Description
Max A Mandel Golf Course Advisory Committee Meeting 072221
A
That
is
correct.
Let
me
call
this
meeting
to
order,
then
welcome
everybody
to
the
city
period.
Mexico
golf
course
advisory
committee,
known
as
the
media
agenda,
written
notices
here
by
giving
up
a
meeting
the
city
of
the
right
of
mexico
mandela,
golf
course:
advisory
committee
to
be
held
on
thursday
july
22nd
2021
at
the
maximum
bill.
Golf.
A
The
minutes
have
been
approved.
Is
there
any
public
comments?
A
No,
no
okay,
communications
that
follows
up
to
you
or
dennis
yeah,.
D
D
A
C
As
we
all
know,
tom
has
moved
on
and
in
his
place
right
now
we
have
david
smith.
Some
of
you
know
him
from
the
club.
I
I've
known
him
for
about
20
years
now,
so
I
can't
be
happier
it's
a
level
of
communication
that
you
know
wasn't
there
before.
So
it's
very
easy
for
me
to
say:
hey,
there's
this
spot
on
six.
I
don't
know.
I
know
you
all
saw
gary
jacob's
email.
B
C
So
that
ended
up
throwing
all
our
boards,
our
circuit
boards,
on
our
satellites
per
hole.
Some
of
them
got
burned
out.
So
by
the
time
we
got
everything
back
in
place.
There
was
some
areas
because
we
were
rotating.
We
pulled
out
the
board
off
one
machine
put
water
that
one
overnight,
because
we
cannot.
B
C
Satellite
pieces
in
time,
just
because
of
cobin,
just
like
in
everything
else,
there
was
a
supply
kind
of
issue.
We
got
everything
in
place
now
now
we're
working
with
getting
those
boards
back
up,
but
we're
watering
back
every
day,
again
coach.
Thank
you.
For
yesterday
we
had
another
leak
on
10
and
the
guys
came
and
responded,
and
we
got
it
back
to
so.
We
didn't
even
skip
one
day
of
watering
with
that.
I
know
coach
and
I
have
talked
to
mr
rapturo
from
utilities,
and
he
said
that
being
our
pipes
are
10
years.
C
D
And
in
the
last
couple
of
months,
we've
been
having
issues
with
the
sprinklers
like
the
the
main
lines
and
all
that
and
and
talking
with
them
they
said,
look,
mr
holmes.
This
thing
is
already
like
that
that
is
that
10
to
11
years
old,
god
knows
how
long
or
it's
going
to
last.
So
you
know
they're
gonna,
I'm
going
to
meet
with
them
here
soon
after
I
was
supposed.
D
So
it's
going
to
be
a
work
in
progress,
but
I
think
this
is
stuff
that
he's
telling
us
that
it's
you
know,
like
anything
else
like
the
pipes
in
your
house
with
time
it
starts
to
give
out
and
we're
going
to
have
start
having
issues
all
we're
gonna
be
doing.
You're
gonna
be
calling
this,
which
we
don't
mind
they
said,
but
I
think
we
need
to
listen.
Let's
address.
Let's
get
this
that's
the
main
issue
and
have
to
review
something
and
make
lives.
D
A
On
this
particular
issue,
and
one
of
the
things
that'd
be
great,
that
would
be
great
for
all
of
us
is
we
have
to
learn
the
whole
process
as
we
move
along
when
you
get
to
that
point.
I'd
like
to
see
if
we
can
get
a
in
one
of
the
one
of
these
monthly
meetings,
a
description
of
what's
going
to
go
on,
why
it's
going
to
go
on?
Are
we
using
what
we're
doing
and
how
we're
going
to
train
them
in
detail.
C
Like
you
said
for
the
longest
time,
you
know
that
was
always
kind
of
the
if
you
could
say
anything
about
a
reason
why
they
were
a
little
slower
than
what
the
course
looks.
Of
course
looks
like
it's
going
to
have
fast
greens.
I
think
we've
always
been
very
cautious
to
not
cut
them
too
short,
not
even
dry
too
long,
because
you
know
then
you're
kind
of
in
that
slippery
slope.
C
Where
you
know
one
bad
thing
can
really
send
you
into
a
bad
situation,
but
with
dave
being
here
and
all
that,
that's
kind
of
one
thing
we
talked
about
was
to
let's
see
we
can
get
just
a
little
bit
faster,
a
little
bit
healthier,
even
though
they
might
not
look
as
healthy,
because
they
don't
look
as
green
but
they're,
actually
very
healthy
and
I'll.
Let
dave
talk
about
it
a
little
bit
just
you
know
how
he's
approaching
that
yeah?
Basically.
E
This
is
typical,
green,
the
same
as
I
was
used
to
over
the
country.
You
can
cut
those
down
to
125
no
problem.
We
came
in,
they
were
135,
which
is
not
much
of
a
difference,
but
in
summer
time
it
really
is.
My
goal
is
to
get
them
back
up
in
height,
but
make
them
tighter
and
healthier.
So
we
can
have
a
healthy
green
through.
E
E
That's
my
biggest
concern
going
into
into
fall
and
winter
is
not
having
these
same
problems
as
I
did
at
the
country
club
and
that
they've
had
here.
You
know
newer
greens,
so
one
of
one
one
concern
is,
you
know,
do
we
oversee
you
know?
Do
we
not
over
seed,
it's
not
a
very
expensive
process,
and
that
really
creates
a
line
through
the
winter
and
spring
involved
with
I
mean
through
spring,
but
the
chemicals
they
have
these
days.
B
E
Out
we
used
to
call
a
transition
period
from
where
you
get
rid
of
the
overseed
to
the
to
the
grass
it's
going
back
to
your
tip
door,
but
my
main
concentration
is
going
to
be
these
greens.
Of
course,
I
think
fantastic
shape.
Drainage
is
excellent.
F
E
With
some
issues
with
the
water
that
aren't
quite
as
strong
those
are
going
to
roll
a
little
bit
faster.
Of
course,
the
consistency
is
going
to
be
through
the
fertilization
in
that
program
which
I'm
currently
working
on
right.
Now,
I've
already
set
out
a
few
different
companies
to
different
soil
samples.
A
A
You
know
this
committee
is
going
to
be
lined
up
with
the
same
answer
across
the
board
from
dennis
to
jj
to
us
as
to
what
we're
doing
it
gives
us
a
sense
of
being
very
well
organized,
and
we
all
have.
We
all
are
aware
of
the
problem.
E
We've
actually
blamed
it
on
tree
ridge
before
I've
been
out
here.
You
know
for
years
playing
here,
and
you
know
the
trees
are
very
close
to
the
greens.
They'll
creep
up
underneath
there
and
suck
all
the
life
out
of
them
and
more
chemicals,
the
more
fertilizer
you
put
on
the
better,
the
trees,
dude
and
it
pretty
much
sucks
the
life
out
of
the
grass.
So
what
happens
is
with
the
with
the
creek
there
and
the
air
movement
and
the
air
is
coming
towards
those
trees?
E
B
E
Thin
once
it
gets
thin
it'll,
let
that
let
that
algae
start
growing
on
top,
which
is
in
the
water
and
then
once
your
soils
I
want
to
call
not
permeate,
but
once
the
soils
get
to
a
certain
level,
it
won't
let
the
water
down.
So
basically,
if
you
try
to
fertilize
it
without
air
fighting
disturbing
it
using
almost
basically
clorox
to
get
rid
of
it,
it
doesn't
take
long
for
it
to
go
away
once
it
goes
away.
E
A
Also,
the
the
idea
of
what
I
call
you
know
in
my
own
world
over
here
is
to
eliminate
emergency
room
situations,
in
other
words,
that
we
that
we
see
this
golf
course
as
as
a
as
a
process
of
adjusting
minor
adjustments
here
and
there
to
maintain,
rather
than
to
have
an
emergency
like
we
did
a
couple
years
ago
with
a
bond
and
all
that
kind
of
stuff,
and-
and
I
think
that
that
communication
level
now
that
I'm
very
happy
to
have
you
here,
because
if
dennis,
if
you
are
in
complete
communication-
and
you
guys
know
each
other
very
well,
I
think
it'll
eliminate
those
things
coming
into
the
fall
and
the
winter.
A
C
So
this
was
something
that
I
had
brought
up
with
tom.
He
was
you
know.
Tom
was
a
little
different,
a
little
hesitant
in
you
know
communicating,
and
you
know
how
to
was
a
little
bit
more
reserved.
You
know
what
I'm
going
to
do
is
every
quarter
or
something
we're
going
to
have
a
little
article
by
david
and
I'll
help
them
write
it.
It's
just
like
real
quick
when
it
gets
to
be
right
between
winter
and
spring
or
whatever
or
right.
C
Going
to
get
thinned
out
and
if
we
cut
it
too
short
before
it
goes
dormant,
then
at
the
end
we
have
no
rough
technically
and
that's
when
you're
going
to
be
fighting
to
try
to
keep
rub.
So
you
let
it
grow
higher
or
thicker
for
the
meantime
and
then,
as
it's
thinning
out,
you
really
don't
notice
it
and
you
never
really
go
through
a
wall
stage.
A
A
We
are
kind
of
falling
behind
on
that
aspect
of
it
and
it
keeps
us
from
moving
forward
and
looking
at
other
things
other
than
the
maintenance
side
of
it,
because
I
know
that
we've
discussed
the
potential
of
this
course
in
terms
of
from
point
a
to
point
c
of
everything
that
we'd
like
to
see
or
potentially
see
out
there.
So
it
keeps
us
when
you
have
what
we
know
that
you're
you
guys
are
have
this
in
order
and
online
yeah.
It
allows
us
to
continue
like,
like
dave,
said
right
now.
A
I'd
rather
have
you
guys
telling
me
what
what
else?
What
else
is
out
there
for
us
to
do?
Rather
than
just
you
know,
stay
in
the
obvious.
D
C
I
think
at
this
point
you
know
for
now
we're
good
kind
of
just
keeping
you
informed
of
the
leaks
that
we
had,
but
everything
kind
of
seems
to
be
moving
in
the
right
direction
and,
as
you
can
tell
the
course
is
in
great
shape.
D
About
possibly
like
lighting
up
the
range,
possibly
allowing
that
post,
10,
11
and
12.-
and
we
told
him
this
yeah,
it
cost
us
maybe
in
phases
all
right
and
there's
benefits
to
lighting
up
the
rates
and
other
dentists.
People
about.
D
The
next
page,
you
can
offer
flexible
evening
hours
for
people
that
work
during
the
day.
You
have
the
opportunity
for
customers
to
visit
at
more
ideal
temperatures
on
hot
days,
which
we
have
a
lot
of
americans,
though,
when
time
falls
back,
golfers
will
be
able
to
do
the
driving
range
with
right.
Illumination
already
will
enjoy
another
activity
to
do
in
the
city,
and
last
helpers
of
all
levels
will
be
able
to
have
fun
and
work
on
their
swing,
but.
C
On
a
summer
day,
but
we
leave
at
8
45,
we
usually
tell
the
guys
that
they
come
and
get
a
rain
bucket
at
7,
just
to
make
sure
that
they're
done
by
8,
30,
8,
45.
C
A
Would
that
include,
leaving
the
whole
golf
course
open,
or
I
mean
in
terms
of
the
clubhouse
and
everything
until
you
know
we
shut
down
because
we're
looking
at
illuminating
those
areas
and
and
close
it,
of
course,
maybe
a
limited
amount
of
time,
maybe
mondays,
wednesdays
or
saturday
whatever
it
is.
However,
the
schedule
is
going
to
go.
I
would
plan
on
keeping
those
lights.
C
Yeah,
so
the
idea
would
be
to
obviously
revisit
it,
but
in
order
to
be
efficient
is
either
to
a
have,
a
trainer
that
you
would
park
there
and
you
could
serve
snacks
and
alcohols
because,
obviously,
yes,
the
golf
is
going
to
be
a
good
revenue,
an
increase
in
revenue
because
of
the
available
times.
But
if
you
go
to
that
place
and
visit
it,
I
mean
their
clubhouse
is
full
of
people.
Eating
watching
spurs,
watching
baseball
games
going
to
hit
walls
coming
back
sitting
down
drinking
some
more.
C
So
the
idea
would
be
for
us
to
obviously
have
the
clubhouse
open
if
we
later
on,
find
out.
Well,
you
know
what
we'd
be
as
as
effective
and
efficient
having
a
little
trailer
there
of
certain
balls
and
having
the
balls
range
balls
and
everything
there
maybe
move
it
to
that
extent.
But
the
idea
would
be
to
have
the
clubhouse
open
throughout
that
time
period,
because
now
you
can
come
head
balls
have
dinner,
so
it
would
also
maybe
even
help
us
in
the
restaurant
type.
B
C
Know
out
of
curiosity
wander
off
to
hole?
Five
and
god
forbid
something
happens,
you
know.
So
we
have
a
lot
of
control
over
those
golf.
A
D
C
C
C
A
little
bit
on
this
coach-
I
I
know
when
we
first
thought
about
it.
We
decided
like
full
course
like
whole
like
full.
Ten,
that's
a
part
five!
Maybe
that's
why
it's
a
little
higher
than
you
know
it's
too
high,
but
after
talking
to
like
maybe
a
couple
of
people
and
to
dave
here,
maybe
we
set
up
just
a
part
three,
even
though
they're
par
fives
during
the
day
in
part
fours.
C
But
in
the
evening
we
reduce
the
lighting
and
we
reduce
the
cost
by
strategically
placing
an
area
that's
going
to
be
used
for
night,
because
also
you're
going
to
eliminate
the
the
wear
and
tear
on
the
actual
course
itself.
Let's
say
you
just
said
that
you're
going
to
average
from
150
yards
to
about
125
yards.
Obviously
the
park
threes
take
care
of
themselves,
but
the
like
a
part.
Five
then
you're
gonna
find
an
area.
That's
gonna
be
a
little
bit
out
of
the
way
from
140
yards,
and
now
you
eliminate
having
to
light
up.
C
You
know
the
all
the
way
from
550
yards
away,
so
hopefully
that
will
eliminate
cost
number.
Two
was
as
as
much
as
I
would
want
the
driving
range
and
the
10
11
and
12.
If
I
had
to
pick
a
choice,
I
would
say
10
and
11
and
12.
just
for
the
reason
that
I
think
there's
already
places
that
you
can
go
hit
a
ball
at
night.
So
we
would,
you
know,
we're
still
going
to
be
considered
a
little
bit
of
a
drive.
C
Why
would
we
wrap
all
the
way
out
there,
but
if
you
have
10
11
and
12,
and
then
we
can
worry
about
the
range
later,
I
think
that's
going
to
be
the
big
draw
where
people
are
going
to
be
like
hey,
I'm
going
to
go
play
some
holes,
I'm
going
to
get
to
hit
the
ball
chip,
it
put
it
and
that's
where
we're
gonna
get,
I
think
the
most
the
best
bang
for
our
buck.
That's
just
me.
C
They're
not
great
tee
boxes,
it's
almost
just
like
a
hitting
area.
So
let's
say
you
find
a
spot
125
yards
out
and
you
kind
of
let's
say
at
the
evening:
the
guy
in
the
cardboard
or
somebody
has
goes
and
puts
the
teeth
where
they're
supposed
to
that
way,
they're
not
in
the
way
during
the
day,
but
you
they're,
almost
you
just
go
out
there.
C
You
set
them:
okay,
that's
where
you're
gonna
hit
from,
but
that's
where
the
lights
at
all
that
stuff,
so
that
you're
still
playing
off,
but
we
don't
have
to
worry
about
spending
so
much
on
lighting
the
whole
course
you
get,
and
I
think
you
brought
this
up
when
we
first
you
and
I
wrote
it
you're
like
dennis,
would
it
be
better
just
to
make
it
part
threes?
So.
D
D
Yeah
and
then
at
the
next
page,
you
see
some
examples
of
level
notes,
elimination,
examples
and
that's
basically,
if
you
don't
have
any
questions
or
concerns
now
to
see
what
direction
the
company
would
like.
G
Yeah,
how
much
would
you
charge
people
to
play
at
night
or
how
would
you
I
think
it's.
C
I
guess
it's
about
19
at
san
antonio,
no
car.
No,
they
don't
have
cars
in
it
or
they're,
not
parts
period
on
that
course,
because
we
have
a
car
we
could,
because
of
our
gps,
that
we
would
be
able
to
do
it
here,
because
we
can
control
where
they
go
so
19
bucks.
Well,
the
only
problem
be:
is
the
you're
gonna
run
into
some
dark
places?
Yeah,
so
that's
that
would
be
a
liability
there
yeah.
So
we
gotta
watch
you
in
the
bridges
and
all
that
stuff.
C
F
C
Spaces
where
and
if
you
know
me
because
I've
been
here
and
I
work
at
night-
and
I
drive
around
with
it's
like
you-
have
a
flashlight,
because
that
screen's
so
bright,
so
it
eliminates
illuminates,
remember
when
the
night
off
before
those
golf
carts.
It
was
dark
yeah,
but
this
time,
when
we
drive
at
night
we're
like
it's
not
too
bad,
because
it's
so
bright
but
yeah
we
would
have
to
probably
by
the
time
all
this
happened.
C
We
would
already
be
in
line
to
get
some
new
parts,
so
we
can
actually
start
looking
at
maybe
having
some
cards
to
have
some
sort
of
little
light,
but
the
gps,
I
mean
you
could
slow
it
down
to
a
clock
or
it's
not
gonna
go
more
than
three
miles
per
hour
at
night
yeah,
it's
a
pain
in
the
you
know
what
yeah!
At
the
end
of
the
day,
it's
safety
and
you're
still
playing
golf.
How
many
times
have
you?
You
know
gone
home
and
watched
golf
at
8
30
at
night
wishing
you
had.
A
A
D
Doing
a
cost
analysis
because
they
want
to
put
grass
for
the
turf
and
turp
is
the
way
to
go
because
of
maintenance
and
up
you
know
the
mains
and
the
operations
and
all
that
so
even
though
well
grass
is
cheaper
in
the
long
run,
but
it's
and
that's
going
to
be
my
selling
point
you
know.
So
I
think
if
we
bring
that
to
the
look.
Yes
we're
going
to
invest
400
whatever,
but
in
the
cost
of
look
how
much
it's
going
to
bring
us
another.
That's
going
to
be!
That's!
That's
the.
A
Wanting
to
provide
at
least
for
my
personal
goal-
I've
always
I've
always
wanted
to
see
this
course
be
self-sufficient
and
that
it
can
be
something
that
counsel
that
would
become
not
a
burden
on
the
taxpayer,
but
some
sort
of
revenue
stream
for
the
city
as
little
as
it
may
be,
at
least
we're
not
asking
for
anything
and
as
we
move
forward,
because
we
you
know
that
you
see
that
the
potential
of
this
course
is
endless.
A
So
that's
what
we
want
to
keep
that
in
mind
when
we
move
forward
that
this
is
we've
been
asking
for
a
dime
over
the
last
10.
A
C
H
I
think
at
a
very
at
a
minimum,
so
the
reason
why
that
san
antonio
facility,
it
makes
money,
obviously
because
it's
cooler
at
night
we
get
to
play
off
at
night,
but
you
have
nine
holes
to
play.
Yeah
I
mean
every
every
sundowner
I've
ever
played
in
it's
nine
holes.
We
understand
you're,
not
gonna,
be
playing
golf
until
a
lot
of
hours
of
the
night,
but
you
know
when
the
sun
goes
down.
You
want
to
be
able
to.
H
You
know,
play
a
full
nine
and
I
think
that's
a
bigger
drop
and
I
think
that's
worth
20
bucks
or
25
dollars
with
the
cards
as
opposed
to
you
know
just
playing
a
few
holes,
and
then
let's
say
you
don't
have
a
figure.
I
mean.
Let's
say
you
have
a
bunch
of
people
it
might
back
up,
it
could
back
up
groups.
H
C
No
yeah,
we
would
definitely
want
to
do
night.
Oh,
the
idea
was
just
to
start
seeing
how
it
would
price
out
and
they
came
up
with,
which
were
the
three
goals
we
would
do
with
10,
11
and
12..
The
idea
would
be
to
do
nine
and
nine.
That
would
be
fantastic,
but
we
were
just
trying
to
get
a
breakdown.
We
didn't.
We
didn't
even
know
what
it
was
going
to
cost,
so
that
was
kind
of
why
we
thought
they
when
they
said
two
million
for
the
whole
course
we
were
kind
of
whoa.
C
H
C
C
Really
set
us
apart,
but
if
you
do
a
couple
of
holes
but
like
joaquin
says,
obviously,
nightholds
would
be
yeah,
but
you
are
planning
to
do
the
driving
range
and
then
there's
rehab.
Is
that
correct?
Well,
no.
That
was
just
the
price
breakdown,
so
they
just
gave
us
the
price
breakdown
we
haven't
decided,
which
ones
to
do
first
or
whatever.
H
You
don't
need
lighting
in
or
around
the
tee
boxes,
because
those
play
as
part
of
the
park,
you
only
need
enough
lighting
for
at
a
maximum
150
yards
and
then
for
each
hole.
So
you
might
still
save
money,
because
that
proposal
that
was
done
with
that
that
powerpoint
was
the
entire
golf
course
we're
not
saving
the
entire
golf
course
we're
seeing
just
enough
fighting
for
18
within
150
yards
and
then
three.
D
Between
those
two
holes,
you're
you're
cutting
down
on
the
cause,
because
that
corner
is
getting
like
too
close.
You
see
when
I
talk
about
them,
so
so
that
point
will
hold
the
tape
apart.
The
whole
hole
will
be
upward
of
150
yards
and
then
and
then
hold
number
nine.
That
same
poll
will
light
up
two
different
polls:
two
different
votes.
I'm
sorry!
D
H
Part
three
y'all:
you
really
need
illumination
on
the
tea
box
and
the
green.
I
don't
know
if
you've
ever
seen
like
youtube
videos
of
night
golf
in
the
middle
east.
When
you
hit
a
shot,
you
really
don't
see
the
ball
up
in
the
air.
You
only
really
see
it
when
you
get
closer
to
the
green,
so
it's
just
elimination
for
your
first
shot
and
then
in
or
around
the
green,
because
really
your
first
shot
should
be
near
and
around
the
ring.
C
C
There
is
a
maximum,
a
maximum
of
three
lights
per
whole
work,
one
where
you
sit
like
from
150
yards
facing
the
green
and
then
there's
one
and
maybe
two
around
the
green,
and
then
the
coach
said
once
some
of
those
kind
of
illuminate
the
next
t-box
because
they
have
some
lights
facing
the
green
and
then
on
the
back
side
of
the
pole.
They
have
it
facing
towards
the
tee
box,
where
the
next
hole
is
yeah,
so
like
like
on
number
nine
and
one.
C
A
C
F
C
C
D
A
A
D
A
D
For
the
august
meeting,
hopefully
I'll
have
some
numbers,
I
don't
wanna.
I
don't
want
to
see
you
because
I
wanna
rick
said
I
wanna
want
to
say.
Yes,
I
need
to
get
a
presentation
going
and
go
talk
to
your
city.
Counselor
know
this
because
it's
not
the
pipeline.
Hopefully
they
can
get
their.
D
C
So
this
year,
once
we
were
able
to
open
up
the
clubhouse,
we
were
able
to
go
into
our
capital
contribution
fund
at
that,
if
you
notice,
we
got
parks
and
rec
to
come,
install
some
fans
kind
of
in
our
sitting
area
where
we
have
the
men's
league
sundowners.
C
They
have
some
light
in
there.
It's
a
fence,
it's
a
nice
touch.
I
think
we're
gonna
be
looking
to
now
that
ruth
is
back
on
board
and
before
colbert
hit
looking
at
other
ways
to
make
the
clubhouse
a
little
more
user-friendly.
C
How
it's
being
yeah
so
kevin?
You
know
how
you,
when
you
get
charged
you
get
charged
at
one
dollar,
that
one
dollar
goes
into
a
capital
contribution
up
that
the
city
of
the
radio
has,
I
think,
last
we
checked
we
had
about
a
hundred
thousand
dollars
in
there.
We
haven't
touched
it
in
a
while.
That's
for
situations
for
capital,
improvements
and
stuff
like
that,
so
in
essence,
I
know
you've
been
in
the
clubhouse.
You
used
to
be
here
on
sundays.
The
sun's
hitting
you
you're
trying
to
watch
the
football
game.
C
So
it
doesn't
give
you
that
feeling
where
I
want
to
go
back
there
and
watch
the
game
there.
So
we're
going
to
talk
to
ruth
and
then
cover
it,
but
maybe
putting
some
shade
in
either
some
shades
bring
down
some
screens
automate
it.
Whatever
the
case
is,
and
now
that
ruth
is
back
with
us,
we're
going
to
go
ahead
and
look
into
that
and
just
to
make
the
clubhouse
a
better
environment.
So
you
want
to
come
and
hang
out
extend
the
people
stay
here.
C
Already
to
say,
spend
an
extra
six
dollars
because
they
bought
two
more
beers
or
they
bought
our
food
better.
It's
going
to
help
overall
help
the
whole.
So
that's
the
idea
with
that,
but
that
capital
contribution
fund
is
for
that
that
money
does
go
somewhere
and
it's
kept
track
of.
Then
we
can
use
it
later
for
stuff,
like.
D
D
A
Always
keep
in
mind
always
keep
in
mind
that
as
well.
The
respect
of
mr
jacobs
he's
gonna
always
be
looking
at
the
aesthetics
part
of
it
because,
as
he
said,
you
know,
there's
gonna
be
a
general
rule
that
that
will
take
away
from
the
beauty
and
the
view
of
the
course.
So
we're
just
going
to
be
thinking
a
little
bit
more
about
these
things
that
take
that
into
consideration.
A
A
Jay
so
then,
as
we
pull
forward
to
the
last
part
of
the
at
the
meeting,
this
is
where
we
get
to
ask
what
we
would
like
to
be
discussed
for
the
next
meeting.
What
what
items
do
you
want,
and
you
don't
have
to
do
it
right
now?
You
can
just
call
ruth
any
time
before
we
post
the
agenda
on
republic.
A
That
way
we
can.
We
can
have
an
item
in
there
so
that
it'll
give
staff
enough
time
to
research
what
you
want
or
just
answer
some
of
the
questions
that
we
have
pending
from
either
the
previous
meeting
or
what
you
would
like
to
discuss
over
the
course
of
the
next
video.
So
if
there's
anything
that
you
all
want
to
add
right
now
before
we
adjourn,
if
you
want
to
let
jade
and
dennis
and
ruth,
I
wish
you
can
write
it
down
and
make
it
part
of
the
agenda
for
next
month.
A
A
Texted
you
a
list
of
items
having
to
do
with
what
I,
what
one
of
the
things
that
I'd
like
to
see
or
for
this
golf
course.
Personally,
since
we
started
a
while
back
one
of
the
things
that
we
we've
not
done
and
maybe
it
exists,
maybe
it
does
not
exist,
but
it's
very
important
that
the
safety
of
our
our
clients
be
at
the
forefront
of
everything
that
we
do
and
so
what
I,
what
I.
A
But
in
order
for
us
to
get
the
city's
involvement
on
this,
we
need
to
have
a
viable
safety
plan
for
the
whole
golf
course
something
that
the
city
puts
together
whether
they're
professionals
and
what
they
do
is
they
need
to
come
in
here
because
of
the
distance
of
how
far
the
golf
course
is
from
the
city
and
from
the
next
fire
station,
because
I
know
fire
station
9
doesn't
have
a
new
d,
and
I
I
know
that
there's
several
things
that
are
missing
out
there.
A
I'm
not
saying
them
to
fully
fund
that
they
need
that
fire
station,
but
we
need
to
be
prepared
for
any
little
thing
that
might
happen
out
there,
whether
it
be
snake
bite,
violence,
and
you
know
anything
else
that
that
might
put
us
in
a
position
to
where
the
golf
course
has
some
liability.
To
that.
A
I
want
to
make
sure
that
we've
covered
it
that
at
least
it
protects
us
all
of
us
in
here
that
it
allows
us
to
be,
as
I've
always
said,
that
we're
at
the
forefront
of
being
asking
these
tough
questions
so
that
this
golf
course
could
be.
A
You
know
top-notch
that
I
don't
know
if
the
country
club
or
orchestra
has
anything
like
this,
but
because
of
our
location,
there's
a
lot
of
issues
out
there
as
to
what
we
would
do
if
something
test
catastrophic
happened,
something
that
that
might
hurt
one
of
our
patrons
that
we
need
to
have
that
at
the
city
level,
so
that
they
know
that
we're
working
on
that
and
then
the
city
provides
us
with
a
handbook
and
with
equipment
and
material
so
that
we
can
always
be
ready
for
whatever
happens
out
there.
D
A
Okay,
so
put
it
on
from
this
point
on
jay
as
part
of
our
agenda.
That
way,
we
can
continue
to
continuously
discuss
it.
A
C
All
right
and
just
to
expand
on
that
a
little
bit,
we
probably
have
switched
up,
35
pedal
sensors
and
we
told
the
guy.
Why
can't
you
just
switch
out
all
75,
because
I
have
to
wait
to
talk
to
you
talking
club
car
until
the
other
pedal
sensors
go
bad
because
just
a
matter
of
time
you
guys
know
you
have
bad
pedal
sensors.
C
This
is
the
second
time
the
first
year
was
the
batteries
they
blamed
us
and
then
afterwards,
when
they
wanted
us
to
renew
the
before
we
do,
we
knew
with
them.
They're,
like
you
know
what
guys
we
messed
up,
we're
actually
throwing
in
the
upgraded
batteries
for
you
all,
because
we
understand
as
a
customer
that
you
guys
want
to
stay.
We
want
you
to
stay
with
us
and
we
we
realized
that
it
was.
C
Well
now
we
came
to
this
and
now
it's
the
gas
sensor
or
the
pedal
sensor
followed.
That's
why
you
get
those
parts
that
do
that
they
come
they
pop
them
out.
We
ask
them,
do
them
all.
We
can't
so
we've
already
put
in
the
new
order
for
the
next
15
or
17
parts
that
are
doing
it,
they're,
not
the
same
ones
as
the
different
ones,
but
I
think
that
coming
around
the
next
time
around,
we
will
revisit
or
visit
with
some
other
vendors.
C
Yeah
and
I
think
it's
a
four
year
lease
if
my
mom
has
taken
her
like
a
40
45
month,
lease
or
whatever
in
the
past
what
happened,
and
maybe
it
was
because
they
realized
it
was
their
batteries
they're
like
oh,
you
know
what
you
need.
One
we
broke
out
a
year
already,
but
it
didn't
affect
us
because
we
went
with
club
car.
A
Because
it
seems
like
we're
not
providing
the
customer
service
that
they
deserve
correct
and
and
and
then
it's
on
that
so
yeah
well,
I
mean
so,
let's
revisit
that,
let's
kick
it
around
and
figure
out
what
we
need
to
do,
because
you're
right,
the
answer
might
not
be
to
get
a
whole
new
badge,
but
you
know
anytime
that
this
happens.
What
we
need
to
do,
I
guess
more
understanding
from
our
business
and
figure
out
how
this
system
works
is
a
good
idea
for
you
to
bring
up
next
month.
Okay,
put
that
on
there.
D
Dennis,
can
you
have
the
service
agreement
that
we
have
with
them?
We
should
put
it
in
a
little.
C
C
G
Unless
you
got
more
to
say,
I
was
wondering
about
the
two
wheeled
cars,
the
ones
where
you
drive
by
yourself
with
a
colvis
and
all
like
that
people
don't
want
to
be
very
close
to
other
people.
C
Into
that
I
don't
know
if
you
guys,
I've
got
that
on
the
zoom,
but
I'm
just
saying
he
was
mentioning
the
two.
The
one
the
two
wheel
cards
were
one
person
and
it's
something
that
we
have
started
to
look
and
we're
researching
it
online.
They
have,
they
have
different
varieties
and
they're
actually
less
expensive.
C
The
only
thing
we
have
to
make
sure
is
that
we're
gonna
go
with
one
of
these
companies.
That's
been
doing
it
for
a
while
and
just
to
get
a
price
because
there's
the
walking
ones,
which
would
be
a
good
idea
to
have
three
or
four,
but
now
with
coveting
this
whole
thing
and
so
forth.
C
A
Let's
just
move
forward,
I'm
excited
about
this
and
what
and
the
weather's
coming
at
us.
So
let's
take
this
place
to
where
we
really
want
to
see
it.
I
mean
I
think
this
place
is
top-notch.
I
don't
see
any
reason
why
we
can't
make
it
the
best
golf
course
in
texas.
You
know
this
guy.
This
thing
has
the
potential
to
do
that.
So
that's
wrong.
That's
that's
my
personal
feeling
and
I'll
certainly
work
as
hard
as
I
can
to
get
it.
There.
You've
got
it
yeah.
D
C
C
I
go
well
remember:
they're,
not
having
200
weddings
anymore,
we're
seeing
the
maximum
about
70,
which
you
know
it's
still
good,
but
you
know
it
does
give
us
a
chance
to
go
back
and
say:
okay,
is
there
some
pricing
that
we
can
adjust
because
we
know
obviously
kova
has
changed
a
lot
of
things.
So
we're
excited
that
we're
back,
but
we
did
notice
that
that
the
sizes
are
smaller.
