It's
a
it's
a
specific
tree.
We're
working
on
Wow
I
mean
like
people
who
have
been
interests.
I
have
been
giving
them
the
Miss,
but
maybe
I
mean
I,
don't
know
if
y'all
will
go
over
that
now
or
we
can
just
you
have
a
question
just
get
into
contact
and
I.
Think
at
some
point
will
likely
have
it
on
a
wet
on
the
website
and
stuff
like
that.
We'll
make
that
information
a
little
bit
more
streamlined
and
easy
to
access,
but
we
we
are
suggesting,
like
particular
trees,.

I
Have
an
Athenian,
Haven
subdivision,
they're,
proposing
the
clip
arts
and
education.
It's
566,
April
population
is
that
20
single-family
residential
dot,
it's
located
east
of
existing
commitment,
drive
and
north
of
plantation
each
tribe
is
in
charge
of
district
6,
mr.
celli
charges
on
again
and
they
are
proposing
to
pay
in
cash
in
yoga.
It's
a
small
subdivision,
so
it's
a
current
GOP
0.07,
81
acres
and
the
payment
for
that.
I
In
fact,
accrual
and
boutiques,
three
thousand
five
hundred
and
fifteen
point
six
two
and
part
livable
fighting
for
machine
would
be
for
the
trolley,
not
6280,
so
the
total
cash
payment
that
they
will
be
given
for
this
subdivision
will
be
9000.
790
part
will
be
successful
prior
to
recommendation.
I
recommend.

One
when
the
item
that
it's
vandalized
is
completely
like
gone
and
we
have
to
replace
the
whole
unit
or
sometimes
what
we
do,
we
have
to
repair
something,
for
example,
some
doors
if
they
hit
the
door-
and
you
know
it's
then
terror,
it's
kind
of
like
leaning
and
we
can
repair
it.
We
do
that
and-
and
it's
pretty
much
labor
for
that-
but
when
it's
like
damaged
completely-
and
we
need
to
replace
a
whole
door.
Well
then,
is
like
the
amount
is
different.
But
if.
B
I
have
here
we
have
here
the
amount
that
we
get
from
the
produce
report
and
it's
based
on
the
item
that
was
damaged
so
for
us
to
replay
the
barbecue.
Pin
it's
like
three
hundred
dollars.
It's
it's
an
average
or
that
barbecue
pit
in
particular
that
was
damaged
there
at
or
that
was
missing
from
the
warehouse
cost.
B
D
E
This
is
our
use
that
some
of
the
things
that
we
had
this
past
year
token
window
and
television
recreation
center
stands
up
me
because
I
mean
the
shooting
and
it
looks
like
grass
right.
But
if
you
look
closer
this
Tiger
tracks,
what
happened?
A
truck
went
in
there.
We
restarted
three
baseball
fields:
truck,
went
in
there
and
started
doing
donuts.
Let's.
C
E
Damaged
in
the
grass,
this
was
a
North
Central,
Park
right
there
by
the
playground
by
the
restrooms
area,
and
this
is
that
independence
Hills.
This
was
balance
plus
these
two
fountains
there
were
damaged.
They
were
you
see
that
rock
all
right
there
just
for
the
heck
of
it,
and
so
those
are.

The

Crimestoppers
way
the
police
work

parks
to
be
more
viewer
friendly
by
that
is.
We
went
and
trim
trees,
bushes,
everything
that
was
in
the
dark.
We
put
any
more
lighting
systems
and
we
put
in
some
more
cameras,
and
so
what
happened
same
more
or
less?
It
went
49,000
and
then
into
2015.
It.

The
one
eternal

Civic,

will

I'll.

you
a

wedding
with
cop,
while
PD
was
out
there
and
tectors
were
out
there.
One
of
the
kitchen
walking
in
this
service.
I
know
who
did
that
I
know
who
did
I
couldn't
take
you
to
the
house
and
it's
actually
ok,
sir.
E
They
win
with
him
and
he
said
right
there
right
there
and
he
pointed
how
this
is
out
and
he
was
then.
What
do
you
live?
I
live
over
here.
It
was
okay,
so
they
went
yours
is
it
my
home
or
your
parents
home
we
went
to
the
parents
house,
he
said
his
son
is
gonna,
be
under
arrest.
He
had
paint
all
over
shoes,
oh
no,
and
he
goes
he's
under
suspicion
and
of
course
he
was
one
of
them.
But
if
you
wanted
to
see,
if
there
was
any
money
out.

When
we
tell
them,
there's
a
hot
spot
going
on
right
now
they
would
usually
go
out,
and
oh
this
just
a
key
area.
They
have
car
couple.
Kids
they've
been
here
a
couple
kids
from
doing
stuff.
They
are
some
seen
kids
hanging
now,
just
their
presence,
a
big
run
away,
plus
people
are
notified,
notifying
us
and
Facebook
social
media.

Have
continued
working
with
Crimestoppers
we're
going
to
we've
done
radio
station
interviews,
you
mention
it.
We
talk
to
them.
We
bring
it
up
with
people
in
general
and
parents,
groups
and
teachers
in
classrooms
with
kids.
We
bring
it
up
with
with
the
business
community,
you
know
and
you
don't
even
have
to
call
PD
you
can
cop
3-1-1
right.
What
are
you
doing
the
day?
That's
doing
waking
hours
call
call
Park
setup
at
our
offices
while
we're
there
will
be.

Those
I
think
ultimately
Courtney.
Maybe
we
can
go
back
and
review.
You
know
whatever
is
whatever
strong
to
the
last
quarter
and
that
way
we
can
pinpoint
on
a
particular
area,
and
it
continues.
You
know
when
you
bring
it
up
here
to
council.
That
way,
so
you
know
cameras
can
be
really
add
it
there
or
or
or
more
police
presence
and
and
we'll
go
ahead
and
review
it.
We're
gonna
review
it
as
we
go
through
the
next
year
room
we'll
make
it
a
big
mission.

Davis,
of
course,
this
way
right
unite
in
high
school
I'm
in
charge
of
these.
To
pretend
another
place
like
when
Sammy
said
it
has
been
a
challenging
to
get
all
the
leads
for
the
one
to
have
to
you're
gonna
have
the
least
everybody
won
that
you
know
it's.
It's
we're
moving,
really
well,
I!
Think
a
little
I'll
show
you
a
little
breakdown.
That
kind
of
gives
you
a
little.
A
L
L
If
you
look
at
the
kind
of
the
breaker
that
we
have,
there
is
the
first
one
shows
you
everything
that
we've
had
the
things
that
we
have
there,
that
the
amount
of
leads,
how
many
coaches
we
have
and
and
the
participants.
We
are
anything
else
whether
it
was
getting
paid
employment
not
on
beats.
A
lot
of
these
are.
L
L
L
D
L
L
Five:
five:
six
teams,
these
we're
not
able
to
comply
with
everything,
so
we
continue
to
play
to
the
continued
play.
What
do
we
do
this?
It's
work,
it's
working
good,
I!
Think
we've
got
to
fix
some
things
here
in
there
that
to
make
it
better.
But
the
main
thing
is
that
we
want
participation
for
America
if
no
one
leaves
go
on
to
go
under
because
there's
much
more,
some
type
of
insurance
or
some
type
of
affiliation
and
all
that,
so
they
got
they
go
into
the
city
and
that's
when
we
go
through
that.
L
L
C
L
Meet
once
a
month,
I
mean
with
all
the
league
presidents,
I
mean
with
a
once
a
month
they
regular
to
your
offices
intrastate
and
what's
going
on,
will
you
knee
feels
paperwork
again,
they're
not
used
to
this
all
right,
so
I
continuously
have
to
say
to
me.
They
call
me
the
title
of
the
product
because
it's
not
gonna
win
stuff
but
I
think
it'll
always
try
the
office
I
was
there
used
to
be
when.
D
L
C
C
C
C
L
L
K
To
them,
because
what
I
make
that
my
time
alone,
Supreme
Court
I,
had
the
benefit
that
I
worked
prior,
so
I
had
some
money
guiding
me
to
make
sure
I
did
everything
right,
but
but
yeah
there's
a
lot
of
requirements.
They
can
work
requirements,
but
I
said
they
need
to
charge
me
a
lot
right.
Okay,
so
just.
L
I,
don't
Tiana,
she
served
with
us
anymore,
that's
what's-his-name,
yeah,
she's,
almost
I
would
see
we
try
to
meet
with
them.
Remember
all
the
leaves,
okay
guys
if
this
is
what
this
is,
what
it
needs
for
the
pie
we
would
see,
and
some
of
them
were
more
muscle
fat,
but
guys
that
have
most
of
the
stuff
of
someone
will
because
they
have
to
go
to
a
CPA
and
then
have
to
go
through
and
I
think
they're
kind
of
scared.
As
far
as
probably
a
plan
for
a
501
C.
So
that's
what
they
said.
L
Just
made
your
day
making
enough
money
just
to
pay
the
referees
and
stuff
like
that.
You
know
so
that's
when
we
decided.
We
know
what
we'll
go
ahead
and
take
them
over
ourselves.
They
probably
see
them
to
read
parts
of
that
and
they
continue
playing
so,
but
they
all
strive
so
working
together
policy,
but.
L
L
Can
say
we're
going
to
use
your
fiber
would
see
so
four,
then
one
is
West,
another
right,
so
open
it.
It's
all
these
little
independent
leagues,
especially
the
Socrates,
all
right
that
they
have
to
get
an
affiliation
I
do
triplets
a
new
triplets,
a
new
charge.
You
I
think
it's
like
500
or
$600
to
be
infinitely.
You
tricking
us
a
pretender.
Okay,
we
have
to
lead
or
privilege
you
can
put
a
site
yeah.
Unfortunately,
some
we
go
from
the
south
back
in
heaven
that
we
can
handle
you
referred.
We
need
other
people
to
vex.
A
L
Does
you
know
what
would
take
you
that's
right
guys,
first
time,
because
the
first
time
we've
ever
done
is
discussed.
You
know
we
wanted
to
work
with
them
and
they
say
we
both
did.
You
guys
would
have
to
do
one
to
the
picnic
spot,
but
it's
a
challenge
and
that
it's
getting
better
but
I
think
the
main
thing
is
that
we're
here
to
help
ELISA
help
to
be
exact,
make
sure
the
kids
are
all
to
have
something
to
do
for
a
weekend.
You
have
your
weekend
workers,
no
another
one
playing
that's
what's
funny.
L
This
is
I.
Can't
I
can't
tell
you
how
many,
but
it's
always
you
know
one
requirement
today
not
gonna,
be
put
in
the
comments
on
your
now.
Well,
that's
what
city
council,
what
they
want
to
make
sure
the
background
checks.
You
know.
Actually
we
get
some
kind
of
background
checks
and
we
gotta
follow
up
with
them
and
we
make
sure
our
kids
are
safe
too.
L
Well,
we
never
used
to
do
that
in
fact
last
year,
and
this
is
online,
our
audit
department,
our
our
department,
went
to
bleep
sleep
and
then
went
before
the
2017
and
all
the
joy
they're
what
sweets
negan
and
we
don't.
We
didn't
turn.
This
is
an
internist
internist
and
so
those
are
brand
new
stuff
to
them,
instead
of
just
if
they
turn
the
lights
on,
got
game
going
on
and
I
think
what
else
we're
trying
to
alleviate
and
make
sure
there's
no
documentation
make
sure.
Is
that
right?
Yes,
it
there.
L
You
know:
what's
not,
no,
it's
not
whatsoever,
but
we're
working
on
I
admit
we
thought
it
Department
yesterday,
whatever
do
we
want
to
see
we've
made
once
a
month
not
only
just
meet
with
that
now
hey.
What
did
you
do?
What
you?
What
kind
of
money
do
you
have
kind
of
any
came,
a
look!
Look
what
you
do
with
that!
One
he's
like
that.
Others
and
she
said
well
existence.
C
L
L
Then
we
got
16
colleges
as
well
and
I
think
that
that's
probably
will
going
in.
We
news
me
and
we
usually
meet
with
in
January,
to
give
them
all
the
paperwork
and
give
them
the
checklist
and
then
in
February
by
February
the
military.
They
gotta
turn
all
that
and
then
once
we
do
that
so,
okay,
this
is
the
requirement.
This
will
be
that
check.
This
is
what
we're
gonna
need
from
you
and
we've
never
done
it.
That's
a
hole.
L
L
2018
now
we're
ready
shut
it
down
at
the
end
of
this
month.
We
stop
playing
all
the
leaks
because
of
fuel
or
fuel
maintenance
at
the
end
of
November,
but
because
about
whether
you
score
a
bitter
memory,
we're
gonna
end
of
November
because
of
bad
weather,
and
then
we
got
to
Center
January
February
to
get
the
fields
back
in
there
and
then
we'll
then
turn
it
back
to
them
and
I.
Think
they're.
Sending
me
a
good
comment
yesterday.
L
This
is
now
is
we
want
to
put
the
respond
to
responsibility
also
as
imitate
you
know
what
we
gave
you
this
feel
here,
but
now
just
walk
the
field,
and
just
you
want
to
cure
it
as
well.
You
know
because
a
little
bit
more
I
kind
of
really
pull
them
to
that
to,
though
Department
of
fate
but
I'm
gonna
try
this
one's
wrong
to
feel
they'll
get
on.
It
will
help,
but
at
the
same
time
didn't
care,
so
they
gotta
help
themselves
as
well.
So.
A
D
K
G
A
L
A
K
K
D
K
Never
seen
what
was
done
in
one
or
two
years
or
any
fences
signing
everything
sprinkler
system,
everything
so
I
commend
you
guys
doing
a
great
job
of
somebody
took
the
bull
by
the
horn
and
invested
some
serious
money,
but
I
guess.
My
next
question
is
on
the
tournament
figure.
How
do
they
handle
that?
Because
I
know
that
a
lot
of
there's
a
lot
of
independent
people
doing
tournaments
and
I
was
just
wondering
there's
any
accountability,
because
they're.
K
L
C
K
L
L
L
D
L
C
D
L
Gonna
cover
it
because
it's
not
part
of
leave
so
what
they
do
they
go.
They
go
to
the
Parks
and
Rec,
they
least
appeal
for
$100,
but
they
$30
plus
our
and
our
lights,
and
it
needs
to
feel
it
now
from
there.
You
can
charge
whatever
you
want,
but
we're
going
to
get
100.
The
city
is
going
to
be
charged
$1
a
day,
plus
thirty
dollars
an
hour
for
lights.
Ok,
if
it's
a
neat
attorney,
but
if
it's
a
tournament.
L
L
A
Know
yeah
I
mean
it
becomes
a
big
problem,
I'm
looking
at
number
and
I'm
just
going
from
my
experience,
because
I
had
the
same
problem
that
at
one
local
school
that
I
was
working
at
you
know
people
coming
in
and
charging
using
our
facilities,
which
is
a
city
facilities.
In
that
case
it
was
the
school
so
sizzling
and
not
paying
anything
and
making
money
off
of
it.
That
there's
that's
just
not
right.
There's
got
to
be
a
you
know.
This
is
how
much
we're
gonna
charge,
for
example,
a
ton
of
steamed
a
charge.
L
C
K
A
D
D
The
kids
and
everything
that
they
get
from
these
lead
from
these
tournaments
goes
to
buy
uniforms
for
the
kids
or
equipment.
Thank
you
right,
and
so
that's
really
amazing
to
see,
but
keeping
that
in
mind
we're
not
here
to
make
money
we're
here
to
at
least
have
it
be
a
wash
and
maybe
help
sustain
the
fields
themselves
and
when
we
have
our
gigs.
This
is
what
we
know
is
this
year
we
had
money
for
balls.
We
started
looking
at
boys
and
and
equipment
for
the
fields
themselves
and.
A
For
the
kids,
I
have
no
problems
with
will
with
us
having
all
the
league's
on
this
planet.
You
know,
but
when
you
start
making
money
awfully
in
the
city
and
you're
not
giving
anything
back,
there's
a
problem
there
and
that
probably
needs
to
be
taken
care
of,
because
if
it's
not
taken
care
of,
then
we're
not
being
yelled
we're
not
doing
our
job.
C
D
K
D
A
C
K
Went
through
proper
channels,
but
they
were
freaking
out
because
I
knew
where
to
go.
I
just
happened
to
know
what
to
do
when
I
went
in
front
of
parks.
I
asked
they
checked
it's
funny
because
he
checked
with
the
league
first
before
they
give
you
access
to
liquor,
yeah
I,
guess
they're
not
used
to
dealing
with
people
that
are
gonna,
find
the
proper
procedure
and
follow
it.
So
like.
A
L
L
E
H
A
A
L
D
As
you
all
are
aware,
I
think
I'd
reported
to
all
before
about
our
Youth
Council.
Our
youth
council
is
made
up
anywhere
from
20
to
80
teenagers
from
different
rec
centers
from
different
areas
of
the
city,
and
they
wanted
to
come
more
involved.
They've
done
fundraisers.
They
can
close
taking
them
to
different
cities.
D
Our
elderly
centers
retirement
centers
spending
time
with
our
seniors,
donating
they
do
service
hours
and
so
in
the
past.
What
these
kids
have
done
are
you
that
that
is
want
to
try
to
create
different
activities,
different
programs
in
areas
for
recreation,
for
the
city,
but
also
to
give
back,
because
that's
what
I
thought
this
is
always
been.
D
You've
got
to
give
back,
and
so
what
we'd
like
to
do
with
what
they're
they
brought
up
and
their
director
is
one
of
my
supervisors,
lady
SDI,
from
hillside
rec
center,
and
she
was
telling
me
that
the
kids
have
expressed.
We
want
to
become
more
involved.
We
want
you
know
to
where
help
where
we
can,
where?
Where
do
we
need
the
help?
Where
does
a
city?
You
know?
What
is
our
chat?
D
How
can
our
generation
come
back
and
yeah,
and
so
she
asked
me
if
there
was
any
way
they
can
become
part
of
a
recreation
board.
Part
of
our
recreation
boards
I
spoke
with
the
city
manager
and
explaining
that
you
know
comparing
it
to
I.
Don't
know
if
you
remember
the
city
of
Laredo
used
to
have
a
youth
committee
and
it
was
the
sister
cities,
youth
committee
and
this
committee
would
meet
with
different
directors
from
the
city
of
Laredo.
J
D
C
D
D
D
He
has
he
had
to
be
in
practice
today,
but
this
is
the
last
week
of
practice
and
the
last
meeting
that
he
would
not
be
able
to
be
here,
but
she
he
was
really
excited
about
coming.
One
of
Jules
interfere
him
and
then
ask
you
all
what
your
thoughts
were
with
regard
to
him
becoming
an
ex-officio
member.
So.
D
D
Implement
a
skateboard
competition,
but
before
then
they
approached
me
or
Betty
Selena
ready,
Flores
and
they
created
hillside
skatepark
for
these
kids
because
they
approached
her.
So
the
group's
just
decided-
and
you
know
so
that
is
how
these
youth
have
helped
us
with
our
rec
centers.
You
know
different
aspects
of
the
rec
centers,
so
wanted
to
bring
it
forth
to
you
all
and
ask
you
what
your
thoughts
are.
This
is
something
that.
F
D
D
J
J
I
think,
ultimately,
you
know.
Obviously
it
can
be
avoiding
it
can
be
a
body
member,
but
it
could
be
somebody
at
there
that
we
can
hear
input
and
recommendations
from
I
know
that
if
it
comes
from
a
from
across
the
city,
ultimately
some
kind
of
recommendation
that
they'd
be
able
to
input
or
anything.
Obviously,
as
a
voting.
J
A
H
D
Because
our
voice
is
here
to
speak
with
you
all
and
or
it
would
be
the
president's
based
on
the
entire
youth
committee,
and
it
would
just
solidify
you
know
in
am
I
speaking
with
them.
It
would
solidify
their
position
if
you
will,
because
I
know
when
I
visit
with
them,
they
feel
buddy.
That
tells
me
okay.
Now
it's
official
they've
just
asked
miss
sandy
for
XYZ
and
that's
what
they're
trying
to
achieve
right
now
or.
C
J
J
F
F
I
can
have
a
board
member,
even
if
they're,
numb
voting
board
member
a
board
member
to
me
and
somebody
who
does
need
to
be
here
all
the
time
and
who
does
make
that
commitment
to
be
available.
Whatever
is
you
know
so
for
me.
Liaison,
though,
is
somebody
who
would
come
when
their
need
it
or
would
come,
and
they
do
have
together.
So.
D
D
F
J
D
J
Sending
a
particular
liaison
a
this
month:
you
can
go
this
month,
you
can
go
because
if
we
have
the
same
representative,
you
know
always
going.
If
that's
something
that
you
want
to
bring
up
to
the
committee
or
that's
something
that
they
that
they
want
to
look
at
rather
than
sending
somebody
that
they
choose,
they
need
monthly
or
is
it
but.
D
They
have
their
events,
but
I
can
definitely
bring
it
to
them
and
your
comments-
and
it's
expressed-
and
this
is
one
of
the
things
that
I
had
spoken
with
misty
about
what
she
said.
Well,
you
can't
make
it
to
tonight's
meeting
and
I
said
this
is
exactly
one
of
the
things
that
we
had
already
discussed.
You
know
it's
not
going
to
be,
she
said,
can
I
send
somebody
in
his.
C
D
And
I
said:
that's
not
the
role
we're
doing.
She
says
no,
but
he's
finished
right
now.
So
I'd
like
to
take
back
your
comments
because
I
think
they're
pretty
much
in
line
with
I
wanted
to
bring
forth
with
the
youth
committee
wanted
to
do,
but
I
think
starting
out
with
perhaps
a
liaison
and
having
them
come.
D
F
A
C
J
E
G
I
want
to
thank
miss
Bea
illness
for
coming
along
with
us
and
being
a
part
of
it.
That
was
very
meaningful
in
terms
of
getting
a
feeling
for
what
it
is,
we're
kind
of
really
doing
we
met.
We
did
also
go
to
another
conference.
A
victim,
nevado
who's
been
the
city
forester.
Now,
for
a
few
years,
we
managed
to
go
to
another
conference
in
Waco.
G
That
was
the
International
Society
of
arborists,
and
that
was
also
very
inspiring
and
it
was
meaningful
to
see
in
him
for
him
as
a
forester
for
several
years
in
the
city,
to
kind
of
feel
the
importance
of
what
what
that
is,
I
think,
there's
been
and
going
to
these
conferences.
You
know
that
it's
happening
in
many
cities
everywhere
may
be
a
sense
of
the
need
to
develop
more
of
ethics
towards
trees
and
how
we
see
them
and
how
we
value
them.
G
And
so
this
particular
conference
of
partners
in
community
forestry
conference
is
exactly
about
that
community
and
forestry.
How
communities
are
being
engaged
to
work
together
and
be
inspired
by
a
vision
of
having
their
community
screen
the
value
of
Chinese
for
urban
infrastructure
or
putting
the
city
and
different
sustainability
measures,
and
so
that's
what
we
would
attend
it.
We
learned
various
things.
J
G
F
G
As
if
it's
everything
that's
on
everything
having
to
do
with
our
Arbor
or
trees,
our
canopy
in
the
city,
it
has
to
do
with
the
management
of
those
things
the
tree
planting
events
were
having
so
this
year,
it's
gonna
be
approximately
so
far
about
200
trees
planted
last
year.
We
managed
to
do
a
lot
of
hundred
trees,
and-
and
so
it's
not
only
service
from.
G
The
right
variety
to
being
of
a
decent
quality
many
times
you
get
discounted
trees
from
a
vendor,
and
if
you
don't
know
what
you're
looking
for
there,
if
they'll
easily
sell
you
something
that
isn't
in
the
condition
to
perform
anymore
and
that's
very
common.
That's
why
you
get
like
a
wonderful
deal
on
something
you
just
don't
know
that
not
really
going
to
work,
how
to
plant
them.
G
Different
parts
have
different
soils
so
managing
something
and
then
managing
it
and
observing
it
and
seeing
that,
for
example,
we
found
that
apartment-
probably
maybe
Pat,
be
the
red
oaks
anymore.
We
planted
a
variety
of
trees
too.
To
begin
to
see,
you
know,
what's
going
to
respond
to,
what's
going
to
be
better
there,
so
there's
that
there's
a
pre
mean
making
decisions
for
pruning
certain
treats
how
to
prune
them
an
example
of
something
kind
of
that
was
done.
C
G
G
You
know
so
a
forester
would
be
able
to
give
some
guidance
on
that
some
feedback
and
the
environmental
department
has
been
working
on
a
tree
ordinance
that
also
protects
trees,
and
that
can
get
a
little
controversial
because
then
people
were
like
well
you're,
not
going
to
tell
me,
you
know
the
power
I
should
imagine.
You
know
a
tree,
that's
on
my
property,
but
we
try
to
be
trees.
It
might
be
historic
and
stuff
like
that
pests.
How
to
deal
with
different
pests.
G
Forestry
also
involves
having
a
mixed
palette
of
trees
so
that,
if
you
have
a
particularly
emerald
ash
borer,
it's
something
that's
kind
of
sweeping
the
country
right
now.
So
a
lot
of
ash
trees
are
being
affected
by
that.
So
if
you
tend
to
focus
on
ash
trees
because
they
knew
the
best
and
are
most
resilient,
if
that
pest
happens
to
invade
I
mean
there
go
all
all
of
your
ash
trees.
G
And
so
you
know
knowing
how
to
kind
of
manage
of
a
full
system
of
that,
and
so
one
of
the
things
I
came
up
over
and
over
again
had
to
do
with
leadership.
Leadership
involves
presenting
others
with
a
vision
of
what
they
might
achieve.
That
was
a
big
kind
of
comment.
How
individuals
and
small
groups
can
make
a
big
impact
on
the
community
to
spread
the
message
and
to
kind
of
begin
to
gain
momentum
in
a
movement
towards
more
greening
and
I.
G
Think
we're
seeing
that
now,
I
mean
just
from
the
last
year
having
these
two
pending
events
and
then
communicating
with
council
and
suggesting
the
right
time
to
plant.
We
don't
want
to
be
planting
in
late
spring
or
even
early
spring,
because
we
get
hot
so
quickly,
so
you
want
to
give
trees
about
three
months
to
adapt
and
so
winter,
following
winter,
a
great
times
of
your
plant
roots
become
very
active.
G
Even
though
they're
the
tops
kind
of
become
one
and
so
trying
to
think
of
ways
that
we
can
I,
guess
spin
it
presented
to
the
community
involved
than
that
we've
talked
about
that
this
whole
evening,
I
think
of
how
the
communities
begin
to
get
involved
at
our
valuable
players
and
protecting
our
part
except
job,
as
you
know
that
provements
that
we
make
and
so
thinking
of
leadership
in
those
terms
of
different
elements
of
themes
of
sustainability,
environmental
justice,
remediation
leadership,
again,
sustainability
I
mean
that's
a
big
one
that
comes
into
play
with
shading,
with
even
helping
buildings
remain
cooler
and
using
less
electricity.
G
The
urban
heat
island
effect.
That's
when
your
city
is
when
the
urban
environment
becomes
several
degrees
hotter
than
you
know
what
would
be
a
rule
nearby
environment
because
of
the
asphalt
and
concrete,
absorbing
heat
and
reflecting
it
back.
I
mean.
Obviously
we
have
that
as
an
issue
here
in
Laredo
we're
looking
at
we're.
G
One
of
the
things-
and
you
know
some
of
those
stuff
in
terms
of
inventory.
These
are
things
that
my
divisions
already
looking
to
work
on
a
little
more
there's
a
lot
of
technology
out
there
there's
something
called
eye
tree
and
the
forestry
department
and
Forestry
Service
that
work
with
you
to
begin
to
document
and
take
an
image
of
your
city.
I
know
that
off
the
bat
the
trees
we're
passing
through
my
division
were
cataloging
them.
We're
mapping
them
on
park's
map
will
be
doing
annual.
G
You
know
measuring
of
the
growth
of
the
trunks,
and
all
that
to
just
you
know,
have
an
overall
idea
of
what
we're
doing.
At
the
end
of
the
day,
you
know
they're
they're,
valuable
parts
to
the
part
that
costs
money
not
only
in
terms
of
the
tree
but
of
maintenance
and
upkeep.
So
you
know
treating
them
as
such
and
giving
them
any
more
and
do
something
that
we're
looking
to
to
do
so
to
backtrack
a
little
bit.
There
was
one
very
interesting
aspect
of
this
conference.
G
Tommy
was
a
tour
that
we
took,
so
we
were
in
Irvine
in
California
and
beautiful
weather
and
we
socks.
There
was
this
tour
of
Irvine
Ranch,
and
so
we
thought
we
were
going
to
jump
on
the
bus
and
go
to
the
location,
and
we
were
just
cruising
around
this
whole
city
and
they
became
a
pair
of
oh
this.
The
city
is
within
this
ranch
and,
as
we
learned
later,
that
pull
city
and
area
is
a
corporation.
G
So
it's
not
run
in
the
same
way
that
you
know
most
municipalities
around
and
what
was
even
more
interesting
was
that
the
city
is
about
50
years
old,
totally
developed,
really
beautiful,
and
it
was
completely
master
plan
from
the
start.
So
imagine
driving
around
our
city
here
and
every
street
was
lined
with
trees
in
an
orderly
manner.
Like
I
was
explaining
this.
G
Creepy,
but
it
was
incredible
to
see
it
on
such
a
large
scale,
trees
everywhere,
particular
varieties.
Someone
made
the
comment,
a
you
are
using
five
or
six
species
overall.
Aren't
you
afraid
of
something
coming
in
that
can
affect
them?
Yes,
that
was
something
that
that
they
are.
You
know
monitoring
very
closely
to
make
sure
they're
not
going
to
get
some
kind
of
test
to
come
in
and
decimate.
You
know
species
of
trees.
G
That's
just
you
know,
kind
of
clean
slate
and
and
not
really
worry
about
how
we
can
use
sure
we
have
these
different
types
of
species.
We
may
not
have
these
super
tall
trees
in
our
native
environment,
but
many
times
are
still
stuff.
That's
valuable
that
could
be
designed
around
or
incorporated
into
a
design,
and
so
it
was
interesting
to
see
just
the
measures
that
they
take
to
preserve
their
environment.
That
saw
is
just
kind
of
hanging
out.
Was
that
comfort
that.
J
G
The
fire
started
in
the
second
day
of
the
conference
north.
They
were
more
North.
Actually,
my
brother
lived
in
Paradise
little
scene.
No,
he
didn't
live
there.
He
was
live
there
in
the
past,
but
yeah
90%
of
that
city
was
lost
and
I
think
there
was
some
fires
in
that
aid
that
are
under
control.
Now
we
were
a
little
south
of
Los
Angeles
and
meeting
somebody
that
was
from
Los
Angeles
there
for
the
conference.
F
There
any
programs
that
the
city
has
or
is
there
and
programs
to
train
tree
cutters
in
the
city.
For
example,
you
know
I
live
in
Del,
Mar,
I'm
tell
Marcy
and
we
just
hired
a
guy
to
trim
all
of
our
trees
and
I
think
they
look
butchered.
But
my
husband
assures
me
that
no
that's
actually
how
he
was
to
do
it,
but
we
have
a
different
guy
trim,
our
tree
at
our
old
house,
and
that
really
does
look
terrible
and
they
all
seem
to
trim
trees,
really
poorly
and
and
I
I.
G
My
tree
and
you're
right,
you
do
trim
different
trees
different
and
we
do
lack
that
in
our
city,
knowledge
on
how
to
do
that.
So
you
get
a
lot
of
gardeners
and
stuff
that
just
is
so
intuitively
and
they
don't
know
what
they're
doing
I
can
tell
you
that
Victor
and
I
were
going
to
in
October
get
our
arborist
certification.
That
was
gonna
require
some
travel.
It
was
like
for
Friday's
in
October,
so
we're
gonna
have
to
travel
there.
Thursday.
