Description
Para Transit Advisory Committee Meeting 020921
A
So
we
officially
have
a
forum
of
three
members,
so
I'm
going
we're
going
to
start
the
meeting
and
mr
kazan,
I'm
not
sure
if
you
want
to
be
acting
chair
for
now.
B
I
guess
because
we
got
well,
we
have
a
quorum.
Is
that
correct?
Yes,
I
believe
the
chair
was
going
to
be
here
in
here.
Otherwise,
so
I
guess
we'll
go
ahead
and
yeah
go
ahead
and
start
and
take
roll
to
establish,
officially
establish
the
forum.
A
And
mr
angel
guerrero,
we
are
pending
his
oath
information.
Mr
kazan,.
B
We're
pending
I'm
sorry
again,
we.
B
Okay,
so
then
do
we
do
we
have
officially,
do
we
have
a
quorum
or
do
we
have
to
okay.
A
B
A
We
provided
the
believe
me
at
the
larsen,
the
pack
members
of
the
packet
where
the
minutes
are
included
and
some
of
the
agenda
items
miss
sandy.
C
Yes,
I'm
sorry,
apparently
we
have
two,
I'm
not
sure.
How
did
that
happen.
C
So
give
me
one
second,
this
one
is
the
official,
because
this
is
where
we
have
attack
recording,
so
give
me
one
second,
so
I
can
go
back
to
the
other
link.
I'm
gonna
shut
down
the
other
one
and
ask
them
to
reconnect
to
this
one,
mr,
I
will
assume
the
other
one
so
give
me
like
a.
C
C
D
C
I
just
advised
the
other
graphics
to
to
place
wake
connect
again.
So
hopefully
everybody
else
would
join
us
here
shortly.
Eddie
was
there
mr
avila
and
gustavo
was
there,
so
they
should
be
joining
her
children.
B
I
guess
in
the
meantime,
if
members
have
a
chance
that
are
here
have
a
chance
to
start
reviewing
and
looking
at
the
minutes.
B
And
then
that
way,
whenever
the
other
members
show
on
this
webex
meeting,
we
can
go
from.
C
C
C
C
I
don't
I
don't.
I
don't
have
mr
avila's
cell
phone,
I
don't
know
if
anybody
has
it
when
I
call
him
to
ask
him
to
please
reconnect,
I
don't
have
this
number.
A
I
think
miss
aguilar
is
calling
him
okay.
Thank
you.
C
C
A
E
A
B
Okay,
well,
let's
I
mean,
if
it's
all
right
with
the
the
rest
of
the
committee,
I
guess
we
can
move
on
until
we
can
get
mr
avila
to
hopefully
sign
in
here
in
the
next
few
minutes.
B
B
A
A
G
D
A
Mr
avila's
audio
is
not
working
he's
having
some
difficulty,
so
he
said
to
go
ahead
and
start
he's.
Gonna
try
to
figure
it
out.
Thank
you,
mr
avila.
B
That's
correct:
we
were
looking
to
see
if
there
was
going
to
be
a
motion
made
by
any
of
the
committee.
H
B
I
believe
we
have
a
unanimous
content
on
that.
Moving
on
to
the
next
item
for
configuration
and
sorry,
my
I
had
it
on
five
phone
and
it
just
went.
A
E
B
A
B
B
Okay,
in
that
case,
then,
we
will
move
on
to
the
district
reports
and.
B
A
B
A
C
I
want
to
point
out
that
this
district
report
is
basically
an
opportunity
for
you
to
bring
any
specific
concerns
from
your
district,
whether
directly
from
your
council
member
or
any
opportunity
that
you
might
see
the
district
that
you're,
representing
and
also
part
of
the
committee
members
is
this:
is
there
any
activity
that
you're
doing
in
your
own
or
not
pertaining
to
to
spread
transit
services
or
transit
services?
C
This
is
an
opportunity
to
bring
those
up
so
that
this
is
what
it
calls
for
the
district
reports
again
any
particular
recommendation
that
you
might
have
or
any
directives
comments
that
might
be
coming
from
from
your
council
members.
This
will
be
the
time
to
bring
you
so
just
perfect,
hopefully
later
on
comment.
Permit
we
can
get
together.
Give
you
a
little
bit
more
insight
on
the
convenience.
Stop
like
that
for
right
now,
just
to
tell
you
what
this
is
about.
Thank
you,
mr
chairman.
B
Thank
you
mom.
I
appreciate
that
and
that
clarification
and
it's
it's
good-
that
we
do
bring
stuff
up.
If
we
anybody
has
any
questions,
because
some
of
us
have
been
around
for
a
while,
so
we
kind
of
take
it
for
granted
sometimes,
and
we
forget
that
there
are
new
people
and
we
do
have
certain
obligations
to
explain
things
that
are
going
on.
B
It's
also
good
for
the
public
to
also
hear
what
it
is
that
we
are
doing
during
the
meetings,
and
you
know
what
challenges
or
or
maybe
there's
something
that
we
want
to
say
that
we
saw
that
was
positive.
We
can
also
include
that
during
this
report.
B
So
thank
you
once
again
on
that,
and
I
guess
once
you
get
down
to
me,
I
don't
have
a
report
at
this
time.
Also,
oh,
I
do
want
to
take
a
quick
point
of
personal
privilege.
I
guess
and
just
welcome
the
members
on
board
that
are
here
today.
Thank
you
all
very
much
for
accepting
to
be
on
this
committee.
It's
a
very
important
and
a
very
challenging
and
very
interesting
committee.
You'll
all
see
as
you
go
as
we
go
along.
B
It's
not
just
the
reports
again,
since
we
have
certain
research
in
the
recovery,
we're
kind
of
limited
on
a
lot
of
things
that
we'd
like
to
be
able
to
to
do,
but
those
things
that
we
can
we'll
bring
them
up
in
the
meeting,
or
maybe
you
all
have
an
idea
of
a
better
way
for
us
to
handle
what's
going
on
and
how
we're
doing
our
committee
work.
So
I
guess
that
would
be
my
report
on
my
end.
B
Oh
definitely
and
that's
a
very
good
point:
we
haven't
had
a
an
orientation
type
of
meeting
in
a
while
a
little
bit
of
a
workshop
if
you
will-
and
maybe
if
we
can
put
it
into
our
next
meeting
to
where
we
can
go
over
our
at
least
include
it
as
an
item,
because
I
don't
know
if
we
can
at
this
point
if
we
can
set
up
a
workshop
kind
of
like
the
way
we
used
to
wait
back
when
for
the
kind
of
an
orientation
workshop.
This
is
what
we
do.
B
This
is
what
the
paratransit
does
in
original
lift
and
also
the
fixed
route,
how
they
also
contribute
to
people
more
independent
in
our
community
and
things
of
that
nature.
So
that's
a
very
good
point.
Is
there
a
way
that
we
can
directly
maybe
on
our
next
committee
meeting
or
set
up
a
special
workshop
where
people
could
attend.
C
Yes,
my
recommendation
would
be
to
set
up
possibly
an
item
for
next
meeting.
I
I
want
to
say
about
a
year
ago,
maybe
longer
we
had
the
legal
department
from
the
city
come
in
present
the
school
of
this
ad
hoc
committee
and-
and
I
know
that
they
went
through
the
legal
aspect
of
it.
C
You
know
brief
review
backwards
on
the
the
bylaws
and
things
of
that
nature,
so
I'll
reach
out
this
this
week
to
the
legal
department
of
the
city,
because
you
will
be
the
ones
to
to
present
this
to
you
all
so
I'll
reach
out
to
you
they're
available
for
the
next
immediate
meeting.
C
I
know
that
attorney
that
was
working
for
transit.
He
he's
no
longer
with
the
city,
so
they're
gonna
appoint
another
attorney
to
to
work
with
us,
but
we
can
have
the
item,
mr
chairman,
as
a
open
item
for
possibly
to
set
up
a
date
and
things
like
that.
That
way,
we
can
discuss
a
little
bit
more
as
to
you
know
what
extent
we
want
to
do
with
the
workshop.
C
So
we
can
put
in
the
item
for
the
next
game
and
I'll
arrange
to
the
legal
department
to
make
sure
that
they're
available.
B
Okay,
do
we
need
to
have
a
motion
to
that
effect,
or
is
that
something
that
we
can
just
put
on
without
emotion,.
C
I
mean
you
can
do
the
motion
and
somebody
can
check.
B
Thank
you
very
much.
I
think
that's
going
to
be
a
very
constructive
and
very
informative
meeting.
Hopefully
we
can
get
it
at
the
next
meeting.
Hopefully
we
can
have
a
presentation,
if
not
as
soon
as
possible
after
that.
So
thank
you
for
that.
A
A
For
the
month
of
january,
we
had
a
total
of
352
cancellations.
Out
of
those
352,
we
had
217
advanced
cancellations
and
76
late
cancellations.
No
shows
we
had
a
total
of
44
out
of
those
44.
We
had
18
that
were
canceled
that
canceled
at
the
door.
We
had
eight
riders
that
were
not
ready
and
18.
That
did
not
answer
the
phone
upon
the
van
arriving
and
we
had
a
total
of
15
cancellations
that
were
made
over
the
phone.
A
A
A
B
Yes,
because
of
the
the
situation
that
we
have
with
the
I
guess,
with
the
pandemic
and
the
protocols
that
we
have
in
place,
is
that
affecting
some
of
the
cancellations
and
some
of
the
no
shows.
Or
are
we
just
not
getting
a
any
sort
of
feedback
from
those
people.
A
No,
it
is
it,
I'm
I'm
more
than
I
mean.
I
don't
want
to
say
this.
It's
the
reason,
but
yes,
that
is,
that
could
be
a
very
high
reason
why
we
have
a
a
lot
of
cancellations.
Mr
keyson,
some
customers
are
just
they
make
appointments
and
they
they
just
forget
to
cancel
or.
B
B
B
So
yeah,
I
guess
one
way
there
one
way
back
if
they
didn't
show
for
either
that
would
that
be
counted
as
two
or
would
that
be
counted
as
one.
A
So,
let's,
if
you
schedule
an
appointment
and
you
it
would
be
a
total
of
four
trips,
so
that's
four
cancellations
for
one
person,
so
they
cancel
the
whole
week.
That's
like
four
times
20
cancellations
for
that
customer.
But
in
reality
it's
only.
You
know
one
cancellation
per
day,
but
it's
four
troops.
A
F
F
A
If,
if
it's
an
advanced
calculation,
well
it
we
can,
the
driver
does
not
make
the
trip
out
to
the
customer's
home,
but
if
they
do
those
right
here
you
see
the
76-8
cancellations
or
the
cancel
at
the
door.
Those
are
18
18
trips
that
actually
arrived
at
the
customer's
tax
and
the
and
the
customer
did
not
come
out,
so
it
does
cost
a
metro.
A
total
of,
I
think,
I'm
not
sure
mr
gustavo
has
the
number
or
80
there
is.
A
F
A
Yes,
there
is
a
cancellation
policy,
so
if
you
have
three
or
more
cancellations
for
the
month
or
now
with
the
new
fta
guidelines,
it
it's
not
necessary,
it
used
to
be.
You
know
three
or
more
cancellations
for
the
month,
but
now
it's
out
of
those
10
of
the
trips
that
you
actually
book,
then
you
get
you
get
notified,
you
get
a
courtesy
phone
call
and
let
you
know
the
customer
hey.
You
know
what
you've
already
you
know
you're
counseling
too
much
what's
going
on,
do
you
still
need
the
service
and
and
we'll
talk
to
them?
A
This
warning
would
be
a
letter
that
would
mail
out
to
the
customer
and
we
let
them
know
which
trips
they
cancelled
and
usually
when
we
send
out
those
letters,
the
customer
you
know
they
they
get
not
that
they
stop,
but
they
have
the
current.
They
now
call
in
advance
and
they
cancel
that
way.
It
avoids
us
having
to
make
the
trips
over
there.
A
A
F
G
We'll
do
like
budget
fiscal,
year-to-date
expenses,
so,
on
the
first
column,
you
see
our
budget
for
the
whole
fiscal
year,
our
expenses
in
the
middle
up
to
now
so
up
to
the
fiscal
year
and
then
our
balance
for
the
remainder
of
the
score,
usually
at
the
bottom
I'll
post,
the
date
from
where
I
inputted
the
report.
G
So
on
our
operations,
support
services,
administration
and
maintenance.
We
have
a
year-to-date
budget
of
33
057.
G
G
our
insurance.
Our
year-to-date
budget
is
131
131
000,
our
year-to-date
expenses
are
60
555
and
our
balance
is
70
000
445.
On
our
I-team
budget.
We
have
a
budget
of
thirty
two
thousand
one
eighty-five,
our
year-to-date
expenses
are
sixty
two
thousand
sixteen.
I
mean
six
thousand
two
hundred
sixteen
and
for
a
balance
of
twenty
five
thousand
nine
sixty
nine
and
our
personnel.
G
B
On
this
on
the
budget,
are
we
still
projected
to
still
kind
of
be
in
the
black
or
is
it
gonna
come
up
short
at
one
point.
G
Pretty
much
every
year,
I
guess
if
you
really
do
the
cost
of
cost
per
trip
versus
what
we
collect,
we'll
pretty
much
always
run
in
the
red.
But
right
now
it
looks
good
since
it's
hasn't
been
halfway
through
the
physical
year,
so
so
far
so
far
so
good.
But
as
we
keep
going
we'll
start
noticing,
the
balance
decrease,
as
you
can
tell
like.
Our
operations
is
already
decreasing
our
personnel
so
as
time
goes
down,
we'll
see
the
the
balances
get
way
smarter.
B
Are
there
any
grants
that
are
coming
available,
or
is
it
still
the
same
as
it
was
before,
and
the
possibility
of
some
grants
coming
up,
may
not
be
there
for
public
transportation
or
are
they
looking
at
providing
us
with
some
opportunities
there.
B
C
There's
actually
a
couple
of
agenda
items
for
this
coming
council
meeting,
so
there's
an
additional
1.5
million
dollars,
funds
that
are
going
to
be
coming
in
from
dlt
fda
to
help
us
make
up
for
some
of
the
deficit
that
we
we
know
we're
gonna
have,
at
the
end
of
the
year,
being
a
deficit
on
sales,
tax
and
deficits
on
revenue,
fair
collection.
So
these
one
and
a
half
million
dollars
we're
gonna
dedicate
almost
a
million
dollars
just
for
deficit
completely
gonna
be
set
aside.
C
So
we
can
ensure
that
you
know
services
as
far
as
operations
and
maintenance
will
not
be.
You
know
compromised
at
any
point
during
this
2021
and
that's
the
last
of
the
funding
that
we
know
is
going
to
be
coming
our
way,
but
I'm
confident
and
and
like
serbia
was
saying
our
figures
and
what
we're
seeing
right
now
we
should
be
okay.
This
extra
funds
that
hopefully
will
be
approved
this
coming
monday
by
council
are
pretty
much
gonna
help
us
make
it
to
the
remaining
of
this
fiscal
year.
I
Yes,
good
afternoon,
this
is
monica
garcia
again
for
administration.
I
oversee
the
outreach
program
and
I
do
have
miss
virginia
out
on
sites.
You
know
being
able
to
drop
off
information,
which
is
the
only
thing
we
are
able
to
do
at
this
time
due
to
the
unfortunate
situation
of
our
city
becoming
a
little
more
a
little
more
dangerous,
with
everything
with
with
covet,
so
every
other
location
that
we've
been
trying
to
reach
out
before
we
go
out.
I
People
are
asking
they're
actually
telling
us
that
they're
not
receiving
anything
from
the
outside
public
at
this
time,
so
we
were
able
to
do
two
visits
and
drop
off
information,
but
other
than
that,
you
know
we
are
working
on
the
outreach
efforts
when
it
comes
to
advise
our
elderly
and
disabled
population
and
let
them
know
about
our
services.
B
Me
just
real
quick,
I
guess
you
look
at
reference
mics
that
might
have
a
bit
of
population
that
we
may
be
able
to
reach
out
to,
and
then
you
target
those
by
dropping
these
things
off,
because
again,
the
protocols
that
are
in
place
and
the
pandemic.
So
basically
your
outreach
efforts
are
not
necessarily
one-on-one,
but
they
are
in
areas
where
you
can
hopefully
get
some
people.
I
guess
I
guess
a
passive
outreach
to
where
somebody
else
may
be
going
there
and
pick
up
some
of
our
literature
or
something
to
that
effect
is
that.
I
Correct,
yes,
of
course,
mr
cason,
and
also
I
mean
food
for
thought.
Also.
I
do
want
to
specify
that
at
this
moment
you
know,
we've
been
calling
you
know
reaching
out
to
doctors,
offices
and
so
on.
I
You
know
on
diverse
medical
in
the
medical
field
and
they
have
been
telling
us
that
at
this
time
you
know
they
they're
declining
to
receive
an
information
or
for
us
to
drop
off
any
information
due
to
the
fact
that
they
are
only
at
the
patient-based
they're
only
receiving
patients,
they're
they're
not
receiving
any
outside
population
to
their
locations,
and
I
mean
I
understand
you
know
their
fear
and
and
we
get
it.
But
but
I
can
honestly
tell
you
that
you
know
we
are.
I
We
are
reaching
out
to
make
sure
that
we
are
are
trying
to
set
this
out
and
giving
them
all
the
information
that
we
have,
but
also
miss
san
miguel
will
explain
to
you
a
little
of
the
efforts
that
we
have
going
on
here
at
little
poor
later
on
in
the
in
the
meeting.
B
All
right,
thanks
before
we
move
on
to
the
next
item,
I
just
received
a
text
from
the
chairman
he's
still
having
telephone
issues
or
problems
with
his
telephone,
and
he
wanted
me
to
convey
that
also,
if
I
don't
know
which
part
of
the
meeting
I
guess,
since
we
went
through
roll
call,
we
can
kind
of
go
back
to
that.
He's
asking
for
us
to
excuse
the
absence
of
mesenteno.
B
I
believe,
because
due
to
well,
it
doesn't
really
give
me
an
actual
explanation,
but
it's
asking
if
we
can
excuse
me
on
the
basis
of
I
guess
illness
is
what
I'm
kind
of
reading
there.
So
is
there
a
way
that
we
can
do
that
or
has
that
changed
in
these
bylaws.
A
B
B
B
H
A
A
A
Mr
kazan,
to
answer
your
question,
we
would
we
would
not
be
able
to
make
the
decision
as
to
what
constitutes
an
abs
and
excuse
absence
or
not.
All
I
know
is
that
as
long
as
you're
absent
in
absence,
but
that
would
be
something
that
maybe
the
pac
committee
can
reach
out
to
the
city
secretary's
office.
B
Yeah,
because
we
have
to
obviously
go
with
the
whatever
the
city
ordinance
is
and
whatever
they.
G
G
So
we
have
looked
into
that
before
than
meetings.
We
all
recall
correctly
back
like
around
september
august
and
they
get
away
with
excuses
and
it's
just
an
absence,
but
that's
when
they
raise
the
absence
of
war
throughout
the
calendar
year.
B
C
Mr
chairman,
I
see
mr
avila
on
the
screen
for
some
reason
he's
not
able
to
to
hear
he's.
Gonna
see
his
his
name
popping
up
so
he's
connected,
but
again,
I'm
not
sure
situation.
He
has
he's
using
a
cell
phone,
that's
all
I
can
see
so
sometimes
it
gets
complicated.
So.
C
On
on
this
one
notification,
if
you
want
to
go
ahead
and
do
the
same
thing
for
an
end
item-
hopefully
we
can
have
lego
here
for
next
time
and
they
can
help
us
or
give
us
some
guidance
or,
like
mr
sponsors
suggested
it
could
be
a
direct
call
to
the
secretary
to
inquire
or
just
place
an
agenda
item.
So
we
can
have
somebody
from
the
legal
department
answering
that
course.
B
Okay,
yeah
I'd
like
to
see
that
as
a
specific
agenda
item-
okay,
just
so
that
we
can
maybe
clarify
all
this
stuff
and
hopefully
wind
up
getting
a
better
feel
for
the
quorums
that
we've
been
having
and
hopefully
get
from
there.
But
if
well,
I
can't
make
the
motion
I'm
during
the
meeting
at
the
moment.
B
B
B
B
Is
is
miss,
isn't
it
being
muted
somehow.
B
B
B
On
absences
and
excuse
absences
or
if
there
is
or
whatever
the
new,
whatever
the
new
ordinance
is.
B
You
and
again
my
it's
okay,
it's
not
just
webex.
Apparently
my
phone
is
going
crazy.
Also,
let
me
see
if
I
can
call
this
back
up.
A
Okay,
so
the
next
report
is
the
revenue
vehicle
maintenance
report.
Mr
casin.
A
Report
from
the
maintenance
department,
the
total
miles
traveled
for
the
lift
depart.
Lift
vans
was
a
total
of
13
679
miles
for
the
month
of
january,
all
their
pmis
or
performance
maintenance.
Inspections
were
on
100
on
time
they
had
a
total
of
one
road
call
for
the
month
of
january,
and
the
miles
between
road
calls
was
at
zero
miles
and
at
the
bottom,
you'll
see
the
regular
fixed
route
buses
for
the
month
of
january
you'll
see
the
miles.
Traveled
was
140
and
889
miles.
A
The
total
performance
maintenance
inspections
were
100
on
time.
The
road
caused
with
on
the
panic
buses
for
a
total
of
zero
miles
and
the
miles
between
road
calls
with
a
buses
that
have
ramps
was
a
total
103
235
and
the
miles
between
world
homes
was
a
total
of
seven
thousand
six
hundred
and
fifty
four
and.
E
A
The
miles
between
road
cars
is
the
miles
traveled
when
they
need
to.
I
guess,
whenever
there's
a
vehicle.
A
Or
not
necessarily
vehicle
breakdown,
it
can
be.
I
don't
know
the
driver
just
reported
something
on
the
on
the
bus
or
the
van
and
or
maybe
the
lift
wasn't
working
or
something.
But
if
that
that
is
not
on
the
report,
that
was
not
reported,
but
that's
just
what
the
miles
between
road
calls.
B
So,
in
other
words,
it's
the
miles
between
a
bus
having
to
pull
over
and
kind
of
get
taken
out
of
service
for
at
least
a
little
while.
A
A
The
next
report
is
the
update
on
the
purchase
of
two
ed
lift
bands-
mr
casino.
We
we
were.
We
talked
about
this
last
year
that
metro
was
going
to
be
purchasing
an
to
an
additional
vans,
and
these
are
based
on
the
specifications
by
the
paratransit
advisory
committee
that
was
made
that
they
wanted
the
the
power
transit
van
with
the
kneeler,
and
these
are
the
specs
I'm
just
trying
to
scroll
down.
A
We
don't
have
actual
photos,
but
these
are
the
specifications
for
the
recommendations
that
were
made
by
the
paratransit
advisory
committee.
Members
that
I
don't
know
if
you
recall
ms
centeno
had
had
stressed
that
you
know
that
the
balance
needed
you
know
to
be
a
little
bit
lower
with
the
ramp
and
so
based
on
those
recommendations
as
metro
and
was
able
to
purchase
two
additional
vans
with
those
specifications
requested.
B
A
B
A
C
C
It
ranges
from
you
know,
eight
to
12
weeks
so
yeah
it
it
takes
a
little
while
to
get
I
mean
boston.
We
already
know
it
takes
18
months
to
get
a
deliver
and,
and
in
the
case
of
the
vance,
is
between
eight
to
twelve
weeks.
Sometimes
it
takes
longer
right
now
with
everything
that's
going
on,
but
literally
we
can
expect
in
three
months
from
the
day
that
we
you
introduced,
that
the
band
is
gonna,
be
shipped
to
us
right.
It
takes
a
while
and.
D
B
C
The
18
months
is
pretty
much
for
the
fixed
rate
buses.
Those
are
for
sure,
18
months
or
more.
C
What
I
can
add
real
quick
is
that
if
this,
these
new
vans
are
capable
to
to
kneel
for
the
passenger
and
send,
if
you
can
scroll
up
and
into
the
layout
of
the
van
as
you
can
see
you
don't
we
don't
have
a
list.
We
have
ram
so
that
ramp.
C
So
it's
very,
very
convenient
and
safe
for
transit
passengers.
So
I
mean
it
really
doesn't
get
better
than
this.
This
at
at
least
20
000
more
than
the
previous
one,
but
based
on
the
feedback,
I
mean
the
writers,
some
of
them
taken
a
couple
of
times
to
get
used
to
it,
but
they
do
and
they
really
appreciate
the
fact
that
again
it
is
easier.
You
don't
have
to
climb
up
stairs
or
anything
like
that.
C
We
are
also
requesting
additional
xc
capabilities,
meaning
that
the
brand
is
going
to
be
able
to
remain
cooler
during
the
the
summer
time,
and
it
should
be
faster
to
get
them
to
warm
up
when
it's
cold.
So
if
they're,
we're
gonna,
say
enhanced
vehicles
compared
to
the
one
that
we
had
before
so
again,
it
comes
with
the
price
about
20
000,
more
than
the
other
ones,
but
again
safety.
It's
gonna
be
first
for
us
and
for
our
passengers.
C
So
this
is
pretty
much
the
outcome,
so
hopefully.
B
I
appreciate
that
and
I'm
sure
our
clients
will
appreciate
that
as
well.
It
yeah
it
doesn't
have
a
definite,
a
big
difference,
especially
for
people
that
have
mobility
issues
well.
Thank
you.
B
Are
there
any
questions
or
comments
on
on
the
events
that
are
coming.
B
B
B
H
Says-
and
I
don't
know
whether
the
headsets
are
causing
some
audio
issues,
but
nonetheless,
I'm
glad
to
report
that
we're
gonna
replace
our
old
phone
system
with
the
new
cloud-based
system,
mitel
state-of-the-art
system
with
a
lot
of
nice
features.
H
H
The
the
system
is
basically
going
to
be
the
same,
we're
just
replacing
the
hardware.
It
is
much
much
needed
to
replace
the
the
actual
server
that
we
have.
Basically
is
we
have
a
server
for
the
both
locations,
and,
and
now
it's
going
to
be
a
cloud
base,
it's
going
to
be
on
through
fiber
and
the
it's
going
to
be
basically
the
same
as
it's
not
going
to
be
an
auto
attendant.
Nothing
like
that.
The
phone
call
system
will
will
remain
the
same
when
the
customers
call
in.
H
They
will
hear
a
person
talk,
so
nothing,
nothing
is
going
to
change
other
than
the
fact
that
we're
just
replacing
the
the
equipment.
B
H
Particular
the
system
is,
is
we're
buying
the
same
system
that
the
police
department
is
so
okay?
You
know
they.
You
know,
I
don't
know
how
long
they
have
it
before,
but
it's
it's
our
we're
happy
that
we're
going
to
get
replaced,
hopefully
get
it,
get
it
a
port
date,
hopefully
this
month
and
we'll
we'll
we'll
move
from
the
old
system
to
the
new
system.
Hopefully
this
month.
B
Okay,
does
anybody
have
any
report.
C
Eight,
yes,
mr
chairman,
I
just
wanted
to
share
with
you
some
I
guess,
information
general
information
participating
with
the.
C
Motion
was
made
to
about
a
lift
to
transport,
elderly
and
disabled,
basically,
our
lf
eligible
passengers
to
be
transported
to
the
vaccination
sites
and
back
home
for
those
instances
where
certain
seniors
or
disabled
individuals
did
not
have
means
to
get
to
the
vaccination
sites.
So
that
was
the
one
motion
that
that
passed
like
I
said
two
council
meetings
ago,
so
defeated
either
after
sandy
and
the
rest
of
the
operation
team
got
together,
set
up
the
protocols
to
register
temporarily
said
individuals
to
receive
the
transportation.
C
So
right
now
nobody
has
taken
advantage
of
the
service,
but
we
are
pretty
much
ready
and
sad
if
we
receive
any
inquires
to
to
receive
the
service.
So
that
was
the
one
thing
that
we
are
contributing
this
past
saturday
there
was
a
a
massive
vaccination
effort
by
the
theologian
about
5000
machines.
C
The
first
my
understanding,
statewide
that
was
called
state
or
seniors
going
back
to
to
those
individuals
that
are
not
able
to
to.
I
mean
they're,
not
ambulatory,
so
literally
they're
betrayed
so
those
are
even
harder
to
transport
to
a
vaccine
site
so
so
again
taking
the
lead
and
management
cheaper
and
those
individuals
in
charge
of
working
for
the
pandemic.
They
came
up
with
this
program
to
bring
vaccines
to
to
those
seniors
or
those
individuals
that
cannot
make
it
to
the
vaccine
side.
So
a
metro
was
listed
at
one
of
those
transporting
gas
vehicles.
C
So
one
of
our
bands
that
it's
pretty
much
brand
new
had
not
been
put
into
service
was
assigned
this
saturday.
C
C
I
guess
just
trying.
I
mean
I'm
glad
that
we're
finally
being
able
to
to
help
the
city
transporting
whether
passengers-
or
in
this
case
nurses
or
medical
staff,
to
reach
out
to
people
with
disabilities
that
need
about
seeing.
So
that's
pretty
much
that
I
just
wanted
to
report
you
on
that
that
that's
how
we're
participating!
We
have
been
open
to
council
management
and
to
the
emergency
response
team
and
and
directly
with
the
health
department
as
well
to
provide
transportation
for
those
individuals.
C
B
Well,
thank
you
for
doing
that,
because
that's
something
that
well
I
wasn't
aware
of,
and-
and
I
do
appreciate
the
that
you
are
doing
this
and
that
the
you
know
the
metro
is
doing
this
and
and
to
help
out
those
people,
because
I
mean
those
let's
face
it.
B
The
majority
of
our
clients
need
some
sort
of
assistance
in
that
area,
the
at
least
a
little
bit
of
the
time
and
trying
to
get
a
vaccine
from
personal
home
knowledge
trying
to
get
a
vaccine
and
getting
on
there
and
trying
to
get
a
date
and
all
that
isn't
easy
and
then
to
compound
that,
with
not
being
able
to
have
a
way
to
get
to
where
the
vaccines
are
being
distributed.
B
B
Does
anyone
have
any
comments
or
questions
on
that
item?
B
Well,
I
guess
we'll
move
on
to
item
seven,
now
discussion
possible
action
or
recommendations.
Rather
for
oh,
and
this
is
the
psa.
I
believe
we
asked
about
that
in
the
last
time.
At
last
meeting.
A
Yes,
mr
kazan,
we
well.
I
want
to
inform
the
pac
members
that
el
metro
is
still
working
very
hard
to
coordinate
a
psa
that
was
requested
by
by
and
recommended
by
the
by
the
committee.
A
Currently
right
now
we
are
waiting
awaiting
from
the
city
of
laredo
to
produce
a
psa
because
they
are
we.
They
are
following
following
the
health
guidelines
that
the
city
council
mandated,
but
we
are
in
communication
with
them.
They
are
well.
We
have
requested
the
psa,
they
will
be
helping
us
out,
but
right
now
most
of
the
city
staff
is
working
from
home
and
they're
following
the
city
of
laredo
health
guidelines
and
as
soon
as
we
hear
anything
from
them,
we
will
safely
start
working
on
the
psa.
Mr
kazan
and
pac
members.
B
Thank
you:
if
possible,
can
we,
I
guess,
get
another
update
and
either
at
our
next
meeting
or
the
meeting
after
that
to
see
more
or
less
if
anything
has
changed.
Hopefully
I
know
that
we
are
seeing
a
decrease
in
numbers,
but
that's
not
a
you
know
a
guaranteed
thing
that
everything's
going
the
way
it
should
be
going.
You
know
we
still
need
to
count
on
everybody
doing
their
part
on
that,
but
at
least
this
way,
we'll
kind
of
have
a
maybe
an
idea
of
where
we
are
on
that
and
see.
B
If
there's
a
an
opportunity
to
maybe
do
it
a
different
way.
I
got
a
a
notice
in
the
mail
and
then
I
saw
something
on
tv
about
there's
going
to
be
a
play.
That's
going
to
be
all
done
online
and
streaming,
so
maybe
we
can
think
outside
the
box
and
not
necessarily
we
but
the
people
that
normally
do
these
psas
and
do
all
that
they
can
come
up
with
a
different
method.
Thinking
outside
the
box
like
having
a
play,
basically
done
online
streaming
or
different
things,
but
just
something
to
think
about.
B
So,
if
possible,
we
can
keep
getting
like
regular
updates
on
it
and
see
if
maybe
or
maybe
there's
somebody
over
at
public
access
that
we
can
speak
to
and
see
if
they
have
any
ideas
of
how
we
can
get
this
done.
C
Mr
man,
if
I,
if
I
may
real
quick,
basically
we've
been
going
at
this
item
for
probably
a
couple
of
months
now
and
and
unfortunately
we're
being
optimistic
and
hoping
that
things
are
gonna,
get
better
participate
on
at
least
two
or
three
meetings
a
week
with
directors
and
then
the
different.
C
To
normal,
so
I
really
don't
see
the
day
where
we're
going
to
be
able
to
go
out
and
shoot
a
video
and
and
go
to
a
production,
and
it's
you
know
the
life.
So
basically
what
we
did-
and
I'm
gonna
share
my
screen
here-
real
quick
because
again
we
realized
this
is
not
gonna
go
away.
This
is
gonna,
be
the
way
we're
gonna
be
doing
business
for
some
time,
so
we
put
them
up
with
what
we're
gonna
call
the
2021
and
metrolis
outreach
program.
C
So
quick
that
the
first
action
item
is
what
we're
already
doing
and
we're
reporting
to
to
the
committee
and
to
cancel
in
our
friday
packages.
I
mean
we
have
the
in
person
and
the
safeway
delivery
of
information.
This
this
has
not
stopped,
will
continue
to
outreach
different
clinics,
like
mr
explained
earlier,
we're
pretty
much
knocking
doors
and
every
door
that
opens
to
us.
We
drop
off
information
that
that's
gonna,
continue
and
and
going
outside
the
box.
C
We're
gonna
go
out
newspaper
campaign,
we're
gonna
be
putting
on
every
sunday,
which
is
typically
the
day
that
most
people
buy.
The
newspaper
we're
gonna
do
it
for
six
consecutive
weekends,
we're
gonna
alternate
with
a
spanish
english
production
of
that
we're
going
to
be
doing
some
billboards,
they're
going
to
be
posted
in
strategic
places
and
we're
actually
going
to
be
using
one
of
our
bands
for
that
purpose
and
then
we're
going
to
have
a
direct
mail
out
by
district
starting
in
the
middle
of
next
month.
C
So
just
to
give
you
an
idea,
we're
trying
to
to
keep
it
simple
and-
and
this
is
something
that
sending
different
members
of
the
staff
worked
on-
are
very
basic.
So
this
same
art,
it's
the
same
order
is
gonna,
be
on
the
newspaper.
C
C
You
know
the
the
contact
information
protocol
where
to
call-
and
that
is
the
spanish
version
of
it-
like
I
said,
you're
gonna
see
this
on
the
morning
times
every
other
sunday
and
then
you're
gonna
see
this
in
el
manana
every
other
sunday,
starting
two
weeks
from
now,
we
have
to
meet
title
six
requirement.
That's
the
reason
that
we're
doing
this
in
english
and
spanish.
C
And
as
far
as
a
billboard,
basically
we
can
use
one
more
bands,
and
this
is
gonna,
be
like
a
choro
plus
sign
same
deal,
english
and
spanish.
The
good
thing
is,
this:
is
gonna,
be
a
moving
billboard
per
se,
so
we're
gonna
try
to
to
park
this
ban
with
this
billboard.
C
The
different
clinics
on
the
city
that
we
know
are
a
place
with
work,
elderly
or
disabled
visit.
So
we're
going
to
be
talking
about
the
locations
throughout
the
different
areas
of
the
city,
so
we
can
reach
out
to
as
many
people
as
we
can.
C
So
this
is
going
to
be
a
massive
effort
again
be
a
newspaper
via
billboard
and
and
and
the
last
portion
of
this
effort
is
gonna,
be
a
direct
mail,
so
literally,
every
house
in
the
city
will
be
receiving
specific
information
on
how
to
register
and
how
you
know
you're
eligible
and
the
contact
information.
C
So
this
is
gonna,
be
over
the
next
six
to
eight
weeks,
extending
possibly
until
april,
depending
on
availability
for
this
ads
on
the
newspaper.
C
But
for
the
most
part,
we're
gonna
be
starting
the
middle
later
part
of
this
month
and
that's
going
to
be
eight
weeks
out,
so
we're
hoping
that
again,
we're
gonna
literally
reach
out
to
everybody
in
the
city
to
to
let
them
know
of
the
services
that
we
provide
and
how
to
contact
us
for
guidance
to
to
enroll
and
to
take
advantage
of
the
service.
C
C
I
really
don't
see
what's
coming
out
with
the
psa
shown,
and
that's
that's
the
reason
that
we
came
up
with
this
alternate
way
of
bringing
the
information
out
to
the
public.
F
C
At
this
point,
it's
gonna
this
is
the
first
time
we're
gonna,
do
it,
and,
and
basically
if
this
is
gonna,
be
something
you're
gonna
bring
out
more
passengers
more
ridership.
So
I
want
to
say,
probably
mid-may.
We
can
come
back
to
you
all
with
a
report
and
saying
you
know
this
is
the
month
after
the
campaign
and
yes,
it
was
successful.
We
received
200,
more
applications
for
50,
more
applications,
so
we'll
be
able
to
say
you
know
this.
C
C
To
provide
an
opportunity
to
test
these
different
ways
of
communicating
so
we'll
see
how
effective
they
are.
If
we
prove
that
this
is
effective,
we
probably
want
to
do
this
twice
a
year.
Okay,.
F
C
Things
like
that,
so
again,
this
is
the
first
time
we've
done
it
so,
we'll
see
I
mean
we're
hoping
that
we're
gonna
reach
out
to
more
people.
Yeah.
Okay,
thank
you,
mr
chairman.
I
don't
know
if
anybody
has
any
questions.
B
Well,
actually,
not
necessarily
a
question
just
a
comment.
I
wanted
to
say
thank
you
for
coming
up
with
this
and
and
coming
up
with
the
outreach
that
you're
doing,
because
I
know
it
is
difficult
and
really
just
at
least
for
me
personally.
B
You
know
locked
away
from
everything
not
being
able
to
get
their
health
care
or
thinking
that
they
that
they
have
no
options
available
to
them.
And
yes,
this
pandemic
is
a
terrible
thing
and
unfortunately,
I
guess
we've
all
been
touched
by
it
in
one
way
or
another,
and
hopefully
this
is
a
way
that
it's,
it
won't
be
the
new
normal,
but
it'll,
hopefully
offer
a
lifeline
to
some
people
that
may
be
struggling.
That
may
be
in
a
new
situation
for
themselves.
That
may
be
recovering
from
the
the
covet
itself
and
they
may
not
know.
B
At
least
that's
that's
been
my
motivation
all
this
time
to
be
kind
of
pushing
for
some
sort
of
outreach
and
letting
people
know
and
understand
that
they
do
have
a
service
available
to
them
and
that,
yes,
we
will
be
seeing
better
days,
but
right
now,
let's
try
and
and
try
and
help
each
other
out
as
best
we
can
with
these
things-
and
I
do
appreciate
the
effort
and
the
the
ideas
that
you've
come
up
with
and
the
different
things
that
you
all
are
doing
to.
B
Let
people
know
that
there
is
a
waveform.
We
do
offer
a
way
for
them
to
have
a
sense
of
independence,
a
sense
of
being
able
to
go
to
again
get
their
medical
treatments
to
go
to
the
grocery
store
or
get
things
like
that
or
you
know
whatever
it
happens
to
me
it
to
be,
but
that
this
is
a
service
that
is
there
and
it
is
available
to
them
and
again.
Thank
you
very
much
for
doing
that
and
reaching
out
to
these
people.
C
Yeah
and
I'm
not
gonna
sit
here
and
think
of
the
credit,
is
basically
everybody's
effort.
You
know
from
from
sandy
rosa
garcia
eddie.
I
mean
we're
been
going
at
it
for
for
a
couple
of
months
and
we're
getting
to
the
point
that,
yes,
we
have
to
try
different
avenues
that
are
safe
for
the
public
that
are
safe
for
us
and
at
the
same
time,
meeting
that
need
so
I
mean
it's.
C
It's
a
female
partner
and
hopefully
we'll
be
able
to
report
back
like
I
earlier
tonight,
I
will
be
able
to
report
back
positive
news
as
a
result
of
this
outreach.
So
thank
you.
Thank
you.
B
Thank
you
for
any
other
questions
or.
B
You
know
pack
monthly
meetings
date
and
time,
and
I
guess
I'd
like
to
also
throw
out
there
to
try
and
keep
these
video
conferences
as
well
in
there
whenever
we
do
get
the
opportunity
to
come
back
to
having
our
meetings
in
person,
but
is
there
anybody?
Does
anybody
have
any
ideas,
or
should
we
wait
till
our
next
meeting
again
to
see
if
something
has
changed?
I
mean
I
like
the
idea
that
we
discussed
before
of
having
them
at
different
times.
Let's
say
at
noon.
B
D
So
I
would
say,
let's
have
like
this,
is
fine
but
assists
you
guys
for
everyone
for
about
6
30
or
I
want
someone
sometimes.
D
B
I'll
just
add
to
that
to
me:
I'm
right
now,
I'm
kind
of
flexible
for
the
times
and
the
day
most
of
the
time
and
now
because
of
course,
we're
doing
it
remote.
B
If
and
if
we
save
remote,
I
mean
it
works
out
for
me,
no
matter
what
you
know,
whatever
you
all
decide
once
we
start
going
in
person,
I
guess
that's
a
little
bit
different
because-
and
that's
also
going
to
be-
I
don't
know
if
we're
still
going
to
have
to
meet
at
the
at
the
city,
council
chambers
or
not
any
or
the
city
hall.
I
kind
of
liked
it
better.
B
While
we
were
meeting
at
el
metro,
but
it
was
a
lot
easier
and
a
lot,
but
anyway,
so
I
mean
for
me
I'm
flexible
for
the
remote
stuff,
but
I
I
don't
know
how
we
would
need
to
do
this
since
right
now,
there's
only
three
of
us
on
here,
because
our
chairman-
isn't,
I
don't
see
him
on
here,
but
he
wasn't
able
to
communicate
with
us
side
of
or
the
other
side
of
doing
this
remote.
B
I
don't
know
if
you
all
want
to
take
some
action
right
now
or
make
a
recommendation
and
then
see
if
we
can
either
act
on
it
at
maybe
our
next
meeting
or
act
on
it.
Now
I
don't
know
what
would
you
all
want
to.
F
I'm
still
here
so
I
obviously
don't
think
I
should
even
comment
on
this,
but
I
think,
like
everybody
else
well,
I
have
a
job,
you
know
and
it's
an
8
to
5
job
and
yes,
I
can
join
a
meeting
from
work,
but
it
would
have
to
be
obviously
during
a
lunch
hour,
which
I
think
would
happen
with
a
lot
of
people
here
in
this
meeting
right
now
after
hours.
You
know,
I
think,
the
earlier
the
better
I
I
don't
think
anybody
would
want
to
be
in
the
meeting
from
seven
to
nine
at
night
right.
D
B
Okay,
then,
what
we
can
do
is
we
could,
I
guess,
table
and
put
it
on
for
the
next
meeting,
which
hopefully
you
know
we'll
get
all
the
technical
glitches
out
of
there,
so
that
it
won't
take
the
two
hours
that
it's
taken.
Yes,
you're
right,
I
try
and
keep
with
you
an
hour,
maybe
an
hour
15
minutes,
but
I
try
and
keep
it
an
hour
and
under.
But
anyway
it's
been
fun
today
with
the
challenges,
but
what
we
can
do
is
just
go
ahead
and
move
that
item.
B
If
you
guys
are
okay
with
it,
just
move
it
to
the
next
week,
we'll
just
table
it
until
next
week,
and
I
guess
if
I'm
seeing
people
nodding
in
an
agreement.
So
I
guess
that's
a
first
and
a
second
and
all
of
them
in
favor,
say
hi,
okay,
so
we
tabled
it
for
the
discussion
at
the
next
meeting
and
and
now
my
phone
has
decided,
which
is
where
I'm
looking
at
my
agenda.
B
I
used
to
print
these
things
out,
but
okay,
so
I
guess
what
that
means
then
is:
do
we
have
anything
for
executive
session?
