A
B
Good
good
evening
board,
I
thought
I'd
give
you
just
a
quick
overview.
I
know.
At
the
last
meeting
we
approved
a
resolution
that
delegated
the
management
of
sunrise
golf
course
to
a
newly
formed
golf
board,
and
we
had
our
inaugural
meeting
about
a
week
ago
and
in
summary
I
would
say
that
there
was
a
lot
of
fantastic
ideas
circulating
about
how
to
you
know,
make
the
golf
course
better
and
certainly
improve,
improve
golf
play
and
support
the
golf
community
so
really
happy
with
that.
B
I
just
wanted
to
mention
that
the
golf
board
has
met
and
we'll
start
now
getting
more
formalized
with
with
those
meetings
and
I'll
give
you
an
overview
of
operations
of
sunrise,
golf
course
through
the
end
of
june,
and
keeping
in
mind
that
now
that
we
have
fully
taken
control
over
all
operations
of
the
golf
course,
including
food
and
beverage,
we'll
be
working
with
golf
board
and
the
golf
pro
to
update
the
2021
budget
for
the
balance
of
the
year.
But
some
highlights
through
june
that
I
thought
I
would
share.
B
B
Total
revenue
for
the
period
ending
june,
the
30th
and
keeping
in
mind
that
the
golf
course
didn't
open
until
mid-february.
B
We've
had
some
inclement
weather
and
cicadas
or
cicadas
and
rain,
but
total
revenue
at
the
end
of
june
was
281
thousand
dollars
from
all
sources,
including
a
little
bit
of
concession
revenue
that
we
were
able
to
generate
in
june
2..
That's.
B
And
a
half
percent
below
our
budget
and
I'll
mention
in
a
minute-
why?
Why
that's?
Okay,
because
the
trends
are
really
good
because
paid
rounds
were
up
16
from
may
over
to
june,
which
is
good,
and
our
goal
here
is
to
deliver
a
great
golf
experience
for
the
season
pass
members,
but
also
promote
more
paid
rounds,
and
we've
got
some
marketing
strategies
that
are
going
to
do
that.
B
Our
salaries
to
total
revenue
are
about
53
in
2020.
That
number
was
125,
so
that's
been
a
significant
reduction
and
our
budget
for
2021
is
55,
so
we're
tracking,
very
close
to
budget
there
relative
to
the
season
pass
structure.
B
B
Season
pass-
and
we
reported
at
the
end
of
may
that
they
were
very
close
to
breaking
even
really
after
just
a
couple
of
months
of
golf
and
at
the
end
of
june,
the
average
season
pass
holders
played
25
rounds,
which
is
four
rounds
in
excess
of
the
cost
of
their
pass.
B
So
one
way
to
look
at
that
is
they've
already
golfed
enough
to
earn
back
the
complete
value
of
the
cost
of
the
pass
and
for
the
balance
of
the
year,
they're
essentially
going
to
be
playing
without
any
additional
cost.
Except
for
maybe
concessions
or
something
like
that
or
if
they
don't
have
a
golf
cart,
they
would
pay
a
card
fee.
B
Excellent
value
to
the
to
the
season
pass
holders.
We
did
finish
up
our
final
debt
service
payment
on
the
golf
carts
and
that's
about
8
300,
almost
8
300
a
month,
and
so
at
the
end
of
june
that
that
payment
final
payment
was
was
made.
We
do
have
some
additional
expenditures
like
batteries
and
those
things
that
we're
gonna
have
to
pay,
so
we
will
incur
some
additional
expense
for
golf.
Cart.
Maintenance.
B
However,
however,
it's
good
that
that
large
debt
service
payment
is
is
gone
and
then
overall
year-to-date
year-to-date
operating
expenses
are
272
000,
which
equates
to
45
000
a
month,
and
that
is
a
45
decrease
from
our
monthly
operating
expenses
in
2020..
B
So
we
we
are
accomplishing
very
close
to
revenue
targets
and
we
are
managing
very,
very
well
with
regards
to
our
operating
expense
targets
and
so
right
now
we're
projecting
an
annualized
year-to-date
profit
of
about
eighteen
thousand
dollars.
That's
going
to
fluctuate
based
upon
how
our
summer
months
and
fall
months
play
out
and
that's
going
to
compare
very
nicely
to
a
370
thousand
dollar
loss
in
pr
each
year
prior
year.
So
things.
B
Capital
improvements
we're
making
up
there.
The
golf
clubhouse
itself
has
been
undergoing
a
pretty
significant
renovation,
both
the
interior
and
exterior,
and
the
feedback
we're
getting
on.
The
course
is
the
course
looks.
Great
brandon
and
his
team
are
doing
an
excellent
job
of
maintaining
the
course
roger
gallatin,
who
is
here,
you'll
you'll
meet
in
just
a
second
I'm
going
to
ask
roger
to
come
up.
Maybe
talk
about
our
marketing
efforts
and
certainly,
if
you
haven't
had
a
chance
to
meet
him
tonight's,
the
night.
B
But
it's
really
about
promoting
the
sport
of
golf
and
doing
things
in
a
in
a
more
intentional
way
that
that
markets,
the
course
because
we
do
have
an
exceptional
golf
course
and
I'm
happy
to
report
that
things
are
tracking
very
well
and
they're
only
going
to
get
better
from
here
on
out,
which
is
what's
been
our
goal
for
the
past
year
of
reversing
the
negative
trends
at
sunrise
and
doing
two
things
which
is
making
the
course
more
fiscally
sustainable
on
an
independent
way
and
then
and
then
also
marketing
course,
and
promoting
more
promoting
promoting
more
golf
so
happy
to
answer
any
questions.
B
C
B
Bit
about
golf
now
and
about
how
we
can
market
the
course
to
be
just
to
be
get
more
more
outside
play.
E
Yeah,
the
golf
now
is
an
online
platform
for
booking
tea
times.
It's
been
around
for
quite
a
while.
The
business
model
has
been
around
for
decades
and
you
might
recognize
the
business
model
once
I
started
talking
about
it
same
as
airline
industries
use
the
hotel
industry.
E
It's
all
about
unused
inventory
and,
to
give
an
example,
your
proving
price
on
an
airline
flight
to
fly
on
christmas
is
pretty
expensive,
but
if
you're
gonna,
if
you're
willing
to
wait
two
days
later,
then
you
can
get
it
for
a
lot
better
price
golf
the
same
way
most
expensive
tea
time
is
saturday
morning
at
9
00
a.m.
If
you're
willing
to
wait
until
11
o'clock,
it'll
be
cheaper,
so
it's
it's
priced.
E
E
They're
there
they
have
the
number
one
market
share.
There
are
other
online
platforms.
The
book
team
times
out
there,
but
golf
now
is,
is
definitely
the
biggest
in
their
industry
and
they,
basically
what
we'll
do
and
the
mayor
just
signed
the
contract
today,
once
they
come
on
board
they're
going
to
design
a
website
for
us,
we
will
have
t-times
available
to
book
on
our
website,
it'll
be
identical
to
what
is
on
their
website
too.
E
They
have
something
like
600
000
users,
so
we'll
also
have
the
ability
to
market
to
those
600
000
nationwide,
but
also
we'll
be
able
to
capture
everybody
that
plays
plays
our
course
when
they
book
tee
times.
It
comes
along
with
a
full
point
of
sale
system
that
will
be
able
to
integrate
all
the
food
and
beverage
we'll
be
able
to
track
every
last.
You
know
tea
that
we
sell
down
to
every
last
beer
or
cheeseburger
all
in
one
system.
E
It's
been
specifically
designed
for
golf
operations,
and
I
started
with
it
in
my
in
my
last
course
in
up
in
northern
kentucky,
and
we
were
struggling
back
then
too.
A
lot
like
some
of
the
numbers
that
I'm
hearing
from
sunrise
we
gradually
built
up
and
now
we're
49
price
point.
Our
average
online
booking
on
golf
now
is
37..
When
we
started
it
was
23.,
so
it
takes
time
to
to
grow
up
to
that
point.
E
But
the
whole
idea
is
to
bring
people
in
from
outside
of
the
madison
market
that
we
are
traditionally
marketing
to
and
use
money
from
people
from
the
louisville
area
and
cincinnati
that
will
come
in
and
play
our
golf
course
right
now.
We
basically
have
no
online
presence
at
all,
so
even
a
little
bit,
it
is
going
to
help
a
lot.
E
It
also
comes
with
support
systems.
They've
got
teams
that
can
help
with
the
pos
system
or
the
point
of
sale
that
can
help
with
the
marketing
aspect
of
it
to
put
out
a
monthly
email
blast.
Things
like
this
so
had
a
lot
of
success
with
with
golf
now
and
my
previous
work
experience
and
looking
forward
to
putting
it
in
play
here
in
madison
and
and
excited
about
what
new
potential
we
could,
we
could
grow
with
it.
E
The
other
things
that
I
want
to
do
here
is
the
I
got
an
email
from
bob
the
other
day.
The
first
tee
program
is
a
program,
that's
instituted
by
the
pga
in
a
growth
of
the
game
model
and
they're
trying
to
bring
more
people
into
golf
well.
The
first
t
program
goes
into
the
schools
and
bringing
introduces
golf
to
kids
that
have
never
been
introduced
to
golf.
E
A
lot
of
our
curriculum
and
the
educational
system
is
teaching
them
how
to
play
basketball
and
football
and
kickball,
but
golf
has
never
really
been
in
that
curriculum,
so
not
saying
that
I
want
to
produce.
You
know
a
whole
bunch
of
golfers
out
of
this,
but
at
least
give
the
opportunity
to
see
if
somebody
might
have
some
interest
in
it
and
break
down
the
barriers.
Traditionally
golf
has
been
a
an
elitist
men's,
only
type
thing,
and
I
want
to
introduce
it
to
kids
and
let
them
know
what
the
basic
rules
of
etiquette
are.
E
So
they
feel
comfortable
coming
out
to
the
golf
course.
Even
if
it's
you
know,
play
nine
holes
with
with
grandpa
on
a
sunday
night
or
something
like
that,
it's
it
it's
gonna,
do
nothing
but
but
help
grow
the
game
and
develop
more
future
golfers
in
our
game.
Do
you
guys
have
any
questions
for
me
about
the
golf
down.
E
Us,
okay,
so
we
get
okay,
so
we
do
the
way
it
works.
Is
they
have
what
they
call
trade
times,
and
this
is
a
barter
system
that
will
pay
for
a
lot
of
the
hardware
and
the
software
that
they're
putting
in
for
us.
They
split
that
two-thirds
them.
We
get
one-third
of
that,
so
we're
still
getting
revenues
off
the
bar
times
that
we're
we're
using
to
pay
for
this
system.
The
other
inventory
that
we
could
put
on
there.
We
could
put
it
into
whatever
price
you
want.
E
If
we
want
to
put
it
over
our
rat
crate,
we
could
we
could
put
a
50
green
fee
on
on
the
9
a.m.
Time
I
don't
think
that'll
sell.
The
whole
idea
is
to
try
to
find
that
that
market
demand
that's
going
to
bring
more
people
to
the
golf
course.
So
it's
constantly
I'm
constantly
trying
to
push
that.
I
pay
attention
to
that
average
green
fee
rate,
and
that's
why
I
brought
it
up
earlier
is:
is
I'm
constantly
trying
to
push
that
average
green
figure
right
up
to
increase
our
revenues?
E
That's
my
end
goal,
but
originally
I
want
to
start
9
a.m.
At
45,
and
if
you
can
wait
until
think
about
it,
like
a
younger
person,
that's
that's
gotta
play
at
nine,
so
he
can
make
the
t-ball
game
he's
got.
You
know,
he's
young
enough
and
he's
got
money
coming
in
somebody
when
the
age
of
zach
has
other
commitments.
E
Somebody
who's,
retired,
doesn't
necessarily
more
on
a
fixed
income,
more
price
sensitive.
He
can
wait
till
one
o'clock
to
play
when
the
price
is
more
attractive.
So
that's
that's
kind
of
a
little
bit
of
the
way
it
works,
but
we
have
full
control
of
where
so.
C
B
B
B
Of
wasted
inventory
with
our
tea
times
that
are
unsold,
and
this
gets
us
out
there
we
have
if
you
went
out
on
wes.
If
you
went
out
on
the
internet
and
looked
for
sunrise
golf
course,
you
might
find
a
picture.
You'll
find
very
little
unless
you
somehow
make
your
way.
Finally
to
the
city
of
madison
website,
that'll,
take
you
to
direct
desk
through
our
parks
department.
B
All
of
our
park,
I
mean
our
parks
department
and
you
guys
sound
like
a
broken
record,
but
our
parks
department
has
tremendous
assets
where
we
are
just
now,
starting
to
create
and
extrapolate
the
potential
out
of
them.
But
it's
going
to
take
investment,
whether
it's
crystal
beach
sunrise
or
the
golf
or
the
campground.
E
It's
a
year-round
program.
There's
there's
chapters
throughout
the
state
and
and
I'll
apply
through
the
indiana
section,
but
the
closest
one
to
us
right
now
is
is
in
greensburg,
I
believe,
but
it's
it's
and
it's
an
old
program
for
the
pga,
but
we've
never
had
one
in
in
madison.
But
if
the
closest
one
is
greensburg,
it
seems
like
we
should
be
able
to
draw
some
kids
from
from
further
further
away.
A
A
See
golf-
and
I
know
there's
some
talk
about
possibly
tennis,
but
this
is
something
that
we've
done.
We've
just
dabbled
a
little
bit
three
or
four
years
ago,
but
my
sons.
A
E
Well,
it's
been
a
subject
in
the
pga
that
why
isn't
golf
part
of
the
curriculum
of
a
normal
pe
class
throughout
the
state
or
country
for
that
matter,
just.
C
C
E
Introduce
and
break
down
the
barriers
and
make
them
feel
more
comfortable
to
come
out
to
the
golf
course.
One
of
the
spin-off
companies
for
bob
was
talking
about
trying
to
find
sunrise
online
golf
advisors.
So
if
you
ever
go
on
a
golf
trip
somewhere
and
it's
one
of
their
spin-off
companies
and
it's
based
on
customer
reviews,
so
if
you're
driving
down
to
alabama,
you
can
look
on
there
and
see
what
golf
course
people
have
played.
I
did
find
sunrise
on
there.
E
They
had
three
reviews
and
I
was
interested
to
see
how
that
raided-
and
I
looked
up
my
old
golf
course
in
northern
kentucky
and
we
had
285
reviews
after
being
on
the
golf
count
platform
for
eight
years,
so
that
is
one
of
the
numbers
about
only
300
000
visitors
to
madison
in
a
year.
Surely
some
of
those
people
are
golfers
and
they're
looking
on
those
websites
and
trying
to
find
some
place
to
play.
So
it's
it's
a
huge
opportunity
that
that
I'm
excited
about
getting
madison
into
the
21st
century.
Yeah
right.
A
G
Guys
go
ahead
and
go
yeah,
yeah,
absolutely
well,
first,
just
to
introduce
myself
real,
quick,
I'm
sure
you
guys
know
brent
from
his
work,
with
photography
around
town
and
also
with
the
airport,
of
course-
and
my
name
is
paul
mandy,
I'm
a
local
professional
graphic
designer
and
I
run
my
design.
Business
called
filmmatic
design
works
and
you
know
I
just
want
to
build
off
of
roger's
momentum,
since
sunrise
is
going
to
be
trying
to
reach
out
to
a
wider
audience.
Now
we
have
to
kind
of
be.
G
We
had
to
be
on
par
with.
You
know
our
visuals,
our
branding.
They
just
need
to
be,
they
need
to
look
good
and
they
need
to
reflect
how
awesome
and
how
beautiful
sunrise
golf
course
is
so
without
further
ado.
Let's
go
ahead
and
get
through
this
here,
of
course
we're
familiar
with
the
current
branding.
That's
out
there
for
sunrise,
you
know
the
thing
about
branding
is
you
want
to
be
consistent
and,
unfortunately,
the
consistency
isn't
there
at
the
moment,
but
please
keep
in
mind
any
visuals
that
are
coming
up
or
their
concepts.
G
At
the
moment,
nothing's
been
signed
off
or
finalized,
or
anything
like
that,
but
just
showing
some
possibilities,
but
here's
my
thought
for
the
outside
design-
or
this
can
also
be
the
main
logo
as
well
the
color
palette.
You
know
it's
a
little
more
eye-catching,
I
believe
than
what's
currently
there,
and
you
know
it's
got
that
classic
look
plus
with
such
a
modern
I'll
go
ahead
and
move
on
here
now.
This
is
a
variant
of
that
logo.
G
This
is
very
preliminary,
but
we're
essentially
redoing
the
overall
map
of
the
course
and
the
idea
is
to
not
only
have
like
a
printed
version
for
the
golfers
to
pick
up
as
they
go
about
their
their
time
there,
but
they
also
have
maybe
an
online
component
where
each
hole
can
be
clicked
on
or
looked
at,
maybe
get
like
a
little
info
pop-up
of
what
to
expect
in
each
hole,
the
par
and
traps
and
whatnot.
G
G
Of
what
we're
talking
about
with
the
map,
there
would
be
a
printed
version
on
each
hole
to
replace.
What's
currently
there
something
a
little
more
legible
that
doesn't
reflect
the
sun,
so
much
so
still
working
with
colors
and
stuff
to
see
what
works
best
and
still
working
on
the
details
of
the
map
and.
D
I'll
notice
I'll
add
that
so
the
signs
that
you
have
with
the
holes
right
now
are
basically
it's
a
google
earth
image
and
then
it
was
just
cut
out.
So
that's
why
it
has
a
little
bit
more
detail.
So
what
we're
working
on
is
on
the
previous
photo
there
so
that
I
mapped
that
with
the
drone
when
they
had
the
chamber
scramble.
So
that
gives
us
a
high
resolution.
D
I
mean
I
can
blow
that
up
crazy
big.
So
we
can.
We
can
blow
that
up.
I
mean
you
could
even
put
it
inside
inside
the
clubhouse
there
and
blow
it
up
that
big.
So
what
we're
trying
to
do
here
is
just
is
it's
more
of
we
want
to
put
a
little
bit
more
detail
on
that.
I
was
talking
him
drier
to
the
medium.
G
And
yes,
and
just
getting
back
to
some
more
of
the
visuals,
you
know
we're
talking
about
reaching
a
more
bigger
audience,
so
social
media
is
a
key
component
of
that.
So
these
are
just
and,
as
I
spoke
of
before,
consistency
with
the
branding
throughout
everything
that
sunrise
touches.
G
D
We
also
tried
to
retain
the
s,
because
we
know
you
just
got
the
graphics
on
the
golf
cart,
yeah.
D
There
is
a
facebook,
it
looks
like
it's,
just
kind
of
people
have
checked
in,
and
facebook
has
automatically
made
a
facebook
page
kind
of,
but
nobody's
really
monitoring
it
right.
So
that's
like
the
number
one
thing
you
know.
I've
got
a
little
bit
of
background
in
this
because
I've
done
the
airport
already,
so
nobody
knew
we
had
an
airport.
G
Of
course,
with
the
new
cafe,
that's
coming
in
that
deserves
its
own
branding
as
well,
and
it
will
of
course
relate
back
to
the
entire
golf
course
branding,
but
yeah,
like
I
said
preliminary,
but
and
that
will
include
a
menu
as
well,
and
this
is
just
I
want
to
include
a
few
examples
of
brent's
photography
work
very
stunning.
He
had
a
great
eye
like
this
photo.
That's
just
this
was
with
the
drone
right
yeah.
Where
are
you
standing
at
so
I
want
to
know.
G
He's
amazing
and
just
a
another,
just
a
really
nice
shot
of
one
when
the
lighting's
there,
the
hole
there.
Yeah
awesome-
and
you
know,
with
the
new
initiative
with
a
new
website,
we're
going
to
want
high-res
photos
and
we're
going
to
want
to
make
that
the
standard.
D
Yeah,
these
are
all
4k
images,
and
you
know
it's.
I
can
get
bird's
eye
view
and
really
what
you
guys
are
lacking
is
content.
That's
something
else
I
talked
to
him
about,
like
visit.
Madison
has
a
few
ways
that
they
generate
content
off
of
instagram
in
ways
that
people
can
hashtag
things
like
that.
G
And
then,
finally,
we
were
just
kind
of
into
our
budget
to
kind
of
complete
this
work
for
myself,
with
the
branding
side
of
things
that
would
include.
You
know
a
new
logo
for
the
course
for
the
cafe
any
associated
printed
materials
such
as
business
cards,
a
new
menu
scorecard
design,
of
course,
the
maps
that
we
talked
about
earlier
for
me
to
do
that.
That
would
be
1500
and
then
for
prince
photography.
D
So
that's
going
to
be
high
resolution
photos
which
I've
already
been
taking
those
that's
going
to
include
the
mapping.
So
if
we
want
to
do
the
rebranding
of
the
cards,
all
that
sort
of
stuff
with
the
with
the
new
higher
resolution
and
then
also
it
had
been
talked
about
the
whole
by
hole,
flyover
and
advance.
So
if
you
decide
not
to
necessarily
go
that
route
and
know
that
you've
got
the
new
website,
that's
going
to
be
built,
we
can
talk
about
that.
After
you
guys
have
power
we
can
adjust.
D
G
Just
to
reiterate
1500
for
my
work
at
1500
for
brent's
work.
That's
really
it
in
regards
to
our
presentation,
any
thoughts
or
questions.
F
D
B
I
think
it's
great
because
it's
going
to
drive
play
right,
it's
going
to
be
integrated
with
golf
now
or
also
our
parks
website.
This
is
just
to
start
right
because
we're
talking
about
how
do
we
promote
all
of
our
amenities
we
have
in
our
community
and
right
now
we
have
zero
online
presence
for
anything.
Frankly-
and
this
is
the
beginning
to
start
really
have
that
branding
discussion,
because
we
have
just
such
beautiful
assets
inside
our
parks
system
that
are
great
complements
to
our
entire
quality
of
life
and
our
tourism
economy.
C
A
D
H
G
B
B
So
many
possibilities
out
here
that
we're
exploring
that
it's
really
fertile
for
around
it
to
bring
in
a
bigger,
broader
golf
community.
So
for
everybody,
thank
you
guys.
I
You
mind
if
I
sit
right
here
for
this:
no,
not
a
problem
all
right,
so
what
chad
and
I've
kind
of
been
evaluating
with
our
adult
fees?
We
noticed
that
all
the
fees
for
each
sport
was
just
one
flat
fee
and
kind
of
looking
at
different
leagues
that
are
run
around
local
areas.
Different
counties
close
to
here.
I
We
realize
that
this
is
a
little
bit
pricey
in
terms
of
like
softball
and
such
it's
about
right,
because
that
takes
a
little
bit
more
work
because
you
do
have
to
trap
break
you
have
to
chalk
if
it
rains
or
anything
within
the
first
couple
of
days
before
you
play.
You
definitely
have
to
take
care
of
that,
especially
because
we
play
down
john
paul,
which
there's
any
kind
of
drizzle
that
it
doesn't
drain
real.
I
Well,
so
we
think
that
is
appropriately
priced,
but
didn't
feel
that
it
was
fair
to
do
the
same
thing
for
basketball,
for
example,
which
is
indoors.
It
takes
minimal
setup
and.
C
I
All
you
really
need
to
do
is
employ
some
officials,
and
maybe
someone
to
watch
the
clock
to
make
sure
that
those
are
going
well.
So
we
ran
the
numbers
on
that
to
see
what
it
would
take
to
still
make
something
profitable,
but
just
kind
of
make
it
a
little
bit
more
encouraging
to
up
our
play
for
that.
So
it's
currently
set
at
400
and
our
request
would
be
to
we
lower
that
to
300
to
see
how
that
works
out.
A
C
J
All
right,
so
we
are
in
the
middle
of
our
third
week
of
playing
youth
baseball
up
at
rucker
sports
complex.
It's
been
going
pretty
smooth
with
the
major
league.
We've
got
two
teams
with
a
total
of
20
participants.
Minor
league
we've
got
four
teams
with
total
of
44
participants
in
rookie
league.
We've
got
three
teams
that
consist
of
34
participants
as
far.
J
Let's
see
volleyball
I've
got
a
meeting
on
friday
with
katy
nader
to
establish
the
schedule
and
kind
of
the
season
for
youth
volleyball.
We
want
to
get
that
going
as
soon
as
we
can,
because
when
school
starts
I
mean
that's
really
volleyball
football,
all
your
fall
sports!
That's
they're,
going
to
be
taking
off
similar
to
that
with
football
youth
football.
J
I
have
a
meeting
friday
with
leroy
wilson,
the
head
coach
at
the
high
school
for
a
football
team
just
got
to
establish
the
schedule
and
season
for
youth
football
as
well,
and
so
registrations
for
both
volleyball
and
football
should
be
up
and
going
this
friday
afternoon,
adult
programming
we've
got
men's
softball
due
to
john
paul
being
unusable,
they're
up
at
rutgers
sports,
complex
right
now
and
that's
all
been
going
well,
they've
all
we're
almost
all
paid
off
with
those
teams.
So
no
major
problems
there
at
all
we've
got
the
field
availability.
J
So
we're
going
to
we're
going
to
let
them
use
that
and
then
going
off
with
the
adult
programming.
We've
got
a
summer
basketball
league.
So
two
weeks
ago
we
opened
registration
for
that.
We
don't
have
any
any
teams
registered
right
now,
but
we've
had
quite
a
few
verbal
commitments
to
that
to
having
teams
for
that.
So
we
will
push
that
back
a
week,
but
we
will
put
that
on
social
media,
so
people
are
aware
of
that.
That
will
be
at
brown
gym
and
that
will
be
the
s
on
sundays.
J
So
the
the
senior
center
on
main
street
is
no
longer
being
used
as
a
coveted
testing
site.
So
we
have
that
now,
the
last
last
week
I
went
over
there
a
couple
times
just
to
kind
of
assess
where
we're
at
with
with
that
building
minor
minor
damage,
but
no
real
water
or
water
damage
or
leaking
anything
like
that.
That's
going
to
cause
anything!
You
know
structural
structural
to
happen,
but
yeah,
I'm
we're
just
kind
of.
J
We
need
to
take
care
of
some
minor
housekeeping
issues
before
we
can
get
that
up
and
the
programs
there
up
and
running,
but
I
I
kind
of
talked
to
heather
floyd
about
adult
and
senior
programming.
That's
somebody!
I
need
to
to
go
to
speak
with
to
kind
of
further
the
development
of
that
yeah.
Do
you
guys
have
any
questions.
F
B
Chad's
been
really
instrumental
in
helping
us
navigate
the
transition
up
with
sunrise
and
matt,
and
everybody
else
has
pitched
in
too
and
and
it's
it's
great
to
see
jack
be
able
to
at
least
start
now
to
devote
more
of
his
time
toward
programming
aside,
because
that's
where
our
future
is
and
that's
where
we
want
to
promote
youth
sports
all
across
the
board,
as
well
as
adult
active
and
our
seniors.
So
there's
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
good
things
ahead
of
us
on
the
programming
front
too,.
K
K
K
A
J
For
the
most
part,
we've
not
had
any
sort
of
problems
with
it.
Okay,
I
will
say
there
was
one
day
I
was
backing
out
and
then
the
gator
that
we
have
up
there
and
somebody
said
it's
about
time
and
then
they
started.
You
know
drinking,
but
usually
that's
later
in
the
night,
usually
there's
no,
no
kids
around
okay.
By
the
time
they
start
that
we've
not
been
having
too
many
okay.
I
We
spoke
with
the
leaders
of
that
before
it
once
we
realized
that
we
can't
play
john
paul
for
a
little
bit,
and
so
they
know
what
the
deals
with
that,
especially
during
youth
games.
We
cannot
have
any
of
that
going
on
so
chad's
been
physically
up
there.
Each
night
I
haven't
heard
any
bad
reports.
Okay,.
A
Before
so
yeah,
oh
yeah,
the
other
thing
is-
and
I
don't
know
if
you've
addressed
this
with
matt
or
anything-
is
the
issue
we
ran
into
with
lightning
and
rain
and
men's
league
or
church
league
who's
responsible
for
making
that
call
and
kind
of
sorting
sorting
that
out.
If
they're,
renting
the
facility
are
they
responsible
and
take
full
responsibility
for
that,
because
we
had
sent
our
children
home
right.
A
A
It
was
a
situation
where
I
think
it
was
the
first
time
we'd
really
run
into
it
this
summer
and
he
just
to
kind
of
back
him,
and
so
he
has
a
firm
answer,
and
I
don't
know
you
guys
can
work
that
out,
but
I
just
thought
it
would
be
easier
for
you
to
make
that
call
than
having
you
know.
15
guys
saying:
oh
yeah
come
on
absolutely
that's
a
great.
I
Point
to
me:
that's
a
facility
that
we
own
and
operate,
and
it
doesn't
matter
if
that
were
the
golf
course
the
pool
rucker
sports
complex.
Even
if
they
are
of
age
you
they
could
give
consent
that
they're
okay,
but
that
doesn't
mean
that
right.
A
I
I
That
we
started
kind
of
spitballing
on
what
it
would
look
like
if
we
did
some
sort
of
rebranding,
some
marketing,
just
kind
of
building
our
internet
presence
and
then
the
big
thing
that
they've
been
hitting
on
this
content.
That
is
something
that
we
completely
lack
once
roger
came
along.
That's
when
we
realized
the
importance
of
golf
now
and
for
tee
times
that's
going
to
be
an
absolute
game
changer.
I
I
haven't
seen
their
website
to
see
exactly
how
that's
going
to
operate
for
us,
regardless
of
how
exactly
we
do
that
we
will
for
sure
be
doing
the
tee
times
and
there
will
absolutely
be
some
sort
of
integration
of
what
they're
doing
so.
I
think
the
photos,
the
drone
footage,
the
content
that
they're
working
on
is,
I
mean
bar
none
is
phenomenal,
so
I'm
really
looking
forward
to
what
we
can
come
up
with
on
our
partnership
with
that.
I
So
thank
you
to
you
guys
for
the
work
that
they're
doing
on
that
I'll
just
go
ahead
and
stick
with
sunrise.
Since
that's
the
theme
of
this
meeting,
our
overall
membership
update
on
everything
we're
tracking
a
little
low
in
terms
of
our
overall
memberships
with
adults,
we've
got
148,
youth,
33,
spouse,
11
and
college
7..
The
one
area
that
we
are
doing
excellent
in
is
our
cart
stickers
we've
sold
108,
which
is
two
more
compared
to
2020.
I
I
On
718
we
do
have
the
walnut
fire
company
number
four
event
and
then
on
at
7
27
we've
got
a
iga,
pga
junior
tour,
that's
coming
in
and
that
one
I
know
we
did
host
last
year
and
turned
out
to
be
a
successful
event.
So,
looking
forward
to
holding
that
so
we've
kind
of
hit
on
everything
that's
been
going
on
up
there.
We've
definitely
had
a
lot
of
change.
We're
working
on
getting
all
the
staffing
we've
got
all
our
proper
pro
shop
attendance
in
place.
I
Now
so
that
we're
fully
staffed,
because
this
is
obviously
a
seven
days
a
week
kind
of
venue
where
we're
working-
you
know
seven
to
seven,
except
for
mondays
that
we
open
at
11.
I
But
we
have
a
lot
of
hours
to
fill
so
took
a
couple
of
weeks
to
get
all
the
staff
in
place,
but
we've
got
pretty
much
all
trained,
rogers
come
in
and
really
stepped
in
to
help
with
that,
and
then
johanna
johnson
is
the
person
she
was
running
our
ground
gym
for
us
on
monday,
wednesday
friday,
and
then
we
pulled
her
up
to
the
golf
course
to
where
she's
been
the
main
person.
I
That's
kind
of
been
running,
the
pro
shop,
handling
and
scheduling,
so
she's
done
a
great
job
with
how
we're
doing
there.
One
thing
that
we
are
missing
right
now
are
cooks,
so
we've
been
doing
a
complete
overhaul
and
cleaning
the
kitchen
making
sure
that
everything
is
compliant
safe.
I
We
did
have
a
few
electrical
issues
of
things
that
we
needed
to
clean
up,
but
that
is
almost
finished,
and
so
what
we're
currently
looking
for
are
cooks
so
that
we
can
get
everything
up
and
running,
but
still
with
all
the
work
that
we've
done
over
there
we're
not
quite
ready
to
open.
Even
if
we
did
have
cooks,
we
just
got
our
furniture
in
today
we
did
all
new
flooring,
new
paint
both
inside
and
out.
I
I
It's
a
little
bit
cluttered
right
now,
but
we're
slowly
getting
that
to
where
we're
trying
to
go
so
looking
forward
to
having
that
as
a
as
more
than
just
a
golf
course
kind
of
clubhouse,
but
something
that
can
be
utilized
by
families
by
people
who
are
just
looking
to
stop
by
for
a
lunch
or
dinner,
and
that's
all
going
well
and
then
also
everybody
that
we're
getting
up
there
for
working
at
the
pro
shop.
I
We're
looking
for
people
who
can
handle
they
have
their
service
license,
so
they've
got
to
be
19
or
above
because
that's
another
big
component.
Obviously,
with
all
of
our
revenue
streams
is
additional
sources.
So
having
that
three-way
liquor
license
has
been
fantastic,
and
so
now
we've
got
those
staff
in
place
as
well,
so
that
we
can
continue
to
sell
that
as
long
as
we're
open.
I
And
then,
with
sunrise,
the
last
thing
bob
mentioned
is
that
roger
gallatin
started
off
earlier
this
month
and
he's
doing
a
fantastic
job
he's
really
coming
in
and
just
kind
of
taking
it
by
the
reins
stepping
up
and
giving
his
ideas
on
hey.
This
is
working
well,
hey
this
isn't
and
really
just
kind
of
making
it
his
own
and
is
really
jumping
in
with
all
of
our
season
pass
holders
getting
to
know
everybody
that
comes
in
cutting
up
with
them.
So
we're
very
excited
to
have
him
on
our
team
and
he's
doing
a
fantastic
job.
I
Let's
get
back
up
to
where
we
were
at
the
campground,
we've
stayed
pretty
consistent.
Over
the
past
month
we
saw
320
guests
stay
in
june,
which
was
up
by
25
yes
compared
to
may,
and
during
the
month
alone,
we
were
able
to
profit
a
little
over
seven
thousand
dollars,
and
then
we
were
also
able
to
get
doug
at
u's
golf
cart.
The
city
bought
a
new
golf
cart
themselves
that
we
can
use
from
the
community
relations
the
different
events
that
we
have
going
on.
So
the
old
bicentennial
one
that
we
had,
we
called
bumblebee.
I
We
sent
that
down
to
the
campground,
so
it's
a
little
easier
for
him
to
make
his
rounds.
I
think
he
takes
guests
on
little
rides
and
such
so
they
can
see
all
the
shopping
and
the
stores
that
we
have
here
on
the
riverfront.
So
he
seems
to
be
enjoying
that
and
he's
doing
a
great
job.
The
one
thing
that
we
are
going
to
do
so
this
is
another
one
of
doug's
ideas.
I
We
end
the
season
on
october
31st
for
our
campground,
so
on
saturday
october
30th
we're
going
to
be
holding
a
halloween
contest,
we're
still
working
out
the
details
of
that.
It's
something
that
I
spoke
with
hannah
fagan
about.
She
runs
a
she
does
her
own
halloween
festival,
that
was
on
main
street
last
year.
I
A
I
It
that's
what
we're
hoping
for.
I
mean
they're
talking
about
decorating
their
campers
and
everything
all
these
campers
themselves,
trick-or-treat
exactly
it's
it's
yeah,
we'll
start
smalling.
If
you
have
any
ideas
on
that,
then
we'd
love
to
hear
it,
so
we
can
expand
upon
it.
So
that's
something
that
we're
pretty
excited
to
get
going
here
this
year
for
crystal
beach.
I
We
have
continued
to
operate
soundly
under
the
leadership
of
our
manager.
This
year,
haley
courtney
and
her
staff
first
few
weeks
of
the
month
was
definitely
slow.
We
had
some
cold
weather,
especially
on
our
weekends,
but
that's
been
picking
up
over
the
past
couple
of
weeks,
we've
already
seen
over
5000
guests
visit
crystal
beach
this
year,
which
is
tracking
actually
very
close
to
last
season,
and
that
is
with
clifty,
wasn't
open
last
year
and
they
are
this
year
and
then
obviously
the
other
events
like
holiday
world
and
such
so.
I
That's
still
going
very
well
and
this
month
alone
we're
able
to
turn
a
profit
of
just
shy
of
5
500.
Something
else
we
were
able
to
bring
back
this
year
were
swim
lessons.
So
for
our
our
june
numbers,
we
have
100
spots
that
we
can
build
for
10
a.m
and
11
a.m.
We
were
at
71
capacity
and
for
july
we
were
at
99
percent
capacity,
so
katie
royce
is
heading
those
and
that's
all
going
well.
I
I
Everybody
with
covid
is
still
trying
to
catch
up
and
we've
had
a
lot
of
things
on
back
order.
So
when
we
order
certain
amounts,
they
haven't
been
coming
in
at
what
we've
been
ordering
so
like
ice
cream
and
some
other
items
like
that
have
been
a
little
difficult
to
to
sustain
for
us,
but
we
will
look
at
having
multiple
vendors
for
next
year
so
that
we
can
be
prepared.
I
I
did
reach
out
to
a
couple
different
that
we
use
for
the
golf
course
and
for
some
others,
but
they
just
didn't
have
like
the,
for
example,
ice
cream.
We
do
the
powder
puff
girls
and
spiderman
and
things
that
are
a
little
more
themed,
not
a
lot
of
places.
Do
that
kind
of
stuff.
So
it's
difficult
to
find
those
niche
items
that
we
sell
out
of
but
other
than
that
our
season
just
as
a
reminder,
it
will
be
cut
short.
I
So
we
have
to
have
the
everything
completed,
so
we
can
still
retain
our
funding
for
that,
but
that
will
get
started
and
we
have
every
intention
that
we
will
open
as
soon
as
a
2022
season
is
supposed
to
start
on
day
22..
Yes,
sir,.
I
We
had
a
meeting
today
with
the
committee
members,
the
grant
specialists,
chad
and
I
did-
and
we
now
get
to
move
on,
to
kind
of
the
third
phase
of
some
things
that
we
have
to
sure
up
with
our
application
process
as
far
as
grading
ourselves
and
all
the
criteria,
because
there's
about
81
possible
points
that
you
can
earn
depending
on
what
you're
doing.
This
is
a
very
comprehensive
grant
and
they've
seen
every
kind
of
project
imaginable.
I
So
this
is
something
that
they're
used
to
and
they're
used
to
grading
we're
just
trying
to
figure
out
exactly
what
they're
looking
for.
So
it
was
nice
to
get
to
speak
with
them.
Today
we
have
a
few
weeks
to
sure
up
some
of
those
things
and
then
we'll
be
hearing
about
our
eligibility
and
it
will
obtain
it
later
on
in
the
fall
so
that,
as
a
reminder,
is
a
up
to
500,
000
matching
grant
and
as
part
of
a
larger
scope
of
work
that
we
are
working
on
for
the
complex.
I
For
our
parks
and
then
wreck
desk
chad
kind
of
hit
on
this,
as
well
with
john
paul
park
that
got
damaged
during
our
flooding
so
about
a
third
of
the
outfield
fence,
is
now
completely
laid
down.
And
then
our
fencing
along
the
first
base
line
is
now
completely
wonky
and
it's
just
not
safe
right
now.
So
that's
something
that
we
are
have
sent
to
our
insurance,
we're
trying
to
figure
out
the
best
course
of
action
trying
to
fix
that.
I
We
also
had
a
little
damage
down
the
heart
of
matthews
during
regatta,
our
carousel
down
there
was
damaged
but
reached
out
to
our
travis
gobel
for
the
company
that
worked
on
parker
matthews
and
we'll
have
trump
planner
being
repairing
that
and
he
still
working
on
getting
a
gate
made
for
that
entrance
portion.
That's
something
that
we've
had
some
citizens
reach
out
about
they're
concerned.
I
If
that
is
such
kind
of
a
big
park
yeah
and
the
playground
equipment
is
large
enough
that
it's
hard
to
see
if
you're
on
the
other
side
of
it.
But
we
do
now
have
all
of
our
bays
and
the
swings
and
the
bays
are
now
completely
filled.
So
we
had
an
empty
bay
there
that
had
a
unsafe
handicap
swing
and
that
has
since
been
fixed,
and
so
now
every
time
I
go
by
it
seems
like
those
are
all
completely
full
and
then
with
rec
desk.
I
I
just
like
to
kind
of
re-emphasize
each
time
of
how
big
this
has
been
for
us
and
just
integrating
technology
to
our
department.
Just
to
give
you
an
example
of
this
in
june
alone,
now
I'll
keep
in
mind
each
individual
thing.
If
you
were
to
go
up
to
the
golf
shop,
you
were
to
pay
for
green
fees,
your
cart,
rental
and
maybe
a
candy
bar.
That
would
count
as
three
different
transactions,
but
still
the
magnitude
of
what
how
much
you
know,
volume
that
we're
really
having
it
just
kind
of
is
mind-boggling.
I
For
june
alone,
we
did
3920
different
transactions,
which
equated
to
a
little
over
88
000.
So
there's
no
shortage
of
volume
that
we're
doing
with
this,
and
it
really
has
made
our
reporting
our
data
management
and
tracking,
just
kind
of
leaps
and
bounds
of
where
we
were
previously
at
and.
I
Is
programming?
I've
set
a
lot
of
compliments
with
the
team.
That's
doing
a
great
job.
I
don't
think
there's
anybody
that's
doing
a
better
job
than
this
man
to
my
left.
Chad
has
really
stepped
up
to
the
plate,
with
every
single
thing
that
I've
asked
of
him
that
anyone
has
at
the
city
and
he's
he's
really
doing
a
fantastic
job,
so
very
excited
to
have
him
going
and
as
we
kind
of
relieve
him
of
he's,
helping
out
the
golf
course
helping
out
with
the
pool
we
relieve
him
of
that
stuff.
I
I
I
K
I
She's,
more
than
welcome
to
come
up
and
talk
about
it.
We
do
have
72
water
aerobics
passes
that
have
been
sold
this
year
and
I
think
our
average
daily
rate
has
been
about
40
people
that
I've
seen
over
there.
That's
what
our
pool
manager
has
been
telling
me.
So
that
is
something
that's
been
going
exceptionally
well
and.
I
Excited
for
everything
that
how
that's
kind
of
grown,
okay,.
K
K
Important
now
the
one
thing
that
has
not
gone
well
at
all
and
that
season
passes
you
re-looked
at
your
basketball
fees,
and
I
can
tell
you
you
need
to
re-look
at
season-
passes
the
whole
program.
There's
already
rumors
that
you're
not
going
to
have
season
passes
next
year,
which
I
think
will
be
another
huge
mistake.
K
You've
already
lost
well
how
many
season
passes?
Did
you
have
last
year.
K
K
There
are
a
lot
more
people
in
madison
and
what's
wonderful
about
a
season
pass,
is
you
get
all
the
money
up
front
whether
they
can
ever
swim
again?
You've
already
got
your
money,
so
it's
crazy
to
even
be
spreading
these
rumors
that
there
won't
be
season
passes
which
is
what's
going
on
down
there.
So
the.
C
K
Thing
is
you
know
if
you
want
to
make
it
for
adults,
okay
and
if
you're
not
having
problems
with
with
reaching
all
of
madison,
including
people
who
don't
have
a
lot
of
money
without
a
family
pass.
K
If
it's
working
that
that
may
be
okay,
but
your
numbers
should
tell
you
if
that's
working-
and
I
I
don't
know
what
the
numbers
are,
but
for
individual
adult
season
passes,
we
could
do
a
much
better
job
than
what
we're
doing,
and
it
was
really
a
mistake
to
raise
it
from
forty
dollars
to
a
hundred
and
fifty
in
one
swoop
and
with
no
improvements
to
the
pool.
K
I
think
if
you
had
raised
the
prices
next
year
after
the
bath
house
is
refurbished
after
there's
a
new
pool
liner.
After
all,
that
people
would
have
understood.
Well,
yeah,
look
at
this
fabulous
product.
We
have
yeah,
we'll
we'll
pay
a
little
more,
but
to
phrase
it
that
much
with
the
same
old
mess
was
just
a
really
bad
decision.
I
mean
the
six
of
us
that
bought
passes.
It's
like
it's
our
contribution
to
the
city.
We
love
the
city.
We
love
the
pool,
yeah
okay,
but
it's
really
a
bad.
It
was
bad
marketing.
K
How
hard
it
is
to
get
contractors
in
so
hopefully
they
are
lined
up
and
ready
to
go
august,
2nd.
K
Never
know
after
that
here
and
ready
to
go
we're
all
looking
forward
to
a
new
pool.
There
are
questions
about
handicap,
accessibility
about
the
slide
and
I
I'm
not
sure
who
is
actually
managing
the
construction
project.
K
We
don't
have
a
city
engineer,
nicole,
wrote
the
grant
and
I
know
she's
managing
the
grant
process,
but
who
is
actually
going
to
be
looking
at
the
blueprints?
Looking
what
the
contractors
are
doing
and
making
sure
that
it's
going
to
be
the
excellent
product
that
we
are
spending
two
and
a
half
million
dollars
for
because
it
is
a
unique
product
and
project.
I
I
And
they
did
mention
about
the
ada
accessibility
and
all
of
that
now
I
personally
to
me
it
was
so
complicated
that
I
wouldn't
have
understood
it,
but
they
are
going
to
make
sure
that
we've,
given
them
the
checklist
of
absolutely
everything
that
they
need
to
encompass
with
it,
and
everything
has
been
approved
through
that.
So
the
engineers
have
all
the
the
metrics
and
the
things
that
they
need
to
have
part
of
it
and
then,
as
far
as
the
project
management
of
it,
I
believe
is
that
not
nicole,
because
that's.
H
K
I
don't
know
if
nicole's
ever
been
to
the
pool,
and
certainly
an
outside
engineer
has
never
been
to
the
pool.
C
K
In
this
process,
it
would
probably
be
really
smart
to
make
sure
that
somebody
that
uses
the
pool
regularly
and
there
are
people
that
have
been
either
older
than
I
am
now
and
they've
been
coming,
since
they
were
little
kids.
So
just
make
sure
that
we
don't
ruin
a
national
treasure
here,
because
it
is
a
national
treasure.
K
K
C
K
I
K
Oh
non-pool
thing,
I'm
sorry,
I
I
was
supposed
to
also
ask
you
now
with
the
wonderful
wreck
desk.
Is
that
what
it's
called
and
you
can
online?
One
of
the
problems
is
that
the
dog
park
was
set
up
so
that
dogs
would
be
have
their
shots
and
have
their
you
know.
Vet
approval
or
whatever
dogs
have
to
use
the
dog
park
with
the
computer
system
that
has
disappeared,
and
so
now
people
can't
be
sure
that
the
dogs
that
are
in
there
are
actually
healthy
dogs
that
needs
to
be
fixed.
K
K
C
I
K
K
A
All
right
claims,
so
we
have
claims
to
be
advanced
to
our
heritage
motion
to
approve
claims
for
the
month
as
presented.
