I'm
here,

just
to
advise
the
board
in
a
previous
application
that
we
put
those
antennas
were
not
and
have
not
been
placed.
So
this
is
a
Bay

your
application

advises
that
the
other
antennas
something
happened
with
their
structural,
so
they
weren't
too
sure
that
and
in
our

interest.

just
wasn't
able

They
provided
as
a
structural
analysis,
so
they're
they're
advising
us
that
everything
is
going
to
be
security
to
a
truss
and
it's
not
going
to
have
a
mean
I
ability
to,
and
that's
very
important.

The
motion
is
there
a
motion
to
open
up
the
public
hearing.
H
We
are
asking
for
your
approval,
put
up
a
sign
for
Joseph's
warehouse.
It's
it's
a
project
that
we
just
there
was
a
grand
opening
last
week
in
the
downtown
area.
Downtown
has
been
designated
a
desert
food
desert.
H
So
we're
gracious
enough
to
have
somebody
come
in
and
help
out
in
the
community,
especially
with
250
elderlies
that
are
here
that
you
know
don't
have
anything
close
by,
and
it's
also
beneficial
for
those
that
are
across
the
river
that
they
come
in
and
and
they
can
pick
up
their
groceries
as
well.
So
we're
looking
for
a
sign
to
be
placed
there
that
way.
People
can
know.
You
know
where,
where
they're
at
I.
D
D
C
D
H
You
know
we
apologize
I
apologize
on
behalf
for
the
rush
we
tried
to
get
this
in
turned
in
us
as
soon
as
possible.
Just
because
of
time.
You
know
it's
very
important
that
this
business
has
just
opened
here
and
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we
give
them
the
opportunity
to
make
it
in
the
downtown
area
for
the
City
of
Laredo.
Now
it
sounds
very
important.
You
know
trying
to
to
get
it.
H
H
We
understand
that
you
guys
have
to
review
it
and
you
deserve
due
diligence
and
time
to
review
all
of
these
now.
But
in
this
case
you
know
we
we
did
put
it
in
a
little
fastest
because
we
wanted
to
meet
the
deadline
and
get
this
signed
up
so
that
you
know
we
can
continue
to
keep
that
business
functioning
here
in
the
city.
There's
been
a
lot
of
good
reception
that
we've
been
getting
from
the
community,
but
one
of
the
things
that
we've
been
getting
is
you
know,
they're,
not
sure
exactly
where
it
is.
H
H
It's
gonna
be
aluminum
and
it's
a
box.
Basically
it's
non-electrical
and
there's
gonna,
be
the
aluminum,
has
a
box
frame,
and
then
it's
gonna
have
it's
gonna,
be
both
in
on
what
sort
of
similar
to
these
and
they're
not
gonna,
be
seen
we're
gonna
make
sure
that
they
don't
affect
the
character
of
the
building
and
that
they're.
You
know
it
doesn't
so.
G
Because
I'm
reading
the
guidelines
here
and
the
only
problem
I
see
with
this,
whether
the
board
decides
to
vote
on
it
or
not.
Is
that
our
own
guidelines
say
that
there's
a
limit
to
the
number
of
colors
we
can
use
on
a
sign
and
that
recommended
numbers
three
colors.
So
it
might
just
mean
having
to
tweak
your
yeah.
H
And
I
think
it's
the
little
logo
here
they
didn't
color
with
the
vegetables
I
mean
we
can
totally
do
that.
You
know
no
I'm,
just
kind
of
like
a
silhouette.
You
know
type
of
thing,
so
you
know
we
kind
of
kept
it
with
the
original
logo
and
I
noticed
that
and
I
apologize.
But
you
missed
those
vegetables
that
are
there.
I
mean
we
can
take
care
of
that.
C
D
H
And
I
went
through
downtown
and
I
hit
some
other
historical
buildings
that
we
have
here.
Kenneth
I
went
out
there
and
measured
you
know,
and
if
this
one
kind
of
has
a
little
canopy.
So
it's
very
difficult
to
put
it
maybe
right
here
at
eye
level,
because
the
ordinance
you
know
and
you
Safety's
first
to
you
know
you
want
people
passing
by
and
you
know
you've
got
this
nine-foot
and
then
you
put
that
sign
that
swore
feet.
So
here,
you're
gonna
have
a
very
low
sign,
so
I
mean
we.
H
D
Because
what
I'm
thinking
is
I,
don't
know
because
I
haven't
driven
down
it'll,
be
there
lately,
okay,.
F
D
H
H
Yeah
and
and
I
you
know
and
I
agree
it's
just
this
right
here
is,
you
know,
no
matter
how
we
slice
it.
It's
gonna
be
very
difficult.
You
got
eight
and
a
half
feet,
so
it's
not
even
nine
feet
from
here
to
here,
so
that
it's
just
difficult
to
put
something
there
under,
even
if
it
was
a
foot
because
it
wouldn't
it
wouldn't
meet
the
ordinances.
Do.
H
B
G
D
G
I
really
don't
have
an
issue
with
putting
the
sign
where
you're
saying
the
three-dimensional
part
of
it
is
something
that
we
might
have
to
consider
and
miss
Fonseca
also
brought
up
the
font.
It's
not
one
of
the
scripts
that
is
recommended
in
our
guidelines
and
the
colors
as
well.
It
goes
over
by
four
colors,
so
those
are
my
my
concerns
with
that.
I
can.
H
D
In
the
past,
I
realized
that
there
is
a
time
in
it,
and
this
is
not
to
to
put
down
the
efforts
and
the
work
that
the
city
and
the
new
vision,
Community
Church
have
been
doing.
I
mean
it's
it's
a
good
positive
impact
for
the
historical
district
and
for
the
people,
and
this
is
intended
to
serve,
but
there's
a
double-edged
sword
of
being
right
in
the
middle
of
a
historical
district,
and
we
need
to
maintain
the
integrity.
D
Now.
I
realize
that
historically,
we've
had
issues
with
lunchtime
meetings,
but
if
they
can
rework
the
sign
based
on
the
guidelines
and
the
parameters
for
historical
buildings.
If
maybe
they
can
come
back
in
a
couple
of
weeks
and
we
can
meet
as
a
group
get
a
quorum
and
at
least
meet
them.
Halfway
can.
H
H
And
I
think
that
the
the
issue
here
might
not
be
necessarily
the
low
is,
just
you
know,
meeting
the
the
ordinances
of
and
respecting
you
know,
the
character
of
historical
zoning.
So,
if
I
understand
correctly,
this
is
fine.
It's
just
the
coloring.
Is
that
what
we're
talking
about
the
lettering?
What
is
it
that
well.
H
G
Usually,
in
these
kind
of
buildings,
they're
signs
that
hang
vertically
to
the
doorway.
So
if
you're
walking
down
the
sidewalk,
if
you
see
it
from
there
night
and
I
understand
that
you
want
it
visible,
which,
like
I
said
I,
don't
think
it
looks
bad
there.
I
think
that
be
something
that
we
could
work
with.
We
just
need
me
to
make
sure
that
you
know
that
we
can
stay
as
close
to
the
historical
integrity
of
the
building
yeah.
A
You
you
may
be
able
to
do
a
hanging
side,
but
it
would
have
to
be
just
like
a
one
line
as
opposed
to
the
whole
logo,
and
if
you
go
to
the
end
of
the
building,
the
sidewalk
drops
about
six
inches,
so
you'll
have
a
little
bit
more
Headroom.
So,
even
though
it's
not
right
at
the
doorway,
at
least
for
pedestrians,
you.
G
G
B
C
B
E
C
B
A
F
The
first
initial
thought
was
the
the
projection
sign,
which
is
that
traditional
looking
sign
that
that
hangs
on
the
on
the
pretty
much
on
the
edge
of
that
that
roof
structure
and
the
only
detail
is,
unfortunately,
the
the
height
difference.
You
know
from
from
this
point
to
this
point
and
with
the
size
of
the
sign
that
they
want.
It
won't
allow
that
9-foot
clearance
and
so
and
that
ninth
and
clearance
is
it's
really
based
on
just
for
safety
purposes,
and
so,
since
they
couldn't
do
that,
they
were
restricted
on
that
height
and
pretty
much.
F
F
F
Right
yeah
from
our
end,
we
focused
more
just
on
the
square
footage
heights
and
when
it
comes
to
the
bracken
or
the
that
type,
how
its
braced
I
guess
just
those
technical
aspects
when
it
comes
for
the
image
itself.
As
long
as
it's
yeah
correct
that
as
much
as
it's
promoting
the
business
itself
or
for
some
reason
here
they
have
a
slogan
or
anything
as
long
as
there's
nothing
obscene
or
anything
like
that.
That's
really
the!
F
If
anything,
if
we
get
technical
with
the
image
or
the
font
or
the
words
in
there,
but
as
long
as
it's
promoting
the
the
business,
it
would
be
considered
an
on
premise.
That
would
be
the
technical
word.
It's
an
on
premise,
sign
and
so
and
pretty
much
that's
what
the
sign
is
is
doing
from
and
so
from
RE
and
it's
it's
approved
in
those
phases.
A
F
F
Yeah,
it
has
to
do
I,
don't
know
why,
specifically,
it
sits
to
nine
feet,
but
but
pretty
much
it's
clearance
or
whether
it's
they're
taking
objects.
It's
people
jumping
I've,
heard
different
stories
of
that
9
foot,
but
I'm,
but
even.
A
D
In
the
case
of
like
let's
say,
somebody
were
to
go
and
buy
the
old
Don
Antonio's
store
and
they
have
that
sign
with
that
sign
the
Dom
Antonio's
on
it
would
be
there
that
used
to
be
owned
by
the
late
Fernanda
Salinas
has
a
sign
that
sign,
obviously
has
been
there
for
generations.
So
if
a
new
owner
comes
in
and
buys
that
at
store
with
the
with
the
sign
and
everything,
does
the
city
ordinance,
grandfather,
yeah.
F
Pretty
much
when
it
comes
for
like
its
adversaries,
like
like
those
pretty
much.
If,
if
it's
like
a
touchup
maintenance,
we
they
don't
require
a
permit
for
that,
usually
when
we
they
require
permanent.
So
it's
one
if,
for
instance,
they
remove
that
sign
or
there's
simply
something
structurally,
not
sound
with
that
structure
that
they
have
to
remove
it
and
so
they're
pretty
much
when
soon
as
they
come
back
to
install
it.
A
F
When
there's
like
a
plaza
or
anything
like
that,
there
is
one
section:
that's
called
reface
and
the
reface
it's
a
bit
more,
more,
simpler
and-
and
we
ourselves,
we
understand-
also
businesses
that
it
might
have
an
old
monument
sign,
might
not
meet
current
standards
and
such,
but
since,
as
long
as
they're
not
messing
with
the
structure
and
they
just
mess
with
the
face,
we
can
work
as
a
reface
sign.
Permit.
Okay
and
the
only
thing
just
to
point
out,
I,
just
thought
of
the
calculator
just
kind
of
show
the
restriction
that
it
has.
F
They
do
point
out
that
they
have
a
136
inches.
So
that's
an
essence:
I'm
11
feet
on
0.3
of
a
foot,
so
in
essence
what
they
could
work
with,
but
it's
really
limited,
and
that
would
be
really
the
limitations.
They
have
pretty
much
two
feet
and-
and
what's
a
fourth
bit
like
four
inches,
so
that's
swimming
for
about,
like
28
inches
of
height,
that
they
could
work
with
the
sign
for
that
projection,
though
the
only
drawback
would
be.
D
F
It's
just
an
observation:
it
has
nothing
to
do
with
with
building,
but
what
I've
heard
stories
when
it
comes
to
downtown
and
older
buildings.
It
happened
to
the
event
to
the
to
the
old
county
court
or
the
one
that
just
got
demolished.
What
is
it
like
a
year
or
two
ago?
If
you
see
that
that
area
I'm
son
it
was
being-
and
if
you
noticed
this
one
also,
you
can
kind
of
notice
that
you
have
see
if
I
could
get
the
oh,
it's
there
that
you
have
your
curve
right
here.
F
A
H
H
E
My
concern
is
just
yeah
just
that
about
the
historical,
maintaining
the
historical
integrity,
the
signage
and
the
placement
of
the
sign
is
fine,
but
the
historical
integrity
is
just
something
that
you
know.
We
need
to
try
to
preserve,
because
if
this
is
a
proof,
the
way
it
is,
it
opens
up
a
can
of
worms,
and
then
you
have
other
buildings
and
that's
something
that
we're
here
to
kind
of
that's
what
that's
why
we're
here.
D
Oh
okay,
okay,
I,
move
that
we
table
this
item
and
request
that
the
applicant
come
back
to
us
in
two
weeks
for
approval
based
on
the
changes
based
on
the
recommendations
made
by
the
board,
so
that
they
follow
the
historical
standards,
a
font
and
limit
their
coloring
to
three
colors.
Should
we
say
that
we
approved
the
location?
