Tuesday
September,
the
6th.
We
have
some
fantastic
things
on
our
agendas
and
I
want
to
welcome
all
of
our
special
guests
and
members
of
our
community,
like
with
all
of
our
Council
meetings,
we'll
start
by
standing,
removing
our
hats,
bowing
our
heads
reciting,
the
Lord's
Prayer,
followed
by
the
Pledge
of
Allegiance.

that

In
three
years
our
constitution
will
celebrate
250
years
of
being
in
existence.
As
we
are
preparing
to
celebrate
America
250,
our
chapter
has
identified
71
Revolutionary
War,
that
are
patriots
graves
in
present
day
Jefferson
County.

We
received
the
Preamble
and
I
want
to
let
you
know
too,
since
you
came
here
last
year
and
presented
this,
we
give
one
of
these
to
each
of
Mr
barger's
students
or
any
high
school
student
who
is
here
with
their
government
class.
So
we
had
a
student
here
tonight,
so
we
appreciate
the
example
you
set
for
us
here.

August
or
maybe
even

July.
This
Council
and
the
mayor
recognized
Madison
police
department
for
heroism
and
also
a
deputy
from
the
Jefferson
County
Sheriff's
Department
for
heroism
in
a
fire.
Rescuing
individuals
I
attended
that
meeting.
However,
I
wasn't
able
to
present
what
I
wanted
to
to
recognize
those
Brave
officers.

resolution,
if
you're
not
familiar
very
much
like
a
law,
is
voted
on
by
the
members
of
the
House
Representatives
and
it's
in
the
archives
of
the
of
the
state
of
Indiana
forever
recognizing
these
officers,
and
so
because
we
had
a
special
session
in
the
Late
July
and
in
early
August
we
were
able
to
draft
the
resolution.
I
have
a
copy
for
it
now
so
Chief.

Further
is
almost
impossible,
and
so
this
act
of
heroism
goes
beyond
something
that
I
I
would
have
imagined,
whereas
the
officers
responding
from
Madison
police
department,
where
Kyle
cutshaw,
Ricky
Harris
Bruce,
Heaton,
Cody,
Lewis,
Nicole,
Josh,
Nolan,
Jordan,
Perry,
Wayne,
Phillips,
Kyle,
Potter,
Sean,
Scudder,
Curtis
shipment,
Shipman,
Shelton,
sorry,
Jared,
sweet
Kayla,
Taylor,
Moore
and
Philip
wimpy.
The
officer
responding
from
the
Jefferson
County
Sheriff's
Department
was
Deputy
Travis
Conover,
the
House
of
Representatives
honors,
these
men
and
women
for
their
for
their
Community
by
saving
the
lives
of
of
five
children.

ever

unanimous
vote

any
house

preserve
the
historic
Heritage
of
the
city
of
Madison,
as
outlined
in
section
151.01
of
the
historic
ordinance.
Whereas
the
common
Council
of
the
city
of
Madison
recognizes
that
the
city
of
Madison
historic
board
of
review
has
authority
to
change
and
modify
its
rules
and
procedures.
That
is
separate
from
the
guidelines
outlined
in
appendix
a
whereas
the
common
Council,
the
city
of
Madison
Indiana,
agrees
with
the
recommendations
set
forth
by
the
Madison
historic
board
of
review.

not
the
intent
of
this
chapter
to
discourage
new
construction
or
other
development,
nor
to
limit
any
one
period
of
architecture
style,
but
to
preserve
the
Integrity
of
the
historic
buildings
and
to
ensure
compatibility

historic
district.
In
making
its
decisions,
the
board
will
consider
its
effects
of
proposed
alterations
or
construction
on
both
the
individual
structure
involved
and
the
neighborhoods
surrounding

structure.

announcement

week

we're

community

guests

also

as
we
go
through.
This
presentation
is,
have
counsel,
perhaps
ask
their
ask

the
presentation,

we

it

a

tonight

talk
about
the
pool
and
walk
through
the
process.
We

ask
that
the
council

time

the
time

the
finish
of
that
section
and
then
we'll
have
the
public
at
the
end.
Moving
forward
tonight
we
have
we'll
go
through
our
current
pool
project
update.
As
you
know,
there
has
been
a
a
project.

Workers
were
helping
clean
out
a
closet
upstairs
and
in
the
bottom
of
the
box
plans.
There
was
this
blue
roll
of
documents
and
we
were
able
to
save
and
procure
and
thanks
to
Tim,
we've
had
those
scanned
and
put
in
mylar,
first
saving
we'll
be
we'll
be
in
a
week
or
so
when
we
get
those
back,
and
our
hope
is
that
we'll
frame
some
of
those
for
the
new
addition
upstairs
and
celebrate
on
the
Madison
Crystal
Beach
pool
built
in
1938..

the
city
of
Madison
for
the
opportunity
to
work
on
this
exciting
project
and
this
great
historic
facility,
as
Tony
said,
my
name
is
Tim
Dowling
project
manager
for
normal
social,
dark
techs.
We
got
involved
with
Crystal
Beach
about
a
year
and
a
half
ago,
with
the
planning
stage
of
this
first
project.

That
project
had
a
couple
big
goals
that
I
want
to
touch
on
briefly.
Those
two
big
goals,
I
think,
were
first
to
give
the
building
the
attention
it
deserves.
Is
this
historic
structure
to
give
a
detention
to
let
it
serve
the
community
going
forward?
The
second
Big
Goal
I,
think
was
to
increase
the
accessibility
and
the
usefulness
of
the
facility
to
the
to
the
community
of
math.
P
So
this
first
slide
is:
is
the
first
floor
plan
top
left?
There
you'll
recognize
some
of
it
if
you're
familiar
with
the
building,
but
the
locker
room.
The
restrooms,
the
whole
layout
configurations
have
been
totally
reworked
to
ensure
accessibility,
all
the
toilet,
fixtures
are
accessible,
the
showers
are
accessible,
the
lockers
are
accessible,
there's
also
accessible
path
from
the
entry
through
that
area
to
all
the
fixtures
and
out
to
the
pool.
So
that
was
a
key
goal
to
this
product.
You'll
see
in
the
bottom
pictures,
that's
some
of
the
new
showers.

The
restroom
areas
totally
renovated
all
accessible
all
usable
for
anybody
in
the
community.
The
other
piece
of
the
first
floor
plan
is
the
center
kind
of
service
area
that
was
reworked
to
improve
efficiency.
There's
a
new
check-in
sequence,
a
new
check-in,
counter
Center
function
that
flow
and
then,
if
you
go
to
the
second
slide
well
before
I
leave
this
the
other.
The
other
big
piece
of
this,
probably
the
biggest
piece
of
the
project,
is
this
hello
element
plan.
This
was
added
to
again
to
Leverage
The
the
second
floor
space
and
we're.
P
Seeing
now
is
a
huge,
very
useful
space,
but
it
was
never.
It
was
totally
underutilized
because
it
was
hard
to
get
to.
It
was
not
heated,
it
was
not
air
conditioned.
So
the
big
part
of
this
project
was
to
add
air
conditioning
heating
to
that
the
elevator
Tower
up
there,
so
that
was
a
year-round
facility
for
the
community
can
be
used
winter
summer
fall
and
spring
any
time
of
the
year
would
be
useful
and
you'll
see
in
these
pictures.
Some
of
the
attention
to
the
building
that
would
take
in
all
the
windows
were
restored.

All
rebuilt,
so
again,
it
was
just
making
sure
this
building
could
go
on
serving
the
community
going
forward.
This
project
started
about
a
year
ago
intended
to
be
done
by
this
pool
season
has
been
the
case
this
past
year.
There's
all
kinds
of
supply
chain
issues,
so
we
rendered
that,
as
most
projects
have
still
waiting
on
some
elevator
equipment,
still
waiting
on
some
lockers
SO
waiting
on
various
things,
but
we're
very
close
and
and
I
think
it's
coming
together
very
nicely.

This
project
was
around
a
two
million
dollar
a
little
bit
around
2
million
dollar
renovation
to
to
the
bath
house
and
again,
we
hope
that
to
be
completed
here
in
October
once
the
elevator
equipment
comes
in
as
Tim
as
Tim
mentioned,
they
did
uncover
in
early
spring.
Some
other
issues,
he'll
talk
through
that
with
you
on
those
issues
and
some
of
the
recommendations
that
he
and
other
Consultants
made
as
we
move
forward.

Good
evening,
mayor

Council,
it's
been
a
real
privilege.
It's
an
honor.
We
feel,
as
we
feel
we're
stewards
of
this
project
and
ensuring
that
this
this
building
is
preserved
for
generations
to
come.
It's
been
a
real
honor,
it's
been,
it's
been
a
journey
and
part
of
that
journey
is
in
the
execution,
realizing
as
Tony
shared
that
the
the
substrate
of
the
concrete
pool
was
in.
It
was
in
a
damaged,
distressed,
deleterious
condition
that
was
never
anticipated
or
hoped.

think
there
was.
There
was
some
chance
that
we
knew
that
we're
going
to
counter
some
minor,
concrete
issues,
and
we
did
plan
on
some
some
concrete
scope
of
work
around
the
pool
as
well.
This
is
the
original
document
that
went
out
to
bid.
It
was
the
basis
for
the
initial
initial
pricing
and
when
we
went
to
go
and
Implement
that
we
we
discovered
as
I
just
shared.
Q
You
know
throughout
it's
a
systemic,
concrete,
delamination
and
spalling
of
the
concrete
given
age,
exposure
to
moisture,
freeze,
thaw
conditions
which
we
felt
a
pause
and
a
a
pivot
and
a
conversation
with
the
city
was
warranted
to
reconsider
the
recommendation
for
a
liner.
Only
and
so
from
the
contractors
letter
and
recommendations
back
in
February
and
ours
in
April
the
comprehensive
what
we
felt
opinion
is
to
the
options
that
you
had
to
move
forward.
We've
been
working
with
the
mayor
and
and
his
office
to
to
explore
these.
Q
The
best
way
to
do
that
is
through
replacement.
So
again,
some
more
pictures
that
were
outlined
in
our
report,
I'm
sharing
with
with
you
and
and
the
the
community
today
that
was
encountered
in
addition
to
the
concrete
damage
it
pretty.

pretty
significant
aspect
was
this:
the
pool
equipment
itself,
the
the
piping
and
the
inability
for
it
to
hold
pressure
was
a
problem,
and
so
the
totality
of
the
equipment,
in
conjunction
with
the
concrete
all
supports
our
recommendation
of
where
we
landed
so
again.
I
think
that
that
pretty
much
coverage.

The
plumbing
test
showed
leaks
and
a
pool
system
that
was,
at
the
end
of
its
life
as
well,
and
we've
been
working
quickly
to
define
the
right
solution
for
the
right
budget
for
the
right
answer
for
the
community
and
finding
the
convergence
of
all
those
things
has
been
a
challenge,
but
we
think
we've
done
that
than
that.
Well,
we're
eager
to
share
it
with
it.
We
all
so.
With
that
being
said,
I'll
pass
over
to
Tony
does.

This
pool
has
probably
been
evaluated
by
at
least
the
last
three
or
four
Mayors
and
20
years
ago
there
was
actually
a
pool
steering
committee
that
evaluated
options
of
replacing
Crystal
Beach,
and
the
conclusions
of
that
study
that
was
done
in
2001
was,
after
a
lot
of
evaluation,
that
the
pool
should
be
replaced
in
its
existing
location
and
the
estimated
cost.
At
that
point
in
time,
including
the
pool
house
was
approximately
five
million
dollars,
so
this
isn't
a
new
problem.
This
is
a
problem
that
we
knew
would
happen
over
time.
A
There
was
some
extended
life
in
the
pool
that
was
given
with
some.
You
know
modest
investment
20
years
ago,
but
we're
now
to
the
point
where,
if
you
look
at
a
cost-benefit
analysis,
it
just
does
not
make
sense
to
spend
millions
of
dollars
trying
to
repair
a
pool
only
to
know
that
its
useful
life
is
going
to
be
very
limited.

And
to
that
point
mayor
one
on
this
slide
here
we
indicate
we
found
three.
We
know
there's
at
least
six
various
studies
over
the
years.
Chris
has
seen
some
of
those
we
were
able
to
just
to
mention
this,
and
you
know
previous
administrations
and
City
councils
have
taken
the
prudent
stuff
to
try
to
help
extend
the
life,
as
the
mayor
said,
but,
as
Greg
has
said
in
others
we're
at
the
point
where
about
a
90
year
old
pool,
there's
just
not
a
lot
of
life
left
in
the
basic
structure
any
longer.

We
need
to
offer
amenities
for
fully
accessible
for
all
age
groups,
while
promoting
the
pool's
Legacy
in
the
community
we
meet,
we
need
to
meet
the
regional
recreational
demand
and
become
the
destination
pool
facility
in
the
area.
The
design
shall
be
focused
on
efficient
operations
and
like
life
cycle
costs,
and
we
need
to
celebrate
the
WPA
history,
which
I
learned
a
lot
about
on
that
listening
tour.
The
importance
of
community
pools,
the
architect,
Frank
Baldwin
Hunter
and
the
seashore
pool
design.

One
of
the
first
things
that
we
were
tasked
with
was
maintaining
the
shape
of
this
pool
and
the
historic
nature
of
it
being
such
an
iconic
pool.
We
wanted
to
maintain
as
much
of
that
historic
flavor
as
we
could
so.
With
that
in
mind,
we
tried
to
incorporate
a
number
of
modern
functionalities
and
attractions
within
the
pool
so
that
we
could
attract
as
many
people
from
age
groups
and
ability
levels
as
we
could.

The
large
feature,
that's
in
the
center,
that
has
an
elevated
platform.
This
one
in
particular
that
we're
showing
has
a
number
of
different
spray
features,
a
slide
that
exits
from
the
platform,
and
we
will
I'll
show
you
some
some
examples
of
this.
This
Tower
types
of
this
Tower,
but
then
we
also
have
a
number
of
lower
level
and
some
vertical
spray
features
that
are
great
for
a
number
of
different
age
groups
of
children
from
Toddlers
on
up
interactive
features,
not
just
water,
that's
going
to
dump
on
them
or
spray
or
just
enter
the
pool.

and
a
number
of
them.
A
number
of
these
features
do
have
the
ability
for
handicap,
accessibility
to
be
able
to
still
use
these
features.
Moving
on
up
counterclockwise,
we
have
a
lazy
river
that
we've
inserted,
so
we
have
some
moving
water
available
in
this
pool,
as
we
have
I'll
start
describing
the
depth
of
the
pool,
we'll
see
some
some
Contours
on
the
next
slide
that
that
show
some
depth.
So
we
have
zero
depth
moving
in
and
then
moving
down
into
the
middle
area
of
the
pool,
that's
at
three
and
a
half
feet.

So
that's
a
medium
depth,
water
that
allows
for
a
number
of
activities
to
occur,
and
that's
that's
great
for
a
number
of
different
heights.
That
depth
is
constant
throughout
the
lazy
river,
so
this
river
is
also
we're
designing
it
to
be
deep
enough.
That
rafts
can
be
used
through
this
River
too.
So
people
can
float
through
the
river
continuing
on
around.
We
have
we're
showing
a
dual
slide
structure.

did
evaluate
the
current
slide
in
an
attempt
to
see
if
we
could
reutilize
that
slide,
maybe
refurbish
it,
but
due
to
the
age
and
the
amount
of
work
that
would
need
to
go
into
it
and
the
changes
that
have
occurred
in
in
slide
design
over
the
last
20
plus
years.
It
would
be
very
difficult
to
reutilize
that
slide
and
make
improvements
upon
it.
So
we're
working
to
design
a
new
slide
package
that
would
be
incorporated
into
this
new
pool,
so
the
slides
now
are
they
share
a
slide.

they're
I
think
we're
showing
one
or
thinking
about
one
as
being
a
closed
slide
and
one
being
an
open
slide,
and
they
will
both
empty
into
the
pool.
Much
like
the
the
current
slide
into
the
the
current
pool
moving
around

we
have
two
diving
boards,
so
we're
bringing
diving
back
to
Crystal
Beach.
We
know
that
it
has
a
long
history
of
diving
in
this
facility,
so
we
wanted
to
make
sure
that
we
were
able
to
reintroduce
diving.

that
area
from
the
deep
well
so
that
we
can
have
multiple
depths
in
the
pool,
so
it'll
be
deep
above
that
wall,
but
then
in
the
lap.

probably

kind
of
lap,

for
a
non-competitive
pool
along
with
that.
We
do
have
a
grand
staircase
along
that
Center
node.
That
leads

testing

the
pipes
and

Beach

amenities,

we've

diving
boards
and
open
areas
of
opportunity

us

we

try
implementing
some
new
programs.

this
is
a
great
planning
period
for
us

then
for
the
community
as
a
whole
that,
if
there's
something
that
you
see

opportunity
that
you
see
maybe
somewhere
else.
This
is
the
time
that
we
bring
that
discussion
forward.

we

start
preparing
for
that
for
not
just
next
season
but
for
future
seasons.
So,
even
though
we
expect
water
in
the
pool
in
2023,
we
want
to
make
sure
that
our
community
is
taken
care
of.
So
that's
something
that
we've
felt

repercussions
of
here
for
this
season.
So
I've
already
begun
the
discussions
with
the
athletic
director
and
the
facility
supervisor
for
Madison
schools
about
possibility
of
during
the
early
months
of
this
summer,
2023
strictly
for
programming
for
swim,
lessons
and
water
aerobics,
but
getting
access
to
the
junior
high
swimming
pool.

That's
not
something
that
we
can
guarantee
just
yet,
but,
as
we
said,
we
do
anticipate
water
being
in
the
pool
for
this
year,
but
that's
something
that
we
want
to
do
to
still
be
able
to
offer
to
our
community
in
those
because
we
had
I
believe
over
the
past
year
at
about
70
to
80
water,
aerobics
people
that
were
enrolled
in
that
class.
And
then
we
had
close
to
200
swim
lessons.
So
that's
something
that
we
still
want
to
be
able
to
provide
an
opportunity
for
moving
forward.

then
all
this
that
we've
been
talking
about
tonight
doesn't
mean
a
whole
lot
if
we
can't
properly
staff
Crystal
Beach
and
that's
with
our
licensed
lifeguards,
so
I've
been
in
contact
with
Miss
Shelley
Anderson
she's,
the
one
who
organizes
trains
the
classes
and
is
the
instructor
for
our
lifeguards
in
2023.
She
has
already
stated
that
her
class
will
take
place
from
March
28th
through
April
7th.
This
will
primarily
take
place
at
Southwestern,
High,
School
and
then
to
sign
up
for
the
class.

We
would
really
like
to
go
look
back
at
that
initiative,
but
bring
additional
guards
that
are
not
obviously
on
our
school
so
schedule
so
that
we
can
expand
our
overall
operations
both
hourly,
but
then
on
the
days
as
we
know,
it
continues
to
get
warm
throughout
late
summer.
So
what
we're
looking
to
do
is
if
you
complete
the
two-week
lifeguard
training
course
you
pass
the
class
and
you
commit
to
lifeguarding
at
Crystal
Beach.

There
all
raised
their

and
that
was
something
that
we
actually
had
kind
of
a
brainstorming
session
on
and
to
be
completely
honest,
nobody
had
one
simple
answer:
that
was
the
best
solution
for
everyone:
they're
all
kind

unique
scenarios.
But
overall
it's
still
the
same
thing.
So
Madison
is
not
unique
in
that
endeavor
that
same
things,
kids
are
going
to
school
sooner
to
where
these
pool
seasons
have
been
shortened,
and
frankly,
people
are
struggling
to
find
more
lifeguards.

they

separate
constitutional
debt
limits
and
anytime
we
can
fund
a
project
out
we'd
like

to
be
the
preferred
approach

event

to
fund
one
day
and
they
need
to
tap
into
that
constitutional
debt
limit.

Redevelopment
Authority
structure
allows
us

issue

more
favorable

without
it
tapping
into
the
Constitutional
debt

fund
the
entire

the
Redevelopment

stop

exit,
or
just
a
two-way
stop
at
the
Culver's
exit

Frank's
Drive
we're
actually,
by

way
the
intersections
be
designed
we're
adding
additional
car
cueing
again.

intersection
is
so
tight,

original
design
and
Authority
given
to
those
developers
many
years
ago.

we
can
get

three
cars
queuing
up
where
today
there's
really
no
cars
queuing

in

proceed

we
would

with

counts
and

require

very
open
to
ideas
and
conversations.

have
met
with
a
number
of
residents
and
again
they've
been
open
each
and

time

mitigating
some
concerns.

certainly
know
that
this
is
a
desirable
parcel.
We've
been
through
this
before,
where
it's
you
know,
left
left
undeveloped.

the
last
meeting

playing
commission
meeting
concern
about
drainage.

actually
will
help

drainage
situation
in

neighborhood
by
being
able

running

the
retention
Basin
future
flood
events.

we
do
believe
it
will

For
example,
it's
really

different

the
Redevelopment
Commission
in
some
ways

like
they
are
a
body
and
they
have
certain
powers
and
duties
that

order

them

expend
monies.

develop

plan,
and
that
plan
has
to
get
proved
by
the
city
council
in
order
to
do
that
or
any
time
that
the
Redevelopment
commission
wants
to
issue
bonds

debt,

anything
like
that.
That
all
has
to
be
approved
by
the
city
council.

would
just
elaborate
on
that.
We
have
about
two
dozen
boards
and
committees,
all
them
generally
derived
their
purpose
and
their
Authority
from
State
Statute.
Several

them

already
authorities
or
commissions
that

specific
statutory

There
are
checks
and
balances
with
with
Council
relative
to
Appropriations
and
for
borrowing.
So
there's
there's
a
lot
of
you

inner
workings
between
Council
and
all
of
these
different
boards
and.

When
you
have
nine
to
ten
inches
of
rain
in
a
matter
of
hours
in
a
very
short
period
of
time,
but
we're
not
going
to
use
that
as
an
excuse
to
not
develop
proper
storm
water
management
policies
and
design
standards
or
invest
in
the
infrastructure.
That's
needed
to
slow
down,
detain
retain
storm
water.
We
mentioned
that
there's
a
retention,
A
detention,
Basin
already
built
into
that
Culvert
site.
But
earlier
today,
at
the
Board
of
Public
Works,
we
approved
two
agreements.
A

This
stormwater
extension,
Basin
cost
of
which
is
being
shared
by
a
city
of
Madison
and
the
two
developers
at
Sunrise
Crossing.
As
well
as
future,
maintenance
will
hold
back
approximately
3.1
million
gallons
of
storm
water.
That's
running
off
from
these
commercial
areas
and
our
Engineers
estimate
it
will
slow
the
flow
by
approximately
50
percent.
A
That's
going
to
be
an
extremely
meaningful
number
when
we
have
rain
events
like
last
weekend
or
a
year
ago,
which
is
typically
defined
as
a
100,
Year
rain
event,
but
more
commonly
known
now
as
a
one
percent
annual
rain
event,
which
is
happening
more
often
than
100
years
for
sure.
That's
just
part
of
a
plan
to
deal
with
the
Crooked
Creek
Watershed
risk
that
we've
been
exposed
to
for
a
very
long
time.
A
Army
Corps
of
Engineers
are
still
working
on
their
hydrological
studies,
but
construction
is
already
underway
with
regard
to
Sunrise
Crossing
stormwater
detention,
Basin
more
plans
are
being
implemented
and
more
money
being
invested
in
managing
the
flow
of
storm
water,
that's
running
through
Crooked
Creek,
so
we
could
mitigate
the
flood
risk
in
the
Walnut
Street
area,
Crooked,
Creek,
Watershed
and
I
know.
Jefferson
County
is
doing
the
exact
same
thing.
They've
already
engaged
in
an
engineer
to
evaluate
their
storm
water
policies,
we're
doing
exactly
the
same
thing,
we're
an
ms4
Community.

We
are
updating
and
modernizing
our
storm
water
control
plan,
which
has
not
been
updated.
Probably
for
a
dozen
years,
we
don't
have
very
thoughtful
design
standards
that
need
to
be
taken
into
consideration.
So
Council
will,
over
the
next
few
months,
you'll
see
some
proposals
for
amendments
to
our
existing
ordinances
that
deal
with
storm
water
in
a
much
more
thoughtful
way.

Good

make
this
real
short.
We
were
very
pleased
today
that
our
first
two
projects
for
our
ready
dollars,
I
came
in
under
budget
for
our
projects
at
the
Mulberry
Street
Mulberry
Arts
Corridor
parking
lot
related
improvements
to
our
parking
at
our
comfort
station
and
as
well
as
the
Madison
Indiana
Gateway
project.
So
that
was
a
nice
surprise
and
we're
very
pleased
that
those
projects
will
be
able
to
move
forward
now
again
of
the
2.6
million.

council
meeting

Tuesday
September,
the
20th.
It's
already
shaping
up
to
be
a
interesting
agenda
with
lots
of
substantive
information
as
we
roll
into
the
2023
budget
process,
as
well
as
the
final
reading

several
ordinances
on
third
reading
to
bring
before
Council
I'll
entertain
a
motion
to
adjourn.
