A
G
G
My
name
is
Roberto
Garza
and
I
own
that
property
on
Hillside
Road
I'll
tell
a
little
bit.
If
you
give
me
some
time,
I
run
a
restaurant
there
in
1994
for
two
years
after
an
alcoholic,
Mexican,
food
and
I
never
had
any
problem
with
it.
Then,
after
that
I
went
to
Koto
Sushi,
which
was
was
the
first
quarter
place
in
Laredo
for
18
years,
and
they
never
had
any
problems.
Okay
now
during
the
pandemic,
I
had
one
or
two
tenants
that
didn't
work
very
well,
but
right
now
we
have
this
Miss
cabaza.
G
She
did
a
very
good
job.
They
have
a
very
good
service
in
the
restaurant
that
were
very
good,
honest
people.
Now
they
do
sell
breakfast
only
okay,
so
in
order
to
come
up
with
the
high
price
of
insurance,
the
high
price
of
property
taxes
that
went
into
effect
this
year,
Well
20,
more
I
just
invested
invested
about
35
000
on
new
air
conditioning
myself.
Okay
and
it's
gonna
be
under
25
000
of
the
roof.
G
So
we
need
your
help
on
authorizing
this
because
she
needs
to
extend
the
hours
of
operation
from
selling
the
world
right
channels.
In
the
morning
and
stuff
like
that,
to
celebrate
real
burgers
and
Fajita
happy
Kenya
and
all
that,
and
as
you
know,
that
Mexican
food
was
very
well
with
cerveza,
you
know
so
so
that's
why
she's
asking
for
that
special
permit.
It's
not
a
bar
you're,
going
to
be
a
restaurant
selling
beer
and
whether
you
have
to
do
that.
G
Okay,
where
she's
an
honest,
lady
and
I'm,
an
honest
person,
we
run
businesses
and
we
don't
try
to
harm
anybody,
no
neighbors,
nobody
else
and
don't
do
anything
wrong
with
the
property.
G
So
we
need
your
help
on
helping
on
solve
this
problem
because
we
need
to
survive
them
in
the
after
the
pandemic,
with
us
about
three
years
without
pre-witness
and
then
I
come
back
and
I
had
to
pay
a
newer
consumed
because
about
35
000
and
then
the
roof,
and
all
that
so
and
she
needs
to
stand
the
answer
operation
from
only
breakfast
to
lunch
and
dinner,
and
we
need
to
sell
beer
like
like
those
and
all
that
and
others
it's
not
a
bar.
It's
only
a
restaurant
selling
beer,
so
we
need
you
hop
into.
G
H
Suggestion
the
thing
is
that
I
know
there
has
been
a
lot
of
different
restaurants
in
in
that
building,
and
the
issue
is
the
parking
that's
number
one
and
I
know
in
the
in
the
list
that
we
have
here.
H
I
know
that
you
said
it
said
it
says
that
you're
not
going
to
use
the
patio
right
area
that
will
in
decrease,
yes,
decrease
the
the
spaces,
and
you
would
need
like
around
six
or
seven
to
to
have
the
total
that
the
ordinance
asks
for
right.
But
my
suggestion
is
at
what
time
you
want
a
alcohol
permit
and
right
now
you
only
serve
breakfast
and
you
say
lunch
and
dinner
and
the
alcohol
permit.
H
Do
you
need
it
for
five
six,
seven
o'clock,
because
I
know
in
that
area
you
have
three
or
four
right
that
are
against
you.
You
mentioned
four
that
are
against
a
lot
of
the
area
there
because
of
the
of
the
houses
that
are
right
next
door
right
that
that
is
the
main
concern.
It's
not
our
concerned
right.
G
H
I
H
G
Long
as
you
can
but
I
appreciate,
let
me
mention
something
we
we
didn't
have
that
many
turnouts.
We
only
have
myself
and
then
Koto
and
then
I
during
the
pandemic
after
the
court
left
I
had
two
one
very
bad
person:
okay,
that
they
want
to
run
a
nightclub
and
I.
Don't
blame
you
for
for
getting
his
license
off,
because
you
want
to
get
a
lot
of
noise.
He
was
supposed
to
have
a
restaurant.
He
was
just
a
lot
of
people
getting
ready
now
noisy
at
night
and
all
that
so.
G
Bring
the
neighbor
for
doing
that:
okay,
complaining
about
that
these
people,
this
whole
different
operation,
okay,
so
I
think
it
would
be
between
12,
10
and
12
at
night.
You
can
keep
it
moderate.
You
know
like
it
will
depatio,
because
people
need
to
smoke,
you
know
and
as
a
right
now,
the
way
it
is
people
going
in
the
morning
for
lunch.
They
go
inside
and
sit
down
with
a
cup
of
coffee
and
smoke.
You
know
so
I
know
the
reason
you
had
a
lot
of
people
complaining
at
that
time.
G
G
Okay,
so
I'm
pretty
sure
that
was
10
12
o'clock,
okay,
sometimes
you
can
get
a
you
can
give
us
authorizer
for
that
now,
when
I
run
my
restaurant
is
there
I
mean
I
got
a
lot
of
business
for
two
years
like
closely
because
I
do
have
not
been
in
downtown
and
I
wasn't
able
to
manageable.
So
then,
but
it
was,
it
was
a
good
business
and
I
never
had
any
problem
with
parking,
because
usually
people's
people
go
across
places,
they
own
their
family,
three
or
four
people
at
a
time.
G
So
the
restaurant
is
very
small
thing.
You
know
they
can
they
can
there
they
can
they
don't?
We
don't
need
that
many
space,
and
now
we
do
use
uses
right
now.
The
next
zone
parking
the
doctor
next
door
actualizer.
She
spoke
to
him
this
morning,
but
she
hasn't
got
an
answer
to
sign
something.
But
as
of
right
now,
they've
been
using
it
sometimes
when
they
get
our
crowded,
but
it
is
not
necessarily,
but
if
you
suggest
that
okay,
you
can
help
only
that.
K
So
Mr
chairman,
just
for
terrification,
we
did
the
calculation
of
the
restaurant
without
the
patio
and
we
calculate
that
they
would
need
26
parking
spaces.
Currently,
the
the
facility
has
22,
so
if
they
would
make
an
agreement
for
four
parking
spaces
next
door
that
would
comply
and
if
they
would
bring
that
if
they
would
bring
that
to
us
with
some
kind
of
agreement
that
would
that
would
meet
their
parking
needs
if
they
don't
use
the
petting
okay,
okay,.
K
D
K
E
I
I
would
I
would
opposed
to
the
applicant
to
bring
back
the
agreement
you're
going
to
be
allowed
to
use
to
meet
all
the
ordinance
requirements
so
that
we
can
better
assist.
You.
C
K
There
is
an
ordinance
it
allows
for
that
within
a
thousand
feet
of
a
business,
so
if
they
can,
if
they
bring
a
lease
agreement
or
something
like
that,
then
that
would
comply
with
the
ordinance
now.
The
the
action
that
we're
looking
at
today
is
to
approve
the
the
restaurant
Serene
alcohol.
That
would
be
the
action
that
you
all
would
be
taking
and
then,
when
they
come
in,
for
the
building
permit,
they'd
have
to
comply
with
the
parking.
K
That's
when
they're
going
to
have
to
prove
the
parking
and
have
the
lease
and
and
that
information.
So,
but
at
this
moment,
right
now,
what's
in
front
of
you
is
approval
for
a
liquor
license.
K
L
L
Chairman,
so
this
is
concern
about
the
hour
of
operations.
I
definitely
feel
more
comfortable.
If
11
o'clock
I
know
the
the
pre-existing
special
youth
programs
that
were
granted
were
at
11
o'clock
and
now
they're,
trying
to
they're
asking
for
two
o'clock
and
I.
Just
think
that,
given
the
location-
and
you
know
they
are
going
to
serve
beer
and
I
mean
she
said
she
doesn't
want
to
work
till
two
o'clock
in
the
morning.
G
H
H
H
K
A
This
is
a
public.
Thank
you.
O
O
D
O
O
And
that's
our
concern.
We
just
don't
want
to
go
through
that.
It
was
really
really
bad.
So
that's
that's.
The
only
concern
we
have
once
a
permit
is
is
allowed.
We
just
don't
want
to
go
through
that
again.
It's
really
really
sad.
You
know
going
through
that
now,
like
I
said
once
I
mean
since
the
1980s,
it's
been
a
very
quietful
neighborhood
I
mean
we
never
never
had
any
problems
before.
O
Never
until
this
so-called
restaurants
came
and
they
asked
turned,
you
know
they
turned
out
into
club
like
entities
and
please
please
I
hope
that
you
support
Us
in
this
great
issue,
because
we
don't
want
to
go
through
that
again.
It
was
a
torture,
a
torture
every
night
until
two
o'clock
in
the
morning
hearing
that
very
loud
music.
Please,
we
don't
want
to
go
through
that
again,
but.
E
If,
if
I
may,
have
you
had
any
noise
issues
with
the
current
restaurant?
Oh
no,
not
at
all,
don't.
E
O
Okay
with
these
hours
that
they
have
the
present
business,
it's
okay,
I
think
they're
open
until
3
30,
something
like
that
or
four
o'clock.
But
if
this
other
place
is
going
to
be
open
until
like
they
say
maybe
two
o'clock
in
the
morning
and
they
start
selling
they're
gonna,
sell
alcohol,
I
mean
they're
gonna,
be
I,
don't
know
whether
we're
going
to
be
with
the
same
problem
as
before.
There.
A
There's
there's
two:
there
are
some
limitations
and
one
of
the
suggestions
like
commissioner
mentioned.
D
A
To
reduce
the
hours
down
to
11
pm
was
one
of
the
suggestions.
Also
sometimes
it's
mentioned
here
is
that
outdoor
music
is
prohibited,
so
there
is
no
outdoor
music
allowed
in
the
patio.
K
A
H
H
Right,
that's
what
it
says:
outboard
outdoor
music,
it
it's
in
the
where,
where
it
states.
L
K
D
O
Selling
beer?
Yes,
yes,
that's
the
main
problem
once
they
stop
selling
beers
and
open
the
patio
outside.
That's
when
the
problem
starts,
and
it's
it's
a
torture.
It's
a
nightly.
Torture
I
mean
not
being
able
to
sleep
in
your
own
home
and
you
want
please
I
mean
restaurants,
have
music
indoors
and
that's
fine,
but
when
they
play
the
music
outside,
it
changes
the
whole
story.
So
please,
please
I,
appreciate
it
very
much.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
So
much.
Thank
you.
C
I
make
a
motion
to
support
the
recommendation
from
planning
from
the
office.
Do
not
support
this
Italian
personally.
H
D
C
L
C
A
Thank
you
we're
now
moving
on
to
you
in
consideration
the
following
master
plan
item
7A
review
of
the
revision
of
cuatro
Vientos
consumer
subdivision
master
plan.
The
intent
is
residential,
commercial
and
multi-family.
The
purpose
of
the
revision
is
to
eliminate
the
connection
from
Blanca
Lane
to
cuatro
Vientos
Road
and
change
the
land
use
of
phase
12
from
commercial
to
residential.
P
D
R
Wayne
Nance
reporters
engineering.
We
agree
with
all
the
comments
that
staff
has,
except
for
traffic
and
safety
item
number
one.
We
would
like
to
have
that
stricken.
We
did.
We
were
in
Communications
all
day
today
and
yesterday
with
the
with
the
director
of
the
traffic
department,
and
he
agrees
that
extending
Bianca
is
not
possible
due
to
Elevation
differences.
R
We're
going
to
work
with
the
city
staff
during
the
One-Stop
shop
to
find
ways
to
reroute
local
traffic
to
the
South,
but
Bianca
as
it
stands
will
be,
will
be
terminated
where
it's
at
right
now,
so
so
I
can.
K
Speak
yeah.
So,
basically
what
happens
is
if
you,
if
you
were
to
look
at
the
land
and
cuatro
Vientos,
the
difference
is
40
feet
Yes
about
40
feet.
So
in
talking
to
the
traffic,
we're
we're
looking
at,
maybe
bringing
the
street
down
because
you're
literally
talking
about
a
the
streets
going
up
to
a
highway
and
then
trying
to
make
that
turn
so
for
safety
reasons,
we're
looking
at
that,
so
they're
bringing
it
in
because
of
a
master
plan.
C
C
We
want
you
to
approve
with
eliminating
the
number
one.
Second.
C
D
A
P
K
Including
our
record,
so
Mr
chairman
on
this
one,
one
of
the
the
issues
we
had
was
our
therapy
plan
shows
a
road
going
through
this
property
in
this
design
that
you
see
here,
he
does
not
reflect
that
earlier
today.
He
called
us
to
show
us
a
design
which
I
believe
he's
going
to
present
and
that
design
does
incorporate
the
peripheral
pattern
through
it,
and
so
do
you
like
the
idea
what
we
just
we
just
were
presented
with
that
this
afternoon,
so
he
just
wants
to
show
it
to
you.
Okay,.
S
Representing
the
owner,
so
this
okay,
so
before
on
our
master
plan
that
you
see
in
your
packet,
we
had
this
road
looping
here.
S
After
reviewing
with
the
planning
department
and
the
client,
the
thoroughfare
plan
did
have
a
road
connecting
to
I-35.
That
is
a
major
road
there.
It's
a
120
foot
right
away.
So
these
past
four
days
we've
been
going
back
and
forth,
and
the
client
has
agreed
to
bring
that
road
in
here
at
120
and
tying
into
I-35.
So
this
is
the
new
layout
with
the
road
that
planning
wanted
us
to
implement
in
there.
S
So
most
of
it
stays
the
same
other
than
just
this
road
being
now
coming
through
from
the
from
the
neighbor
I'm
here
to
answer
any
questions
that
you
may
have.
H
S
So
there's
really
only
two
landowners
here
our
track
and
then
the
track
just
west
of
us
and
that's
roughly
about
a
six
Thousand
Acre
track.
S
So
here
roughly
mile
marker
17,
but
just
it's
probably
about
three
quarters
of
a
mile
to
a
mile
from
the
ruthinger
tie-in
at
I-35
north
of
that
okay.
S
A
P
B
P
S
A
P
Yes,
Mr
chairman
applicant
GDP,
land,
Holdings,
Engineers
outside
uses
industrial
and
the
Zoning,
for
this
is
not
applicable
for
this
for
a
lot
of
development,
it's
not
applicable
as
this
track
is
loaded
with
the
etj
location
view.
S
For
the
record
topside
civil
group,
this
is
phase
two.
This
is
on
the
southern
part
of
the
master
plan.
There
is
a
small
adjustment
because
we
did
on
the
previous
master
plan.
We
had
a
road
coming
down
to
tie
into
this
road
that
we
thought
was
going
to
tie
in
down
here,
because
we
moved
the
road
up
and
this
road
got
eliminated.
S
One
lot
had
to
get
a
little
bit
bigger
so
that
we
don't
leave
a
lot
without
access,
so
the
southern
lot
lot
2
grew
a
little
bit
in
size
on
that
other
than
that
everything
else
pretty
much
stayed
the
same.
It
kind
of
worked
out
in
a
way
again.
If
anybody
has
any
comments
on
there,
also
for
the
record
that
Municipal
utility
district
has
been
signed
off
already
by
TCEQ
this
past
week.
So
that's
our
Jordan
fruition.
H
A
This
is
the
debate.
Okay.
P
P
K
For
chairman,
just
to
let
you
know,
the
engineer
was
enabled
he's
out
of
town,
he
will
be
here,
but
he
concurs
would
come
and
what
this
is
this?
Bringing
in
more
parking
area?
Okay,.
N
D
A
P
P
A
K
The
county
does
not
have
policing
authority
of
zoning.
So
when
we
talk
about
the
etj,
they
they
follow
construction
requirements.
The
city
has
but
but
we
don't
establish
a
Zone
because
it's
in
the
county.
So
that's
why
you
see
that
comment
there,
so
the
county
doesn't
apply.
Zoning
use
what
the
city
does,
but
this
is
outside
the
city
limits.
K
A
You
have
a
motion
to
table
by
commissary
Garcia
the.
K
A
P
B
B
A
L
P
B
R
You
again
Mr
chairman
Wayne
supporters
engineering.
We
agree
with
all
the
comments.
I
just
wanted
to
clarify
item
number
one
under
Fire.
We
met
with
Chief
Rubin
earlier
this
week,
and
it
just
it
just
says,
cannot
allow
further
development,
but
we're
going
to
be
working
with
him,
as
they
pointed
out
further
below
what
we're
going
to
be
working
with
him
for
a
secondary
access
during
the
One-Stop
shop
and
we'll
resolve
that.
I
Yeah,
but
they
originally
submitted,
does
meet
coded.
The
master
plan
shows
multiple
exits.
The
only
problem
is
that
these
are
probably
in
the
distant
future,
so
we
did
meet
with
the
engineer
and
there's
a
couple
of
utility
I
guess:
access
easements
that
they're
going
to
use
to
provide
temporary
a
second
temporary
access
until
these
further
punch-outs
are
in
place,
so
they're,
technically
I,
guess
going
above
what
the
Cobra
Parts
perfect.
K
H
Just
just
to
reinforce
that
there's
going
to
be
700
homes
and
they
only
have
one
entry
and
one
exit
and
that's
the
only
thing
we
need
to
assure
or
ensure
that
we
have
an
extra
exit.
I
know.
Mr
Ronaldo
has
been
speaking
out
to
you
for
that.
But
that's
that's
the
only
thing
that
I
wanted
to
clarify.
C
Real
quick
should
the
option
the
to
approve,
with
the
recommendations,
approval
that
the
fire
department's
concerns
be
part
of
that.
Absolutely
so
it's
I
would
say
the
same
thing
with
with
just
to
make
sure
that
they
follow
through
on
number
one,
because
it's
it's
a
real
big
concern
about
that.
A
K
Yes,
if
you
could
please
table
item
9B,
9B.
A
As
in
Boynton
B,
uncertainty
can
have
a
motion
table
motion.
D
A
Motion
carries
can
I
now
hear
items

Ace
can
I
have
a

here
in

D

moving
on
to
consideration
the

the

rural

for
the

Sorry,

H

That's
for
the
record,
the
items
that
were
approved
final

of
the

South

Now,
moving
on
to
consideration
of

consideration
of
the

submission

compliance

which
needed
some
sort
of
action.
Replication
on
this

a

by

carries
staff.
K
Reports
yes,
Mr
chairman:
every
year,
City
councils
presented
the
capital
Improvement
plan
for
the
city
Laredo.
A
part
of
the
process
is
to
present
the
capital
Improvement
plan
to
the
planning
zoning
commission.
So
with
us
today
we
have
Mr
Ramon
Chavez,
the
city
engineer,
who
will
be
presenting
the
capital
Improvement
plan
to
you,
import
action.
T
Members
of
the
commission,
thank
you
for
having
me
today.
Ramon
travel,
City
engineering
and
we're
glad
to
be
here
to
present
before
you,
the
capital,
Improvement
plan,
FY
2024
2028,
and
just
give
you
a
brief
overview
of
next
week's
presentation
as
part
of
our
budget
meetings,
which
will
be
held,
I
think
Tuesday
through
Thursday,
so
we'll
be
here
presiding
this,
and
this
is
just
an
overview
I.
Also
with
me.
I
have
Mr
Jesus
Esparza
who's.
T
A
budget
director
and
Evelyn
Gomez
from
our
staff
who've
been
working
very
hard,
along
with
our
departments
to
put
this
together,
so
so
the
capital
Improvement
budget.
Again,
this
is
the
city's
annual
appropriation
for
Capital
spending
and
it's
legally
adopted
by
the
mayor
and
city
council
and
that's
a
part
of
our
budget
workshops
that
will
be
held
next
week.
Again.
This
authorizes
specific
projects,
an
appropriate
specific
funding
for
those
projects.
The
capital
Improvement
provides
legal
authority
to
proceed
with
those
specific
projects.
T
This
assist
and
identifying
planning
acquiring
property
financing,
and
those
are
all
the
things
that
staff
works
together,
along
with
the
mayor
city,
council
management
and
the
Departments
again
to
uphold
the
city's
Vision.
That
says,
City
needs,
promote
Financial
stability,
new
construction
expansions,
Renovations,
reconstructions,
Etc
and
again
major
maintenance
items.
T
These
are
some
of
the
major
accomplishments
in
the
past
FY
2023
Los
presidentes
arterial,
which
was
opened
up
earlier
in
the
year,
connecting
cuatro
Vientos
Luke
to
Brownwood
Street
and
providing
a
secondary
exit
to
the
residents
of
Concord
Hills.
T
The
resurfacing
of
386
city
blocks
by
a
public
works
department,
the
World
Trade
Bridge,
a
fast
lane,
relocation
project,
Freddie,
benavidez,
feel
improvements
of
concession
stands
restrooms
and
the
Outfield
fencing
the
McPherson
right
turn
lane
at
Fenwick
Drive
and
improvements
on
North
Central,
Park,
Ada
playground.
So
some
of
the
goals
for
FY
2024
include
the
extension
of
Concord
Hills
from
Los
presidentes
to
the
sports,
complex,
which
you
will
see
breaking
ground
here
very
soon.
We've
already
awarded
all
the
permits.
You'll
start
seeing
some
earthwork
in
a
week
or
two
already
for
that
project.
T
A
45
million
dollar
project-
that's
coming
the
Plaza
theater
Renovations,
which
we
have
an
item
on
this
Monday's
agenda
to
the
award,
the
the
sign
of
that
Plaza
Theater
renovation,
cdbg
Corpus,
Christi
purification,
which
is
underway
four
blocks
from
Cedar
Avenue
to
McClellan
Avenue,
currently
under
construction,
Market,
Street,
elderly,
affordable
rental
housing
on
Mark
Street
on
Sanders,
which
you
already
see
some
of
those
structures
going
up.
As
we
speak.
T
Memorial
Park
Splash
Pad,
which
is
under
design
the
next
phase
of
Springfield
phase
two,
which
will
be
now
from
Shiloh
going
south
to
International,
and
that
is
already
under
design.
T
We
expect
to
have
a
plans
and
let
that
project
at
the
beginning
of
2024
in
the
Southern
Hotel
Rehabilitation,
which
we
had
a
pre-construction
meeting
earlier
this
week
with
the
comptor
that
was
awarded
that
so
this
is
the
proposed
2023
CEO
bond
that
we're
going
after
we're,
looking
at
40
million,
just
four
projects
and
capital
Outlet,
also
16
million
for
solid
waste
improvements
and
the
airport
1.7
million
for
a
total
of
57.7
million.
T
These
are
some
of
the
funding
source
summary
that
we
have,
as
you
can
see
there.
The
proposio
40
million
the
airport
proposed
a
solid
waste
Bond
along
with
grand
system,
Revenue
Tech
stock,
Texas
wall
development
board,
developer
contributions
and
unfunded
projects
from
utilities
and
Tech
stock
yeah.
This
is
the
department
total
summary
of
2.9
billion
over
the
next
five
years,
as
you
can
see
it
there,
starting
from
2024
992
million
20
25
and
118
million
2020.
T
In
a
nutshell,
this
is
a
summary
by
categories
of
FY
2024
and,
as
you
can
see,
a
lot
of
Mobility
infrastructure
75,
and
that
is
due
to
all
the
overpasses
that
will
start
construction
here
in
the
next
few
months,
beginning
of
next
year.
T
Talking
about
the
overpass
on
Del
Mar
Boulevard,
the
overpass
on
University
Boulevard
on
Shiloh,
Boulevard
and
jacaman
Boulevard,
so
that
it's
a
total
of
992
million
the
department
summary
by
categories,
as
you
can
see
their
Aviation
Transit
facility,
Public,
Safety
and
District
party
funds,
which
this
year
it's
been
proposed
that
each
council
member
gets
250
000
along
with
the
mayor
and
that's
my
presentation
in
a
nutshell.
Like
I
said
it's
just
a
brief
overview.
T
The
entire
300
plus
package
can
be
found
online
under
the
budget
department's
website
under
proposed
Capital
Improvement
program.
2024-2028.
A
E
T
Just
based
on
the
Departments,
each
department
has
a
program
projects
that
are
being
proposed
from
airport
Bridge,
not
only
what
we're
proposing
under
the
co
bonds,
but
since
Tim's
revenue
and
other
department
grants,
and
at
the
end
of
the
day.
That's
where
that
all
the
Departments
put
together.
That's
how
that
amount
comes
about.
T
T
C
C
A
lot
of
that
for.
L
A
T
No
that's
some
of
it
is
still
unfunded
and
they're
going
to
be
looking
for
some
of
that
Bond
money
as
well.
I
know,
they've
already
acquired
some
of
that
money
for
some
projects
that
are
already
in
the
works
as
part
of
the
master
plan.
Okay,.
K
The
action
would
just
be
a
an
action
of
recommendation
to
the
council.
Okay,.
A
D
A
A
Recommendation,
do
you
have
a
motion
in
a
second
against
motion,
carries
comments.
