The
color
Turk
city
manager
and
also
the
gentleman
from
the
Utilities
Commission
about
community
and
I
know
that
they
there
was
a
live
discussion
about
the
2%,
because
the
2%
is
supposed
to
be
arriving
from
I
guess:
building,
building,
breaths
I
don't
have
the
exact
it's
in
here
somewhere,
but
it's
supposed
to
be
a
love
it
from
cigarettes.
The
city
receives
for
I,
guess
brick
and
mortar
buildings
that
we
have
for
the
business
are
yes,
and
so
there
was
a
lot
of
questions
about
that.
A
A
A
A
Can
we
just
give
those
with
that?
Be
the
same
thing
and
I
just
felt
like
possession
or
any
changing
of
what
was
proposed
would
be
watering
down
the
whole.
The
whole
idea
and
I
can
state
that,
and
then
they
asked
if
this
would
be,
what
kind
of
art
would
it
be
performing
our
other
side
didn't
know
that
that
would
be
covered
under
the
Arts
and
Culture
Commission,
which
is
what
we
do.
This
is
so
completely
different.
So
I
think
there
was
quite
a
bit
of
discussion.
A
It
really
went
on
for
a
long
time
and
they
finally
agreed
and
voted
on
it
and
they
passed
it,
which
I
was
so
happy
because
it
did
seem
like
a
bit
of
a
struggle
at
first.
So
it
was
wonderful.
Congratulations
to
all
the
work
that
could
be
like
the
put
in
making
that
presentation
and
anybody
who
showed
up
to
support
it
was
great,
so
that
was
angry
but
really
happy
to
see
that
I
think
they
were
embarrassed,
but
the
numbers
they
saw
when
they
solve
it.

The
issue
at
hand
is
that
we
need
to
so
that
to
the
State
Historic
Preservation
Office
the
recommendation
that
definitive
prior
to
picking
up
the
council
that
we
can
just
bless,
enforce
it
against
no
problems
and
then
complicated
sign
up
before
that
nations
have
Morgan
or
recommend
one.
That's
what
we
would
like
to
give
counsel
some
option.
C
Because
she
is
the
rules
and
procedures
and
that's
just
marking
where
they
go
right
and
you
have
a
couple
of
decisions
to
make
rule
number.
One
was
missing
a
street
address
which
is
required
something
minor
physical
stuff,
and
then
we
remember
it's
not
entirely
clear
if
they
stuck
to
the
$10,000
budget.
Ten
thousand.
B
D
A
A
E
A
A
G
H
C
D
Then
one
of
the
things
that
needs
to
be
considered
when
these
things
are
going
to
be
done
is
the
size
of
yeah
of
them
of
the
wall.
They're
not
going
to
do
you
$10,000.
They
say,
for
example,
for
the
for
a
certain
size.
It's
fine
with
paint
plus
money,
and
in
this
case
he
needs
to
have
a
hydraulic,
lift
the
same
thing
that
his
mother's
had
for
the
one
that
is
the
those
are
things
that
actually
our
expenses.

I
M
M
So
our
location
was
also,
in
my
opinion,
the
most
challenging
function.
These
we
were
asking
or
the
infrastructure
there
to
be
included
in
the
design
right,
and
it
includes
about
30
metal
posts
that
are
Ukiah
and
there's
railing.
There's
two
concrete
walls
that
are
about
two
feet
high.
So
it's
a
very
intricate.
M
B
M
But
we
did
issue
because
of
that
feedback
and
I
was
able
to
get
that
feedback
soon
enough.
We
issued
an
addendum
that
we
called
an
artist
support,
addendum,
and
so
people
are
very
beautiful.
Is
a
nonprofit
we're
able
to
solicit
donations
and
accept
contributions,
so
part
of
what
the
addendum
addressed
was
what
we
were
able
to
do
so.
Obviously,
as
a
city
organization,
we
can
do
site
brush,
we
can
bring
in
other
departments.
If
we
need
to,
we
can
provide
shade
structure.
We
can
provide
water,
we
can
provide
food.
M
We
can
provide
a
lot
of
things
that
that
we
were
hoping
that
would
help
the
artists
I,
encourage
them
to
understand
that
the
4,000
didn't
have
to
necessarily
show
to
everybody
other
needs
that
we
were
going
to
be
able
to
step
in
and
help
them
in
their
time.
So
we
did
issue
that
and
that's
something
that
that
we
will
continue
to
add
to
sort
of
our
side
of
the
deal.
M
What
we
are
willing
to
provide
as
we
move
forward
both
these
projects,
because
I
think
people
are
in
a
beautiful
and
because
of
other
things
that
have
happened
in
the
community,
but
we're
sort
of
changing
and
shifting
our
focus
a
little
bit.
We're
going
to
be
doing
a
lot
more
beautifying
and
greenery
type
projects
in
the
sense
that
it
will
be
more
tree.
A
A
I'm
worried
yeah,
but
a
lot
of
times.
Lighting
installations
are
the
answer.
When
you
can't
girl
or
there's
all
these
different
things,
I
mean
imagine
that
artists
I
mean
you
think
all
that
selling
its
kind
of
yes
before
it
doesn't
go,
so
it
could
be
that,
like
installation
might
work
so
maybe
of
the
culture
artists.
F
A
B
C
B
A
B
M
And
there
was
an
option
as
well
with
this
one.
This
one
was
a
little
more
complex
overall
because
there's
a
set
of
stone
benches
that
line
the
creek
and
they
go
from
Saunders
all
the
way
to
Taylor
and
there's
five
of
those,
and
there
are
really
a
nice
enhancement,
but
they
kind
of
blend
in
like
I'd
walk
in
with
brought
everything
that's
there,
but
it
needs
to
spend
so.

M

I
B
A
C
A
C
C
Do
not
have
a
schedule
yet
I
remember
what
they
did.
Let
me
know
that
you
were
to
present
as
well
as
would
you
love
it,
but
it's
inside
that's
not
a
final
decision.
Yet
I
don't
have
this
gift.
I
should
have
it
back
tomorrow.
Okay,
I
can
let
you
know
what
you
could
discuss
right
now.
What
if
you
were
hoping
for
City
Council,
what
you
want
to
bring
to
them?
What.
C
What
money,
when
I
request,
first
and
foremost,
that
money
for
the
grant
again
next
year,
sees
though
fund
it
next
year,
the
grass
for
the
Miramar,
maybe
a
honorarium
or
stipend
for
the
poet
laureate
I've,
seen
several
cities.
They
do
give
them
a
stipend
or
an
honorarium
right
for
a
year.
That
might
be
something
and
what.

I
But
am
it
took?
It
took,
of
course,
the
only
home
to
say
I'm
going
there.
H
J
I
I
The
whole
thing
was
wonderful,
so
during
that
doing
that
little
window
that
we're
just
able
to
observe
mr.
bit
out
of
the
finer
spirit
you
guys
do
today,
he
was
congratulating
you
know
everybody
that
was
involved,
but
he
was
very
impressed
with
how
the
schedule
was
flowing
with
the
people
and
I
and
I.
Remember
mentioning
better!
Wouldn't
this
be
wonderful,
because
it
is
just
once
a
year.
J
E
A
B
I
D
I
I
D
A
A
D
D
L
B
A
A
I
think
those
are
things
that
we
should
keep
in
mind.
Maybe
your
art
budget
can
only
income
girls
right
now,
I
don't
know,
maybe
it
can
be
extension
too
compass
other
things,
but
but
once
we
have
an
idea
like
she
we're
talking
about
envelop
land,
it
would
help
because
we
obviously
all
are
on
the
same
page.
A
D
A
A
A
E
A
They
actually
have
drawings
of
these
monolithic
structures
or
sculptures
or
something.
There
were
a
lot
of
ideas
when
we
were
going
to
those
meetings
for
the
city
planning-
and
you
know
there
were
ideas
about
interactive
things,
but
of
course
impossible,
because
you're
you've
got
the
expressway
running
and
also
I
mean
it
ends
there,
but
that's
the
high
traffic
and.
B
A
E
A
C
D
D
G
D
F
K
C
B
A
What
I'm
hearing
is
we
should
propose
a
budget
to
the
City
Council
that
would
include
our
mural
program,
the
poet
laureate,
some
funding
for
that
and
then
a
master
plan.
The
master
plan
and
our
music
is
a
music
festival
and
something
with
a
master
plan.
So
do
we
have
to
tell
them
what
we
want
monitor,
trying
to
come
up
with
something?
It
will
ask
you,
okay,
so.
C
C
A
C
D
C
K
C
A
L
E
A
C
A
F
Well,
so
we're
just
express
your
support
ba
and
then,
if
you
and
then,
while
we're
presenting
you
because
yes.
