The Madison City Plan Commission will have a regular meeting on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall, 101 W. Main St., Madison, IN 47250.

1. Tom Davee – Petition To Amend Final Plat so as to split a portion of existing Davee
parcel 39-08-35-331-002.000-007. As stated by submitted survey, the split portion of the
Davee parcel would be sold to adjoining property owner Moss.
Location: 430 Fairmont Dr. Zoned: Medium Density Residential (R-8)
2. Chad Gray – Petition To Amend Final Plat so as to divide parcel 39-08-34-443-038.000-
007 into two separate parcels. Currently, the referenced parcel has two separate houses
within it. The new parcels would separate the two houses onto two separate parcels.
