From YouTube: DRUG & ALCOHOL COMMISSION 10 6 21
Description
DRUG & ALCOHOL COMMISSION 10 6 21
A
Good
morning,
my
name
is
I'm
going
to
call
this
meeting
to
order.
It
is
11
38
and
we
are
at
the
royal
health
clinic
on
spear.
We
call
this
webcomic
drug
and
alcohol
commission
needing
to
order.
A
Everybody
should
have
a
red
folder
that
tiffany's
actually
created
for
us
rihanna,
and
your
folder
is
in
the
background.
Also,
if
you
want
to
grab
lunch,
we
kind
of
appreciate
you
all
coming
in.
We
have
a
better
turnout
today,
as
opposed
to
our
afternoon
meetings.
So
you
may
have
to
consider
that
this
might
be
the
time
that
we.
A
For
the
record,
tiffany
has
just
started.
B
A
couple
of
months
ago
with
us,
but
we're
going
to
go
ahead
and
do
a
roll
call.
So
I'll
start
off
with
with
me.
Collingwood
is
present.
B
Please
be
kind,
I
was
writing
a
minute
and
I
actually
have
a
couple
of
things
that
are
missing
so
on
the
absence.
We're
gonna
go
back
and
we're
gonna
go
ahead
and
fill
in
whoever
was
absent,
but
if
you
were
present
make
sure
that
your
name
is
there
and
anything
else
is,
is
pretty
much
generic.
A
B
A
As
recommended
we're
moving
on
to
administrators
report,
this
is
added
from
the
last
meeting
where
we're
gonna
allow.
Mr.
B
Walls
to
be
able
to
give
us
an
update
on
what's
going
on
on
his
end,
I
know
last
time
we
were
talking
about
the
texas
open
act
and
I
hope
that
some
of
you
all
have
submitted
it
for
the
record.
Ms
linda
mendiola
from
ozar
had
said
that
she
had
sent
in
her
her
email
with
her
certificate,
and
she
couldn't
be
here
today,
so
she
apologizes,
but
those
two.
G
Certificates
from
the
membership,
so
that's
coming
in
please,
if
you
have
a
chance
to
take
that
training
and
just
send
a
send
a
certificate
into,
we
could
have
everybody
it's
one
of
those
things
where
it's
highly
encouraged
required
for
us
to
all.
Have
it
it's
not
going
to
break
the
committee
apart
if
you
don't,
but
there's
really
no
reason
for
us
not
to
have
everybody.
G
Take
that
in
the
last
city
council
meeting
check
my
notes
in
the
last
city
council
meeting,
it
was
discussed
and
approved
that
you
can
still
have
a
half
in
person
or
we
can
have
a
half-in-person
path.
Virtual
meeting.
The
only
caveat
is
we
have
to
have
five
board
members
present
in
person.
G
I
don't
know
if
that
would
make
anything
easier
or
challenging,
but
you
know
for
the
next
for
the
next
meeting,
if
you
guys,
when
you
all
get
that
email
from
tiffany
saying
this
will
be
the
meeting
you
know
just
please
respond
to
her.
So
we
know
who's
showing
up.
So
if
somebody
has
a
couple
of
meetings
and
they
want
to
do
two
virtuals
at
the
same
time
or
you
know
they
can't
show
up
or
whatever
the
case
is,
we
can
still
proceed
as
a
committee.
B
Okay,
so
then,
we'll
just
have
to
reach
out
to
those
who
weren't
present
to
find
out
if
they
can't
make
it
if
they
can't
make.
It
then
we'll
make
that
exception
to
include
the
virtual
option.
But
we
are
definitely
counting
with
you
all
that
are
here
present,
so
that
we
make
sure
that
we
have
the
five
to
go
virtual
right.
B
Then
we
become
a
little
bit
spoiled
and
think
that
everybody's
going
to
come
in
and
we
have
that
virtual
option.
I
think
the
virtual
options
should
be
as
a
as
a
secondary
but
definitely
try
to
meet
in
person,
because
I
think
in
person
we
do
more
and
we
definitely
need
to
do
more
within
this
committee,
because
it's
an
important
mission.
G
And
keep
in
mind
please
with
time
tell
us,
because
that
virtual
option,
as
it
is
more
convenient
for
the
members.
It
is
very
inconvenient
for
myself
integrity,
because
we
have
to
figure
out
how
to
do
the
virtual
options,
because
that
thing
is
recording.
We
would
probably
need
another
camera
in
here
to
do
the
virtual
right.
Okay,.
D
G
Tds
event
for.
B
So
as
of
right
now,
since
we've
done
a
little
bit
more
of
attendance
than
we've
most
most
other
meetings,
I
think
we'll
keep
it
to
this
time
and
we'll
monitor
it.
And
if
we
don't,
we
start
kind
of
decreasing
or
our
numbers
with
copics
are
changing
or
something
rather
changes
then
we'll
have
that
virtual
option
as
an
alternative,
but
not
a
not
an
ongoing
thing
right
now.
C
No,
I
I
have
a
suggestion
and
again
tiffany.
You
know
we
have
the
phone
list
because
everybody
I
would
suggest
at
least
for
the
next
meeting,
call
everybody,
because
some
people
may
have
changed
their
emails.
They
may
have
done
differently.
C
You
know,
I
think
if
you
call
everybody
and
let
them
know
and
let
them
know
what
time
the
meeting
is
and
make
sure
you've
got
the
email
line.
Are
you.
You
already
know
the
people
here
we
have
the
email
right,
but
you
can
call
the
other
people
because
a
lot
of
people
that
used
to
come-
I
don't
even
see,
and
so
maybe
it'd
be
worth
the
effort
to
call
them.
Okay,
let
them
know
make
sure
you
have
the
emails
right
and
then
people
take
this
we'll
do
that.
B
D
B
To
our
discussion
and
possible
action
on
membership,
we've
just
discussed
a
review
of
meeting
and
time
and
date
had
slightly
changed.
Miss
nancy
had
done
a
survey
and
she
surveyed
everyone
who's
on
that
email
list
to
see
and
verify
what
worked
better,
and
so
this
day
wednesday
works
better
than
than
most
days.
It's,
I
think
tuesday
and
wednesday
at
11.
30
for
lunch
is
what
works.
I
know
that
there
was
the
only
wheeling
conflict
business
that
ms
mac5
is
with
the
with
the
base
coalition.
B
They
currently
hold
their
meeting
at
this
time
because
she
wanted
to
participate,
but
other
than
that.
I
think
miss
alonso
had
mentioned
that
this
time
would
not
be
a
better
time.
Lunch
time
is
not
a
good
time
for
her.
B
So
we'll
try
to
see
what
we
can
do,
but
whenever
we
send
out
surveys,
please
make
sure,
because
we
want
to
make
sure
that
you're
included
in
those,
because
we
definitely
need
you
to
be
a
part
of
our
commission
so
and
then
that's
something
that
we
stressed
out
the
last
time
the
attendance
of
the
participation.
B
You
know
if
we
know
that
we're
fully
committed,
and
if
you
know
that
you
are
not
going
to
be
able
to
be
fully
committed,
then
we
ask
you
to
kindly
step
down
to
allow
somebody
else
to
come
in
and
to
be
able
to
participate.
With
that
in
mind.
The
texas
open
meeting
act
and
training
and
certificate
certification
is
necessary
for
our
membership,
and
so
mr
walsh
has
sent
out
that
reminder
for
those
of
you
who
haven't
taken
it.
B
Please
make
sure
that
you
take
it
which
brings
us
down
to
the
nomination
of
the
co-chair
and
secretary
last
meeting.
We
discussed
that
it
was
mr
walls
and
last
meeting.
I
actually
did
the
the
minutes,
but
we
are
needing
a
secretary
for
our
commission
to
write
down
our
minutes
to
just
be
brief,
and
you
know
kind
of
summarize
the
meeting
that
we
had
and
it's
open
to
anybody
who
is
a
member.
B
So
if
you
are
interested,
please
let
us
know,
because
we
definitely
need
that
role
as
well
as
co-chair.
We
had
moved
the
meeting.
B
You
know
I'm
talking
about
another
meeting,
so
I
may
be
out
in
the
whenever,
however,
because
of
work
or
whatever
the
case
may
be
so
a
co-chair
is
definitely
needed
so
that
they're
able
to
run
the
meetings
and
to
be
able
to
surprise
you
all.
So
if
there
is
anybody
who
wants
to
be
nominated,
please
let
us
know:
do
we
want
to
do
it
publicly
or
do
we
want
to
do
it?
Does
anybody
want
to
take
the
role
as
secretary
or
co-chair.
F
B
Us
know
by
email,
but
I
don't
know
if
anybody
is
interested
that
you
can
frankly
just
say.
I
can't
because
work
is
too
much
and
I
can't
take
on
the
role
we'll
definitely
understand,
but
it
is
needed
as
part
of
our
agreed.
B
D
B
Tiffany,
mr
walls
and
I
I
write
a
couple
of
minutes
and
then
the
videos
will
be
recorded
and
you
know
it's
just
it's
brief
transcription.
So
it's
not
very,
very
detailed
or
anything
like
that.
It's
just
key
points
for
our
co-chair.
Is
anybody
interested
in
being
nominated
or
is
there
any
nominations
on
the
table.
H
B
B
Okay
motion
passes
marina
is
our
co-chair?
Congratulations.
B
Lastly,
it's
unfortunate
that
miss
alonso
can't
join
us
today,
because
she
was
asking
a
little
bit
more
about
the
status
of
hate
as
to
what
the
detox
facility
was
doing,
how
we
were
doing
what's
going
on
and
whatnot,
and
so
today
we're
going
to
actually
review
the
presentation
of
what's
going
on
and
I
think
mata
had
some
information
from
more
than
I
wrote
into
her
wall.
B
So
I
don't
know
where
you
all
want
to
start,
but
we'll
we'll
make
sure
that
it's
recorded
and
that
she
gets
that
update
and
if
she
has
any
questions
we'll
follow
up
at
the
next
meeting.
I
So
on
the
counties
end,
we
are
out
for
contractors,
we
already
have
the
planning
and
the
specs.
We
will
close,
I
believe,
on
october,
the
14th
and
then
we'll
have
a
commissioner's
court
to
decide
who
will
be
the
contractor
and
then
we
can
start
building
from
there.
G
On
the
city's
end,
of
course,
you
all
know
that
we
started
this
process
a
long
time
ago
and
the
city
has
hired
a
consulting
firm
to
help
us
with
the
application
process.
We're
at
the
point
where
we're
on
hold
until
the
the
facility
is
completely
renovated,
and
then
the
consulting
firm
can
actually
come
visit
moreto
check
out
what's
going
on
and
you
know
we
can
take
it
from
there.
G
So
you
know
we're
excited
for
this
for
october,
so
we
can
find
out
who
the
contractor
is,
and
everybody
can
get
going
on
that
and
looks
like.
We
have
some
pictures.
J
Yes,
these
were
the
original,
the
ones
I
had
not
just
seen
way
back
though
we
turned
it
into
the
architects,
and
somebody
mentioned
at
the
last
meeting
that
they
wanted
to
see
something.
That's
the
reason
I
brought
it.
J
D
D
C
Yeah
certified,
maybe
all
the
years
it
was
doing
probation.
I
do
have
something
interesting
and
I
don't
know
if
anyone
can
comment.
I
was
talking
to
police.
C
From
what
I
understand
they
received
accreditation,
can
you
tell
us
a
little
bit
because
look
the
reality
is
throughout
this
there's.
No
other
providers
here.
D
C
C
That's
accredited
to
be
able
to
run
that
you
don't
need
to
be
credit
to
run
a
detox
program,
but
you
know
what,
for
purposes
of
liability
and
everything
else,
it's
better
to
have
someone
like
that,
and
so
you
know
I
just
wanted
to
point
out
that
scan
is
always
at
the
table.
Scan
is
doing
all
these
things.
You
know
I'm
just
having
this
discussion
with
elise
a
couple
weeks
ago,
not
about
us,
but
I
was
just
saying
he
was
telling
me
about
the
accreditation.
C
I
said
wow,
that's
impressive,
because
to
get
accredited,
that's
a
big,
that's
a
major
step,
and
I
think
it
there's
gonna
be
a
point
in
time
when
we're
gonna
go
out
for
rfps
for
for
funding
for
aid
for
agencies
that
is
going
to,
but
there's
been
a
run
in
place
and
the
other
end-
and
I
just
make
it
very
clear-
the
only
ones
that
I
ever
see
here-
scam
on
a
pretty
regular
basis.
C
E
And
I
want
to
mention
that
we
I
know.
Last
time,
media
mentioned
some
of
the
funding
that
was
awarded
to
scan
and
we
were
just
disavowed
5.9
million
in
federal
funding,
and
these
funds
will
be
for
families,
umida's
families,
united
program
and
it
will
be
substance,
abuse
and
mental
health
services,
and
it
will
help
families
with
trauma-informed,
evidence-based,
coordinated
and
integrated
outpatient
services.
E
Here
for
teenagers,
12
and
young
adults
of
them
of
225
and
it'll,
be
a
five-year
grant
and
it'll
be
that
one
will
be
for
2.7
million
dollars,
and
then
we
have
another
one
that
is
south
texas,
medication,
assisted
treatment,
enhanced
enhancement
and
recovery
project,
and
this
project
this
program
will
be,
will
help
increase
treatment.
E
As
well
and
it'll
be
625
000,
and
I
wanted
to
mention
that
dan
just
hired
a
medical
director,
it
is
dr
arturo
and
we
will
have
some
nurse
practitioners
as
well.
C
He
is
the
physician
in
charge
of
of
providing
medical
assessment,
medication
assessment
treatment
to
the
drug
court.
C
And
I
know
him
very
well
and
he's
very
well
acquainted
and
aware
of
how
about
how
vivitrol
works
and
we
talk
about
vivitrol
as
one
of
the
medications
that
would
be
used.
So
we
don't
send
the
heroin
addicts
out
after
stay
to
die
and
we
talked
about
that
long
long
time
ago,
and
so
so
that's
already
another
thing,
I'm
just
asking
police
right
now.
Is
it
jayco.
C
Or
car,
but
those
are
those
are
very
good
movements
because
you
know
you
all
are
are
doing
this
for
the
community.
It's
wonderful
you've
always
done
wonderful
with
that.
But
here
is
another
person
that
has
been
involved
in
in
substance,
use,
treatment
right
and
he's
very
well
acquainted
with
what
we
do
at
the
drug
court.
C
We've
got
25
percent
of
our
population
in
the
drug
court,
heroin
addicts
and
that's
we're
going
to
be
receiving
a
lot
of
those
and
vivitrol
works
well
with
chromatics
and
alcoholics,
and
so
he's
already
got
it
very
well
aware
of
it
and
they
have
them
scan.
Has
them
that's
already
another
plus,
and
you
know,
obviously
we
can't
make
any
decision,
I'm
just
saying
wow.
This
is
just
really
interesting
that
this
is
lining
up
right
now,.
E
I
would
not
be
able
to
answer
that
because
I'm
not
in
treatment
I'm
in
the
prevention
site,
okay,
but
I
can
get
back
to
you.
Yes,.
C
Okay.
Okay,
so
I
just
please
just
texted
me:
lisa
is
texting
me
and
he
says
jacob
the
joint
commission
on
accreditation
for
hospitals,
but
that's
a
big
one,
and
and
so
congratulations
let
luisi
solomo.
Congratulations.
I
had
already
always
about
that.
That's
a
huge
accomplishment!
B
I
know
miss
veronica
has
a
lot
more
news
to
come
up,
so
we're
gonna,
move
on
to
stakeholder
agency,
update
so
had
the
webcam
coalition
drug
coalition
meeting
yesterday,
and
they
had
a
lot
of
great
information
on
top
of
announcing
those
those
transcendence
funds
that
they
just
she
just
mentioned.
So
you
want
to
continue
to
add
on
to
the
red
river
week
and
all
the
other
activities
that
you
have
going.
E
On
we
had
our
meeting
yesterday,
we're
still
having
virtual
meetings,
so
there
was,
I
think,
over
50
different
agencies
that
communicate
different
individuals
and
we're
going
to
have
a
lot
of
different
presentations
around
the
community,
including
in
the
community
centers
tamiyu,
the
the
high
schools
middle
schools,
presentations
with
parents
through
the
community
different
different,
different
things
that
we
have
going
on
for
october.
We
have
a
simulator
that
we
that
we
have
it's
a
cwi
simulator
that
we
have
had
for
the
past
two
years.
E
It's
borrowed,
but
we
have
it
and
we've
been
going
around
the
community
to
try
to
engage
with
the
teenagers
even
with
the
with
the
tammy
students,
because
not
everyone
in
town.
You
is
21
years
of
age
right.
So
you
all
heard
of
the
reason
you
know
the
accident
that
a
teenager
passed
away,
even
drinking
and
drinking.
So
I
haven't
heard,
but.
E
It's
like
a
monitor
like
a
tv
type
and
it
has
the
steering
feel
and
the
pedals
and
the
kids
are
seeing.
You
know
how
they
wear
the
goggles
and-
and
you
can
see
very,
very
like
if
you
were
drunk
right.
So
the
kids
are
seeing
that
you
know
it's
very
hard
to
to
be
able
to
drive
if
you're
under
their
influence-
and
it's
been
very
popular
in
the
community.
So
we're
we're
trying
to
raise
awareness
on
this
and
we're
also
trying
to
raise
awareness
of
other
joys
as
well.
E
So
we're
we're
coordinating
with
high
school
on
the
20th,
we're
having
at
the
kickoff
for
red
ribbon
and
it's
going
to
be
a
a
little
bit
smaller
because
of
colgate
right.
So
we're
having
anywhere
from
50
to
100
students
in
the
gym
and
we're
going
to
invite
the
mayor
to
read
the
population.
E
We're
going
to
invite
the
dea
to
say
a
few
words
about
the
meaning
of
ribbon
like
we
always
do
and
then
at
the
at
the
end.
Well,
the
beginning:
it's
going
to
be
like
the
preparation
as
a
little
parade
and
then
we
release
some
balloons
in
honor
of
the
officers
locally
that
have
died
in
the
line
of
duty
and
then
hopefully
we
can
have
the
media
there
as
well.
E
So
they
can,
you
know,
inform
the
community
what
we're
doing
and
also
we're
hoping
that
lisb
is
able
to
record
this,
and
they
could,
you
know,
show
it
to
the
other
schools
as
well.
We
in
the
past
we
used
to
have
a
really
big
parade
at
the
civic
center,
but
then
they
they
had
all
this
yeah.
E
I
remember
that
lisb
bought
the
civic
center,
so
they've
been
doing
remodeling
for
a
while
now,
but
I
was
just
informed
yesterday
then
hopefully
for
next
year,
the
exam
will
be
ready,
so
we
can
have
something
there
again.
So
we're
excited
about
that.
E
But
you
know
the
whole
month
of
october,
we
are
going
to
be
very
busy
doing
a
lot
of
presentations
out
there
in
the
community
and,
as
always,
we
always
use
the
media
a
lot
to
to
send
a
message
out
to
the
parents,
especially
because
I've
heard
a
lot
of
the
kids
from
the
counselors
that
the
kids
are
vaping.
A
lot
in
the
schools
inside.
F
E
And
things
like
that,
so
they're
having
a
lot
of
trouble,
also
like
with
the
with
the
tick
tocks
and
all
that
so
we're
trying
to
you,
know,
be
out
there
and
and
inform
the
kids.
You
know
that
of
the
consequences
of
substances.
C
That
accident
was
so
tragic.
I
had
that
week,
quite
a
number
of
young
people
that
I
worked
with
that
were
talking
about
that
and
just
dealing
with
their
own
shot
because
many
of
them,
the
ones
I
work
with,
go
to
those
parties.
C
D
A
B
J
B
I
know
that
I
definitely
want
to
collaborate
with
you
with
florida
crime
stoppers,
because
I
did
have
a
meeting
with
the
deputy
superintendent
last
week
and
we
discussed
at
uasd
and
we
discussed
some
of
the
issues
that
they
have
at
the
school
where
we
do
have
campus
crime
stoppers,
and
we
are
wanting
to
ensure
that
they
are
aware
that
if
they
are
vaping
that
they
are
not
supposed
to
and
that
they
can
report
it
there's
money
involved,
we
tell
them,
and
so
we
are
going
to
create
some
psas
and
I'd
love
to
collaborate
with
scan
so
that
we
can
get
that
message
out
there
and
I'll
definitely
be
in
touch
with
you.
B
A
B
Know
that
you
were
the
only
one
that
sent
in
the
photo,
so
I
do
want
to
say
you
know
an
appreciation
on
that.
We
were
able
to
put
the
city's
information
on
our
facebook
with
your
information.
So
we
definitely
appreciate
you
for
for
doing
that.
Do
you
have
any
other
stakeholders
in
place?
No,
okay!
B
So
we'll
go
back
to
the
work
groups
and
start
a
little
bit
of
more
discussion,
because
I
know
we
still
have
a
little
bit
of
time.
We're
going
really
fast
here.
So
we.
B
At
that
point,
do
we
want
to
meet
virtually
or
in
person
to
start
discussing
items?
I
don't
think
I
can
definitely
be
a
part
of
this.
Miss
miss
hernandez,
mr
montgomery,
can
be
a
part
of
it.
Marina
can
also
be
a
part
of
prevention.
Outreach
and
education
can
an
it
definitely
be
a
problem,
be
a
part
of
it.
We
want
to
start
discussing
when
we
should
be
meeting
to
put
out
that
information
into
the
community.
Do
you
all
want
to
discuss?
Do
you
want
to
do
it
virtually?
B
B
Okay,
so
I'll
I'll
come
up
with
a
date,
maybe
you
know,
I
think,
maybe
the
first
tuesday
after
the
webb
county
community
coalition
meeting,
and
that
way
we
discussed
some
other
things
that
were
either
discussed
or
that
we
can
include,
and
then
it
gives
us
an
idea
to
jump
in
to
our
meeting
the
following
day
and
bring
up
some
of
those
things
that
were
discussed.
B
H
B
We
also
have
the
detox
transitional
support.
Did
you
all
come
up
with
a.
C
So
we'll
meet
on
monday
at
at
four
o'clock
for
my
dog,
see
me
and
send
you
the
link,
keep
this
link
on
it
and
we'll
meet
from
four
to
five
and
then,
if
that
works
good,
we'll
just
kind
of
keep
that
you
know
every
other
week
wherever
we
want
to
do
it.
Okay,.
B
Okay,
then,
we
also
have
the
mental
health
support
group
that
jesse
had
suggested,
and
we
feel
that
you
might
have
to
leave
that
one
as
well.
D
C
J
C
Concurrently
aggressively,
I
don't
know
if
I
ever
got
to
do
a
little
training
on
that,
because
that's
what
covey
did
so,
I
was
able
to
do
training.
I
don't
remember
what
I
would
do,
but
but
I'll
be
happy
to
do
that.
Anyone
else.
C
Monday
is
my
best
day
always
because
that
was
the
day
I
would
have
dedicated
to
you
guys
and
and
the
reductions
court
so
so
monday,
monday.
D
C
C
I
know
I
know
that,
but
the
thing
is
they
are,
but
they
haven't
been
here
and
and
west
here
comes
here
occasionally
you
know
and
their
stakeholders,
but
they
do
something
different
than
scan
and
pillar
does.
Who
are
licensed?
I
mean,
and
now
you
have
someone
like
stan
who's,
not
only
licensed
but
is
accredited
by
jayco.
D
C
I
explained
to
them:
you
have
to
send
someone
there
because
they
said
well,
you
you're,
our
consultant
is
in
hell,
but
I
can't
be
in
this
situation.
You
know,
I'm
not.
Someone
has
to
go,
and
so
I've
talked
to
him
many
times.
D
C
Let's
say
you
are
missing
out
on
some
very
important
things
and-
and
you
know
the
community
needs
your
your
help
because
they
do
have
a
lot
of
overseas,
and
I
know
that
they're
working
on
projects
with
a
county,
if
they're
interested
in
the
project,
they
will
go
to
grant
for
the
county
for
this
summer.
You
know
so
I
know
that
they're
doing
that.
So
I
will
ask
them
again.
B
Yeah
and
going
back
on
the
work
group
too,
we
had
mara
nancy,
miss
stillman
gabriella
from
scan
kiki
from
scan
and
miss
catherine
from
border
region.
So
we
definitely
should
reach
out
to
all
of
our
stakeholders.
B
I
think
at
one
point
we
did
have
a
list,
a
long
list
of
stakeholders,
but
I
think,
with
virtual
meetings
and
in
person
and
proven
people
may
have
changed
jobs
or
not
being
aware
of
or
our
changes,
so
we'll
definitely
reach
out
to
you
to
pillar
and
to
amma,
and
I
know
westcare
marta
hernandez
wants
to
be
very
involved
she's
new
to
the
position,
but
she
does
have
a
meeting
on
tuesday
at
this
time,
so
she
may
not
be
able
to
participate
unless
we
consider
another
day
and
then
it's
more
feasible
for
for
all
of
our
stakeholders
to
be
present.
C
B
Okay
got
it,
we
now
have
the
transition
and,
after
care,
work
group
on
that
work
group
we
had
previously
had
miss
afghani,
miss
mara
gabriela,
clara
from
scan
ms
from
webb
county
catherine
from
border
region.
B
Miss
do
we
know
if
he
can
and
then
we'll
be
still
able
to
participate
in
some
of
these
work
groups
or.
E
Yeah,
I'm
pretty
sure
I
can
get
flatter
too
I'll
talk
to
clutter
this
afternoon.
B
That
way,
maybe
we'd
love
one
of
our
commission
members
to
actually
be
a
part
of
it.
So
we'll
see
if
I'll
ask
about,
maybe
miss
marina
can
take
that
role
and
lead
that
group.
D
B
Way
we
have
work
group
reports
and
then
so
at
the
next
meeting
that
we're
able
to
discuss
you
know
all
of
our
work
groups
that
we're
able
to
present
some
information
to
have
a
little
more
discussion
and
maybe
strike
interest
in
something
and
then
kind
of
lead
to
something
else
and
allow
us
to
to
work
a
little
bit
more
on
it.
So
we'll
definitely
do
that.
Moving
on
to
our
next
item
announcements,
are
there
any
announcements
from
anybody
that
you
all
would
like
to
share
with
us.
H
For
red
ribbon,
I
already
have
schedules
to
go
and
speak
at
lara.
Of
course,
with
mr
london
martin
high
school
ciara,
I
just
contacted
nixon
and
they
said
they
love
to
have
a
presentation
and
also
the
I
have
memorial
during
middle
school.
But
the
kids
are
already
mental
vaping
and
all
of
that,
so
they
want
for
me
to
go
in
and
speak
to
them.
B
Okay,
that's
wonderful
and
used
to
to
know
that
you're
going
to
be
doing
presentations.
Thank
you
so
much
for
that
and
I'm
sure
that
if
anybody
else
in
the
community
needs
a
presentation,
miss
marina
or
mrs
can
actually
provide
that
presentation.
So
thank
you
for
that.
Do
you
have
any
other
announcements.
E
It's
on
october
23rd
and
it's
going
to
be
from
10
to
2
and
there's
three
locations.
There's
the
loretta
college,
the
one
in
the
south
and
there's
going
to
be
the
the
one
from
del
mar
the
the
fire
department
administration
in
del
mar
across
from
saint
patrick's
church
and
also
kg-
and
this
is
another
location.
So
there's
three
and
there's
one
in
zapata
and
there's
a
courthouse.
E
The
reason
I
mentioned
about
this
because
it's
part
of
the
derivative
sector
from
the
legal
and
you
can
take
any
kind
of
medication
there
can
be
over
the
counter
or
prescribed
just
the
only
thing
that
they
don't
accept
is
needles
because
the
agents
can
get
pulled
right,
but
anything
else.
They
will
accept
and
I
go
ahead
and
share
the
flyer
with
colleen
and
she
can
send
it
to
everyone.
So
people
can
go
ahead
and
take
the
medication.
There's.
No
questions
asked
we've
collected
so
much
over
the
years.
E
It's
been
more
than
10
years
that
we've
participated
with
them
and
helping
them
out
to
spread
the
word
and
doing
a
lot
of
media
coverage
and
helping
with
you
know,
newspaper
articles
and
stuff
to
get.
You
know
the
community
to
know
that
you
know
that
it's
very
important
for
them
to
dispose
of
the
medication,
because
sometimes
people
have
so
much
medication
at
home.
It's
just
ridiculous.
How
much
we
have
and
people
don't
think
about.
You
know
that
they
expire.
They
think
that
they
last
forever
because
they
don't
have.
E
Sometimes
you
know
when
you
go
to
the
pharmacy.
It
doesn't
have
to
be
where
it
expires,
but
we're
you
know
slowly
but
surely
raising
awareness
on
this
issue
and
people
are
coming
together
and
they're
disposing
of
their
medication.
C
I
do
want
to
to
to
talk
about
something
and
and
tout
a
program
that
sometimes
we
don't
even
really
think
about,
and
so
you
know
at
the
end
of
the
fiscal
year,
I
start
with
the
different
programs
that
I
evaluate
gathering
numbers,
and
yesterday
I
sent
judge
stephen
and
an
email
about
the
numbers
for
the
drug
court.
The
reason
why
I
mentioned
the
drug
court
is
because
we
have
so
many
heroin
ads
and
severe
alcoholics
that
could
use
that
detox.
D
C
We
have
to
ship
that
out
of
town,
and
so
this
is
going
to
be
very
important
and
I
can
imagine
how
easily
our
program
kit
gets
pulled,
but
just
to
give
you
an
idea,
the
intake
coverage
rate
for
fy
21
was
a
96.5.
C
You
know,
that's
amazing,
so
in
other
words,
you
know
if
you
have
a
target
of
100
96.5,
but
how
many
clients
were
admitted
in
the
program
well,
over
80
clients
next
year
is
going
to
target
is
like
95,
but
they
did
a
wonderful
job,
considering
that
the
numbers
have
gone
down
because
the
pandemic,
since
she
became
director,
brought
brought
it
up
by
at
least
10
percent
a
little
bit
more
than
10
percentage
points
just
since
april,
and
the
follow-up
break
was
also
very
important.
C
When
we
do
follow-ups,
we
want
to
make
sure
the
federal
government
wants
to
make
sure
the
program
was
working.
The
program
had
an
86.5
abstinent
rate
and
there
was
no
recidivism.
None
of
our
of
the
clients
in
the
drug
court
were
were
rearrested,
so
the
drug
court
program
is
doing
an
amazing
job
case
managers,
the
counselors,
the
counselors,
are
from
pillar.
C
You
know
the
probation
officers,
the
ada,
the
public
defender,
marijua's,
leading
a
wonderful
team,
and
I
think
that
this
is
really
important,
because
the
linkage
between
what
this
program,
even
when
I
was
envisioning
it.
I
was
saying
we
need
to
link
this
because
we
have
been
sending
so
many
people
out
of
town
in
the
drug
court
program.
Where
you
know
we
get
phase
one
there's
triage
detox,
then
you
know
we're
gonna,
we're
gonna
fill
it
up
pretty
quickly.
I
mean
you
know.
C
C
The
email
yeah
it
was
a
wonderful
yeah,
he
was
wonderful,
but
I
just
you
know
he
he
already
knows
about
that.
He
did
reply,
but
you
know
just
it's
a
wonderful
job.
You
guys
are
doing.
Congratulations.
B
Thank
you
definitely
congratulations
and
excellent
work,
because
those
numbers
are
very
impressive:
the
fact
that
they're
not
going
back
to
court
or
getting
back
to
their
old
ways
and
that
there
is
a
follow-up.
I
love
the
fact
that
you
have
membership
follow-up
because
I
think
that's
very
important
to
to
have
statistics
are
very
important.
So
congratulations
on
your
hard
work.
You've
been
missing
in
action
for
a
week.
B
With
that
said,
do
you
have
any
announcements
that
you
want
to
share
in
addition
to
what
mr
obama's
just
said?
No.
F
F
A
lot
of
our
clients
have
lost
their
jobs,
and
so
they
a
lot
of
the
new
ones
when
they're
being
assessed,
they're
assessed
under
the
influence
and
so
a
lot
of
what
their
excuses
is
that
we
don't
have
a
job,
I'm
having
a
hard
time
doing
this,
I'm
having
a
hard
time
doing
that,
and
so
they
pick
up
theft,
charges
here
and
there
and
a
lot
of
them
are
under
the
influence
of
heroin
and
alcohol.
C
I
want
to
add
on
the
female,
because
the
reason
I
know
this
is
because
for
years
I've
been
the
the
supervisor
to
all
the
counselors.
I
do
the
supervision
for
the
counselors
in
the
drug
in
the
drug
court.
I
do
pro
bono,
I
do
the
evaluation,
but
the
reason
I
know
about
the
females.
D
F
It's
actually
a
lot
harder
to
treat
the
females
than
the
males.
Our
success
rates
on
the
females
is
not
as
high
as
it
is
on
the
males,
and
I
think
a
lot
of
it
does
have
to
do
with
the
trauma,
and
so
they
do
receive
intensive
outpatient
treatment.
But
it
is
a
lot
harder
to
deal
with
the
females
than
it
is
with
the
males.
F
A
lot
of
other
things
involved
like
cps
they've,
got
children
that
they're
trying
to
you
know
get
back
in
their
in
their
in
their
homes
or
they're,
just
not
stable
enough
to
bring
them
in
and
it's
it's
a
lot.
It's
a
lot
for
them.
C
Yeah,
it's
difficult,
there's
a
lot
of
shame
and
guilt.
You
know,
and
you
know
I
I
specialize
in
trauma.
60
of
my
cases
are
a
woman.
That's
been
sexually
abused,
but
if
I
work
with
them
sometimes
I
work
with
them
for
two,
maybe
three
years:
okay
and
and
we
have
12
to
18
months
and
the
the
focus
of
course
we're
dealing
with
both
issues
but
they're
the
their
focus
is.
C
I
need
to
stop
using
driving
alcohol,
so
I
can
get
my
child
back,
so
I
can
get
out
of
court
and
even
though
they're
being
shown
skills
to
deal
with
their
mental
health.
It's
not
it's
not
this!
It's
it's
intense,
but
there's
other
things.
I
did.
C
I
did
there's
an
emdr
training
this
month
to
treat
to
treat
people
with
ptsd
and
I
want
to
say.
C
D
C
F
I
do
want
to
say,
though,
that
a
lot
of
the
participants
that
are
being
sent
out
to
treatment
services
or
for
detox
charlie's
place
always
has
a
waiting
list,
so
sometimes
we're
trying
to
get
somebody
in
like
next
day
and
there
isn't
anything
available.
Sometimes
they
don't
get
them
in
maybe
a
week
two
weeks,
maybe
even
a
month.
It
just
depends
on
where
they're
at
and
a
lot
of
the
times
we
ask.
F
For
I
mean
it's
not
part
of
this
place
anymore,
but
I
refer
to
that.
F
We
asked
that
if
they
have
the
availability
to
keep
them
there
for
residential
to
do
it,
because
they're
only
there
for
seven
days,
seven
to
ten
days
to
detox
and
a
lot
of
the
times
they're
released,
they
come
back
to
narito
and
they're.
Using
again,
detox
is
not
enough,
like
those
that
weak
that
they're
in
there
is
not
enough
that
they
don't
have
the
space
to
keep
them
there
for
a
30-day
residential.
J
G
C
C
You
know
so.
That
is
why
I
believe
we
voted
on
that
day
that
we
would
use
vivitrol
as
one
of
our
protocols
for
the
doctors
to
use
as
we're
getting
that,
because
we
don't
want
them
to
detox
and
then
go
out
and
die.
Yeah.
B
Which
is
what
I
was
going
to
add
right
now
that
for
the
transitional
aftercare
that
I
think
it
should
be
a
conversation
that
manuelita
has
with
those
numbers
that
you
just
provided.
That
information,
I
think,
that's
very
important.
But
you
have
somebody
to
recommend
that's
part
of
scan
that
could
definitely
that
just
got
awarded
this
awesome
money.
B
That
is
going
to
be
able
to
put
that
money
into
you
so
that
when
the
detox
goes
up,
then
there's
the
support
from
scan
and
that
that
we
have
that
after
care,
because
that's
also
going
to
be
very
critical
to
making
sure
that
our
community
members
get
back
into
what
they
need
to.
B
F
Is
the
information
that
I
do
want
to
talk
about
is,
for
example,
my
population
is
different.
We
treat
them
if
they
have,
if
they're
going
through
the
system.
If
there's
an
act
of
arrest,
if
they've
been
convicted
their
operation,
those
are
the
type
of
people
that
we
service.
Don't
just
service
anybody
in
the
community.
They
have
to
have
a
case
pending
with
the
da
and
the
court,
so
the
residential
treatment
facilities
that
we
use
are
the
state
funded
facilities.
It's
the
crtc's,
it's
the
sizes,
the
isf's.
F
A
lot
of
them
are
like
gel
based
so
they're
on
lockdown,
but
there
are
a
lot
of
people
in
the
community
that
don't
have
active
pieces
that
cannot
just
go
to
these
state
funded
facilities,
and
so
there
aren't
enough
residential
treatment
centers
at
the
disposal
of
those
that
don't
have
the
means
to
pay
for
it,
and
so,
if
it
wasn't
for
those
state
facilities,
we
probably
wouldn't
have
anywhere
to
send
them
to,
because
99
of
our
clients
are
indigent.
F
So
if
they
won't,
they
don't
have
insurance,
they
won't
qualify
for
medicaid
and
they
don't
have
anywhere
to
go
because
they
don't
have
the
means
to
pay
for
it.
So
we'll
detox
them.
But
then,
where
do
we
send
them?
F
And
I
know
that
there's
for
males
and
for
females,
but
we
just
had
one
male,
that
we
were
that
we've
been
trying
to
get
in,
but
there's
a
weight
of
about
eight
weeks,
so
they
need
to
go
and
they're
clean,
gotta
use
the
jail,
the
jail
doesn't
want
them
because
they're
using
or
they
go
in
there
under
the
influence.
And
then
it's
like
a
sale,
a
cell
that
they
have
to
you
know
set
aside
for
our
clients
for
eight
weeks.
So
let's
have
a
lovely
relationship
with
the
sheriff.
H
And
I
do
get,
I
do
get
calls
from
people
that
there
are
kids
or
family
members
using
and
like
what
I
refer
them
to.
They
don't
have
any
money
and
they
don't
have
anything.
We.
F
And
so
I'll
provide
them
with
scans
number
four
region
pillar-
and
you
know
this
it's
hard
because
you
can't
really
force
the
individual
to
go
and.
A
B
Getting
younger-
and
you
know
I
think,
one
of
those
I
think
you
have
to
go
back
to
doing
maybe
at
a
next
our
next
meeting.
You
could
probably
just
take
the
time
to
connect
the
dots
with
the
resources
that
we
have
available
and
see
where
we're
missing,
because
if
we
bring
up
scenarios
that
you
all
have
or
that
you've
all
experienced,
then
you
could
say
what
did
you
do?
Did
you
go
to
scan
and
they
were
they
not
able
to
provide
the
service
there?
B
Did
you
have
to
go
to
pillar,
did
pillar
provide
the
service,
or
do
they
have
the
funding
for
it?
Does
it
does
it
require
money,
or
does
it
not
require
money,
insurance
and
or
not,
and
that
kind
of
thing?
So
those
are
our
critical
observations
that
you're
making
and
that
could
be
detrimental
to
somebody
else.
So
we
definitely
want
to
be
able
to
have
these
these
conversations,
and
maybe
we
could
set
that
time
aside
next
next
meeting
to
just
connect
the
dots
and
say
look,
this
is
you
know
what's
going
on?
B
F
About
the
eligibility
criteria,
because
when
we
send
out
clients
to
dr
casa,
there's
obviously
a
criteria
to
be
able
to
get
that
injectable
natural
zone,
and
so
if
they
have
some
sort
of
a
condition
hiv
or
I
think
it
just
depends
on
what
their
medical
condition
is,
but
they
won't
qualify
for
the
virtual.
But
if
there's
other
resources
that
we
can
refer
them
out
to,
if
there's
another
type
of
an
met
program
that
they
could
qualify
for,
then
you
know.
Obviously
we
funnel
them
through
that
program
as
well.
So.
C
C
It's
a
great
program.
The
grant
came
out
last
year,
and-
and
so
I
believe,
that's
what
the
funding
for
so
the
crisis
team
goes
out
with
police,
so
they
don't
have
to
do.
They
don't
have
to
wait
at
the
hospital
for
the
protocol
to
happen
from
board
region
community
health
center
and
then
what
will
happen
is
that
they
will
have
their
own
mental
health.
C
Counseling
team
for
behavioral
health
with
a
doctor
connected
and
dr
geisler
won't
know
that
I
was
very
good
at
working
with
co-occurring
disorders
and,
of
course,
so
that's
what
the
funding
is
for,
but
but
again
and
and
the
reality
is
the
reality-
is
that
at
one
point
in
time
I
mean
I,
I
understand
that
we
probably
have
funding
for
at
least
a
year
to
start
up
right,
but
but
scan
has
the
capability
of
so
many
people
to
write
grants
there
that
they
will
be
able
to.
I
believe,
help
this
endeavor
out.
C
And
that's
a
wonderful
program
because
I
believe
it's
it's
for
at
least
two
years
and
this
weekend
I
myself
had
a
crisis
call
on
on
friday
about
nine
o'clock
and
a
client
had
suicidal
ideations
parents
are
out
of
town,
don't
know
what
to
do,
they're
afraid
of
the
police.
Go
there,
he'd
get
violent,
something
would
happen,
and
so
you
know
in
the
end,
I
did
it
the
old-fashioned
way,
which
is
I
I
did.
C
The
welfare
check
reason
he
answered
me
and
made
sure
he
was
not
endangered
and
stuff
for
others,
but
that
would
be
crucial
once
your
program's
up
and
running
that's
going
to
help
the
police
a
lot.
D
C
B
B
So
we
have
this
conversation,
I
want
to
make
one
more
or
actually
two
more
announcements
before
we
end
westcare
is
having
a
2021
community
talk
and
it's
happening
between
six
and
eight
online
which,
on
october,
27th
and
october
28th,
and
it
is
in
conjunction
with
the
red
ribbon
week,
and
so
I
just
wanted
to
share
that
with
you.
I
hope
to
be
able
to
send
something
so
that
you
all
are
able
to
pass
along,
but
also
very
important
december
of
2020.
B
We
lost
ms
kimbenia
and
the
she
had
been
a
pivotal
individual
for
our
organization,
crime,
stoppers
and
also
for
our
drug
and
alcohol
commission,
and
so
they
had
brought
it
up
to
the
city
council,
to
name
the
building
that
laredo
crime
stoppers
is
currently
housed
in
which
is
a
substation
on
springfield
and
ryan
after
her,
and
so
we
are
going
to
be
doing
the
building
ceremony
next
week
on
friday
october
15th
at
10
a.m,
at
3,
20,
east
ryan,
and
it
is
going
to
be
dedicated
to
mesquite
on
her
birthday.
D
B
Going
to
be
a
crime
prevention
center,
so
I
will
send
out
that
invitation
to
you
all
too,
hopefully
have
your
presence
and
and
some
of
your
supervisors,
your
bosses
and
your
leaders
that
will
be
able
to
be
present
but
I'll,
send
that
out.
I
will
be
leaving
out
of
town
on
friday
and
won't
be
coming
back
to
wednesday.
B
I
will
be
presenting
at
the
texas
state
conference
and
there's
an
award
ceremony
that
day
too,
and
they
would
have
given-
and
it
is
so
sad
they
would
have
given
this
companion
last
october
2020
before
she
passed
her
lifetime
achievement
award
her
lifetime
achievement
award
or
a
lifetime
achievement
award
with
texas
crime.
Stoppers
would
have
been
where
you
had
to
have
been
with
the
organization
for
over
15
years
and
for
you
to
be
considered
to
receive
that
that
high
honor
so
october
2020
she
would
have
been
able
to
receive
that
award.
B
So
she's
not
going
to
be
able
to
be
present,
so
I'm
humbled
to
actually
receive
that
for
her
and
for
her
family.
So
we'll
be
coming
back
with
that
award,
that's
the
prestigious
award
and
with
the
office
of
the
governor.
So
just
wanted
to
kind
of
mention
that
and
invite
you
all
to
to
join
us
on
october
15th.
It's
going
to
be
something
you
know
nice
that
we
hope
to
be
able
to
honor
her
and
recognize
her
for
all
her
efforts
that
she's
done
in
the
community.
C
D
C
You
know
my
thoughts
will
be
where
just
one
more
thought,
because,
as
I've
been
as
we've
been
talking,
I
have
been
texting
with
that
food
on
danny
and
does
the
detox
present
committee
prevention
intervention
treatment?
B
B
B
A
total
of
five
providers
yeah,
but
we're
kind
of
revisiting.
I
think
we're
gonna
have
to
do
like
three
and
put
mental
health
and
the
detox
facility
into
one
energy
aftercare,
because
that
one
follows
and
then
the
crime
prevention
intervention
is
one
and
then
the
other
one
would
be.
Can
I
close
my
computer?
G
B
So
we'll
collaborate
we'll
actually
combine
those
five
groups
into
three
groups,
and
I
think
it
would
make
a
little
more
sense
to
do.
The
prevention
outreach
education
as
one
and
then
the
intervention
treatment,
rehabilitation
as
a
separate
one,
and
then
the
detox
mental
health
and
transitional
and
aftercare
all
together,
because
it
follows
it's
gonna.
It's
gonna
have
that
it's
gonna
trickle
down
to
that.
So
that
way
we
don't
spread
out
too
thinly,
but
we
discuss
it
and
we're
cohesive
as
to
what
we're
discussing
but
I'll,
send
that
that
update.
B
That
way,
you
all
can
say
I'll,
be
a
part
of
this
I'll
be
a
part
of
this
and
it
is
and
then
we'll
we'll,
set
up
meetings
and
then
just
talk
about
what
we
can
put
out
there
into
the
community.
Are
there
any
other
announcements
before
we
close.
J
H
Now
that
you
mentioned
that
we
had
a
volunteer
services
meeting,
I
think
it
was
like
last
week
and
miss
elsa
called
miss
and
sargie,
and
I
think
she
wants
to
come
back
but
she's
just
waiting
on
her
grabber
video
go
to
a
daycare,
but
she
was
saying
that
if
border
region
had
any
services
that
they
could
bring
over
to
that
list,
then
so
we
could
like
get
with
them
and
put
them
on
that
district.
B
Well,
I
think
that's
something
that,
because
that
list
originally
came
in
from
the
web
county
community
coalition
veronica.
When
do
you
update
that
one?
We
haven't.
E
E
B
Website
our
website,
mr
alice,
at
that
point
he
went
back
and
he
looked
over
the
the
phone
numbers
and
the
information
that
was
there
that
was
provided
originally
from
them.
There's
chinese
students
that
worked
on
it.
So
they
did
that.
But
again
that
might
be
something
that
we
consider
they'll
bring
back
again
and
there's
no
other
comments
or
announcements.
It
is
12
40,
and
I
call
this
meeting
to
order.
So
I
have.
