us

guidance

money
being

spent
during

feasibility

million
dollars
looking
at
the
property
because
it

such
a
big
purchase
and
one

the
things
we
did
there

advanced

master
plan.

property
next
door
and
we
added
this

the

approved

judgment
there
to
deal
with
people

txdot

strong
tendency

txdot
to
resist
connectivity

people
that
are
operating

certain
