Description
Minneapolis Zoning & Planning Committee Meeting

A
Perfect
that
sounds
great
excellent.
Well,
then,
what
we'll
do
is
not
open
the
public
hearing
today
we
will
take
the
letter
and
add
that
to
the
public
record,
and
then
we
will,
at
our
next
committee
meeting,
have
public
testimony
on
these
two
items
in
front
of
us
and
take
formal
action
on
the
consent
items
as
well.
So
I
really
appreciate
everybody's
understanding
with
this
and
the
flexibility
and
look
forward
to
seeing
you
on
the
12-member.

C
At
work,
I
do
have
a
sling
in
her
neighborhood
sure.
A
C
Name
is
Nancy
railsback
and
I
live
at
twenty
six.
Twenty
First
Avenue
lived
there
for
over
30
years.
In
10
years
ago,
my
husband
and
I
came
before
the
zoning
committee
when
a
developer
wanted
to
build
a
triplex
on
the
half
lot.
Next
to
our
house,
he
was
requesting
variances
to
build
within
three
feet
of
the
property
line.
C
Okay,
at
that
time,
I
alert
the
variances
are
granted
during
due
to
a
hardship
to
meet
Minneapolis
planning
guidelines,
with
the
request
before
you
today
for
variances
at
113
he's
twenty
sixth
Street
I
question:
whether
there
exists
hardship
to
meet
city
planning
guidelines
and
I
believe
the
proposed
design
is
too
big
for
the
space.
I
stand
with
my
neighbors
in
rejecting
the
proposed
design
and
I.
Ask
that
you,
the
zoning
and
planning
committee
of
the
Minneapolis
City
Council,
send
it
back
to
the
developers
to
design
a
building
that
meets
city
planning
guidelines.
A
Thank
you
very
much
and
if
you
would
give
the
letter
over
to
our
clerk
as
well,
we
will
did
that
entered
in.
Thank
you.
I
see
some
additional
people
entering
so
I'll
check
with
you
as
well.
So
basically,
we
do
not
have
quorum
today
for
the
zoning
and
planning
committee,
and
so
what
we're
looking
at
doing
is
carrying
over
the
public.
Testimony
portion
of
this
into
our
next
meeting
on
November
twelfth
so
I'm
just
checking
in
are
you
members
of
the
public?
Are
you
able
to
make
it
on
the
twelfth?
