p.m. in City Hall, 101 W. Main Street, Madison, IN 47250 to consider:

Extended Applications:

1. Lisa Riggio – C. of A. to replace wood siding on rear addition and enclosed second story porch with
metal siding.
Location: 704 West St. Zoned: Central Business District (CBD)

New Applications:

2. Larry and Julie Truax – C. of A. to replace existing double window on south side with a smaller 3ft. x 4ft
window. The replacement window will match the existing grid pattern. Remove south facing exterior
door. Match existing cedar siding.
Location: 316 Mill St. Zoned: Specialty District (SD)

3. Riverton LLC - C. of A. to install metal entry canopy on south side of the building.
Location: 108 St. Michaels Ave. Zoned: General Business (GB)

4. David and Susan Craig - C. of A. to add a canopy over the east side door.
