New Applications:

1. New Heart Church of God – Petition To Amend Final Plat so as to combine parcel 39-08-22-000-036-007 and parcel 39-08-22-000-037-000-007 into one parcel. The applicant plans on placing a sixty (60) by on-hundred and twenty (120) foot church building with a
parking lot.
Location: 449 & 443 Megan Ln. Zoned: General Business (GB)

2. New Heart Church of God – Setback Requirement for the construction of a sixty (60) by one-hundred and twenty (120) foot church building in General Business zoning. The applicant is requesting an eighty (80) foot setback on the North lot line, a thirty (30) foot setback from the East lot line, a one-hundred (100) foot setback on the South lot line, and a one-hundred (100) foot setback on the West lot line.

Pettitt & Associates – Advisory Hearing application for parcel 39-13-01-223-053-000-007 (1010 East first Street), 39-13-01-223-055-000-007 (1016 East first Street), 39-13-01-223-056-000-007 (1028 East First Street), 39-13-01-223-057-000-007 (1030 East First Street) for the development of a seven (7) lot subdivision. Total Acreage is
approximately 1.31 acres.
