Description
Drug and Alcohol Commission Meeting 071118
A
B
E
F
C
You
can
take
it
what
we
did
based
on
yours,
implemented
it
out
to
you
organized
it
a
little
bit.
Your
version
is
the
organized
you
organized,
and
this
is
the
table
of
contents
where
we
you
wanted
tabs
in
the
different
groups.
Well,
then,
I
sent
it
back
to
the
stakeholders
to
see
the
things
they
earn
any
money,
that's
where
they
fed
the
services,
but
it
was
a
feet
until.
Thank
you,
the
scan
or
did
the
original
that
was
Mark,
IV
and
kind
of
Crime
Stoppers
is
we
got
the.
D
F
C
C
C
C
B
A
Well,
because,
simply
in
my
neighborhood
out
of
the
12
houses
and
my
cul-de-sacs
Sikhs
never
ends
in
the
door
to
do
the
census
and
they
ever
mind
are
constantly
I'm
like
I.
Did
mine
leave
me
alone
Hannibal?
Is
there
I
can't
do
anything,
I,
don't
know
so
there's
a
lot
of
people
that
have
moved
over
here
because
of
you
saw
the
newspaper
today
now
you
know
all
the
problems
they're
having
over
there
and
so
we're
not
the
amount
of
population.
D
A
F
F
A
Need
to
make
that
point
to
our
representatives
whenever
you
get
a
chance
of
email,
because
I
get
emails
and
Cothran
where,
and
would
you
like
to
join
in
whatever
meaning
that
they
have
at
night
and
on
that
yeah?
If
you
all
get
caught
into
that,
you
mention
it.
You
know
the
Eagles
are
counted
for
their
purposes,
but
not
for
ours.
F
A
C
Madam
chair,
thank
you
to
the
interns.
I.
Don't
know
you
all
requested
the
the
directory
to
be
updated
to
put
kind
of
resources,
so
the
internship
withers
and
they
needed
changes.
So
we
emailed
it
to
you.
We
added
the
table
of
contents.
We're
gonna,
send
it
back
out
to
the
stakeholders
now
for
them
to
comment
to
so
we
wanted
to
do
is
to.
E
I
I
Redo
it
it's
just
added
on
and
and
putting
it
out
there.
My
recommendation
is
its
authority
that
there
are
three
is
already
there,
maybe
just
continuously
updating
it,
but
maybe
creating
a
brochure.
You
know
a
try.
A
trifold
brochure
with
all
the
information
or
all
the
services
that
are
provided,
may
be
United
minutes
and
it's
real
simple
because
it
has
the
counseling
agency.
So
maybe
one
you
know
one
full
of
missing
counseling
agencies
and
then
just
the
very
basic
as
to
why
you
would
need
to
come
agency.
I
Then
the
substance,
abuse,
services,
agencies
and
organizations-
and
you
know
maybe
a
brief
summary
of
what
and
then
maybe
you
know,
the
Durbin,
alcohol,
Commission
seal,
the
City
of
Laredo
CEO,
the
Health
Department
seal
and
all
the
stakeholders
heels
and
then
for
more
information
contact,
the
city
of
Rio,
Health,
Department,
and
then
this
directory
would
be
able
to
be
used
by
customer
service
to
allow
them
to
I,
guess
and
it's
in
similarity
to
what
two
and
one
is
three
one.
One
is.
F
I
H
F
C
J
C
F
I
I
B
C
A
I
I
They
didn't
responds
with
them,
you
know,
and
then
that
can
be
shared
through
Crimestoppers
Lina,
City,
Health
Department
in
the
city
of
Laredo,
just
just
a
small
post
obsessed.
If
you
provide
the
services,
you
know
such
and
such
you
know
piecing
boxes
so
that
we're
updating
our
directories,
blah
blah
blah
and
then
go
on
from
there.
That's
just
an
idea
to
you
know
to
utilize
the
social
media
and
then,
if
I
may
do.
E
H
E
I
I
Maybe
getting
that
one
and
then
linking
it
back
to
dr.
Gonzales
and
then
accessing
it,
and
then
you
can
become
an
administrator
and
then
I
can
become
an
administrator
and
then,
when
our
tenure
is
done,
they
still
have
access
to
it
and
they
continue
it.
So
we
can
do
it
like
that,
but
we
would
need
to
add
another
administrator
that
way
it
links
back
to
the
city
of
Laredo.
L
Cement
that
directory
I
guess
this,
this
index
shop
compiled,
is
going
to
go
in
there.
F
L
Again,
just
who
are
all
of
our
target
recipients
for
that
booklet
we
have
two
one.
One.
We've
got
the
fighters
themselves.
H
L
L
F
L
F
I
Want
to
say
early
June
I
with
the
criminal
justice
division,
we
get
grants
and
we're
talking
about
how
there's
and
I
mentioned
that
it
was
part
of
the
drug
and
alcohol
Commission,
and
they
we're
talking
about
how
there
is
so
many
coalition,
the
Commission's
and
there's
all
these
people
that
are
all
for
the
same
purpose.
And
when
I
mentioned
drug
and
alcohol
commission,
it's
and
it's
it's
led
by
the
city
of
Laredo.
I
They
said
you
know
we
were
talking
about
it
and
I
want
to
be
able
to
I
asked
them
for
a
list
of
all
the
coalition's
and
commissions
that
they
know
that
we
could
have
an
important.
What
is
going
on.
I
know
that
there's
like
a
homeless
coalition
I
know
that
there's
a
web
country
coalition,
so
these
coalition's,
the
small
coalition's
that
are
throughout
the
month.
I
We
can
give
them
this
information,
letting
them
know
that
we
have
a
derby
welcome
home
Commission
and
that
we
serve
the
purpose
of
helping
the
community
so
that,
if
they
reported
back
to
us
that
we
be
able
to
bring
it
back
to
the
people
and
putting
it
back
to
our
City
Council
members
who,
by
I
think
the
community
would
take
advantage
of
this.
This
brochure
and
all
these
Commission
coalition's-
and
you
know
all
these
people
that
are
on
here,
just
so
that
they
have
something
that
they
have
reference
to
so
I'm
point
anybody
and
everybody.
E
I
L
H
Say
that
the
jails
become
a
captive
audience
at
the
juvenile
detention
center
and
at
the
jail
to
where
we
have
enough
of
mix
agencies
to
not
have
to
go
any
look
for
an
audience.
You
have
a
captive
audience,
they're
the
most,
the
most
the
people
that
most
needed
more
than
anyone,
and
as
far
as
I
know,
and
in
my
experience
with
my
daughter
from
16
to
26,
she
didn't
have
any
buddy
go
in
there
like
all
these
different
agencies
that
exist
but
saying
don't
don't
try
to
go
look
for
people
everywhere
there.
H
They
are
they're
right
there
and
they
have
nowhere
to
go
so
we
can
make
it
a
point
to
get
I
think
you
already
said
that
we
have
commissioned
you.
We
just
need
to
get
the
people
there.
So
that's
a
start
right
away
before
anything
gets
done,
I
mean
these
people,
that's
what
they
do
for
a
living.
Why
haven't
we
not
reached
out
to
these
people
already?
You
know,
so
we
can't
do
anything
about
the
past,
but
that's
just
stop
getting
off
our
merry-go-round
and
let's
go
do
something
right
away.
H
Let's
go
talk
to
you
know,
however
many
people
you
have
in
jail
or
the
juvenile
or
in
the
jail
right
now
to
get
them
on
their
Road
on
the
right
track,
because
I
didn't
have
that
or
my
daughter
didn't
have
that
access
or
benefit.
Instead,
it's
basically
you're
in
jail,
you're,
punished,
you're,
no
you're,
never
going
to
be
good
and
that's
what
they're
fed
in
jail
and
that's
all
they
need
more
bad
people
in
jail.
H
M
H
There's
no
red
tape,
it's
gone,
it's
done,
I!
Think
that's
what
you
said.
We're
talking
to
the
sheriff
sheriff
said:
let's
do
it
and
go,
but
if
you
got
too
much
red
tape
and
we'll
talk
here
and
there
and
there
and
get
everybody
else
involved,
it's
there.
It's
done!
There's
nothing
to
talk
about
it,
except
hey,
judge
or
hey
Sheriff,
we're
here
for
this
group
and
we're
that
group,
but
we're
the
other
group
and
we're
gonna
come
on
Monday
and
this
one's
gonna
come
on
to
sugar.
H
M
Say
this,
though,
for
example
with
the
health
department,
we
have
certain
grants
that
fund
the
work
we
doing
and
there's
specific
language
in
those
grants
that
we
are
not
to
serve
people
that
are
incarcerated.
As
sad
as
it
sounds,
that's
true,
I
can
only
tell
you
what's
on
there,
and
that
doesn't
mean
the
desire
is
not
there
on
behalf
of
the
staff.
It's
just
that's
the
written
language
within
the
scope
of
what
we're
supposed
to
follow
through.
Then,
when
you
look
into
the
other
potential
providers
within
the
community.
N
And
we
basically,
as
far
as
what
we
provide
we're
limited
as
well,
because
we
provide
their
services
to
the
border
region,
patient
or
client.
Okay,
I
mean
I
love.
Your
idea,
I
think
I've
been
I
mean
you
understand
what
we've
been
through
with
my
sister
same
thing.
Never,
you
know
had
any
clue
and
it
was
up
to
us
to
figure
out
where
you
know
where
we
were
gonna.
Send
her,
and
so
so
I
I
understand
that.
But
it's.
N
F
H
H
H
F
I
You
remedy
not
a
man
and
I,
think
it's
an
exact
to
say,
but
I
totally
can't
know
that
that's
what
happens
when
there's
grind
specific
items
that
only
allow
you
to
do
or
provide
services
to
certain
demographics.
It's
unfortunate,
but
it
may
be
different
for
all
you
know
their
ATMs
and
so
meet.
My
suggestion
to
the
interns
is
maybe
calling
and
asking
you
know:
do
you
provide
services
to
the
Jill?
Would
you
like
to
provide
services
to
the
jail
and
then
quickly
remedy
that?
I
F
I
H
Like
you
said,
a
piece
of
papers,
one
thing
and
that's
a
for
example,
I'm,
giving
you
an
example
when
my
husband
used
to
go
to
at
6:00
in
the
morning
in
jail.
That's
when
somebody
was
caught,
DWI
they're
at
their
lowest
point.
There
they're
either
gonna
met,
but
they
have
a
problem
or
they
don't.
But
even
in
fact,
at
the
scene
somebody
called
my
husband,
an
angel.
H
M
C
You
already
start
a
starling
services
and
Aibileen
hands.
There
was
initial
in
the
follow-up
question
of
the
entrance
to
the
to
the
providers
and
stakeholders
is
that,
are
you
providing
to
the
job?
That's
gonna
be
a
follow-up
question,
or
what
do
we
need
to
do
that?
Each
new
already
discussed
certain
proposals.
We
don't
have
another
agency
here,
I,
don't
know
if
you
all
West
care
is
doing
anything
into
jails.
C
I
didn't
so
I
think
that
you
know,
and
then
already
alluded
to
an
eight
potential
activity.
Anything
is
is,
is
talking
again
to
congressman,
waited
and
saying
to
the
funders,
to
Samsung,
to
an
age
tonita
to
CDC,
don't
be
so
focused
in
the
grants
because
they
are
but
allow
us
when
you're,
looking
and
and
substance
use
and
behavioral
health,
we
gotta
go
to
work,
we've
seen
them
with
HIV
Nia.
The
jail
is
receiving
TV.
You've
gotta
go
to
where
it's
addressed.
Population
is
to
prevent
and
treat,
and
so
we
gotta
go
to
jail.
C
H
Like
say
a
person
like
my
husband
he's,
one
of
I
was
like
they
may
consider
him.
One
of
them.
He
says
hey.
How
was
work
not
necessarily
I
was
like
exactly
bring
water,
but
I
was
similar
to
you,
so
they
don't
feel
like
hey
I,
don't
love
you
and
I'm
here
to
tell
you
where
to
go.
No,
no,
no
I'm!
Here
as
your
peer
right
and
I'm
here
to
offer.
You
would
help
me
and
I'm.
This
is
behind
me
now,
but
I
was
where
you
were.
You
know,
computer.
M
A
H
Merit
at
the
jail
they
say:
hey,
there's
a
when
you're
when
I'm
talking
to
her
when
you're
there,
it
says
call
over
here
for
sexual
abuse
or
whatever,
but
it
doesn't
say,
call
it.
Maybe
we
can
have
something
on
the
wall
like
that.
That
says,
call
it
we're
here
for
these
services
for
Earth
there
that
website
that
you
said,
and
then
you
to
everything
you
know
we're.
C
A
C
N
F
A
L
Something
is
already
there
because,
with
the
brochure
and
everything
if
we're
going
to
send
something
out,
I
want
to
make
sure
that
we
send
it
out
right
and
and
I'd,
like
the
brochure
idea,
a
lot,
because
it's
a
starting
point,
I
mean
you
want
to
have
these
volunteers,
you
want
to
have
these
experts,
you
want
to
go
into
jail.
Well,
you
know,
if
least,
we
have
a
brochure
for
them.
They
have
something
physical
to
start.
L
This
but
their
mama
might
for
the
brother
might
or
somebody
else
or
sees
the
brochure
who
wants
to
help
them
money.
So
I
like
the
idea
of
having
that
link
to
a
electronic
version
of
our
product
here
to
the
general
public,
and
then
we
have
it
at
these
various
places
too,
and
they
can
all
grab
the
brochure
or
customer
share
out.
But
what
I
was
thinking
about
too
is
who
is
our
target
audience
but
for
sure?
L
And
if
when
we
know
that
the
target
audience
is
I'd
like
to
have
a
representative
of
the
target
audiences
review,
the
brochure
as
it's
being
created,
so
it's
user
friendly
to
all
the
different
charging
audiences.
You
see
them
set
again
because
I
was
looking
for
Lee
and
I
was
confused.
Myself
I
usually
use
a
lot
of
things.
It's
no
surprise,
but
it
didn't
have
the
table
of
contents
where
I
saw
it.
There
are
multiple
entries
for
scan,
which
was
kind
of
confusing
the
way
that
it
was
formatted.
It
didn't
look
like
wow.
H
L
Time
we
need
to
have
some
people
go
through,
and
you
know
our
target
audiences
analyze
give
us
some
feedback
on
it
and
organize
it
in
a
way.
That's
been
user
friendly
to
the
track,
but
yeah
I
mean
so
just
to
kind
of
summarize
I,
really
like
the
brochure
and
I
want
it.
I
want
that
on
there
also
be
nice
in
that
brochure.
We
have
some
just
some
common-sense
facts
from
the
last
year.
We
want
to
do
this
yearly.
L
Okay,
this
many
people
died
in
Webb
County
because
of
opioids
or
where
the
light,
just
maybe
five
or
six
real,
quick
facts
to
get
their
attention.
Have
that
a
link
to
that
to
this
product
on
there
and
you
know
I,
would
like
to
know
who's
going
to
receive
it.
So
we
can
maybe
already
start
get
some
locations
around
the
city
where
we're
going
to
pass
these
brochures
out
or
have
them
available
at
public
libraries,
the
different
counseling
agencies
to
jail.
L
Would
be
nice
to
know
the
locations
we're
going
to
post
them
out
and
immediately?
We
can
get
the
ones
that
are
already
compared
in
those
locations
to
kind
of
check
them
see
how
they're
working
out,
perhaps
and
then
I
want
to
get
it
in
the
hands
of
these
target
audiences.
That
under
review
and
manager.
C
And
we
can,
we
can
promote
the
crisis
list
of
originality.
Has
that
has
all
the
emergency
numbers
of
the
different
stakeholders
of
providers?
While
we
send
me
directly
back
to
the
agencies
for
them
as
well,
we
need
their
input
too,
and
we
give
it
back.
Then
we
have
an
updated
directory
and
then
they
start.
Looking
at
the
target
audience
is
that
that
you're
saying
who's
going
to
review
it
can
I
agreed.
They
need
to
also
the
users
need
to
review.
It
too.
Is
this
user.
L
And
and
also
I've
disappoint
some
deadlines
on
there.
Some
tentative
deadlines
again.
This
is
a
annual
project.
That's
going
to
go
through,
but
drug
awareness
month
is
April.
I
think
we
need
to
have
some
type
of
deadline
for
January
just
to
have
everything
together
and
we
need
to
fail
releasing
these
or
the
releasing
a
version
of
it
on
in
April,
because
that's
our
target
month
right
right.
E
I
We
get
yeah,
we
can
we
and
that's
why
I
said
every
month.
We
can
consider
what
what
money
we're
we're
doing.
I
mean
we
can
come
up
with
a
campaign
for
that
particular
month.
I
think
because
it's
for
the
sake
of
the
and
I
know
that
you
know
new
council
members
come
in
and
then
they
assign
new
commissioners.
So
they
come
in
in
January.
So
then
we
want
to
hurry
them
up
to
assign
somebody
to
come
on
board
and
then
they
come
in
January.
I
Their
first
task
is
to
look
over
the
directory
and
then
put
it
out
there
so
yeah.
The
first
one
can
definitely
be
put
out
in
April
because
it
all
links
back
to
alcohol,
one
way,
shape
or
form
and
then
back
in
and
get
been
later
in
October.
We
can
revisit
it
and
promote
it
even
more,
but
throughout
the
month
throughout
the
year
we
can
definitely
do
that
and
having
to
do
the
brochure
that
brochure
is
for
the
general
public
when
right
now
that
you
said
mr.
I
LaSalle
in
reference
to
new
that
jail-
and
we
can
put
it
in
that's
part
of
their
commissary-
that's
not
making
it
very
hard
for
them
and
I
love
the
idea
you
know
maybe
putting
out
a
sample
and
seeing
a
maybe
an
inmate
would
pick
it
up
or
would
read
it
or
would
do
something
with
it.
But
I
can
honestly
say
that
maybe
a
trifold
brochure
with
information
might
turn
them
off
and
mean
they
may
ignore
it.
I
I
Visit
like
well
and
then
that's
another
form
and
again
because
we're
reaching
different
demographics.
We
need
to
reach
out
in
different
forms
and
so
for
the
entrance
of
the
jail,
or
you
know
at
they're
at
the
booking
area.
Maybe
there's
a
different
flyer:
there's
a
different
poster.
You
know
look
I
mean
you
can
you
can
go
on
and
on
and
I'm
talking
about
it,
but
there's
different
yeah,
it's
different
demographics
that
we
need
and
we
need
a
different
print
and
publication
for
it.
I
But
yes,
primarily,
is
to
ensure
that
we
have
a
directory
up
to
par.
To,
however,
we
need
it
that
it
is
accessible
for
to
one
one
operators
to
link
into
whoever's,
calling
and
saying
I.
Have
you
know
my
sign
daughter?
Who
has
this
problem?
Who
can
I
call
and
then
they
can't
go
and
then
saying
these
are
the
people
that
you
need
a
call
and
they
reference
them
immediately.
And,
yes,
the
brochure
I
think
would
be
a
fantastic
idea
for
the
general
public.
I
You
know
why
would
you
call
a
counseling
agency
and
maybe
something
that's
that's
factual.
You
know,
then
the
substance
abuse
services
and
it
goes
on
and
on
so
you
can
definitely
I
think
we
can
definitely
put
something
together
and
and
and
say
we
want
to
reach
out
yeah
it's
going
to
the
demographics
okay,
we
want
to
reach
to
the
jail
inmates,
to
the
jail
parents,
to
service
providers,
agencies
and
then
the
general
public,
the
students
actually
back
to
and
then
reaching
out
to
the
AAP
to
the
MS
Mojica.
C
C
B
L
L
L
K
E
F
E
N
F
H
Great
thing
is
that
we
have
to
support
motive,
tripping
jails,
and
he
has
support
now
from
the
Sheriff's
Department
right
to
get
into
the
jails
with
these
different
groups.
As
long
as
we've
got
permission
and
pass
all
the
background,
checks
and
stuff
like
that
for
us
to
go
in
and
visit
with
them,
whether
it's.
J
J
So
just
basically
would
be
here
since
1982,
we
have
over
30
programs
and
we
have
our
main
little
patients.
It's
you
know
five
sometime
yeah
and
we
have
been
providing
services
for
MIT
to
for
more
than
30
years,
and
we
have
right
now:
proximity,
200
employees
and
one
of
the
main
things
that
I
agree
with
one
of
the
things
that
that
you
were
mentioning
in
terms
of
how
that's
only
four
is
anything.
Computer
and
I
agree
that
I
think
it
would
be
a
good
idea
to
be
able
to
to
outline
the
basic
services.
I
J
J
A
J
Substance
use
disorder,
treatment,
programs
and
we'll
talk
a
little
bit
more
about
those.
We
also
provide
services
to
survivors
of
lightness,
both
domestic
violence
and
sexual
violence.
We
also
have
another
really
good
program.
That's
for
treating
child
traumatic
stress,
so
that
would
be
like
on
the
counseling
part.
That
I
think
would
be
good
for
people
to
know
that
we
do
have
treatment
under
for
specific
for
trauma,
trauma
treatment,
and
we
also
have
an
emergency,
shelter
and
recently,
a
transitioning
knitting
program
as
well.
J
So
those
kind
of
our
major
of
service
areas
I'm
not
going
to
go
too
much
on
the
prevention
and
intervention
of
electrical
so
that
it
into
a
preferred
basis
of
time.
But
I
would
like
to
just
kind
of
focus
on
the
substance
use
disorder,
treatments
that
we
have
so
we
have
outpatient
services,
both
door
of
male
and
female
youth
and
adults.
So
we
have.
We
have
those
programs
for
this
population.
We
also
have
residential
treatment
services
for
male
and
female
youth
and
adults
as
well.
C
C
Basically,
the
scan
there's
a
misconception.
The
scan
is
basically
known
just
for
substance
abuse
treatment
for
drug
catchment.
That
is
not
the
case
right
now.
Yes,
we,
we
specialize
in
substance,
abuse
treatment,
but
there's
like
she
was
mentioning
prevention,
intervention,
crisis
programs
for
violence
from
Xpress,
but
we
have
all
that
right
now,
because
we
are
part
of
the
treatment
team.
We
do
focus
a
lot
of
drug
treatment
component.
C
So
when
we
talk
about
outpatient,
we're
talking
about
individuals
that
come
to
our
office
normally
about
twice
a
week
and
they
receive
when
we
do
call
talk
therapy,
so
they
come
with
a
licensed
counselor
on
a
one-to-one
basis
in
boot
camp
awesome.
Now
these
services
exist
all
the
way
from
them
from
your
County
all
the
way
to
Cameron
County.
So
we
have
offices
throughout
this
area.
All
the
services
in
outpatient
counseling
for
youth
are
free.
We
also
have
adult
services
in
Webb
County
and
some
other
areas
using
using
technology.
Again,
those
services
are
free.
C
There
is
no
charge,
we
do
not
ask
for
legal
status,
so
that
is
something
that
is
not
an
issue
for
us
now
in
outpatient,
counseling,
except
for
adolescents
to
qualify,
we
focus
on
the
ingenue
population
for
people
who
have
to
keep
gain.
So
if
you
have
insurance,
we
most
likely
will
refer
you
to
a
private
provider
and
we'll
focus
more
on
individuals
that
don't
have
insurance
things
like
that.
So
we
work
with
adolescents
13
to
17.
As
far
as
outpatient
counseling
adolescents,
not
for
adults,
it's
we
have
face-to-face
counseling,
urine,
webcam
and
get
free
services.
C
Now,
one
of
the
best
parts
of
this
particular
project
is
that
we
augmented
and
provide
technology
assisted
care
which
is
again
outpatient
counseling.
But
now
we
were
able
to
reach
other
counties
surrounding
counties
where
we
use
technology
as
a
way
of
doing
counseling
again
and
in
this
particular
project
we
provide
the
individual
if
they
don't
have
the
means
we
provided
with
a
smartphone
with
a
data
plan
free
texting
all
these
features
and
our
agencies
expense.
If
they
lose
it,
they
don't
get
charged
for
it.
J
J
F
F
F
C
Adolescent
male
facilities,
one
is
located
in
Webb
County,
the
other
one
is
located
in
Harlingen
and
finally,
yes
and
then
we
have
a
female
adolescent
program
here,
awesome
a
webcaming,
so
we
do
have
five
residential
facilities
for
substance
abuse
treatment.
Now
all
these
facilities
are
free
to
the
community.
L
C
H
C
H
H
C
Times
it
could
be,
but
it
really
depends
on
the
facility
some
some
facilities
like
we
can,
the
one
I
never
see
no
presidential,
and
sometimes
a
person
can
be
there
quite
a
bit
now.
There's
changing
circumstances
thing
is
that
sometimes
we
have
priority
populations.
You
may
be
number
five
on
the
waiting
list,
but
in
we
get
to
be
individuals
that
are
IV
users,
all.
C
People
and
so
then
your
your
wait
is
your
period
of
waiting
gets
extended,
and
rightly
so.
People
do
get
upset,
but
we
do
have
a
priority
population
that
we
have
to
serve
ID
users,
pregnancy.
Now
any
users
things
like
that.
Yes,
but
sometimes
the
wait
list
is
a
little
bit
lengthy
at
times
it
isn't.
Just
two
weeks
ago
we
went
through
six
individuals
on
our
wait
list
ed
and
we
couldn't
get
any
of
them
in
and
then
often
we
got
people
in
and
now
we
have
50
people
waiting.
C
Facilities
in
Texas,
if
not
the
United
States,
are
not
like
top
facilities.
These
are
owned
by
either
prom
for-profit
or
nonprofit
organization.
I
know
that
there's
been
discussions
that
lockdown
facilities,
normally
that
tends
to
meet
more
with
the
criminal
justice
system
as
part
of
their
program,
but
treatment
facilities
for
the
most
part
won't
be
well.
N
N
E
C
F
J
E
J
J
Services,
so
it's
called
fantasy
recovery,
community
service
and
it's
located
at
Seymour
and
304
1303
Seymour.
So
this
is
the
old
ideas,
the
peer
recovery,
one
that
was
discussed
about
individuals
that
have
been
do
recover
that
are
in
recovery
that
can
serve
as
a
support
for
young
people
is
for
youth
13
to
21.
So
this
is
already
operating
and,
of
course
this
is
DSHS
funded.
So
it's
completely
free,
of
course,
for
anybody
that
is
wanting
to
to
get
treatment,
or
that
has
is
currently
in
recovery.
J
Mentioned
I
think
the
state
is
already
looking
into
certainly
has
been
approved,
campaign
for
peer
recovery,
specialist
and
I
go.
They
have
to
go
through
us
if
I'm
certain
about
a
certification
and
so
forth.
I
know
the
state
is
going
in
that
direction
to
integrate
the
peer
recovery,
both
April
mental
health
and
substance
use.
J
C
H
J
C
Starts
in
October,
where
it's
the
offender
re-entry
problem
and
what
it
will
do
is
that
it
allows
us
to
put
individuals
therapists
that
with
individuals
that
are
incarcerated,
have
been
incarcerated
and
are
about
to
be
released
within
the
next
six
months
to
help
transition
from
being
incarcerated
to
civilian
life.
So
we
work
with
up
with
substance
abuse
the
job.
O
Yes,
I
even
have
record
the
end
of
this
committee
is
here
and
the
goal
there
is,
you
know,
she's
push
up
services
and
would
like
to
also
know
you
know,
you
know
numbers
help.
People
get
arrested
for
possession
of
drugs.
But
now
you
say
that
is
this:
programs
and
services
are
available.
How
many
people
a
big
service
and
follow-up
yeah,
so
mind
you?
My
second
question
is
when
you
do
outrages
and
people
are
going
to
leave,
go
to
your
services
or
you
you
get
referred
by.
C
So
the
first
question
is:
yes,
we
do
have
a
capability
of
giving
you
the
numbers,
the
result,
one
of
the
things
we
do.
We
price
also
that
we
do
have
a
follow-up.
So
when
we
treat
individuals
once
they
complete
the
program,
it's
not
over
and
done
with.
We
do
what
we
do
60
to
90
day
column,
then
the
federal
programs
also
require
us
to
do
follow-ups
at
six
months.
Sometimes
well,
so
there
is
follow-up,
that's
with
the
individuals
and
if
they're
not
doing
so
all
the
time.
Definitely
we
really
engage
them.
C
Basically
refers
sources
come
from
not
just
individuals
that
want
services,
but
through
CPS
and
the
legal
system,
so
we
do
have
a
different
variety,
not
one
at
least
with
the
population
network.
It
comes
from
more
than
the
other.
Some,
yes,
definitely
our
on
probation,
but
sometimes
they
come
on
their
own.
Others
do
work.
I
require
my
probably.
O
B
B
C
O
O
Service
because
they
need
or
left
now,
if
I,
like
you,
a
based
on
2025
in
custody,
get
arrested
for
possession,
which
is
already
an
assumption,
pretty
much
sure
that
the
person
is
that
abuser,
an
address
and
the
name.
Your
services,
if
my
question
was
to
follow
up,
is
outreach
product
going
up
and
talking
we're
finding
problems.
These
are
services
are
provided.
What
country
join
us
join
us
the
way
it
is.
We
have
therapies,
counseling,
group
and
living
that.
F
C
I,
proceed
being
swamped
really
really
quickly
because
of
the
amount
of
referrals
will
currently
receive
already
from
the
different
entities.
However,
you
know
we're
counting
more
in
the
area
has
a
particular
Department
that
strictly
focuses
on
doing
screenings
and
referrals
they're
known
as
those
are
their
most
Texas
powerful
from
from
the
valley
they
didn't
have
for
me.
Stationed
at
border
region
II
and
their
sole
purpose
is
to
do
screenings.
Is
that
the
state
funds
us?
Can
we
get
state
money
to
provide
the
treatment,
but
for
screening
and
referrals?
A
F
F
H
C
F
F
L
Know
dad
to
keep
towards
this
question.
You
know
they
say
that
7%
of
the
criminals
come
in
70%
of
the
crimes.
If
he
gave
you
like
a
prioritized
list
of
the
worst
of
the
worst,
that
really
need
the
addiction
more
than
others
is
there.
We
know
we
would
see
them
at
the
residence
later
on
or
do
something
with
those
with
that.
With
that
smaller
number,
that's.
D
C
F
C
C
J
So
one
of
the
things
that
were
very
proud
expand-
and
it
is
about
that
we
are
very
passionate
about
constantly
being
trained
on
evidence-based
practices
and
making
sure
that
the
level
of
quality
of
treatment
is
right.
We
are
trained
in
the
best
evidence-based
treatments
that
are
out
there.
Trauma
formed
we're
now
integrating
behavioral
health
as
much
as
possible,
because
we
know
that
substance
use.
You
know
it's
one
thing
and
then
behavior
were
integrating
right
now
you
don't
need
to
be
mindfulness
acceptance
and
commitment
therapy,
which
is
a
wonderful
new
treatment.
J
They
were
integrating
in
all
our
programs.
So
one
of
the
things
that,
through
our
federal
funds
that
we've
had
the
opportunity
and
we're
very,
very
happy-
you
know
you
have
good
credit
buyers
that
I've
allowed
us
to
have
these
trainings
with
the
development
of
all
these
models
and
really
get
certified
and
continue
with
fidelity
and
and
and
also
adapting
it
to
our
community,
making
sure
that
it's
culturally.
J
And
responsive,
and
so
also
language,
we've
had
opportunity.
Two
strikes
made
many
of
the
of
the
treatment
protocols
that
are
part
of
that.
It's
kinda
has
collaborated
on
that
and
we
are
very,
very
able
to
have
a
quality
assurance
that
will
constantly
be
so
auditing
ourselves
to
make
sure
that
we
are
on
top
there.
So
we
really.

Know,
because
what
can
he
do?
I
mean
as
a
parent?
You
don't
want
to
hope
that
the
best
place
workers
in
jail
has
a
parent
when
you
can
have
your
child
going
through
that,
and
that's
the
best
place
in
your
mind
that
she
can
be
then
fence.
That's
not
good
enough.
You
know
so
I'm
glad
that
we're
all
here
too,
okay.
So
what
time
is
that?
Yes,.
C
C
Britain
to
you
what
it's
already
established,
primarily
or
a
region
that
has
the
emergency
number,
so
we
can
promote
that
work
on
the
directory
to
send
it
out
to
the
stakeholder,
so
they
can
also
comment
to
develop
a
flyer
for
short
at
the
end,
so
those
we
can
work
on
as
well
as
to
continue
to
advocate
with
our
policy
makers,
tension
and
flexing
some
of
the
rules
and
and
looking
at
that,
a
little
for
its
meaning,
not
based
on
population,
because
they
resources
they
need.
Resources
are
for
treatment,
a
transitional
or
detoxes.
C
C
A
L
O
You
know
they're
criminals,
and
but
the
question
still
remains
on
the
table
that
ones
that
this
is
created
or
the
names
are
these
they're
someone
or
inner
Casey
or
scan
if
I
go
out
there
and
services,
that's
the
main
question,
so
that's
the
numbers
of
a
patient's
service
over
whether
that's
I
think
give
us
I
believe
what
has
been
the
benefit
for
local
community
in
that
follow-up,
for
we
have
had
two
success
stories.
Give
us
also
some
kind
of
hope
that
is
very
simple.
That's
successful
and
well,
it's
actually
lies
been
saying
versus
talking
about.
O
O
I
And
I
think
it's
very
hard
to
t
just
do
that
because
as
they
funneled
through
these
agencies,
it's
just
hard
and
in
regards
to
mr.
Thompson's
recommendation,
I,
think
everybody's
at
risk,
especially
when
they
come
in
once
they've
been
arrested
and
they're
been
arrested
for
possession
of
controlled
substance
or
anything
that
falls
into
a
potential
their
entrance.
I
My
if
I
could
advocate
I,
would
go
straight
to
the
j
j8
p
to
the
school
campuses
to
the
accountants
village
and
started
off
there,
because
I
know
that
miss
Monica
had
said
that
there
was
a
lot
of
there's
a
lot
of
obstacles
for
individuals
like
yourself
and
I.
Think
they
look
to
you
that
to
go
into
the
village,
so
I
think
with
having
to
do
the
surveys
and
finding
out
what,
if
you
can
go
to
the
jail
well,.
I
Go
to
the
jail
or
they
came
home
and
if
I
mean
just
to
add
to
the
interns.
If
do
the
question
and
said
they
can
go
to
the
jail
or
they
can
they
want
to
go
to
the
jail
and
then
the
other
one
is:
do
they
go
to
the
youth
village
or
the
JJ
ATP's
and
they
serve
it's
that
because
again,
we're
super
servicing
adults
and
we're
servicing
youth
that
are
at
risk.
I
Even
they
know
that
that
probably
you
have
the
list
in
the
list:
a
list
of
people
who
have
gone
through
the
road
of
police
department
in
the
sheriff's
office
and
it's
never-ending
and
we
go
back
to
do
they
want
the
help
or
don't
they
want
the
help,
and
at
that
point
there's
nothing
that
we
can
do.
But
there
are
other
individuals
that
or
parents
who
may
want
to
be
able
to
help
their
their
children
to
better
themselves.
And
so,
if
we
can
target
I
mean
we
target
everybody,
but
it's
difficult.
It's
a
difficult
thing.

Like
my
channel
will
defer
that
will
we'll
just
send
you
an
email
and
just
click
is
that
it
is
concerning
that
the
new
synthetic
cannabis
is,
it's
not
cannabis
and
it
is
causing
very
death.
People
overdosing
I
did
send
you
an
article
in
the
past.
The
Centers
for
Disease
Control
is
monitoring
them
and
will
send
you
another
one.
It's
a
synthetic
cannibal
cannibal
ice.
What
are
they?
