the

closure
and
essentially
turning

over

organizer

taking

step
further
and
bringing
them
into
an
area

allow.

10k
has
been
going
on

several
years
here
in
madison.
Normally
the
courier
had
been

care
of
it
this
year.
They
are
not
putting
on

race
and
kind
of
kind
of
late
in
the
game,
but
we
just
found
out
this,

run
club
is
trying
to
step
up
and
continue
the
history
of
this
race
and
keep
it
here
in
madison.

six-month
trial

doesn't

They

to
twelve,
the
regards
to
sick
leave
and
those
type
of
things.

I
think
I've
got
them
all

hope
they're
not
wanting
to
step

on

very

monotonous

county

they

enjoy

updates

start
with
the
easy
one
last
meeting.

approved
some
flagging,

we
informed

some
flagging
that
was
going

go

wilson
avenue
in
conjunction

that
project
supposed
to
be
last
week
they
had
called
in
their
locates
and
two
did
not
get
completed.
They
didn't
come
to
do
them,
so
they
couldn't
do
it
last
week
they
have
moved
it
to
today.
It's
actually
happening
right
now.
I
just
wanted
to
update
you
on
that
in
case.

Anybody
any
questions,
but
I
believe
they
anticipate
completing
it
today.
So
just
wanted
to
update
you
on
that
and
the
next,
even
though
it
says,
purchase
agreement
for
street
equipment.
It's
actually
we're
not
at
the
purchase
agreement
stage,
but
I
wanted
to
keep
you
informed
on
this
in
case
anybody

questions.
It
is
a
large
purchase.

we
have
is
we
need
to
replace
one
of
the
snowplow
trucks.
It
will
actually
be
the
the
snow
plow
with
the
salt
bed
and
all
the
equipment
needed
sort
of
retrofitted
to
do
do
the
full
salt
application
and
snow
removal-
and
I
gave
you
a
sheet
with
the
history
of
the
one
that
we
are
going
to
replace
the
1995.

has
a
pretty
good
rundown
of
the
mechanical
history
of
it
and
I
think
the
worst
part
is
that
the
frame
is
starting
to
rust
and
so
there's
concern
with
the
amount
of
weight
on
that
vehicle
and
a
rusted
frame
that
not
sure
how
long
that's
going
to
last
so
tony
believes
that
we
could
sell
this
at
this
point.
So
he
would
like
to
do
that
what
they
have
done.
This
is
mark
warner
and
tony
sorrells
at
street
department
have
gone
out
and
found
they've
located
a
new
vehicle.

is
actually
a
2019,
but
it's
a
new
vehicle
has
never
been
sold.
The
company
is
palmer
trucks
out
of
louisville.
They
have
agreed
to
give
us
the
full
new
vehicle
warranty
on
it,
which,
on
these
vehicles
is
2
years,
250
000
miles
and
just
as
a
little
background
on
the
pricing
they
have
given
me
all
the
documentation
on
it,
though
this
vehicle
price.
Sorry
for
that.

I
have
a
buyer's
order
that
I
actually
asked
the
mayor
to
sign
for
me
last
week.
It
does
not
commit
us
to
making
the
purchase
it.
There
were
several
people
bidding
on
this
vehicle.
We
wanted
to
capture
it
before
it
went
away,
so
the
buyer's
order
just
preserved
for
us
gives
us
first-rate
refusal
on
it
and
allows
the
company
to
bring
it
to
their
sellers
for
location,
which
is
a
little
bit
closer
for
us
to
go,
drive.

want

lose
a
low
bid,
even
though
it
is
over
our
projected
budget,
not
surprisingly,
and

Secondly,
we

not
want
to
jeopardize
anything
that

oprah
grant

oprah
grant
that
we
have,
which
requires
that
the
work
actually
be
completed
by
summer
of
2022.
Is
that

two
things?
It
is
over
our
budget.

in
conversations
we
met
with
executive
director
of
oprah
mayor
spinner
last
week,
and
they
are
going
to
work
with
us
to
see
if
we
can
identify
additional
grant
funds
to
help
offset
that
cost.
We've
also
informed
the
city
mass
and
redevelopment
commission,
which
is
providing
match
money
for
stellar
that
we
made
come
back
to
them
and
ask
for
some
reallocation
of
funds
and
they're
amenable
to
doing
that.
So
I
think
that
two
things
here
is
that
we
need
to
be
strategic
and
tactical
with
regards
to
preserving
this
project.

it
getting
it
bid
and
it
is,
the
bid
will
be.
The
bid
award
is
contingent
on
the
release
of
the
oprah
grant
funds,
which
is
typical
in
these
scenarios,
and
then
we
also
have
other
monies
identified
in
case
we're
ineligible
for
additional
grant
funds.
So
it's
my
recommendation
and
supporting
nicole's
recommendation
to
go
ahead
and
award
the
bid
I'll
make
a
motion
that
we
award
the
crystal
beach
con
contract
to
a
pool
group
contingent
on
the
release
of
oprah
grant
funds
in
the
amount
of
2
million
527
thousand
dollars.

brick

and
then
they're
working
on
the
interior,
framing.

grant

porch,
as
you
can
tell
they're
pretty
deteriorated,
so
we're

thankful
to
be
able
to
help
him
out
and
he's
going
to
be
doing.

pace

There
I'm
assuming
the
pace
committee
when
they
look
at
these
applications,

looking
at.
You
know
the
total
scope
of
the
restoration
when
they're,
making
the
award,
not
just

exterior,
because
the
goal
right
isn't
just
to
fix
up
the
exterior
is
to
actually
bring
the
property
back
to
where
it's
being
utilized
for
its
intended
purpose.

only
reason
most
people
don't
include
that
is
because
of
right
now
pace
has
the
requirement
that
anything
included
in
the
description
of
the
pace
project
has
to
be
completed
within
our
time
frame
and
a
lot
of
the
times.
These
properties
need
more
than
a
year
to
complete
the
entire
project.

our
gratitude

phrases

talked

him
several

happens

fire
damaged
properties.

and

first
conversation
we
had

prior
owner

plan

great
success
story.

the

projects

around
town

the
regional
economic
development
acceleration
initiative
and
we
are
very,
very
involved
and
engaged
with
the
southern
indiana
redevelopment
authority
on
putting
together
a
submission
to
them
of
different
types
of
projects,
we're
working
on
across
the
community
that
could
be
incorporated
into
a
regional
development
plan
for
consideration
by
iedc,
with
up
to
50
million
dollars
worth
of
matching
monies
to
our
communities,
our
five
county
communities.
So
a
lot
happening
all
across
all
across
town
and
in
the
county,
as
well
as
in
our
region
and
I'll
leave
it
there.
