KEEP LAREDO BEAUTIFUL BOARD 121421
A
B
D
I
think,
since
it's
december
and
then
we're
gonna
go
into
another
year,
I
can
just
go
ahead
and
just
remove
their
names
from
the
list.
D
So
I
have
a
copy
of
the
bylaws
in
the
in
the
package.
The
the
font,
the
red
part,
is
just
amendments
that
were
already
discussed
and
then
the
blue
ones
are
the
or
the
new
ones
that
were
talk
that
we
talked
about
in
the
last
video
about
not
disallowing
virtual
meetings
and
then
the
other
one
was
about
the
extension
yeah,
the
extension
of
the
12
months.
D
A
D
You
just
want
to
check
the
the
ones
in
the
different
just
in
case
you
can
go
ahead,
but
those
you
y'all
had
already
seen
them
and
and
how
to
get
to
them.
So,
but
just
if
you
want
an
issue.
D
So
for
the
month
of
november,
we
only
had
two
events,
so
we
had
november
13.
We
had
the
phase
two
of
the
last
five
months-
restoration
project
that
we
had.
This
one
was
a
much
smaller
project
that
we
worked
on
with
with
the
rear
manager,
national
study
center
and
the
loretta
realty
association.
D
We
had
a
small
turnout
of
about-
maybe
I
want
to
say
it
was
less
than
40
volunteers,
but
I
I
I
think
I
I
speak
for
everybody
that
was
there
that
it
was
a
very
small
but
very
mighty
team,
and
from
my
notes
I
mean
they
picked
up
what
one
ton
of
debris
and
litter
from
the
park,
and
then
we
also
mulched
the
trail.
So
just
like
those
under
40
people
made
all
of
that
impact
in
the
at
the
las
palmas
trail,
and
it
looks
so
much
nicer
now.
D
So
I'm
very
very
happy
with
the
group
that
we
got,
even
though
it
was
a
small
turnout.
I
think
they
did
a
really
really
awesome
job.
So
then
that
was
that
event
and
then
on
november
20,
which
was
a
week
after
we
had
the
azteca
neighborhood
cleanup
and
now
was
a
partnership
with
tamiya,
sga
allen
and
councilmember
elisa
cidarro.
D
For
that
one,
we
did
have
a
good,
a
really
really
awesome:
turnout
of
about
250
volunteers,
mostly
modern,
high
school
volunteers,
and
they
picked
up
1.5
tons
of
glitter
and
then
they
also
collected
25
tires.
So
that
was
really
really
awesome,
really
good
turnout
and
also
a
lot
of
impact
that
was
made
in.
D
D
I'm
not
sure
if
we
had
spoken
about
this
project
before
when
vasita
was
still
back
here,
but
we
had
received
a
small
grant
from
the
native
plant
society
of
texas
for
400
to
purchase
native
milkweed
and
other
pollinator
plants
to
work
on
a
monarch
garden,
and
so
because
we
were
kind
of
like
in
a
transition
and
stuff
like
that.
Our
project
was
kind
of
put
off
and
and
we
kind
of.
C
D
About
it
a
little
bit
to
be
honest,
and
but
we
were
finally
able
to
complete
it,
and
so
we
planted
it
was,
I
want
to
say,
40
plants
at
the
barber
fasting
community
center,
so
they
already
have
like
a
whole
garden
installation.
They
have
different
race
garden
beds
that
were
that
were
already
there
without
go.
D
Oh,
that's
awesome.
I
know
they
had
said
that
there
were
some
and-
and
so
we
were
really
lucky,
because
we
were
kind
of
pressed
for
time
to
to
finish
that
project
already,
because
the
the
the
native
plant
society
wanted
like
us
to
submit
a
report
and
stuff.
So
we
were
trying.
C
D
Luckily,
we
were
able
to
get
it
done
on
time,
and
so
the
40
plants
went
into
four
race
garden
beds
and
we're
gonna
have
the
seniors
from
the
senior
center
that
are
that's
the
biggest
next
door,
they're
going
to
be
helping,
maintain
it
and
then
also
first
step
is
going
to
be
coming
in
every
once
in
a
while
to
check
up
on
them
and
see
what
what
other
kind
of
what
they
can
assist
with
that
that
maybe
the
seniors
can't
do
and
then
just
like
the
final
thing,
we
submitted
a
wrap-up
report
to
ktv
so
kind
of
like
symbolism
that
we
finished
the
green
bag
grants
project
that
we
had
so
that
one
was
just.
D
It
was
just
another
ground
where
we
were
yeah,
given
funds
to
start
another
monarch
garden,
and
this
one
is
located
at
the
southside
library,
the
I
think
it's
some
mckendrick
ochoa
salinas
and
it's
located
right
in
front
of
the
entrance,
and
it's
really
really
pretty
it's
three
race
garden
beds
and
so
that
one
they
installed
like
crushed
granite
a
little
crushed
credit
trail,
and
then
they
started
this
and
they
put
some
panels
with
the
images
of
the
life
cycle
of
the
butterfly.
D
And
so
so
it's
meant
to
be
educational
and
also
kind
of
like
to
spruce
up,
because
it
looks
it
looks
really
nice.
It
makes
it
look.
The
entrance
of
the
library
makes
it
look
really
nice,
so
we
were
finally
able
to
submit
that
report
and
yeah.
So
that's
that's.
What
we've
been
doing
in
the
month
of
november.
D
The
month
of
december
is
a
little
bit
slower
for
us
just
because
I
was
also
finishing
up
final
sands
and
stuff
so
right
now
we
don't
really
have
we
don't
have
any
team
plans
for
the
month
of
december.
No
events
we're
looking
at
a
possible
partnership
with
a
troop
that
just
requested
to
have
a
private
cleanup,
but
that's
just
a
private
event.
For
them,
it's
not
going
to
be
anything
huge
open
to
the
public,
so
yeah,
that's
what
we
have
for
december
and
what
we
did.
D
So
in
rio,
bravo,
they
invited
us
to
go.
Was
it
in
november
yeah?
It
was
in
november
and
we
went
and
we
spoke
along
with
with
our
program
coordinator,
ruby.
B
D
And
then
also
about
strong.
C
D
A
You
can
also
call
like
the
schools,
and
just
you
know
and
reach
out
and
ask
them
like.
Can
I
go
and
because
I
mean
because
I
would
do
that
just
when,
like
just
so
that
you
won't
wait
for
career
days
like
if
you
have
like
no
events
or
whatever
you
want
to
express
the
word
and
have
them.
You
know
you
can
actually
call
like
always
talk
to
the
counselor
and
be
like.
C
D
Yes,
but
yeah.
A
A
Because
lane
used
to,
I
remember
she
would
buy
time
tons
of
seeds
and
like,
and
I
mean
teachers
like
staff,
we
love
them
so,
like
I
know,
if
you're
looking
for
promotion
islands,
I
think
that's
a
good
idea
to
like
pass
out
those
seeds
and
stuff
very
cool.
Even
she
even
have
vegetables.
Do
you
remember
like
she
had
a
bunch.
D
Because
I
had
never
done,
I
had
never
done
a
career
thing
before,
but
it
was
fun
it
was.
It
was
natural.
A
D
Yeah-
and
they
know
that
I
was
definitely
talking
to
ale-
about
us
getting
together
already
and
and
coming
up
with
what
we
want
to
do
for
next
year,
because
we
definitely
wanna
we're
gonna
start
out
strong.
C
D
How
I
mean
we
have
the
we
have
the
the
data
we
have
like.
We
submit
an
annual
report
to
ktv
every
single
year.
I
think
the
I
think,
the
time
that
we
submitted
is
usually
around
march,
and
so
we
have
a.
We
have
spreadsheet,
a
spreadsheet
that
has
a
like
the
past.
I
want
to
say
maybe,
like
the
past
three
years
worth
of
data,
and
so
we've
been
updating
it
every
single
time
that
we
have
an
event
or
we
have
a
partnership
or
anything
like
that.
D
So,
and
I
know
that
I
just
submitted
a
report
to
mr
porter,
just
kind
of
showing
him
like
what
we've
done
this
year,
but
that
we
go
and
present
to
city
council.
I
I
haven't
done
it.
E
No,
I
would
have
been
if
you
hadn't,
but
I
know
that
in
the
past
we've
seen
that
presentation
come
to
council,
I
don't
keep,
keep
boston,
beautiful,
keep
texas
beautiful.
They
both
publish
an
annual
report
on
their
websites,
the.
E
Because
I've
been
looking
at
websites
and
trying
to
redesign
what
we
started
with
placita
and
kind
of
give
us
a
better
feel
for
what
we
wanted
to
do
for
the
oreno.
Because,
again
it's
something
that
we're
donating
to
to
keep
radio
beautiful
and-
and
I
saw
that
they
have.
You
know
three
really
big
items
that
keep
austin
beautiful,
one
of
the
that's
one
of
my
favorite
websites,
not
so
much
because
of
the
design,
but
because
of
the
content.
C
E
A
C
A
E
Tools,
they
sign
them
out
from
you,
but
they
also
have
a
donation
program
so
that
you
know
dr
rights,
loans
and
those
folks
can
donate
tools
to
you
for
those
particular
events
as
well.
But
you
keep
them
rather
than
getting
money.
For
example,
they
would
give
you
tools.
I
did
that
for
a
long
time
with
when
I
was
on
council,
I
made
a
a
special
effort
to
give
lynn
money
for
tools
for
these
cleanups,
because
I
knew
that's
one
of
the
things
that
they
struggled
with.
E
B
E
And
so
right
now
is
a
good
time
to
start
asking
council.
You
know,
especially
those
like
melissa
and
most
of
the
other
council
members
who
are
currently
asking
keep
learning
beautiful,
participating
cleanups,
which
is
great
political
play
for
them,
but
they
ought
to
give
somebody
for
for
some
of
those
tools.
I
love
promotional
thoughts
primarily
for
what
you
need
the
most
you
know
ranks
bows.
C
E
E
All
those
kind
of
things,
so
that
would
be
something
that
to
maybe
kind
of
put
as
part
of
your
agenda
for
next
year
and
then
the
annual
report
that
the
assault
websites-
it's
all,
not
just
all
the
activities,
but
how
many
partnerships
they
had.
You
know
how
many
sponsors
came
on
board
those
kind
of
things.
Yes,
because
that's
where
we
that's
where,
where
folks
like
myself
and
kenny
and
others
you
know,
can
help
you
we,
we
know
a
lot
of
folks
in
the
community.
E
And
then
the
other
thing
that
I
saw
there
is
that
they
they're
constantly.
They
have
a
really
great
calendar
and
they're
constantly
asking
people
to
come
in
and
share
what
they're
doing
as
part
of
the
cleanups
so
that
we
can
participate
as
well.
If
we
get
a
chance,
I
mean,
obviously
we
don't
have
a
big
board
yet,
but
getting
our
board
involved
in
some
of
these
cleanups
might
help
bring
more
awareness
to
what
we
do.
E
E
So
it
gives
them
some,
it
gives
them
a
reason
to
to
continue
to
promote
us
in
floodless
in
houses.
Yes,
definitely.
B
A
They
would,
and
we
just
need
to.
A
E
E
Yeah
and
really
that
was
it,
those
are
the
kind
of
things
that
I
I
saw
for
you
know
at
the
annual
report
today,
just
because
that's
the
community
know
what
we're
doing
and
to
publish
it
somewhere,
yeah.
D
I
remember
when
I
first
came
in,
and
that
was
talking
to
me
about
her
her
goals
for
kob,
because
she
had
only
been
doing
this
for
also
just
a
year.
She
had
also
mentioned
that
she
that
she
had
seen
especially
keep
austin
beautiful
website
and
how
they
had
their
annual
report.
They
had
it
every
single
year,
and
so
it
just
kind
of
shows
everybody
what
we're
doing,
instead
of
just
how
we
have
it
that
it's
just
it's
just
ktv.
That
knows
what
we're
doing.
Basically,.
B
E
E
Carlos
they
don't
seem
to
know
where
it
is
who
who
has
what?
Where
the,
where
it
is
in
the
inventory,
the
one
who
probably
knows
more
than
anybody
else
would
be
andy
custom
and
he
says
when
we
sent
them
emails
back
in
september.
Eight
point
the
what's
called
the
a
record
to
our
ip
address
where
we're
hosting
the
website.
They
could
never
do
it.
So.
Finally,
you
know
by
before
placing
the
left
she
said.
Is
there
anything
you
can
do
to
say?
E
E
A
A
E
E
C
E
Recommend
is
that
bella
rosales
and
my
staff
is
heading
up
the
project
in
our
office
and
she
had
some
mock-ups
that
she
did
she's
making
some
changes
jose.
Garcia
is
the
graphic
designer
at
the
side
of
the
project
and
he
is
doing
some
local
changes
and
some
of
the
other
things
and
then
I'll
help
with
the
content
as
much
as
I
can.
