
the
year.
It's
a
little
by
little
kind
of
sorts.
We're
gonna
see
those
changes
coming
in
into
our
counter.
Bobby
starts
spending
the
money
so
but
everything
it's
looking
looking
good
we're
doing
this
past
two
months,
we've
been
very
busy
this
week
was
very
busy
for
us
and
and
also
many
guests
have
to
eat
so
I
wanted
to
ask
a
manager.
I
I
Want
any
this
choir
and
stuff
like
that,
but
this
Monday
and
Tuesday
we
hosted
38
individuals
for
month
of
a
combination
from
media
travel
agents
and
we
we
did
something
at
the
outlet
Shoppes
at
the
mall
and
and
then
we
did
a
tour
of
the
of
these
things.
Our
arena,
the
unit
rate
Stadium
play
more.
We
got
to
expose
them
of
all
different
things,
one
of
the
things
that
we
did.
Obviously
they
stepped
out,
but
we
already
started
promoting
the
bars
here
in
downtown.
I
So
all
the
travel
agents
that
got
to
you
know
see
show
them
a
little
bit
of
the
downtown.
Obviously,
in
two
days
you
can't
show
the
whole
city,
but
we
tried
so
many
things
and
meanie
tradeshow
as
well.
At
the
other
shops,
we
got
all
the
travel
agents.
We've
got
some
attractions,
we
got
some
hotels
and,
and
some
of
the
like
the
Laredo.
He
was
one
of
the.
D
I
Of
the
booths
there
and
a
few
hotels
that
participated,
a
WBCA
was
another
one.
We
had
the
risk
that
for
the
birding
first
of
all,
so
some
of
these
people
were
not
even
aware
like
how
the
birding
was
something
very
important
for
our
community
nature,
nature
and
all
that,
so
the
wildlife
everything
has
to
do
with
all
that.
I
Attractions,
but
this
year
we
decided
to
bring
them
here
to
Ladell
and
we
finished.
We
did
a
night
call
that
the
max
so
they
were,
they
were
real
impressed
I.
We
actually
tried
it
too,
so
it
was
pretty
cool
in
my
mind.
What
to
expect
and
I
got
play,
but
it
was
loaded
at
the
heart.
So
we
end
up
finishing
everything
on
on
Tuesday
and
we
finished
anything
that
the
more
than
love
day,
the
mono
that
was
really
involved
the
outlets.
I
I
I
Got
good
experiment
on
the
local
news
as
well
being
that
there
was
other
events,
the
other
press
conference
come
this.
Craig
peyer's
was
when
an
event
of
his
conference
at
the
airport,
so
many
the
county
was
we
got
a
lot
of
exposure
from
the
local
media
as
well,
but
even
from
the
media
for
month
away,
they
were
able
to
do
interviews
so.
H
I
Gonna
be
seeing
a
lot
of
free
editorial
and
then
the
newscast
as
well
free
footage
of
their
trip
to
that
Idol,
and
so
it
was
a
huge
event
and
all
the
partners
that
participated.
You
know
if
you're
gonna
make
it
without
them,
and
everything
that
the
marketing
team
and
the
sales
team
that
we
did
a
combination
was
great.
I
Everybody
was
so
pleased
everybody's
as
blown
away
with
the
new,
the
new
stuff
that
is
happening
from
the
new
development
with
the
loop
20
other
boutiques
of
restaurants,
everything
here
in
downtown
with
all
of
ours
and
all
that
stuff,
so
we
kind
of
gave
them
a
lot
of
of
the
stuff.
Obviously
you
know
we're
gonna
follow
up
with
them.
Theory:
nice
is
when
we
stop
there
they're
creating
a
package.
Words.
Hotel
stayed
with
a
concert,
so
obviously
they
get
there.
They
give
their
business
cards
to
all.
I
I
I
All
that
stuff
and
and
so
they're
like
wow,
they
got
to
see
it,
and
you
know
we
talked
about
the
hockey
arena
buffs.
So
a
lot
of
the
things
that
are
coming
they,
they
were
so
amazed
that
they're
like
why
we
always
think
about
just
the
rate
of
shopping
and
shopping.
I.
Don't
know,
father
is
about
the
seven
flags
about
the
republic
of
their
ground
museum,
so
they
were
just
thrilled
that
they
did
all
that.
So
over
RIT
was
really
great
and
we
everybody
was
very
happy
and
they
end
up
leaving
I.
I
K
And
it
was
our
opportunity
to
go
ahead
and
show
them
that
there's
more
to
the
radar
than
just
shopping
yeah
and
play
more
actually
really
impacted
them.
They,
you
know,
we
we
told
them
that
you
know
play
more.
Just
have
a
history
with
Laredo.
They
stepped
off
for
a
bit
another
coming
back
and
I
think
they
hosted
the
group.
You
know
like
what
it
says
or
we
you
know,
got
a
chance
to
to
play
some
laser
tag
and
everybody
was
just
like
all
fun
enough.
J
D
K
K
B
I
And
you
didn't
have
to
people
raffle
items
from
one
night
stays
purses
matter,
gravity,
Michael
scores.
We
got
the
model
Philippine
some
gift
cards.
They
gave
some
from
a
new
jewelry
store,
Daniels
jewelry
store,
they
gave
a
beautiful
watch
and
and
then
they
get
baskets
with
stuff.
So
everybody
was
there
like
all
the
travel
agents,
man,
they
were
blown
away
with
a
redeeming.
They.
I
Probably
had
like
about
twenty
minutes
with
each
because
we
had
I
believe
fifteen
from
hotels,
attractions
and
local
teams
that
participated,
and
it
was
really
it
was
really
cool.
You
know
we
really
know
what
to
expect.
How
is
gonna
turn
out,
but
but
it
turned
out
pretty
good.
The
people
got
to
be
me
because
they're
so
used
to
either
ix35
or
a
certain
area,
so
they're
very
exposed
to
other
hotels
in
other
areas.
D
K
H
I
I
You
know
we
kind
of
do
like
a
little
tour,
because
it's
really
hard
to
get
off
on
air.
We
go
and
do
it
so
we
got
to
see
it
and
get
exposed
to
some
of
the
new
restaurants,
local
restaurants
and
boutiques
and
I'm,
like
you
guys,
don't
have
to
just
go
to
the
outlet
mall.
They
know
that
there's
so
many
other
stories,
their
stores
here
in
downtown
other
boutiques
that
are
very
popular
and
restaurants
too,
because
they're
soldiers
used
to
I-35
right.
B
I
So
kind
of
wanted
to
highlight
that
we
do
guys,
obviously
something
Noble
party
once
once
we
finish
we'll
probably
get
some
like
editorials
and
stuff
like
we
got,
will
show
them
to
you
guys
but
yeah.
That's
one
of
the
things
I
wanted
to
know
that
before
we
use
you
guys
so
I
know,
I
know,
I
have
to
leave
them
and
Judy.
So
so,
basically,
that's
kind
of
what
we
wanted
as
a
team
to
kind
of.
D
J
I
We
kind
of
saw
we
wanted
to
what
we
did
as
we
looked
at
things
that
the
family
to
go,
so
we
obviously
yeah.
We
we
focus
on
that
new
things
and
what?
Because
these
people,
they
don't
travel,
just
it's
not
just
the
knowledge
that
they
bring
their
kids.
So
obviously
the
the
new
attraction
is
going
to
open
up
as
the
playing
or
so
we
knew
that
that
was
in
a
vehicle
location,
the
max
which
there's
people
that
they
have
one
of
the
best
golf
courses
in
Monterey.
So
we
know
that
we
have
golfers.
I
B
I
J
B
D
K
Because
I
mean
every
reporter
wants
to
get
their
specific
angle
and
they
don't
want
to
look
like
every
other
stories.
You
know
that
I
want
to
movie
you
over
here
I
mean
you
know
we
invited
as
many
attractions
as
possible
and
for
those
that
made
it
you
know
that's
great
and
then
obviously,
if
they
couldn't
make
it,
you
know
they
were
still
invited
to
go
ahead
and
give
us
any
information
that
they
had
that
they'd
like
us
to
pass
on
it.
G
A
B
D
J
J
D
K
J
I
I
Yeah
definitely
knows
yeah,
so
it
was.
It
was
great.
You
know
it
was
a
good
learning
experience
for
us
cuz.
You
know
like
we
said:
we've
done
it
before,
but
smaller
it
just
been
one
group
this
time
we
wanted
to
do
bigger
and
but
I
think
I
think
it
was
really
good
and
I
know
they.
Both
the
outlet,
Shoppes
and
they've
all
been
off.
The
staff
were
very
happy.
They
got
some
some
time
to
go
shopping
and,
and
obviously,
after
the
golf
course
we
they
went
shopping
to
Walmart
and
Target.
So
it's
crazy.
K
K
I
A
M
J
B
H
D
J
D
B
I
Vibrates
and
I
know
what
to
expect
for
a
man.
It
was
a
lot
of
fun.
It's
it's
just
that
aim
anything.
It
was
even
the
travel
agents
that
had
so
much
fun
like,
oh,
my
god
like
I,
don't
think
I've
ever
done
this,
and
so
you
know
and
kind
of
being
in
business
business.
But
then
we
got
those
eight
minutes
for
them
to
kind
of
play
and
enjoy
it
and
yeah
yeah.
I
They
really
left
there
with
a
great
impression
mr.
Villa,
the
he
gave
us
some
brochures
and
and
some
information
on
the
that
they
took
and
pricing
and
all
that
stuff.
So
so
I
was
so
great.
Overall
ready
was
really
good,
so
possibly
by
next
meeting
will
already
have
that
information
that
we
could
show
you
guys
and
if
there's
any
other
questions
that
you
guys
might
have
in
any
other
reports.
