Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
A
B
The
meeting
to
order,
let
me
do
a
rolecall
Bernal,
slight
drop
Lamont
check
your
cover
glass,
yeah,
miss
Peggy,
yeah,
Gary,
Jacobs,.
C
All
right,
okay,
again,
we're
not
welcome
you
all
again
for
our
second
meeting.
First
time
we
met
last
month,
we
didn't
have
quorum,
so
we
just
need
to
discuss
in
a
couple
of
things
this
this
time
we
do
have
a
quorum.
One
of
the
things
were,
one
of
the
get
the
mr.
ticker
just
walked
in
okay.
Well,
the
record
before
we
get
started.
There's
there
is
a
list
that
Ruthie
over
the
rooty
my
assistant.
C
She
helps
me
with
with
leads
and
all
what
the
golf
as
well
here
is
a
list
make
sure
we
get
everybody's
cell
phone
number,
because
I
know
we
got
emails
and
we
have
some
home.
A
C
C
Okay,
one
of
the
one
of
the
things
we
wanted
to
do
last
last
meeting
and
we're
going
to
do
it
today,
first
name,
so
that
we
can
start
up
there.
What
the
meeting
is
vote
on
a
chair
chairperson
for
the
committee,
okay,.
B
And
submit
it
to
the
chairperson,
only
other
than
1250
on
device
1719
and
identify
themselves
with
meeting
before.
Speaking
to
the
corporation
comments
are
limited
to
three
minutes
for
speaker.
No
more
than
three
persons
will
be
allowed
to
speak
on
any
side
of
any
issue.
Should
there
be
more
than
three
people
who
wish
to
speak
on
a
particular
issue.
They
need
to
select
not
more
than
three
representative
to
speak
for
them
and
the
presiding
officer
remaining
at
the
public
comments
further
and
the
interest
of
an
orderly's.
B
B
Put
a
item
number
for
discussion
possible
action
so
that
any
chair
and
vice
chair
for
the
maximun
developers,
Advisory
Committee.
So
the
committee
has
not
afford
to
vote
on
a
chair
and
the
vice
chair
of
a
little
light.
You
can
remember
or,
however,
the
committee
wants
to
decide
how
to
decide.
Basically
choose
a
chair
and
vice
chair.
Okay,.
D
B
E
A
E
B
C
B
D
B
E
A
C
A
C
E
E
A
G
G
I
would
be
concerned
how
water
is
being
managed
at
the
golf
course,
and
it's
really
not
being
managed
in
any
serious
way.
So
some
of
you
heard
me
say
this,
but
when
the
Mandel
family
made,
but
I
still
consider
to
be
probably
the
biggest
gift
in
the
history
of
Laredo
from
one
family
to
the
city,
a
big
part
of
what
we
gave
was
508
repeat
of
class,
a
water
rights
which
today
has
a
value
of
millions
of
dollars,
and
it
was
a
five
hundred
acre
feet
of
water.
G
That
really
allows
the
course,
the
state
green
free,
because
you
pay
for
the
water,
the
city
didn't
so
I
wrote
into
the
gift
deed.
A
obligation
on
the
part
of
the
city
to
keep
the
family
means
specifically
fully
informed
of
compliance
with
TCEQ
42,
texas,
TC
TC
q
requirements
on
water,
so
the
water
is
governed
by
the
waters,
are.
G
G
E
G
Know
three
hundred
twenty
acre
feet
ought
to
be
enough.
Come
us
rather
Regas
a
lot
of
miles
on
him.
Smart
guy
said
I,
don't
think
so.
I
want
five
hundred
acre
feet
that
only
get
us
through
droughts
so
again
a
graffiti,
but
it
didn't
get
the
course
through
the
last
draft
when
the
lake
dropped
way
down
so
the
city
wisely
to
protect
a
multi-million
dollar
investment.
The
golf
course
went
out
and
bought
egg
water
class,
a
water
rights
and
did
not
convert
those
to
municipal
use.
E
D
G
E
G
G
Previous
managers,
the
golfcourse,
were
unable
to
provide
this
information.
I've
been
very
worried
that
maybe
the
city
hasn't
been
pumping.
The
water
are
complying
with
TC,
you
can
fuel
requirements
and
that
that
could
jeopardize
the
value
of
these
Class
A
rights,
which
go
back
to
the
litigation
that
occurred
in
the
Valley
River
in
the
60s
and
all
that
stuff.
The
whole
idea
was
not
to
take
any
risk
through
some
administrative
oversight.
G
We
lose
millions
of
dollars
of
value
of
water,
so
finally
Tom
Horseman,
who
probably
should
come
to
one
of
these
meetings,
I
called
him
and
I
said
look.
You
know
he
was
confused
in
the
transition
from
the
previous
managers
to
him.
Nobody
really
ever
explained
to
him
that
we
also
gave
the
city
emergency
water
use.
G
So
if
the
city's
pump
is
down,
we
plumbed
in
to
the
city
line
our
egg
growing
crops
there's
a
valve
on
it
and
you
could
shut
off
my
water
pump
that
water
to
the
city's
line
downstream
of
the
city's
meter
and
he
calls
up
a
water
master
and
says
I'm
taking
water
from
this
diversion
point,
but
I'm
irrigating.
The
golf
course
with
it
and
they
charge
the
city
of
kennel,
which
is
my
five
hundred
acre
feet
for
that
water.
They
don't
charge
the
remaining.
E
G
E
D
G
G
G
G
It
rains
that
line
is
going
to
water.
It's
ridiculous!
There's
no
maintenance
on
this
at
all,
so
we're
Tom's.
Only
you
know
we
were
down.
There's
something
happened.
A
bumper
down
two
days:
I
had
to
use
city
water.
No,
you
didn't
have
to
use.
You
could
have
used
your
own
water
from
that
phone.
I,
don't
know
anything
about
that.
Nobody
ever
told
so
I
really
urge
this
committee
kind
of
take
a
position.
I've
been
calling
the
Utilities
Department
for
five
years.
They
have
no
record
of
any
water
requests.
No
history,
no
nothing!
G
Water,
so
so
the
Utilities
Department
really
has
no
experience
pumping
Ag
water
from
the
river
and
that's
really
what
it
yeah
and
and
no
and
it's
simple
I
mean
you
know,
Freddy
pelegrin
in
my
office
is
an
expert
under
this.
You
know
you
can
keep
all
the
records
if
we
need
it
to
so.
I,
don't
know
where
the
history
is.
It's
got
to
be
there
because
my
via
Romo
will
not
let
you
pump
water
without
her
sending
you.
G
G
They
cut
it
to
zero,
and
so
that's
how
explain
to
Thomas
that
said
what
you
should
be
doing
miss
first,
at
least
at
once,
every
three
years
or
once
every
other
year,
100%
of
the
mandel
water.
That
way,
I'm
assured
that
I'm
not
going
to
lose
those
allocations
in
the
writes,
but
you
also
should
pump
the
other
water
that
the
city
bought,
that
other
add
water
and
when
I
got
that
accounting
last
I
had
two
of
those
counts:
have
zero
allocation
and
I
think
the
city
bought
like
a
thousand
fifteen
hundred
acre
feet
of
water.
E
A
G
G
G
Other
city
egg,
water,
that
is
kind
of
emergency
water,
for
the
extreme
drought
which
could
come
right
and
then
you
know
you
won't
have
an
allocation
because
you've
never
pumped
it.
So
it
seems
to
me
what
we
have
to
do
is
one
year
pump.
Mendel
next
year,
pump
from
two
different
city
accounts.
Next
year
pump
Mendel
again
next
year
pump
two
other
city
accounts.
G
G
A
Far
part
of
this,
this
committee
is
to
be
provide
a
vessel
to
this
city,
be
torn
between
both
of
them,
so
that
this
kind
of
stuff
doesn't
happen
and
so
that
we
can
only
like.
Then
you
know
the
oversight
and
the
accountability
part
of
it.
We
can
discuss
it
before
any
major
or
anything
catastrophic
happens
over
there
that
we're
ahead
of
the
game
so
yeah.
Anything
else
that
we
can
put
on
this
thing
and
and
and
by
the
city
to
it,
make.
D
G
F
Pump,
no,
no,
they
they
just
go
in
there.
They
gotta
clean
the
requesting
money.
Yeah,
hello,
hey
we're,
gonna
turn
it
off
from
this
time
to
this
time
and
we're
gonna
use
a
comp
one,
two
or
three,
and
then
that's
a
big
meter
reading
reading
then
you've
got
to
send
her
the
meter
reading
exactly
where
they
started,
and
then,
when
you
pump
again
you
send
in
the
next
week
you
read:
that's
where
she
gets
the
number
of
average,
of
whatever
you
use
and
so
forth.
F
F
H
G
G
But
just
so
you
understand,
the
city
is
legally
obligated
to
give
us
a
copy
of
those
every
month,
big
same
disaster
Julian
somebody
needs
to
take
a
deep
breath
and
say:
I'm
gonna
go
to
the
waterworks
over
to
find
out
who
gets
all
these
receipts.
Somebody
in
the
city
over
in
the
utility
department
gets
it
because
the
city
is
the
biggest
consumer
of
water
on
the
river
got
a
file
room
full
of
these
things.
G
You
need
them
to
manage
water.
Well,
somebody's
gonna
want
to
look
back
in
a
few
years
and
say
wow
and
that
drought
in
2000
and
whatever
we
only
we
kept
the
course.
We
will
only
use
two
hundred
eighty
five
incher
feet
or
whatever
there
oughta
be
paying
attention
to
all
this.
So
then
you
know
the
industry,
so
I
don't
know
if
you
can
get
into
that
because
who
do
you
work
for?
Do
you
work
with
those
ends?
Get
your
work,
landscapes.
A
A
F
F
G
G
F
A
G
Then
the
other
point
is
has
to
do
with
maintenance
right,
whether
it's
golf
carts
or
John,
Deere
Gators
or
the
electrical
system
I'm.
The
kind
of
person
that
likes
everything
mechanically
perfect
and
you
know,
I've-
been
fortunate
lots
of
trucks,
airplanes,
boats,
everything
I'm,
a
fanatical
maintenance,
because
in
the
long
run
you
save
a
lot
of
money,
doing
front-end
maintenance
rather
than
waiting
for
stuff
to
break.
That's.
H
G
So
maybe
we
can
kind
of
wire
that
in
to
the
this
contract
and
say
if
you
don't
have
the
money
at
least
tell
the
Gulf
Committee,
all
these
things
have
broken
see.
That
way.
Maybe
we
can
have
a
voice
with
the
city,
but
if
nobody
ever
goes
down
to
the
pump,
you
see
that
the
conduit,
which
is
four
inches
in
diameter,
it's
full
of
water-
and
you
know
it's
just
gonna
fry
the
pump
and
it's
gonna
be
$7,500
or
$10,000.
It's
easy
to
fix.
For
for
ten
dollars,
you
can
fix.
E
G
A
G
I
mean
so,
how
did
you
say?
Okay,
look
if
it
has
to
do
with
taking
water
out
of
the
river
and
the
whole
pumping
system,
the
irrigation
system
and
there's
leaks
and
there's
all
you
know
which
there
are
right
down.
So
then
you're
wasting
electricity
and
you're
wasting.
You
know
water
who
who's
who's
responsible.
For
that
it
seems
to
me
we
ought
to
remove
all
that
part
of
the
landscapes
management
contract
there,
you're
gonna.
B
Them-
and
this
is
the
main
purpose
of
why
the
committee
was
created
looking
at
the
contract,
we
do
see
that
September
30th
319,
it's
a
termination
contract
that
this
disagreement
so
I
think
it's
the
perfect
timing
for
the
committee
start
getting
recommendations
and
all
this
discussion
with
city
management
and
don't
madman,
get
together,
I,
don't
know
any
new
changes
or
any
recommendation.
Yeah.
G
I
think
landscape
has
done
a
great
job.
I
think
Horseman
is
Friday
best
got
out
there
since
the
course
was
built.
He
does
more
with
less
money
than
anybody
he's
a
hard
worker
if
I'm
not
deep
enough
latitude,
but
he
has
limited
authority
under
the
authority
that
the
city
owns
everything
they
have
all
the
authority.
So
we
just
need
to
get
thing.
You
know
kind
of
marry
a
man
like
you
say
that
modify
the
contract,
so
that
means
they
have
specific
reporting
requirements
so
that
somebody.
A
Of
those
lines
need
the
sync
processes
with
the
water
that
have
been
going
on.
I've
noticed
personally,
that
the
house
itself
is
not
running
as
efficient
as
it
could
be,
and
and
so
that
that
requires
that
I
mean
I've,
seen
Dennis
Hall
buying
50-pound
bags
of
ice
in
there,
because
they
don't
have
a
lot
of
river
to
make
this
an
issue.
Bird,
so
I
mean
you're
right
and
that's
really.
A
The
goal
of
this
committee
was
to
provide
that
oversight
and
and
be
the
conduit
to
the
city
and
that
scape,
so
that
all
these
things
can
get
taken
care
of,
but
I
guess.
The
most
important
thing
right
now
is
to
make
sure
that
we
type
all
those
loose
things
from
those
contracts
and
make
sure,
because
we
don't
have
any
basis
right
now
saying
you're
responsible
for
that
Dennis.
When
you
bring
it
here,
you
got
to
find
out
what
it
is
and
and
or
hey.
A
D
D
G
Deal
Jesse
nice
to
walk
out
there
and
we
go
up
there
all
in
time
way
before
it
is
the
last
run
24
hours
a
day
and
I'd
call
Orosco
and
say:
why
do
they
have
all
the
outside
lights
on?
You
know
July
afternoon,
okay,
but
it
comes
back
to
the
fixing
responsibilities
and
only
one
person
that
comes
right
and
there
is
no
accountability.
I
mean
that's
really
what
it
is
so
and
there's
been
a
light
fixture
broken
on
the
second
floor
for
three
years.
C
C
And
all
that,
that's
one
of
them
streets
appointed
means
that
you
know
there's
more
hands-on.
You
know,
I
send
him
picture.
Take
Dennis
I
saw
a
broken
branch
here,
big
gesture.
He
was
take
this
or
this
you
know,
there's
a
sign.
That's
falling
off
on
over
the
part.
Three!
That's
how
much
if
table,
let's
take
care
of
that
so
I
tend
the
pictures
of
me
as
well.
At
the
same
time,
I
get
to
see
when
I
play
decade
is
he
wasn't
out
there.
D
H
C
C
I
pulling
teeth,
you
know
trying
to
call
it
a
pump
went
out
two
weeks
ago.
To
give
me
a
call,
we
were
ever
saying
somebody
over
there
took
care
of
us
this
weekend,
him
back.
Then
he
had
to
go
through
all
this
change.
All
this
take
people
get
over
there,
so
I
think
it's
getting
better.
Now
that
we
have
a
committee
one
and
then
I'll
be
the
lives
on
now
that
we're
gonna
be
out.
There
I
mean.
A
C
Let
me
let
me,
let
me
tell
you,
I'm
gonna,
believe
something
to
what
you're
talking
about
the
contract
I'm
very
familiar
with
the
contract
with
the
protis
and
unit
rate
stadium,
okay
in
the
contract,
what
they
want,
but
the
total
unitary
stayed
at
me.
The
city
owns
the
stadium,
yeah
yeah
I,
basically,
would
do
the
same
thing
here.
That
was
the
city
on
the
stadium
and
city,
so
the
city
and
the
contract
recognize
that
word
for
word
is
responsible
for
any
upkeep
of
the
stadium,
the
city.
C
Yes,
sir,
any
upkeep
any
maintenance-
and
you
broken
parts
right
now,
really
can
be
worth.
We've
got
an
air-conditioned
room
down
in
our
office
and
we're
on
here
like
the
Technic
condition
broke,
so
we
got
to
get
on
it.
We're
trying
to
get
POS
jump
on
it
as
fast
as
we
can.
I
just
came
up
or
doing
that
two
years
ago.
Before
that
it
was
same
thing,
lemurs
were
back
there,
it
was,
there
was
no,
there
was
no
accountability
and
there
was
no
contact
person.
A
C
C
G
C
A
A
That
everybody
can
understand
where
the
pumps
are
and
what
we're
talking
about,
because
everybody's
ears,
we're
gonna,
be
investing
our
time
and
coming
here,
I'd
like
to
see
all
the
moving
parts
of
that
golf
course
so
that
everybody
can
understand.
When
we
pick
up
of
some
subject
matter
there,
we
everybody
can
pinpoint.
In
fact
everything
is
that.
F
You
have
it
in
our
packet
and
that
skips
in
doing
this
contract
that
we
send
in
a
bunch
of
recently
they
had
in
a
different
form
called
the
capex,
and
it
basically
speaks
about
that
like
stuff
that
we
have
to
start
planning
for
in
the
future,
because
you
know
the
first
four
or
five
years
yeah
you
get
away.
Maybe
you've
seen
$3,000
for
a
building
upkeep.
Just
you
know
everything's
fairly
new,
but,
as
we
see
time
goes
on
ice
machines,
those
start
kind
of
giving
in.
C
A
G
Know
we
sold
80
acres
on
17
furniture
on
16
to
the
developer
premier,
homes
of
Laredo
or
premier
properties
were
real
and
they're.
Gonna
start
building.
Gulf-Front
houses
come
on
those
two
holes
there
right
now.
Finding
zoning
like
they're
flat
the
first
days
they
bought
12
golf
proper
locks,
but
they
bought
land
for
12
offer
Watson
12
cross
street.
G
F
G
G
G
So
what
I
want
to
work
with
the
city
on
is
we're
going
to
build
an
affordable
housing
subdivision
and
I
want
to
put
a
path
and
we'll
buy
two
six
passenger
cars
and
in
the
city,
work
with
text
God
on
the
culvert.
That
goes
under
the
mind,
Road
right
now.
It's
just
off
of
our
property
I'm,
building
an
adjacent
property
on
a
really
good
guy.
The
city
pays
to
deepen
that.
Then
nobody
has
to
cross
the
minds.
G
G
G
H
G
E
F
F
D
H
H
F
F
F
The
thing
that
we
have,
we
do
it
in-house,
so
it's
our
same
kids
that
do
the
cart,
barn
and
all
that
but
they're.
Technically,
the
only
maintenance
that's
needed
on
those
things
is
the
battery
fill.
So
we
have
a
device
you
put
in.
It
fills
all
six
batteries
and
before
you
had
to
open
the
battery
yeah,
okay,
yeah
add
water.
Now
the
new
ones
read
out
to
you
and
I
get
a
big
saying:
hey
the
water
levels,
no
1
12
17
18,
24,
36
I
get.
G
F
E
D
F
H
F
F
D
F
G
G
A
There's
a
system
on
every
batteries
there's
a
reason
waste
in
this
way.
There's
one
that
matters:
sick,
spiders,
I'm,
not
sure
the
the
life
expectancy
of
batteries
only
dependent
on
how
all
six
batteries
can
you
can
charge
a
lot
of
times.
What
would
happen
these
carts
or
any
other
mechanical
item
that
that
had
better?
Is
it
a
recharge
it
before
it
dies
out?
It's
a
program.
First
put
six
batteries
and
you
got
three
three
batteries
left
and
you
charge
it
again.
You
continue
to
charge
it.
F
F
A
F
F
F
A
In
order
for
you
not
to
get
be
able
to
get
that
when
somebody
can
respond
to
it
and
decrypt
food,
the
people
that
are
playing
out
there
that
bathroom
for
a
certain
designated
area
on
both
sides
that
are
too
far
away
from
the
clubhouse,
we
have
to
figure
out
a
way
where
there
that's
an
emergency
station
right
there,
okay,
just
because
of
war
where,
like
I
said
because
those
little
Hills
you
can't
get
it,
you
can't
any
an
ambulance
way
back
there.
Unless
you
go
over.
A
A
G
E
G
D
F
In
that
budget,
for
this
year
we
kind
of
finally
talked
to
you
know
I,
hopefully,
it'll
get
approved
no,
but
we
added
some
money
for
that.
We
never
had
really
marketing
CBeebies
taking
care
of
something,
but
that's
all
got
to
be
out
of
town,
so
we're
doing
a
great
job,
bringing
both
amount
of
time
to
visit,
but
we've
never
had
a
budget
internally.
F
Like
hey,
you
know,
let's
go,
you
know,
luckily,
the
LA
and
all
that
we've
seen
in
a
ton
the
marquee,
the
electronic
billboards
I've
worked
it
out
with
the
outlets
traps
on
the
radio
they
pass
on
their
electronic
billboards,
but
I
mean
everybody
says:
oh
TV
is
expensive,
but
I
think
you
get
TV
:
for
our
Sunday
brunches
or
something
so
we
finally
got
some
money
allocated
their
tips.
The
budget
gets
approved
so
that
we
can
go.
Do
a
couple
of
TVs.
G
D
H
A
Man
they
give
them
away
like
nothing,
and
you
sold
two
hundred
fifty
five
hundred
dollars
annually.
This
core
space
offer
itself
and-
and
we
can
probably
be
the
only
golf
course
in
Texas-
it
makes
Mike.
You
know,
I'm
convinced
that
we
can
do
that,
because
all
those
companies
that
are
up
on
my
throat,
we
see
those.
G
H
A
A
Has
a
money
upfront
you
get
through
one
point
to
a
frog:
whether
they
go
or
not,
but
see
can
make
that
visitors.
Gurus
is
part
of
the
queue
because
the
city
has
to
partner
up
with
us.
The
city
has
to
partner
up
in
this
if
it
weren't
for
it
to
work.
They've
got
so
much
more
reforming,
so
much
more
resources
to
go
push
that
everything,
hotels
and
everything
else.
That's
what
they
do.
They
start
pushing
that
the
max
it's
a
promotion
that.
F
D
F
D
F
We
tried
it,
we
even
did
last
summer
and
corporate
was
that
get
ready.
It's
gonna
get
crazy.
Now,
like
you,
don't
understand
a
lot
of
our
golfers
they're
retired.
So
they
know
that
how
much
they
can
spend
a
month
and
they
notice
hey.
You
went
up
a
dollar
like
how
we
did
like
sorry.
It's
been
never
been
a
price
change
or
whatever,
but
it
comes
down
to
that.
F
What
do
I
get
my
back
hurts
that
they
it's
like.
Okay,
do
you
know
so
it's
it's
not
like
in
Nebraska
or
in
Arizona,
where
people
too
many
neck,
Gertie's
I'll,
give
it
to
you.
I
had
one
person
take
advantage
of
it
and
there
was
a
gentleman
those
from
out
of
town,
but
he
would
be
down
here,
for
the
weekends
in
the
oil
field
did.
A
A
A
F
The
valleys,
so
we
offered
the
play
shop
this
day
you
come
and
you
stay
at
the
upper
side
and
shop
at
the
outlets
and
you
play
at
the
max,
so
the
wife
can
go
shopping
and
your
husband
can
come
play
all
day
and
you
guys
me
back
and
I'm.
You
do
that
yeah
about
a
hundred
yeah.
We
had,
we
probably
sold
900
rounds
or
900
packages
around
it.
You
know
we're
rounds
feathers
to
them.
They
played
two
days.
So
if
I
take
150
individualized
like
a
national.
F
National
tournament,
so
that
they
stay
in
shop
package
and
we
did
a
little
video
and
all
that
was
cool,
so
we're
gonna
go
back
to
it.
Now
that
we
have
drone
footage
of
the
max
and
drone
footage
off
we're
gonna,
do
it
when
I
go
into
convention.
I
just
put
this
65
inch
television
behind
me
and
it
sells
it.
Something
like
that's,
not
look
like.
F
F
D
G
C
This
past
week,
I
plated
Lost
Pines
in
Bastrop
at
the
Hyatt
resort
and
GPS
cars.
It
was
imagined
speakers
and
God
Almighty,
but
one
of
the
things
that
that
I
saw
there
that
the
short
par-4
were
all
cart
paths
only
yeah,
all
the
other
summer,
short
par-4,
the
300
yards
or
less
we're
all
and
partners,
of
course,
and
we're
all
car
park,
our
pet
pony
and
we've.
F
G
C
E
C
F
F
B
B
B
C
Office
me
now,
maybe
I
can
get
CBP
to
get.
Maybe
we
can
meet
at
the
max,
we'll
even
get
the
cart
golf
carts
back
in
and
we
can
get
a
CB
beam
vehicle
two
shovels
over
there.
So
we
don't
always
have
to
drive
over
there
and
meet
over
there
at
the
max
in
August
and
we
can
carpool
and
we'll
get
on
the
night.
Just.
G
C
G
G
Yeah
250
or
300
cows
certainly
is
not
all
just
select
ones.
Power
I
mean
Tom,
can
tell
you
much
better
than
I,
but
but
it
is
a
drainage
issue.
When
you
get
a
big
rain
here,
which
is
infrequently
after
a
lot
of
months
or
years,
there's
too
much
mud
or
dirt
in
the
bunkers,
and
it
just
stops
it
up
and
makes
them
like.
F
Yeah
all
the
way
through
and
that
and
then
actually
I
have
suicides
that
we're
gonna
present
up
the
next
one
where
they
fix
them
and
all
that
so
in
70
he
went
to
fix
them.
That's
already
been
maybe
a
year
and
a
half
now,
and
they
took
on
that
September
that
had
19
inches
of
rain.
They
did
fantastic,
but
he
dug
them
out.
Did
everything
do
Tom's,
I,
guess
better?
E
F
F
F
At
the
end
of
the
day,
we
could
probably
start
approaching
green
first
and
take
Tom's
approach
where
you
things
about
make
sure
that
the
sprinklers
have
subsided,
a
double
hitting
between
the
bunkers,
and
we
could
see
them
last
another
eight
ten
years
before,
okay,
but
as
we
talked
about
preventive
now,
you're
always
preventing
it.
You
know
you
spend
a
little
bit
more
upfront
to
prevent
it
from
happening
again
and
in
my
last
year
twenty
then
you
know
now
everybody
has
a
new
capillary
form
that
you
spray
and
it
you
know
water.
D
F
F
From
other
green
tea
brought
grass
from
other
greens
from
the
collar
and
then
a
little
cover
up
and
that's
what
was
pretty
good
now
that
we
tried
to
buy
pallets
of
grass
last
year.
But
since
Houston
flooded,
the
nurseries
didn't
have
any
grass
and
they
did,
they
were
sending
it
to
places
like
Augusta
and
stuff
like
that,
because
their
priority
on
the
list.
F
Everybody's
told
us
why,
but
everybody's
different
somebody
told
us
that
well,
they
probably
brought
it
something
that
contaminated,
because
if
let's
say
there
was
a
piece
of
bark
in
the
big
thing
that
they
brought
with
that
bark
when
it's
under
it's
just
gonna
create
a
fungus
and
it's
gonna
spread.
So
it
could
be
that
that
was
happy
came
in
with
contaminated
when
they
build
it
up.
F
It's
not
that's.
Actually,
the
best
we've
ever
had
it,
because
again
it
comes
to
preventive
Tom
sprays,
the
pre-emergent
in
the
fall
in
the
spring,
and
that
helps
you
prevent
he's
already
read:
twice:
he's
looking
to
go
to
one
in
four
aerating
and
Britta
cutting,
but
that
does
the
who
Anna
stays
at
the
same
level
as
the
Bermuda.
F
G
F
So
you
know
hopefully
stays
better
another
gentleman
that
we've
got
from
Chicago
I.
Think
I
mentioned
it
last
time,
so
I
would
hate
to
see
Tom
go,
but
this
other
gentleman
comes
from
me.
He's
done.
Us
Opens
he's
had
us
walkins
under
his
belly.
He
worked
for
me.
Although
yeah
he
worked
he's
a
he's.
Tom's
assistant,
superintendent,.
