Description
Keep Laredo Beautiful Board of Directors Meeting 080322
A
All
right,
this
is
the
weekly
meeting
for
people
interviewing
the
board
of
directors.
It's
been
held
today,
wednesday
august
3rd
2022,
and
it
is
5
49.
A
A
C
Last
time
she
was
here
here
not
today,
last
time.
D
C
Was
late
well.
D
A
A
And
then
we
have
eric
cleveland
right,
yes,
sir,
and
he
is
a
new
member
of
the
board
as
well.
Yes,
eric
who
was
beautifully.
A
And
then
joining
us
is
tonyasa
with
keith
texas.
Thank
you,
president
thereof.
A
A
A
Okay,
so
we
do
have
a
forum,
and
so
I
need
a
motion
from
the
floor
for
the
approval
of
the
minutes,
because
everyone
had
an
opportunity
to
review
the
minutes.
A
A
A
F
D
A
D
E
Yeah,
I
tell
you
what
let's
go
ahead
and
make
me
secretary
since,
since
I
hate
that
job,
it.
C
A
A
B
B
A
Us
catch
you
up
where
we
are,
we
are
taking
nominations
for
the
vice
president
at
the
moment.
Apparently,
the
nominees
are
priscilla
nava
and
mario
we're
going
to
do
a
ballot
by
a
secret
ballot
shortly,
and
we
do
have
a
president
now.
H
E
I
got
here
when
I
was
very,
very
young,
but
anyway,
after
getting
married
and
coming
to
town,
I've
been
involved
in
the
community
extensively.
I
I
was
the
executive
director
of
keep
laredo
beautiful
for
12
years
a
little
over
12
years.
D
E
E
C
Hi
everyone,
my
right
now
this
for
the
record.
I've
been
working
with
people
really
beautiful
since.
H
B
C
Work
under
placita
and
then
obviously
now
underground
and
the
interim
people
that
have
been.
We
supported
this
program
from
day
one
when
we
came
to
tamiu
and
then
afterwards,
we've
had
thousands
of
italian
students
participate
in
initiatives
that
are
specifically
klb
and
city
of
the
radio
initiatives.
So
as
a
vice
president,.
B
H
C
On
forestry
tree,
which
is
part
of
our
strategic
plan,
one
of
the
things
that
I
think
this
community
needs
to
do,
look
at
the
strategic
plan
and
see
how
we're
going
to
align.
So
we
can
have
a
vision,
a
mission
and
there's
no
side
track,
and
so,
as
vice
president,
I
can
support
g
work
with
gene
privately
and
other
matters
many
many
moons
ago.
A
C
G
A
A
A
Having
no
other
nominations,
then
we
will
take
a
vote
on
mr
nava,
being
your
secretary,
all
of
the
favor
all
right
opposite
side
motion
to
carry
and
is
there
another
word.
C
Yes,
right
now,
currently
environmental
handles.
All
of
you
know.
A
Bring
the
reports
to
us
making
sure
that
we
we
have
that
side
of
it
again.
I
don't
know
if
any
other
keep
any
other
texas
beautiful
board.
Has
that
in
there
or.
E
C
Yes,
actually
I
just
it's:
our
part
of
our
vitals
are
part
of
our
non-action
items,
and
maybe
we
can
put
it
for
action.
Some
of
the
stuff
we're
gonna,
update.
Okay,.
A
For
for
funding
other
resources.
C
A
But
I
I
wanted
to
go
through
that.
That's
what
I
had
asked
for
for
this.
So
the
the
term
of
the
office
for
the
three
offices,
president,
vice
president
secretary,
shall
be
elected.
A
30Th
we're
just
advancing
that
a
little
bit
because
of
some
of
the
vacancies
that
we've
had
the
president
shall
preside
at
all
meetings
of
the
board.
The
president
shall
perform
all
dues,
incidentally,
to
the
office
and
advise
such
action
as
may
be
deemed
likely
to
increase
the
objectives
of
the
board.
A
A
We
have
is
a
discussion
with
possible
action
on
a
logo
change.
Now
you
know
this
item
was
put
on
here
because
there's
been
a
lot
of
folks.
Who've
said
what
is
your
logo
looks
like
a
water
bottle
with
a
flower,
it's
supposed
to
be
attacked
us,
but
it's
a
deviation
from
where
we
started
where
we
had
the
what's
the
right
term,
something
for
that
type
of
cactus.
That
has.
E
A
C
H
E
C
A
E
E
We
don't
need
to
put
any
money
into
it
until
october
one
so
it
can
be
in
the
new
school
year
and
then
I
think
that
by
say
by
the
end
of
october
you're
ready
with
a
template,
it
gets
presented,
everybody
reviews
it
any
changes.
Anybody
has
anything
to
say
that
may
be
derogatory
or
otherwise
I
mean
because
sometimes
you
look
at
a
logo
and
one
person
sees
one
thing
and
another
person
sees
something
else:
aka
the
watermelon.
A
Is
my
graphic
designer
has
done
four
award-winning
logos
in
less
than
two
weeks.
E
D
C
A
B
G
H
E
E
A
H
A
G
A
E
A
Again,
that
will
be
the
focus
and
we'll
bring
back
to
you
at
least
a
dozen
concepts
of
that
early
on.
In
fact,
what
we
may
do
is
just
share
them
with
everyone.
Let
them
have
them
well
in
advance,
so
that
when
we
come
september,
we
can
maybe
even
bring
the
designer
in
and
say
make
these
adjustments
for
us
to
see
what
this
looks
like,
and
we
can
make
that
decision
that
day.
Okay,.
H
A
E
A
Yeah
you'll,
like
it
he's
a
great
kid
he's
in
the
spectrum,
but
just
uber,
talented,
just
uber,
talented
kid,
so
you
like
him,
okay.
So
the
next
item,
then,
is
a
manual
for
a
school
program.
Well,
you
know
what
let
me
take
a
step
back
and
say:
do
I
have
a
motion
to
begin
creation
and
adoption
of
the
new
logo
with
elements
as
described
by
october?
First,
mostly
second,
all
those
in
favor
aye.
All
those
opposing
sign
motion
carries
all
right.
Next.
C
So
we
don't,
we
couldn't
find
the
manual,
but
I
did
mention
that
we
were
gonna.
Wait
to
the
new
program
coordinator
come
in
because
it
was
something
that
we're
going
to
work
together
to
implement
the
schools
so
this
week,
why
did
you
start?
Oh
sorry,
federico
to
the
right
is
the
environmental
services
program
coordinator.
D
C
And
we're
just
gonna
grab
all.
A
H
B
I'd
like
to
present
an
idea
to
the
board:
okay,
it's
just
something
that
I'm
currently
working
on.
But
it's
it's
just!
You
know
for
your
consideration,
but.
B
Good
okay,
so
I
knew
that
one
of
the
hesitations
that
ruby
had
mentioned
the
previous
meeting
was
the
funding
and
the
manpower
to
run
this
program,
so
we're
currently
currently
working
on
an
open
house,
and
one
of
the
things
that
I
was
going
to
incorporate
to
the
open
house
was
helping
a
non-profit,
a
local
nonprofit
organization,
and
I
said
well
what
better
than
one
that
I'm
involved
with,
and
so
the
idea
was
going
to
be
to
invite
people
to
one
sign
up
as
volunteers
for
the
program.
B
I
know
that
you
know
they
require
the
whole
background
check
and
everything
to
get
to
the
schools,
but
of
course
we
would
guide
them
through
that
process.
Bigger
than
that,
I
would
know
how
to
guide
if
maybe
right
and
two
was
to
get
a
list
of
materials
needed
to.
You
know
to
be
able
to
make
the
program
successful
in
each
campus.
B
Now,
if
we
would
want
something
you
know
standardized
and
everybody
the
same,
we
could
also
ask
for
20
donation,
25
donation
and
talking
to
other
brokers,
about
that
they
actually,
you
know,
came
up
with
the
idea.
Well,
you
know.
Well,
you
know
if
a
builder
might
consider
you
know
adopting
a
program
for
a
particular
school,
and
so
it's
just
something
that
has
a
potential
to
grow.
It's
something
that
I'd
like
for
the
world
to
consider
and
if
you
know,
if
you
would
like
for
me
to
push
that,
I
can
they.
B
E
School
gardens
are
very
interesting
because
you
need
to
have
the
commitment
from
the
actual
school,
because
the
garden
is
supposed
to
promote
gardening
and
obviously
earth
sciences.
E
E
So
what
I'm
I
want
to
say
is
each
school
with
this,
this
step-by-step
garden
process.
Each
school
is
responsible
for
finding
their
sponsors.
Each
school
is
responsible
for
finding
the
parents
to
be
committed,
the
teachers
to
take
an
active
role
in
engaging
the
students,
because
it's
supposed
to
be
used
for
curriculum
purposes.
B
C
C
And
we
can
go
there
every
two
to
two
to
three
months
and
we
can
go
and
see
how
you
guys
garden
doing
and,
let's
you
know
and
do
a
little
activity
again
and
we'll
see
you
know
what
this
is,
what
we
need
to
implement
what
we
need
to
fix.
That's
more
of
the
goal.
I
would
say
I
would
want
to
take
on
this
and
it's
just
as
more
going
educational
than
actual
hands-on.
G
Do
you
want
to
throw
in
my
point
of
view,
since
I
have
done
these
projects
before
and
I
think
it's
the
same
encouragement
that
you're
the
community
right
that
don't
grow?
You
didn't
go
so
one
of
the
reasons
why
the
schools
were
so
for
it
was
because
our
department
was
providing
like
the
resources
for
it.
You
know
so
maybe-
and
I
mean.
A
Yes,
when
you
say
we
were
providing
the
resource
who
was
probably.
G
We
it
was
usda
through
the
extension
services,
so.
J
G
B
Okay,
so
that
so
that's
where
I
guess
that's
where
I'm
coming
from,
like,
let's
say,
because
we
can't
at
least
I
have
access
to
people
that
would
be
interested
and,
let's
say
sponsoring
a
garden
for
a
school
and
so.
B
A
A
The
best
way
to
do
is
address
the
chair
so
that
your
chair
can
give
you
some
time
to
speed,
and
that
way
just
everybody
gets
an
opportunity
to
speak,
because
if
not
then
everybody's
going
to
come
back
and
forth
so
go
that
way
and
then
we'll
open
the
floor,
and
that
will
give
everybody
an
opportunity
to
to
make
some
comment
if
they
want
okay.
So
please
wrap
up
your
point.
I'm
sorry.
B
It
was
just
that
that
you
know
making
the
resources
available
to
the
schools,
should
they
be
interested
in
having
this
program
it.
You
know
I'm
going
off
of
what
javi
has
experienced
in
the
past,
and
so
he
said
right
now.
There's
schools
that
are
interested
in
having
this
program
go
running
with
it.
However,
they're
expecting
those
resources
to
make
it
happen,
and
so
this
idea
came
from
there
like,
let's
make
it
available
to
them
because
they
want
to
do
it.
It's
just
they're
going
to
need
those
resources
so
that.
H
And
he's
right
like
when
we
donated
it
was
like
100
list
right.
D
A
E
I
think
that
what
priscilla
is
talking
about
is
a
good
idea,
because
that's
what
I
would
have
done
at
some
point,
which
would
be
packaging
beds
that
are
ready
to
be
built.
So
you
have
a
grant
package
that
goes
out
with
packages
of
seed
and
packages
of
everything.
So
they
get
this
one
three
foot
by
six
foot
bed
they
receive
one.
They
can
go
ahead
and
purchase
whatever
else
they
want.
They
can
follow
the
plan.
That
would
be
the
way
that
I
would
address
it.
It's
a
grant
program.
D
E
What's
going
to
happen
whenever
school
is
not
in
session,
what's
going
to
happen
when
december
comes
and
how
you
can
do
it,
it's
the
only
way
it'll
work,
because
if
you
they're
going
to
take
everything,
you
give
them
everything
our
community
and
if
you
don't
believe
me,
just
go
to
a
home
and
garden
show
or
and
they're
at
the
table,
sucking
everything
down,
not
just
once
but
four
times
so.
People
here
will
take
anything,
that's
free,
whether
they
ever
use
it.
E
B
C
You
design
a
curriculum
design
that
is
implemented
with
the
state
of
texas,
is
adopted
through
service
learning
programming
and
the
funding
will
come
by
itself.
Again,
you
need
to
remember
these
teachers
already
have
a
lot
on
their
plate.
Administrators
do
short
staff
you're,
looking
more
psychiatric
resources
and
needs
gardening,
and
deceptive
initiatives
are
mental
health
initiatives.
C
In
order
for
this
to
work,
I
think
you
need
to
start
talking
your
superintendents
or
your
student
services
executive
directors,
so
they
can
start
talking
with
a
curriculum
design
team,
and
then
you
can
start
implementing
these
initiatives
for
the
next
five
years.
So
it's
going
to
be
a
favorite
process
for
it
to
be
a
long-term,
sustainable.
A
So
part
of
what
we're
talking
about
here,
the
item-
that's
up
for
discussion-
is
the
creation
of
that
manual
that
talks
about
the
application
process,
the
criteria
for
it.
Once
you
have
that,
then
I
think
you
can
build
the
structure
around
the
funding
for
it
on
one
side,
the
implementation
of
the
schools
on
the
other,
then
we
have
something
viable
that
we
can
take
to
the
school
district.
If
we
just
go
in
with
a
concept,
I
think
we
kind
of
start
we'll
start
on
the
wrong
foot
with
them.
A
So
I
would
recommend
that
you
all
work
on
a
manual
through
that
committee
right
and
I
know
lynch
commented
the
bit
over
there,
but
create
a
manual
with
an
application,
the
criteria,
all
the
rules
that
you
guys
want
to
implement.
So
then
we
can
try
to
line
those
up
with
what
the
state's
curriculum
might
be.
E
Usda
already
has
the
correct:
we
have
all
the
curriculums
they're
already
set
up
for
the
state
of
texas
for
the
tests.
Everything
everything
is
set
up.
The
only
thing
that
we
need
is
a
local
manual
that
helps
the
people
here
locally
understand
what
we're
trying
to
do.
That's
it.
The
school
districts
have
already
used
our
curriculum
and
they're.
E
Our
curriculum,
but
it
is
going
and
talking
to
the
school
districts
and
again
it's
getting
the
commitment
from
the
person
on
campus.
That
says
I
want
to
do
this,
it's
not
about
us
wanting
to
do
it
or
anybody
else
wanting
it
that
person
has
to
take
charge
and
without
that
person
nothing
will
happen.
Okay,
so
then
bobby
you're
going.
B
Well,
to
misannounce
this
point
I
think,
or
I'd
like
for
the
board,
to
consider
then
creating
well,
the
curriculum
exists,
just
polishing
it
up
locally,
okay
and
then
actually
going
as
a
board
to
the
both
districts
and
presenting
the
idea.
I
mean
like
yeah,
it
might
take
five
years,
but
we
gotta
start
somewhere.
I
mean
we
truly
want
to
make
a
difference,
because
I
think
once
we
get
into
the
schools
we
get
to
the
majority
of
our
community.
C
Yes,
so
we're
speaking
about
creating
a
contract
that
yes
we'll
be
creating.
I
C
A
A
So
with
those
members
I'm
going
to
draw
myself
in
the
committee
so
that
I
can
kind
of
just
have
a
helicopter
view
of
what's
happening
and
maybe
assist
when
we
go
to
talk
to
the
school
districts
and
to
the
city
pro
and
type
of
funding.
That
gives
me
an
opportunity
to
just
kind
of
withdraw
a
little
bit
and
let
you
all
work
that
and
I'll
all
maneuver
wherever
you
need
me.
D
A
So
why
don't
we
have
the
committee?
This
would
be
my
recommendation
for
promotion
from
the
floor
to
have
the
committee
come
back
with
the
two
programs
that
we
know
exist
through
keep
texas,
beautiful
and
through
usda
and
through
that
create
the
manual
that
we
need
and
the
grant
application
and
the
program
necessary
for
us
to
present
to
the
school
district
or
any
other
entity
with
that
component.
A
It
all
cut
for
you
and
the
kids
help
nails
together.
They
get
the
first.
The
manual
shows
them
how
to
put
it
all
together
and
if
they
want
to
build
others,
they
can
either.
If
the
school
wants
to
buy
those
from
us,
they
can't
if
they
want
to
build
them
themselves,
they
can't,
but
they
have
a
manual
on
how
to
do
that.
B
D
A
That's
the
best
way
to
have
it,
because
if
not
what's
going
to
wind
up
happening,
is
we
have
a
program
that
is
really
loose
and
and
then
it
doesn't
spell
out
what
their
responsibilities
are,
what
our
responsibilities
are
and
what
the
fund
funding
mechanisms
responsibility,
as
are
they
going
to
just
give
you
cash?
Are
they
going
to
give
you?
A
C
D
C
C
G
D
G
G
A
And
bring
that
back
to
the
committee,
so
we'll
have
a
report.
The
next
meeting
kind
of
a
progress
update
on
the
the
garden
school
garden
manual-
okay,
so
no
action's
going
to
be
taken
other
than
the
addition.
I
have
a
motion
to
add
to
the
committee
or
someone
will
introduce
a
motion
to
that
committee.
A
And
excuse
me
from
that
committee
motion.
Second,
second,
all
those
in
favor
all
those
opposing
side
motion
carries
okay.
The
next
one
is
the
formation
of
a
school
program
committee
which
basically
took
care
of
in
that
one
shot,
and
then
we
have
a
committee
for
ncp's
north
facing
mural.
That's
the
mural,
that
is
on
the
upper
detention
pond
behind
converges,
there's
already
a
neuro
facing
south
and
we're
going
to
add
another
mural
that
is
going
to
face
north
towards
discount
tires
chase
those
areas.
The
new
car
wash
that's
out.
There.
C
Correct
when.
C
This
is
something
I
would
like
for
the
board
to
nominate
a
committee
for
the
selection
of
the
artwork.
We
have
two
applicants
for
this-
oh
cool
for
this,
so
we
have
everything
I
just
need
to
create
a
community,
so
we
can
sit
down
and
go
over
that.
C
A
All
right
so
there's
five,
so
I
have
a
motion,
a
linear
team
for
our
limited
emotion,
to
create
a
committee
for
the
judging
of
the
artwork
for
the
north
facing
mural
that
consists
of
mayor
hernandez,
jonathan.
A
C
C
Yeah
the
words
committee
we
sat
down.
We
decided
to
change
it.
Maybe
it
would
be
better,
so
we
could
use
it
for
the
future
reference,
which
is
why
we,
I
said,
maybe
we
could
change
the
logo
to
the
finance
lessons
we'll
be
calling
it
the
work
that
the
we're
going
to
be
called
that
so
you
have
here.
We
said
we
were
going
to
put
signs
on
each.
A
B
C
B
C
B
C
F
E
C
C
C
C
E
C
A
So,
madame
director,
do
you
need
a
motion
for
anything?
Do
you
need
some
ass.
A
All
right
so
then
we'll
motioned
to
adopt
the
hard
work
of
the
sign,
add
voted
on
correct
motion.
A
C
D
A
J
Right
so
I
work
with
the
food
and
drug
administration.
I
studied
biology
in
school
or
college
and
I
love
the
outdoors.
I
love
plants.
I
love
everything
related
to
you
know
that
book.
This
is
the
first
time
I've
ever
been
on
any
sort
of
committee,
any
sort
of
board.
So
I'm
learning
so
thank
you.
C
D
G
I
I
I
I
am
excited
to
be
a
part
of
this
month.
This
committee
means
a
lot
and
definitely
given
my
all,
and
I
have
so
much
faith
that
will
be
able
to
make
a
great
impact
on
the
community.
D
F
Started
last
week
with
the
environmental
services
department-
and
previously
I
was
living
in
san
francisco,
but
I'm
originally
from
florida
you're
going
to
school
in
san
francisco.
No,
I
worked
there.
Your.
A
Is
he
hides
in
the
back
here,
but
josh
gordon's
up,
I've
been
john
now
20
plus
years,
I'm
a
big
fan
of
his
work.
He
is
the
environmental
services
director,
but
he's
also
doing
double
duty,
yeoman
studios
the
solid
waste
director-
and
I'm
glad
he's
here
today
because
we
haven't
seen
him
in
a
couple
meetings
because
he's
been
so
busy.
This
is
budget
time.
So
before
we
leave,
we
want
to
ask
him
for
money.
That's
he
needs
to
have
it
ready
to
go
at
the
council,
but
joshua.
F
Years
ago,
we
we
started
to
keep
lorraine,
beautiful
and
so
yeah
I've
been
been
with
it
from
the
beginning
and
having
a
great
organization,
I'm
really
proud
of
ruby
for
for
doing
what
she
does,
and
I
want
to
say
thank
you
to
all
of
you
for
volunteering,
your
time
and.
C
Okay,
so
every
new
board
member
has
received
a
packet
and
it's
just
what
you're
expected
as
a
board
member
part
of
this
committee.
Okay,
we
do
have
certain
standards
that
we
need
to
maintain.
We
have
our
ktb
standards
and
we
have
our
city
standards
as
well,
because
remember,
klb
is
a
non-profit
organization,
but
it
is
funded
by
the
city.
C
C
Okay
and
then
we
have
armando,
also
he's
our
community
clerk
back
there,
but
he's
also
helping
environmental
services
department
right
now.
So
pretty
much,
it's
me
and
half
a
person,
okay,
so
I
just
do
it.
I
want
to
make
that
clear
to
you
all
that
if
it
was
up
to
me
I'll
do
so,
I
had
so
many
activities
and
everything,
but
we
are
limited
as
well.
Okay,
and
so
this
is
a
non-profit
board.
C
I
do
want
to
mention
to
you
all
that
anything,
political
or
any
political
agenda
they
all
may
have
needs
to
stay
out
of
the
board,
because,
as
a
non-profit
that
has
a
501c3,
we
could
lose
that
that
means
we
can
lose
any
donations
or
anything
okay,
part
of
that.
So,
if
you
all
would
like
to
open
first,
your
newborn
member
packet,
you
could
stick
through
it
at
home.
C
C
And
the
responsibility
as
a
board
member
is
attend.
Monthly
meetings,
work
on
a
subcommittee
participate
in
our
events
as
well.
We
do
have
several
events
and
I
and
I
thank
you
all
because
each
one
of
you
helped
me
out
in
different
ways.
Y'all.
You
may
not
show
up
to
any
events,
but
lynn
provides
a
good
listening,
ear
and
advice
that
she
gives
me.
You
know
we
have
mr
mares.
He
might
not
go
to
an
event,
but
he
contributes
in
his
own
way.
C
C
And
towards
the
back
of
that
packet,
it
tells
you
all
the
different
events
that
keep
texas
beautiful
house.
That
kilby
participates
in
okay,
so
just
from
that,
and
then
you
have
your
board
manual.
This
is
the
most
important
one
and
it
talks
about
your
procedures
or
ornaments
or
obviously,
conformation
are.
C
Rule
of
order,
just
in
case
this
is
the
first
time
you're
on
a
board
it'll
be
good
to
go
over
robert's
rules
of
order.
So
you
can
familiarize
yourself
a
little
bit
with
everything
and
how
a
board
works
be
important,
okay
and
at
the
very
back.
If
you
just
please
sign
that,
that's
where
it
says
how
many
meetings
you're
expected
to
attend
per
year,
how
many
events
and
all
that
good
stuff
we'd
like
to
just
kindly
read
through
it,
sign
it
off
and
pass
it
down.
C
And
that's
it
and
welcome
guys-
and
I
I
mentioned
thank
you
all
for
being
here.
Thank
you
all
for
volunteering,
your
time
and
I
hope
that
you
guys
stay
as
long
as
you
possibly
can
and
we're
so
we're
so
happy
to
have
a
very
active
board.
I
can
say
that
I
have
a
very
active
board,
very
active
board
members
that,
like
to
participate
they'd
like
to
help
me
out.
Thank
you
all.
C
Unfortunately,
the
past
two
weeks,
we
have
to
deal
with
a
certain
issue
that
mr
bernardis
has
been
helping
me
out
with,
unfortunately
hasn't
been
resolved,
and
I'm
just
going
to
give
you
guys
a
quick
background
of
what
it
was
we
in
march,
we
had
a
work
with
tommy.
You
like,
we
always
drew
for
big
events,
and
we
did
beautification.
We
did
clean
ups,
all
the
beautiful
stuff
we
do.
C
We
had
over
500
volunteers
for
the
big
events
for
some
of
you
all
that
weren't
here
at
that
time
are
part
of
the
board.
It
was
a
very
successful
event,
a
lot
of
funding
a
lot
of
time.
A
lot
of
meetings
were
put
into
this
part
of
that
beautification.
We
did
three
slides
parts
until
weeks
ago,
about
two
weeks
ago,
we're
going,
I
received
a
complaint
from
a
citizen,
because
we
had
students
paint
on
the
ground
right.
C
C
I
received
a
complaint
that
a
certain
organization
was
going
to
paint
over
one
of
our
paintings
and
I
would
say
ours
because
it
was
a
collaboration
with
tommy,
you
and
other
organizations,
and
it
was
20
students
and
we
never
would
like
to
discourage
any
student
or
any
volunteer
or
matter
to
not
participate
in
something
if
their
work
is
not
going
to
be
appreciated
or
written
over.
So
a
student
organization
has
stenciled
over
some
artwork
that
was
done.
C
They
said
that
they
didn't
know.
Okay,
they
didn't
know,
that's
fine,
hey!
You
know
what
you
stenciled,
that's
fine,
they
painted
over
it.
C
So
we
kindly
asked
them
to
remove
our
name
from
there,
because
once
we
never
agreed.
Second,
they
didn't
tell
us
to
last
minute.
We
said
you
know
what
it's
already
stenciled
over
go
ahead
and
do
what
you're
going
to
do.
It's
truly
nice
from
you.
So
they
did
that.
But
now
jean
is
going
to
be
on
friday
at
our
meet
in
a
meeting
with
this
organization
and
we're
going
to
speak
about,
but
they're
going
to
no,
not
me
inside.
A
C
That
is
very
important,
so
it
was
meeting
sight
visits
just
a
whole
bunch
of
phone
calls
back
and
back
late,
frenchie
9
p.m.
9
30,
like
six
morning
like
early
phone,
calls
that
we
just
had
to
deal
with
these
past
weeks
and
unfortunately,
some
stuff
that
we
were
planning
to
do
just
really
set
us
back.
C
So
we
did
get
a
lot
of
work
done
a
lot
of
work
through
thanks
to
ashley
and
armando,
but
we
did
get
a
little
bit
back
in
some
of
the
grants
we
were
planning
to
apply
for
so
just
so
you
all
can
follow
up.
That's
something
I
mean
did.
C
D
C
H
H
A
We
argued
with
them
that
the
basketball
courts,
although
we
we
didn't,
have
anything
on
there
except
repainting
the
lines,
the
official
for
a
basketball
game,
but
that
the
volunteers
have
done
that
and
that
we
would
would
have
hoped
that
they
were
respected.
But
if,
if
they
needed
arch
space,
I
believe
that
that
would
be
okay
with
us.
But
you
need
to
involve
folks
from
champions.
A
A
But
there
is
there
are.
There
are
some
fundamental
issues
that
may
have
happened
with
the
parts
department
and
with
the
the
two
executive
directors
not
having
had
any
communication
with
each
other,
but
again
that's
easily
resolved.
I
think
where,
where
we
are
now,
is
that
they're
putting
our
organization
at
risk
and
and
we've
asked
them-
why
they
remove
it
and
they
have
not
yet
responded
to
that,
so
we'll
take
that
up
with
them
on
friday,
as
a
courtesy
of
just,
hopefully,
we
can
resolve
all
that.
A
At
some
point,
cooler
heads
need
to
prevail.
They
are
a
fabulous
instance
and
they
do
a
lot
of
good
work.
A
little
more
political
than
I
like
to
be
for
a
non-profit
and.
D
A
C
H
C
C
Organization,
you
don't
hear
state,
you
don't
hear
a
city
and
that's
where
I
want
us
to
eventually
guide
ourselves
there
for
a
sole
entity,
part
of
july.
We
also
had
our
kobe
awards
committee
meeting,
which
I'm
going
to
show
you
all
of
these
things
we
went
over.
We
have.
D
C
Visit
our
central
park
for
our
upcoming
cleanup
in
august
20th
earlier
this
week,
which
is
on
monday.
We
had
our
recognition
from
city
council
and
then
we
had
our
another
site
busy
a
site
visit
at
father
mcnabble
park
for
our
cleanup
on
august
27th.
C
D
C
G
C
Okay,
so
that's
just
a
little
bit
background
of
what
happened
there.
We
did
also
submit.
We
need
to
submit
a
biannual
report
to
city
manager's
office,
which
we.
C
C
I
also
wanted
to
follow
up
on
our
t-shirts.
We
got
a
great
price
from
ink
bird,
as
I
mentioned,
I'm
trying
to
get
those
t-shirts
by
august
19th,
so
we
can
have
them
for
the
20th,
but
we
are
missing
that
one
logo
other
than
that
we're
good
to
go,
and
thanks
to
all
the
sponsors,
we
were
able
to
completely
receive
sponsorship
for
this.
What's
the
cost
for
sure,
we've
got
650
for
adults
and
950
for
you,
because
I
ordered
you
sizes
as.
D
C
Yeah,
that's
all
I
need
and
we
can
submit
and
have
our
shirts
ready
by
the
dates
we
need
them,
because
I
would
like
to
you
know:
give
the
volunteers
a
t-shirt
that
day.
A
C
Okay,
we
did
come
across
a
lot
of
graffiti
that
we're
going
to
cover
up
on
august
20th,
some
very
funny
images,
but
we'll
be
taking
care
of
that
august.
20Th
also
part
of
the
exclusivity
report,
a
while
back.
I
don't
think
any
of
y'all
were
here
for
that
meeting.
C
C
Another
thing
coming
up
it's
a
new
fiscal
year
and
we
need
so.
We
had
sorry.
We
had
some
of
the
houses,
our
media,
guys.
C
The
contract
was,
it
was
a
month
to
month
basis.
What
I
want
to
do
this
time
around.
I
want
to
have
a
year
contract
with
him,
and
I
spoke
to
him
about
some
stuff
that
is
on
the
current
contract
that
he
had
that
I
would
not
be
using
that
he
could
kindly
remove
it
or
I
can
have
the
two
live
radio
spots
for
when
we
have
the
big
events
and
our
what
is
the
other
one
miss
kara.
Are
you
going.
C
A
Do
we
have
some
information
coming
on
things
breach
of
demographics?
Is
there
something
that
we
could
to
use?
Is
there
a
possibility
that
that
maybe
this
is
something
that
needs
to
be
opened
up
to
other
radio
stations
and
maybe
have
a
larger
listenership.
C
C
C
C
D
C
A
Just
you
know,
sam
the
house
has
a
great
following
he's:
a
good
influencer.
A
C
Oh
yes,
okay,
so
yeah
right
now
we'll
get
there.
So
we
just
spoke
about
affiliate
report
right.
That's
our
quick
report.
Next,
we
have
the
kobe
awards
ceremony.
I'm
gonna
pass
down
what
I
have
as
our
invitation.
C
If
you
all
approve,
I
can
start,
I
can
start
sharing
that
with
everyone.
We
have
come
to
20
awards,
we'll
be
giving
20
awards.
C
I
know
it
started
off
small,
but
I
didn't
want
to
leave
up
anybody,
so
we
have
20
awards
we're
looking
at
about
90
guests.
Now
it's
going
to
be
a
falcon
september,
30th
6
p.m.
C
C
C
Some,
what
is
it
like
pictures
and
stuff
because
they
could
only
provide
lemonade
and
one
with
common
signs?
We
we
went
for
the
three
quotes
that
were,
and
they
were
the
best
one
they're
for
90
people
we're
looking
at
810
dollars.
C
C
D
C
D
C
We
will
also
have
10
door
prices.
We
are
seeking
donations,
armando
went
out
today
and
went
to
different
restaurants
and
stores
to
see
who
can
give
us
donations
so
far.
C
Just
lemonade
tea,
water.
Okay,
do
you
know
anybody
distributing.
A
We're
not
trying
to
get
any
liquored
up
already
and
it'll
be
up
to
someone.
C
If,
yes,
we
can
get
a
full
package,
then
we'll
also,
then
we'll
be
donating
the
dessert
table
for
that
date
and
the
possible
schedule
so
we're
starting
at
six
we're
looking
at
620
world
champion
foods,
we'll
have
the
speaker
of
richard
raymond
there
at
6
45
and
our
the
presentation
will
begin
at
7,
00
pm
and
food
choices,
actually
with
clementines
they're,
giving
us
two
food
choices.
One
of
those
would
be
meatloaf
infused
with
bacon
jack.
C
And
then
we
have
that
your
traditional
cordon
bleu,
that's
always
featuring
syrup.
You
know
with
some
green
spaghetti,
that's
what
it
is.
So
what
I'll
be
doing
on
my
different
little
thing
with
me,
we're
gonna
be
putting
little
place
cards
in
the
entrance.
You'll
have
each
pig
name,
know
your
personal
personal
favorite.
You
take
your
little.
C
C
So
that's
how
we'll
be
handling
that
so
we
will
have
together
so
be
a
first
come
first
serve
with
needles
for
now,
then
everybody
else
will
be
getting
the
cordon
bleu,
which
is
also
very
great
place
as
well,
and
then
we
had
mentioned
something,
but
I'm
gonna
take
it
back
with
a
comedian.
I
don't
want
to
do
that
anymore
because
of
the.
C
Part
of
that
here
we
have
I'm
going
to
pass
this
one
down
how
much
our
awards
is
going
to
cost
us.
I
do
not
have
price
on
science
we
have.
Originally.
We
had
seen
it's
going
to
be
224
signs,
but
one
of
the
committee
members
mentioned
that
maybe
we
can
get
something
nicer
and
that
they
will
donate
the
other
half
of
that.
So
we're
looking
into
different
signs
and
that's
what
I.
B
That,
okay,
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
the
board
was
okay
with
this,
so
I
have
mentioned
that.
Maybe
we
would
like
to
have
some
programs.
This
is
just
a
sample
of
a
program
that
we
did
for
a
recognition
event
last
year,
and
so
it's
very
I
mean
it's
very
small.
It's
in
color
it
was.
It
was
at
a
very
reasonable
price
for
300
copies.
B
H
B
So
I
mean
other
organizations.
This
is
how
other
organizations
do
it.
I'm
sure
you've
seen
it
before
and
they
they'll
sell
the
ads
for.
B
Dollars
for
half
page
a
thousand
for
a
full
page,
I
know
that
falcon
international
bank
has
always
been
a
very
big
supporter
of
non-profit
organizations
and
especially
with
us
having
ceremony
there.
I
know
that
the
there
at
the
bank-
she
said
you
know
as
soon
as
we
have
the
approval
of
the
board
she
presented
to
the
to
their
board,
and
you
know
for
approval.
B
If
they
go
in
and
donate
the
the
back
cover
or
the
or
one
of
the
pages
they
normally
will
buy
the
back
page
for
100
a
thousand
dollars
either
way.
I
just
need
the
approval
of
the
board
so
that
I
can
move
forward
with
it
and
I
could
you
know,
create
just
like
a
template,
send
it
to
send
it
to
ruby
so
she'd
give
over
to
everybody
with
the
price
and
the
letter
attached
to
it.
B
Our
attempt
to
fundraise
for
the
organization
to
pay
a
lot
of
the
initiatives
that
we
hope
to
implement
moving
forward.
So
I
don't
know.
A
So
this
is
an
action
item
and
it's
currently
listed
in
a
non-action
item,
so
we'll
need
to
bring
it
back
to
the
next
board
meeting.
So,
let's
solidify
the
price
worth
for
100
do
what
you
need
to
do
to
bring
that
report
back.
Madam
director,
what
I
would
like
to
have
is,
when
you
have
these
committees,
make
these
types
of
recommendations
back
to
the
committee
report,
because
I
know
you're
talking
about
something
that
you
want
to
pull
back
and.
C
I'm
going
to
mention
we
had
mentioned
that
it
would
be
good
to
have
the
council
member
from
that
respective
district
to
present
the
award,
but
I'm
going
to
pull
back
one
because
it's
election
year,
two,
I
don't
want
them
to
see
it
as
a
council
member
thing,
it's
a
kill
being
thing,
so
we
will
not
be
going
through
with
that.
I
just
think
it's
better
if
we
don't
so.
H
C
Would
like
to
invite
them,
we
might
try
to
reconsider
that
yeah.
I
would
like
to
invite
them,
but
not
for
them
to
be
a
part
of
it
anything
political.
I
would
like
to
stay
out,
especially
because
also
it
is
election
year,
and
I
don't
want
like
hey
look.
No
anything
will
invite
them
to
come
over.
They
get
to.
You
know,
congratulate.
J
C
C
C
A
Might
pull
back?
I
haven't
had
held
that
position
before
I
can
see
how
council
members,
who
hear
that
we're
keeping
them
coming
might
get
upset
that
this
board
has
actively
kept
them
from
coming
for
political
reasons.
So
we
need
to
be
careful
how
we
count
that
we
would
love
to
have
them
as
invitees
is
honored
to
guess
yes,
but
that's
it
so,
and
I
think
you
send
them
all
an
invitation
as
an
honor
to
guest
to
come
and
they're
not
on
the
program.
We
will
recognize
them
from
the
podium
during
the
program.
A
A
C
G
D
G
I'm
sorry,
how
many
have
you
gotten?
Any
people
like
submit
submissions.
C
C
Which
I
did
mention
already
the
make
a
difference
date.
We
have
our
event
on
august
20th,
which
is
the
north
central
park
cleanup.
If
y'all
could
please
join
us
on
that
day
as
well?
I
would
need
a
volunteer
to
stop
by
princeton
here,
stop
by
the
library.
C
Going
to
be
having
an
event
where
they're
finally
going
to
do
like
a
ribbon
cutting
or
like
a
ceremony
for
a
flower
bed
that
was
put
there
by
kobe,
but
unfortunately
they
just
informed
me
yesterday
and
we'll
we
already
have
our
events.
So
if
I
could
have
at
least
you
can.
D
A
A
G
B
For
the
contest
so
that
maybe
we
can
get
a
little
bit
more
height,
what
if
we
would
do
like
a
little
post
or
a
little
flyer
that
like
recommend
your
neighbor
or
recommend
somebody's,
you
know
like
inviting
the
community
to
recommend
other
people.
Sometimes
they
won't.
You
know,
put.
G
B
Nominate
your
neighbor
for
for
this
award
for
the
advance
that
award.
C
As
it
was
coming
closer
to
the
deadline,
I
actually
had
checked
if
it
was
okay
for
me
to
post
it
on
lmt,
so
we'll
be
doing
that,
I.
C
As
I
mentioned,
the
more
you
all
as
a
board
share
it,
the
more
options
we
get,
the
more
it's
shared,
the
more
people
see
it.
We
all
remember,
we
all
have
a
different
outreach.
So
maybe
I
mentioned
it
like
10
times,
but
if
I
had
to
share
this,
it
may
be
somebody
else
that
hasn't
seen
my
posts.
C
It
is
at
the
same
time,
but
the
cleanup
will
be
there
from
eight
to
ten
yeah.
C
The
clean
up-
yes,
perhaps,
however,
you
all
like
to
approach
it.
So
we
have
those
and
father
mcnabel
october
august
27th
as
well,
would
like
to
attend
we'll
be
there,
and
I
am
actually
still
waiting
on
text
to
put
up
our
sign.
A
D
H
C
I
want
to
do
a
treat
planting
that
day.
I
wanted
to
come
to
you
on
see.
If
you
all
have
seen
any
recommendations,
you
all
might
think
would
be
a
good
place
for
us
to
do
some
tree
plants.
It
can
be
anywhere,
it
could
be
a
small,
it's
a
small
tree
planting
event.
It
can
be
big,
but
I
would
like
to
have
tree
plants
in
that
day.
C
That
is
my
goal
for
november
will
to
have
a
tree
planting
event
and
we'll
also
be
doing
recycle
stay
with
subways
and
environmental
services
as
a
collaboration
all
together.
But
when
we
put.
C
Or
I
mean
I
reached
out
to
certain
districts,
they
have
not
reached
back
to
me.
C
We
always
seem
to
stick
to
the
same
districts
because
it's
the
same
ones
and
I
do
get
feedback
from
very
good
council
support,
but
the
other
ones
I
haven't
had
any
feedback.
So
maybe
I
was
thinking
we
can
go
out
to.
A
B
Oh,
so
are
you
I
mean
there's
trees,
but
there's
a
there's
a
little
garden
at
it's,
not
the
bar
that
complex
part
anymore.
It's
called
something
else.
B
H
A
A
Survive
because
they
have
large
regional
parks
where
they
can
have
these
big
events,
the
other
parks,
slaughter
and
independence.
For
whatever
reason,
those
are
large
parts
of
regional
parks,
they
don't,
they
don't
seem
to
to
get
really
active
about
putting
trees
in
there.
I'm
not
sure
what
that
is,
and
then
district
8
they've
got
some
places
that
I
mean
on
a
park
has
no
shade
whatsoever.
It's
a
barren
piece
of
dirt
somewhere,
but
part
of
that
is
because
they
may
not
have
irrigation
and
so
to
go.
J
A
C
Maybe
even
just
an
organization,
another
non-profit
that
we
could
work
with
and
help
them
beautify
their
area.
D
A
A
A
C
Let's
see
if
they
get
back
to
us
and
the
zen
water
ground,
texas,
beautiful,
which
is
a
which
is
a
500
and
we'll
see
how
that
one
turns
out.
I
know
that
they
had
mentioned
that
they
had
only
had
two
applicants
like
a
couple
days
ago
and
they
were
gonna
get
three.
So
hopefully
how
many
people
apply
to
work
through.
C
No
well,
no
there's
3
500
is
3
500
so,
and
the
money
is
actually
is
to
be
used
for
our
upcoming
event
in
october,
make
a
difference
day
because
they
did
ask
for
how
we
would
be
using
these
funds,
and
part
of
that
is
we
plan
to
use
it
for
make
a
difference
too.
A
Anyway,
so
how
would
you
like
to
have
the
board
move
with
respect
to
november
5th
tree
planting?
Do
you
want
us
to
look
for
organizations
nonprofits
and
or
talk
to
the
council
members.
C
I
don't
go
to
council
directly
council
members
directly,
so
if
anybody
is
going
to
speak
to
somebody
which.
H
C
Honestly,
we're
good
in
district
8
we're
good
in
district
6
we've
had.
We
already
had
a
lot
of
events
there
for
both
districts
and
more
coming
same
thing
for
district
seven.
We
do
have
that
event
coming
up,
so
maybe
we
can
see
in
the
other
districts.
D
C
See
if
you
will
be
willing
to
because
part
of
it
isn't
just
oh,
I
want
to
have
it
here,
but
do
they
have
the
funds
in
order
to
sponsor
us.
D
B
F
Chairman,
yes,
also,
it's
important.
We've
had
a
lot
of
pre-planning
stopped
as
irrigation.
D
C
C
A
If
you
look
down
international
a
lot
of
those
trees
that
did
survive
the
neighbor's
world's
watering,
there's
no
irrigation
there,
so
we
might
not
get
always
going
to
be
back
to
irrigation,
but
you
know:
we've
often
tried
to
work
with
council
to
change
the
orbits
or
to
change
the
recommendation
as
to
what
trees
get
placed
in
the
right
way,
because
that
impacts
aep,
for
example,
we're
asking
developers
to
put
in
these
oak
trees
and
they
grow
40
feet
up
in
the
air
and
there's
a
30
power
line.
He's
got
to
trim
this
tree.
A
That
looks
like
a
you
know,
looks
looks
like
a
quarter
moon
coming
around
these
wires
because
it
has
an
impact.
So
are
the
different
types
of
trees
that
we
could
place
like
you
know,
myrtles
they
go
tall
enough,
but
you
can
slice
those
down.
Next
year,
they'll
grow
up
nice
and
pretty
nice
and
down
nice
and
pretty
and
some
of
them
don't
get
as
tall
as
those
we
could
do,
those
others,
I
don't
know,
that's
an
impact
to
them
and
to
others.
A
B
D
A
The
possibilities
one
of
your
great
partners
could
be
the
lba
and
those
guys
do
tremendous
countries
by
the
way
I
mean
their
event
next
week,
I
think,
is
going
to
raise
probably
90
000
tomorrow
tomorrow,
yeah
towards.
B
B
You
want
to
bring
it
into
the
neighborhood
you
know,
and
and
so
I
think
that
if
we
work
on
these
new
neighborhoods
being
built,
I
think
for
the
builder
they're
they're
receptive
to
it
right
now,
because
if
you
know
they're
building
and
trying
to
sell
and
then
partnering
with
the
community,
it's
going
to
be
beneficial
for
those
sides.
G
Item
is
bylaws
procedures.
Yes,
I'm
sorry,
just
one
last
question
with
the
community
block
grants
would.
B
But
some
seven
dozen,
we
would
maybe
want
to
start
with
those
areas.
A
Again,
what
we
may
want
to
do
at
some
point
as
a
board
is
have
a
workshop,
a
kind
of
a
strategic
workshop,
a
retreat
for
for
us
to
carve
out
our
mission
and
our
plan
for
next
year
and
october.
First
is
our
fiscal
year.
So
maybe
in
that
first
week
of
october
that
we
have
some
type
of
a
strategic
planning
workshop.
But
what
do
we
want
to
take
off
next
year?
A
So
now
that
you
have
a
finance
committee
that
they
begin
to
put
together
a
financial
package
that
says
we'll
be
the
only
gradually
private
sector
only
contributions
of
kind
and
those
are
the
things
that
we
can
present
so
that
we're
not
dependent
because
someday
you're
not
going
to
have
jobs.
Money
right.
A
A
A
So
there's
a
thought:
a
discussion
going
on
among
some
of
the
council
members
that
may
be
that
they
ought
to
be
a
board
similar
to
this
one
that
has
they're
under
the
auspices
of
the
city
arms
length
relationship.
They
are
responsible
for
getting
some
funding.
The
city
will
give
them
some
seed
money,
maybe
an
office
space
where
they
can
operate.
That's
they
can
save
some
money
from
wherever
they're
renting,
that's
a
possibility.
But
whenever
you
move
from
under
the
umbrella
of
the
big
brother.
C
A
A
So
the
best
thing
we
can
do
as
a
board
is
have
a
really
good
plan,
strategizing,
for
what
we're
going
to
do,
try
to
raise
as
much
money.
You
know
for
ourselves,
you
know
for
the
board
and
for
the
projects
that
we
have
and
rely
less
and
less,
but
there's
always
going
to
be
that
I
mean,
while
you're
you're,
funded
by
the.
I
D
C
C
If
somebody
steps
down
or
somebody
moves
out
or
anything.
C
There
or
a
more
detailed
or
like
right
now,
yes,
we
said:
okay,
we're
starting
the
all
newborn
officers
are
starting
right
now
in
july.
We're
just
gonna
run
it
through
until
next
october,.
H
D
A
The
terms
are
all
here
on,
obviously
when
we
serve
but
you're
talking
about
a
vacancy.
Yes,.
C
C
Another
thing
is,
we
would
like
to
revisit
zoom
meetings.
We
have
a
bigger
board
now.
I
think
everybody
that's
here
right
now
wasn't
here
when
we
were
doing
the
bylaws
in
regards
to
zoom
meetings,
and
maybe
we
can
move
the
time
a
little
earlier,
because
it
is
a
great
bike
and
I
know
a
lot
of
us
do
have
other
commitments.
A
C
C
Can
only
view,
but
also
to
keep
it
limited
to
any
certain
amount
of
time
times,
because
I
don't
want
to
have
a
board
member
say:
oh
I'm
part
of
the
board,
but
never
attend
a
single
bidding
in
person,
so
maybe
limited
to
three
per
year,
maybe
two
or
three
per
year.
Once
again,
it's
up
to
the
board,
but
I
would
like
to
suggest
that
we
can
add
that.
C
If
it
counts,
it
doesn't
count
against
you.
You
still
have
some
active
participation,
but
promoting
any
questions.
I
think.
A
Are
there
other
committees,
man
of
director,
that
are
looking
at
the
same
thing?
This
way
I
I
know
the
ethics
committee
is
that's
now
in
person.
C
C
People
he
said
it's:
okay,
it's
up
to
the
board.
B
C
C
A
A
Wishes
of
the
board,
I
mean
bring
it
back
to.
If
you
want
to
have
that
discussion,
I
am
I'm
old
school.
I
go
to
money
weeks.
A
Just
bring
it
back
as
a
as
an
action
item
actually
and
again,
this
is
the
length
the
agenda
would
be.
This
is
typically
not.
I
don't
remember,
having
this
many
items
on
an
agenda
before
so
this
meeting
is
run,
probably
another
45
minutes
to
an
hour
longer,
because
this
is
a
lengthy
challenge.
Yes,
so
yes,
we're.
B
A
H
A
And
ruby
for
october,
maybe
legal
to
have
a
discussion
about
the
do's
and
don'ts
for
non-profits.
There
are
certain
rules
that
that
we
as
non-profits
need
to
follow.
I
happened
to
be
at
the
lloyd
international,
fair
expositions
board
retreat
where
they
brought
in
juan
cruz
to
do
a
training
for
all
things
related
around
non-profits
and
what
they
can
and
can't
do
some
of
the
things
that
again
it's
a
little
quasi
because
you
have
the
city
as
much
as
we
don't
want
to
be
part
of
the
city.
There
are
certain
rules.
