music

have

will

around
broadway

the
main
stage

to

launched

a

months

get

safety

traffic

we
think
is
all
that's
important.

is
a
really
popular
event,
so
you've
got
a
lot
of
density
happening

relatively
few
blocks.

of
historic
preservationists

in
our
ert
squad
in

past,

both
are
tier
one
academy
graduates
brett
will
take
some

few
classes
of
online
refreshing
with
the
academy,
but
he's
in
good
standing
once
he

that.

we've

seen
a
tremendous
improvement
in
public
safety,

not
only
you
know
the
expansion
of
investigative
and
detective
resources
and
improved
evidence,
handling

cataloging,

this
part-time
program
adds

lot
of
resources.
I
think
that
there's
a
kind
of
misunderstanding
across
the
broader
community.
When
we
say
we
have
33
police
officers,
it
doesn't
mean
we
have
33
police
officers
who
are
working
every
day.
We
have
multiple
situations
where
we're
our
force
may
be.

at
the
last
council
meeting
and
officer
wimpey
received
an
award
life
saving
award
and
a
comment
that
he
made
that
just
to
me
just
stuck
out
that
he
left
the
department
he
was.
He
was
employed
with
mpd
for
a
few
years
and
then
he
left
for
a
few
years
and
at
the
council
meeting
two
weeks
ago.
He
made
the
comment
that
because
of
changes
in
mpd
is
that's
that's
why
he
came
back
here
and
I
think
we
were
fortunate
to
to
get
him
back
as
he
returned
so
yeah.

briefly
talk
about
just
for
the
community
here
school
safety
that's
been
certainly
on
all
of
our
hearts
and
minds,
and
the
numerous
school
shootings
that
that
have
occurred
throughout
the
country
and,
most
recently
out
in
uvalde
and
meeting
chief
and
I
and
chief
and
I've,
been
talking
about
this
a
lot
on
what
role
we
can
play
in
ensuring
safety
of
our
our
our
children
in
our
schools,
and
we
attended
a
meeting
recently
with
the
working
group
for
the
school
board.

We
are
conducting
several
training
sessions
prior
to
school,
starting
active
shooter
training
within
the
schools.
Eomuncy
has
been
kind
enough
to
allow
us
to
use
that,
for
our
school's,
been
kind
of
clouds
use
the
eomuncy
facility
for
training,
which
we
have
coming
up
several
days
of
in
the
near
future.
We've
had
several
days
last
week
in
which
we
trained
there
with
our
with
our
canines,
so
anytime,
you
can
get
into
the
school.

School
structure
and
and
work
you
know
on
how
you're
going
to
respond.
It's
just
a
tremendous
asset
to
the
department
of
community.
We
use
the
they're
little
plastic
bb's
and
they
sting
so
it
makes
the
makes
the
training
more
realistic.
When
you
know
that
you
know
you
could
have
some
pain
inflicted
upon
you,
rather
than
just
making
a
noise
or
whatever
it
may
be
yeah.
So,
in
my
influence
wisdom,
I
thought
you
know.

need.

Through
the
budget
process
from
last
year,
we
were
able
to
buy
these
particular
weapons
that
you
need.
They
essentially
look
just
like
the
weapons
we
use.
If
they
have
the
orange
safety
tip
on
there,
but
they're
about
as
realistic
as
you
can.
You
can
come
as
far
as
what
your
weapon
would
react
and
be
like.
Should
you
get
involved,
we
have
the.
We
have
the
rifles
that
we
use
and
we
have
the
handguns
that
we
use.
So
I
should
do
that.
We're
able
to
buy.

That
we
need
to
train
with,
and
we
have
some
pretty
intense
training
coming
up,
we've
invited
and
opened
that
up
to
the
county
hanover,
you
know.
Basically,
any
law
enforcement
agency
wants
to
to
join
in
and
we're
welcoming
them
on
board
because
god
forbid,
but
in
the
event
something
would
happen,
whether
it
be
a
school
or
a
factory
or
wherever
it
may
be,
you're
probably
going
to
have
a
county
and
a
city
guy.

Going
in
together,
so
you
know
it's
important
that
we
train
together
in
these
in
these
situations
we
have
pick
through
the
evolved
situation
and
we'll
continue
to
research
and
look
at
that
to
make
sure
that
you
know
we
have
all
that
laid
out
in
front
of
us,
and
so
we
can
avoid
any
of
those
mistakes
which
hate
to
be
a
monday
morning
quarterback,
but
we
can
obviously
say
there
were
many
it's
it
turned
out
tragic,
so
we
want
to.
We
want
to
learn
from
those,
so
it
never
happens
here

they

half

good

guys
we've

confidence
level

wonderful.
The
they're
active
we
really
appreciate
being
around
the
bicycles
and
walking,
and
I
think
john's
leadership
is
pretty
awesome
appreciate
it.

welcome
the
community

attend
city
council
meeting
tomorrow
night.
I
will
call
it
a
night
of
heroes.
We
will
be
recognizing
the
2022
recipient
of
the
john
menke
award,
recognizing
the
heroism
of
one
of
our
local
veterans
and
chief
wallace,
and
I
will
be
here
to
recognize
the
heroism
of
madison
police
department
officers,
which
has
gone
viral
all
across
the
united
states
for
life-saving
efforts
that
they
participated
in
in
the
early
morning
hours
during
regatta
weekend
and
couldn't
be
more
grateful
for
everybody.

is
is
working
hard
to
move
madison
forward.
In
that
respect,
we
have
a
lot
going
on
through
all
the
departments
more
to
come,
invite
everybody
again
to
come
to
the
many
many
public
meetings
that
we
have
where
a
lot
of
this
work
is,
is
happening
and
being
discussed
and
only
happening
because
of
the
literally
dozens
and
dozens
of
volunteers
throughout
the
community.
