KEEP LAREDO BEAUTIFUL BOARD 011123 MEETING
A

Me
excuse
me
Bianca
Brewster,
with
one
unexcused
Priscilla
with
two
unexcused
and
that's
it
according
to
our
bylaws.
D
C
A
A
A
D
C
D
A
C
C
C
They
would
have
to
come
set
it
up
all
the
time,
so
they
were
saying
that
I
would
also
need
to
move
the
screen,
because
the
way
it's
set
up
right
now,
if
somebody
does
speak,
they
can't
really
see
who's
speaking
music
without
complicated
stuff.
It's
the
same
thing:
if
we
were
to
do
sketch
your
opinions,
I
would
also
recommend
buying
you
TV
screen
music
and
a
lot
he's
like
or
God
can
also
borrow
one
or
go
somewhere.
If
we
do
go
and.
D
D
B
C
I
think
you
should
be
fine
if
it
isn't
broken
yeah.
That's
right.
A
B
A
Is
there
anything
else
that
needs
to
be
correct?
It
edited
or
aligned
with
our
contracts
and,
of
course,
Charter
any
other
things
that,
like
the
issue
of
the
city
council
members,
appointing
that
needs
to
come
out
make
sure
that
those
are
those
are
things
that
will
bring
up
for
the
next
meeting.
Yes,.
D
A
D
C
With
the
contract
and
it's
gonna,
it's
gonna
be
something
that's
gonna
go
back
and
forth
with
the
attorney.
I
would
say.
A
B
A
F
C
A
D
A
B
A
He's
in
class,
but
I
had
him
design
three
sheets
for
us
to
look
at
one
looks
at
at
some
inspiration
sites.
One
looks
at
fonts
and
how
they
stack
and
line
up,
and
then
one
looks
like
at
the
icons
and
what
you
all
may
want
to
do
with
those
and
then
again
from
there
we're
going
to
give
them
some
more
direction
to
come
back.
But
at
least
we'll
give
you
something
to
work
on
today.
So.
A
C
A
D
B
D
D
A
D
D
C
B
A
E
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
C
C
A
So
just
remember
a
couple
things:
these
are
all
just
fonts
and
colors
yeah
interchangeable,
all
the
way
through.
If
you
like
this,
if
not
that,
if
you
want
a
great
big
or
in
a
small
all
of
that's
interchangeable
but
again
consistency
once
you
once
you
design
this
and
get
the
one
you
all
want,
you
just
need
to
make
sure.
A
I've
got
you
it's
going
to
come
with
a
fonts
and
the
color
scheme
by
both
RGB
code
and
CN
YK
for
print
again
digital,
and
it
will
tell
people
how
you
can
stack
it,
how
you
can't
what
to
do
when
it's
black
white,
when
it's
getting
all
those
instructions,
so
that
when
you
go
to
advertise
somewhere,
if
they
don't
follow
your
brand
guys
you're
going
to
pay
for
it,
you
just
stop
them.
You
didn't
follow
my
bank
account.
These
are
not
the
same
color
and
that's
part
of
what
we
do
for
our
clients.
A
Styles
and
fonts
and
those
different
colors
we
brought
up
when
we're
focusing
on
these
colors.
Here
we
were
looking
at
a
traditional
Hispanic
colors
along.
A
D
F
C
F
C
A
Well,
some
script:
some
of
those
scripts
are
really
really
legible,
like
I
like
these
two
here
in
terms
of
legibility,
right
I
like
these
but
I'm,
worried
about
something
like
this
yeah,
because,
again,
one
of
the
things
that
we'll
do
for
you
is
we're
going
to
walk
them
up
on
shirts
and
cups
and
you'll
see
them
just
don't
translate,
really
well
yeah.
It's
special
when
you're
looking
at.
E
A
E
Right
so
so
Gene.
What
translates
better,
when,
like
you
print
it
out,
cursive
writing
and
like
cleaning
like
I'm,
trying
to
show
how.
F
F
Your
focus
is,
you
want
to
make
it
very
impactful.
C
F
I
would
say:
keep
the
script
to
the
smaller.
A
Because
and
so,
given
that
what
do
you
all
want
to
see
coming
back
to
you
all,
do
you
want
to
see.
A
E
C
E
C
A
D
C
D
D
B
F
B
F
C
A
A
D
E
B
E
B
A
A
D
E
B
A
He
has
those
mocked
up
separately,
make
up
the
cluster
for
me
and
add
into
this,
so
he
broke
apart
sort
of
left
to
right,
sideways
and
kind
of
had
the
dimensions
to
it,
but
he
can
just
leave
you
one
and
you
look
at
it
and
if
you
say
you
know
what
can
you
make
one?
That's
really
simple.
That
has
maybe
three
of
them,
and
it
really
kind
of
looks
a
lot
like
this,
but
also
like
you
can
do
that.
You
can
give
it
3D
dimensions.
B
D
A
A
Downs
are
always
going
to
be
interchangeable.
The
side
that's
I,
like
this
I,
want
it
to
look
like
this,
but
I
want
this
colors
and
just
give
you
that
direction
and
that's
typically
how
we
deal
with
our
clients.
We
just
walk
them
through.
You
know
reductions,
we
start
with
a
whole
bunch
and
then
get
down.
D
A
Okay,
so
one
housekeeping
items,
speaking
of
houses,
reflect
that
Myra
Hernandez
is
now
present
and
thank
God
yeah.
C
So
we
got
a
watershed
model,
it's
an
educational
because
environmental
has
one,
but
it's
like
really
broken
and
old
enough.
Yes,.
C
C
That's
perfect:
that's
all
I
need.
Okay,
all
right.
Whatever
day
already
I
spoke
with
umidis
he's
gonna
be
able
to
assist
in
delivering
the
trees
and
plants
out
the
day
of
the
event,
and
then
it
would
be
great
to
have
any
Bill
anybody
else.
That's
willing
to
help
that
dude
November
19th.
C
Thank
you
Saturday
at
eight.
This
is
our
birthday
account
beautification
we'll
be
doing
some
treatment:
okay,
okay,
just
because
I
don't
know
if
I
mentioned
to
you.
That
is
all
on
us.
C
B
A
A
C
I
have
it
because
I'm
that's
what
we're
gonna
bring
in
right
now,
so
we
can
because
we're
gonna
do
it
tomorrow,
Okay,
so
other
websites,
other
okay
websites,
beautiful
websites,
have
they
all
have
different
programs.
C
C
And
when
we
came
up
this
morning
thinking,
maybe
we
can
do
like
a
Monument
before
we
put
all
the
plaques
on
there
and
instead
of
leaving
it
on
the
tree
one
because
it
can
be
if
we,
even
if
we
put
the
cement
and
everything
that
we
had
said.
They're
gonna
end
up
taking
it
away
so
and
if
the
tree
does
grow,
pretty
big.
C
There,
when
somebody
does
Joan
wants
to
donate
a
tree,
we
can
say:
okay,
so
we'll
just
say,
and
you
have
a
tree
at
the
park,
but
it
won't
just
be
put
in
a
block
because
we
can't
just
say:
oh,
we
want
to
go
put
a
tree
at
that
Park
and
what,
if
there's
no
irrigation?
It's
not
gonna
work
out,
so
I
think
the
best
approach
would
be
for.
F
Us
we
can
do
a
tree
because,
like
when
I
worked
at
I
did
organist
tissue
donation,
but
we
did
a
tree
of
life
and
for
every
donor
it
was
a
lead,
and
so
you
could
go
filling
up
the
tree,
so
that
would
be
kind
of
cool.
That's.
E
F
B
D
B
B
E
B
So
going
back
to
the
monument
we
took
it
back
and
took
it
out
and
made
it
and
now
it's
pretty
it's
right
at
the
trail
and
everybody
sees
it
and
everybody
knows
what
happened.
Then
we
could
do
that
same
kind
of
little
monolith.
You
know
just
and
then
kind
of
create
some
sort
of
artwork
on
it.
That
incorporates
branches
and
leaves
I
mean
I.
Would
what
I
would
love
to
see?
Is
you
know
the
TP
nail
and
all
those
guys
they
have
those
big,
copper
wire
rolls.
D
A
A
The
focus
I
wanted
was
to
create
a
program
where
anybody
can
go
in
and
donate
either
money
or
treat
I
prefer
money
right
and
they
can
pick
the
country
they
want
and
go
with
their
donation
right
and
the
city
would
acquire
the
tree
on
their
behalf,
put
it
in
its
inventory
and
when
we
did
these
big
tree
plants,
we
would
go
and
take
all
these
trees
and
plant
them
somewhere,
but
their
plaque
already
goes
somewhere.
If
you
walk
and
if
we
did
it
the
way,
you're
thinking,
but
they
just
always
usually
sign
on
to
it.
A
Gonna
be
bringing
in
money,
that's
the
primary
thing,
and
when,
when
you
buy
those
trees
right,
you
can
again
it's
done
and
planted,
they
don't
have
to
be
the
form
to
just
have
the
money
available
to
them.
The
other
thing
you're
going
to
be
buying
now
would
be
the
plaque
that
you
could
put
installed.
C
So
what
I
can
do
is
come
back
fix
our
chance
to
treat
sponsorship
levels
and
it
just
just
something
that
can
be
something
new
and.
A
Give
me
give
you
some
options
for
trees
again
working
with
this.
What
trees
do
really
really
well
and
give
me
a
list
of
four
or
five
that
people
can
order
for
themselves.
Crepe
myrtles,
do
fantastic
Willows
do
well.
The
the
cedar.
Elms
that
we
have
here
are
doing
really
well,
obviously
other
trees,
the
multisoods
yeah.
Whenever
we
have
the
the
a
lot
of
water.
B
A
C
B
A
C
E
A
Idea,
trees
and
cash
right,
so
we're
going
to
do
storm
water.
Do
we
are
we
asking
for
people
to
adopt
those
and
they
they
provide
all
the
materials
if
we're
adopting
a
halfway
in
one
of
the
responsibilities
of
that
program,
and
how
do
people
apply
for
those
things?
So
that's
what
you're
going
to
need
to
put
on
the
website
yeah
well,.
D
B
Like
to
we
already
put
on
here
that
we
needed
to
eliminate
the
hybrid
and
adopt
the
bylaws
at
our
next
Community,
okay,
and
then
also
wanted
to
bring
don't
forget
bumper
stickers
for
Fleet.
B
Once
we
get
the
logo
adopted
butter
stickers
so
that
every
city
vehicle
has
a
bunch
of
sticker
on
it,
because
it
it
reinforces
what
the
city
is
supposed
to
be
doing
as
a
whole
and
I'd
also
like
for
our
group
to
work
on
an
ordinance
to
beautify
all
the
lovely
dumpsters.
D
B
A
I
have
signs
on
our
dumpster.
That
says,
cameras
are
watching
you
and
it's.
We
even
cite
the
health
code,
the
Texas
health
code.
If
you
put
personal
items
in
my
dumpster.
