I
think
that
there's
some
great
opportunities
for
some
partnerships
we're
not
ready
to
talk
about
those
financial
partnerships.
At
this
point,
we
need
to
figure
out
first
of
all,
what
our
bottom
line
costs
for
the
whole
thing
is
going
to
be,
but
we've
looked
at
the
overall
grand
scheme
were
a
company
that
we've
done
some
big
things
across
the
country
and
I
myself,
I'm
used
to
working
with
a
lot
of
celebrities,
I've
worked
with
Seattle
Seahawks
and
every
guys
don't
want
to
hear
that
this
part
of
the
country
I.
E
F
A
Think
it
and,
of
course,
I
I've
been
talking
to
dr.
Colin
Campbell
about
this
and
and
I
waited
him
first
because
he's
the
type
of
guy
that
can
understand
big
vision,
and
he
himself
has
done
some
pretty
impressive
things
in
this
market
area
and
to
me
this
is
something
that
we
want
to
work
on
right
away
to
make
it
a
city
collaborative
I,
see.
A
This
is
something
here
being
involved
with
some
fine
arts
and
possibly
some
children's
types
of
field
trips
with
it
I
see
it
as
as
both
a
visual
and
a
musical
Tuchman
are
blending.
Several
different
artists
together.
I
think
that
this
is
so
big
that
what
you
put
around
it
should
be
just
as
big
and
as
impressive
again.
I
have
a
lot
of
experience
with
developing
and
directing
those
types
of
things
and
I
would
be
willing
to
use.
You
know,
opera,
my
resources,
my
superior
of
us
is
tiny,
Dyer
she's
from
Europe.
A
D
F
G
G
G
G
G
There
is
some
quite
we
approach.
That
is
because
that
true,
these
were
looking
to
put
it
in
a
place
where
it's
going
to
make
the
most
impact
and
a
lot
of
people
travel
through,
and
we
didn't
know
where
that
was.
We
also
thought
that,
because
the
Commissioner
of
Arts
and
Culture
it
was
created,
we
had
some
kind
of
plan
for
an
art
section
or
some
kind
of
art
movement,
I'm,
more
excited
with
the
art
thing
right
touch.
G
C
Yes,
it
doing
a
good
job,
yeah,
there's
a
lot
of
girls
out
there
at
the
North
Central
Park
area,
but
this
is
gonna
be
more
of
it,
but
that's
it's
not
as
I
need
exactly
sir
yeah.
Okay
I
know
there
are
four
blocks.
The
city
has
four
blocks
that
they're
trying
to
figure
out
what
to
put
on
which
lead
you
to
reach
number
one
on
the
side
which
number
two
there
were
all
kinds
of
sculptures
that
they
were
looking
at
and
there's
a
sculpture
that
was
just
unveiled
and
where
is
that
Josephine.
C
The
radio,
okay,
but
the
problem
with
this
and
those
four
blocks
is
that
that's
traffic
and
it's
not
interactive
their
way.
They
would
probably
have
to
be
like
a
lot
way
over
to
get
to
it,
because
those
are
very
suitable
for
blocks
when
you
get
off
by
35
to
go
across
or
even
just
to
go
downtown.
There's
four
blocks
that
the
state
plans
to
do
something
with
the
problem
is
interactive,
because
that.

C
I,
don't
don't
tell
because
I
have
artillery
job
now,
I'm
all
for
downtown,
but
the
idea
that
it
could
there
could
be
more
than
one.
So
you
could
start
out.
You
could
put
your
first
one
someplace
with
the
idea,
but
maybe
there's
several
venues.
That
would
be
really
great.
What
would
be
the
best
one
for
right
now,
obviously,
probably
not
the
Convention
Center
or
in
that
area.

Next
Saturday
there's
an
international
bridge
event
with
LGBTQ
communities
in
both
countries
coming
together.
You
know
it
would
be
nice
to
have
it
something
like
that,
because
I
thought
obviously
that
this
being
promotes-
and
you
know
we
love
it-
love
you
know,
and
so
so
I.
That's.
Why
I'm
thinking
that
don't
limit
yourself
so
yeah
I'm.

Not
interested
engine,
the
only
thing
I
wanted
to
just
ask
the
question,
because
I
saw
the
memorandum
from
the
city
attorney
assistant
city
attorney
with
regard
to
the
to
those
new
requirements,
but
the
ordinance
says
in
Section,
it's
possible
committee
meeting
shall
take
place
in
the
City
Council
Chambers
yeah.
We.
