And
so
this
is
why
I'm
here
and
we
have
one
such
request-
we've
had
others,
and
so
that's
why
we're
coming
for
it,
because
we
wanted
to
have
some
type
of
a
process
if
you've
gone
through
North
Central
Park.
You
will
see
variety
of
barrels.
Now,
there's
going
to
push
back
on
some
of
these
murals
copy,
where
they
were
placed
there
I
know
they,
you
know,
went
through
some
sort
of
channels.
F
Whatever
was
there
at
the
time
several
years
ago,
and
so
what
we
want
to
do
is
create
a
process
where
the
artwork
the
proposed
artwork
is
looked
at
and
it
is
determined
by
the
community
and
by
the
community
representatives,
which
would
be
our
council
members,
and
so,
since
you
all
are
as
a
board
nominated
by
council
members,
you
are
the
voice
of
the
extended
hand
of,
and
so
they
have
a
good
feel
of
what
their
constituents
want
in
there.
You.
F
F
F
I'd
like
to
pass
it
around
this,
it's
very
colorful
and
it
does
depict
several
activities
that
we
do
in
a
part.
It
was
our
instant
worker,
but
I
want
to
make
sure
that
we
have
some.
You
know,
I,
don't
know
what
the
wishes
of
console
are
with
regard
to
what
arts,
what
art
projects
do
we
want
in
our
parts,
or
you
know
this
is
different
from
inner
city.
You
know
in
our
city
because
it's
even
more
neglected.

I
met
Richard
I
think
that
it's
a
commission
de
luces
to
come
up
with
some
kind
of
guideline
or
criteria
for
parts,
because
it's
mainly
children
and
we
want
to
make
sure
that
whatever
kids
done
there
is
relevant
to
them
and
to
anybody.
So
I
think
that
is
beautiful.
That's
just
an
example
of
something
we
want
in
a
park.
D
D
Haven't
looked
but
we
haven't
discussed
anything
specific
to
and
I
think
because
it's
children,
we
don't
want
to
offend
parents
or
anybody
else
that
you
know
I'm
not
for
limiting
our
artists
part.
You
know
and
we
should
be
very
free
with
ideas,
but
we
need
to
have
a
certain
gun
time
justice.
You
know
not
not
that
really:
a
clap
on
anybody
or
crap
on
anybody's
smile,
because
freedom
is
artists,
freedom
and
so,
but
I
think
that
at
some
point
we're
gonna
have
to
say
you
know
no
to
certain
things.
C
E
G
G
D
D
F
E
A
C
This
thing
gets
passed
so
that
we
did
first
attack
the
ones
that
are
the
most
repetitive
like
parks,
public
area,
I.
Think
probably
that's
the
first
thing
we
have
to,
and
then
we
have
to
differentiate
I
think
between
the
ones
that
we
find
with
them
with
or
that
are
being
funded
in
an
alternative
ways
and.
F
F
F
G
A
F
Booty
bricks,
that's
kids
taking
ownership,
and
so
that
speaks
with
volumes
and
it
carries
a
lot
of
weight
because
it
participated
in
some
type
of
beautification
project.
Chances
are
they're
not
going
to
be
the
ones
in
ten
years
who
won
an
organ
if
you
go
feeding
or
tearing
apart
or
tagging
or
so
I'd
love
this
to
be
a
process
for
art
projects
love
to
have
okay,
this
is
something
need
to
do.
We
get
a
request.
I
need
to
see
your
sample
it's
going
to
go
to
committee.
F
F
A
whole,
but
our
department
is
growing
very
quickly
and
so
I
want
to
make
sure
this.
You
know
I
spoke
with
Coach
batty.
These
are
harsh
wicked,
and
so
we
had
a
conversation
that
it
was.
That
was
one
of
the
things
you
know
as
we're
growing.
We
need
to
make
sure
we
have
a
processing
things,
you
know
and
not
just
probably
as
they
come
right
and.
C
F
C
Infidel
with
the
hem
you
can
do
is
that
you
hit
you
initially
when
you
talked
us
before
we
head
form,
you
indicated
that
you're
not
reinventing
the
wheel.
Other
cities
do
this,
maybe
checking
to
see
what
what
their
process
is
long
artwork
for
artwork.
If
they
already
have
a,
they
have
a
permission
or
something
like
that,
how
they
process
and
then
maybe
bring
us
that
so
that
you
can
use
it
as
the
foundation
for
our.
F
A
A
A
You
can
take
there's
no
one
bad,
that
it
was
one
of
the
grills
for
for
drainage
and
what
they
did.
Wasn't
they
painted
it
red
and
they
put
head
up
up
flying
and
the
wings
of
a
fly,
and
then
the
standards
of
it
there's
different
things
that
you
can
do
in
parts
of
different
things
that
are
very
small.
They
don't
require
that
much
money
and
that
maybe
even
some
artists
will
be
willing
to
do
it
without
the
necessity
of
providing
anything
for
them.
D
Something
you
know
something
else:
every
every
district,
every
council
member
has
parts
under
there.
How
much
would
it
cost
to
build
not
a
high
wall,
but
just
something
where
we
could
and
I'm
thinking
of
the
idea
that
porque
vas
has
had
in
the
eighties
that
he
wanted
and
I
was
his
dream,
don't
have
art
take
the
neighborhood.
Would
it
would
find
it
would
express
the
culture
of
a
particular
neighborhood
and
he
and
I
talk
about
my
family
still
hasn't
said.
You
know
the
river
is
very
rich
in
culture
and
everybody
all
has
its
own
identity.
D
Everybody
has
its
own
culture,
my
dream
way
back
then,
and
he
started
with
the
architect
and
he
started
building
during
this
beautiful
Europe,
and
he
told
me
you
know
why
don't
why
doesn't
the
city
like
it
wasn't
presented
to
the
City
Council
and
see
if
the
council
members
would
you
know,
go
for
the
idea
about
having
some
kind
of
art
in
every
neighborhood,
especially
in
the
park?
How
expensive
would
it
be
to
build
and
I
made
a
huge
wall,
but
something
for
we
could
have
some
more
I.
Don't
know,
that's
an
idea
that.
F
G
D
C
G
C
D
C
D
Back
in
the
nineties,
I
went
to
San
Francisco
with
a
project,
and
we
looked
at
the
Mission
District
and
all
those
neighborhoods
were
all
these
Latinos
and
Hispanics,
and
they
all
had
and
it
was
gorgeous.
They
had
these
little
empty
lots
that
they
completely
redid.
With
the
most
incredible
art
I
mean
it
was
like
wow
and
I
thought.
That's
what
came
to
mind
when
what
Caracas
was
talking
to
me
about
nobody.
G
D
H
C
Know
how
make
the
process
go
so
that
it
moves
fast,
it's
predictable
and
holiday.
What
we
end
up
doing
is
having
maybe
a
slight
discussion,
but
not
really
on,
though
just
making
sure
that
it
meets
the
age-appropriate
all
those
other
things,
but,
but
so
something
so
that
you'd
be
thinking
through
the
process
close
to
the
Commission
for
the
Arts
first,
and
it
goes
back
to
the
parks
board
and
so
you're.
Looking
at
three
months
or.
G
F
G
F
D
A
A
C
I
think
that
the
only
thing
that
and
the
reason
that
you're
asking
for
bad
news
is
because,
if
you
do
this
at
this
part,
let's
say,
for
example,
someone's
going
to
say
well:
I
want
to
go.
Do
this
a
fish
market
and
it's
just
not
the
same:
it's
not
the
same
exact
match
exactly
that
is
a
school.
Do
we
made
her
little
kids
doing
it
or
something
like
that?
There's
always
the
process
and
that's
what
you
need
from
us.

The
status
on
the
ongoing
city
murals,
the
one
at
the
North
Central
Park,
the
one
that
Gustavo
is
doing,
he's
already
started
working
in
on
it.
But
this
past
Tuesday
he's
working
at
night
using
a
projector
to
predict,
and
then
he
anticipate
that
he'll
finish
by
the
end
of
November.
Right
now,
the
environmental
and
parts
department
are
supporting
him
with
food
beverages,
supplies
generator
portable
toilets.
All
that
which
is
what
keeper

a
beautiful
said.
They
would
help
them
with
the
other
one.
The
month,

apartment
mural.
Mr.

E
He
was
with
it
when
he
went
before
console.
As
for
the
existing
city
mules,
there
is
some
provision
in
the
New
Orleans
coming
in
for
maintenance,
and
so
I
don't
know
if
you
want
to
hold
off
on
the
on
the
ones
that
we
talked
about,
that
needed
to
be
either
retouched
for
redone,
and
that
way
you
can
include
them
in
the
the
program,
the
plan
or
the
year.

I
think
the
only
place
it
has
anything
like
that
section,
they're
hoping
it
says,
eligibility
they
must
have
a
compelling
portfolio
at
work,
have
an
established
history
of
activity.
Innovative
community
I
mean
publications
assortment,
and
then
it
was

A
local
expert
in
the
field
of
literary
arts
professionals
in
literary
arts
might
have
received
awards,
demonstrated
long
and
local
groups
and
so
forth.
Ability
to
make
a
positive

connection
be
a
