15
of
which
are
on
our
consent
agenda.
A
Excuse
me,
so
the
first
item
on
our
consent
agenda
is

This
is
a

The

this
committee.
To
address
the
consideration
of
the
cable
communications
franchise
with
CenturyLink
item
number:
seven

the

This
is
the

A
Item

is

federal
representation

with
vagary

A
So
on
those
15
items
on
our
consent

if
there's
any
questions
not
seeing
any
all
those
in
favor,
please
say
aye
opposed
and
those
items
brought
forward.
So
thank
you
for
that,
and
that
brings
us
to
our
public
hearing.
For
today.
This
is
on
appendix
H
Minneapolis
Code
of
Ordinances
relating
to
Minneapolis,
cable
communications,
franchises.
This
amends
a
contract
or
Comcast
franchise
provision
in
accordance
with
the
franchise
settlement
agreement
and
mr.
ginder
you're
here
to
introduce
the
topic
for
us.
Mr.
B
Chair
members,
it's
Katie
to
recall
back
in
January
26
this
year
you
approved
a
resolution
conditionally
transferring
the
cable
franchise
from
comcast
to
greetland
connections,
and
you
approved
a
settlement
agreement.
We
know
City
me
apples
and
Comcast
that
settlement
agreement
contemplated
that
there
would
be
concurrent
changes
with
the
existing
franchise
agreement
between
the
city
in
comcast
and
all
that
these
changes
do
is
now
putting
to
franchise
what
was
also
in
the
settlement
agreement.
So
it's
basically
another
opportunity
for
you
to
approve
the
same
language
that
you've
approved
previously
in
the
settlement
agreement.
All.
A
Right,
good,
any
questions
for
mr.
gender.
Thank
you
not
seeing
any
open
the
public
hearing
and
looking
out
at
the
dozens
of
people
who
are
here
for
it
going
once
any
further
comments.
The
more
public
hearing,
I
think
close
the
public
hearing
and
move
this
item
for
approval.
Any
questions
comments
not
seeing
any
all
those
in
favor,
please
signify
by
saying
aye,
and
that
item
carries
thank
you
very
much
mr.
gender,
for
that
operation
and
seeing
no
further
business.
Our
meeting
is
adjourned.
