B
E
So
just
I
guess.
C
E
Is
on
this,
so
your
portion
of
the
agenda
right
now
we're
discussing
minutes
I
believe
it's
to
clarify
any
inconsistencies
with
what
happened,
whatever
heating,
that
the
minutes
were
taking
in
and
I,
don't
believe,
received
early
we're
allowed
to
you're
allowed
to
make
any
motions
other
than
for
a
club
invasion
are
proving
or
disproving
or
clarifying.
I
know
the
intent.
I
can
hear
the
intent,
but
I
just
don't
think
you
can
use
that
as
the
vehicle
to
do
that
within
the
acceptance
of
the
minutes
or
so.
B
I
think
one
of
the
things
we
want
to
do
is
to
ensure
that
there's
progress
made,
you
know
what
are
you
drilling
it
to
stall
so
I'm,
starting
to
think
about
Michael
Essien
app,
but
maybe
we
can
talk
talk
to
him
next
week
we
can
get
together,
Julian
and
let's
see
we
can
have
some
meetings
and
then
next
week
next
month,
let's
bring
it
up.
How
does
that
sound
I?
Think.
F
B
G
Good
afternoon
and
thank
you
John
for
inviting
me
to
give
this
presentation
and
thank
you,
Brian,
my
father
and
I
give
this
presentation.
It's
a
real
pleasure
to
speak
to
you
all
kind
of
give
you
an
update
and
kind
of
give
you
an
idea.
What's
going
on
about
a
year
and
a
half
ago,
though,
almost
two
years
ago,
well
year
and
a
half
ago
there
was
an
ad
hoc
committee
appointed
to
oversee
the
hospital
and
see
it
was
going
on
in
the
middle
of
this.
H
G
Have
some
contacts
in
today?
You
know
we
can
introduce
you
to
show
you
some
places
outside
already
that
might
have
an
interest
in
helping
and
helping
the
old
nursing
your
baby,
buying
it
or
doing
what
they
thought
you
were.
They
will
so
run
when
we're
introduced
to
a
group
in
Houston
that
took
significant
interest,
not
only
in
the
hospital
than
Laredo
as
a
whole,
and
for
those
of
you
who
have
worked
with
folks
outside
of
Laredo.
You
know
how
the
process
goes.
G
It's
first
that
the
first
three
months
is
usually
introducing
them
to
what
Loretta
Lynn's
and
that
Loretta
was
not
just
another
town
on
the
border.
The
second
largest
port
in
the
United
States
dispelling
that
long
now
in
Houston
song
Laredo,
he
did
his
research.
He
came
well.
We
met
with
him
in
Houston
several
times
and
then
he
finally
decided
there
come
down
already
check
out
for
himself,
and
this
and.
A
G
G
The
lawyer
and
I'm
a
Development
Corporation
city
manager
of
the
mayor
and
was
introduced
to
how
strong
our
community
is
and
how
important
this
product
is
for
any
project
to
happen
at
the
site
would
be.
He
was
really
taken
back
with
that
and
at
that
point
we
went
to
go
look
at
the
hospital
and
he
said
this
is
where
it
has
to
be,
and
I'm
usually
quite
sure
what
he
wanted
to
do,
and
he
said
wait
what
you
want
to
do
here.
G
G
That
was
about
those
back
last
October
about
six
months
ago
and
months
ago,
five
months
ago,
in
November,
we
know
both
times
past
that
in
a
November
we
agree
to
sign
a
memorandum
understanding
that
would
lead
to
other
lead
to
us
partnering
to
do
the
hospital
building
and
do
it,
as
called
the
levator
world
free
trade
plaza,
and
he
announced
this
that
his
opening
of
what
he,
let's
call
his
hobby,
his
restaurants,
people
in
Houston
mr.
gales
background-
is
actually
manufacturing
he's
from
Shanghai
he
fabric
Lee.
G
He
does
manufacturing
in
fabrics
and
as
such
he
was
involved
with
several
commercial
organizations
in
Shanghai
and
he
can
be
Houston.
He
came
to
Houston
in
the
Canada
to
open
up
a
couple.
Restaurants
see
what
he
could
do.
He
enjoys
cooking
tonight,
it'll
be
Peking
duck
and
I
can
say
so
what
he
was
enjoying
the
Peking
duck
there.
It's
absolutely
delicious
and
I
expect
fooling
the
game
the
way
down
to
trying
to
lose
once
again.
G
North-South
oriented
commercial
sport-
that
is,
we
go
north
and
south,
and
that's
just
about
it.
We
want
to
add
a
third
dimension
to
that.
We
want
to
add
an
east/west
dimension.
That
literally
puts
us
in
the
crosshairs.
We're
really
quite
an
addict
advocators
place,
not
just
to
compete
with
San
Antonio,
but
the
series
that
competes
with
Los
Angeles
for
being
the
largest
port
in
the
United
States
that
we
can
incorporate
our
third
largest
trading
partner,
is
going
to
be
China,
recall
in
Los
Angeles
right.
A
severe
long
Nuge
cannot
handle
what
it
has
right
now.
G
Lazar
Prachanda
than
us
is
about
reaching
capacity.
You're
working
on
expansion
and
Manzanillo
is
trying
to
take
over
that.
If
you
want
to
get
to
the
United
States,
whether
you're
in
mouth
competence
or
minds,
ability
to
come
through
Laredo
and
the
ideal
killing
the
ports,
they
trade
with
our
Shanghai
Bangkok
Tokyo
Hong
Kong
Laredo
can
be
the
place
for
that.
So
how
do
we
intend
to
do
this?
G
And
how
do
we
tend
to
capture
that
our
goal
here
is
we'd
like
to
create
the
trade
center
to
be
a
place
where
we
can
essentially
facilitate
folks
to
many
each
other
on
a
human
basis?
Quite
often,
you
have
folks
who
tryna
come
to
the
United
States
interested
in
doing
work
in
Latin
America,
but
are
not
tough
enough,
Davila,
the
Latin
America.
You
have
folks
coming
from
Latin
America,
who
wanted
to
work
in
the
Far
East
or
even
in
the
United
States,
and
don't
feel
your
companies
will
feel
comfortable
going
to
the
north.
G
Lorena
was
the
natural
porch
not
only
for
shipment,
but
perpetual
force
to
change
that
area.
If
you're
from
China,
you
want
to
be
able
to
go
to
a
place
where
you
can
speak
English,
where
you
know
that
your
dollars
gonna
be
safe.
The
United
States
provides
that
you
come
in
from
Mexico.
You
know
one
level
in
China
or
the
Far
East.
You
want
this
place
where
you
know
your
dollars
going
to
be
safe,
and
you
know
you
can
do
your
in
a
familiar
environment.
That's
Laredo!
G
We
want
to
capture
that
we're
gonna
set
up
that
one
square:
five
hundred
thousand
square
foot
offices-
not
actually
before
going
into
that.
This
amazed
and
here
are
still
being
worked
on-
we're
actually
buddy
matter
of
fact.
As
soon
as
we
finish
here,
we're
going
up
to
Houston
to
go
meet
with
that.
Mr.
G
G
That
means
is
that
the
development
of
the
hospital
is
not
just
gonna
bethe
different
heights,
which
is
going
to
do
tremendously
and
I'll
incorporate
out
the
detail
here
and
then
to
how
the
heights
will
be
benefiting,
but
for
a
trail
organizations
here
in
Laredo
we're
expecting
more
trucks,
we're
expecting
more
use
of
warehouse
space.
That
is
what
we're
good
at
and
that's
what
we're
best
at,
and
hopefully
we
can
that
not
only
be
good
at
providing
those
services
in
Laredo
providing
those
services.
You
hope
that
Laredo
can
help
back
that
up.
E
G
Free
trade
zone
is
also
doing
incorporate
what
we're
going
to
call
a
free
trade
marketplace
that
free
trade
marketplace.
In
addition
to
those
thousand
square
foot
offices,
is
essentially
going
to
be
an
area
where
these
companies,
not
just
the
ones
who
have
thousands
grid
offices,
but
those
who
want
to
have
an
opportunity
to
showcase
their
items
with
other
great
items
here
as
samples.
In
order
to
do
that,
they
have
to
be
in
a
tax-free.
So.
G
G
Mixed
you
exactly
and
that's,
and
that's
where
you
getting
off
to
that's
a
great
point:
John
reddish
over
the
FM,
where
we
had
here
the
primary
purpose
of
the
hospital.
Do
commercial?
That's
you
know
who
still
it's
a
commercial
transaction,
but
the
second
question
to
all
of
the
supports
is
how's
the
heights
new
people
to
Heights.
Well,
the
benefits
the
heights
is
where
my.
H
G
E
G
I
Know
we've
been
working
really
close
with
Loretto
Development,
Foundation
and
really
they're
the
first
individuals
who
God
is
talking
to
the
Chinese
and
without
them
we
wouldn't
be
here
right
now,
but
I
want
to
want
you
to
think
that.
That's
that
we
talk,
but
they
didn't
bring
us
to
this
guy
zoom
out,
we
met
with
eight
different
Chinese
groups
that
finally
got
us
to
this
one.
Individual.
A
I
It
was
that
easy.
We
got
the
first
guy
in
the
amount
of
born
it's
over
I.
Don't
know
if
you
realize
this,
but
do
you
know
how
hard
it
is
to
get
somebody
to
invest
fifty
million
dollars
in
Laredo
Texas?
This
is
the
kind
of
thing
that
you
hear:
50
million
dollars.
We
can
invest
it
anywhere
in
the
world
and
if
we're
gonna
invest
it
in
the
United
States
working
invested
in
Manhattan
in
San,
Francisco,
possibly
Houston.
Why
Laredo
and
what
we
explained?
One
was
because
you
have
no
competition
in
Laredo.
I
You
have
enormous
competition
in
Manhattan,
Los,
Angeles
useless.
You
have
no
competition
already
and
win
the
biggest
point
and
we
can
put
in
all
these
products
from
China
and
around
the
world
and
you
get
to
choose
who
comes
in
and
who
does
it
and
he
liked
the
idea,
but
he
doesn't
speak
English,
so
his
translator
says
and
and
so
that
that's
the
reason
and
I
said
yeah,
it's
a
very
good
reason,
and
then
he
tells
me
oh
well.
Mr.
Koz
best
friend
has
a
a
free
trade
zone.
Mall
in
Milan
Italy,
replied
was
tell
mr.
I
That
no
he
likes
the
idea
that
he'll
be
he'll,
do
better
than
his
friend
I
said.
Did
you
tell
him
that
he
can
kick
his
ass
and
he
said
no
I
said
well
tell
him
and
he
looks
down
because
he
don't
look
at
him
in
the
eyes
and
he
doesn't
that
we're
gonna
kick
his
ass.
At
that
point
he
stretched
his
donger
shook
my
head
and
said
you
got
a
deal
Wow,
it's
all
about
Eagle.
He
says:
50
million
is
a
small
project
for
us.
It's
not
a
big
project.
We
came
back
with.
I
We
have
all
of
Central
America,
South,
America,
Mexico
and
there's
nobody
to
compete
with
us
and
we
have
to
do
it
spectacular
first
class.
The
the
World
Trade
Center
is
in
in
New
York.
As
you
know,
the
ultimate
Twin
Towers
in
Los
Angeles
and
Boston
I'd
already
made
inquiries
to
be
part
of
that.
It's
gonna
cost
two
hundred
fifty
thousand
dollars
just
to
be
a
member
and
then
a
yearly
quota,
and
it's
a
non-profit.
The
only
thing
you
do
is
exchange.
I
I
No
time
in
that
regard,
they're
setting
up
a
fund
in
Hong
Kong,
the
the
president,
speak
English,
but
he's
a
resident
alien
in
the
United
States
so
for
intended
purposes,
butan
American
number.
These
numbers
he's
gonna
have
a.
I
Designation
and
the
biggest
tax
incentives
and
when
we
brought
to
Moreno,
as
you
can
haven't,
been
tell
you
more
detail,
you
want,
but
he
went
everywhere
when
he
came
to
the
right.
Oh,
when
you
came
to
see
the
hospital
he
brought
an
architect,
he
spent
all
day
went
through
the
entire
building
with
this
architect
and
is
a
structural
engineer
and
they
gave
the
building
and
okay
the
last
250
years
guys.
This
is
not
a
hey,
you
know
matchbox
kind
of
building.
Then
when
we
saw
every
single
industrial
park,
the
city.
I
Kitt
Richards
open
the
door,
let
put
out
the
red
carpet.
We
were
there
all
afternoon.
Looking
at
the
trucks
we
went
to
all
the
industrial
parks,
then
you
want
to
see
all
the
neighbors
we
took
them
from.
You
know
plantation
and
jsj
estates,
and
you
know
Winfield,
and
we
took
him
all
the
way
to
the
south,
but
he
envisions
there.
Aside
from
the
trade
zone,
is
a
multi-use
building
John.
I
Well
we're
gonna
have
we're
setting
up
a
private
club
for
those
of
you
who
don't
know.
I
was
one
of
the
founding
members
of
the
executive
club
with
David
Killam
and
Dennis
Nixon,
and
the
walkers
and
a
few
lovely
that
verse
30
of
us
is
set
up.
I
have
two
shares
of
the
30
and
because
we
felt
a
need
for
it.
Well,
we
want
to
do
is
a
one-stop
shop
when
it
comes
to
import-export.
I
We
have
not
the
entire
federal
government
there,
but
a
an
office
for
customs,
an
office
for
agriculture,
because
across
animals
and
vegetables
and
all
kinds
of
stuff,
even
immigration,
anything
that
deals
with
with
import/export.
We
want
to
have
a
one
location,
so
we
have
so
from
the
city
of
Lorena
there
from
the
county
from
the
railroad
development
foundation
from
the
chamber.
You
know
the
police,
everything
you
can
possibly
think
of
and
then
once
they
mean
in
the
different
main
rooms
that
they
can
lease
or
whoever
has
their
products.
I
I
One
of
our
clients
produces
plastics
I,
don't
know
if
you
remember
the
Lucas,
but
Lucas
the
little
top
thing.
Well,
those
guys
were
our
clients
and
but
they're
all
co-produced.
The
plastic
he's
a
client
of
ours
too,
and
when
I
tell
them
the
idea,
he
says
I
want
to
be
there
because
right
now
he's
in
Los,
Angeles
and
he's
in
Illinois,
and
that's
it
so.
I
We
haven't
started
John,
but
I'm.
Just
gonna
give
you
one
example
this
guy
manufacturers,
all
the
little
wrappers
for
Mars
candies,
oh
I
mean
these
guys
aren't
little
guys
are
huge
and
we've
talked
to
other
clients
from
Mexico.
They
said
we
want
to
be
there
because
they're
interested
in
selling
into
United
States,
so
we're
not
looking
at
like
Anderson.
We
already
have
north
to
south.
We
want
to
get
the
east
and
the
west,
but
we
want
to
make
it
easier
because
these
guys
they're
trying
to
find
people
to
go
talk
to
them.
I
They
want
to
be
in
a
place
where
somebody
can
actually
come
and
see
him
and
and
and
deal
with
Texas
companies.
I'll
give
an
example:
ATVs
loves
Mexican
food,
but
they
don't
want
a
Mexican
invoice.
They
want
an
American
invoice.
That's
exactly
what
we're
gonna
provide
here
in
American
buy
something
from
China.
He
doesn't
really
want
to
Chinese
invoice.
We're
gonna
have
set
up
Texas
corporations,
that's
gonna
invoice
here.
It's
gonna
make
it
so
much
easier
training
time
exactly.
B
I
Let
me
just
say:
for
judge
I'm
sorry,
I'm
in
a
dress,
you're
know
the
multi-use
purpose.
What
we
talked
about
the
private
business
club,
where
people
can
actually
have
meeting
rooms
and
talk
with
a
place
to
eat,
we're
planning
on
having
the
restaurants
in
the
location,
Starbucks
and
things
of
the
like.
I
When
it
comes
to
the
free
trade
zone,
it's
gotta
be
locked
up
and
people
can't
be
coming
in
and
out.
They
have
strict
inventories,
but
in
the
other
locations
we
can
open
it
up
to
to
have.
You
know
whether
the
items
are
going
to
bring
this
groceries.
A
good
example
that
we
gave
them.
Is
he
smokes
Chinese
cigarettes
and
the
only
place
he
can
get
them
is
in
Las
Vegas.
So
we
explained
to
him:
let
you
bring
them
to
Laredo
from
the
river
they
sell
them
to
Houston
and
all
the
stores
everywhere.
G
B
G
A
I
Gonna
sign
a
contract
that
says
providing
we
get
two
things:
the
Free
Trade
Zone
designation,
which
Dennis
gave
us
the
name,
the
best
law
firm
in
all
of
the
United
States
to
get
it,
and
the
second
is
tax
incentives.
So
we're
not
gonna
have
that
done
by
the
23rd,
and
we
don't
want
to
belittle
with
a
governor
safe
work.
We're
doing
that.
Yes,
sir
I'll.
K
Tell
you
a
little
bit
of
a
foreign
trade
zone.
Okay
in
the
past
it
was
only
the
airport,
then
the
8th
Airport
wanted
to
expand
and
that's
when
they
kill
up
said
I
am
opposing
today.
Then
they
asked
them.
Why?
Because
I
want
some
so
they've
been
to
kill
an
industrial
park
as
part
of
for
foreign
trade
zone.
Now
all
this
county
is
foreign
trade
zone,
but
you
have
to
activate
exact
robbery
yet
so
you
don't
have
a
problem
with
that.
I
We
just
miss
that
if
I
mean
you
know,
we
know
what
everyone's
busy
and
our
that
the
the
lack
of
a
city
manager,
but
we're
actually
talking
about
a
month
on
a
month
and
a
half
ago,
I'm
afraid
now,
I
won't
forget
your
question.
We've
been
trying
to
get
the
airport
to
set
up
a
meeting
with
us
and
we
haven't
done
it.
They
haven't
set
up
a
meeting
with
us
after
a
month
in
something
right
in.
I
I
E
E
G
I
I
I
I
I
D
G
G
L
I
L
C
J
I
I
D
I
It's
not
a
big,
sell,
moving
downtown
and
in
the
middle
of
everything
that
would
be
great,
but
we
explained
would
that
be
in
a
location
like
that
is
really
an
advantage,
because
we
intended
by
surrounding
properties
to
put
in
into
this
project
we're
gonna
put
in
apartments
right.
I
know
he
definitely
wanted
to
have
people
put
products
and
offices
and
sell.
I
G
The
show,
in
addition
to
all
this
job,
this
kind
of
goes
back
full
circle
to
what
we
were
talking
about.
The
heights
will
be
affected
insofar
as
were
to
keep
we're
going
to
try
the
ISO
that
traffic
to
Corpus
Christi,
which
is
already
a
minor
arterial,
was
understood
and,
in
addition
to
that's,
were
to
be
we're
gonna
put
in
a
plaza
here.
We
don't
know
where
the
apartment.
E
G
B
G
Section
in
the
1984
section,
none
of
those
areas
will
be
demolished.
There
may
be
select
emission
if
some
places,
but
that's
still
to
be
seen.
The
gold
oil
primarily
is
to
add
a
plaza
here
for
the
for
the
main
reviews
and
we
hope
it
we
want
to
make
it
inviting
them.
They
do
have
a
place
where
they
can
congregate.
You
you
want
to
put
a
place
where
you
can
live
work
and
play
as
the
launcher
goes.
What
percentage.
G
F
But
but
what's
growing
around
that
miss
the
residential
spaces
that
you
guys
are
talking
about,
and
one
of
the
things
I
really
like
about
this
plan
is
that
this
doesn't
a
lot
of
times.
People
think
that
you're
developing
Lorado,
that
you
have
to
take
a
piece
of
a
pie.
One
of
the
reasons
I
like
Lorado
for
development,
is
that
it's
just
so
open.
It's
like
a
blank
slate
and
so
you're,
not
taking
a
piece
of
the
pie
you're,
making
the
pie,
bigger
and
I
think
what
this
does
is
tied
in
well
with
what
mr.
F
Julian
is
doing
downtown,
because
corpus
to
me
seems
to
be
the
type
of
street
that
would
allow
for
a
lot
of
biking
want
the
walkability
pedestrian
between
downtown
in
this
area,
especially
for
work.
If
they
come
with
this
particular
developer,
a
Chinese
culture
that
is
big
into
biking
in
pedestrian,
and
so
it
I
think
these
two
projects,
if
they
go
forward
or
very
complementary
and
will
not
just
take
a
piece
of
each
other's
pie
but
will
actually
make
the
Lorado
pie
bigger
and
so
I'm
glad
you
guys
are
presenting
and
I
hope.
I
wish.
I
Do
I
know
it's
not
easy.
I
know
it's
ready,
but
you
here
right
on
point,
because
years
ago
we
chose
Frank
and
Viviana
to
be
our
architects,
not
only
for
the
good
work
they
do
in
their
vision,
but
I
work
with
among
a
lot
of
nonprofits
and,
as
you
know,
I'm
very
involved
in
the
community,
and
we
need
people
with
vision.
We
need
people
that
have
ideas
that
think
outside
the
box
and
as
a
matter
of
fact,
sugar
went
with
us
yesterday,
Joseph.
I
A
I
We're
going
to
have
other
amenities
like
we
said:
restaurants,
coffee
shops,
everything
else
and
then
we're
going
to
have
the
same
people
that
live
there,
renting
as
part
of
their
contract
with
commercial
and
living
there.
So
that's
good
to
help
out
the
whole
community
they'll
be,
you
know,
maybe
bring
back
some
of
the
doctors
and
some
of
the
other.
You
know
hairstylist
and
things
like
that
to
build
it
up.
Your.
G
Going
to
be
contingent
at
all
this
one
of
the
one
of
his
primary
concerns
is
they
were
to
bring
folks
from
out
of
Laredo.
He
wants
them
to
be
able
to
be
closer
there,
so
they
can
it's
a
it's
always
like
a
landing
pad
to
them.
So
what
he
wants
he
wants
to
see.
Housing
have
really
dedicated
for
people
who
want
to
be
working
there
and
in
half
for
anything
else.
That's
part
of
the
phase,
one
of.
C
B
Now
one
of
the
things
is
sounds
all
great,
but
the
thing
is
we
don't
want
to
get
this
project
and
then
we're
a
year
two
years
down
the
rolls
that
really
haven't
done.
Anything
I
know
that
councilman
gear.
Once
you
know
things,
don't
I
mean
there's
the
people
there.
You
know
they're
they're
frustrated,
because
the
no
offense-
but
you
know
it's
been
a
nice
Noah.
And
so
what
is
the
time
you
so
on
the
23rd
you're
gonna
there's
going
to
be
in
a
contract,
that's
going
to
be
signed,
but
it's
going
to
be
contingent
upon.
B
G
Let's
make
a
very
big
assumption:
let's
assume
that
we
can
have
taxes.
Tax
incentives
will
take
at
least
four
weeks
or
the
census
will
take
at
least
four
weeks
to
get
approved,
because
you
have
to
do
a
reading
at
one
council
meeting.
They
have
to
do
a
reading
at
a
second
council
meeting.
So
that's
already
a
month's
there
you
have
one
meeting
was
for
not
to
be
able
to
meet,
which
is
before
Washington
one
we're
going
to
be
Washington
a
week
after
that
for
the
next
council
meeting.
G
So
we're
not
going
to
have
our
first
reading
too
large
15th
if
we're
lucky,
assuming
that
you
can
make
that
date,
you're
looking
at
a
April,
the
first
date
for
a
second
region
are
going.
You
are
going
where
you
was,
they
have
a
shovel
in
the
ground
at
the
end
of
March.
I
would
still
like
to
see
if
we
can
make
that
deadline.
G
I
Sooner
but
John
what
we
were
gonna
do
it
on
Mars
in
the
first,
but
in
talking
with
Andrew
and
being
involved
with
wood.
I
was
a
president
of
the
jalapeno
festival
years
and
years
ago,
because
we
needed
something
for
the
poor
people.
Everything
was
for
the
rich.
We
were
broke,
okay,
what
we
did-
and
you
know
working
with
us
on
those
projects
in
the
eighties.
I
A
F
A
I
That
if
we
sign
there,
it's
gonna
be
page
15
news,
because
it's
gonna
be
mr.
South
Texas
and
everything
and
we're
not
gonna,
accomplish
what
we're
doing.
There
was
a
shutdown
of
the
federal
government
on
the
21st,
and
then
we
lost
our
our
city
manager
and
and
now
we
have
all
this
stuff,
so
we're
not
okay,.
D
B
I
That
says,
subject
to
getting
some
tax
incentives
and
send
it
to
the
FTC,
which
we
should
be
able
to
get
we're
going
to
do
this.
Once
we
get
everything
done,
then
we
do
a
signing
project.
When
we
sign
in
Houston
he
brought
the
president
of
Rice
University
and
his
wife.
The
mayor
put
them
in
Houston,
because
a
man
was
out
on
Thanksgiving.
I
He
brought
in
three
kinds
of
generals:
three
state
reps
I
mean
these
guys
do
things
big,
and
so
what
what
we're
thinking
now
is?
Maybe
we
go
signed
once
we
get
all
our
clearances
with
a
governor
in
Austin,
bring
lion
Henry
and
our
state
legislators
there
in
the
City
Council
and
the
city
managers
to
go
there
and
do
the
formal
signing,
because
we
want
this
to
be
that
when
we
went
in
Houston
they
had
three
Chinese
newspapers.
I
Not
dealing
with
somebody
who's
a
little
but
fly-by-night.
Now
the
other
thing
is
John,
there's
a
misnomer,
and
maybe
there
isn't
but
I
wanted
to
set
the
record
straight
I'm
on
the
building
18
years
John.
As
my
banker,
you
know,
I
was
making
a
lot
a
lot,
a
lot
of
money
back
in
those
days,
but
back
in
the
days
when
Carlos
was
here,
he
when
I
lots
of
lawsuit
and
and
some
other
things,
I
asked
Carlos
to
clean
the
place
up,
because
I'm
embarrassed
and
ashamed
of
the
way
it
looks.
I
asked
him.
I
So
this
is
very
important.
I
asked
him
to
clean
it
and
put
liens
on
my
property
and
it
wasn't
done
I'm,
not
blaming
anybody
I'm,
not
here
pointing
fixtures.
What's
done
is
done,
but
my
family
and
I
are
very
embarrassed.
The
way
looks
and
John
it's
not
like
I
didn't
try
to
sell
it.
I
tried
everything
right.
No.
E
A
B
B
C
To
answer
this,
we're
talking
about
the
incentives,
the
mall,
the
reason
that
abatement
was
most
likely
given
is
because
the
city
looks
at
that,
but
then
also
it
looks
at
the
sales
times
right,
for
this
is
unique.
I
can
see
these
the
abatement,
if
you
guys
can
show
some
form
investment
saying
you
know,
there's
many
jobs
with
Disapparate
salary,
because
that
makes
you
the
city
may
not
initially
back
directly
at
the
community,
but
it.
E
D
E
H
I
You
know
for
both
city
managers:
I
want
to
know
that
we're
an
open
book.
We,
you
can
call
us
every
time
we've
had
people
that
wanted
by
we
invited
Alex,
Perez,
dr.
Landing
before
him
and
the
mayor
to
come
and
meet
the
people
we
wanted.
The
last
time
Alex,
Perez
and
Chuy
early
might
has
changed
the
be
for
zoning
not
to
allow
we're
going.
H
Because
I
have
to
go
to
to
another
meeting,
my
name
is
Yvette
Fernandez,
the
Dean
of
workforce
education
for
the
riddle
college
I
was
extended.
The
invitation
by
dr.
Barbara
Lewis,
who
remember
here
the
committee
and
in
conversations
with
him
and
with
dr.
Nicholas
Eleazer
president,
were
very
keen
on
on
development.
H
Obviously
the
community,
but
also
the
workforce
development.
All
these
projects
are
great,
but
they
eat
workforce
right,
so
Rodney
and
all
that
straight
to
the
point
Ronnie
had
mentioned,
the
revitalization
project
of
of
downtown
and
I
think
there's
a
way
where
we
can
collaborate
with
our
students
or
work
for
students
and
maybe
be
a
part
of
those
of
that
revitalization
project.
A
A
H
H
Technology
and
Protective
Services,
so
the
one
I'm
keen
on
developing
and
with
these
collaborations
as
an
industrial
technology
right
in
the
past,
we
collaborated
with
Habitat
for
Humanity
and
other
communities
agencies
where
students
go
out
there
and
they
do
the
actual
work,
the
HVAC
installation
from
start
to
finish
right.
So
this
is
actually
one
of
the
Habitat
homes.
H
Again,
these
are
the
current
collaborations
we'll
do
work
for
our
local
veterans,
who
might
need
their
house
to
be
rewired,
but
it's
not
not
even
cold,
we'll
go
ahead
and
do
that
everything
is
free
charge
right.
So
there's
a
lot
of
benefits
to
this,
mainly
the
the
main
benefit
would
be
the
exposure
that
the
student
gets
to
the
actual
learning
environment.
You
know
they're
they're
actually
doing
the
work
right,
so
we
have
great
labs
and
are
in
our
facilities,
but
but
there's
no
way
that
you
can
replicate
what
they'll
see
out
there
right.
H
So
that's
what
we're
looking
forward
to
to
maybe
a
possible
collaboration
with
you
guys,
I'm,
not
really
sure
the
details
of
the
revitalization
project,
but
I'm,
assuming
that
at
some
point,
there's
gonna
have
to
be
some
electrical
work.
Some
duct
work
some
aids
back
work
where
our
students
can
kind
of
learn,
hands-on
skills.
H
D
Tell
her
for
needs
and
the
business
community
or
is
applied
accounting.
We
went
to
Workforce
Commission.
It
took
us
about
three
months
to
get
somebody
that
knew
exactly
what
they're
doing
everybody
and
it's
not
you
off
and
they're
screening.
They
kept
saying
people
for
the
work
that
we're
housing
and
you
know
documenting
stuff
and
then
why
not
listen
and
that
it
and
it
didn't
fit.
We
wanted.
You
know
somebody
can
do
books
and
and
right.
A
D
H
H
That's
what
we
want
to
offer
these
types
of
experiences,
what
you
see
here,
another
benefit
but
cause
to
you
know
to
to
to
whoever
is
taking
on
our
students
or
hosting
our
students.
We
save
on
material
right.
So
welding
is
one
of
the
most
expensive
programs
that
we
have.
This
is
a
ranch
outside
of
petula
for
a
veteran
and
we
go
out
there.
We
do
this
work
for
them.
We
don't
waste
money
on
materials.
You
know
we
don't
waste
money
on
Expendables
and
the
students
get
the
real
world
experience
right.
H
So
are
these
two
year
programs
they
range,
so
I
programs
start
from
one
semester,
although
in
two
years,
so
it
depends
really
where
the
student
wants
to
exit
out
so
again,
I
invite
you
all
to
contact
us.
If
you
have,
if
you
see
there
is
a
room
for
collaboration
by
all
means
contact
as
we're
very
excited,
we're
just
down
the
road
from
from
downtown
here
we're
up
the
road
from
down
and
the
idea
would
be
for
our
students
to
go
out
there.
H
The
instructor
go
out
there
with
them
and
just
provide
the
instruction
right
there
and
at
the
location.
That's
pretty
much
what
they
do
at
these
habitat.
Ladies,
you
know,
rather
than
being
in
the
classroom,
they
take
the
board
out
there
and
and
they're
actually
seeing
their
calculations
right.
So
you're
teaching
us
to
know
how
to
calculate
how
many
wires
fit
in
the
box,
and
they
see
it
right
there
right
there
all
right.
So
it's
very
excited
that
exciting
the
students.
It's
helped
a
lot
with
our
retention.
A
B
K
For
mr.
Otis
I,
finally,
that
was
one
of
the
reasons
why
I
did
wonder
what
he
had.
This
committee
is,
if
somebody
approaches
the
city
and
they're
looking
for
some
type
of
special
means
of
welders
or
whatever
or
a
company
that
wants
to
set
up
that
mystery
comes
here
and
explains
what
they
need,
so
that
we
can
give
them
exactly
what
they're
looking
for
together.
H
Whatever
truly
and
our
president
and
running
are
very
keen
on
economic
development
and
workforce
stuff,
you
know
that
sort
of
forte
and
I
you
know
want
to
develop
the
best
possible
target
that
we
can.
We
do
need
the
input
from
from
businesses
right
like
you,
this
isn't
that
our
curriculum
and
workforces
is
pretty.
I
A
lot
of
it
as
a
businessman
can
I
make
a
comment,
sure
one
of
the
things
that
were
looking
at
when
we
said
about
in
everything
dealing
with
import-export,
and
it
also
includes
logistics,
there's
a
need
of
three
hundred
thousand
truck
drivers.
These
guys
make
seventy
five
to
ninety
thousand
dollars
a
year.
We
don't
want
our
youth
that
could
become
doctors,
attorneys,
CPAs
engineers
to
be
anything
other
than
that,
but
the
kids
that
don't
have
the
capacity.
I
B
A
K
I
D
K
M
M
M
A
M
C
B
K
H
J
C
C
K
But
I
they
were,
they
were
very
impressed
with
the
composite
I
mean
with
the
people
that
had
saw
it,
the
state,
reps
and
everything
they
were
impressed
and
then
in
the
federal
level,
mr.
quiets
tried
to
push
and
ink
CD
does
whatever
they
had
to
do.
In
other
words,
we
might
look
into
this
and
somebody
would
have
something
different,
but
that's
what
we
would
like
and-
and
so
they
were
present
I-
think
they
liked
the
idea,
maybe
they'll
run
with
that
idea
in
other
cities.
Well,
a
little
bit
more
friends
of
but
I'll.
I
Tell
you
I
was
with
Robert
with
a
Frank
from
toski
to
maybe
12
years
ago,
when
we
went
to
Washington
and
he
came
up
with
this
idea
and
as
a
matter
of
fact,
I
tell
your
mom
and
him.
Yesterday
we
need
to
tell
Henry
to
tell
all
the
border
towns
to
use
their
concept,
because
it's
awesome,
do
you
make
a
wall
that.
B
If
the
ladies
are
fantastic,
the
rates
have
gone
up,
the
investor
can
get
a
higher
return.
So
normally
this,
what
you
call
a
yield
maintenance
agreement.
So
no
they
say
look
I
have
an
agreement
that
I
have
to
make
at
least
a
five
percent
right
we're
trying.
But
if
the
return
out
of
seven
well
there's
you
know
that
goes
away
right.
Parties.
I
E
B
B
B
J
J
K
A
M
Yes,
we
were
there
for
days
we
visited
with
text
on
to
try
and
get
further
funding
for
for
some
of
the
projects
that
we've
got
going
on
here.
We
visited
with
Parks
and
Wildlife,
and
we
found
out
that
we
hadn't
done
anything
in
over
ten
years,
but
we
talked
to
him
about
developing
the
chuckling
areas
about
the
Creek
area,
maybe
incorporating
it
with
with
a
dozen
Blanca
State
Park,
tighten
it
all
in
to
the
river
Vega.
M
We
did
talk
to
Texas
Workforce
Commission
I
had
some
very
good
positive
means
with
them.
We
did
talk
to
several
of
the
chairman
of
various
committees.
Yes,
that
bulkhead
was
a
big
hit
thanking
us
for
thinking
outside
the
box.
We
didn't
want
to
tell
them,
and
in
some
cases
we
did
tell
them
that
yeah.
We
were
talking
about
this
ten
years
ago,
thanks
to
your
father,
who
brought
that
up,
but
it
could
be
a
river,
a
river
river.
M
B
M
Would
be
right
at
the
mouth
of
the
SEC
up,
then
the
water
would
back
up
into
the
siq
up
the
creek
and
it
would
back
up
over
to
well
maybe
they'll.
Do
that
that
a
little
area
it
would
be
nuts
I
think
there's
some
renderings
that
your
father,
probably
that's
an
untitled
asset
in
your
neighborhood,
no.
C
M
D
Adjourn
I
have
a
question
and
because
we've
got
another
city
manage
that
we
did
that
before
now
that
this
conference
center
died
is
there
any
way
that
they
can
revive
that
some
other
way
for
death?
I
mean
I?
Don't
live
I
live
in
Northville
right!
Oh
yes,
you
know.
This
is
not
only
Jindal
but
I
just
have
a
question.
I
live
in
North
Way
that
wouldn't
affect
me
one
bit,
but
I
doubt
we'll
see.
You
know
downtown,
be
brought
back
in
the
conference
center.
I.
Think.
D
E
We
we
would
also
the
city
like
I'm,
going
to
assume
that
comment
that
we
would
also
like
to
see
the
downtown
revitalized
as
well
and
whatever
form
that
takes
I
can
only
imagine
that
the
council
would
would
be
a
strong
driving
force
to
continue
they've
been
then
they'll
continue
view
that
what
it's
going
to
look
like
at
the
end
of
day
or
how?
What
wait
than
that
get
it
done,
is
soon
to
be
seen.
But
again
that
would
be
dependent
on
the
fasting
group
and
I.
Think.
A
E
Think
you
are
stunned
in
correlation
or
downtown
revitalization.
Motivation,
I,
don't
think,
is
gone
away.
Okay,
at
least
that
portion
I
can't
speak
past
that
but
I
think
we
we
are
still
vested
in
the
idea
that
our
downtown
has
to
be
revitalized
and
be
brought
back
good
deal
and
just
as
information
we
had
a
meeting
with
customs
yesterday
and.
K
Let
me
know
the
second
or
third
sort
of
biggest
port,
actually
there's
some
commodities
that
we
are
the
biggest
port
like,
for
example,
the
automotive
and
aerospace
yeah.
Then,
every
year
in
2019
we
imported
61
point
million
dollars
and
then
the
second
was
Detroit
was
forty
two
point:
nine
million
dollars.
He
had
Los
Angeles,
thirty,
three
point:
nine
billion
motor,
but
some
commodities.
We
are
the
biggest
port.
