11-12-19 Laredo Commission for Women Meeting

The
information
I
thought
when
I
asked,
because
I
made
a
point
to
ask
as
soon
as
that
was
appointed
I
wanted
I
had
wanted.
Also
the
bylaws
to
have
been
a
little
more
explicit
about
funding
and
I
would
basically
no
not
to
worry
that
as
we
needed
funding
reasonable
budget
projects
that
they
would
be
provided
right
now
from
what
I
understand,
there's
an
amount
that
was
allocated,
but
the
other.
F
C
F
A
Gonna
pack,
this
around
it,
let
me
go
ahead
and
I'm
just
gonna
complement
what
Sylvia
is
sharing
with
you.
Last
year,
a
small
group
of
us
very
informative,
very
informally.
There
was
no
organization
which
sponsored
us
very
informally.
A
small
group
of
us
formed
a
very
strict
nonpartisan
coalition,
a
little
group
of
us
and
basically
the
act.
The
plan
was
to
get
out
the
vote
and
we
did
bring
in
media
several
of
the
commission.
Members
were
part
of
it
isn't.
C
A
Feet
over
her
awesome
idea
and
Silvia
and
I
had
our
Cavazos
Monteverdi
on
to
the
Judy
Gutierrez
very
informal,
but
goal
was
get
out
the
ball
and
what
we
did
was
we
played
for
a
coalition.
We
also
got
closely
with
a
school
district
from
the
college
for
the
University
and
we
launched
the
the
effort
at
a
luncheon
that
at
that
time
was
sponsored
by
Falcon
National
Bank.
By
the
time
we
brought
the
30
employee
groups
together
and
that
included
the
University
is
a
hospital
and.
J
A
There
were
other
other
events
that
happen
before
then
you
said,
but
the
final
getting
needed
so
many
states
to
have
come
in
and
it
was
August
26
that
believer
2020.
When
the
19th
amendment
was
formally
approved
to
commerce,
and
so
that's
gonna
be
a
big
huge
milestone,
and
if
this
is
a
perfect,
it
and
then
importantly
devoted
to
women's
issues
and
better
than
supporting
the
voice
of
women.
And
this
is
why,
when
Sylvia
talks
about
this
being
a
year
long
and
hopefully
engaging
every
single
one
of
us.
A
F
F
To
me
and
how
to
get
the
people
together,
you
know
in
the
coalition
to
build
the
coalition
and
we
are
kind
of
modeled
it
after
them.
So
we
were
thinking
of
getting
the
money
elephants
head
of
the
southwest
border,
San
Antonio,
and
she
does
training
also
and
I'm,
hoping
that
she
could
come
in
trainers
so
that
she
can
talk
about
this
project
and
it
would
help
us
out
to
understand
more
of
what
we're
doing.
C
A
C
I
A
C
A
F
A
big
project
and
in
the
30
of
employers
that
we
identified,
we
have
a
list
of
them
and
I
thought.
Maybe
we
could
go
through
a
list
and
I
don't
know
if
it
today
or
not,
but
like
you
say,
I
say
you
want
to
take
care
of
a
magazine
and
to
talk
to
them
and
to
go
over
there
taking
a
package
or
visit
with
them
about
it,
but
by
the
time
you
come
in
January
we're
going
to
give
them
that
package.
F
The
idea
here
is
that
we
give
them
the
packet
with
registration
cards
of
information
with
places
where
they
go
vote.
Everything
in
there
because
there's
a
lot
of
information
in
that
package
and
what
the
idea
here
is.
We
cannot
go
with
everybody
to
to
register
so
what
we
want
them
to
do
it,
for
example,
is
this
in
the
polls
talks
to
their
teachers,
their.
F
A
I,
what
I'm,
sharing
with
you
right
now
sanity
is,
is
the
breakdown
of
the
30
plus
groups
than
we
had
worked
with
last
year
and
how
we
give
it
them
up.
Amongst
of
the
folks
that
were
working
on
the
committee,
that
was
my
skiers
people
look
at
it
as
the
Panda.
We
could
be
missing
opportunities
here,
but
that
just
happened
to
be
last
year's.
Incidentally,
medium
Castillo
has
already
volunteered
to
work
with
the
freight
forwarder
custom
broker
transportation
groups.
C
A
G
F
We
have
to
so
be
a
strong
associations,
because.
E
A
F
And
if
the
Yakama
do
comes,
then
that
would
be
great
that
she
can
kind
of
train
us
and-
and
this
is
a
model
that
we
use
when
she
prank
me
that
was
in
the
1986,
but
now
with
at
that
time,
and
it
does
work
and
and
one
of
the
things
they
told
us.
If
you
approach
people
when
you
do
get
them
registered,
the
idea
is
to
keep
their
their
their
data.
F
You
can
make
up
experiments
a
lot,
but
you
can
write
it
down
their
name
or
whatever,
and
then
you
touch
base
with
them
at
least
three
times,
and
they
say
that
at
least
75%
is
on
your
bottom
boat.
Remember.
These
are
first
voters
and
they
don't
know
anything
about
the
ballot
we're
going
to
try
to
also
see
we
can
have
some
information,
I
talk
to
libraries
and
they
told
me
that
they
could
I
could
lose
their
library
like,
let's
say
people
they
don't
know
where
to
vote.
They
don't
know
what
the
issue
saw.
F
They
don't
know
about
Canada,
they
don't
know
about
the
sample
ballot,
they
don't
know
what
a
Republican
or
democratic
and
I
was
trying
to
see.
We
could
get
some
place
where
we
can
announce
to
them,
but
even
any
information
on
that
be
available
for
them
and
I
had
talked
to
my
TF
from
the
library,
and
she
said
you
can
always
miss
a
library
we're
trying
to
think
out
of
the
box.
If
any
of
you
have
any
good
ideas
about
it
and
say
you
know
what
I
think
this
would
work
we
can
go
for
that.
We.
A
A
B
D
A
Know
right
as
soon
as
the
bylaws
were
approved
by
the
council,
we
waited
for
that
meeting
to
happen
as
soon
as
the
letter
already
written
in
science,
the
following
a
celeb
assent
out
a
letter
to
each
of
the
individuals
with
nominated
candidates
for
in
nineteen.
Oh,
they
went
out
immediately
and
they
were
encouraged
to
consider
keeping
their
nominee
for
2020.
D
Miss
Tina
or
Taniya
Mendoza
are
nominated
by
Roxane
Pena
in
arts
and
media
communications
leadership.
Business
professional
wants
to
keep
considering
the
women
still
others
having
better
meters
in
Berea
a
business
professional
nominated
by
Anselmo
Castro.
They
want
to
continue
in
the
process.
Olivia
our
ADA
business
professional,
nominated
by
Tony
Arthur
jr.,
wants
to
consider
and
went
to
continue
in
the
process.
That
was
a
which
category
is
now
my
new,
but
those
were
the
categories
that
they
had
last
year.
E
C
B
I
A
I've
had
one
reach
out
to
me
and
I
basically
told
the
nominator:
it
wasn't.
The
nominee
Tolman's
the
Navy
would
nominated.
The
candidate
I
told
her
that
the
letter
was
very
explicit,
that
if
they
wanted
to
continue
to
be
considered,
they
were
to
notify
the
office
of
the
city
secretary
and,
if
I
remember
correctly.
The
letter
also
says
that
if
they'd
like
to
expand
on
the
nomination
they
may,
but.
B
A
I
E
A
A
Okay,
if
I
remember
correctly,
there's
nothing
in
the
nomination
form
that
says
you
have
to
have
only
one,
but
that
had
been
my
question
to
cinema
because
one
of
the
candidates,
one
of
the
nominees,
have
nominated
in
several
categories.
That's
a
way
if
the
her
nomination
came
in
the
several
category.
F
A
D
The
nomination
form
right
in
front
of
you,
okay,
so
you
need
to
do
it
and
basically
it's
gonna
be
up
to
the
screening
committee.
That's
why
I
have
the
rubric
I
gave
you
the
rubric
and
the
nomination
form,
so
you
can
look
at
it
next
to
each
other
and
they
there's
gonna,
be
gonna
up
to
your
screen
committee
up
to
the
directions
that
you
give
them
when
you
go
get
a
nominee
and
you
look
at
their
pattern
here.
C
G
A
It
on
the
other
one
thanks
for
just
something
and
I
said
this
is
what
I'd
recommend
that
the
selection
committee
come
together
and
considering
that
I
see
to
discuss
whatever
elements,
you
think
issues
you
think
are
going
to
be
resolved
and
our
answered.
If
you
have
another
question
or
if
you
have
a
concern,
it's
not
used.
I'd
recommend
that
we
have
a
meeting
just
dedicated
to
that
type
of
selection
coming
and.
H
B
D
Out
certified
or
any
not
like
that,
but
our
mystery
is
that
I
would
give
you
an
update
of
what
we
have
done
so
far,
and
it
is
the
Commission
members
if
you,
as
a
committee,
wanted
me
to
call
those
that
have
not
responded,
and
today
and
I
am
NOT
going
to
contact
the
nominee.
I
am
going
to
contact
them.
Beck
nominated.
D
D
A
E
B
D
And
you
have
a
committee
or
through
the
interview
process-
and
you
know
worse
for
you
and
it's
amazing.
You
know
I've
been
at
the
my
campus
and
then
of
course,
at
district
level,
and
it
is
amazing
that
on
the
points
all
of
us
Kamini
come
up
with
the
same
amount,
I
mean
they
were
check,
people
and
then
whatever
we
voted
on
and
everybody
was
doing
their
own.
D
K
G
A
A
A
K
F
A
D
A
D
J
Instances
from
one
to
three
like
I
said:
I
wanted
to
make
sure
it
was
after
lunch
and
it
was
before.
School
was
over
so
in
case
mommy
to
pick
up
their
children.
They
have
the
time
and
because
it's
a
two-hour
span,
I
was
thinking
of
five
presenters.
I
contacted
the
Texas
Workforce
Commission,
so
they
can
speak
about
the
resources
available
in
our
area
for
employment,
whether
it
be
them
the.
E
J
I
asked
amber
also
from
mile
one
for
branding
at
entrepreneurship,
so
that
women
know
how
to
run
them.
So
sometimes
I
feel
that
we
have
so
much
to
offer,
but
we
don't
know
how
to
sell
ourselves
and
our
Nevada
way
I'm
hanging
like
how
to
present
ourselves
in
such
a
way
that
people
want
to
hire
us
or
promote
us.
The
other
one
I'm
Rachel,
Neos
format,
line
for
human
resource
like
having
one
of
their
directors,
come
and
speak
to
these
from
their
perspective.
What
they're?
J
As
from
ones
in
the
radio
chamber
Congress
so
that
women,
nor
the
various
organization
where
they
can
go
and
network,
and
that
even
through
them,
they
have
trainings
as
well
about
human
resources,
about
businesses
about
two
broad
different
things
like
that
and
in
between
it,
I
reached
out,
hopefully
making
it
like
little
commercial
section.
Where,
like
you,
do
one
presenter
and
walk
while
they're
transitioning,
having
like,
for
example,
Banana
Republic,
comes
out
and
said:
okay.
This
is
like
a
professional
where.
C
K
J
J
J
E
I
A
E
E
E
A
E
E
F
E
B
F
B
E
F
A
F
May
be
very
Gator
hunting's
to
them
because
most
on
the
Bunco
we
can
get
somebody
to
sponsor
it,
but
in
creating
it
to
the
other
thing
so
Martha's
and
the
Grasso
children,
and
all
that
it's
a
media
event.
Yes,
but
what
that
media
event
is
it's
a
reception
and
they
gave
him
if
there's
a
little
coffee
or
whatever
for
may
be
done,
but,
like
I,
said
because
of
this
other
ones
that
we're
having
and
I
agree
that
when
you're
not
going
to
use
a
bank
there
I
don't
know
we
all
want
to
eat
it.
F
F
A
And
so
that
we
can
acknowledge
our
own
involvement,
and
this
is
I
don't
read
later,
and
so
we
might
want
to
see
what
you
designate
between
events
and
maybe
my
committee
meeting
there's
a
difference
between
when
you
go
out
and
you
help
sylvia
with
a
registration.
That's
an
event
first
days
when
they
get
together
at
my
house
for
coffee
to
plan.
Well,
that's
just
a
planning
session,
but
it's
still
important.
Remember.
E
D
D
B
L
L
L
The
coop
International
Women's
Day
for
the
event
that
I'm
having
with
the
Welcome
breakfast
and
I,
wanted
to
invite
some
women
on
mission
to
speak
on
a
panel
to
start
the
celebration
day
discussing
women
in
the
workforce
and
how
it's
changed
over
the
last
50
years.
And
so
and
then,
after
that.
If
anybody
wants
to
leave,
they
can
go
work
on
Hall
of
Fame.
But
if
you
do
want
to
be
a
part
of
that
or
say
for
the
rest
of
the
day
or.
L
Right
now
it's
at
mile
one
but
I
had
more
that
I
had
ninety
last
year
and
so
depending
on
how
much
I
have
this
year.
If
it
gets
any
bigger.
L
The
way
that
I
kind
of
I
wanted
to
make
it
a
lot
bigger
than
I
did
it
last
year,
instead
of
just
having
one
panel,
I
would
have
multiple
panels
and
workshop
sessions,
and
these
are
just
ideas
for
right
now.
My
job,
how
many
speakers
with
these
are
kind
of
topics
that
I
want
to
work
on,
if
anybody's
interested
in
being
a
speaker
or
there's
an
issue
that
I
need
to
add.
D
I
B
I
L
A
lot
of
people
from
the
county,
because
I
did
this
event
with
the
economy.
We
did
the
proclamation
of
the
counties
where
girls
and
then
they
invited
their
whole
staff
to
come.
So
the
dynamic
might
change,
as
we
won't
have
all
the
county
workers
but
I'm
thinking
that
this
gives
women
the
opportunity
that
you
know
maybe
they're
thinking
about
starting
the
business
or
they
have
a
5
to
8
to
5.
And
then
you
come
on
Saturday
and
like
invest
in
them
or.
H
G
H
H
D
Now
we're
going
to
say
piggyback
on
the
ladies,
so
via
the
Serbia's
have
realized
the
strength,
our
public
information,
oh
okay,
a
freshman
I.
It
is
in
the
best
interest
of
this
commission
to
use
the
PLL
to
promote
any
and
all
events.
Okay,
anyone
all
events
they're,
not
so
we
forget
out
the
world
will
not
say
we
pull
our
Women's
Hall
of
Fame.
A
L
L
B
F
C
E
You
know
I
know
people
talk
about
being
original
things
like
that
there's,
so
many
things
have
happened
outside
of
the
radio
that
we
need
to
bring
Salado,
and
we
saw
this
event
in
Los
Angeles
and
we
reached
out
to
them
to
see.
We
could
join
their
booth
and
do
it
in
Lorena.
They
do
Norma,
Rae
was
and
they're
like
do
do
it
for
LD,
so
we
have
already
been
doing
jewelry
for
the
t-shirts
and
the.
