Description
Economic Development Advisory Committee Meeting 060823
B
C
A
D
F
So
it's
12040
on
June,
8th
2023.
This
is
for
the
economic
development.
E
E
G
E
F
E
F
C
B
A
D
A
F
Any
opposed
motion
carries
unanimously
with
that.
Any
other
comments
regarding
the
minutes.
F
A
We
have
our
good
partners
from
the
continuing
education
from
Laredo
college
with
us
who
will
be
giving
us
an
updated
things
that
the
media
up
to
speed
on
the
success
of
the
program.
F
A
J
A
We're
very
happy
to
be
here
presenting
puppets
that
we
have
up
to
now
for
Laredo
cares
this
program.
You
can
do
this.
Okay,
thank
you.
So
this
program
is
a
collaboration
between
the
City
of
Laredo
and
Laredo.
College,
see
the
Laredo
allocated
a
million
dollars
for
Workforce
training
and
selected
Laredo
College
to
provide
or
to
become
that
training
provider
and
Laredo
College.
What
we
did.
We
also
matched
those
plans,
an
additional
amazing
dollars.
A
So
we
have
two
million
dollars
available
for
to
provide
this
Workforce
trainings
to
the
community,
the
eligibility
for
participants
to
apply
for
these
funds,
it's
for
them
to
either
be
laid
off
or
low
or
underemployed
due
to
covid-19
pandemic,
so
pretty
much,
they
will
fill
out
on
an
application
and
they
would
set
the
test
on
this
conditions.
A
J
So
these
are
the
list
of
programs
that
were
covered
with
the
funding
that
was
given
to
that
was
by
the
college
and
also
from
the
City
of
Laredo.
You
can
see
that
they're
kind
of
I
guess
designed
in
different
Industries
right,
so
we
have
Logistics,
which
is
like
our
truck
driving
and
professional
bus
driving
programs.
We
also
have
business
programs
such
as
general
manager
and
Leadership,
along
with
administrative
support,
Specialists,
and
then
we
have
health
care
programs,
which
is
very
big
during
the
pandemic,
like
our
patient
care
technician
program,
our
pharmacy
technician.
B
A
J
So
until
now,
we've
already
completed
trainings
for
1130
participants.
Now
the
list
on
the
bottom
are
our
top
five
programs
that
we've
had
I
guess
throughout
the
whole
time
that
this
has
been
around
right.
So
they
do
go
in
orders
are
our
most
popular
program
was
The
Substitute
Teacher,
although
from
that
is
our
dental
assistant
program,
our
medical
administrative
assistant
program
and
then
structuring
and
pharmacy
technician.
So
those
five
are
the
most
popular
amongst
the
participants
that
have
at
least
conducted
a
training
here
with
us
during
the
Laredo
cares,
I
guess
initiative.
A
And
so
far
our
next
enrollment
period
is
it's
going
on
right.
Now,
it's
current
and
we
still
have
some
funding
available
and
for
the
other,
these
are
the
available
programs
that
those
that
qualify
they
can
still
apply,
and
these
are
the
choices
that
we
have
available:
professional
truck
driving,
professional
bus
driving
pharmacy
technicians
registered
dental
assistant
and
a
business
program
which
is
a
bookkeeping
and
with
a
QuickBook
certification
as
well,
we're
estimating
to
complete
the
whole
project
to
close
the
project,
October,
2023
and
well.
We
exceeded
the
original
goal.
A
And
we
have
one
coming
up
another
job
for
that
we're
going
to
be
preparing
for
November
if
I'm
not
mistaken,
towards
the
end
of
this
project,
so
those
are
that
are
either
currently
taking
the
class
right
now
or
that
we'll
be
taking
and
finishing
by
October.
We'll
have
an
opportunity
also
to
go
to
one
of
our
job
first,
that
to
one
of
the
doctors
that
we
have
a
schedule
at
the
South
Campus.
A
So
I'll
give
you
all
the
details,
ones
that
everything
gets
coordinated,
we'll
provide
that
information
to
you
all,
okay,
and
if
I'm
not
mistaken.
This
is
our
last
slide.
We
we,
this
is
the
update
and
we're
open
for
any
buses.
A
K
E
D
A
Course
so
the
the
department
comes
with
one
two,
five
or
six
coordinators.
They
all
have
different
areas.
The
students
can
meet
with
them
and
we
provide
an
advising
on
what
the
careers
some
students
they
already
know
what
they
want.
And
after
talking
to
the
coordinators
and
getting
this
advising.
A
Yes
and
if
I
may
I,
don't
think
that's
one
of
the
powerful,
the
powerful
collaborations
that
the
city
has
with
the
college
because
they
have
all
the
you
know
the
Departments
and
the
resources
as
far
as
offering
counseling
and
people
that
are
not
sure
you
know
what
other
fields
they
can
go
into.
The
the
college
provides
with
Focus
Counseling
sessions
to
guide
them
through
the
process
and
give
them.
You
know,
maybe
ideas
on
how
to
explore
other
careers.
A
Yes,
so
most
of
these
programs
before
beginning
a
new
course
or
a
new
cohort,
we
usually
have
orientation
day
so
pretty
much.
What
it
is
is
whoever
is
interested
in
that
particular
class.
They
come
in
on
a
particular
day
and
we
tell
them
what
the
class
is
about,
how
long
it's
going
to
take
what
is
expected
from
them
and
they
usually
stay.
That's
what
they
expect
and
they
usually
stay
and
sign
up
for
that
class.
D
B
B
J
One
of
the
one
of
the
demands
that
we
saw
was
Healthcare
right,
a
lot
of
local
clinics.
A
lot
of
local
hospitals
were
short
staff
right
and
they
were
hiring
people
that
needed
certifications
that
needed.
You
know
the
certain
requirements
to
actually
you
know,
do
those
jobs
and
to
do
those
well,
so
a
lot
of
the
healthcare
programs.
We
did
see
a
lot
of
enrollment
on
those
that
are
interested
in
possibly
pursuing
a
career
in
healthcare
and
advancing
in
that
field.
A
The
programs
that
we
provide
they're
again
short
term,
but
it's
more
medical
support
right.
So
obviously
we
still
have
that
demand
for
nursing
for
lvns,
for
doctors,
but
but
the
demand
still
is
that
medical
support,
so
these
programs
are
shorter
in
length
and
certifications.
Those
are
the
ones
that
the
industry
is
requesting
and
forth
thriving,
but
we
have
seen
it's
an
increase
at
Demand
on
on
having
more
and
more
CDLs
so
either.
If
it's
through
this
program
or
through
customized
training,
we
still
see
that
demand
I'll,
give
you
an
example
for
bus
driving.
A
A
And
we
have
been
having
cohort
after
cohort
after
cohort
of
five
six
seven,
eight
ten
agents-
they
come
also
from
El
Paso
and
from
other
cities,
border
cities
to
come
and
take
the
train
and
get
the
certification.
That's
that's
the
class
B.
C
A
G
J
A
Www.Loredo.Edu
forward,
slash
CE,
you
can
see
the
schedule,
the
career
classes
that
we
have
available
and
the
pricing
is
there,
the
tuition
and
fees
and,
let's
say,
for
example,
a
company
will
like
to
have
something
very
specific
and
they
will
have
to
develop
a
customized
training
and
that
entails
how
many
hours,
what's
the
schedule?
Is
it
going
to
be
at
the
college?
Is
it
going
to
be
in
your
office
how
many
people
are
going
to
participate
so
everything
we?
We
consider
everything
in
order
to
come
up
with
a
with
a
fair
price.
J
J
H
A
Logistics
will
always
be
number
one,
but
I'm
very
surprised
and
happy
to
see
that
the
numbers
that
you
report
go
in
hand
with
the
annual
reports
in
2022,
I,
think,
administrative
and
and
business
industry.
That's
the
number
two
industry
in
Laredo
for
job
generation
and
the
third
one
is
Health.
Yes,
so
I
think
you
know
the
number
is
really
really.
It
tells
us
that
the
program
according
to
the
the
reports
by
the
Texas
Workforce
Commission
for
Laredo,
yes,.
H
And
I'd
like
to
add
to
just,
for
you
know
everybody
that
that's
just
hearing
about
this
program,
so
the
2.0
in
there
that
you
know
this
is
the
second
time
we've
done
this
type
of
program.
I,
like
Miriam,
said
this
is
covid
monies
quote:
unquote
the
government
sent
down,
so
we
were
a
little
bit
tied
on
kind
of
how
creative
we
could
be
because
we
had
to
have
these
restrictions
to
comply
with
the
grant
monies.
H
So
we
intend
to
take
this
to
council
to
show
them
how
you
know
successful
it
has
continued
to
be.
We
would
like
to
continue
to
offer
these
programs,
but,
of
course,
funding
is
a
is
a
big
issue
right,
but
you
know
just
to
show
that
hey
these
programs
do
work.
We
can
get
creative.
This
is
how
we've
done
it
before.
Maybe
we
can
take
a
deeper
look
at
these
programs
to
find
out
how
we
can
tweak
them,
but
you
know
we
continue
to
look
for
for
more
money.
Fair.
A
A
Healthy
students
on
seeing
their
their
employment,
if
they're,
still,
if
they're
getting
a
job
or
if
they're
being
transferred
or
if
they're,
continuing
their
education,
either
with
the
college
or
they
they
with
the
university.
So
so.
A
B
A
K
E
A
I'm,
yes,
Mr
chairman
in
your
package,
you
will
find
and
I
will
give
the
the
floor
and
open
it
up
for
for
questions
as
well.
As
you
all
know,
this
is
an
item
that
we've
been
working
on
in
your
binders.
You
will
find
all
the
documents
from
the
guidebook
to
the
application
to
the
actual
ordinance.
It
is
our
intent
that
we
can
take
this
to
council.
A
We
took
into
account
a
lot
of
the
feedback
that
we've
been
getting
I
know
we
have
new
committee
members
and
I
hope.
We
hope
you
had
a
chance
to
review
the
documents
as
well.
One
of
the
the.
A
Impacted
the
first
set
of
documents
that
you
will
find
is
the
maintenance
agreement.
The
second
document
should
be.
I
Yes,
we
did
have
a
pretty
good
discussion
when
it
initially
came
up.
The
part
that
there's
already
a
parklet
and
sidewalk
coordinates,
and
it
was
just
a
revision
to
kind
of
tie
them
in
together,
and
so
we
had
a
pretty
good
discussion
on
a
lot
of
the
stuff
the
building
came
in
and
everybody
came.
Legal
was
here
to
talk
about
it
and
they've
made
some
really
good
modifications
to
it
to
make
it
more
of
an
incentive.
The
main
issue
at
hand
when
it
did
come
up
was
the
cost
of
it.
I
They
wanted
to
charge
fifteen
hundred
dollars,
and
the
argument
basically
was
that
hey
there's
nothing
out
there
right
now,
and
so,
if
you
want
to
incentivize
so
a
staggered
scale
which
is
very
accommodating
to
have
a
small
business
grow
in
downtown,
especially
with
all
the
costs
that
they
have
to
undertake
when
they're
working
downtown
so
I
mean
I
would
highly
recommend
it
that
we
did
go
through
it
very
well,
but
I
guess
we're
looking
for
discussion
right.
The
one
course
can.
F
So
from
the
last
time
we
had
a
vote
on
this
I
think
to
expand
on
that
even
further
we
talked
about
if
there
was
to
be
a
reoccurring
fee.
You
know,
since
that
fee
should,
then
we
should
make
sure
that
that
fee
then
stays
in
either
creating
another
program
or
possibly
covering
security
or
whatever
it
may,
whatever.
It
may
be,
I'm
a
little
hesitant
to
say
that
we
should
charge
any
reoccurring
fees
unless
we
already
have
that
plan
in
place.
F
A
Well,
the
insurance
is
one
of
the
requirements
if
they
want
to
apply
it
and
foreign
I
do
want
to
add
that
it's
a
very
competitive
fee
schedule
from
other
cities
and
granted.
You
know
different
populations
and
different
challenges
and
opportunities.
They
do
have
peace
of
up
to
two
thousand
dollars
for
this
type
of
programs.
A
We
do
feel
that
this
is
a
very
competitive
fee
schedule.
I
I,
do
understand,
Julian's
concern
at
this
moment.
Really
the
interests
are
our
interest,
as
a
department
is
to
get
this.
You
know,
move
this
forward
and
just
to
add
a
little
bit
of
even
more
background
information.
The
ordinance
that
was
currently
in
place
was
a
temporary
one
for
the
parklets
and
Sidewalk
Cafe.
Our
intention
is
to
make
this
a
permanent
ordinance.
B
A
Our
department
can
publish
and
as
a
very
tiny
first
step
on
the
other
Redevelopment
programs
that
we
are
currently
working
on
or
considering
for
downtown
Laredo
I
do
understand
the
concern
by
Julian
and
I
think
this
topic
was
even
discussed
at
previous
meetings
as
well
on
the
cost
of
services
that
these
represents.
Just
you
know,
managing
the
program
through
the
building
department
and
and
what
it
entails.
The
entire
you
know
program
so.
I
Composer
we're
just
mainly
we
met
we
did
or
if
I
may
have
the
floor.
Mr
chairman,
yes,
the
chairman,
Julian
and
I,
we
did
have
a
smaller
meeting
with
staff
and
we
kind
of
went
over
it
in
a
little
bit
more
detail
kind
of
outlining-
and
this
kind
of
led
to
the
apart
from
the
item
that
that
Julian
just
said
right
now,
but
it
does
have
everything
we
discussed
to
make
it
a
little
bit
easier
and
better
for,
for
somebody,
that's
interested
in
doing
a
parking
job.
So.
G
G
Can
can.
I
B
I
I
D
On
something
later,
that's
that's
related.
If
you
have
a
moment.
A
I
A
Okay,
so
the
guidebook
that
we
will
be
presenting
for
people
that
are
applying
and
that
are
approved.
It
has
a
lot
of
those.
You
know
guidelines
as
well.
It's
not
that
you
you're
gonna
be
able
they're
gonna
be
able
to
put
chairs
it.
Has
you
know
it's
a
very
solid
type
book
that
will
give
them
all
the
do's
and
don'ts.
K
They
have
to
provide
security
and
excuse
me
they
have
to
provide
security
and
insurance
and
all
that.
I
B
I
The
and
and
the
the
guidebook
also
requires,
or
the
agreement
requires,
the
property
owner
to
be
responsible
for.
K
A
C
C
I
G
A
The
one
thing
that
I
do
want
us
to
keep
in
mind
is
that,
with
this
minimal,
with
the
minimum,
the
fee
structure,
it
doesn't
even
cover
a
lot
of
the
new
services
that
will
be
needed
in
the
area.
We
all
know
you
know
the
more
businesses
are
added.
The
more
services
that
might
be
needed,
I
won't
go
into
the
maintenance
and
operations
of
you
know,
keeping
the
the
maintenance
of
downtown
but
yeah.
A
You
know
it's
and
I
think
Miss
Caballo,
chairman
I,
know
I've
been
observing
downtown
these
last
couple
of
weekends,
and
we
definitely
need
to
put
some
money
of
that
money
into
additional
safety,
because
we
have
been
getting
quite
a
lot
of
calls
from
teaching
regarding
a
lot
of
fights
that
have
been
brought
to,
though
we
know
that
there's
supposed
to
be
unsecreted
within
the
establishments,
I'm,
not
sure
if
that's
occurring
or
not,
I've
personally
witnessed
a
couple
of
really
bad
incidents
parking
being
another
where
they're
parking
on
top
of
the
sidewalks
in
some
other
areas,
even
on
either
I
have
a
couple
of
pictures
in
addition
to
that
and
I've
walked
it
in
the
mornings
and
I
know
that
we
need
to
start
power
washing
those
sidewalks
afterwards,
because
it
gets
really
ugly.
A
There
was
a
lot
of
smell,
I,
know,
normally,
there's
urine
smell
and
then
there's
just
of
drinks.
Etc
that
have
been
spilled.
So
I
know
that
a
lot
of
that
money
needs
to
go
back
in
to
it
up
unless
we
want
to
charge
those
same
heartless
people
and
make
them
responsible
for
that
area
that
they
have
in
front
of
their
business
to
be
able
to
at
least
at
the
very
minimum
clean
that
area,
because
they're
not
cleaning
it
they're,
just
putting
away
their
chairs
and
tables
and
and
fences.
K
I
Came
in
when
the
council
gave
that
was
basically
remember,
pandemic
hit
people
couldn't
be
inside,
so
it
was
to
push
people
there
so
that
they
could
continue
operations
and
open
air
environment
and
obviously
some
we're
the
only
we
only
got
one
and
the
successful
one
was
a
bar.
That's
on
the
yeah.
There.
I
Well,
yes,
you're
correct,
but
the
the
advice
by
permit.
B
A
I
I
K
I'm
just
trying
to
figure
out
why,
from
1500
to
100,
probably
it's
100,
they
started
with
1500
yearly
and
then
they're.
Nowhere
200.
I
I
F
Of
the
discussions,
if
I
can
further
add
to
that
real
quick,
so
push
that
money
onto
a
fee,
I
can
tell
you
from
three
separate
bar
owners
that
I
spoke
to
that
one
of
them
demand
the
coffee
for
a
lot
of
them.
Not
even
applying
was
the
really
high
Insurance
costs
that
was
previously
required,
which,
to
Stats
credit,
find
about
that
fixed.
In
this
proposal
it
was
higher
than
I
would
say.
Even
you
know,
a
high-end
retail
Center
would
require
Point.
C
K
L
A
A
You're
right,
yes
and
that's
part
of
the
historical
discussion
from
the
community
advisory
committee
were
giving
us
recommendations
as
we
were,
putting
together
this
permanent
ordinance.
Yes,
the
staff
recommended
the
fifteen
hundred
dollars
after
some
discussion
and
advice,
advisory
comments
from
you
from
the
committee
and
I
know.
A
This
is
new
for
some
of
you,
the
consensus
was,
we
will
leave
it
at
7
50
as
this
evening,
but
with
the
understanding
that
if
the
program
is
successful
and
if
the
cost
of
services
it's
it's
increasing,
the
number
you
know
we
can
always
the
city
can
always
come
back
and
recommend
a
higher
fee.
But
since
this
is
an
introductory
program,
if
you
will-
and
we
want
this
to
you-.
A
D
G
It
would
be
a
thing
and
to
support
Ms
Carrillo
I
think
that
he
should
just
go
into
cleaning
power,
washing
getting
equipment
and
power
washing
it,
because
if
you
leave
it
up
to
the
the
business
they
have
a
bunch
of
stuff
to
deal
with,
and
if
that
fee
goes
into
cleaning,
then
you
know
the
whatever
fee
they're
they're
paying
goes
back
to
them
in
cleaning
and
better
appearance,
and
that
will
bring
in
more
customers.
So
I
don't
know
if
that's
something
that.
A
2500,
which
is
nothing
yeah,
so
maybe
it's
a
new
point.
Then
we
should
just
let
it
go
in
because
ultimately,
we're
gonna
we're
gonna
start
receiving.
Those
calls
I
mean
I
walked,
I
wanted
to
make
sure
I
walked
in
and
it
was.
It
was
really
in
bad
condition.
The
next
morning
and
I
was
really
scared
to
even
drive
through.
My
sister
was
telling
me:
what
are
we
doing
here?
A
I
was
like
no
I
I
keep
getting
a
lot
of
complaint
from
citizens
about
the
downtown
area
at
night,
I'm
seeing
Facebook
videos
where
women
are
hitting
men,
you
know
and
and
showing
different
things.
I
said
so
I
wanted
to
go
and
I
even
knocked
on
PD.
Sorry
to
say
this
I
knocked
on
PD's
station
because
I
want
but
hey.
A
C
E
F
A
G
I
I
Let
staff
decide
where
to
put
that
money,
not
just
restricted
to
like
or
suggest
to
restricted
to
to
cleaning,
but
anything
having
to
do
with
economic
development.
Downtown.
F
A
Foreigners,
it
is
our
hope
and,
and
hopefully
business
owners
can
also
see
it
as
an
investment.
You
know
if
these
monies
are
going
to
be
allocated
to
keeping
up
with
the
maintenance
and-
and
of
course
you
know,
there
are
other
tools
that
we
will
be
considering.
You
know
for
downtown,
because
this
is
just
a
very
tiny.
This
is
not
going
to
generate
enough
money
not
to
even
cover
a
weekend
of
allocating
additional
cleaning
and
police.
A
You
know
staff
to
the
area,
but
I
do
think
that
on
the
next
step
will
be
evaluating
and
combining
the
other
tools
that
are
available
and
I'll
just
throw
this
I'll
put
this
on
the
table,
and
maybe
this
is
an
item
for,
and
maybe
we
can
even
have
a
presentation
and
it's
an
adding
for
meeting
the
downtown
business
district.
A
You
know
how
can
we
leverage
on
those
other
tools
that
are
available
that
are
going
to
help
generate
additional
funding
for
the
maintenance
and
operations
of
the
area
and
and
to
be
quite
honest,
I
think
this
needs
to
be
a
commitment
by
both
you
know,
all
stakeholders
involved
business
owners,
because
this
is
also
for
their
own
benefit
and
the
guidelines
that
are
included
and
the
maintenance.
These
are
not
Road.
Clubs
that
are
the
city
is
trying
to
put
it's
also
for
their
own
benefit,
as
far
as
you
know,
preventing
them
for
any
risk.
L
I
just
wanted
to
add,
if
I
could
have
the
only
thing
that
we've
talked
to
building
recently
about
that
there
might
be
some
updates
to
this
would
be
it
doesn't
address
occupancy
requirements,
and
it
might
be
something
small
as
just
like
it.
When
you
increase
your
square
footage,
this
might
change
whatever
occupancy
requirements.
You
had.
L
L
So
there
might
be
some
language
added
that
it
still
has
to
be
whatever
occupancy
you
add
with
these
programs,
you
may
have
to
have
a
new
permit
for
the
occupancy
agreement
or
new
restrooms
I'm,
not
sure
we're
still
trying
to
figure
that
part
out,
because
a
lot
of
this
specifically
with
the
street
patios,
you
have
standing
people,
you
don't
have
seats
like
with
you.
L
When
you
have
the
parklets,
you
have
specific
seating
areas,
so
you'll
have
like
just
like
a
Sidewalk
Cafe
for
more
tables
which
can
accommodate
you
know,
16
people
versus
the
street
patio,
where
it's
more
of
an
outside
bar,
so
we're
talking
about
standing
occupancy
versus
sitting
in
occupancy.
So
it
might
change
your
your
restroom
requirements
for
the
occupation
load.
That's
the
only
other
thing
that
we're
still
looking
into.
K
F
Chairman,
okay,
I
have
a
question:
I
was
digging
through
the
entire
policy
right
now.
Did
we
ever
decide
if
there
was
going
to
be
any
form
of
noise,
coordinates
attached
to
this
or
I?
Remember
one
of
the
concerns
thought
I
was
one
of
the
bars
was
that
we
stated
that
X
is
going
to
be
taller
than
like
blue
feet
or
something
which
actually
brought
up
a
security
concern.
Did
we
alleviate.
L
A
For
the
noise
and
I
think
of
this,
we
will
be
referencing
that
temperature,
let
people
we.
L
Did
discuss
that
as
well?
Internally,
Mr
chairman,
yes
on
on
page
three
for
the
Landscaping
requirements,
it
just
says
that
this
I
think
I
think
we
just
did
no
less
than
24
inches
in
height,
so
they
can
go
up
as
high
as
they
want
so
long
as
it
doesn't
impede
the
visibility
for
the
traffic
in
the
area,
the
whole
safety
part,
but
we
did
change
that
for
those
facilities
that
need
for
security
purposes
to
have
higher
barriers.
So
the
it's
just
a
minimum.
L
I
L
That's
just
the
minimum,
it
doesn't
have
a
maximum.
The
maximum
would
just
be
for
safety
requirements
for
disability,
for
people.
L
L
It's
just
if,
like
the
city,
needs
to
come
in
and
do
utility
services
or
something
like
that,
the
the
structure
can
be
removed
and
removed
in
such
a
way
that
you
would
still
be
able
to
like
remove
it
and
then
move
it
back.
And
so
that's
why
it's
a
semi-permanent
structure,
so
a
stage
might
be
allowed
so
long
as
it's
within
your
application
as
the
what
you're,
building
and.
B
L
B
L
But
I
think
I
said
reference
in
the
ordinance
as
well
with
regard
I
just
referenced,
the
noise
ordinance
that
we
already
have
in
place
for
the
City
of
Laredo,
because
that
already
exists,
and
so
it
just
it
references
that.
L
Thank
you
on
page
four
section:
B
yeah
it
just
references
that
we
already
have
a
noise
ordinance,
because
the
ordinance
we
have
is
different
to
residential
areas
such
as
areas
that
are
more
business
in
nature,
there's
different
requirements,
and
so
we
just
referenced
that
chapter
of
the
of
the
code,
so
that
I
mean
those
are
always
going
to
be
in
place.
But
I
know
Julian.
You
said
that
you
talked
to
some
of
the
owners
and
they
might
have
had
a
good
idea,
but
I
haven't
talked
to
you
since
then.
F
F
It
was
pertaining
if
there
were
speakers
outside
that.
Basically
the
speakers
have
to
face
towards
the
business
they
can't
face
out
into
the
street.
Yeah
I
couldn't
find
any
language
pertaining
to
if
they
had
outside
speakers.
I
I
have
seen
you
know,
places
in
New
York
and
you
know
things
that
I
would
call
barcodes
in
San,
Antonio
and
yeah.
All
those
speakers
are
always
facing
towards
the
property
they're
never
facing
out
or
to
the
side.
L
And
I
think
in
the
maintenance
agreement
we
could
probably
add.
K
I
want
to
make
a
motion
to
table,
but
I
don't
know
the
timeline
is
is
urgent
for
the
for
the
Department
itself
or
we
could
go
another
month
with
some
of
those
points
in
like
the
occupancy.
The
bathrooms
there's
questions
and
there
might
be
other
questions
that
we
come
up
with
after
we
do
the
meeting
that
we
could
email
to
them
and
maybe,
if
we
table
it
to
get
some
of
those
answers
for
Adam.
B
A
Worried
about
okay,
so
I'm
only
going
to
continue
right
in
front
what
about
maybe
be
on
the
sides
of
each
that
they
should
be
sprayed
or
how
do
we
want
them
to
clean?
Do
we
want
them
to
spray
wash?
Do
we
just
want
them
to
pick
up
the
paper?
These
are
decisions
that
you
you
know.
We
would
like
your
assistance
on
because
it
smelled
really
back
the
next
day
and
I.
Honestly
I
was
scared.
I
was
scared,
I
didn't
think
I
was
in
the
rail.
F
A
If
we
need
to
have
another
special
meeting
in
a
couple
of
weeks,
then
let's
have
that
special
meeting
come
up
with
additional
things
to
have
our
members
review
it
and
if
I
main
Mr,
chairman
I'm
into
I,
guess
address
both
questions
on
both
sides
of
it
is
our
interests
and,
as
you
all
know,
this
is
an
item
that
we've
been
working
on
for
several
months
now
we
haven't
been
able
to
work
on
it
in
the
last
few
months
because
of
other
pressing.
You
know
items
that
the
committee
wanted
to
take
care
of.
A
It
is
our,
although
it
is
our
interest
to
make
this
ordinance
permanent
as
fast
as
possible,
so
that
we
can
start
implementing
some
of
these
guidelines.
I
do
agree
that
there
are
some
items
and
trust
me
internally.
Both
legal
and
our
department
have
been
working
and
meeting
to
address
as
many
items
as
needed.
The
occupancy
in
particular
as
well,
will
be
meeting
with
fire
with
building.
A
A
Yes,
there
are
some
probably
items
that
still
need
to
drink
a
little
bit
if
we
want
to
create
a
concise
and
solid
appointments,
but
I
guess
my
my
response
will
be
yes,
it
is
in
our
best
interest
and-
and
we
have
talked
about
this
previously
as
well-
my
my
interest
is
that
we
can
come
up
with
a
permanent
ordinance
and
present
it
to
city
council,
but
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we
present
something
that
that
is
solid
and
and
that's
going
to
be
effective.
K
Mr
chairman
I,
have
a
motion
to
take
with
the
item,
but
I
can't
get
a
second
hold
a
second
to.
K
B
A
Okay,
just
a
comment:
our
next
council
meeting
yeah
and
that
line
to
submit
items
will
be
tomorrow
so
tomorrow.
E
C
E
A
H
J
D
F
D
E
A
I
make
a
recommendation
for
the
committee
considers
yes
scheduling,
a
special
meeting
with
the
advisory
committee
and
and
that
way
we
can
tackle
this
item.
I
will.
I
F
F
A
K
A
F
F
E
A
So
the
next
council
meeting
will
be
on
June,
the
20th.
That's
when
the
ordinance
for
the
structure,
information
of
the
Eda
committee
will
be
presented.
We
can
and
if.
A
A
B
A
22Nd
contingent
to
availability
of
staff
and
and
student.
F
I
K
L
L
G
I
B
F
A
Do
everything
and
it
will
be
after
the
next
Council
Juliet
may
I-
make
a
suggestion?
A
Yes,
yes,
how
about
his
staff
Works
a
little
bit
more
and
then
also
he
gets
recommendations
through
email
from
the
different
committee
members.
B
A
D
A
A
That
are
not
using
the
microphone
if
they
can
rent
themselves
because
we're
having
a
very
hard
time
listening
to
listening
music.
