Description
Max Mandel Golf Course Committee Meeting 102821
A
Okay,
roll
call,
mr
bernal
slight,
mr
robert
muncha
president
rick
garza
louis
pellegrini,
here.
A
Okay,
mr
jacobs,
as
now
we're
with
part
three,
as
far
as
with
the
minutes,
I
know
you
had
some
questions
or
concerns
about
it.
A
Discussion,
the
committee,
but.
B
And
people
said
all
those
city,
secretaries
notice,
the
meeting
agenda
under
public
comments.
He
talks
about
citizens
and
have
the
right
to
talk
three
minutes
and
then
comment
should
be
delivered
in
a
professional
manner.
No
derogatory
remarks
to
be
permitted.
B
E
B
If
somebody
comes
in
and
starts
throwing
rocks
at
us,
that's
one
thing,
but
I'm
telling
people
how
they
can
speak
seems
to
me
inappropriate,
and
I
don't
think
anybody
can
get
much
out
of
any
value
to
the
committee
in
three
minutes.
Maybe
right,
it
just
seems
tokenism
to
me.
If
somebody
cares
enough
about
golf
or
the
golf
course
to
come,
make
their
presentation
could
be
a
person
older
than
me.
B
A
Yes,
sir,
just
just
a
for
note
in
city
council
meetings
in
city
council
meetings
for
the
record,
mr
bernal
slide
just
walked
in.
A
Berno
here,
just
just
from
my
personal,
I
mean
I
understand
what
I've
seen
at
the
city
council
meetings.
Mr
jacobs
is
it's
up
to
the
chair,
which,
in
that
case,
being
the
mayor
that
if
they
get
they
need
any
more
than
three
minutes,
then
he
can
allow
the
person
to
say.
Okay,
you
know
what
we'll
go
ahead
and
finish
we'll
give
you
x
amount
of
time
to
finish,
if
need
be.
A
B
A
Right,
I
mean
we
can
bring
it
up
to
the
next
week
and
I
don't
know
any
comments
from
the
from
the
committee.
The
only
comment.
F
I've
got
is
we
haven't
had
that
many
visitors
here
and
it
seems
to
me
like
we
didn't
cut
anybody
off.
I
mean
we,
let
them
talk
as
long
as
they
wanted
to,
and
I
think
that's
what
it
should
be.
You
know
within
reason,
so
I
agree
with
gary,
but
I
don't
think
we
have
an
issue
here.
A
B
A
A
Right,
no
yeah,
of
course,
of
course,
no,
I
I
see
your
point,
sir.
I
see
your
point
and
we
can.
We
can
swing
it
by
mr
valdez.
If
that's
a
you
know,
we
can
take
off
that
little
closet
there
and
said
you
know
up
to
the
discretion
of
the
of
the
chair.
They
can
speak
all
you
know
as
much
as
they
want
whatever
they
got
to
say,
but
we'll
bring
that
up
to
you
next
next
meeting
mr
jacob
to
see
what
we
can
we
can.
G
We
can
revise
it,
they
just
told
me
to
use
the
language
that
was
being
used,
but
we
can
revise
it.
That's
that's
no
problem.
I
can't
hear
it.
She.
A
Said
that
it
can,
it
can
be
revised.
Mr
milan,
my
secretary,
which
is
now
by
the
way,
will
be
attending
the
meetings.
Ruthie
is
now
with
the
health
department
permanently
so
gloria
landing
is
my
secretary
and
now
we'll
be
sitting
on
on
our
on
our
board
meetings,
but,
and-
and
chris
is
her-
chris
will
be
her
pinch
hitter
just
in
case.
You
know
she
can't
he
she
kind
of
make
it,
but
we
it's
she's,
saying
that
it
can
be
revised.
A
We
can,
we
don't
have
to
leave
it
together
for
three
minutes.
I
think
we
just
copy
and
paste
it,
because
that's
what
all
the
city
does
that's
all
I'll
deal
with
in
the
city,
but
as
the
committee
agrees,
what
we're
saying
here
is
that
we
can
go
ahead
and
remove
that
from
the
from
the
public
comments.
B
They
have
to
approve
it
or
they
have
to
say
that's
okay
with
us
and
where
you're
going
to
do
it
is
okay
and
if
we
don't
get
that
and
they
come
to
check
to
be
sure
which
they
do
periodically
many
courses,
and
they
could
say
we
don't
approve
this.
B
A
B
Oh
about
trees,
but
I
think
lighting
is
gonna,
be
something
that
they're
gonna
wanna.
B
B
A
If
we
move
forward
with
this
project
before
we
even
start,
we
need
to
see
if
max
mandel,
I'm
sorry
if
trent
jones
will
get
their
approval
to
keep
their
signature
on
it.
On
the
course
is
that
correct.
B
A
A
Of
this
or
a
sense
of
sickness,
okay
for
the
record,
mr
ricky
gosser
just
walked
in
as
well
ricky
just
to
fill
you
in
mr
jacobs
is
before
you
on.
A
The
minutes
was
saying
that
before
we
go
into
further
study,
as
far
as
the
lighting
concern
for
the
for
the
course
that
we
have
talked
about,
I
want
to
make
sure
that
it
gets
delivered
by
trent
jones
corporation,
that
if
we
do
put
any
lighting
that
we
don't
lose
their
their
signature,
their
blessing
or
their
other,
the
value
of
the
course
right
right.
So
that's
what
he's
concerned
about
and
that's
where
I
guess
we'll
reach
out
to.
A
D
A
His
name
bruce
what.
A
A
B
A
Okay
and
we
got
another-
I
guess
we'll
bring
it
up
here
during
the
meeting
that
we
can
also
have
a
question
for
him.
Well,
I
guess
we
can
discuss
it
now
about
the
possibility,
if
we
can
and
bunker
number
11
on
hole,
number
11,
I'm
sorry
that
long
bunker
on
the
left.
If
I
know
I
know
mr
smith
now
came
on
board
and
I'll,
introduce
him
I'll,
introduce
him
that
possibly
we
can
add
some
turf
to
it
or
or
some
is
that
correct
that
we
maybe.
C
Yeah
make
it
make
it
look
similar
to
what's,
you
know,
drop
the
edges
down,
do
a
small
bunker
in
the
front
small
bunker
in
the
back
still
gives
it
the
same
character
in
the
middle
of
that
area
drop
those
faces
down,
so
they
roll
in
and
just
plant
the
bottom
and
mow
it
out.
It'll,
look
similar
to
what's
on
the
golf
course.
C
We
could
run
a
wire
around
the
existing
edge
that
way,
if
somebody
later
down
the
road
ever
wanted
to
create
it.
They'd
know
exactly
where
it
was
by
location.
You
know
just
put
a
detector
on
it
and
find
out
where
it
was.
That
would
also
help
with
the
drainage
down
there.
A
Absolutely
oh
yeah
yeah,
yes,
sir
yeah!
So
now
we
have
the
contact
person
before
we
know
that
I
know
we
had
brought
that
up
to
today
so
before
we
can
do
that.
So,
okay,
now
we'll
get
to
all
right
and
I'm
sorry
anything
else
like
on
moving
forward
on
the
on
the
on
the
meeting,
sir.
B
B
A
A
B
B
A
A
Items
for
discussion
with
with
possible
action
there
is.
There
is
no
nothing
for
for
for
that
item.
A
A
A
A
If
you
have
a
chance,
go
to
our
webpage,
the
parks
and
rec
department
and
click
on
the
rec
centers
and
she
went
in
there
professionally
done
I'd
say
who
hired
hollywood.
I
thought
somebody
from
hollywood
came
to
come.
Do
that
because
that
was
my
guy's.
Probably
gonna
got
on
the
phone
he
just
kind
of
walked
around,
but
to
showcase
the
rec
centers.
A
So
in
about
a
month
ago
or
less
I
went
to
go,
I
went
out
to
the
chorus
with
dennis
and
we
started
talking
about.
I
know
mr
rick,
I
know
rick
had
this
hey.
We
need
to
get
out
there
more.
You
know,
let's
showcase
it
more
and
then
we
need
to
let
people
know
out
there
on
about
the
course
and
in
in
talking
with
dennis,
and
then
I
brought
this
up
to
noraela.
A
She
wants
to
go
out
to
the
course
and
do
very
something
similar
to
what
she
did
for
the
rec
centers.
Okay
do
fly
over.
I
know
I
don't
think
I'll,
let
you
take
it
from
there
what?
What
idea
you
think
we
can
do
here.
I
Absolutely
so
I
also
oversee,
what's
now
called
laredo
tv,
it's
our
public
access
channel,
we
rebranded
it
and
we
renamed
it,
but
with
it
comes
new
content,
and
so
the
content
is
more
about
showcasing
what
the
city
of
laredo
has
to
offer.
I
So,
therefore,
of
course,
our
max
mendel
golf
course
is
one
of
those
places
that
I
don't
think
a
lot
of
people
obviously
know
that
it
exists
and
in
right
here
in
our
backyard
right,
so
I
had
kind
of
approached
jj
on
you
know
wanting
to
do
a
brand
new
video
we
used
to
have
one,
but
to
be
honest,
it
is
very
old
and
outdated.
A
lot
of
the
information
that
was
in
that
video
doesn't
even
exist
anymore.
A
lot
of
people
that
were
in
the
video
are
no
longer
with
the
golf
course.
I
I
So
after
oh,
you
mean
like
in
general,.
I
Post
it
on
our
social
media,
we
can
have
it
as
content
for
laredo
tv,
a
lot
of
people
do
watch
and
a
lot
of
we
can
also
put
it
on
our
city
of
laredo
website.
You
guys
can
use
it
on
your
website.
It
can
be
used
for
many
different
reasons.
B
A
That's
right,
yeah,
and
also
in
your
web
page
as
well.
I
mean
that
can
be
downloaded
to
the.
A
I'm
pretty
sure
you
guys,
I
don't
know
what
to
talk
about
if
you
go
to.
If
you
go
to
and
I'll
give
you
an
example.
A
month
ago
I
went
to
go
play
golf
with
my
boys,
so
let
me
go
find.
Let
me
go
play,
find
a
golf
course
and
you
go
to.
We
played
the
royal
links,
so
you
go
to
royal
links
and
it
shows
you
the
website
and
it
shows
all
every
hole
not
either
and
like
a
little
quick
fly
over
over
every
hole.
A
D
And
there's
whole
like
just
it's
called
pro
tip
suggestions,
so
you
could
say
arroyos
to
the
right
lay
up
to
the
left,
it's
actually
in
our
little
scoreboard
or
a
scorecard
book
that
you
can
actually
just
use
it
to
guide
you.
It
works
out
well,
yeah.
I
Absolutely
again,
it
could
be
a
little
bit
voiced.
I
think
it
needs
to
be
a
little
bit
voiced
over
with
just
information
as
to
what
you
know.
The
golf
course
has
to
offer.
H
To
add
to
I
I
wanted
to,
I
know
when
we
discussed
it
before
the
idea,
for
that
was
also
so
that
we
can
have,
or
everybody
can
have,
accessibility
to
it.
But
at
the
hotel
level,
every
hotel
is
done
because
you
have
the
the
people
in
that
committee
and
the
the
visitors
bureaus
and
all
that
and
it
can
be
on
a
running
loop
at
the
as
they
walk
into
the
hotels
that
they.
I
H
D
Right
so
this
is
something
maybe
we
can
approach
the
hotels
with.
I
guess
when
I
first
took
on
board
like
seven
years
ago,
I
went
and
visited
several
hotels
and
they,
let
me
put
a
tv
there
and
I
had
a
usb
with
a
video
just
slowly
streaming.
For
now,
the
days
the
tvs
are
even
cheaper,
so
it
may
be
something
we
can
talk
to
the
hotels
and
giving
us
a
little
space.
D
We
used
to
have
the
tv
and
then
a
bag
of
golf
with
the
towels
at
the
max
and
all
that,
but
I
mean
obviously
including
everybody
that
needs
to
be
part
of
it
as
far
as
other
amenities
that
we
have
in
town,
but
just
something
that
maybe
we
can
tie
into
all
the
hotels
give
us
a
little.
Nowadays,
you
can
get
a
30-inch
tv,
for
I
don't
know
hundred
but
yeah.
It
makes
great
sense
to
update
that
video.
D
I
Anyone's
welcome
no
for
sure
we
want
to
showcase
what
you
have
to
offer.
So
before
we
go
out
there,
we
would
sit
down.
E
D
B
So
this
is
really,
I
think,
a
great
idea,
an
additional
promotional
piece
for
the
golf
course.
So
you
should
consider
when,
when,
when
jason
talks
to
chris
charlton,
it
did
robert
jones
see
if
we
can
get
bobby
phone,
they
called
him
robert
jones
jr,
to
do
a
little
intro
for
you.
He
you
know
when
they
came
to
inaugurate
the
golf
course.
He
gave
a
great
speech
about
the
uniqueness
of
the
course
and
how
much
pride
they
took
in
designing
and
all
of
that,
and
so
if
we
could
get
quotes
from
him
his
face.
A
Was
his
name,
mr
jacobs,
bruce
what
was.
I
I
E
B
Somehow
understand
what
you're
doing
what
the
purpose
is
to
get
more
play,
of
course,
and
let
him
do
an
intro
with
some
great
remarks
about
the
design
of
the
course
and
and
it's
important
it
could
be
just
a
minute
or
something
you
know,
but
I
think
it
would
be
nice
to
start
this.
Video
clip
with
the
architect
who's
famous
comedy.
A
Yep
perfect
sounds
good.
We're
gonna!
Do
this
like
soon
as
possible,
right
like
this-
we're
talking
about
next
week
already
getting
on
this
all
right.
So
what
do
you
need
from
us?
Any?
You
need
first
audience
to
get
cut
and
all
that
yeah.
I
We
could
we
could
do
it
either
way.
That's
not
a
that's,
not
an
issue.
I
We
can
meet
next
week.
I
am
going
to
a
conference
in
houston,
so
I
leave
wednesday
thursday
friday.
So
I
will
good
monday
and
tuesday
monday
during
the
day,
because
then
we
have
city
council
meeting
and
then
tuesday
and
just
let
me
know.
A
Would
you
need
like
a
a
flyovers?
What
do
you
call
anything
a.
I
H
Gonna
be
shots
in
there
that
that
I
think,
will
be
beneficial
early
in
the
morning
with
that
with
the
first
first
light,
and
I.
H
A
D
B
D
A
D
H
Especially
if
it's
got
the
member
with
his.
H
A
I
So
some
of
the
I
was
trying
to
open
the
directory.
I
And
it
is,
I
guess,
we're
in
the
airport
so
like
wi-fi
is
not
very
good,
but
anyway
it
depends
on
how
big
I'm
thinking
three
minutes.
Five
minutes
the
most.
E
D
I
Don't
want
to
make
it
too
long.
I
would
say
three
minutes
will
be
perfect
because
we
will
be
able
to
showcase.
You
know
the
holes
and
then
you
know
the
whole
area
for
parties.
Things
like
that.
So
I
would
say
three
minutes
will
be
awesome.
That
would
not
take
us
long.
I
would
say
two
days
to
edit
you
know
with
some
music
in
the
background,
some
everything
else
that
we
need
to
put
in
there
and
produce,
but
if
we
can
produce
some
of
these
things
in
advance,
I
think
it'll
be
fine.
I
The
fact
that
we
have
to
go
maybe
at
different
times
it
will
take
a
little
longer.
You
know
because
we'll
probably
have
to
go
early
in
the
morning
and
then
again
you
know
later
in
the
evening
or
right
when
sunset
is
happening.
Things
like
that.
So
let's,
let's
do
that
initial
meeting
first,
so
that
we
can
see,
and
then
I
can
probably
give
you
a
better
timeline
as
to
when
this
can
be
done.
I
mean
we're
pretty
fast.
I
I
We
start
on
them
right
away,
and
I
think
this
is
the
right
time
we
were
very
busy,
obviously
with
covet
and
things
like
that.
So
right
now
now
it's
the
time
and
with
laredo
tv.
Obviously
we
are
looking
for
more
content
and
more
things
to
showcase
and
that's
what
we
have
envisioned
right
now
to
kind
of
educate
people,
and
it's
not
just
the
max
right,
we're
doing
this.
The
rec
centers
we're
doing
all
the
different
departments.
I
H
C
E
D
Time
to
go
through
it,
I
think
we
have
a
small
wedding
in
november
and
two
in
december,
so
maybe
we
could
tie
that
in
because
I
mean
I
have
a
video
of
one
that
we
just
did
it's
like
a
twenty
thousand
dollars.
I
The
same
lines,
but
you
know
for
the
golf
course
so
if
you
guys
have
any
questions,
let
me
know
let
jj
know.
A
You
good
night,
thank
you
for
your
time,
appreciate
it
there's
lunch
here.
If
you
want
to
take
a
sandwich
with
me,
I
made
them
earlier.
Okay,
we'll
move
on
to.
I
guess
staff
reports
you
want.
You
want
to
yeah
david
well.
D
As
you
all
know,
david
had
kind
of
been
helping
us
part-time,
because
we
were
waiting
for
negotiations
on
the
contract.
Everything
everything
got
extended,
david
is
on
full
time
now.
So
you'll
see
a
a
couple
of
things
that
david's
really
good
at
he's
been
working
on
the
golf
course.
So
there's
two
reports
that
we're
going
to
share
with
you
one
is
just
kind
of
what's
been
going
on.
D
I
know
there
were
some
issues
over
the
summer
on
hey,
there's,
greens
are
looking
a
little
shabby
or
they're,
not
looking
as
sharp
as
they
used
to.
We
had
a
lot
of
irrigation.
D
Yeah:
okay,
okay:
we
had
a
lot
of
irrigation
issues
that
I
guess
with
time,
we'll
start
seeing
more
and
more
of
we're
thinking
that
in
ground,
irrigation
has
been
under
almost
12
years
now,
yeah.
D
So
we're
looking
at
about
12
years
now
that
the
irrigation
some
of
it
has
already
been
underground.
So
in
this
report
it's
real
simple.
It
just
shows
the
12
leaks
we
had
starting
from
like
june
6
through
late
september
early
october,
and
it
caused
us
to
have
to
shut
down
water
or
to
some
areas
in
some
areas
for
26
days,
not
in
totality
but
three
days
here,
two
days
here,
five
days
at
times,
because
there
was
a
valve
that
was
going
to
feed
into
all
the
tributaries.
D
So
it
wasn't
just
that
we
could
shut
down
half
of
the
course
and
all
that,
but
it's
really
just
to
be
transparent
with
you
guys
on
what
we
had
been
experiencing
and
it's
something
that
we
had
never
experienced
as
a
golf
course.
We've
always
been
the
young
ones
around,
so
no
no
issues,
but
this
year
it
really
came
to
bite
us,
but
with
the
as
we
as
we
experienced
it,
we
also
got
in
commission
communication
with
coach
every
time
and
we've
gotten
quicker
at
it
at
first.
D
We
didn't
expect
it,
and
these
things
are
what
are
they
called
sleeps
that
you
put
on
a
leak
well
covered
19
affected
everything,
so
sometimes
it
took
three
or
four
days
to
get
something,
but
now
we've
tied
into
the
city's
inventory
and
they
have
them
and
we
just
call
them
and
they
give
it
to
us.
D
So
it's
about
a
one
day,
turnaround
now
so
moving
forward
in
the
summers
and
all
that
we
shouldn't
have
more
than
one
or
two
days
at
max
that
we
have
to
be
down
the
leaks
right
now,
we're
sending
the
same
report
to
landscapes
of
people
who
built
our
golf
course
just
so
they
can
see
if
it's
something
that
is
just
because
of
old
age
or
there's
something
going
on.
There's
been
some
talk
about
a
welding
that
was,
I
guess
there
was
a
certain
way
to
do
it
before,
and
then
they
told
them
later
on.
D
C
C
C
C
F
B
E
B
D
Has
to
get
ahold
of
landscape
yeah
we've
already
been
in
communications
with
them,
they'll
be
getting
the
same
report
that
I'm
sharing
with
you
guys
here
that
way
they
can
look
into
it
and
see
if
it's
a
welding
issue
or
a
the
way
they
would.
I
guess
they
have
to
do
it
by
a
certain
operation
wise.
D
Yeah
well
right
now.
Luckily
it
just
started
so
you
know
this
was
the
first
summer
that
we
experienced
that
many
we've
had
some
in
the
past,
but
it'd
be
one
or
two,
and
if
you
noticed
it
would
be
mainly
under
the
bridge
under
the
bridge.
There's
a
pipeline
that
feeds
under
you
can
see
where
it
looks
like
a
you
know,
transformer
arm.
It's
got
all
these
attachments
to
it
and
they
did
that
purposely
they
didn't
want
to
go
under
the
arroyo.
They
figured
it'd
be
easier
to
go
to
the
top.
D
C
Hdpe
high
density,
polyurethane
and
they're
different,
it's
it's
a
good
pipe.
C
Effective
than
just
yeah
they're
they're
they're
a
50-year
pipe
100
year,
pipe,
probably
the
reason
I
like
it
on
the
presentations
that
I've
been
I've
seen
they
have
them
in
africa
and
they're
above
ground
for
20
30
years
in
the
sun
and
cold
and
whatever
so
they're.
D
H
H
C
E
B
What
that
means
we're
going
to
go
back
to
where
we
were
several
years
ago,
when
they're
allocating
and
rationing
water
out
of
amistad,
when
we
built
the
golf
course
the
only
water
it
had
was
the
500
acre
feet
that
we
gave
the
city,
and
so
then,
at
that
time,
both
tomas
rodriguez
and,
I
think
rizzul
had
looked.
The
city
needs
irrigation
water
for
a
number
of
reasons.
So
when
the
market
was
cheap,
they
went
out
and
bought
around
2
000
acre
feet
of
water,
and
when
tom
tom
was
there
managing,
we
went
through
this.
B
B
So
you
can
own
two
thousand
acre
feet,
but
if
you
never
pump
it,
then
when
the
drought
comes
and
they
start
rationing,
you
get
nothing.
So
we
had
this
conversation.
Maybe
two
years
ago
I
can
remember
I've.
Had
it
a
number
of
times
and
jj
is
going
to
call
you
about
it,
also
right,
but
but
y'all
I
mean
you
may
be
doing
this,
but
I
just
want
to
remind
everybody.
Yes,.
D
We
use
your
your
account
at
277-7700
and
then
we
use
the
other
account
and
we
rotate
on
it
that
way,
they're
being
used
evenly
and
I've
just
I
trained
we're
training
david
now
with
it
so
that
he
can
be
able
to
take
forth
ownership
of
it.
This
coming
well
now
that
he's
on
board
full
time.
B
D
Yes,
now
now
we
get
a
bi-weekly
visit.
I
guess-
and
I
guess
in
I
guess,
because
of
the
rating
that
might
be
coming
forward
from
the
texas
water
commission.
I
just
met
with
her
on
last
tuesday,
very
friendly
lady
maria
retired.
Now
it's
hermina,
but
we
talk
to
her
on
a
monthly
basis
when
we
submit
we
can
submit
that
a
month
at
a
time
now
and
then
they
we
send
them
our
reading
of
the
pump
and
then
they
send
it
back
and
they're.
B
Coming
ahead
well,
a
good
the
whole
exercise
david
is,
is
what
they
did
last
time
they
cut
everybody
to
around
25
of
the
allocated
amount.
Well,
25
of
500
acres
acre
feet
is
not
enough
to
keep
this
course
green,
which
is
why
the
city
bought
more
water.
So
we
just
want
to
be
sure
that
when
they
start
reducing
your
allocation,
you
take
enough
water
from
each
of
those
accounts
to
get
your
five
or
six
hundred
acre
feet
of
water.
B
D
No,
they
took
down
that
pipe.
That
was
there,
the
one
that
was
above
ground.
A
Yeah,
ria
on
the
drive
over
here,
riya
called
me.
This
is
jj
that
to
let
us
know
what
he's
talking
about
the
way,
I'm
sure
we
alternate,
but
he
said
we're
also
getting
water
from
the
pico.
That's
that's
that's.
What
ria
told
me
on
the
drive
up
on
the
driveway
before
I
got
here.
So
what
are
you
saying?
We're
not
we're
not
we
don't.
D
I
think
that
was
when
we
had
that
blue
pipe.
That
was
running
from
one
of
the
fire
hydrants
to
the
to
the
lake.
But
then
I
guess
when
there
was,
I
guess
when
we
they
started
doing
the
lots,
they
were
asked
to
remove
it
and
they
did
remove
it,
and
I
think
that's
when
we
no
longer
got
water
from
pico.
D
B
The
floor,
I
let
them
lay
it
through
the
farmland
years
ago,
just
because
it
was
an
emergency
and
it
was
easy,
but
it's
just
as
easy
to
lay
it
on
city
property
and
leave
it
there.
I'd
be
great
because
we
don't
want
to
get
those
situation
in
august
where
the
water
master
says,
I'm
not
giving
anybody
any
water
and
pickle
has
plenty
of
water
and
we
can't
pump
it
because
there's
no
line.
So
we
ought
to
anticipate
all
that.
D
B
D
D
B
But
just
to
comment:
it's
a
two-edged
sword
guys
because
if
we
took
all
pico
water
we'd
lose
the
allocation
from
the
water
master
see.
So
we
don't
want
to
do
that
yeah
so,
but
but
we
do
want
to
have
the
availability
to
use
that
water
in
an
emergency.
If
the
water
master
says
I'm
not
giving
anybody
water
for
two
weeks
right,
then
people
will
always
get
water
correct.
E
D
D
So
you
can
have
a
bigger
version
that
you
can
look
into,
but
all
it
states
is
when
we
fixed
it
the
day
we
we
reported
it
and
who
we
talked
to,
who
we
communicated
with
whether
it
was
the
coach
or
with
the
people
from
the
city
who
fixed
it
if
it
was
the
city
or
if
it
was
our
guys
that
are
at
the
house
and
then
the
size
of
the
pipe
that
we
actually
went
ahead
and
fixed,
whether
it
was
an
eight
inch,
three
inch
or
six
inch
any
questions.
D
You
know
just
reach
out
to
me
when
you
see
me
at
the
golf
course
or
you
have
my
phone
number
most
of
you.
I
know
bernal
texts
me
every
two
days,
but
I
also
have
here
a
plan
and
a
grounding
astronomy
plan
from
david
smith.
If
you
want
to
just
kind
of
go
over,
I
know
there
were
some
misspellings.
The
the
girl
at
the
office
didn't
know.
C
But
anyway,
starting
you
know,
october
25th,
we
got
the
pre-emergent
out
this
week
with
the
fertilizer
mixed
in
with
a
slow
release,
200
pounds
per
acre
our
spray
rig's
down
right
now.
It
should
be
back
either
friday
or
monday,
I'll
be
pre-emerging.
The
greens
with
curb
and
then
the
soil
tests
come
back
where
there's
a
lot
of
salts
in
the
upper
levels
of
these
greens.
C
So
what
we're
going
to
do
is
I
started
birdie
cutting,
but
I
was
kind
of
scared
to
do
it
with
these
water
leaks,
and
you
all
saw
what
happened
on
some
of
the
holes.
I
think
if
y'all
played
you
know
where
they
didn't
come
back
as
quick,
so
we
were
having
to
hand
water
them
with
our
spray
truck.
It
was
almost
to
the
point
where
we
had
to
call
city
trucks
out
to
just
spray
water
on
them.
So
there's
a
lot
there's
a
lot
of
thatch
on
top,
so
we're
taking
that
thatch
down.
C
C
Roll
yeah,
once
it
gets
cold,
we'll
probably
once
a
week
just
to
clean
up
and
then
roll.
I
guess
basically,
you
know
once
once
it
gets
dormant,
we're
going
to
y'all
been
spraying
the
fairways
green.
To
make
it
look
better.
I've
always
sprayed
them
black,
but
whatever
you
all
want
to
do.
C
C
Post-Emerge
is
when
the
wheat
comes
up
and
you
spray
it
out.
Pre-Emerge
is
when
to
stop
it
from
coming
up.
Oh
so
on
number
one
green,
there's
some
greens
out
there
that
they
get
pulled
on
and
then
in
the
summertime
they
get.
You
know
because
they're
thin,
they
aren't
healthy,
so
hopefully
with
a
deep
time,
verification
we'll
get
some
sand
down
there,
get
this
salt
going
down
and
we're
using
chemicals
like
that.
So
I
don't
really
know
past
this.
C
What
we're
going
to
do
once
I
start
getting
these
soil
tests
and
stuff,
but
I
think
we
can
get
these
babies
back
and
roll
in
here
once
we
get
into
spring
they're
already
decent.
Now
I
mean
we've
got
a
couple
little
spots:
12's
almost
healed
in
we've
got
about
200,
not
even
200
square
feet
back
there
in
the
back,
maybe
50
square
feet,
yeah.
H
C
C
So
what
we're
going
to
do
is
start
looking
for
the
hot
spots
during
the
summer,
we'll
turn
those
heads
back
on
make
sure
they
aren't
hitting
the
greens
that
controls.
You
know
the
look
around
the
greens
without
getting
everything,
just
stopping
wet
all
the
time
and
then,
of
course,
with
verification
next
year,
and
all
that
you
know
it's
going
to
help,
of
course,
not
be
so
wet
all
the
time.
D
That's
one
of
the
big
reasons
I
advocated
for
david
smith
because
he's
basic
he's
from
laredo,
so
it
you
know
guys
come
in
for
a
year
or
two
they
might
have
think
they
have
figured
out,
but
then
they're
there
they
know
they're
leaving.
Hopefully
david
will
be
here
until
you
know.
What
are
you,
what
are
you
65
now
68
68,
so
about
another
10
years
now
he's
about
53..
I
know
we
can
get
another
10
12
years
out
of
him,
but
that'd
be
the
key
consistency.
C
So
what
we're
going
to
see
during
spring
is
through
the
summer
is
lightly
vertical
mowing
standing
as
I
know,
some
of
you
all
know
that
I
do
that.
A
lot
and
spiking
a
lot
making
sure
those
salts
get
down
that
those
that
water's
really
salty.
C
This
isn't
exact,
but
it's
gonna,
be
I
don't
know
what
actual
product
I'm
gonna
be
using,
but
I'm
going
to
start
using
seaweed
extracts
we're
looking
at
doing
all
organic
from
aspirisons
they're
right
down
the
road.
I
think
we
can
save
some
money
and
get
some
wood
chips
out
there
get
them
down
in
some
of
these
holes.
When
we
air
fly
out
in
the
fairways
there's
harder
fairways
like
six.
C
A
If
I
can
bring
this
up
to
the
committee,
mr
mr
jacob,
can
you
hear
me
this
is
j.j.
A
A
This
is
what
your
all's
thought
is,
and
I
and
I
kind
of
related
to
facebook,
because
you
take
care
of
baseball-
is
that
when
we
were
when
I
was
taking
care
of
unit
trade,
we
would
we
would
have
everything
ready
and
then,
when
the
team
was
on
the
road,
that's
when
we
gave
we
don't
gave
us
time
to
put
the
baseball
field
back
up
up
into
shape
again
when
they,
when
they
did
the
road
trips.
A
So
in
talking
to
dave
and
dennis
well,
you
know
what
let's
bring
it
up
to
the
committee
that
possibly
that
maybe
right
now
we
don't
close
at
all,
but
maybe
possibly
close
for
maybe
a
tuesday
morning,
just
for
half
a
day
so
that
they
can
get
caught
up
on
whatever
things
that
they
that
they
know
that
needs
to
get
fixed
and
they
don't
have
to
hurry.
Because
they
got
some
golfers
behind
them
or
they
need
to,
they
already
have
a
plan
hey.
A
A
D
We
get
the
front
nine
and
then
we
would
close
it,
and
we
would
you
know,
for
about
three
hours,
just
to
give
the
guys
an
extra
head
start
on
whatever
project
that
they're
trying
to
complete,
because
we
are.
C
Looking
at
possibly
getting
some
more
equipment
in
here
and
that's
going
to
help
a
lot,
because
you
have
two
fairway
mowers,
one
goes
down
and
you
got
a
lot
of
play
you're
a
weekend
of
mowing
the
fairways.
Only
so
if
we
can
have
coach
already
is
going
to
look
like
getting
us
a
backup
unit
that
he
has.
I
think.
E
C
That's
going
to
help
tremendously,
just
in
case
you
have
a
breakdown,
you
sharpen
the
reels
or
whatever
you
know,
there's
only
one
mechanic
out
there,
I'm
kind
of
just
looking
at
getting
everything
more
more
in
sequence.
I
guess
you
would
say
so.
You
have
two
cup
cutters,
two
greens
mores
and
then
they
all
do
their
routines.
Do
the
water
do
the
traps
and
then
once
they're
through
everybody
goes
most
fairways
they're
through
by
two
o'clock.
B
You
should
try
that
for
palm
and
paper
you.
D
G
D
B
D
Once
every
week,
so
one
tuesday
yeah-
okay,
especially
now
in
the
winter,
where
in
the
mornings
we're
not
going
to
get
a
lot
of
play
because
it's
colder
they
get
here
by
noon.
The
frontline
will
already
be
open
or
the
back
nine,
whatever
we
decided
or
whatever
they're
working
on
that
time
and
just
to
see
how
it
goes
over
this
winter
break
is.
D
Yeah,
no
definitely
we
communicate
we'll
communicate
through
social
media
on
our
new
golf
carts.
We
can
put
signs
up
there,
but
at
the
same
time
we
can
just
close
one
in
the
front
one
side
of
the
night.
You
know
for
that
time.
So
we
know
if
we're
gonna
be
working
on
a
whole.
Six
well,
we'll
close
the
front
nine
for
the
morning.
They
can
start
off
the
back
and
then
they
just
come
around
by
the
time.
H
Yeah,
the
the
communication
part
is
gonna,
be
important
right
there,
so
you're
right
about
the
social
media.
But
if
you
open
up
your
website,
I
notice
that
I'm
not
sure
if
there's
an
upkeep
on
it,
and
we
can
constantly
be
feeding
that
thing
also
yeah,
because
you
know
for
those
people
that
are
not
on
social
media,
they
can.
They
can
always
look
up
in
there
and
the
schedule
is
up
and
running
instead
of
getting
get
caught.
H
For
instance,
if
you
start
putting
in
right
now,
you
say
november
20th
we're
going
to
shut
down
half
a
day
on
this
tuesday
yeah
and
everybody's
already
used
to
seeing
that
yeah
plus.
D
D
But
let's
say
you
don't
show
up
or
whatever
well
we'll
give
you
a
25
gift
card
for
the
restaurant
only
use
what
is
about
the
restaurant
at
least
you're
getting
something
back,
but
then
that
keeps
people
from
just
I
mean
we
get
people
that
say
like.
I
need
a
tea
time
tea
and
then
three
people
don't
show
up
in
a
row.
That's
about
1200
bucks,
you
know
mean
so
it
was
to
the
point
where
it's
gone
back
to
normal,
but
I
think
it
was
the
beginning
of
football
season.
D
D
C
As
far
as
the
next
year's
projects
and
through
this
winter
rock
work
along
the
edges
of
the
carp
path,
where
we
have
some
erosion,
we
want
to
add
a
bunker
to
the
driving
range.
So
we
get
some
practice
out
there.
Let
us
get
one
in
and
then
we
can
possibly
put
like
a
fairway
type
bunker
out.
Let's,
let's
get
see
how
much
use
we
get
out
of
it.
What
are
we
talking
about
right?
Well,.
A
D
D
F
C
It's
away
from
everybody
see
how
much
play
we
get
and
if
you
know,
if
we
need
to
add
another
one,
we
will.
A
G
C
C
C
B
Along
carpet,
that's
what
he's
talking
about
all
the
cars?
Yes,
and
so
that
all
has
to
be
reviewed
both
with
robert
jones
with
me.
There's
a
deed
restriction
in
the
gift
deed
that
I
gave
to
the
city
on
trees,
cutting
down
that
are
over
six
inches
in
diameter.
I
think
we're
talking
about
dead
trees,
okay
dead,
so
to
replace
to
replace
them.
B
E
C
Years
anyway,
going
on,
I
want
to
get
rid
of
all
that
standing
water
on
the
cart,
pass,
we're
going
to
do
some,
some
extensive
work
on
a
few
holes,
but
other
than
that.
It's
pretty
pretty
simple!
We're
going
to
do
that
through
winter
and.
C
Some
of
it
goes
into
existing
drainage,
so
it's
basically
build
up,
and
so
we
got
to
take
a
sock
cutter
cut
it
all
out,
cut
it
down
below
then
drop.
The
side
back
in
the
water
goes
off
the
drains.
Are
you
a
lot
of
them
are
right
there,
but
like
on
number
three.
You
know
it
goes
between
the
tee
box.
So
I'm
going
to
take
and
we'll
sock
cut
it
out.
Then
we'll
dig
a
trench,
and
then
you
know
put
put
it
going
back
into
the
river
okay
or
into
the
side
land.
B
I
mean
again
my
suggestion:
is
you
lay
all
this
stuff
out
and
then
call
jones
and
probably
have
to
pay
somebody
or
landscapes
unlimited
to
come
down
and
say?
Okay,
we
sign
off
on
all
this,
especially
the
bunker.
It's
a
good
idea
to
have
a
bunker
on
the
practice
screen
again,
that's
their
design,
so.
C
And
then
look
at
cleaning
up
down
by
the
river
down
at
the
bottom
there
out
of
mister
pillar
green,
brought
that
up
while
ago
that's
an
extensive
task
there.
So
let
me
take
a
look
at
it
with
my
sore
knee
and
but
we
can
definitely
we
can
start
working
on
it
for
sure
just
so,
you
can
see.
F
H
The
earlier
spot
on
on
number
17.,
you
can't
see
towards
the
green
because
along
the
fence
line
it
already
has
all
this
great
yeah.
I
don't
know
if
it's
mosquito
one,
but
it
just
has
a
lot
of
overgrowth
that
you
used
to
be
able
to
tear
off
and
see.
But
now
you
don't
you
don't
know
if
somebody's
ahead
of
you.
So
you
know
your
teen
up
into
into
somebody
yeah.
D
B
B
The
more
salt
seeders
you
can
get
rid
of
david,
the
better
and
the
other
thing
we
got
to
keep
an
open
eye.
Is
the
governor's
two
billion
dollar
fund
to
build
a
constantino
wire
fence
along
the
river.
We
want
to
be
sure
that
the
city
doesn't
give
them
permission
to
put
that
on
the
frontage
of
the
golf
course.
D
Okay,
yeah:
we
had
talked
about
that
that
something
had
just
come
through,
but
it's
going
to
be
start
so
now
they
can.
They
don't
have
to
put
it
above
the
like.
They
wanted
to
do
originally
right
where
it
was
going
to
cut
right
across
the
number
nine
in
the
clubhouse.
This
they
can
actually
lay
down
over
there
by
the
the
hog
fence.
That'd
be
kind
of
ideal.
Is
that.
B
So
so
so,
just
to
remind
everybody,
I
I
had
a
vision
11
years
ago
or
12
years
ago
that
they
were
going
to
do
this.
So
there's
a
specific
prohibition
in
our
gifting
to
the
city
that
they
cannot
give
any
land
for
construction
of
a
fence,
a
wall,
a
camera
station,
nothing
they
can't
consider
prohibited
from
doing
that
for
the
whole
golf
course
reverts
back
to
me.
So
they
need
to
pay
attention
at
the
city
level,
so
they.
E
B
Give
and
I'm
not
going
to
give
them
land
on
either
side
of
that.
So
it's
silly
for
the
city
that
I
read
some
in
the
paper,
the
mayor
or
something
said
you
know
the
city
had
a
lot
of
land
or
this.
No,
what
it
was
was.
The
state
has
asked
the
city
for
an
inventory
of
all
the
land
they
owned
with
furniture
on
the
river
and,
and
so
I
antenna
went
up
and
said.
B
B
B
B
That
one
arm
of
the
city
doesn't
accidentally
give
them
a
right-of-way
or
an
easement,
where
you
don't
have
a
legal
right
to
do
it.
Okay,
I
wouldn't
do
it
to
me.
I
wouldn't
do
it
on
any
of
the
city
parks.
I
mean.
I
thought
it
was
extremely
offensive
when
they
laid
all
that
wire
down
there
below
the
outlet
mall
yeah.
B
A
A
Any
questions
coming
for
dave
or
any
any
concerns
that
we
need
to
know
with
the.
What
the
on
the
course.
A
Yeah,
I
think
so,
and
so
we're
we're
all
we're
all
in
agreement
for
closing
on
tuesday
mornings,
or
I
mean.
C
A
A
Chris
perez
the
safety
plan
yeah
chris
perez
was
not
able
to
chris
perez
is
the
you
know
chris,
the
yeah
fire
right
now
with
risk.
I
told
him
nintendo.
I
got
a
conference
this
week.
Okay,
but
they've
been
on
me
about
so
chris
yeah
chris
will
be
whenever
he's
ready
gloria.
This
would
be
for
us
safety
and
for
for
the
safety
at
at
the
max.
As
far
as
safety
and
emergency
plan
and
chris
perez
from
fire
department
will
need.
B
To
reach
out
to
him
for
david,
I
guess
you're
well
aware
that
we
spent
about
a
hundred
thousand
dollars
building
that
pig
fence.
You
know
that
hog
fans.
E
B
It
really,
since
it
was
built,
it's
never
been
maintained
as
it
was
designed,
as
you
know,
there's
a
skirt
on
the
outside
of
it,
and
so
what
we
were
supposed
to
do
is
have
a
rough
mower
mow
that
lane,
maybe
three
or
four
feet
wide
on
the
outside
of
the
fence,
so
you
could
drive
it
and
see
erosion
or
anything
that
any
the
pig
could
get
under
it.
We
never
did
that.
B
That
you
have
the
time
you
probably
don't,
but
maybe
jj
could
help.
It
would
really
be
a
good
idea
to
get
a
crew
to
go
in
there
and
mow
that
outside
skirt.
In
other
words,
you
know
it's
the
fans,
it
has
a
really
tight
wire
that
goes
out
about
two
feet
so
that
a
pig
or
a
coyote
starts
trying
to
dig
under
it.
It
hurts
their
paws
and
they
can't
get
under
it,
but
then,
over
time,
erosion,
all
kinds
of
stuff.
We
haven't
taken
a
look
at
that.
B
The
last
thing
we
want
is
a
whole
family
of
pigs
to
get
in
there
they're
almost
impossible
to
get
out.
So
it's
just
something
on
a
list
of
things
to
do.
Maybe
you
could
work
with
jj
on
and
see
if,
if
there
is
somebody
that
can
take
a
look
at
all
that
and
do
any
remedial
work
that
integrity
of
that
fence,
I
think
it's
really
important
defensively.
B
B
A
Yeah
we
can
help
you
with
something
we
can.
We
can
get
over
there
and
help
you
out
with
that.
Okay,
all
right
anything
else
from
the
committee
that
we
want
to.
I
know
people
have
safety,
any
safety
plan
and
emergency
plan.
Let's
pick
a
date,
I'd
like
to
you
know
a
month
from
now,
because
I
want
to
meet
december.
Normally
we
don't
meet,
but
we
need
to
meet
in
november.
Can
we
pick
a
date
to
see
what
what.
A
A
B
A
H
Is
that
kind
of,
like
a
warm-up
just
for
the
next
country,
also
everything
that
was
discussed
as
to
communications
that
you
guys
are
going
to
have
to
do
with
robert
ken
jones
and
oh.
A
A
A
H
H
H
Same
thing
with
me,
I
was
going
to
suggest
that
anybody
else
that
wants
to
get
a
shot
at
this.
It's
not
a
problem
for
me
either.
