And
you
have
access
to
them.
If
you
have
questions
on
what
was
discussed,
you're
always
welcome
to
go
back
and
therefore
my
theory
of
all
the
videos.
So
how
many
comments
are
for
the
general
public
for
those
of
you
that
are
using
that
someone
from
the
community
would
like
to
come
and
express
a
concern
or
an
issue
or
bring
something
up
to
the
committee?
This
is
the
part
of
our
meeting
where
they
are
welcome.
Their
public
means
up.
Avenue
one
can
come
to
a
CEO
meeting.

I'm
Carol
Alexander
I'm
from
here
I
am
honored
to
be
a
part
of
the
Royal
Commission
for
women
and
I
hope
think
that
I
spoke
with
mr.
Lopez
about
what
the
objective
is
for
the
Commission
in
them
and
that
it's
to
recognize
women
and
then
I.
Some
of
the
applications
of
recognized
and
and
honored
as
the
Hall.
C
G
Hello,
everybody
Wonka
I
mean
thank
you
for,
and
that's
an
honor
to
be
here
with
all
of
you
I'm
originally
from
Brownsville,
and
my
husband
is
the
president
of
the
rate
of
college
and
just
helping
him
get
through
good
learning.
I
feel
like
I'm
at
home,
because
miles
is
very
similar
to
Laredo
I
just
found
out
that
I
new
center
to
Kayla
Rocha
from
from
our
previous,
my
previous
job
at
IVC
Brownsville.
She
was
my
auditor
and
I
worked
in
accounting,
so.

A
C
D
B
O
B
B
B
A
Yeah
may
I
may
I
had
something
please
I
do
know
that
some
of
the
committee's
are
not
following
this.
This
ordinance.
If
you
look
and
there's
been
exceptions
for
the
same
reasons,
we
agree
and
we
disagree
but
I
I
know
other
people
do
that.
That
should
be
reconsidered,
so
I'm
glad
that
it's
being
put
in
again
into
the
City
Council,
so
they
can
review
and
change
it
or
whatever
they're
gonna
decide
to
do.
But
I
do
know
that
it
is
not
applicable
in
every
organization.
A
A
D

K
A
I
B
B
It
that
committee,
where
the
Commission
has
to
fall
under
this
ordinance,
so
they
were,
have
an
ordinance
stadium.
So
this
my
understanding,
this
group
was
where
this
Commission
was
created
through
a
motion
which
basically
means
it's
not
alive,
so
you
fall
under
the
law
of
this
ordinance
and
a
sweat
spinet
applied
to
the
group.
The.

this
was
I
think
the
letter
that
was
mentioned,
but
my
focus
at
the
meeting,
but
we
have
fortified
it
give
it
to
everybody.
But
it's
basically
saying
that
he's
talked
to
the
nominees
which
were
Miss,
Anna,
gala,
Anna,
Cynthia,
oh
yeah,
so
and
they've
decided
not
to
participate
in
being
recognized.

Recommends
commenting
in
reference
to
the
after
reviewing
and
opening
the
applications.
There
are
some
questions
there
are
concerning.
Some
of
the
applications
were
not
completed
fully.
Some
of
the
applications
did
not
have
a
category
that
they
wanted
to
go
into,
so
that
was
going
to
be
my
next
question.
We
from
what
we
understand
clarification.
We
approve
the
applications,
but
they
have
not
been
selected.
That
was
my
question
right.
No
biases.
D
M
D
Asked
people
not
to
say
who
have
been
selected.
Unfortunately,
some
piece
the
news
did
get
out,
so
some
people
kind
of
know
that
their
applications
went
in
and
that
their
pending
approval
with
City
Council's.
So
everybody
knows
that
and
everything
will
continue
on
because
we
already
have
a
destination.
Okay,.
A
I'm,
sorry,
but
I
have
to
go
back
to
that.
It
was
understood,
and
this
is
some
of
the
feedback
that
we
got.
It
was
a
recommendation
because
a
lot
of
us
did
not
even
have
a
chance
to
look
at
the
applications.
Even
though
the
selection
committee
recommended
there
was
no
criteria
and
there
seemed
to
be
confusion
as
to
that
selection,
and
basically
there
was
yes,
they
do
know
they
don't
we
have
no
criteria.
What
do
we
do?
A
And
if
one
of
my
council
member
did
not
agree
with
the
fact
that
there
was
no
criteria
and
I
have
Stephen
that
I'm
gonna
read
a
little
bit,
but
there
was
no
criteria
in
this
selection
of
these
nominees.
This
is
a
very
prestigious
award.
I
mean
we
did
pass
selection
committees,
we
refer
to
previous
selection
committees
and
they
guided
us
and
told
us
how
they
did
it
and
that's
what
we
followed.
This
is
not
an
award
that
you
just
give,
because
you
don't
have
a
criteria
and
you
allow
applications
and
are
not
complete.
A
C
O
D
L
One
of
the
oldest
members
in
this
committee
we
never
had
a
define
criteria
for
selecting
these
women.
We've
only
had
our
bylaws
that
were
approved
many
many
years
ago
at
dr.
Cecilia,
wood
and
alyssum
commit
on
before
it
gets
City
Council
susan-elizabeth,
so
the
members
have
always
had
to
go
through
what
the
application
criteria
describes.
L
J
L
Of
applications-
and
sometimes
we
don't
what
it
is
it
it
tells,
is
you
get
the
application
and
then
follow
what
the
application
asks
for?
Did
it
get
submit
at
all
time?
Number
one
number
two
did
it
did
it
have
all
the
information
as
far
as
the
application
is
build,
contact
references
things
like
that,
then
you
just
go
down
the
line
of
the
application.
That
was.
This
is
a
simple
Basin.
That
criteria.
C
L
L
L
Whoever
applies
in
certain
categories,
the
committee
meets
review
these
applications
and
they
start
going
through
it.
Sometimes
what
happens
and
it's
the
discretionary
discretion
of
the
committee
is
that
you
have
more
than
one
applicant.
That
really
really
is
deserving
deserving
of
this
being
recognized
as
a
hall-of-famer.
So
what
the
committee
has
the
option
to
do
is
to
recommend
to
the
whole
Commission
of
selecting
more
than
one
person
for
one
particular
category.
There
have
been
and
passed
more
than
one
nominee
for
the
same
category.
O
L
The
same
category,
yet
when
the
committee
moves
and
they
read
the
criteria,
they
have,
for
example,
and
was
nominated
for
education
because
she
works
at
the
school.
But
when
you
see
the
nurse
she's
done
so
much
volunteering
at
the
hospital
almost
at
these
other
organizations
that
falls
in
a
different
type
of
category
than
the
category
that
she
was
selected
in
we're
the
committee
is
considered.
Well,
you
know
what
we
have
three
for
this
category,
but
I
really.
L
L
What
the
committee
is
allowed
to
do
and
then,
of
course
the
Commission
approves
or
not,
unfortunately
like
it
has,
it
was
said:
we've
never
had
the
final
criterion
until
this
year
there
actually
I
must
say
they're
listening
to
us,
because
this
criteria
that
we've
asked
to
meet
as
a
committee
we've
worked
on
this
for
the
past
three
or
four
years,
because
we've
had
issues
within
the
past
three
to
four
years.
We've
had
issues
where
account
a
city,
council
member
was
nominated
and
it
kind
of
look
weird.
L
S
L
C
P
See
what
we
met
committee
and
looking
at
the
implications
we
divided
it
by
categories
and
some
people
put
multiple
category,
but
we
still
put
it
on
the
first
one
that
they
put
well.
We
couldn't
cut
anybody
artists
because,
like
has
she
a
mentioned,
I
need
to
have
a
criteria,
because
if
someone
calls
mr.
on
this
and
wants
to
know
why.
J
J
M
We've
already
discuss
some
of
it.
We
could,
when
we
had
a
little
meeting
after
the
special
community
and
I,
have
to
put
it
together,
but
it's
not
exhausted.
Yet
it's
not
about
just
defining
the
criteria
but
having
a
Likert
scale
so
that
we
can
rate
independently
the
applications
and
then
we
can
do
an
average
of
the
core
score.
Many
different
things
that
will
give
us
that
interrater
reliability
that
we
need.
We
did
not
have
that,
and
so
there.
N
R
L
C
L
And
with
binders,
and
that's
what
you
want,
you
want
to
see
what
this
person
is
giving
back
to
the
community,
but
they
were
narrowing
it
down
to
just
the
application
so
that
that
started
questioning.
But
in
the
past,
some
of
the
main
reasons
why
we
eliminated
some
this
because
incomplete
applications.
They
can
follow
what
they're
supposed
to
do.
They
do
meet
the
timeline
so
that.
A
Did
it
the
last
two
years
we
even
had
applicants
that
had
just
because
you
know
whatever
the
application
was
and
then
we
had
applicants
that
were
extremely
outstanding
and
they
have
all
the
support.
Well,
it's
a
no-brainer.
You
know
at
that
point
you
don't
it
can't
compare
just
because
or
because
this
person
has
really
been
involved
and.
C
A
S
K
J
D
S
S
I
B
O
B
C
D
D
I
O
A
M
D
M
M
This
point
just
a
moment:
I
don't
know
if
it's
gonna
be
the
committee's
work
to
be
presented
to
the
council,
to
you
all,
first
and
then
the
council,
or
is
it
the
councilmember
Albert
or
this,
because
it
is
my
understanding
he
mentioned
something
about
developing.
Something
is
oh,
so
that's
funny
stop,
ladies
because
I
want
I
need
to
make
sure
if
Albert
Otis
is
gonna,
do
it
that's
fine,
then
we
need
to
like
wait
for
his
input
or
we're
gonna
continue,
but.
S
A
And
around
I
have
to
respond
for
my
council
member,
because
I
did
talk
to
him.
Loving
it
for
the
medium
okay,
but
I
want
to
do
about
right
now
is
discussing
status
report
on
the
submitted
applications.
That's
what
we're
discussing
wearing
seven.
So
this
is
why
we're
bringing
out
the
applications
and
it
states
on
the
application
community
state
cannabis
category
for
nomination
must
be
designated
or
the
nominee
will
be
disqualified,
and
we
were
talking
about
that
right
now
and
that
does
one
application
that
doesn't
have
that.
It's.
I
B
B
J
B
B
Little
bit
for
staff
to
put
the
orders
together,
but
they
ask
if
they
have
something
provided
to
us,
so
we
can
try
to
include
it
and
that
way
part
of
the
ordinance
it
might
be
that
or
it
might
be
a
hybrid
where
they
might
change
something,
but
it'll
basically
meet
what
this
Commission's
asking
to
be
considered.
Now
that
doesn't
mean
that
the
other
vehicles
remember
Council,
has
the
final
say-so
on
everything.
B
B
P
B
S
S
I
have
clarification
on
on
what
you're
talking
about
these
revisions,
because
in
viewing
those
links
that
you
sent
us,
they
kept
on
referencing
private
events,
a
bigger
deal,
the
Laredo
way
target
audiences
of,
what's
being
done
in
San,
Antonio,
so
structure
that
we
don't
that
we're
lacking
structure.
So
are
they
referring
to
the
event
and
I
having
structure?
Because
it
was
moved
to
another
date?
And
then
they
were
talking
about
April
and
I
was?

You
know
there
was
no

in
the

They
made
us
fundraise.
They
wanted
didn't,
know
that
mrs.
Taylor
wasn't
from
you.
She
was
in
here
when
that
happened,
so
she
couldn't
give
that
information
that
criteria
son
being
selective.
She
was
in
here
at
prior
things
that
the
money
they
were
commenting
that
we
were
misspending

Answer
I
mean
I'm
gonna,
tell
you
what
I
know
you're
referring
to
which
I
agree.
We
had
that
reserve
money
for
other
recipients
for
the
scholarships
and
they
were
notified
of
the
checks
were
made.
However,
not
all
of
them
went
to
pick
up
their
money,
it
wasn't
dispersed,
so
those
checks
were
returned
to
the
city.
The
point
is:
where
is
that
money?
Because
that
was
raised
by
us
and
it
was
restricted
I
mean
assigned
by
us?
I
would
fall
under
hours,
budget
for
scholarship.
O
B
H
B
P
I
D
I
D
D
Repeat
them
these
so
that
you
can
jot
down
in
a
minute
more
though
okay,
it's
the
names
of
the
people
that
are
handling
the
invocation
invocation
is
oiler,
Gentry
and
sherry
reached
up
to
me.
We,
the
next
thing
we
need
to
do-
is
select
the
date
in
June,
okay.
So
until
we
have
that
date,
I
think
they
can
confirm
on
some
of
these
things
we
already
assigned
the
madrenas
and
we
will
submit
that
list
to
all
of
you
so
you'll
know.
D
Medina
is
basically
the
individual
that
will
guide
the
selected
person,
the
nominee
through
the
whole
process.
There
is
a
point
where
they
need
to
go
through
public
access
because
they
create
a
nice
video
for
them,
so
they'll
need
photographs
and
they
might
interview
them
or
someone
that
knows
them,
so
the
medina
will
guide
them
through
that
process
and
they've.
D
A
Was
over
thousand
I?
Don't
get
it
even
with
something
like
a

to
meet
the
man

equipment?
The
other
place
when
we
were
at
the
City
Council
meeting
councilman
doorless
mention
I
mean
who
was
to
have
a
hanger
plant
them
under

You
know
it's
been
throughout
the
years
that
it's
been
a
flag
or
a
blast.

April

I
sent
everybody
the
videos
and
I
did
that,
because
some
people
weren't
aware
of
what
was
happening.
I
just
wanted
to
basically
mention
that
I
was
surprised
as
well.
I
was
notified
that
Monday
initially
the
last
thing
we
had
mr.
Lopez
was
going
to
present
our
action
plan
for
the
council
approval
and
Monday.
He
was
going
in
with
that.
He
called
me
I
guess.
D
Me
that
legal
had
told
him
it
had
to
be
someone
from
the
Commission
during
the
presentation,
because
we
were
honest
communication.
Well,
don't
be
home,
we
didn't
have
presentation
so,
but
I
was
willing
to
go
up
there
and
speak
on
my
behalf,
and
when
I
went
up
there,
I
assumed
it
was
going
to
be
the
action
planning
I
felt
ambushed
by
mr.
Torres.
Unfortunately,
he
brought
up
a
lot
of
things
that
he
was
very
upset
about
very
upset
about.
D
So
obviously
he
was
communicating
with
someone
and
it
was
upsetting
to
the
people
that
were
with
me
because
we
haven't
board
there.

Watsky
nazarath
mr.
Rodriguez
I
think
my
team
ed
was
also
there
and
they
were
really
upset
because
we,
it
was
it
just
caught
office
caught
us
off
guard.
If
we
had
been
prepared
with
the
correct
answer
to
his
questions,
that
would
have
been
wonderful
if
he
could
have
approached
us
as
a
committee
and
not
done
it
in
the
public
forum
in
front
of
City
Council.
That
would
have
been
best.
D
We
are
here
trying
to
educate
the
community
on
professionalism
and
how
to
act
accordingly,
as
women
in
the
inner
a
no
it's
a
man's
world
and
women
have
made
a
lot
of
strides,
but
as
a
commission
for
women,
I
would
hope
that
we
would
be
able
to
work
together
as
a
commission
and
I
will
stress
this
to
all
of
you
when
we
vote
on
things
here,
not
everybody
gets
their
way.
Some
of
us
may
have
a
different
opinion.
Some
of
us
may
want
to
do
things
a
different
way.
D
J
L
D
Unfortunately,
that
is
now
missing
as
you
worst
yourself.
It's
embarrassing
and
we
look
really
bad
in
the
public.
That
is
not
the
case.
I
think
we're
an
amazing
group
of
women,
I
think
from
the
history
of
some
of
you
that
have
been
here
for
many
many
years.
I
feel
honored
to
be
part
of
this
group.
All
right.
D
This
is
just
my
second
year,
but
I
think
we
have
all
been
able
to
work
through
a
lot
of
issues
that
have
come
up
in
the
past
when
I
was
asked
to
work
with
people,
I
worked
and
I
was
very
graceful
and
I
think
everyone
else
should
be
the
same.
This
is
a
professional
group
of
women
and,
if
we're
trying
to
bring
up
our
sisters,
our
children,
our
nieces,
to
become
women
that
people
are
going
to
take
seriously
in
this
world,
we
need
to
really
work
together
as
professional
as
possible.
D
D
Wanted
to
mention
that
the
there
is
a
commission
that
the
San
Antonio
has
and
it's
called
the
status
of
women,
and
that
Commission
basically
does
what
this
Commission
does,
except
for
the
most
fame,
the
hall
of
fame
is
handled
by
a
non-profit
Association.
So
it's
completely
separate
from
their
Commission
that
we
handle
anything
with
the
whole
thing.
D
Q
P
B
Fun
those
issues
just
for
the
record
I'm
not
spoken
to
any
councilmen
to
go,
discuss
anything
on
it.
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
you
all
understand
there.
Unfortunately,
conversations
happen
there
and
you
saw
the
video
at
no
time
have
I
ever
said
that
we're
disorganized
I
think
we
were
just
rushed
because
of
time
constraints
and
heavy
Council
to
approve,
and
that's.
B
C
C
B
A
H
B
Basically,
I
think
they're
going
to
go
off
of
this
and
then
from
there
whatever
they
put,
they
could
put
it
and
again
the
criteria
that
the
group
is
going
to
create
as
far
San
Antonio
I'm,
not
familiar
with
any
of
that.
In
fact
they
talked
to
the
attorney
today.
This
afternoon
he
came
over
and
asked
me
if
I
knew
of
the
Senate
doing
a
thing
and
I
said
no
I,
don't
know
what
what
that
was
referenced,
but
he
did
have
an
open
records
request
for
San,
Antonio
I
know
you.
C
B
B
C
B
P
I
B
B
A
Disgust
is
disturbing
your
confidence
Angra.
You
keep
on
trying
to
say
that
there
is
somebody
talking
to
don't
come
some
other
builders
and
you
cannot,
as
we've
represented
I,
think
about.
Are
you
trying
to
say
that
we
said
something
that
council
member
thought
so
I'm
gonna
clarify
it
for
the
record
two
things
that
I
just
got
with
council
member
authorities,
the
funding
and
the
criteria?
That's
it.
He
called
me
and
he
asked
me
he
saw
the
meaning
and
asked
for
words
of
criteria,
and
we
discussed
it
with
him.
A
You
send
us
a
text
telling
us
about
the
meeting
we
didn't
even
know
about
to
me
mean
even
know
what
you
were
talking
about.
We
were
going
back
and
forth
in
reference
to
that,
and
you
say
here
even
know
about
it.
No,
we
didn't
know
about
it.
The
second
concern
was
budget.
He
asked
how
much
money
do
you
guys
have
to
spend
on
this
because-
and
this
was
after
the
meeting
by
the
way,
because
you
had
stated
that
no,
it
was
before
the
meeting.
A
But
you
stated
that
we
didn't
have
a
meeting
of
reception
because
it
costs
too
much,
and
that
wasn't
the
case
because
IBC
pays
for
them,
it's
hosted
but
IBC,
but
all
I
told
them
was
what
I
remember,
which
was
four
thousand
dollars.
It
puts
at
four
thousand
something
past.
Is
that
and
now
my
opinion
not
really
not
much?
That
was
my
opinion.
That
was,
it
I'll,
be
more
than
glad
to
clarify
any
other
questions
you
might
have.
A
But
if
you're
going
excuse
me,
but
if
you're
going
to
say
that
I
suggest
you
pick
up
the
phone
and
call
him
yourself
and
ask
him
that
before
you
state
that
maybe
I
and
I
was
at
the
media,
now
send
the
other
side.
But
I
really
wasn't
able
to
hear
everything.
I
never
saw
it
that
way,
but
for
you
to
go
there
I
think
it's
disrespectful
and
I
think
that
you
need
to
consider
what
you're
saying
and
any
those
things.
A
If
you
procedure
that
way
to
pick
up
the
phone
and
calling
yourself
and
asking,
but
please
do
not
insinuate
and
anytime
I
matter,
I
will
not
allow
that,
because
that
is
false,
that
any
information
came
from
me
as
the
representative
and
I
can
speak
for
myself
and
subject
and
speak
for
it.
Well,
I,
never.
P
Know
what
she's
trying
to
say
good,
even
when
I
was
at
the
meeting
like
I
said
when
I
brought
up
the
mags
in
the
library.
There
was
a
lot
of
genes
that
he
was
bringing
up.
That
I
knew
he
had
to
talk
to
mr.
bong
this
right
or
to
our
chair,
because
he
would
have
known
the
answers.
That's
kind
of
what's
going
on,
because
you
say,
for
example,
why
I
gotta
get
up
to
Maxim
or
that
that's
the
only
option
that
in
the
library.
B
P
Saying
that
there
was
a
lot
of
things
that
he
was
saying
that
I
knew
for
a
fact
he
hadn't
reached
out
to
mr.
Monday,
sir
Tiffany.
They
they
could've,
easily
answered
his
questions,
but
I
didn't
like
it
a
lot
of
things
that
depart
from
public.
He
could've
easily
asked
them
in
private,
addressed
it,
but
when
you're,
just
there
in
front
of
everybody
and
say
that
you're
holding
there
are
these
three
times
and
I
was
like.
H
F
C
B
B
N
C
D
Again,
I'm
your
representative:
if
we
are
at
an
agenda
item
I
feel
I
have
to
be
there,
there's
no!
What's
going
on
what
is
being
discussed.
Why
are
we
being
brought
up
so
mister
Thoris
had
brought
up
at
the
prior
meeting
that
he
was
working
on
this
ordinance
and
he
was
gonna.
Bring
it
back
and
I
was
just
not
informed
that
we,
it
was
on
the
agenda,
so
I
ran
over
there
couldn't
get
ahold
of
mr..
What
this
was
a
meeting
had
already
started.
B
O
K
B
D
Very
quickly,
I
want
to
mention
on
the
media
reception,
the
reason
why
we
were
going
to
cancel
it
this
year
was
because
well
we
do
the
media
reception,
that's
what
we
notify.
Everybody
that's
been
selected
this
year
is
the
first
year
that
councils
requiring
that
we
do
it
at
City
Council.
So
it's
coming
out
in
public.
At
that
point,
it's
a
it's
a
it's
already.
