A
Welcome
to
the
pace,
review
committee
meeting
and
we'll
take.
A
Live
on
here
here
here,
james
department,
here,
hello,
north
here
with
that
being
done,
that's
the
official
part
of
it.
Now,
then,
what
we'll
do
is
we'll
go
ahead
and
start
taking
them.
People
and
what
we'd
like
for
you
to
do,
is
to
come
up
to
the
microphone,
introduce
yourself
and
tell
us
a
little
bit
about
your
project,
and
if
we
have
questions
for
you
or
you
have
questions
for
us,
we
can
exchange
those
right
there.
At
the
end
of
that
time,
there's
a
matrix
that
we
came
up
with
several
years
ago.
A
It
scores
each
person,
that's
applying
and
there's
a
minimum
scores
that
have
to
be
left.
We
don't
have
anything
to
do
with
it.
We
go
ahead
and
fill
it
out.
We
turn
in
the
scores
they're
all
averaged
out
and
then
nicole
will
then
take
it
to
the
board
of
works
and
with
the
recommendations,
and
they
are,
at
the
final
say,
we're
kind
of
just
a
review
committee.
So
that's
what
we
do.
Okay,
so
with.
D
I
have
a
normally
loud
voice
anyway,
so
I'm
ella
chapman,
I
own
612
west
main
street,
the
bulgarian
house,
which
may
or
may
not
be
familiar.
It's
a
victorian
italian,
eight
house,
two
doors
down
from
little
golden
fox
and
what
I
submitted
was
the
original
storm
doors
that
were
located
in
the
attic
of
the
house.
There
were
photographs
that
were
in
those
doors
would
be
able
to
remain
open
most
of
the
time.
D
D
The
faux
finish
is
a
process
of
about
seven
layers
to
make
those
doors,
look,
wood,
green
again,
and
the
bouldery
house
had
had
a
fire
in
the
early
1970s.
So
I
believe
those
doors
were
a
little
bit
involved
in
that
fire
because
of
the
attic
in
that
corner.
So
there's
some
restoration
for
the
doors
and
I
tried
to
include
everything
that
we
would
do
as
those
doors
were
propped
open
and
the
public
would
see
it,
and
I
think
that.
C
D
Just
a
really
interesting
historic
house
right
next
to
the
emily
todd
house
and
I
think,
as
madison
gets
even
more
of
these
historic
homes
and
on
the
tours
and
things
we
intend
to
be
on
the
christmas
tour
and
anything
else
that
we
can
be
involved
with
with
the
city
as
well.
D
The
information
provided
makes
sense.
If
you
do
have
questions
I'll
do
my
best
to
answer
I
apologize,
I
I
literally,
I
wasn't
gonna
make
it
tonight
and
I
I
came
from
louisville
off
another
project.
So
let
me
know
what
I
might
answer
for
you
if
it's
not
clear
on
those
on
that
project.
Well,
the.
A
D
Appreciate
that
very
much
I
felt
like
most
of
it,
we
wanted
to
do
and
it's
kind
of
our
give
back.
We
hope
that
the
work
we're
doing
on
that
house
will
last
another
200
years
and
I
just
felt
like
this
was
a
really
great
time.
It
would
be
something
that
we
can
showcase
the
doors.
D
D
A
So
it
looks
like
you're
to
take
this
back
to
the
original
look
in
the
beginning
of
the
in
the
doorway.
Yes
correct!
So
that's
a
that's
a
good
good
score
there
and
then
employing
new
materials
and
the
ways
in
which
don't
obscure
the
building's
original
character.
You're
going
to
do
everything
like
original
so.
A
And,
and
do
you
live
there,
you
live
in
louisville.
D
I
live
in
lagrange
kentucky,
but
I
own
four
properties
here
on
main
street
220
west
main,
which
is
mcwiggins
and
two
something
east
main,
which
is
where
madison
made
is
in
845.
A
Okay,
so
this
the
question
here
for
scoring
is
how
long
has
the
property
been
paid?
Has.
D
Been
I
kept
oh
vacant,
we
made
the
purchase
january
2nd
of
19.,
so
we've
been
working
on
it
since
that
very
day
january
3rd
of
19th,
someone
lived.
A
Okay
and
then
yes,
you're
on
the
wrong
sheet,
I'm
on
the
left.
A
So
the
first
one
is
similar,
you're
still
going
to
preserve
the
features,
that's
correct
and
the
project
is
going
to
take
care
of
any
it's
all
going
to
be
the
original
again
correct.
That's
that's
still
good
and
we'll
implement
deploy
new
materials
in
the
ways
that
don't
obscure
the
building's
original
character.
A
D
B
D
E
D
C
G
We
got
our
project
on
your
hand
good
evening.
Hello,
chuck
request,
request
the
corner
of
735
junction
street,
so
yeah
we
plan
to
do
quite
a
bit
of
work
on
it.
We've
got
to
repair
the
replace
siding
on
the
side
of
the
building.
You
can
see
on
the
pictures.
G
The
the
porch
foundation
is
crumbling,
so
we
want
to
repair
the
foundation
on
the
porch.
G
A
A
A
That
you're
going
to
be
this,
the
one
that
you're
going
to
replace
is
there
anything
you're
going
to
do
that's
going
to
correct
previous
remodeling,
or
is
it
just
going
to
be
like.
G
Yeah,
so
the
siding,
if
did
you
go
around
and
look
at
where
the
side
of
that
could
be
replaced?
I
don't
usually
know
the
reason
that
has
to
be
repaired.
Somebody
connected
those
two
houses
together
at
one
point:
okay,
and
so
then
they
were
taken
apart
and
the
siding
was
never
fitting.
It
was
never
finished
so
yeah.
A
And
the
materials
you're
going
to
use-
I
guess
the
cardio.
A
Okay,
so
does
the
work
go
beyond
any
which
improves
beyond
maintenance
or
repair?
A
A
Okay,
and
is
it,
is
it
project
visible
from
the
right
away?
Yes,
it
is.
If
you
go
off
on
that
jefferson
street
there,
you
can
see
it
there,
you
can
see
and
what
is
the
purpose
of
the
filming
going
to
be.
G
Let
me
run
it
or
sold,
we
haven't
decided
yet.
Okay.
A
All
right,
do
you
have
any
questions
of
us
right
now?
Does
anybody
have
anything
they
want
to
ask.
G
Somebody
lived
there
before
that
in
2013.
A
A
B
H
H
It's
well
if
you
walk
there's
soft
spots,
we've
tried
to
tarp
areas
and
then
we've
put
plywood
in
various
spots,
but
I
was
up
there
a
few
months
ago
and
I'm
no
longer
comfortable
putting
my
body
as
a
rule.
We
don't.
A
Do
roofs
and
we
don't
do
heating
and
air
conditioning
right.
H
Well,
with
the
danger
elements,
if
you
do
on
a
commercial
building
downtown,
you
know
that
there
are
issues
with
people
climbing
on
the
roof,
even
when
you
don't
want
to
so
there
is
that
danger
element
of
people
potentially
falling
through,
and
then
we
also
have
bricks
falling
from
the
parapet,
walls
in
the
courtyard
and
around
the
building.
So
we
need
to
resolve
that
for
a
safety
issue.
A
So,
as
far
as
preserving
original
architectural
features
which
remain
it
has,
I
don't
think
it
has
anything
to
do
with
that.
When
I
looked
at,
I
don't
see
it's
any
different
than
a
rooster
roof.
You
know
and
the
air
conditioning
we
don't
do
anyway,
so
will
the
improvements
employ
new
materials
in
a
way
that
don't
secure
the
building's
original
character?
H
There's
a
project
visible
from
the
public
right
away.
It's
not
really,
let's
consider
the
public
right-of-way.
If
you
can
see
the
sidewalls
from
the
west
street
or
the
house
we're
talking
about
the
roof.
Oh
the
masonry.
A
H
A
2018.,
does
the
evidence
provide
more
more
personal
investment
than
50?
Are
you
getting
any
other
grants
or
anything
to
it.
H
Yes,
we
have
stellar
funding
and
then
we
also
will
cover
the
remaining
balance
with
our
own
funds.
H
E
A
A
B
A
Okay,
the
next
one
here
is
414
saint
michael's,
anthony.
I
I
A
B
I
What
we're
going
to
do
is
put
new
siding
on
it'll,
be
harvey
board
right
now.
It's
vinyl.
We
already
got
a
new
roof,
so
it's
basically
sliding
gutters
and
they're
going
to
re-surface
the
concrete
on
the
porch
right
now
it
has
four
posts
on
the
front.
Porch
and
they're
gonna,
move
it
to
three.
Just
because
they're
not
lined
up.
A
The
I
didn't
I
don't
I
don't.
I
couldn't
see
very
well
when
I
went
by
there,
but
so
is
the
is
the
concrete.
Is
it
between
houses?
There
is
that
solid
country
between
two
houses.
G
I
I
No
we're
just
doing
the
front
porch,
which
will
be
resurfaced.
The
gutters
are
in
really
bad
shape
and
they've
caused
a
lot
of
cracking
so
it'll
be
more
like
resurfacing,
the
concrete
on
the
floor,
a
lot
of
sightings
falling
off.
I
don't
think
it's
been
recited
for
probably
25
years
and
it's
all
final
now.
A
C
C
B
A
Most
of
the
work
you're
doing
is
mostly
just
maintenance
or
you're
restructuring.
A
pole
on
the
front
porch
right
there
we're
taking.
I
I
I
D
A
I
How
would
I
know
exactly
what
windows
can
be
put
in
there
or
what
I
need
to
do
with
the
windows?
We'll
talk
to
you
about.
C
C
B
A
B
F
A
I
was
looking
at
this
application
here
and
if
I
go
through
the
questions
here,
let's
see
how
we
would
rate
this.
Will
this
project
preserve
any
of
the
original
or
architectural
features
which
remain
you're
going
to
take
a
porch
off
that
was
original
yeah,
but
it's
falling
down.
So
what
you're
going
to
take
off
in
the
original
porch
right.
B
A
And
then
will
the
project
eliminate
correction,
previous
remodeling,
but
there
won't
be
any
of
that
right.
I
mean
that's
you're
not
doing
anything.
So
thank
you.
Okay
and
then
will
the
improvements
employ
new
materials
in
a
ways
which
don't
obscure
the
building's
character.
I
would
say
yes,
that
means
it's
gonna
be
okay
and
then
does
the
project
include
work
which
goes
beyond
maintenance
and
repair.
A
A
A
Well,
that's!
I
don't
have
any
other
comments,
but
we'll
go
ahead
and
score
this
and
then
turn
it
in
and
she
can
average
it
and
take
it
to
the
florida
works
and
she'll
get
back
with
you
with
the
results
again
all
right.
Thank
you.
All
right
see
you
later.
A
E
A
B
A
Some
of
the
work
that
I've
been
around
town
and
seeing
are
just
amazing.
Some
of
it
is
kind
of
in
a
standstill,
though
I'm
not
sure.
What's
going
on
with
some
of
them.
I
know
the
houses
that
were
really
demolition
over
on
mulberry
they're
working
on
them,
but
it
doesn't
seem
like
it's
progressing
very
fast,
you're
gonna
check
those
out
yeah
and
they
got
some
framing
going.
E
E
The
second
thing
that's
happening
is
materials
are
in
short
supply,
I'm
aware
of
one
job
that
had
to
go
to
columbus
to
get
romex
wire
wow
because
they
couldn't
get
it
here,
so
materials
are
in
short
supply
and
then
the
other
thing
that's
happening
frankly
from
the
street.
You
don't
see.
What's
going
on
inside.
A
A
When
somebody
comes
in
and
they
have
so
many
applications
that
they're
not
for
one
company
and
one
person,
there's
no
way
in
my
mind,
they
could
possibly
do
it
after
your
time.
So
I
worry
about
them
being
get
that
much
money
up
front
and
they
can't
possibly
get
around
to
it.
You
know,
but
I
don't
know
what
to
do
about
that.
I
guess
that's
up
to
you
in
your
office
to
return.
C
Yeah,
so
they
have
90
days
to
start
and
we've
only
had
two
applications
who
have
requested
extensions
on
my
start
date.
I
do
have
two.
I
still
need
to
review
that
I
did
not
believe
started.
C
So
612
west
main
I
scored
38.6
minimum
score
is
30.
A
Well,
my
recommendation
and
I'm
still
going
to
stand
to
it
is-
and
we
don't
have
to
second,
if
you
don't
want
to,
but
I'm
going
to
make
a
motion
that
all
the
scores
that
met
the
minimum
are
true,
all
the
ones
that
did
not
are
not
approved,
and
I
need
a
second.
So
I
know
it's
the
second
day
one
second,
and
is
there
any
discussion
on
it.
A
And
I
think
also
and
going
forward
if
we
stick
to
this
matrix
and
if
they
reapply,
we
know
exactly
what
they
got
to
have.
You
know
what
I'm
saying
if
it's
fair,
it's
fair
and
it's
not
stuff.
So
that's
why
and
if
we
ever
want
to
change
and
make
it
we
can
always
get
together
and
say
we'll
change
the
scoring.
But
as
far
as
I'm
concerned,
that's
the
purpose
of
that
matrix
and
it's
too
bad.
It
got
so
close
to
me
couldn't
get
through.
A
A
So
what's
our
next
meeting.
C
C
You
will,
I
do
have
what.
A
C
Then
mayor
courtney
and
I
went
before
the
redevelopment
commission
at
their
last
meeting
to
ask
if
they
would
increase
their
funding
amount
or
pace
at
the
beginning
of
the
year.
They
agreed
to
plan
to
pace
at
75
000.
At
their
last
meeting,
they
agreed
to
increase
it
to
120
000,
so
we'll
have
some
additional
funds
coming
in
we're
working
with
their
office
to
get
that
claim
in
to
get
the
funds
over
to
your
account.
A
A
But
this
is
awesome
because
how
much
money
we
have
now
we
got
300.
I
don't
know.
C
Yeah
to
start
this
front
well,
to
start
this
round,
you
had
150,
that's
not,
including
that
increase
from
redevelopment
commission.
C
Yeah
she
took
over
all
the
historic
board
items
she's
doing
well.
I
haven't
had
any
complaints
yet
from
anyone,
but
it
definitely
helps
me
out
because
I
can
focus
on
pace
as
well
as
city
planning.
