The Madison City Plan Commission will have a regular meeting on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall, 101 W. Main St., Madison, IN 47250.

New Applications:
1. Tom Davee – Petition To Amend Final Plat so as to split a portion of existing Davee
parcel 39-08-35-331-002.000-007. As stated by submitted survey, the split portion of the
Davee parcel would be sold to adjoining property owner Moss.
Location: 430 Fairmont Dr. Zoned: Medium Density Residential (R-8)
2. Chad Gray – Petition To Amend Final Plat so as to divide parcel 39-08-34-443-038.000-
007 into two separate parcels. Currently, the referenced parcel has two separate houses
within it. The new parcels would separate the two houses onto two separate parcels.
Location: 426 Cragmont St. Zoned: Medium Density Residential (R-8)

Business – Old or New:

Election of 2021 Plan Commission chairman, vice chairman, attorney and secretary.

For the purpose of hearing those for or against said applications, a public hearing will be
held on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall, 101 W. Main St., Madison, IN 47250.

Due to Covid-19, the maximum capacity of our chambers is 50 people. In order to enter City
Hall and join the meeting, all participants must wear a mask, or face covering, and follow social
distancing guidelines.

Wilbur here jack turner, here van craft, everyone received a copy of the ministry october 13th meeting. If there's no additions or corrections. I've accepted a motion to approve.

Oh, I have to abstain, as I wasn't at the opportunity motion carriers. uh First application tonight is tom. The bee, a petition to amend the final fight as to split a portion of the existing the parcel.

I will go through the numbers. As stated by the submitted survey, the split portion of the the v parcel would be sold to foreign property, owner moss, location, 430, fairmont, drive, zone, medium density, residential r8, get your name and address and tell us what tom's doing there.

My name is john cooner. I work for roseville engineering. Our address is 448 middle lane. uh I did the survey for for tom here it was uh just like he said he was responding to the jointer, so the jointer has road frontage, his driveway actually at the corner right where it gets his house was on tom's property too. So tom was just wanting to kind of clean it up and sell him from his property line.

Currently, his reference parcel is two separate houses within it. The new parcel would separate the two houses onto two separate parcels: location, 426, kregman zone, medium density, residential r8.

Okay, we need your name address and tell us, what's going on yeah check, gray, address, 1000, east duke and hollow road madison, and just splitting that parcel. It's always been two single family residents. As far as I know, 50 70 years or so and they've always had the house on the back side is 767 west 3rd street, with its own utilities and everything water. Everything it's been split for a long time, so I just need to formally get it split because they're actually for sale and the one on.

The back side, I wonder how I've ever got an address, good question. I guess.
